Taylor Swift Buys Her Parents Million Dollar Home

2011-04-14T16:26:00.000-07:00

She's a star who is known for always giving back, and now Taylor Swift has shown her generosity to her closest loved ones -as she reportedly gifted a a million dollar Nashville estate to her mom and dad.

According to Us magazine, the 21-year-old singer just signed the papers on a $1.4 million Tennessee home for her parents, Scott and Andrea.

A source close to the country superstar dished this about the three-bedroom, 5,000 square-foot pad: "It's an incredible house," adding, "Taylor's been visiting her parents there and she's so excited for them."

Swift, who often finds her time split between Nashville and California, also purchased herself some new digs, as an insider revealed she "just bought a beautiful home for herself in L.A.," noting that, "She is in L.A. so much -- and she was paying a fortune in hotel charges!"

Harry Potter Star Bonnie Wright Engaged To Deathly Hallows Actor

2011-04-14T16:18:00.000-07:00

But only die-hard Potter fans will know who he is. Hint: he plays the second most evil wizard of all time.

Supernatural love!

Two Harry Potter stars fell in love and put a ring on it! Actor Jamie Campbell Bower (who plays a Dark Wizard in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II) tells The Daily that he's set to wed Bonnie Wright, a.k.a. Ginny Weasley in the series.

"I am engaged. I'm very happy," Bower, 22, told the site. "It's a wonderful, wonderful time."

The British star is also known for his role as Caius in the Twilight films and King Arthur in the Starz series Camelot.

He and Wright, 20, have been exceedingly coy about their relationship. Wright confirmed they were a couple at the BAFTAs in February 2010: "Yes, we're dating. We've been seeing each other for a few months, it's good."

As far as planning their wedding, Bower remained tightlipped about the details. "We are, but I won't say when and I won't say where. . .or how."

Justin Bieber's Hollywood Ambition

2011-04-14T16:10:00.000-07:00

Justin Bieber wants to be an actor.

The 'Baby' singer - who had a guest role on US crime show 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation' earlier this year -has caught the acting bug and "definitely" wants another role in front of the camera.

He said: "I definitely want to do more acting, and further my career in that area, that's something I would love to do."

However, despite having a talent for following a script, the 17-year-old heartthrob insists his recent documentary film 'Justin Bieber: Never Say Never' - which chronicled his ascent to pop stardom - didn't involve any acting at all and says a scene where his grandmother tells him to tidy his room was genuine.

Speaking on 'The Kyle & Jackie O Show' on Sydney's 2Day FM: "It wasn't scripted... whenever I'm at my grandmother's she always tells me to clean up after myself, especially when I'm at home, but I'm not at home that often, I really don't have a room at this point, it's just kind of travelling all the time."

And although he wants to branch out in his career, Justin is still concentrating on his music and hopes to secure some new collaborations.

He said: "I would love to perform with Stevie Wonder or Beyonce."

Glee Covering "Friday" As Rebecca Black Readies New Single "LOL"

2011-04-14T15:54:00.000-07:00

We had high hopes for Glee, but after learning that the hit show will
soon cover Rebecca Black's so bad it's... nope, still bad song "Friday,"
we just don't know anymore. The second season has been really
disappointing compared to the first, and no amount of Gwyneth
Paltrow's "edgy" substitute teacher character will convince us otherwise.

Rebecca Black will join the likes of Britney Spears,
Lady GaGa, Justin Bieber and Journey when her YouTube hit gets the Glee treatment. Rumor
has it that Chord Overstreet, Kevin McHale
and Mark Salling will sing "Friday" on the
upcoming prom episode. Does anyone
say no to Ryan Murphy anymore?

In related news, Rebecca Black has
started work on her new single, "LOL."
She will also release a full-length album.
Can the viral star turn her 15 minutes into an actual career?
She wouldn't be the first to try, but she would be the first to succeed.

Would you give Rebecca Black a second chance?

