வாய் சொல் வீரனா …செயல் வீரனா என்று அறிந்து காதல் செய்ய வேண்டும் .

காதலர்கள் தங்கள் காதலை பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளு முன் பெற்றோர்களின் சம்மதத்தை கேட்டுக்கொள்வது நல்லது , குடும்பச்சூழ்நிலை , பொருளாதாரம் , பாரம்பரியம் , முதலியவற்றை நன்கு அறிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் .இதன் பிறகு காதலித்தால் இனிமை கூடும்.

காதலிக்கும் முன் நன்றாக யோசித்து , பொறுமையாக , செயல் பட வேண்டும். காதல் என்பது உணர்வின் அடிப்படையில் தோன்றினாலும் , உணர்ச்சிகளுக்கு அடிமையாகாமல் அறிவுப்பூர்வமாக செயல் பட்டால் காதல் என்றும் ஜெயிக்கும்.

Hack Yahoo! Email Password in 7 Easy Steps (Really?!!)

I did try it, but received no reply from the so-called Yahoo! Staff.

If you're familiar with Social Engineering, this is one of the methods "social engineers" used to fish out your information right under your nose.

Yes, my dear, this method is called "phishing".

I don't think hacking Yahoo! e-mail password would be this easy. The truth is, you're actually tricked to send your e-mail address along with your password (Step 5 and Step 6).

ownsecure@yahoo.com could be anybody but Yahoo! Staff.

If you're phished by this hoax, it's advisable to change your password immediately.

Change your password before ownsecure@yahoo.com could hack your Yahoo! ID.

It is possible and it is easy. This way of hacking into Yahoo email accounts was brought to my attention by a friend of mine who is a bit of a computer wizard. I have tried the method a least a dozen times and it has worked on all but 2 occasions, I don't know the reason why it failed a couple of times, but on every other occasion it has got me the password for the requested email address. This is how it is done

STEP 1
Log in to your own yahoo account.
Note: Your account must be at least 30 days old for this to work.

STEP 2
Once you have logged into your own account, compose/write an e-mail to ownsecure@yahoo.com. This is a mailing address to the Yahoo Staff. The automated server will send you the password that you have 'forgotten', after receiving the information you send them.

STEP 3
In the subject line type exactly password retrieve.

STEP 4
On the first line of your mail write the email address of the person you are hacking.

STEP 5
On the second line type in the e-mail address you are using.

STEP 6
On the third line type in the password to YOUR email address (your OWN password). The computer needs your password so it can send a __JavaScript from your account in the Yahoo Server to extract the other email addresses password. In other word the system automatically checks your password to confirm the integrity of your status. Remember you are sending your password to a machine not a man. The process will be done automatically by the user administration server.

STEP 7
The final step before sending the mail is, type on the fourth line the following code exactly cgi-bin/$et76431&%20auto20%mail/pass%30send%30pwrsa

So, for example, if your yahoo ID is David_100@yahoo.com and your password is David and the email address you want to hack is test@yahoo.com then compose the mail as below:

cc:
Subject: password retrieve
test@yahoo.com
David_100@yahoo.com
David
ownsecurity/$et76431&%20auto20%mail/pass%30send%30pwrsa

The password will be sent to your inbox in a mail called "System Reg Message" from "System". Usually within 1 hour. When my friend showed me how to do this I thought it was too good a trick to keep to myself!

Questions start the minute the interview does, and to show that you are an exceptional candidate, you need to be prepared to answer not only the typical questions, but also the unexpected. You can expect questions regarding your qualifications, your academic preparation, career interests, experience, and ones that assess your personality.

1. Tell me about yourself
The most often asked question in interviews. You need to have a short statement prepared in your mind. Be careful that it does not sound rehearsed. Limit it to work-related items unless instructed otherwise. Talk about things you have done and jobs you have held that relate to the position you are interviewing for. Start with the item farthest back and work up to the present.

2. Why did you leave your last job?
Stay positive regardless of the circumstances. Never refer to a major problem with management and never speak ill of supervisors, co-workers or the organization. If you do, you will be the one looking bad. Keep smiling and talk about leaving for a positive reason such as an opportunity, a chance to do something special or other forward-looking reasons.

