Pisah bilik

2019-02-09T22:10:00.002+08:00

Asing Bilik Update hari ke.. eh lupa hari ke berapa hahaaha🤣

Alhamdulillah all went well. Tak ada drama tak nak tidur bilik sendiri. Be it Aariz, Maryam or Aisyah.

At the moment, diorang semua share bilik yang sama. Abang tidur atas katil sendiri, while the two girls shared the same bed.

The same routine sampai harini. Sebelum tidur. Baca doa. Slow slow dan drag doa tu sampai semua menguap-nguap mengantuk. Hahaaha.

Cuma Aisyah, ada ketuk pintu tengah-tengah malam. Tak nangis tau. Ketuk perlahan sebab nak pergi toilet. Lepas tu suruh pergi bilik sendiri balik. Kadang-kadang ade jugak kes, dia ketuk tengah malam cakap “I cannot sleep”.

Bila kita biar dia masuk, dan dan tu tidur on the spot. Ayat manis halus buat kita cair cakap I cannot sleep. Dah tidur tu angkat balik masuk bilik dia.

Nanti nak suruh Abang tidur asing pulak. Stage 2 pulak la tu..Tapi masalahnya abang yang penakut yakmat.. hahahaa😅

Love,

Coway Core di TTDI Jaya

2019-01-28T17:12:00.000+08:00

Core di TTDI Jaya

Harini, saya pergi tengok sendiri pemasangan Coway Core di rumah laling Suzana.

Memang puas hati. Kerja kemas. Terletak cantik abang Technician Pasang. Core pulak kapasiti air tangki paling besar.

Laling Suzana ni rakan seperjuangan saya menjual Corelle tau.

Sesiapa nak pasang Coway, cari Kak Ton ye.

Selepas Sunat dan Recovery Process

2018-12-24T19:10:00.000+08:00

Recovery Process

Macam jaga orang beranak pulak rasa hehehe

Journey to the Manhood.. Pengalaman bersunat

2018-12-24T17:17:00.000+08:00

Journey To The Manhood

I booked date for Abang Aariz’s curcumcision last week on Friday. But the clinic called us back to reschedule.

So we go for today. Since its papa’s Offday, I want papa to be part of of Aariz Manhood’s moment.

He was laughing and being silly before the circumcision. Tak jerit pon. Cool je. Naik atas katil sendiri and Senyum senyum. But when the doctor inject ubat bius, he cried a bit and hold my hand very tight and I calmed him.

Its was a quick 20 minutes procedure. A doctor with 3 nurses. We went to Klinik Menara in Bukit Jelutong and the doctor who attended us was Dr Badrol. He was very calm and knows what he is doing. I am happy I have chosen him to circumcised Aariz.

Done “cut, laser, stitch”, yes I saw everything. Once we opened the door to go out from the procedure room, Maryam asked “Is it SAKIT Abang?”.

Nasib Maryam jauh, kalau tak mau Aariz debik Maryam for asking that Q. hahahaha. Sakit laaaa😂

When Its time to go home, as you can see in the picture. The smile all gone. Terus muka berubah masam. Amek gambar pon masam!

When we almost reached home, he cried sebab sakit. I think berdenyut buat dia rasa uncomfortable.

Overall, he did a great job. Big enough to control his emotion. I hope for speedy recovery and everything went smoothly in sya Allah Amin.

P/s:
For those who against circumcision, its your choice. As a Muslim, i decided to circumcised my son because of the benefits and its a sunnah

Reminiscing The Good Old Days In GroupBase

2018-12-24T17:12:00.000+08:00

Selesai Thumb Print dekat Coway TTDI pagi tadi, bawak kenit-kenit ni makan breakfast roti canai dekat ofis lama. Maryam meratib lapar.

I have been eating at the same place for 9 years. From 2007 to 2016.

My old office is just a few doors away. Its in Sri Damansara. The restaurant called Restoran GroupBase, Bandar Sri Damansara

I loveeeee the roti canai. Garing garing dan bila sejuk tak keras!

Abang Aariz said he wants 2 roti canai and he managed to finish both. Sedapnya roti canai dan kopi panas!

If you happen to be here, jangan miss roti canai dekat GroupBase. I can say the best roti canai I have ever eaten. Aariz said the same thing!

tuuu dia..mood menulis dah datang

2013-08-30T12:16:00.001+08:00

Assalamualaikum,

Since pagi ni tak ada apa nak dibuat dekat ofis dan sepatutnya tengah MC, kita up entry baru

Kita mulakan dengan episod gambar scene pertama

Konon konon nak bergurau gurau tapi ending jadi episode ayer mata

Maryam konon nak bergurau dengan abang, main tarik tarik rambut

Orang tengah eksyen boleh menggenggam, mana reti nak control tangan kan

Tertarik la kuat rambut abang yang macam bruno mars tu

Abang pulak tak puas hati, kena lah balas balik

Barulah abang!!

Ending nya dua dua menangis!

Dua-dua tengah mulut itik. merabak!

