I want to start off stating that I did not pay for this product it was provided to me free from Crest in return for my honest review.

I do not normally use Crest, mouth I normally use the Listerine mouth wash, I never thought to give another brand try. I was given the opportunity to give Crest Pro health Advanced mouthwash try and I took them up on it, just to see what all the talk has been about it. I was provided a full size bottle of mouthwash which was a nice surprise, I was expecting a trial size where I might get a weeks worth to try, but nope I received full size which I got months use out of. The first time I tried Crest Pro Heath Advanced mouthwash I was happy I didn’t get that burn like I did with the other brand, in fact my mouth felt cleaner after brushing. In fact the clean feeling lasted all day long that is huge plus I used it again at night when I finished brushing my teeth, the next morning my mouth still felt fresh talk about a win win! During the course of using this product I noticed few things not only did my mouth feel cleaner longer, but my teeth felt cleaner as well, almost like coming from teeth cleaning at the dentist, great job Crest on creating this the only downside to this mouthwash is that if you try to gargle with it, it foams or bubbles up thus you cannot gargle with it maybe some tweaking on that one perhaps.You cannot go wrong giving this try trust me, you will like it as much as I have.

#runbabybelt This is wonderful product I love to go walking, hiking, biking, working in my yard this lets me carry my keys along with my iPhone, iPod it frees up your hand or pockets if you have any in your workout clothes. I used this belt when I went on three mile walk it worked perfect I was able to clip my keys to the clip on the belt and slide them into the belt it solved my problem of having to place my keys in my bra as walked.

The product says you place place all cell phone in it well let me tell you that is 100 % correct I own an iPhone 6 plus and have a case on it, which as anyone who has case on the phone know it’s not easy to place it in pocket or into bra when exercising, with Runbaby I was able to slide my phone into the belt with the case still on it, I did have to work little be to get the end into the belt only because I have rubber on the bottom of my case so it does not make it easy to slide into the belt, I also used my iPod, which dose not have a case and slid right into the belt.

Once into the belt I was able to go about whatever activity I was doing nothing slid out of the belt everything stayed right where I placed it that made me very happy person! As far as fit goes, it dose adjust to fit you the band stretches, when sweating it does not bother the skin on a bit, I know some products can give you rash when you start to sweat however this one does not that also sealed the deal that I loved this belt! You can use this belt even if you are working in the house doing thing and you want to carry your phone or iPod or perhaps something you want to carry with you that you can slide into here. This really does have more then one use it’s great for not just running but everything else. I’m so glad I got to give this try thank you again.

Stainless Steel Coffee Mug By VanDay Review

With all of that out of the way not let talk about this cute mug we have here, it’s a Stainless Steel Coffee Mug by VanDay, they are new to me company so I was more then happy to give this mug test drive so to speak if you will. I ordered it on Amazon.com either type in VanDay or Stainless Steel Mug, it will come up on the 4th page maybe sooner, I got two day shipping on this I placed the order on 10 July 2015 and I got it in the mail today on 14 July 2015 Amazon really dose have fast shipping you can even track your order as well which I like.

Here is how it comes in the mail it was packaged and box really good which I am really glad about, no damage to nothing which is another huge plus!

As you can see here I have it out of the box getting ready to take the bag off to give it washing before use. I do advise that with any mug you buy to wash before use to be safe!

I thus far am pleased with this mug, I am the type of person who like to have a nice hot cup of coffee or tea, but some mugs when you to pick them up are too hot to, even tough, so you have to wait a while till it cools down by then your coffee or tea might be too cool for your personal liking. I put this mug to the test I was not sure how it would fair, I thought because it is stainless steel that the outside would to two hot to the tough, as well as I would not be able to drink out of it! Was I wrong on all accounts, I used my Hamilton Beach brewer[ K-cup machine] to make cups of coffee to my surprise it fits nicely under the brewer I like that, not all cups or mug can do that. After my coffee was done brewing I went touched it I was about to pick it right up without burning my fingers, I feel in love with this mug straight away, I was also able to drink out of it without burning my lip as well. It keeps your coffee or tea nice and warm for quite a long time. I know what you are probably thinking how to dose it wash up after using it? Dose it stain from the coffee or tea? The answer to the first question is that it washes up great after use, I let it air dry to see how it would look, after it was dry it looked as if I just took it out of the box again. No, it dose not stain from the coffee or tea in fact, it washed out my trouble. I would give this 10 out 10 stars this is my new favorite mugs I urge you to go buy one for yourself or give one as a gift you cannot go wrong, in fact I plan to buy more from this company in the future.

