HOW TO REPAIR WITHOUT FORMAT

Some people ask use, are there other ways for repair without format. Acctually when you have Windows a problem, there a several way that you can used. One is to use the original Windows Installer.

- Boot from your Original Installer Wndows until you see this menu. and press ENTER

- Press F8 for agree with Windows Aggrement.

-At this menu select to repair the selected Windows and press R key .

- With this command, Windows will copy the necessary file for your hard disk

- This process will begin after reboot.

- Your can Press Enter at this time or let Windows do it self..

- Do not do anything after this step, wait until this setup finish ( same like format process) and did your Windows have same problem or not..

- Wait until Installation is complete..

SAFE MODE FOR WINDOWS

If your computer have a problem with Windows or you need to delete some file but it can't delete in Windows ,you can use SAFE MODE..

- Reboot your computer and before Windows Loading out, you need to press F8 at your keyboard and you will get tihs menu..

- Choose Safe Mode (First) and solve your windows problem..

Any operating system must be kept up to date. Without the updates, your computer will become increasingly more vulnerable to new threats.
Some of these threats are made possible by weaknesses discovered in Windows after Windows was released. Other weaknesses became apparent as new technology creates a weakness where there was none before.
Windows has made it easy to keep up to date
You can perform Windows Update automatically, prompted or manually.
Windows ME, 2000 & XP:
To set Windows Update on automatic (recommended for most home users)
Right click "My Computer"
Click "Properties"
Click "Automatic Updates"
Place check in "Keep my computer up to date"
Also place a bullet in "Automatically download the updates"
NOTE: Be sure your computer is powered on the day/time you set.
To set Windows Update to prompt for the updates choose one of the other two bullets on that page.
To manually update:
Start/All Programs/Windows Update
Follow the prompts.
Windows 9X:
Double click "My Computer"
Double click "Scheduled Tasks"
Double click "Windows Critical Update Notification"
You can make selections as desired.
If the option is not available install Windows Critical Update Notification:
1. Go here:
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
2. Click "Scan for updates"
3. On the left side click "Windows 98 and Windows 98 Second Edition"
4. Click "Add" by "Windows Critical Update Notification recommended update"
5. Click "Review and install updates"
6. Click "Install Now"
You should install ALL Critical Updates.
Install the Recommended Updates that you have determined apply to you.
Get the drivers directly from the manufacturer

If you have not updated in a while, you may have a lot of updates.
Install Service Packs first and by itself
Reboot
Install updates no more than three at a time.
Reboot
Install next three.

The System Restore feature is built into Windows XP and is used to return your computer to an earlier state if you have a system failure or other major problem with your computer. The point of System Restore is to restore your system to a workable state without you having to reinstall the operating system and lose your data files in the process.

System Restore takes snapshots of your computer system and saves them as restore points. These restore points mark configuration places to return to, in the event of a problem with your computer that might occur after you install an unstable device driver or an older application. Because the snapshots are taken automatically and are restored through the System Restore Wizard, System Restore is both effective and user-friendly.

You can try use System Restore before you make decision to format your computer..

Follow the steps given below to install the Internet in Windows 7. Follow each step given that you do not make any mistakes.

1. First step, get the Start menu and select Control Panel

4. Note at the bottom and select Set up a new Network Connection or Change your Network Settings in the menu.

5. A menu will appear that attachment Connect to the Internet, Click on Next to continue.

6. If you see this menu, click on Set up a new connection anyway.

8. Fill out the information needed to facilitate the process of connection, not misspellings on this command and click Connect.

For new users who use Windows 7, would sometimes require referral Administrator to facilitate the implementation of a direction. If in Windows XP, we can easily use the Administrator as shown in the Control Panel, this is different once the Administrator in Windows 7 or Vista that require action such as below should be made so that instructions can be used Administrator.

Follow the steps given below to Administrator enabled.

1.In the Start menu, type the command CMD

2. Type this command to activate a net user administrator / active: yes.

3.Exit from the command CMD to get the Control Panel

4. Click on the Add or remove user accounts to Administrator enabled instructions.

- Wait for the setup begin..

- Press Customize to change Regional

- Information you can klik at detail.

- Klik Next whern you finish.

- Put your name and organization

- Put your product key or license aggrement.

- Put computer name

- Put Password if you like, make empy if you dont.

- Press Next for continue

- Change your Date Time anda clik Next.

- Make workgroup for your computer if you want

- Click next for this step..

- Click Help protect if you want or Not REight Now if you dont..

- Klik Finish

Now, you l get New Windows XP, and start Install what software you want..

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW FORMAT INSTRUCTIONS, See what the meaning of the instructions below to format..

-Press Any key , If u missed, do it again.

- Hit Enter Key if you can continue format

- Press R if you want Repair

- Press F3 for quit without format.

- Hit enter key to continue Format with exist partition

- Press C if you need to make a new partition

- Press D if you want to delete partition.

- Press Enter to comfirm delete the partition

- Press Esc if u want cancel or dont want delete the partition

- Press L to confirm delete partition or press Esc for return without format this partition.

- Press C for make a NEW partition

- Choose format process what you like, I suggest you follow this picture..

- wait until this format complete.

- See and wait for Process Copy