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber NOT Remaking 'Wizard of Oz'

2011-04-14T01:30:00.000-07:00

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are not making a film together, at least not in the near future. "Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber to Remake The Wizard of Oz", a new headline from Showbiz Spy was quickly debunked by Gossip Cop who quoted a source as saying, "not true".

Showbiz Spy first heard about the rumor from a source "close to" Selena who said that the actress is obsessed about the children story. "Her dream role would be Dorothy in a remake but she'd settle for a Munchkin just to be in it. Now she's got Justin hooked on the movie, Selena thinks they may both be contenders for a role," the source said.

Moreover, it was said that Selena is keen on the idea of an easy transition from being a teen wizard on Disney Channel's "Wizards of Waverly Place" to "Wizard of Oz".

But one thing that's true is Justin looking for a new acting job. "I definitely want to do more acting, and further my career in that area, that's something I would love to do," he said during a recent interview on "The Kyle & Jackie O Show".

BACK TO STORIES Before And After Photos: Lady GaGa Denies Plastic Surgery Rumors - Do You Believe Her?

2011-04-13T20:54:00.000-07:00

Lady GaGa says she's never had plastic surgery, but we put together some before and after pictures to see if she's telling the truth. The verdict: we call BS.
No one loves more than us, but lately, Mother Monster has been making us want to vom! She's constantly talking about herself like a pretentious art student who just moved to Brooklyn, but then she'll turn around and insist she's just a normal girl who goes to the same bars she's always gone to.

She wants to have her cake and eat it too, and damn it, we've had enough. Give us a break, GaGa. In her latest interview with Harper's Bazaar, she's finally gone too far.

“I have never had plastic surgery, and there are many pop singers who have," she tells the magazine in their May issue. "I think that promoting insecurity in the form of plastic surgery is infinitely more harmful than an artistic expression related to body modification.”

Oh really? Your nose just magically shrunk itself then? Look, there's nothing wrong with going under the knife and getting a nose job. We live in an image obsessed culture and if you can afford to get some work done, then go for it. This is America after all. However, don't bullsh*t us.

Luckily, we have these handy before and after photos to see if you're telling the truth. What do you think Little Monsters, are we crazy, or is lying to her fans?

Rebecca Black continues to talk about Justin Bieber & Selena Gomez

2011-04-13T19:52:00.000-07:00

Rebecca Black keeps getting unwarranted news coverage and continues to talk about Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez as if people actually cared about what she has to say about them.

Talking with E! News Rebecca Black had this to say about being compared to Justin Bieber:

"I love Justin Bieber so it is like the biggest compliment I've ever gotten I think, so, it's so cool"

Black should never be compared to Justin Bieber. The only thing they have in common is that they both know how to upload a video to YouTube. Bieber was discovered because he is talented. People were made aware of Black because she is not talented and sang one of the worst songs ever written.

This is what Black has to say about Selena Gomez and being compared to her:

"I love Selena Gomez," she says. "She's been in the industry since she was so young, and she hasn't gotten caught up in all of the rehab or drugs or whatever."

She also went on to say that she has received death threats via Twitter just like Gomez has.

The difference between Black's threats and Gomez's is that Gomez gets them because she is with Justin Bieber and his fans are crazy. Why Black gets them is anyone's guess. She isn't famous enough to even warrant that kind of attention.

There is no comparing Black with Bieber or Gomez. They are on two completely different planets.

The sad thing is, Black actually got a record deal and is putting out another song. The entire world has gone completely insane. Hopefully when this song is proven to be just as bad or worse than "Friday" she will finally disappears from the spotlight.

PHOTO: Ashley Tisdale's Scandalous Nude Photo Shoot (Mature Content)

2011-04-12T17:59:00.000-07:00

Moynihan, 40, had less than a week’s notice to get naked-photo-shoot ready. “Initially I said, ‘Yeah!’” she told Allure. “Then I thought, Uh oh. What did I just say yes to? I hadn’t been preparing for it.”