I want to start off by saying I was not paid to write this review nor was I paid to try this product! I was able to sample this thank to a Bzzagent campgain in exchange for my honest review.

I tried Silks Unsweetened Cashew milk it is really good if you like or love cashews you will love this! I put it in cerail, it added nice earthy flavor to it, I also drank it by its self it was amazing it was like eatting cashew expect you are drink one!

it's creamy taste silky plus it's only 25 calories per serving in unsweetened you cannot go wrong! If you are someone who is counting their calories or just want to watch what you are eating this will not hurt you one bit plus it is good for you. I cannot have dairy so I must drink non dairy products, I have tried almost all of them out on the market, by far silk is the one I choose every time you cannot go wrong with this brand, you can even use it to bake with along with make homemade ice cream too! What I want to know before I get this product is how good is the brand? How long do the blades stay sharp, how long you can use the razor before throwing the razors away. Also how much does this item cost? Are they better then buying replacement blades for a regular razor? For disposable razor is it make of good quality? Is it just as good as regular razor?

I will say Schick hydro silk disposable razors are a good product. I have used Schick regular razor where you have to replace the blade they are good as well, they are true to what the say no lies. You do not have to worry about the blades on this disposable razor going dull quick especially if you are the type of person who doses not like to shave their legs that much. It cuts the longer hairs right off without problem, once you are done the blade is still sharp and safe for another use. Your legs and underarms are left silk smooth it feels like you just put lotion on them because the hydro they put the razor to hydrate your legs and underarms as you shave. I can get months use out of this razor sometimes two months that are good especially if you are on a budget!
The cost of these are less than buying replacement blades that can run $15.00 and up you get three disposable razors in a pack which last you about a month or more. They are made out of good quality for disposable razor they are not cheap like some brands of disposable razors are.

Relate your personal experience with the product or service (which means you have to try it first! I tried this product with an open mind first off because I know how other disposable razors lack a lot as well as if your luck will shave both legs and underarms! I gave it try and fell in love with it straight away!!!! I let the hair on my legs and underarms get long just to give this product an excellent try and put it to the test. I was expecting one razor not to last past my underarms. I got fooled because it lasted was still sharp too, it even shaved my legs. I did not have to use a second razor that's a+'s in my book. I loved how my legs and underarms were left silky smooth, and I have not had to shave in few weeks now because of the five blades. I get such close shave too; blades are still sharp for another use!! I'm not a fan of having to pay $15.00 on up for replacement blades. So I started to use disposables I have tried many brands and was losing hope of finding good disposable till I tried this I will now be getting this brand from now on!!

Frozen Summer & Columbina (A Psychological Thriller) by Geetha Madhuri and Cynthia Vincent Daniel

Geetha Madhuri is by profession an IT Employee and writer by passion, known for her published short story "The One and Only Purpose" anthology, Time's Lost Atlas. Her current novel "Frozen Summer" published as India's First Ever Double Header. Frozen Summer & Columbina, will take readers on a psychological thriller till the end, it also has Suspense, Mystery thrown in for good measure all the way to the end.

Frozen Summer

The backdrop for Frozen Summer takes place in a city called Hyderabad in South India. Where two women are in struggling strange situation however the story start off very differently than other thriller stories, this one starts off on a train and end a place you could not possibly imagine. It made me nervous, sad, excited, as well as taking me on a thrilling ride all at the same time. It starts off a little routine and familiar. However the speed at which things take place one after the other, kept me glued to this book till the end. Geetha got the narration of the story perfect. The message at the end of it right on point, it had extreme everything in it. It kept me guessing all the way to the end, in fact, the ending of the story blew my mind away.

If you are more of romance person, this book is not for you if you are a lover of thrillers, mystery's, and suspense this book is perfect for you. Go read it right now. I would have like to see romance for someone in this story though. However, I love how the psychology took my mind away in the whole story line, wish it would have been longer as well have gone into more depth of the people in the story. Given the shortness of this story Geetha did an amazing job of getting whole story line in the book and not leaving you wondering.

Cynthia Vincent Daniel is an avid reader one of her articles got published in the famous travel website called “Cox and Kings.” She is a positive thinker, author, traveler, and a person who believes in the power of acceptances.