Awak yang start dulu, pastu beria-ia menangis

Waktu kejadian adalah di kedai membeli belahs you alls

Tak hengat la apa nama tapi dekat area Hollywood

Kelas kau jah beli baju dekat hollywood! Haahaha

Penat makan apa kata kita pergi isi perut..Harussss

Kedai makan ni adalah 5-6 kali kot kitorang pergi

Kedai halal dekat Lomita, Pacific coast Highway

Halal Special Thai food

Tumpang senyum kan Maryam. Nanti sama-sama lah kita share and you can taste it thru your milk!

Ni je yang sempat snap, yang lain tinggal pinggan je! Nampak nau kuat makan! Shhh

My Bruno Mars tu, setiap kali pergi supermarket setiap kali tu MEROYAN dia sampai. Nak nak bile pergi/lalu department mainan!

Lepas adegan tarik rambut, menjerit molong dalam kedai makan, meroyan nampak mainan

Malam malam ni lah hasilnya!

Bagus nak! Mak kau nak selit mana pon kena pikir dua kali. Last last apak kau tidur atas lantai!

Gambar adalah hiasan semata-mata. Sebab lepas amek je gambar ni terus "Umi maryam pull my hair" lepas tu dush dush dan dua dua menangis!!

Esoknya, mak bapak masih tak sedar diri

Pergi pulak ke outlets

Masuk kedai perfume terus lupa diri

Patut la anak aku meroyan tengok mainan

Inherited dari emaknya rupanya!

Puaslah aku jegil jegil mata bila anak buat perangai

Anak end up berdukung aje

Gila kau jah! Tak hingat kau merembat

Gila nak tolak trolley sambil dukung anak! asyik langgar dinding je keje aku. Nampak abang kastam terus sengih sengih..Tak bang ni semua baju anak! 2 beg besar tu pampers anak, beg hijau tu baju anak laki, beg kelabu baju anak perempuan. Nasib senyum kambing dan huru hara anak anak aku buat abang kastam tu tak lalu pon nak tahan..Muaahaha

Dan amik kau, kesan jet lagged pergi US

Seminggu sensara hidup aku

Pukul 2pagi budak budak bangun tengok tv

Yang sorang ni, asal boeh je lelap.atas perut pon jadi bantal..Haih la anak!

Sebenarnya, 7 beg tu hanyalah untuk kabur kan mata

Ada lagi 14 kotak kitorang hantar via Air freight

Sampai 2 minggu kemudian

Semua barang barang laki aku!

Iye, kami ada penjual seluar ye!

Kalau sesiapa nak hadiah kan seluar jeans pada ka'sih hati, suami, cik abe, ayah atau sugar daddy

Bolehlah beli dari kami.

Harga insyallah below market price

Seluar jeans Levis 501 for men

As for ladies tunggu!!

Kontena ku akan sampai next week!

Gila tak sambar nak tunggu!

Nanti aku up next entry

Inilah rutin hidup aku, dari pagi sampai petang bodekkkk je keje

Lepas bodek anak bodek apak

Kena la bodek kan, mana tau , untung sabut dapat pergi Us lagi..Muahahahaha sambil gelak jahat dan tak ikhlas!

P/s: Sesiapa yang berminat nak beli seluar jeans boleh la drop email kat aku. ermanisrin@gmail.com

nightmare of having a maid

2013-02-20T14:08:00.001+08:00

Alhamdulillah, its been more than a couple of months i have a new helper

i prefer to called a helper than a maid

she is a big help to me but she did not take over the responsibility of us as a parents

mostly her duty is to do all the house chores. but when i am leaving for work, Maryam is fully under her supervision

I did not allow her to do other thing when Maryam is with her

just concerntrate with Maryam, play with her, talk to her, bath her, feed he. Thats all.

Nothing in the house faaaar more important than my babies (aariz and maryam)

After searching for more than 3 months, I finally found somebody that suits me and the family right

we decided to hired a helper from philipphines

Why Philipphines?

because my husband said he only trust philipphines plus she can communicate in english with the kids, another advantage right?

Alhamdulillah, the philipphines embassy is quite strict with their so called worker

they make sure that all the domestic helpers is fully trained before entering other countary

it is compulsory for the domestic helper to undergo 3 months training as a house maid

full medical check up with no heart problem, hypertension, diabetes, xrays and no tattoo on the body

you have to be fit.

once you have pass the medical check up, the last stage before entering malaysia, you will be interviewed by the malaysian embassy

once the embassy is satisfied with the maid, they will release the working permit

i think the total months i have to wait for the helper is 6 months!

3 months for searching the right one and another 3 months for the helper to come and so many paper works

its like you are applying for a house loan!

yes with the pay slip, bank statement, marriage cert etc!