Allure said was the first star to bring along her mother to her nude shoot.

“I’ve always wanted to be sure my parents approve of what I do,” Tisdale said. “Even with my tattoos, my mom went with me. The ‘believe’ tattoo is because my mom always told me to believe.”

Tisdale said disrobing for the camera was less about showing off her shape than it was about showing she's a grown-up now.

“I’m 25, almost 26, but people think of me as much younger because I look young,” she says. “Being in this shoot was me saying, ‘I’m not just the young girl everybody thinks I am. I’m actually a woman.’”

Selena Gomez & Nick Jonas Hanging Out Again! Watch Out Justin Bieber!

2011-04-12T17:29:00.000-07:00

Justin Bieber recently landed in Israel for an upcoming concert, but back stateside his girlfriend Selena Gomez has been reconnecting with her ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas!

The Disney duo dated in 2010 and have rarely been seen together since ending their relationship. Despite recent breakup rumors, we have no reason to believe there's any trouble brewing between Selena and her "Baby" beau Justin. Even so, why did she wait until Justin was on the other side of the world to spend time with Nick?

"Nick is a very good friend," Selena recently said. "He's a lovely guy, we're good friends and I enjoy his company!"

Uh-oh! Better keep an eye on Nick. Let the conspiracy theories fly! Who would you rather Selena go out with?

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez Break up Rumors

2011-04-11T19:54:00.000-07:00

The rumors still persist, even though no real proof exists. Let's set things straight. Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have not broken up, at least not yet.

The National Enquirer reported last week that Gomez dumped Bieber because he was texting Jasmine Villegas. Their claim is baseless and most likely not true.

We did our best to debunk the Enquirer's report last week, but because of new reports, including one by Fox News, that continue to refer to the Enquirer's story, we feel the need, to once again, tell you why you shouldn't believe the National Enquirer.

The Enquirer uses the typical tool of the tabloids, the unnamed source. An unnamed source used by a tabloid should be a red flag that there is something fishy about their report. Journalists are NOT required by law to reveal their sources. If a tabloid uses an unnamed source, it can't be proven if that source ever existed or if it was completely made up.

In addition, this texting story came to light weeks ago, but it was just recently that Gomez decided to end it? The more likely explanation is that the Enquirer need a story and twisted this one to their liking.

Also, reporting that Gomez wanted to stay friends with Bieber is the perfect cover. It is proof that the Enquirer can't back up its story. Reporting that she wants to remain friends allows for a reconciliation between her and Justin. So, if they are seen out together in the near future then the Enquirer can just claim that they reconciled.

Don't believe the rumors. Until it is confirmed with a credible source that has a name, or by Selena Gomez or Justin Bieber themselves, there is no reason to believe, at this time, that they have broken up.

Taylor Swift won't be taking her clothes off for the camera

2011-04-11T18:22:00.000-07:00

April 11, 2011 - Uber-successful singer Taylor Swift claims that she does not feel it is necessary to take her clothes off to promote her music.

The 21-year-old poised star told London's The Telegraph that he likes to wear nice dresses and new styles of clothes. However, she said that, "I don't feel comfortable taking my clothes off."

Betty White 'cannot stand' people like Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen

Taylor also added that she doesn't get asked to dress more provovacatevly anymore.

"I wouldn't wear tiny amounts of clothing in my real life, so I don't think it's necessary to wear that stuff in photo shoots," she explained.

Unlike her contemporary counterparts, Taylor is more modest and doesn't think less clothes should be the basis of how much her music sells.

However, many of her fellow female singers have continually been shedding their clothing while performing live or on music videos often wearing only skimpy and revealing bodysuits.

Although that may work for some, Taylor likes to stay true to herself, while having fans that buy her music for what it is and not because of how sexy she can look.

Taylor Swift is Getting Married!