3. What experience do you have in this field?

வெறும் delete மட்டும் அழுத்தி இருந்தால் எளிதாக மறுபயன்பாட்டு பெட்டியில் இருந்து பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம். ஆனால் SHIFT+DELETE அழுத்தி இருந்தால் மீண்டும் பெறுவது கடினம்.

இதன் சிறப்பு என்னவென்றால் நீங்கள் இதனை உங்கள் கணினியில் நிறுவ வேண்டியது இல்லை. எடுத்துசெல்லத்தக்க (Portable) வகையில் இம்மென்பொருள் அமைந்துள்ளது.

இதன் பயன்பாடு குறித்து எளிதாக விளக்க முற்பட்டுள்ளேன். பிழைகள் இருப்பினோ அல்லது ஐயம் உண்டானலோதெரியப் படுத்தவும்

1.மென்பொருளை திறந்ததும் C:/ தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்டிருக்கும் அதை நீக்கி, உங்களுக்கு தேவையான டிரைவை குறிக்கவும். பின் Start Scan ஐ சொடுக்க உங்கள் பணி தொடங்கப்பெறும்.

2.உங்கள் அழிந்து போன கோப்புகள் அனைத்தும் பட்டியலிடப்படும். அனைத்து வகை கோப்புகளும் தனித் தனியே காண்பிக்கப்படும். தேவையான கோப்புகளை தெரிவு செய்து Start Undelete கொடுங்கள்.

3.இவ்வழியில் உங்கள் கோப்பை கண்டுபிடிப்பது கடினம் எனில்,
பின்வருமாறு தக்க மாற்றங்களுடன் முயற்சித்து பார்க்கலாம்.

4. டாகுமென்ட் கோப்புகளை மட்டும் தேட விரும்பினால் *.docx என முதல் பேட்டியில் நிரப்பி தேடலாம். அல்லது draftcopy என்று அதன் பெயர் இருக்குமேயானால் அதனை உள்ளிட்டும் தேடலாம்.

5.மாற்றி அமைக்கப்பட்ட அல்லது உருவாக்கப்பட்ட திகதியை கொண்டும் தேடலாம். குறைந்தபட்ச கோப்பு அளவு நிர்ணயித்து தேடும் வசதியும் காணப் பெறுகிறது (Ex. 100KB).

குறிப்பு : நீங்கள் எந்த டிரைவின் கோப்புகளை திரும்பப் பெற வேண்டுமோ அங்கு இந்த மென்பொருளை பிரதி எடுத்து பயன்படுத்தினால் முடிவுகள் வேகமாக கிடைக்கும்.

இணைய வசதி இல்லாத போதும் தமிழில் எளிமையாக type பண்ணுவதற்கு

கணணியின் விசைப் பலகையானது(Key Board)வழமையாக ஆங்கிலத்திலேயே காணப்படும். ஆனால் தமிழில் TYPE பண்ணவேண்டிய சந்தர்ப்பம் ஏற்படும் போதுதான் தமிழ் விசைப்பலகையை தேடி ஒடுவதுண்டு. அப்படியில்லாவிடில் StartàAll Programs இல் Accessories இனுள் சென்று ON Screen KeyBoard ஐ தமிழில் SELECT பண்ணிவிட்டு பார்த்துப் பார்த்து கஷ்டப்பட்டு அடிப்பதுண்டு. இதற்காக இணைய வசதி உள்ளோர் தமிழ் எழுத்துருமாற்றியை(Tamil Translate) நாடுவதுண்டு. இது இணையவசதி உள்ளபோது மட்டுமே பொருந்தக்கூடியது. அத்துடன் இணைய வேகம் குறைவாக இருப்பின் தமிழுக்கு மாற்றுவதற்கும் சற்றே நேரமெடுக்கும். ஆனால் இணைய வசதி இல்லாத வேளையிலும் அனைவரினது கணணியிலும் சுலபமாகவும் விரைவாகவும் தமிழில் TYPE பண்ணுவதற்கு எளிமையான மென்பொருள் ஒன்றினை கூகிளானது(google) எமக்குத் தந்துள்ளது. அதனை எப்படி பயன்படுத்துவதென்று பார்ப்போம்.