Columbina

The backdrop for this story takes place on the eerie, beautiful island Alcatraz, is known as the World's most cruel penitentiary. It starts off familiar to me it has two clear protagonists. The stereotype ends here which makes it interesting to me, however, the way the writer narrates and describes every scenario is a huge plus for this book. One of the best murder mystery’s I have read in long time. It would be nice to see it come to life in a series. Cynthia Vincent Daniel Has a wonderful imagination; she is great story teller I felt like I was right there next to the characters in the book.

I will give her credit she did her homework before putting this story together. She researched the lunar calendar and the Alcatraz she got her facts right. I love she didn’t make up the facts, and I would have loved the book to be longer I could not stop reading it. There was nothing that I did not like about this story it truly kept me guessing all the way to the end. Then it didn’t end how I thought it would which I loved not your normal ending. This story is a true psychological Thriller.

For this begins India’s first ever double header book, I find it to be home run. Both of these women have two unique stories that blended amazingly well together. I hope to read more from the both of them in the future I feel they are both up, and coming writers keep an eye on them.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. The reason for this is because it keep me engaged in both of the story plots till the end. They are both psychological thrillers, have suspense, as well as mystery most books to not have all of this in them, plus the second story could also be considered good guys read as well. They both made your head turn throughout the book

However, something about having someone read me a book I could not concentrate on the story. I'm the type of person I like to have books in my hand or my e-reader in Hand and just read.

The main and the only reason that I will be canceling my account with them. If you are someone who loves or enjoys an audio book, then this site is for you because you can choose from over 150,000 titles. Maryland Sheep & Wool

On 3 May 2014 I went for the first time to Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival it was not like what I was expecting when I got their in fact it was million time better then what I expected! I live in Pa it took me about 3 hours to get to West Friendship Maryland to the Howard County Fair Grounds, I will say that traffic was not bad on the way to Maryland, their was hardly any road work going on, nor were their tons of pot holes in the road. I did pass plenty of rest areas I will give the states plus on that for people to stop even if it’s just to get out of their cars to walk around to take break.

Soon as I hit the border I could tell all ready the temp change I could not have asked for better day to go it was not to hot or cold plus the rain held off too! I was surprised that traffic was not super bad their either I guess I must have hit the right times to travel I guess, I was impressed with the road signs in this state some tell you how many minutes it will take you to get to your exit I just thought that was neat I have never seen nothing like that before, another plus is that roads were kept very clean! Roads signs for the fair ground are very well placed so you could not miss the exit. Traffic to the fair ground was not bad at all I will give the police credit they kept the line going into the grounds moving great, the Boy Scouts pointed you in the direction as to where to park when you get into the grounds I happen to get luck and get great spot! Parking was free as well that is win.
While walking up to where you go in I was greeted with this I just loved it!

One has to love yarn bombing it was just colorful cheerful walking up to the entrance way I just stopped to look at all of it. Great job to everyone who did this Amazing I wonder if it stays up all year till next festival or if they take it down.

Getting into the festival was free however you can give $5.00 or more donation which I did I felt that it was worth that much when doing so I was given this nice booklet which came in handy for me. This book included map list of vendors, what time events were going on. I did not know where to start so I just picked way walked up one side down the other in one building then into another. I got to see some sheep getting their hair cut
No the animals were not hurt in fact they are taken such good care of they even wear jacks after getting their wool cut off! The answer your next question not it didn’t smell like barn yard in fact it was kept super clean!

For all you fair foodie loves you would have loved this all the fair food you could have wanted I was surprised at the number of people who came just for the food! Prices for food and drinks are what you would expect for fair food. I seen some of the most interesting outfit while there I just loved it amazing great work of the fiber community! I could not have asked for better day you name it I saw it like this guy here how amazing is this!

I seen spindles and spinning wheels till my eyes could not see no more of them, no I didn’t get spinning wheel not just yet to me that is big investment I will keep looking into before I get one so that I know I’M getting the right one for me, nor did I get new spindle the one I have works just well for me right now however at some point I would like to try bottom whorl or support one to see how the spin up.
I did not stay till closing because I wanted to get back on the road before traffic coming out of the fair grounds got nuts, I managed to hit leaving round 4ish great time to get onto the road. Traffic heading home was not bad at all either I made great time getting home.
As much as I loved my day in Maryland I was so glad to see this sign, my ride back to where I live was not bad at all in fact it was so nice I made great time getting home I stopped at this little dinner not far from the town I live in, it was new to me place great service great food I will be going back there soon.

