Um Petit Gâteau, para fechar uma refeição em família é sempre um momento ansiado.&lt;br /&gt;

Até ontem, comprava sempre daqueles que se vendem congelados no hipermercado, mas esta rotina mudou pela dica da &lt;a href="http://culinariadosamigos.blogspot.com/2010/07/petit-gateau.html#comment-form"&gt;Suelly&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Esta receita vale por ser super prática e fácil de fazer, por ser tão deliciosa e, pela poupança que representa. Ou seja, com o preço de quatro Petit Gâteau comprados num hipermercado fazemos 8.&lt;br /&gt;

Tem também a vantagem de poder fazer vários, congelar e servir quando aparecem visitas.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;240 grs de chocolate culinária;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;200 grs de margarina;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 ovos inteiros;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 gemas;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 c. sopa de açúcar;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 c. sopa de farinha de trigo.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Derreter o chocolate em banho-maria com a manteiga até obter uma mistura homogénea.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bater os ovos, as gemas e o açúcar. Ir juntando aos poucos o chocolate e continuar a bater, acrescentar a farinha de trigo misturando suavemente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Untar as forminhas com manteiga e polvilhar com chocolate em pó, e deitar o preparado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar no congelador no mínimo 2 horas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pré-aquecer o forno a 250º, e colocar as formas no quando o formo estiver bem quente. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Aguardar 5 minutos, testar com um palito se os rebordos estão consistentes (o interior tem de ficar liquido).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Desenformar e servir com gelado e frutas a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;

As minhas bananas desta vez transformaram-se em deliciosos muffins, já testados por várias pessoas (porque eu agora não provo nada- estou de dieta) e hiper – mega aprovadíssimos.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Noutra taça esmaguei as bananas com um garfo e juntei, a margarina, os ovos, a baunilha, misturei tudo com uma colher de pau.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Juntei aos poucos a mistura da banana com os ingredientes secos, mexendo sempre com a colher de pau. Não utilizei a batedeira porque a ideia não é esmagar todos os ingredientes, mas sim ficar com pedaços de banana e nozes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Colocar a massa em forminhas já untadas e levar ao forno por 20 a 25 minutos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
No topo de cada forminha coloquei uma noz e noutras um quadradinho de chocolate de culinária. &lt;br /&gt;

Esta receita tirei de um livro “Cozinhar com Atum”, é muito saborosa, prática e económica. Mas só à 2ª tentativa é que resultou, tive de ajustar a quantidade de farinha que vinha no livro. &lt;br /&gt;

Cozer os espinafres em água temperada com sal e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ligar o forno a 180º, para o pré-aquecimento.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Depois de escorridos, triturar os espinafres juntamente com as gemas. Adicionar aos poucos a farinha e o fermento.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bater as claras em castelo e juntar aos espinafres.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Barrar uma forma com papel vegetal untado com margarina e deitar a mistura dos espinafres. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar no forno por 10 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Enquanto aguardamos, com a varinha mágica triturar o atum já escorrido juntamente com a maionese.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Desenformar os espinafres sobre um papel vegetal salpicado com água fria e barrar com a pasta de atum.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Agora é só enrolar e servir com uma salada de tomate, ou como é sugerido no livro, decorar a torta com rabanetes laminados.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;Coloquei todos os ingredientes no liquidificador e depois juntei água até ficar com uma consistência que me agradasse (acrescentei também cubos de gelo).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Agora é só sentar, acrescentarmos ao prato o ovo, o pão em pedaços e o bacon e, apreciarmos esta refeição refrescante.&lt;br /&gt;

Baixar a temperatura do forno para 180º e colocar os donut’s no forno.&lt;br /&gt;

Eu coloquei água no tabuleiro forno para dar humidade à cozedura.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Enquanto se espera preparamos o glacê e as coberturas, para isso colocamos numa taça o açúcar em pó, a essência de baunilha e deitamos água a ferver, mexer tudo até a mistura ficar homogénea. Noutras taças colocar as coberturas pretendidas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pegar num donut’s já cozido, molhar uma das partes no glacê e de seguida numa das coberturas. Repetir o processo em todos os donut’s.&lt;br /&gt;

No entanto tenho alguma dificuldade em acreditar que seja realmente útil para esse propósito, por isso arregacei as mangas e mães à obra. Peguei numa receita da Bimby e tentei adapta-la à MFP.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tempero:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 d. de alho;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 raminho de salsa;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 caldos de legumes;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 limão (sumo).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Refogado:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Fiz o refogado num tachinho, onde juntei os temperos quando a cebola já estava amolecida.&lt;br /&gt;