2011-04-11T09:59:00.000-07:00

April 2, 2011, will mark the last day of Taylor Swift’s songs about breakups and mean boys. Taylor Swift is getting married.
Many are asking what will happen to the Swift’s career now. The 21-year-old is famous for her songs like "Should’ve Said No," a song about a boy who cheated on her; "Picture to Burn," a spunky tune about a guy who cheated on her; and "You’re Not Sorry," a song about being over a boyfriend that cheated on her. Without boys to cheat on her, will her songwriting days be over?
Taylor’s record label, Cheating Boyfriend Records, commented about Taylor’s new relationship status. The press release stated, "We’re not exactly sure what we’re going to do with Ms. Swift at this time. If she can come up with some good material, we’ll keep her. However, cheating boys are her specialty, and she gets frazzled when she’s taken out of her comfort zone."
There are a number of songs Taylor has written that aren’t about breakups. However, the boys in these songs didn’t even know she exists. In her chart-topping "You Belong With Me," Swift talks herself into thinking that a boy likes her when he obviously looks at her like a sister.
The boy Swift sings about in "You Belong With Me" is named Johnny Shallow. He stated, "Taylor and I are very different people. She likes to fantasize about belonging with the star football player, me; the best-looking kid in our school, me; and the most well-liked person in our town, me. I’m glad she finally found someone who loves her like she loves me."
If a Taylor Swift song isn’t about a breakup, it’s most likely about a boy. She sings "Love Story" about her forbidden love, "Mine" about a boy who changed her life, and "Our Song" about her teenage love.
When Taylor marries her boyfriend of six months, Stephen Cramer, he will most likely ask her to stop writing about other boys. But after she runs out of songs about how much she loves him, what will she write about? Many speculate she may have to get divorced to score some new material.
Cramer is the subject of "Hey Stephen." Stephen is one of the few boys that Taylor has written a happy song about. Cramer’s sister, Bonnie Cramer, stated, "Stephen wasn’t really interested in Taylor until he heard the song about himself. There’s something about knowing someone else is in love with you that makes you think twice about whether you love that person or not."
Fortunately for Taylor Swift’s fans, she will attempt at to stay involved in the music industry. Her one hope for herself, as she posted on her Twitter account, is "I hope that my wedding doesn’t turn into my song,

Speak Now. I don’t need a crazy girl crashing my wedding and stealing my groom!" We hope so, too, Taylor.

Taylor Swift Songs, The Movie

2010-12-16T05:15:00.000-08:00

We've got a wild notion: what if her songs were adapted to film?

There's just something about a vignette, that story that plays with the elements of shorthand to tell something we might ordinarily watch in 90 minutes instead in the span of about 10. So what would happen if someone took the works of a storyteller musician -- like Taylor Swift -- and applied it to a cinematic format similar to Paris Je T'Aime and New York, I Love You, in which each of Swift's songs were translated by an established filmmaker into a short work of cinema? Or perhaps rather than the short film format, what if the works were assembled as an interwoven series of stories like Love Actually, Valentine's Day, or He's Just Not That Into You? What would that look like? Especially if they had the courage to not actually include the songs themselves in the film?

While people often joke about Swift's songs all sounding the same, each one tells a very different story -- with almost all of her songs detailing a love affair that seems more inspired by romantic fiction than it does the tales of her own life. It seems only fair to translate them back. Here are the songs that seem most ripe for the picking.

"Love Story"
A young boy falls for a young girl, but Dad isn't happy about it. Pretty classic story. How exactly would someone deal with a softened, country version of Romeo and Juliet with a happy ending? The right visual director could nail this. Think Julie Taymor and you're on the right track.

"You Belong With Me"
A young tomboy pines wistfully for her best friend who happens to be dating a cheerleader. The question is: Will she tell him? And if she does, will he realize that she's the one he loves?

"Teardrops on My Guitar"
The antithesis of "You Belong With Me," this is the story of a girl in love with her best friend Drew, only this time she doesn't have the courage to do anything but cry about it. He tells her everything and believes he's really found the right girl this time, and it seems he'll never notice how much the girl really loves him. No matter what, this one can't have a happy ending. You always have to have a bit of heartbreak, and this is the song to nail it.