I'm sure some of you are wondering why I have not written actual blog post in ages, well it's kind of simple when I lost my job last May and had found out I have problem with my foot last November I was not able to get out as much I use to, as well I just lost my blogging mojo so to speak of I also dived into the world of podcast for my craft goodness knitting and crocheting as well as spinning. I do plan to get back to doing actual blogging now this I have gotten my mojo back!

I have really sat down and though about this, what my goals for the next year is going to be. You are probably wondering why I'm posting them now and not on New Years eve or day well quite simple what not get head start on them right now. What are your goals for the next year? Here is my list

1. Get back in control of my blood sugar
2. Workout more
3.travel more
4.Geocacheing more
5.spinning more
6.knit more
7.crochet more
8. learn to make my own lotion and soaps
9. make my own teas
10.read more
11.meditate
12.work on losing more weight
13. get healthier
14. indian cooking
15. find mr. right or close to it.
I know that they seem like alot will I get all of them done well I do not know but we will find out.

As 2013 comes to end it brings me to looks back at my goals that I have made for this past year, in case you are new to this blog or don't remember what they are I will paste them right here. I know that I didn't complete all of them I'm not going to make excuses as to why, some were I just didn't have the money to do such extra items. Without further a due here is the list

1.I have not learned how my make custom soaps and lotions, lip balm not as of yet
2. Weight loss is coming along nicely even thought I can't always exercise like I use to
3. I have not started worry or worry free jar I should thought but have not as of this time I might though
4.I've not been able to travel like I wanted to so far this year due to my foot and not having the funds to do so however I'm not going to give up on this for the year
5.I have been taking more chances I'm not done with this at all
6. Indian cooking I have put this on hold right now due to what is going at home here
7.I have not tried to make my own tea as of yet but I will keep this goal in mind with my chocolate mint herb
8. Read more I am doing this I have read few books on my nook I just need to read the hard cover books I have at home here.
9.I have learned how to cable knit!
10. I still want to learn to to spin fiber into yarn
11.I still want to learn more crochet techs.

Well I think that my goals are coming alone nicely.

It's 7 months into the new year I'd figure I would do update on how my goals on going this year so far for me. I want to say I hope that everyone is having safe happy summer remember to stay cool hydrated! I'm also in the process of looking for new job I got let go from mine due to the fact I was out on medical leave to long with my foot which will never be the same so time for new job so far no luck but I'm not giving up! My ideal job would be to have yarn shop, be able to travel and write about it and share photos or video the places I get to go to. Now on to my goals so far for this years.

Since we are coming up on the anniversy of the Gettysburg address I would like to share some interesting fact with everyone one about all the amazing inventions that black Americans created as free people.

We know slavery in America as our dark past that no one wants to talk about it's like the white elephant in the room so to speak I agree it's not the one of the good past of our history at all how ever from it their came something postive that no one ever want to talk about which happens to be all the freed slaves and their inventions they created as well as their future grenerations created as well. Here is another small business that I just love as well it's one of my favorite too! I heard about it viva Mikey over at www.thecrochetcrowd.com, he was doing a crochet video he talked about the yarn he was using called Darn Good Yarn right away I had to check it out that's all it took it get me hooked.it turned out to be new small business that I love called Darn Good Yarn[DGY]! Nicole is not only great business woman & independent woman, but she is also graduated from Clarkson University in 2000 and went on to serve her country in the United States Air for for while. While Nicole knew she wanted to start business but needed something that would be as mobile as she is, because of her Husband Michael's [DGY Husband] career in fortune 500 company that keeps them moving all over the country.Nicole wanted to build business based in her own values and principles which are she wants to help the environment and people with these values she started out as imports and exports business from Nepal and India, due to Nicole's love of knitting which lead her to start Darn Good Yarn. When Nicole says this is not your grandmothers yarn she is right but I happen to think Granny will like it too I know that mine dose she can’t get over it! I've only been using Darn Good Yarn short time since 2011but since I got my hands on the first ball I can't stop using it as well as talking about it! This is handbag/purse that I crocheted out of Silk Sari yarn lining I bough at craft store it matches so nice.

Sari 1*2 headband I knitted this little headband it only took half ball & was super easy to do

I even made one for friend using different color! I just love how the colors all work together I’m huge fan for color so this yarn is right for me it all mixes well together

I dreamed this knitted scarf up I used banana fiber yarn and Lion Brand eye lash yarn to make this keeps me toasty warn in the fall/winter!! I came up with the patter on my own too.