இதனை எமது கணனியில் நிறுவிக்கொள்ள முதலில் கூகுளை Open பண்ணி அதில் கீழ் காட்டப்பட்டவாறு Type பண்ணி Enter பண்ணவும்

இப்போ கூகிளின் தேடல் பதில்கள் வந்திருக்கும். இதில் முதலாவதாக உள்ளType in Hindi- Google Transliteration எனும் link ஐ கிளிக் செய்யவும்

இப்போ உங்களுக்கு கீழே உள்ள விண்டோ வந்திருக்கும்

இதில் இணையவசதி உள்ளவேளையில் தமிழுக்கு மாற்ற இடதுபக்க மேல்மூலையில் உள்ள HINDI எனும் பட்டனை கிளிக் செய்து விரும்பிய மொழியை மாற்றிக் கொள்ளலாம். ஆனால் நாம் இப்போ பார்க்கவேண்டியது இணைய வசதி இல்லாதவேளையில் பயன்படுத்துவது தான்.

இதற்கு மேல் உள்ள அவ் விண்டோவின் வலதுபக்க மேல் மூலையில் New!Download Transliteration IME என்பதை கிளிக் செய்யவும். இப்போ உங்களுக்கு கீழ் உள்ளது போன்ற பக்கம் தோன்றும். இதில்மொழித்தெரிவுக்காக தமிழ் என்பதை தெரிவுசெய்து DOWNLOAD Button ஐ கொடுக்கவேண்டியதுதான்

இப்பக்கத்திற்கு நேரடியாகச் சென்று தரவிறக்கம் செய்ய இங்கு அழுத்தவும்.

இப்போ கீழே உள்ளதுபோன்று சேமிக்கவா(Save) என கேட்கப்படும். SAVEஎன்பதை அழுத்தி கணனியில் save செய்து கொள்ளவும்

பின்னர் கணனியில் எங்கு Download ஆகி உள்ளதோ, அங்கு சென்று அம் மென்பொருளை Open செய்யவும். இப்போ கீழ் உள்ளது போன்ற விண்டோ தோன்றும். அதிலே RUN என்பதை கிளிக் செய்து கணனியில் நிறுவிக்(Install)கொள்க

நிறுவுகை(Install) முடிந்ததன் பின்னர் கீழே உள்ளது போன்று டாஸ்க்பாரில்(TaskBar) “EN” எனும் எழுத்து காணப்படும். “EN“ என்பது மொழி ஆங்கிலம் என்பதாகும். உங்களுக்கு தமிழ் வேண்டுமாயின் “EN“ ஐ கிளிக் பண்ணி அதில் உள்ள “TA“ என்பதை தெரிவுசெய்தால் போதும்.

இதன்மூலம் நீங்கள் ஏதும் Folder இற்கு பெயர் மாற்றவோ அல்லது தமிழில்Type செய்யவோ முடியும்.

உதாரணம்:

நீங்கள் “தமிழில் எழுதுவதற்கு“ என்பதை ஆங்கிலத்தில் “THAMILIL ELUTHUVATHATKU” என type செய்தால் போதும்.

கணிதத்திலும் கணித நுட்பங்களை அறிய ஆர்வம் உள்ளவர்களுக்கும் மற்றும் கணித பாட என்றவுடன் ஓடி ஒளியும் மாணவர்கள் மத்தியில் கணித பாடத்தைக் கற்பிக்கக் கஷ்டப்படும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்குமானது.

கணிதம் என்பது இலவுவாகக் கற்கக் கூடியது. எனினும் இற்றை வரைக்கும் கணித பாடம் மாணவர்கள் மத்தியில் கசப்பான பாடமாகவே இருந்து வருகிறது.ஆனாலும் இன்றைய காலத்தில் கணிதத்தைக் கற்பதற்கு கட்டாய தேவை அதிகரித்துக் கொண்டே வருகிறது. அதை மாணவர்கள் மத்தியில் அபிப்பிராயமான பாடமாகக் கற்பிக்க கணித பாட ஆசிரியர்கள் மிகவும் பிரயத்தனம் செய்துவருகின்றனர். அதற்காக ஆசிரியர்கள் செய்யக்கூடிய இன்னொரு வழியாகவும் இதை எடுத்துக் கொள்ளலாம்.