"Fifteen"
This song starts with a young girl on her first day of school and follows her through the adventures and heartbreak of falling in love for the first time. This is one of the Taylor Swift songs that tells a story, but does so fairly ambiguously. There are a number of ways a director could take this and do something incredibly sweet with it -- or something incredibly daring.

"Tim McGraw"
The song that got her noticed, Swift's song isn't actually about Tim McGraw, it's about a young girl (I know, I know) who is pining for the boy she spent the summer in love with. She's written him a letter she's never delivered, and hopes secretly that he thinks of her every time he hears the music of Tim McGraw. What does the letter say? And what will he do when he reads it?

"Speak Now"
This one is the trickiest. It's the story of a young girl who sneaks into her ex's wedding in order to break it up. Told by the right person, this could be a romantic tale of someone trying to save her love from a very bad decision; told wrong and it will come off as crazy and desperate. After all, she's about to speak up when the minister says, "Speak now," the single scariest, most awkward moment in any wedding. One way or the other, it would be dramatic.

"Better Than Revenge"
A young girl, who admittedly is not so innocent, loses her boyfriend to the school harlot. But this girl isn't going to stand idly by and cry. She's going to mess this girl up. Swift never says exactly what she plans to do, but in the hands of the right comedic director, it could be quite funny. Think more Mean Girls and less Single White Femaleand you'll get where I'm going with this.

So what'd I miss? Any Taylor Swift songs you think should get this treatment? Any song writers you'd like to see similarly adapted?

Taylor Swift Planning Festive Birthday

2010-12-09T05:51:00.000-08:00

Taylor Swift loves having a birthday so close to Christmas because it means other people can swap gifts instead of her being the main focus of celebrations.

Taylor Swift is planning a Christmas-themed birthday party.

The 'Love Story'singer - who is rumoured to be dating actor Jake Gyllenhaal - turns 21 on December 13 and loves celebrating during the festive season because it means there is less focus on her.

She explained: "I love having a Christmas themed birthday party so people can give each other presents at my birthday party, so it's not so much a spotlight birthday [thing] - especially with a 21st birthday where people are like, 'Huh? Huh? What's she gonna do?'

"I didn't want it to be a crazy club thing, I just want it to be very me and the me thing to do would be to have a Christmas birthday party."

Taylor certainly has a lot to celebrate this year, as her latest album 'Speak Now' broke sales records in its first week of release earlier this year and she admits it took a while for the news to sink in.

On hearing the news she told US TV show 'Access Hollywood': "That was just a crazy phone call to get. To have the phone call with my mom and dad on the phone and my record label president says, 'I guess you're my million dollar baby!'I was like, 'Are you serious? Are you talking in code? Are you saying what I think you're saying, because if you're saying that, I'm gonna need a minute.'"

Entertainment Weekly Names Taylor Swift Entertainer Of The Year

2010-12-05T00:32:00.000-08:00

Thanks to her record breaking year, Entertainment Weekly has named Taylor Swift as their Entertainer of the Year. At only twenty years old, she is the youngest performer ever to be so honored. In the past extraordinary year the multi-platinum selling singer-songwriter headlined a triumphant concert tour, won four Grammy awards, and launched ‘Speak Now’, her third studio album, which went platinum within a week of its release.

Much like Taylor’s earlier two albums, ‘Speak Now’ received great reviews, partly due to her sincere lyrics that honor trustworthy, loyal friends, high school crushes, and ex-boyfriends. ‘Back to December’ and ‘Mine’, her first two singles, were also touching tributes to former relationships. Her songs sound autobiographical and have caused a great deal of speculation, gossip and rumor published as fact. Taylor is amused by it all and keeps the mystery alive by declining to identify the allusions in her songs.