Everyday i pray to Allah that my helper will treat our family well, love my kids, committed towards her work, loyal and the one that i can trust to

even i myself treat her like my family

what ever she feels like eating she is free to eat what ever she wants

i give her every month extra money for top up

and i never stop or restrict her from contacting her family

i even give her a phone to communicate with her kids and husband

i don't want by working with me memutuskan silaturrahim antara she and her kids

i never want that to happen

although we are different religion, she is christian and i am a muslim

i never stop her from praying or reading the bible

but she can only do that in her room

once she is out of the room, no preaching about her religion to my kids

alhamdulillah, she knows a lot about muslim

siap tahu halal haram because she has been working in oman, kuwait, singapore

so somehow she is used living with muslim

i can say aariz is quite attach to her right now

maryam smiles a lot to her and so excited looking at her

i hope, she is the right one till she finish her contract

and seeing that 25 years old maid slammed the baby on the floor really upset me

the baby is the same age like maryam :(

anyway, i dont want to be too negative

i have seen a lot of good helper

jangan la sebab satu dua kes, semuanya kena mark kan

what ever it is, since i have nobody to help me to assist my helper to look after maryam when i am working (punyelah berbelit)

only to Allah swt i pray everyday to take care of my family when i am away

I believe strongly believe that Allah swt will be there all the time sebab janji allah setiap kali baca alfatihah 4 kul dan ayatul qursi, semuanya dibawah lindungan Allah

My babies abang aariz and maryam,

umi loves you so much.

umi and papa have given you both the best, the rest is up to Allah swt

p/s: rindunye dekat anak anak

maknye sorang je yang perasan anak anak semua tengok kat tempat lain

fefeeling zaman bercinta..padahal anak kat belakang dah buat macam macam muzik..

dream house

2013-02-20T13:07:00.000+08:00

we have been married for almost 4 years
and we have two kids
the only one we still haven't got till now is a home

last year, we have been searching for house
but none of it fit the list in our dream
since we are living in alam budiman and aariz's school in bukit jelutong
we tried to look somewhere around us
its either the house is too expensive OR its too small for our growing family..

I hope this year. Allah swt gives more rezeki in so many ways
either my hubby got continuous projects, more business opportunity or emas turun dari langit which only happen in my dream..sob sob sob
i hope all the thing we plan this year will go smoothly
if we still haven't find our dream home, i hope when aariz starts his primary school, we settle somewhere we can call home- amin

How to lose weight in 6 months?

2013-02-07T11:26:00.000+08:00

I faced weight issue before I was expecting Maryam.

I went to Celebrity fitness, hoping by exercising I will somehow shed my excess baggage but I was totally wrong!

No matter how hard you tried if you do not control your food intake, the outcome will surely upset you!

While expecting, I gain around 18 kg.

To be frank, I love food, and I am good in eating, thus my weight will increase in a blink of an eye.

The first thing that i asked my Gynae after giving birth to Maryam were " When can I resume my exercise and how to lose weight?".

Unfortunately for me, I have to let all my muscles to fully recover for at least 6 months, therefore, my gynae told me to fully breastfeed my baby and control my food intake by totally cut out the rice and replace the carbo by taking bread.

Yes you heard me right bread.

The bread you eat is not the normal gardenia bread

normal gardenia bread

But it is advisable to eat either breakthru by gardenia or the seven grains

breakthru

seven grains

During my confinement, i took 2 slices for breakfast. lunch and dinner.

My lunch, I eat my bread with fish or chicken for protein, deep green vegie for fiber and iron and fruits for other vitamins.

And I drink a lot of water and skinny milk.

And now, i still continue my diet after 4 months of giving birth to Maryam.

And yup yup I have lost 21 kg!

You have to be really discipline, say No to rice wherever you go.

No matter either to wedding, kenduri, party it is still a big no.

But you can replace the carbo besides the boring bread with pastas, spaghetti, rice vermicelli (bihun) once in a while.

Lunch yes, but not dinner or else you scale will remain the same or you will gain a kilo! Penat seyh berlapar!

Frankly tak la berlapar sangat, bila kita minum banyak air, take a lot of fruits, snack biscuits or energy bar i think you will feel full the whole day.

Its just to satisfy your food cravings, boleh la langgar pantang once in a while but still NO NO to rice.

Nak makan lauk, go ahead but always limit what ever you eat.

Ko dah melantak sepinggan lauk, esok cover cover la balik nyah!

Let see what happen after 6 months.

I plan to resume my gym class, but this time I will definitely hire a personal trainer.

Why? I manage to lose weight, but my body is flabby here and there.

So i need guidance.

Lets hope having a personal trainer will come true, sebab i don't know where to squeeze or juggle my time with kids n work.

Out to work at 7.15am till 6pm..Bila nya nak berpersonal trainer..

With Maryam who is still fully breastfeed..

Arghh I shouldn't let this be an issue kan.. Women are capable of doing anything..

Till then, nak sambung blog walking..chow love!

P/S: Tips di atas bukan lah datang dari seorang professional, it is just my personal experience who faced weight issue. I have tried taking Herbal Life while nursing Aariz, aku memang turun anak pon turun sama. So this time why not go natural way and work hard yourself. All the best!