Deitar o refogado na cuba da MFP (retirar as pás) com os restantes ingredientes (excepto o arroz).&lt;br /&gt;

Ligar no programa cozer que tem a duração de 1 hora.&lt;br /&gt;

Ir mexendo com uma colher de pau, e quando faltar certa de 15 minutos para o fim do programa, juntar o arroz.&lt;br /&gt;

Em mais uma espreitadela dei com esta receita:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Massa de Pão&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Limão&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mel&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Açucar amarelo&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Azeite para untar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;Utilizei a farinha para pão branco do Continente, respeitando as quantidades indicadas no pacote, e ligue a MFP no programa de Massa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Numa taça misturei um pouco de açucar amarelo, mel e como não tinha limão, utilizei o sumo de uma laranja.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloquei a massa na bancada já polvilhada com farinha e espalmei-a, pincelei com a mistura anterior, dobrei a massa e torenei a pincelar por cima.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Untei o tabuleiro do forno com azeite e coloquei as Escarpiadas no forno a 250º até ficares louras.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As minhas passaram um pouco do tempo :(&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Inspirada por &lt;a href="http://www.receitasmfp.com/"&gt;receitasmfp&lt;/a&gt;, resolvi retirar o pó à minha MFP e deitei mãos à obra, e o resultado não me podia ter deixado mais satisfeita.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fiz assim:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Num recipiente coloquei 1 kg de abóbora cortada aos pedacinhos, e deitei por cima 500 g de açúcar amarelo.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;No dia seguinte, deitei esta mistura para a cuba da MFP e acrescentei um pau de canela, liguei a máquina no programa das compotas.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Quando o programa parou, retirei o pau de canela, passei tudo com a varinha mágica e acrescentei pinhões (a gosto).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;E voilá… um Doce que está lá em casa a aguardar o requeijão de cabra para mais um momento doce.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 ovos;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5 gemas;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;160g de açucar;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 c. café açucar baunilhado;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 dl de leite morno;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 limão (raspa e sumo);&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;80 g. farinha;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manteiga e açucar (para barrar a forma)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;Ligar o forno a 180ºC.&lt;br /&gt;
Untar uma tarteira com manteiga e açucar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
No liquidificador, misturar os ovos, as gemas, os 2 tipos de açucar, a raspa e o sumo do limão.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Envolver delicadamente a farinha, sem bater e verter o preparado para a tarteira já untada.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar no forno em balho-maria durante cerca de 40 min,&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Desenformar depois de fria e polvilhar com açucar em pó.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Casca de 1 limão&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Levar so lume a água, o mel, a canela e a casca de limão, e deixar ferver até metade do conteúdo se evaporar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Retirar do lume e misturar a aguardente. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Depois de arrefecer, engarrafar e aguardar no minimo 1 mês até se deliciar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Cortar o fiambre em cubinhos e alourar numa frigideira juntamente com a margarina. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar o molho bechamel ao fiambre e temperar com a noz-moscada, o sal, a pimenta e o sumo de limão.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bater as claras em castelo com uma pitada de sal, juntar ao preparado anterior envolvendo com cuidado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Deitar o preparado numa forma de soufflé untada margarina e colocar no forno. Reduzir a temperatura para 180º e aguardar 25 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;Coloquei um molho de hortelã num franco com 0,5l de aguardente. Aguardei 10 dias, agitando pelo menos 1 vez por dia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Medi a quantidade de aguardente após retiral o molho de hortelã, e num tacho coloquei a mesma quantidade de agua e açucar (de açucar coloquei um pouco menos, pois não gosto de bebidas excessivamente doces).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Levei a água e o açucar ao lume, até formar uma calda, deixei arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Juntei a aguardente à calda de açucar e filtrei tudo com filtros de café.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Conclusão: 28,8€ o litro. Aloure uma ou 2 cebolas com o dente de alho migado, margarina e azeite. Adicione um tomate cortado aos cubos, o louro e deixe refogar. Adicione as ervilhas e 2l de água quente, as rodelas de chouriço e bacon. Tempere com uma pitada de pimenta. Deixe cozer. Abra alguns espaços no recipiente e coloque em cada, um ovo. Numa tigela junte o preparado, a farinha , o fermente, o leite e o bacalhau e mexa bastante bem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Misture-lhe os últimos ingredientes e por fim as claras em castelo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Vai ao forno um tabuleiro forrado e untado de papel vegetal , durante + ou - 30 min. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Entretanto prepare o molho de tomate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Pele o tomate e corte-o em quartos, colocar a refogar durante 5 min. em lume brando juntamente com o azeite, a cebola picada, é necessário ir mexendo o preparado. Junte agora o dente de alho picado, e os temperos a gosto.