Last year Taylor became the subject of countless headlines when she was infamously interrupted during her acceptance of her MTV Video Music Award for Best Female Video, by rapper Kanye West. She gave no public response for a year and was reluctant to attend or perform on the 2010 MTV Awards show. Then she woke up one night and decided to sing ‘Innocent’, which she wrote in the aftermath of the 2009 fiasco.

Taylor will be taking the holidays off to rest up for her 2011 ‘Speak Now’ World Tour which will kick off in Singapore, on February 9. Her opening act will be ‘NeedtoBreathe’, a Christian rock group and she’ll be touring six stadiums in nineteen countries, and playing eighty seven dates. To check the tour schedule, go here.

Jake G. and Taylor S. make it OFFICIAL!

2010-12-02T06:03:00.000-08:00

After weeks of speculation Jake Gyllenhaal andTaylor Swift finally reveal the truth about their relationship- they are indeed dating!

Jake and Taylor have been photographed on many coffee dates, suspected of visiting each other while in London and are now supposedly in “love” (according to US Weekly). The report about being in “love” with her new beau may hold some truth. Taylor was quoted in an interview with E! News saying that the next time she is in a relationship it will be because she has “really fallen hard for someone.” She definitely deserves it!

In the photograph that confirmed it all (to the right) Taylor isn’t shying away from showing her affection for the steamy actor by wrapping her arm around him. While Jake doesn’t try to hide his feelings for the beautiful and successful country artist either by grabbing her hand in return. The pair both have humungous smiles on their faces and seem to be having an amazing time together!

Taylor Swift has been linked to many boys, all of which are very HOT, but this is the first time she has been linked to a man! Jake may be nine years Taylor’s senior but with the age differences that exist now-a-days (i.e. Demi and Ashton) nine years is nothin’! Plus Taylor is said to be very mature for her 20 (soon to be 21) years of living.

I, a ginormus Taylor fan, am so glad these two have made their relationship official and are no longer hiding it from the public. If this famous couple follows in the steps of other famous couples reports will soon break about an engagement around Christmas time.

I can’t wait to hear the song(s) that are soon to follow from this couple. Hopefully they will be joyous songs but if they are about heartbreak I guarantee I will be one of the firsts to tell you about it! Congratulations Swyllenhaal!

What do you think of the new couple? Will they last?

Dolly Parton Says Miley Cyrus Is Enticed To Act ‘Trashy,’ Applauds Taylor Swift

2010-11-28T18:31:00.000-08:00

Nashville country music legend Dolly Parton chimed in on her raunchy and controversial goddaughter Miley Cyrus who’s most known for playing the role Hannah Montana on Disney during an interview with Larry King Live. The country-music star admitted that Miley Cyrus is trying to get out of the bubble of being Hannah Montana and grow-up and spoke about the pressure that young girls are going through and trashy ways they feel they must adapt inorder to get accepted.

When Larry King mentioned Miley’s raunchy dancing and clothes, Dolly Parton said hopefully that Miley Cyrus didn’t get it from her and she didn’t approve of her over-the-top stage performances.

The music legend said she doesn’t know if Miley is surrounding herself around people that will help her make wise decisions, but her answers regarding country music star Taylor Swift were somewhat the opposite. In fact, Dolly Parton says Taylor Swift has a good head on her shoulders and seems to be surrounding herself around the right people.

Maybe this is a sign that Miley Cyrus needs to take notes from Taylor Swift.

As for being a rebillous teen, Dolly Parton recalled herself not wanting people to give her advice and wanting just the information and just to be left alone to do her own thing. So if Miley Cyrus wants help, Dolly Parton says her honorary goddaughter can come to her and she would do everything to help her in any way.

“I’m hoping that Miley is going to be just fine…. So I think we should just let her grow up.” Dolly Parton said.

Taylor Swift's Love Life. :)

2010-11-27T23:06:00.000-08:00

When you’re 20 years old, your dating history is diminutive even when you’re a superstar…unless you’re Lindsay Lohan or Paris Hilton. Taylor Swift is America’s sweetheart country crooner and she plays the wholesome part of a southern belle virginal goodie-two-shoes. As such, she’s only had two confirmed relationships—though with very high profile gentlemen. And that doesn’t mean the rumors don’t fly.