Entry pertama 2013

2013-01-31T11:50:00.002+08:00

Alhamdulillah..

Abang Wan AAriz Ebraheem

Alhamdulillah, we decided to changed Aariz's school. The reason is that we are not satisfied with the service, so we opt for a better school. And abang is coping very well in his new school. He lovessss his new school. There are a lot of activities such as swimming class, culinary class (yes, he brings home karipap, sandwich that he made in school), music class, taekwando, banyak lagi which i think is very good for children to develop their skills. He is always happy and it is very remarkable that he can speak fluent english in just 2 weeks going to the school plus a lot of new vocabs. Alhamdulillah.. Umi is so proud of you abang.

happy to see the toys

ni gambar first day..abang rileks je.. Umi knows you will do well sayang

Baby Wann Maryam

Alhamdulillah, my baby maryam has reached her 4 months old. And at 4 months, maryam has rolled over! clap clap for maryam. Kalau letak dekat satu tempat, next you know dah jauh berpusing. Maryam is such an easy baby. With the name Maryam, she is so patient, strong, and very calm. I can say very cool baby. Susah nak menangis. Even if she wants milk, she will make a lot of noice to notify people around her (especially umi!) that she's hungry. When she wakes up, the first thing you will see is her sweet smile. You made my day baby..you both do..

bangun pagi senyum

pandang camera senyum

nampak abang senyum

And her current obsession is.....sucking her fingers!! yes fingers especially her pointer finger..selalulah dok hisap hisap sampai muntah terjolok tekak..haiya ini macam pon ada ke..hahahaha.

Umi Aariz and Maryam

As for umi, I am still on my diet program. I haven't touch rice for the passed 4 months and i have lost 21kg. I have to say I get back my per-pregnancy weight of maryam, but i haven't lost my baby fat of Aariz. To get my wedding weight i have to lost another 6 kg. I tell you its not easy, so don't eat too much! (waa..nangesss tau)

My gynae told me not to do exercise for 6 months to prevent muscle tear. Just control my carbohydrate intake and breastfeed my baby, I will surely lost my weight. Penat tau time pantang makan 2 keping roti for brekkie, 2 pieces of bread for lunch and another 2 pieces for dinner. But in between i eat a lot of fruits, vegies and lots of water. Tapi alhamdulillah, berbaloi baloi.

this is me during aariz birthday in november

with my munchkin

Alhamdulillah, as for today, I managed to fully breastfeed Maryam (tap on the shoulder..well done umi), with bad nipple crack due to the high suction of the pump, i still can breastfeed maryam. Praised to Allah swt.

smooch to my lillte pumpkin..

I hope the future brings us more happiness, great health and wealth and much more pleasent things.

And for papa aariz and maryam, get well soon sayang. Hes having a bad foot due to planta fascitis + cyst. but he is recovering well but still needs his tingkat ajaib to walk.

Have a pleasant day people. Assalamualikum

The delivery of my baby Maryam

2012-12-04T14:49:00.000+08:00

Alhamdulillah, Finally dapat jugak aku buka blogspot.
Its been 2 months since I gave birth to Maryam.
And here I am working leaving Maryam with her babysitter.

Back to Saturday, 29th September 2012.
I thought I could deliver Maryam through nomal delivery.
I have mentally ready to get her out of my tummy.
But during my 40 weeks visit to Dr Intan, she discovered that there is only a little fluid left around my baby.
After discussion and considering the pros and cons between normal and caesarian we opt for caesarian.

Baby Maryam was born with weight 3.26kg and its not easy to take her out.
She was deep down and getting ready to get out via vagina.
Dr Intan got to dig her and it took 4-5 person in the OT to hold me and push my tummy from so many directions so its easier for Dr Intan to reached her.
I was continuously reciting all the surahs.
Manatahu, umur tak panjang, kalau dia ambil biarlah dalam keaadan I am ready to faced HIM.

Listening to my baby's voice, Masyaallah, I was very emotional. It was mixed feelings.
Relieved, happy, excited all at once i even said alhamdulillah and laugh listening to her.
Her voice was so big! Totally different from her brother Aariz.

The nurse showed her to me.
Its a girl as I have expected and she got so many hair!
It was love at the first sight.
Its so amazing how you could fall in love so fast at someone you've just seen! MasyaAllah.

Poor baby, she was de-stressed and pooped inside my tummy when Dr Intan took her out.
She was covered with stool all around her body.

It was not an easy delivery I have to say.
It took Dr Intan two hours to stitched me up.
Compared to Aariz just 40 minutes and I am done.
My uterus was not being so co-operative.
Instead of contracting, my uterus bleed out and i lost quite a lot of blood after delivered my baby.
Dr Intan got to massage my uterus and I even heard her recite a few surah to ease things for us during the period.
Due to the blood lost, i faced nausea and almost puked out.
It felt like ages and yes I am wondering why.
I kept asking " Dah ke? Bila nak sudah ni?, Saya pening la, rasa nak muntah ni"
They prepared suction in case i puke out.
Penting, if I swallow my puke, it may go into the lungs and I may die.