Penelope started Soapothecary in March of 2000 making hand made soaps, lotions, face, as well as body products which has been going strong since I have been long time customer of hers for long time now I use all of her products, I don’t have to worry what I’m putting on my body because I know. Her products are latex free vegan friendly and she uses organic oils too so I know that I’m not putting chemicals on me that are going to harm me or my body which makes me feel good. If you are worried about your fur babies licking your hands after you put lotion on no worries it dose not harm them one bit my fur babies tried to lick me and have not gotten sick from the products because the are natural.

I can’t remember the name of this soap I think it was called fruity something I know it reminds of fruit loops however it didn’t smell nothing like the cereal it smelled amazing better then the cereal I just loved the colors how she mixed them in the bar is so pretty I hated to use it but you have to wash! Start of small business blog!

As promised I’m going to talk about some of the small business that I happen to like and love some of them are local others either internet based or located in different towns or city’s. I would love to see boom again in small business America I feel that small business is the back bone of this country it’s where everything got it start from J.P Morgan all the way to Super Wal*Mart, yet somehow long the way to these chance stores we some how have lost the small business which is such sad thing this because without them we really would not survive at all. I would love to be able go into small or on website for small business and buy just about everything that I need or want, don’t get me wrong I’m not downing big chain store they are great for things that I need and want as well however they just seem to lack a lot of things that your small business has for example getting to know the employees in the and them getting to know you and what you like and don’t like what you need or want, getting to know the owner for the store who might happen to live right in your neighborhood! Getting that great customer service in small business, as well as find that hard to find item that big chain stores simply do not carry or even finding that rare item as well.

I understand that we all have be consumed by the malls I have been to, that is why it got me thinking after driving around for almost 15minutes looking for parking spot at the mall would it not be easier to buy from the small business I would not have to drive around for 15 minutes or longer looking for parking spot, fighting the packed malls just to get to one or two stores that I want to go into only to find out that they no longer carry that item or they are out of stock which you need to order it online. I’m not trying to down the malls of America either with their one stop retail shopping it’s nice to have it all located in one place however the down side is that it’s so crowed, they don’t always have what you need or want! I have found that it’s nice to but from the small business I don’t mind paying to park in car in parking garage for an hour or two or pay some place to park my car at one set price for few hours I know it will be safe, or even parking downtown and walking around downtown looking at the shops! I have found that this is very relaxing and enjoying experience to me I don’t feel rushed I end up finding some pretty interesting shops along the way as well as some great local eat, running into people that I know and have not seen in while, I might even get to take in some site which I would not normal see in mall plus I find it more family friendly as well. I know that shopping small business is not for everyone as some people only brand name pay lot for them and only shop in brand name shops, well I have news for you your small business sometimes carries those items as well all you have to is look and even asking.

My Nana still tells me stories of how many small business where you could go in once place buy your clothing items walk down the street go into your local meat market another store would have your shoes, jewelry, pharmacy etc.! I’m always amazed when she tells me about all of this I just answer her with I be that was exciting to walk down the street or down town begin able to get what you need or driving to another town to get what you need, she just tells me yes it was in fact I liked it better that way because you got treated better sales people knew you what you liked and what not! I know that we are not longer living in grandparents and great grandparents times however maybe we should take cue from them learn something that buying from the small business is good thing it keeps your fellow neighbors in work and community going and well with today having the internet it keeps lot of other people in work too. One might ask how dose buying off small business viva internet have the same experience well the owner or employee might ask how you experience was could the make buying from them better? Or how you liked what they carry they try to get to know you as person. I challenge you reader to try small business out for 30days see how you like it!

Book Review of"Karma and Reincarnation: The Wisdom of Yogananda, Volume 2 "

I recently finished reading “Karama & Reincarnation” By Paramhansa Yogananda I must say that I was kind of let down but this book I thought that he would have went into more detail about Karma how it works and such and more about reincarnation, it’s not that he dose not talk about the whole process but little more would have been better. I did find this book to be very quick and dry read I will say that did walk away with some information that I did not know which is good thing. I don’t have to much to say on this book I will leave you with descriptions of what this book is about.

Many people share theories on reincarnation, or karma, or what happens at death. Paramhansa Yogananda, a master of yoga, writes from his own true knowledge and experience. Coming through Yogananda's words, above all, is the deepest encouragement to every reader: the reassurance that God loves us, and that all of life is designed to help us move toward our own highest fulfillment.

