So after a long gap im presenting this bread basket to all the food bloggers.I saw this one while browsing the net long back.Till then i was thinking to try this,atlast i got time to try this out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;&lt;span style="COLOR: rgb(0,102,0)"&gt;Ingredients&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="COLOR: rgb(0,0,0)"&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Bread slices&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Cupcake Pan &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1Cup - Mixed fruits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1Cup - Mixed veggies(corn,onion,capsicum etc)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Whipped Cream For fruit topping&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Cheese/butter(optional) n Tomato ketchup for Veggies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="COLOR: rgb(0,102,0)"&gt;Procedure&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="COLOR: rgb(0,0,0)"&gt;Cut the edges of the bread and keep aside.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;In a cupcake/muffin pan place each bread in each cup n shape to form a basket&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake for 15 mins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;It will turn little hard n crispy,remove it n allow to cool.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="COLOR: rgb(0,102,0)"&gt;For Fruit Basket&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="COLOR: powdered sugar on the bread before baking.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;After it gets cool,apply little whipped cream on the sides n fill with fruits n top it with whipped Cream.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Now Fruit basket is ready to serve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br chopped) n fry till it turns golden brown.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Add Corn(i used frozenkernels) and capsicum n very finely chopped jalapenos n fry for few mins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Take the bread basket and apply little tomato ketchups on the sides n stuff with little mixed veggies n top with cheese/Butter(optional).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Vegetable bread basket is ready!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;img style="color:#009900;"&gt;Procedure&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Marinate the chicken for 30mins with red chilli powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,salt n 2tsp curd.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Grind the Corriander leaves with dry red chilli with little water.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Heat the oil in a pan,add onion n fry till it turns transparent,Add ginger garlic paste n fry raw smell goes off.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Add tomato n cook till it turns mushy.add crushed corriander seeds n cashew powder and pour the corriander/red chilli mix along with 1/4 Cup water and bring it to boil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Add the marinated chicken,1/4 Cup curd ,mix well n cover with lid and cook in a low-medium flame till the chicken turns tender.Stir in btw.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Serve hot with jeera rice/chappathi/roti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span seeds,when splutters add green chilli,corriander leaves n fry for a min and add 2cups of water.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bring it to boil n add salt.Add the soaked rice n cook in a medium flame,till the water is absorbed by rice n add the food color in the top n cook in low flame for few mins.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If using Rice cooker,pour all the content into the rice cooker n cook till the rice gets ingredients under butter cream icing.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I added extra 1 tablespoon of milk to make medium consistency which is requied for the above cake decorating.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Using the hand mixer blend the above all ingredients until its creamy.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;After your use,seal the powder,salt n sugar and fry till onion turns transparent.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Add Soy sauce/Chilli garlic sauce/Tomato sauce and mix well.Add 1/2 Cup water n bring it to boil.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Add the chicken to the gravy n mix well.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Atlast add 2 to 3 tsp of corn flour water to the chicken,it turns the gravy thicken.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Granish with bell pepper/onions/lime juice at powder,green chillies,curry leaves and fry till the aroma goes off.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Add the finely chopped tomato,corriander powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder n cook till the tomato mashed completely and oil gets seperated.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now add the marinated chicken and mix well the masala.Cover the lid and cook for 10-15 mins till the chicken oozes out and chicken turns tender.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Finally add the freshly crushed pepper powder and mix well.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Granish with the corriander leaves.&lt;a bowl beat the egg in a low speed for a min.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In the same bowl mix all purpose flour, sugar,vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, baking soda, milk and water . Yesterday while talking with my hubby about those days,it came to my mind n i feel just i want to have immediately,so we both decided to prepare this n peeped into the freezer for frozen parathas,fortunately we had,n started our preparation.Here goes the recipe for one of my favorite dish.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="COLOR: rgb(0,102,0)"&gt;Ingredient&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;4nos - Frozen Paratha(Daily delight/Balaji)Indian style&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1Cup -Onion(Chopped lengthwise)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;3nos - Beaten Eggs &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1Cup -Chicken curry(if you dont have chicken curry use "1 1/2Chicken masala Powder") &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1/2Cup - Tomato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1/2Cup - Capsicum &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;2nos - Green chillies (cut lengthwise) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1/4tsp -Mustard seeds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1/2tsp - Urad dal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Few Curry leaves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1tsp -Red chilli powder&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1/4tsp -Turmeric Powder&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1/2Cup -Corriander leaves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="COLOR: rgb(0,102,0)"&gt;Procedure&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cut the Parathas into small pieces and keep aside&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a kadai heat Oil,add mustard seeds,when splutters add urad dal,curry leaves,Green chillies n toss for few mins.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add Onions,capsicum n fry till it turns tender n transparent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add all the above powdered ingredients n stir till the raw smell goes off.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add chopped Tomatos n cook till turns tender and mashed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add the parathas n toss well in the mixture.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now add the beaten eggs n coat well the parathas mixture.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;keep on stir untill the egg gets cooked.Dont forgot to stir as it will get stick to the pan if its a stainless steel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you planning to add chicken curry,add it this stage n mix well n keep stir for 3 -5mins.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Granish with coriander leaves n serve hot with chicken Curry/Chalna/Raitha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I love this with plain Onions :-)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_5RPXIGAOjQk/SfuteDFn0-I/AAAAAAAAHYs/z3NcrxC-JdE/s1600-h/kothu+parata.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center;