After all the stiches and hard work, they push me out from the OT.
I stayed there for awhile.
It was icy cold.
I was shivering non stop and ask for alot of blankets to cover me.

While i stayed there, hubby went to see baby Maryam to do his iqamat and azan her.
Looking at maryam, there was poop at her mouth, her cheek, at the corner of her eyes.
All over the face, dia makan najis dia sendiri!
Hubby wants to do tahnik himself but the nurse stop him because they got to pump out the stool she ate from her tummy.
Hish budak kenit geram tau.

My little princess Wann Maryam Binti Shazry

Despite all the hurts, Alhamdulillah, I manage to fully breastfeed her.
Altough I cant sit down and get up, the nurses help me a lot and Maryam was very co-operative.
To increase my milk supply, she gets up every hours during her first and second day of life to stimulate my milk supply.

She is such a happy baby

Sleep together with Abang Aariz

Abang Aariz loves u so much Maryam

This is Maryam on her 61 days young

P/s: Sorry for the long silence:)

Umi ni comel lah!

2012-09-06T16:02:00.000+08:00

Umi ni comel lah

Aariz sekarang ni pandai sangat bercakap. Kalau cakap perlahan-lahan memang paham lah. Cuba dia kepit kan suara especially bila merajuk, memang tak paham. Garu kepala umi nak dengar apa Aariz cakap.

Nakal sangat. Nak masuk 2 bulan kut papa pergi. Umi pon tak ingat tarikh papa pergi kerja haritu. Blame the hormone! hahahaha.

Aariz sekarang ni suka peluk uminya dari belakang. Umi kan tak larat dah nak main main sangat dengan dia. Jadi kalau dia main tau tau je dia lari dekat belakang Umi terus peluk. Lepas tu tarik pipi Umi, Terus kiss. Lepas tu, pergi pulak depan Uminya, tarik pipi Umi dan cubit cubit sambil cakap " Umi ni comel lah!". Nak tergelak pon ada. Tak tahu lah mana dia pick up perkataan comel tu. Biasa Umi yang cakap dekat aariz "Abang ni hensem lah!".

Sepah rumah

Bila Umi suruh kemas dia cakap "Aariz tired lah Umi!". Nak tergelak, tapi kena tahan. Kena tunjuk muka garang sebab nak anak ikut dengar arahan. Macam-macam alasan dia bagi. Last sekali, Umi hilang sabar, Umi buka pintu letak dia mengadap jalan. Tapi masih dalam grill lah. Tak lama, 10 saat je. Buka pintu balik, automatik terus kemas semua toys dia. Siap angkat dan letak pada rak. Macam mana Umi nya kemas. Tapi kita sambung kemas esok! hahahaha

(L-R) Aidan Umar, Aariz Ebraheem, Ayra Safiyyah, Alya Nisrin. Aariz menangis nak Umi.

Ni gambar Umi masa pergi open house Tun Mahathir. Besar kan umi dengan perut tu! Aariz sedap tidur!

Argh..legaaaaaaaa.....

2012-08-02T10:36:00.000+08:00

Lately ni sakit dan lenguh lenguh badan menjadi jadi. Pinggang jangan cakap la.Mencucuk-cucuk rasa.

I decided untuk mengurut. Mula-mula tanya dekat my Obgyn is ok for me to massage my entire body?

She was very positive. Dia kata yes go ahead. Go massage your hands, legs, pinggang and so on but do not massage your tummy.

So hearing that, aku pon cari la tempat mengurut. Bukan jauh pon, luckily my office is in Sri Damansara. So everything within my reach. Nak manicure/pedicure, facial, farmacies, banks, secret recipe, clinics, mini market, stationary, 7/11, fruit stall semua nya walking distance. Very convenient! Even tempat makan dekat ofis aku pon best. Roti canai paling sedap dalam dunia (over kan, tapi memang sedap ikut tekak aku la) semua best la!

Back to mengurut. Aku pergi mengurut dekat Summer Garden Detox and wellness centre. They do provide mengurut for pre and post natal massage. Rupa nya chinese pon mengurutkan lepas bersalin.

There are two ladies, malay and sabahan. Kebetulan the sabahan available at that time, so she was the one massaging me. I tell you, for the first time I massage, I do not feel sakit at all. I felt relieved! Before masa mengurut post natal, sakit ya amat! Sampai demam aku di buatnya! Kali ni dia buat gentle sebab I am pregnant.

While she was doing her work, we chatted a bit.She said, she is a widow. Her husband passed away 21 years ago when she was 24. They were married at young age and after 9 years of marriage, her hubby passed away because of accident leaving her with 5 sons. She got no other option than to work to support the needs of her family. Merantau ke Kuala Lumpur. I ask her, is she Muslim? She said she is not but 4 of her children are. MasyaAllah. I asked her, did you object your son when they told you they want to convert? And she said no. I didn't at all. All her son loves to read. From reading they found out that Islam is the way of life and they converted after convinced with what they believed. she even told me her son preached to her, invited her to convert as well. She said, she will but, once she has done working and when she is ready. With her situation right now, mengurut lelaki for reflexology, its only bringing sins to herself. So she said she is not ready. But she knows Islam is the right religion.

