noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Mon, 23 Dec 2013 00:38:00 +0000

Eat Bulaga host and mainstay Jose Manalo is currently facing charges filed by his 17-year-old daughter before the Quezon City Procesutor’s Office on Friday, December 20, 2013.

The comedian Jose Manalo whose real name is Ariel Manalo, is being charged for an alleged violation of Republic Act 9262 or “Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004.”

The 47-year-old comedian faces the charges which stem from Jose Manalo’s failure to provide financial support to his family, forcing his daughter to stop attending school.

The daughter of Jose Manalo or the complainant, disclosed that she stopped going to school in August 2013, for lack of financial support for transportation, and school expenses.

Jose Manalo’s daughter is being represented by her legal counsel, Atty. Dennis Pangan. The complainant stated that she forced to stop her studies because her father Jose Manalo broke his promise to pay her tuition fees during the earlier mediation proceedings at the Philippine Mediation Center.

The 17-year-old daughter of Jose Manalo is enrolled at the Raffles Design Institute in Taguig City on October 2013 based on her father’s promise. The daughter of relayed that her father even took the school payment schedule so he can send the money on time.

According to the daughter of Manalo who filed charges to her father, Jose Manalo only paid for the initial fees, and nothing more.

As of posting time, Jose Manalo did not release her statement regarding the charges filed by her daughter. We will update this post as soon as we can get more details.

Magkasama Tayo sa Kwento ng Pasko lyrics
ABS-CBN 2013 Christmas Station ID theme

Bawat Pasko'y may dalang himala

Malakas mang ulan, ito'y titila

Bubuhos ang pagpapala

May kapiling ang nangungulila

Anumang lungkot, tayo'y aahon

May lunas sa sugat ng kahapon

Sa isa't isa'y mayrong paglingap

Mga pangarap, ngayo'y magaganap

Refrain:

Laging masaya ang kwento ng Pasko

Dahil sino ka man, may nagmamahal sa'yo

Ngayong Kapaskuhan ang pangako ko

Sa puso ko'y magkasama tayo

Chorus:

Sa iisang awit ngayong Pasko

Magkayakap ang tinig ko't sa iyo

Sa 'ting himig, ipagdiriwang ang pag-ibig

At ito ay tatawid sa buong daigdig

Sa iisang awit ngayong Pasko

Magkayakap ang tinig ko't sa iyo

Sa 'ting himig, nadarama na ang mahalaga

Ay magkasama tayo sa kwento ng Pasko

wo-oh wo-oh-oh

Kwento ng Pasko

Mga ala-ala sa Pasko'y di kumukupas

Ilang taon pa man ang lumipas

Dahil ang bawat damdamin

Umuukit nang malalim

Marangya man ang pagdiriwang

Kahit simpleng kasiyahan

Ang tunay na may kayamanan

Pamilyang nagmamahalan

(Repeat Refrain)

(Repeat Chorus)

Bridge:

Magbago man lahat sa mundo

Nananatili ang diwa ng Pasko

Ang pagpapala ay hindi mauubos

Himala ng Pasko ay hiwaga ng Diyos

(Repeat Chorus)

Sa iisang awit ngayong Pasko

Magkayakap ang tinig ko't sa iyo

Sa 'ting himig, nadarama na ang mahalaga

Nasaan man sa mundo, magkasama tayo

Sa kwento ng Pasko

(Repeat Chorus 3x)

Isang kwento

Iisang kwento

Kwento ng Pasko

Anne Curtis admits the incident and asks for forgiveness

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Mon, 02 Dec 2013 01:16:00 +0000

Anne Curtis reportedly caused a scene in a luxury bar at The Fort in the wee hours of Saturday, November 23. And because of this, she posted a series of tweets saying she was admitting the incident, recognizing her fault, and asking for forgiveness to the people involved and her fans as well.

From Anne Curtis' official Twitter account, here's the transcript:

Hey everyone. I will be making my official statement now & after this, I will not be giving any interviews about this issue anymore. I choose to do this right away because I've always been an open book & I don't like to hide anything... For those who have read about the issue, yes, most of it is true. I admit to that & I have apologized to all parties included immediately... When I was told of my behavior AND the person who started all of this, due to this persons inappropriate behavior, apologized to me too... Just as I did. Which I accepted too. I choose not to go into detail because I'm not the type to ruin someone else's name... Now.. I had been on the super popular juice cleanse for 3 days & attended my best friends bachelorette that night, had one too many drinks.. which led to some of these unfortunate events. That's why they say 'Drink in moderation'. I will charge it to experience & a lesson learned. I'm sorry if I let any of my fans down.... As you all see, I'm just like any other person that makes mistakes in life... Thank you to everyone that has messaged me about their support. With where I am today I owe all of you my honesty. Good night.