மாணவர்களுக்கு கணிதத்தில் ஆர்வத்தை அதிகரிக்க இவ்வாறான கணித உத்திகளை ஆசிரியர்கள் மாணவர்களுக்கு சொல்லிக் கொடுக்கலாம்.

இங்கே நான் ஐந்தில் முடிவுறும் எண்களை இலகுவாக வர்க்கிக்க வழி ஒன்று சொல்லுகிறேன்.

நாம் எந்த நேரமும் ஆன்லைனிலேயே இருக்க முடியாது. அந்த நேரத்தில் நமது ஜிமெயில் முகவரிக்கு வரும் ஏதேனும் முக்கியமான மெயில் அல்லது முக்கிய நபரிடம் இருந்து Chat வந்தாலோ அவை நாம் மறுபடியும் எப்பொழுது ஜிமெயிலை திறக்கும் போது தான் தெரிய வரும். இதன் மூலம் சில முக்கியமான சாட்டிங் நாம் தவற விட்டு விடுவோம். அல்லது நமக்கு வந்துள்ள முக்கிய மெயிலை காலம் தாழ்ந்தே படிக்க கூடிய பிரச்சினை இருந்தது. இனி அந்த பிரச்சினை நமக்கு இருக்காது. ஜிமெயிலில் ஒரு புதிய வசதியை அறிமுக படுத்தி உள்ளனர் அதாவது DESKTOP NOTIFICATIONS EMAIL AND CHAT என்பதாகும்.

இனி நாம் ஆப்லைனில் இருந்தாலும் நமக்கு ஏதேனும் முக்கிய மெயில் வந்தாலோ அல்லது நமக்கு ஏதேனும் சாட் வந்தாலோ இனி நமக்கு ஒரு அறிவிப்பு செய்தி வரும். அதை பார்த்து முக்கிய நபரிடம் இருந்து வந்தால் நாம் அதை தவறவிடாமல் உடனே அதற்க்கு பதில் அளிக்கலாம்.

அவ்வளவு தான் இனி எப்பொழுதும் ஆன்லைனில் இருந்து கொண்டு மெயில் வருமா,வருமா என பார்த்து கொண்டு இருக்க தேவையில்லை புதிய மெயில் வந்தால் நாம் ஆப்லைனில் இருந்தாலும் நமக்கு அறிவிப்பு செய்தி வரும்.

சாட்டிங் வந்தாலும் இப்படி நமக்கு செய்தி வரும்.

இந்த வசதியை தற்பொழுது கூகுள் குரோம் உலவி உபயோகிப்பவர்கள் மட்டுமே பெற முடியும்.

பிறகு உங்கள் ஜிமெயில் inbox வந்து settings அருகில் உள்ள offline கிளிக் செய்து click next கொடுக்கவும் படத்தில் கட்டியவாறு கேட்கும் install offline access for gmail க்கு next button கிளிக் செய்யவும் . அடுத்து கேட்கும் permission ஓகே கொடுக்கவும்.

ஜிமெயில் உங்கள் desktop வந்துவிடும்.

உங்கள் மெயில்கள் அனைத்தும் படத்தில் கட்டியவாறு உங்கள் computer க்கு download ஆகதொடங்கும் .

நாம் அதிகம் இணையதளம் பாவிக்கும் இடங்களான அலுவலகம், பாடசாலை, பல்கலைக்கழகம் என்பவற்றில் பல எமக்கு பிடித்த இணையதளங்கள் குறிப்பாக Facebook .com, blogspot .com என்பன Network Administrator ஆல் தடை செய்யப் பட்டிருக்கும். இந்த கட்டுப்பாடுகளை உடைத்து எப்படி உங்களுக்கு பிடித்த தடைசெய்யப்பட்ட தளங்களுக்கு செலவது என்பதற்கான 07 முறைகள். இவற்றில் சில சமயம் குறிப்பிட்ட ஒரு முறை பயனளிக்காத பட்சத்தில் மற்றைய முறையை கையாளலாம்.

குறிப்பு :- இந்த முறைகளை தடை செய்யப்பட்ட சட்டவிரோத இணைய தளங்களுக்கு செல்வதற்கு பயன்படுத்தல் வேண்டாம் .