I told her why don't you concentrate on pre and post natal massage. Maybe she don't have the gut to work by herself yet. Wallahualam, but i liked talking to her. She is so calm and soft spoken. She even told me, she can't stop working. Its making her reminding herself of her late husband. Rasa rindu, teringat, she couldn't stay alone. Masyaallah, after 21 years apart, she still felt that. The way she talk, she really loved her husband and refused to marry other guy. I hope, I am going to love my hubby till the rest of mylife, still miss him when he is not around, feel his presence although one day he is no longer around.

Rindunya dekat suami. Suami kan, tak ada mesti la rindu, ada mesti la nak bergaduh! hahahaha. I guess that is the bitter sweet of marriage. Tak sentap, tak marah, tak merajuk is not normal i guess..hahahahha

Selamat berpuasa dear friends. Alhamdulillah, so far mak buyung ni dapat puasa penuh. ngeeee:D

P/s: Siapa yang nak memgurut, boleh la pergi dekat Summer Garden Detox & Wellnes Centre. No 13-1, Jalan tanjung SD 13/1, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur. 03-6280 4281

Sekian, Terima kasih.

from the hard headed person-i have learned my lesson about hospital bag

2012-08-01T14:58:00.000+08:00

Tajuk tak boleh belah kan?

Yes, I have learned my lesson 3 years ago pasal hospital bag. I was so confident that i wont give birth so early till i refused to prepare my hospital bag. Well, well, I was totally wrong!!

3 years back, I lived in Sri Damansara and did my medical check up in Hospital Columbia Asia, Seremban. Ramai yang pelik, why so far? Why not go for your monthly check up near to where i lived? Well, the reason is that, hubby is always away, left me alone at home. I have no other option than to go back to my hometown (where my parents stay) so that if I am about to give birth, parents will be there for me.

On my 35 weeks check up, my Obgyn have to admitted me due to amniotic fluid leakage. Dah lah tak bawak bag langsung, barang baby pon tak kemas lagi! I have to go back to Sri Damansara to pack all my things. While on the way, I felt contraction and I know that I may need to deliver this baby soon. Luckily my elder brother is there to help me. Hubby is far away and working offshore, parents gone for haji and I am alone:(

I took us 1 hour 30 minutes to get to Sri Damansara, pick ALL the baby and my stuff into the car and drove back to Seremban. I think it took us 3-4 hours to reached the Hospital. Hahaha..That is so not ready moment and kelam kabut.

Now, to prevent the same thing happen again, I have brought ALL the baby stuff to my mom's house. Leaving only hospital bag to be carried. Tu pon it is still not complete. Why?

Here is the reasons. If you are about to give birth in the government hospital, you have to bring your own baby's rompers/bodysuit/blanket. Let say, you are going to stay there for 4 days ( in case you have to under go for C-sect) then you need to have 4 sets of rompers/bodysuit/blanket. You then need to bring your own napkin. Please spare 4-5 napkins. Why? The nurses wont allow you to let your baby wear diaper. They would like to monitor the baby's motion. Once your baby has already pee and poo poo then you are allowed to wear diaper. But sometimes, it may take 3-4 poo poos before first pee:) You also need to bring your own diapers, wet wipes, hats, mittens and also booties plus car seat.

For mommies, you need to bring your own maternity pads, panties ( I go for disposable panties the first few days, it'll be bloooooody bebeh), socks, towel, nursing pillow, breast pump, mug, spoon, fork, water tumbler, thermos and go back t-shirt and sarung. You will be given tops and sarung while u stay there.

If you plan to give birth in private hospital, there is nothing much you need to bring. Besides nursing pillow, breast pump, socks and baju sejuk yang nipis, you just need to bring go home t-shirt and sarung for yourself and for your baby only 1 set of romper, mitten, booties, blanket and hat and also car seat. Let your baby sit there. You dont have to hold her all the time. Plus your are still hurt down there and couldn't sit properly. hahaha.

For me, where am I going to give birth? I dont know. I don't have the answer yet.I hope to deliver my baby normal and if the baby is full term (meaning 37 weeks and above) I will obviously go for Columbia Asia Seremban. But if I have to deliver this baby less than 37 weeks, than I have no other option than to go to Hospital Tuanku Jaafar. The baby's ventilator is not working in columbia asia seremban. ~~tutup muka..hapada!~~

Meanwhile, I still haven't finalized my hospital bag. Still lacking of few things and now I am on my 32 week. Next month baby, yes next month.

My hope? I hope this baby could wait till september when she is at her 37 weeks. I hope my water break and i can monitor myself the contraction. When its getting intense, then I will go to the hospital. I hope I will have smooth, easy, fast and less/kurang pain delivery. And the most important is that my beloved partner cum soul mate cum best friend cum motivator cum hubby is next to me to go through this delivery.