I wish all of you love to today! I want to let me all my readers and followers know that I'm taking time out to show you how much I care , love all of you after all that is what today is about to show to show the ones that you love how much LOVE THEM! Me I feel you do not need one day our of the year to show people in your life how much you love and care about them you should be doing that every day of the week and year that just how I feel, this day has turned into nothing more then commercial holiday for flower, candy, jewelry stores who jack the pries of items up because they know most woman will want one or all of those items on the list, or even that the men will feel pressure to get them such items to show how much they love you. How sad is that because come tomorrow all those items will be 50% or more off that is when I go get some of those items hahahah! Okay on more serious note I want to let all over you know that I'm thinking about you today I wanted to share these rose with you and glass of wine hope you enjoy! Remember the point is show the people in your life every day how much you care and love them it really is the little things that count maybe lave them little posted note saying Hi How areyou? I recently read this book "The Yoga Teacher" by: Alexandra Gray I have never read book by this author I will say this book was quite good however some people will disagree with me. This books build up the climax if you will starts off kind of slow I was kind of board with the first chapter of the book but I kept reading hoping that it would get better and I was right it did, I feel this book shows us that if have dream or want to change thing in our lives we can do so. We can also change our own density if we chose to do so as well is what I got form this book at well, it's strange how book can sometimes open or rather reopen your eyes so to speak about life. I would differently tell people to give this book try, I'm sure that at some point we can relate to the characters in this book.

Book Review of "Secret Diary of a Call Girl"

A few weeks ago I got done reading "Secret Diary of a Call Girl" By Belle de Jour, Anonymous, I'm sure you are wondering what took me so long to post this review well simply I was trying to find the words and the want to do this post as I well just did not care for this book!

This book is base off this fictional [I'm assuming it is fictional person or at least the name of the person is]person it's all enteries from her blog that she has where she talks about what it's like to be Call Girl, how she got started doing this line of work why she keeps working as call girl. She states how she friends with all of her ex's and close with them I thing that something hard to believe,how they the ex's all knew what she did for living and seemed to find with it, this all take place in England. It started off great but after the first page it all went down hill from their I fount it had no plot nor story to it and rather boring. I would not recmond this book to no body I sure hope that the TV show that they made out of this book was better, I will tell you don't look showtime for this show because I write this blog it's no longer on the air!

I can from reading this book understand why it's no long on the air! I'm sure you are wondering why I bought this book in the first place? Well the reason is because I like all kind of books the title as first got me and so did the little intro to the book well was I fooled as I started to read this book, this is book that I will most likely not keep and put in my bookshelf I more then likely see it for cheap.

Small business!!!

As most you my readers might know I'm huge supporter of small businesses I find them to be the core or back bone of this country if not for them most place would not survive or even be around today. I know that it kind of sound out of date but I find that small business are great because you get chance to know the person[s] that owns the business chances are they even live in your neighborhood or town, you also get to know the employees that work their as well who might also live near you as well plus they get to know you as customer what you like and do not like, in fact as time goes on they will be able to point things out you might like or tell you to stay away from things that you might not like or offer you something new to try.

Most of the small business that I'm going to be blogging about do have websites where you can order from if you do not happen to live near by, or that small business happen to be online store only, I will post their links in page that I'm going to create here today due check them out let me know what you think! As I stated some small bushiness are online only due to the fact that well it's more cost effective in today economy but that dose not mean they don't take the time to get to know you as person or customer at all, in fact some of these owners might happen to live in your area you might know them personally or know of them. I have learned that most small business have right what you are looking for and if they do not some will order it in for you or if they get enough people asking for certain item they will start to get that item in stock for their customers, these are also the business that support you local school and sports teams as well if not for them sometimes these places would not get the items they needs or would not be able to put events on that they want to.

I will be asking the owners of these small business if it's okay that I post blog about their business before I just put it on my blog, I don't want to step on no bodies toes do something that I don't have an okay to do so. If I go get told that it is okay I will be posting breif history of this company how it go started how long it's been in business, maybe even some pic of their products etc if I get they okay.

I know that I'm have not been keeping up with my whole blogging everyday reason for that is because I don't really have anything interesting worth blogging about right now as I'm not with injured foot, I have not been able to work in 3 months, so this injured foot has been keeping me at home going no where!