Your video should not exceed one minute. In 1 minute, state your name, age, address, your job if working, your course if studying, and answer the question: “Bakit ka karapat-dapat maging housemate ni Kuya?” (Why should you be Kuya’s housemate?). Remember, limit your video to 1 minute only.

Video Credit: Youtube Top Rank Boxing interviewed Rios wherein he shared how hard he worked in the gym in order to put Manny Pacquiao down but he failed on his attempt to out-perform the eight-division world champion.

Based upon the interview video which gone viral already, Rios started to break in tears showing that he was hurt with his defeat against Pacquiao. The 27-year-old boxer momentarily paused during the interview to recover from his emotions.

Brandon Rios narrated that his 5-month hard work with his team in the boxing gym just to pursue their game plan against Pacquaio failed. He did not expect the awesome speed of Pacquiao in the ring, not only with his jabs but with his entire body movement.

Make Money Online | Blogging

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Mon, 11 Nov 2013 21:42:00 +0000

If you have a particular passion for something, whether it's a hobby or an obsession, and you have something to say about it, blogging could be a profitable way to pour out your endless stream of thought. The key here, as with many other services on the Internet, is in selling advertising.

After starting up a personal blog, many writers sign up for ad services like Google AdSense, which post those familiar sponsored links you often see at the top and on the sides of Web sites. The more times your blog readers click on those ads, the more money you'll make through the ad service. This works fine if you're a casual blogger, and you may make some extra spending money. But if the blog is consistently interesting, well-written and really takes off, you may be approached by companies who want to reach your fan base with graphical advertising around your blog. Some of the more successful blogs, like I Can Has Cheezburger? and Boing Boing, have become pop-culture phenomena, and their creators have been able to quit their day jobs and blog full time because of the money they make from advertisers.

Super Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) victims refused from sheltering at Iglesia Ni Cristo church in Philippines

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Mon, 11 Nov 2013 07:48:00 +0000

A controversial story of Iglesia ni Cristo Church in Iloilo City who refused to shelter some victims of Super Typhoon Yolanda have gone viral for the past few hours after it was posted on “Splendor of the Church” blog on Monday, Nov. 11, 2013.

According to the author of the blog a certain Mai Militante shared a story of her staff during the Typhoon Yolanda incident in Iloilo City.

Churches are the primary shelters of those victims during the times of calamities but the incident happened in an INC Church was opposite to what Filipinos have been expecting.

Here’s the story of Mai Militante:

Mai Militante

Story of our staff from yolanda typhoon incident…. they were walking from estancia to balasan road…it was still raining and they were soaking wet, hungry, tired and dead scared…
they stopped and thought they could rest at the church of Iglesia in Cristo… but people from the that church told them they cannot come in bcoz they are not members of that church… i was shocked with this story…. as they say “what u sow so shall you reap.” Grabe…

Our staff are still trying their best to get contact with anyone from the INC to air their side with this story. If you’re one of the member of the said Church, just add your comments in the space provided below.

Jax Cote Negative Comment Against Filipinos on Super Typhoon Yolanda

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Mon, 11 Nov 2013 07:44:00 +0000

After Devina Dediva’s racist comments against Miss World 2013 Megan Young, here comes another commentator through Facebook who wants to be in the spotlight in a negative way regarding on Super Typhoon Yolanda.

According to Fbnws.com Jax Cote is a private elementary school teacher from Vancouver, British Columbia, responded to an update on the storm with a comment that reeked racist hatred.
Jax Cote was attacked by Filipinos online when she wrote “so this means the world is getting rid a whole wack of Phillipino’s about time God cleaned house!”

After she wrote this, Cote was bombarded with angry comments by Filipino netizens, here are some of the comments:

Emelita Flores Mendoza: Demonyo yan! Nasaan yung sense of equality among human beings? Bakit ba napakaliit ngtingin niya sa Pilipino? Dapat sa kanya sumama na kayYolanda!!!

Jennifer Baluyot Dilla: ”Jax Cote comments is disturbing indeed but it does not reflect the sentiments of her race. I pray that when storm FREDA hit British Columbia, she or her race did not have to experience comments like that.”

Malcolm Conlan: “I am utterly shocked and disturbed to see this horrible comment at such a difficult time for the Philippines and Filipino people. My question to Jax Cote is why on earth would God be ‘getting rid of a whole wack of Philippino’s’ anyway??? As far as I have seen and am aware, Filipinos deserve the utmost respect for all they do for us around the world. They are employed as nurses, doctors, carers and even Airline Pilots, all very caring and indeed vital jobs for us all, so why on earth would God or anyone for that matter want to get rid of them???? To #JaxCote and indeed anyone else who is minded to, STOP BASHING FILIPINOS, IT IS SIMPLY UNCALLED FOR!!!”

Khim L Amata: ”A racist comment by #JaxCote to the Filipinos. She’s a teacher in Vancouver but I think She’s not a teacher she’s stupid.”