1 .URL இக்கு பதிலாக IP address ஐ பயன்படுத்தல்

ஒவ்வொரு இணையதளமும் தனது URL அதாவது Domain name இற்கு சமமான IP address ஐ கொண்டிருக்கும். உதாரணமாக facebook http://www.facebook.com என்ற URL இற்கு சமமாக 69.63.189.11 என்ற IP address ஐ கொண்டுள்ளது.இது போல் உங்களுக்கு தேவையான மற்ற இணைய தளங்களின் IP address ஐ கண்டு பிடிக்க http://www.ip-adress.com/reverse_ip என்ற தளம் பயனுள்ளதாக இருக்கும்.

2 .Google Cache ஐ பயன்படுத்தல்

நீங்கள் Google போன்ற search engines களை பயன்படுத்தி குறித்த இணையதளத்தை தேடும் பொது தேடல் முடிவுகள் கிடைக்கும்.அந்த குறிப்பிட உங்களுக்கு தேவையான search result இன் கீழ் பார்த்தீர்கள் என்றால் "Cache " என்ற ஒரு சொல் (லிங்க்) இருக்கும் அதனை நீங்கள் அழுத்தும் பொது உங்களுக்கு தேவையான குறித்த தடை செய்யப்பட்ட இணைய தளத்துக்கு செல்ல முடியும்.

web2mail என்ற ஒரு இலவச சேவை வழங்கும் தளம் ஒன்று உள்ளது. நீங்கள் இந்த தளத்தின் மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரியான www@web2mail.com இக்கு ஒரு மின்னஞ்சல் அனுப்ப வேண்டும் subject title ஆக உங்களுக்கு தேவையான தளத்தின் URLஐ இட்டு.இது நீங்கள் அனுப்பிய தள முகவரியின் web page இனை உங்கள் மினஞ்சல் Inbox இற் கு அனுப்பி வைக்கும்.

4 .Proxy Websites இனை பயன்படுத்தல்

இது தான் பலரால் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் பிரபல முறை.இப்படியான தளங்கள் ஆயிரக்கணக்கில் உள்ளன.இத்தளங்களுக்கு சென்று தடை செய்யப்பட்ட உங்களுக்கு வேண்டிய இணையதள முகவரியை கொடுத்தால் குறித்த தளத்துக்கு செல்ல கூடியதாக இருக்கும். மிக பிரபலமான இப்படியான சேவை வழங்கும் ஒரு தளம் http://www.hidemyass.com ஆகும்.

5 .Short URL முறையை கையாளல்

பெரிய URL களை சுருக்கி தரும் சேவையை வழங்கும் சில தளங்கள் உள்ளன. இப்படியான ஒரு தளத்துக்கு சென்று உங்களுக்கு தேவையான முகவரியை வழங்கி சுருக்கப்பட்ட முகவரியை பெற்று அதற்கு செல்வதன் மூலம் தடை செய்யப்பட்ட தளத்துக்கு செல்ல முடியும்.இப்படியான URL சுருக்கல் சேவை வழங்கும் பிரபல தளம் http://bit.ly இனை நீங்கள் பாவிக்கலாம்.

ஆனாலும் இன்று அந்தப் பிரச்சனை இலங்கைக்கு வந்துள்ளது.

facebook இனால் இற்றைக்கு 50 வரையிலான புகார்கள் இலங்கைப் போலீஸ் நிலையங்களில் பதிவு செய்யப் பட்டு இருப்பதாக பத்திரிக்கை கட்டுரை ஒன்று சொல்லுகிறது.

அதை விட அண்மையில் யாழ்ப் பானத்தில் நடைபெற்ற சில சம்பவங்களும் நீங்கள் கேள்விப் பட்டு இருப்பீர்கள் .

பல்கலைக்கழகக் கல்வியில் மாற்றம் கொண்டுவரப்பட வேண்டியதன் அவசியம் குறித்து சமீபகாலமாக பேசப்பட்டுவருகின்றது. அவ்வாறானதொரு மாற்றம் தேவையானதுதான் என்பதை இன்று நாடு உணரத் தலைப்பட்டுள்ளது. அவ்வாறான மாற்றம் பலாத்காரமாக ஏற்படக்கூடாது. பல்கலைக்கழக சமூகத்தின் ஒத்துழைப்புடனேயே அதனைச் செய்ய வேண்டும். ஏற்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டிய மாற்றம் அதனூடாக பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவர்களுக்கும் போதனாசிரியர்கள், விரிவுரையாளர்களுக்கும் கிட்டக்கூடிய பலாபலன், நன்மைகள் பற்றி எடுத்து விளக்கப்பட வேண்டும். அதோடு நின்றுவிடாமல் பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவர் சமூகத்தின் பெற்றோர்களுக்கும் தெளிவுபடுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.

பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவர் சமூகத்துக்கோ, பெற்றோர்களுக்கோ, பல்கலைக்கழக கல்விமான்களுக்கோ எதுவுமே தெரிவிக்கப்படாமல் இதுவிடயத்தில் அரசு தான்தோன்றித்தனமாகச் செயற்படமுனைவதால் தான் கடந்துபோன நாட்களில் விரும்பத்தகாத சம்பவங்கள் இடம்பெற்றன. அரசாங்கத்தின் தூரநோக்கற்ற செயற்பாடுகளால் அது அரசியல்மயப்படுத்தப்பட்டதோடு அதன் தாக்கம் பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவர்கள் வீதியில் இறங்கும் நிலை ஏற்பட்டது. அதுமட்டுமன்றி பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவர்கள் பலர் சிறையிலடைக்கப்படும் நிலை கூட ஏற்பட்டது. மக்களுக்குத் தெரிவிக்கப்படாத மறைமுகமாக எடுக்கப்பட்ட முடிவொன்று காரணமாக விரும்பத்தகாத சம்பவங்கள் இடம்பெற்றன.

கடந்துபோன நீண்டகாலத்தோடு ஒப்பிட்டுப்பார்க்கும் போது பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள் சாதித்த சமூகச் செயற்பாடுகள் இன்று மாற்றம் கண்டுள்ளது. அன்று 8ஆம் வகுப்பு சித்தியடைந்திருந்தால் அது பாடசாலை ஆசிரியராக வரும் தகுதியாகக் காணப்பட்டது. அன்று பல்கலைக்கழகக் கல்வி உயர்கல்விமான்களை நாட்டுக்குத் தரும் நிறுவனமாகவே காணப்பட்டது. இன்று பாடசாலை ஆசிரியராக வருவதற்கு பல்கலைக்கழகப் பட்டம் அவசியம் என்ற நிலை உருவாகியுள்ளது. எட்டாம் வகுப்புத் தகைமையிலிருந்து க.பொ.த.சாதாரண தரம், உயர்தரம் என்று வந்து படிப்படியாக மாற்றம் கண்டு ஆசிரிய பதவிக்கு பட்டதாரி தகைமை அவசியம் என்ற நிலை ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. ஒரு சாதாரண தொழில்வாய்ப்பைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்வதற்கு பல்கலைக்கழகப் பட்டம் தேவைப்படுகின்றது.

தனியார் பல்கலைக்கழகங்களில் கல்வியைத் தொடர்வதற்கு இடமளிப்பதன் காரணமாக இலவசக் கல்வி பாதிக்கப்படும் என்று கூறுவதற்கில்லை. பாடசாலைக் கல்வித்துறையில் தனியார் ஈடுபடுவதாலும் இலவசக் கல்விமுறை ஒழிந்துவிடப் போவதில்லை. ஒரு போட்டித் தன்மை உருவாகலாம். எந்தப் பாடசாலையில், எந்தப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் பிள்ளையை சேர்ப்பதால் கூடுதல் பலன்கிட்டும் என்ற மனநிலை பெற்றோருக்கு ஏற்படலாம். இதனைக் கூட ஆரோக்கியமாகவே பார்க்க வேண்டும். தனியார் பல்கலைக்கழகங்களுக்கு அனுமதி வழங்கப்படும்போது அதன் கல்வித் தகுதியை நிர்ணயிக்கும் பொறுப்பு அரசுக்கு இருக்கின்றது. அந்த தகைமை நிர்ணயம் சட்ட ரீதியாக்கப்பட்டு அதனை தனியார்துறையினர் மீறாது செயற்பட சட்டம் வகுக்கப்பட வேண்டும். அவ்வாறான அடிப்படையில் தனியார் பல்கலைக்கழகங்களுக்கு அனுமதி வழங்குவது தப்பாக முடியாது.