All I have been doing is sitting at home getting Facebook, playing games on facebook, as well as playing games over at www.pogo.com , reading which I will be blogging about those books giving my review of them, watching lots of movies on www.netflix.com if would like I can give review of my movies that I have watched if you are interested please let me know. This book was slow to start off I kind of got board in the beginning of this book but as it went on it got better I think it was half way through this book is when it got better to me. I did have to put this book down for while because I found this slow read, but then I pick this back up to finish this book,this book is great read for rainy day or if you are traveling will make the time go faster for you. I guess I'm not use to Nora Roberts books like this is all I was let down because their was not hot love sceans like you come use to in her books and movies, would I rec this book to other people yes I would as I have broken foot it past my time I finished reading this book.

Classy Ladies need to come back to society again!!

In today's society we are missing lots of things one happens to be good strong classy lady! Us women over the years have come accustom to acting and dressing as something other the respected women which I happen to find shame! I happen to like leaving something to the imagination of men! Don't get me wrong I'm not saying cover yourself up or anything like that I'm just saying we need to set positive example for the younger generation, it seems that some women have just decided that acting like hoe is good example well it's not!!!! I will show you some photos of very classy women past and present who know and know how to act like lady, I'm sure your sitting their saying but wait Nicole you say your all east meets west,vintage type of person well I am however it's all about how you act as well as dress that make you classy! I'm sure you are wondering who I find classy and what is the definition of classy lady so here goes.

What is the definition of classy lady might you ask?
Well after doing some research I have found the answers for you, yes their is more then one answer for this question so her goes:

A classy woman is self confident. She stands for her principals without being brash.
A classy woman errs on the size of dressing conservatively. Her clothing (whatever the price point) are clean, well kept, and become her. She is neither a clothes horse, nor a vamp.
A classy woman is deeply involved in with the growth and support of her community and family. She is "others minded" and "open hearted."
A classy woman pays heed to the manners and traditions she was raised with.
A classy woman values education.
A classy woman is not arm ( or sheet) candy.
A classy woman takes care of her body. She is not high maintains but does find that a body requires a good deal of work to maintain.

Today society is perfectly fine to go out in pj's anywhere heck if you go to WalMart you see it all the time sometimes women even show up with their house shoes on too, to me that is just plain lazy, sloppy looking. I can understand if you are at home and want to wear your pj's all day that is find but please put something else on! You go put your yoga pants on with nice t-shirt or something or even valor pants with nice t-shirt, but please don't show up in your pj's with holey shirt and house shoes you look so sloppy! Don't even get me started on clothing with holes in the I find them nasty looking on both men and women it looks as if you don't have money and need clothes, dress showing privates well that is just not cool either and put some underwear on as well we don't need to see what you don't have on!!

Some people get confused on how be lady today most part comes from your home life we learn from our patents well if you have parents that goes round acting nasty well that is how the child will probably be, as from what we see on TV too it shows us that woman can just act like loose goose it's perfectly fine well it's not at all no wonder we have the problems we do right now. These woman of the past they knew how to be respected woman, dress like one, as well as be one! They knew that you drees certain way that is how you are perceived! They knew how to show famine in the way they dress and conducted themselves we can take cue from them in fact some woman today which I'm so glad for.

Mrs.Oprah Winfrey this woman over the years has taught us tons of lessons which we should learn from on is respect yourself and everyone round you! she taught us no matter our size is how we carry ourselves that makes us look good as well as feel good too! She also told us we don't need nor should we air our dirty laundry our to the world because it dose not make woman look good! Health is another key to this she taught us to be healthy to feel good.

Set politics aside this woman knows how to act and it's not fake!! She know she is classy she shows us that we can be out have blast but not be unlady like, she also put her family first which is huge plus and she stand strong next to her husband as well as shows her daughters how to be ladies as well! She even makes wearing Bright color nail polish look good with her clothing too! She is famine yet modern as well!

All these woman have lot in common they are strong, respect themselves, respect other people,treat other they way they want to be treated don't air their dirty laundry out on social media they deal with it in private which people today should take cue from we don't need to air out dirty laundry out for everyone to see! They also know how to treat a man, to dress and leave something to the mans imagination to keep them guessing. Woman should take cue from these woman change how to conduct ourselves in this world because toady's men want classy lady again not nasty one even men of my generation tell me I want lady not just arm candy or nasty woman but real lady!
I for one am all for this change today we need to step back and learn form history so to speak to learn how to be true real lady.