But what ever it is, Allah swt has a a better plan for me no matter how huge my hopes and plans. He knows the best:)

Till then, Selamat berpuasa:)

selamat menyambut bulan ramadhan:)

2012-07-25T12:38:00.000+08:00

Alhamdulillah, so far i managed to fast untill today. I hope i can get thru this till the end of ramadhan.
By the way, I was admitted to the hospital for 3 days. Due to amniotic leaking.
Takut tau sebab when i was expecting Aariz, the same thing happened. Bila scan, the fluid was so little and my gynae got no choice than to operate me at 35 weeks.

So the same thing happened this time and i was only 28 weeks!! I was so freaked out, I dont want her to come out yet. She's only 1.1kg. So, I went to see Dr NorIntan, alhamdulillah, the fluid was fine and still a lot inside there. But she got to admitted me for 24 hours for pad chart and observation. In case, there is still leaking. Tapi takdenye leaking kalau aku duduk diam diam atas katil, unless I walk a lot. The next day, she decided to send me to hospital besar Seremban for bed rest! urghhhh...Ya Allah time tu teringat sangat dekat Aariz. Mana pernah tidur tak ada anak bujang aku tu.

At hospital besar Seremban I was observed for another 24 hours, and alhamdulillah, no leaking and they said its just discharge. Hello, i know how to differentiate between discharge and watery fluid but i dont want to say anything. But i know what i see, i've experienced it before. Anyway, as long as the fluid is enough and my baby is doing fine than alhamdulillah.

Anyway, its still leaking till today everytime i felt too tired. I always pray that my baby hang in strong there. Wait till you are full term to see the world. Umi nak sangat ada baby chubby. With abang Aariz, he was so tiny when he was born.

Dear Baby, wait till papa come home kay. Let papa felt the excitement waiting for you to come out beside umi. I always pray this time, umi can deliver you normally. InsyaAllah.

Umi have another 7 weeks before you come out baby. Abang Aariz is so excited. Mesti dia ajak main ultraman lepas ni:)

p/s: I still haven't got the chance to look at your face. Everytime doctor scan, you keep on hiding you face. hiihihi

To all my muslim friends, selamat menyambut bulan ramadhan. I would like to take this opportunity untuk minta ampun dan maaf kalau ada terkasar bahasa, terguris hati atau apa apa sahaja yang buat tersentap, perkataan yang meyinggung atau tulisan yang tak berapa senang. I am just human being and will never stop from making mistake. But InsyaAllah I will try to improve myself:)

weaning off and 3rd trimester

2012-07-02T11:09:00.001+08:00

Alhamdulillah, i have decided to wean off aariz from umi's boobies..hihihii
And my boy is officially a big boy at the age of 2 year 7 month. Tak susah pon, its even easier to tell him at his age because he can think and decide himself.

Day 1:
I wanted to wean him off by letak lemon like mommy cik aiyu, tapi everytime i reached home from work, memanjang terlupa. I tried to letak garam, guess what ? I didnt work!

Day 2:
My mom told me to letak lipstick color merah, like what she did to me at the age of 2 year 8 month.
I told her i dont have that bright red, so she told me to letak ros syrup. Just to show him and it works.
What I did was letak dekat tissue and put a bit to the B and told aariz that "ayo" (thats how he refers to as boobies) sakit, its bleeding. I showed him the tissue and ayo, and he understood! He said shiannn umi, sakit berdawah. Terus dia taknak ayo. Everytime he rubs the ayo, he will said, sakit kan umi. shiiiannn umi. When i offered him, he refused.

Day 3:
Everytime he rubs ayo, I will remind him about my ayo that hurts and bleeding. But he is having trouble sleeping. Banyak kali aariz rubs my hands, hugs, and turn around to get used of the sleeping without ayo! Alhamdulillah it works.

Day 4:
No more asking about ayo. He can sleep on his own.

I went for my monthly check up. Alhamdullah baby is doing fine. 1.1kg and still hiding her face. making umi excited to see her.Next week i have to visit my gynae again, i have history of my amniotic fluid leaking and aariz was born premature. Just for precaution.

I always Doa to Allah swt to smoothen my pregnancy, mudah kan segala-galanya as i have to take care of myself, baby in my tummy, aariz and my house while hubby is working away. I really miss my hubby but i know this is the best for us:)

Alhamdulillah i have a very supportive parents, families and in laws and friends too:)

budak sakit perut

2012-06-18T12:15:00.001+08:00

Start hari khamis lepas, Aariz mula sakit perut. Aku ingat its just another trick of him being crancky sebab mata mengantuk sangat. So I just apply ointment on his tummy and back and he's okay after that. At that time me, hubby and Aariz were visiting my BIL at kota seriemas. Kebetulan my MIL just aarived from KB and my SIL gave birth to her 4th child.