She was linked to a doozy in 2007 when she caught the eye of every teen girl’s fantasy Joe Jonas of the Jonas Brothers. Disappointingly, their toothy-smiled, wispy-haired relationship ended abruptly the following year. But that doesn’t mean it didn’t leave a lasting mark—her heartbreak song ‘Forever & Always’ is reportedly based on her romance with the bushy-eyebrowed Disney star.

Like all young love, the fur started to fly post-break-up. According to Swift, Jonas dumped her on the phone and she responded by putting him on blast via The Ellen Degeneres Show saying, “I looked at the call log—it was like 27 seconds. That's got to be a record.” Then she posted an amusing promo video on her MySpace page where she holds up a Joe Jonas doll and says, “See, this one even comes with a phone, so he can break up with other dolls.”

Jonas, tired of having his good name dragged through the mud responded with a blog post writing, “I called to discuss feelings with the other person. Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk. A phone call can be pretty short when someone else ends the call.”

But proving there is life after a Jonas, Swift stepped her game up and snagged a werewolf, and not just any werewolf—the werewolf Taylor Lautner. He and Swift shot scenes together for the 2009 movieValentines Day including a kissing sequence. Rumors quickly suggested the two were crushing hard for each other. Later when Swift hosted SNL in November 2009, she cracked jokes about her infamous Kanye West stage crash and took another jab at Jonas by admitting she was dating a werewolf. But the whirlwind romance was short-lived and the two parted ways before the new year rolled around.

In 2010, Swift had to dodge rumors that she was dating Glee star Cory Monteith and British actor Toby Hemmingway, who she chose to star in her music video for ‘Mine.’ But a bigger rumor about her past surfaced in the fall. Ditching her young beaus for a more experienced partner, in 2009 Taylor reportedly spent some face time with notorious heartbreaker and singer John Mayer outside of the studio while they were recording a duet. In her 2010 album, Speak Now, Taylor's single 'Dear John' seemed to be aimed at the singer, who is 13 years her senior.

Lyrics like "Don't you think I was too young/To be messed with" and "Don't you think 19's too young/To be played/By your dark, twisted games/When I loved you so" point straight to a messy break-up. If the past is any indication, this superstar is not afraid to name names in her songs.\

But Taylor didn't seem to learn too much from her heartbreak following a relationship with an older man. The country darling has most recently been seen out and about with 29-year-old actor Jake Gyllenhaal. He better stick to Taylor's rules or he may be the subject of a 'Dear John' sequel, 'Dear Jake.'

Taylor Swift is allegedly trying to make Taylor Lautner jealous.

According to the National Enquirer, the You Belong With Me singer has been using current beau Jake Gyllenhaal in order to grab the Twilight hunk's attention... And even her mom is in on the act!

"Taylor is hoping her dates with Jake are making Lautner crazy," claims a source.

"She even had her mom Andrea call Taylor and tell him how much better his life would be if he was still dating her daughter! And Andrea wants them together again because she thinks Taylor is the most stable guy for her daughter. He’s the only one of Taylor’s boyfriends she approves of.”

According to the insider, Lautner - who also reportedly had a romance with Swift's BFF Selena Gomez - plans to holiday with the country star.

"They’ve been talking and texting, and Taylor’s invited him to join her on vacation when she turns 21 on December 13," added the alleged mole.

Jake Gyllenhaal was recently in the UK promoting his movie “Love and Other Drugs.” Jake’s rumored girlfriend Taylor Swift was set to arrive in London on the same day Jake had to leave so that she could promote her album “Speak Now.” Jake didn’t like the thought of not getting to see Taylor because their schedules were so busy, so he hired a private jet to pick Taylor up in the US early and fly her to London so they could spend time together. The private jet is rumored to have cost Jake somewhere around $160,000.
