Si può modellare uno sport, una performance lavorativa, uno stato emozionale (dalla paura alla sicurezza, dall’insicurezza all’autostima).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 16px; "&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Modellare non è una teoria né è alla ricerca della verità, modellare è copiare ciò che può essere utile. I bambini sono degli eccellenti “modellatori”, imparano a crescere, ad emulare … e imparano anche ad emulare ciò che non è utile, come le credenze limitanti degli adulti vicini, perché da bambini non si è in grado di scindere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 16px; "&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Il modeling è legato alla presupposizione per cui &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;strong style="font-weight: bold; "&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;se qualcuno ci riesce non c’è ragione valida per cui non possa farlo anche io&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 16px; "&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Prendendo spunto da una persona che fa meglio una cosa rispetto a noi, possiamo scegliere cosa modellare e scegliere di modellare solo le credenze utili riguardo a quella performance, o le frasi, i pensieri, o le azioni. La persona da cui modelliamo qualcosa non deve necessariamente essere perfetta, amorevole e disponibile. Basti pensare che certe volte non è solo utile sezionare la malattia ma sempre più spesso è utile emulare (modellare) le persone (in una ottica olistica) che hanno risolto il problema di salute che al momento può affliggere qualcuno. Si pensi al grave problema del cancro. La perdita di kg ne è solo una conseguenza...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Divertirmi mentre perdo peso, ridere dei miei limiti, godere dei miei successi cercando di essere schietta e fiera di me anche negli insuccessi, liberarmi di ciò che mi appesantisce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;ABITUDINI: fare sempre le scale, rispettare le 7 mosse, dedicare tempo alle visualizzazioni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Mettere nero su bianco le proprie aspettative e il proprio impegno è un modo per richiamare spesso all'attenzione ciò che si desidera ardentemente, così che si possano costantemente assaporare i vantaggi che derivano da quello che momentaneamente ci pare faticoso... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;scrivere è anche un modo di dimostrare che ci stiamo prendendo un impegno con noi stessi e alle promesse fatte al nostro "io" più sensibile, non vogliamo certo venire meno! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;E allora, io prometto che mi prenderò questo tempo per dedicarmi del tempo... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;con consapevole leggerezza e sano divertimento ricordandomi che la vita e una sola..ed io la voglio godere al massimo! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Prometto di considerare davvero la perdita di peso come parte integrante di un progetto di cambiamento più ampio che mi permetterà  di arrivare ai miei 30 anni in forma STRE-PI-TO-SA! ;) su ogni fronte! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Prometto di essere chiara, schietta e sincera con me stessa, per riconoscere i miei limiti e gioire dei miei successi che mi impegno a condividere con voi :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Prometto di provarci, investendo le mie energie con convinzione perchè per me vale il motto "credere per vedere"! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;E allora io ci credo :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;E ora... via! (ce l'ho fatta! :)... fiuuuuuuu.....) I giorni assolati e afosi che si sono susseguiti ultimamente già mi facevano pregustare una fantastica nuotata in piscina, con tanto di abbronzatura incorporata,invece... la giornata non è stata proprio il massimo..vediamo se sarà possibile riprovarci domani :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Oggi quindi mi sono concessa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#00CCCC;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;1/2 ora di esercizi rassodanti (addominali, esercizi per interno ed esterno coscia, glutei e quant'altro)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#00CCCC;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;1/2 ora di walking &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#00CCCC;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Cosa sarà mai questo walking? camminare? ma perchè...esiste una disciplina specifica relativa al camminare?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Sicuramente molti di voi già lo sapevano, io invece l'ho scoperto poco tempo fa :P &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;l &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;walking&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt; font-size: small; "&gt; fare walking è diventata per me una piacevole occasione per ascoltare della buona musica; per scoprire scorci di Milano e del mio paese mai notati; per provare il gusto di perdermi semplicemente per...ritrovarmi; line-height: 15px; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Ho deciso di accettare questa sfida perché con Debora i risultati sono davvero garantiti e ogni promessa di miglioramento e benessere viene mantenuta, quindi eccomi qui con il mio impegno per l'estate:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: center;margin-top: 0px;
