Monday's 'Off the Beaten Track' begins with two terrific Scottish singles from the 1980s from Aztec Camera and The Blue Nile. The show will also feature new music from some of the finest albums released this month including Django Django, Miranda Sykes & Rex Preston, Portico Quartet and O'Hooley & Tidow. Expect also great tracks by the likes of Etran Finatawa, Rango and Brent Cash.

The Portico Quartet album is sounding very promising - a challenging listen at first but possibly their best release to date.