So on the way back home to shah alam, Aariz still mengadu sakit perut, and now the cramp is like so often. 15 minutes apart. And me, having medical background, I knew that I could not ignore his complaint. So, I stop by to the nearest clinic to my house. It was 10pm. Frankly speaking, I have never faced a stupid doctor before. How could you jump to conclusion by asking your patient's history without physical examination?? You saw a 3 year old child complaining and crying that he is having a tummy ache and holding his tummy then u straight away diagnosed the illness? WTF? I straight away told him, dont you check him? Perhaps he got gastric or what i scared the most is appendicitis. (People often called appendix but its actually called appendicitis due to the inflammation on the appendix). When he heard I said gastric, the stupid doctor straight away jump to conclusion saying that Aariz got gastric. So he gave me 2 types of medications. one of it is the whitish liquid -owh i forgot its name, macam kapur tapi berangin and its a treament for those whose having gastric.

Once I arrived home, that is the first thing I gave to him his ubat. I hope that could ease him a bit. I hope that can help him feel better. But the cramping continues through the night. MasyaAllah, at one point I was so restless, dah lah penat keluar dari pagi, then him being cranky with me pregnant, I told him to stop complaining and go to sleep after I rub his tummy and back with ointment. But it looks like it will continue in the morning, that i decided not to let him go to school. I can't afford another EL, because I have took too many ELs before the previous month, plus my grandma passed away the same week kan. So, I brought him to work and early in the morning before me coming to work I brought him to another child specialist clinic in Sri Damansara. Poor Aariz, the cramp did not stop, but after eating his ubat, the cramping's lesser than before. But he still felt unbearable. At one time he said " Umi, sakit pewut, Aduiiiiii, Tolonglah umi". Mesti lah rasa kesian bila anak cakap macam tu. My boss, asked me to go home, so around 3.30pm. i went back to Seremban. Aariz slept the whole way to Seremban.

That night again, his cramp start to attacked almost every 10-15 minutes. Risaunyalah, I don't know what to do to ease him. So I brought him to Columbia Asia Hospital in Seremban. We (my father, mother, aariz and i) went to the A&E. Hubby is away for work:( The doctor said what he is afraid is appendicitis. But after checking him, it was not appendicitis! Then what the hell is it!! Arghh I still couldn't get the answer. The doctor gave 1 ubat to relax his intestine, so that there will be no cramping/contraction and he can sleep through the night. He said, he believed it could make the pain go away. Yes, he can sleep better that night BUT, the pain and cramping continues in the morning around 7.30 am. Once I gave him the ubat, he feels better but the cramping is like 45 minutes to 1 hour apart. Macam nak beranak pulak kan! Aariz was playing happily with his cousins but when the pain strucked him, he started to curl down, come to me, crying with his eyes close and sweating and even leg cramping as well. Siapalah tak risau. Semua yang tengok dia, mesti cakap bawak lah pergi hospital. Yes, dah pegi dah, 2 clinic satu hospital tapi takde yang ok pon.

He doesn't seems better than night, infact his reaction towards the pain getting worse and I almost cried looking at him. My mom even cried when he was in pain. Because there is nothing we can do to help him. He is own his own. Bila tengok his situation, I said i need to bring him to hospital and I called my insurance agent. She told me to ask for admission and request for specialist. So that is what I did once I reached KPJ seremban specialist hospital. The GP checked Aariz but, she is not sure on what is going on so she said, lets called the specialist and get ready for admission. It was 12.30am in the morning and I was accompanied by my father. So came the surgeon, Aariz was sleeping and the surgeon said this is the best time to check him. Once the surgeon checked his tummy, he said if he is having appendicitis, when the surgeon press on the right side of his tummy, Aariz will jump up while sleeping because of the unbearable pain, but its not because of that. So he automatically put aside about appendicitis. So when he press down and examined his left tummy he said that he can feel there is a stool inside his tummy and he believed it is because of constipation.Owh my god! how come the other 3 doctors could not diagnosed what it was! It was his fourth day la dey!

The doctor gave him edema and dulphalac to soften his stool and there is no need for admission. yeay! dah lah esok ada kenduri on my bro's house. So early in the morning, I inserted the liquid inside his bontot and alhamdulillah, he passed out the hard stool finally. I checked his stool, ah being the kepochi mom kan, wallawei, besar meat ball ikea dalam 3-4 ketul no wonder la duk sakit perut! And he is fine the entire day.

If only the previous doctor could identify he was having constipation kan settle banda ni. Tak adalah aariz sakit for 4 days. Aariz pulak, as far as I am concern, dia memang susah sangat nak dapat constipation. He loves fruits, yogurt drink and vitagen. He will eat fruits better than nibbling the biscuits! The last time he was having constipation when in november 2010. I still remember because we were in UK at that time.

So here goes my happy baby. Yes, now I know why they said to have a happy baby is to have a happy tummy! Banyak sungguh dugaan Mu Ya -ALLAH. But i believed, He will not test the person beyond his capabilities :)

budak kenit sakit pewut

Love u baby .Umi missed u a lot:(
