Ah…everybody ready? It Elections time!

Time for the blowhards of Washington to come down from their overpriced Ivory Tower and begin to tell the sweet big and little lies to the serfs to try and sway your votes to them.

Doesn’t that just sound like fun?

No?

Why not…? Isn’t hours of political rhetoric and lies sound like fun? No… well how about this..? How about I offer an insight that could offer a more sound view point on the whole circus?

First off, it doesn’t matter what you want!

Do you really think that your vote counts on a national level? Guess what? They don’t. Because of the monstrosity of the Electoral College your vote doesn’t count like it used to.

Let’s get some historical perspective;

When the country was newly founded they wanted to have a system by where it was easy for the public to elect their officials. Only in those days they didn’t have email, or phones. So how did they communicate their decisions to the governing body? They sent representatives also known as “Electors” to the Capitol to deliver and vote on behalf of the people.

So… yeah… that was a good system for the time and it worked for them.

Now… here is the problem now… we don’t need the “college” any more. We live in a modern society and we have a crazy amount of options that should allow us to vote the way we want. But that isn’t what “they” want. Chew on that for a second. If the electors don’t actually have to vote the way the people in their districts tell them to… well that makes the process pretty easy to control right?

There has been two times in history of when the College screwed things up.

The first time was when Andrew Jackson got 100 percent of the popular vote but didn’t get the votes from all the electors. Now my theory on this one was that Jackson was ANTI CENTRAL BANK and so he lost because the “they” decided they wanted Jackson out… but that is a whole different post for a different day.

The second time was during Bush vs. Gore. During that time two states didn’t follow the “Winner Take all” system. It works like this; 48 states and D.C. operate under the "winner-take-all" method, which means that whoever wins the plurality of the vote in that state gets all of the electoral votes. Maine has 4 electoral votes, of which they give one to the winner of each congressional district that they have (which is two) and two for whoever wins the state. (Nebraska does the same thing but they have 5 electoral votes.) So in theory, Gore could have won 3 Maine electors, but Bush 1 if he led Gore in a particular district. Gore won all of Maine's 4 votes, though.

Opponents of the Electoral College like the split system because it seems to be more representative. For example, California's 54 electoral votes went to Gore because he won the state, but in a split system, maybe Gore would get 30 and Bush 24 because that's closer to how the vote turned out proportionately. The thing is though, if one state wants to change the way they do it, the other states are not bound to follow suit. This is why most states leave it the way that it is because they do not want their own electors to cancel each other out.

Citizens have no recourse against the Electors. Their vote is secret. Their party has a “good idea” of how they vote but ultimately it is secret.

The Electoral College is a major problem when it comes to voting. Your voice doesn’t matter in the long run. You can pop that chad however you want, but no matter how it “hangs”… it won’t swing things either way.

Your voice ultimately doesn’t matter.

Secondly, we have to vote for the lesser of the two evils!

Two evils… two parties?

So… If you don’t belong to their special club you don’t get to play?

The history of the two party system really goes back to the beginning of the county. I read through a really interesting PowerPoint the other day because I myself wanted to know why we never had a third party arise from the fray to mix things up.

But a quick summary basically says this. Two “factions” emerged early on. The constitution really doesn’t dictate who the parties are. But the “stability of two” system really works in the case of a popular vote. A third party just muddies the waters.

Take for example when Calvin Coolidge was running for President. During 1912, William Taft was running for re-election. Taft then lost his re-election bid by the following political maneuvering; during the election of 1912 Taft had to run against Woodrow Wilson and Teddy Roosevelt. The party breakdown goes as follows; Taft being the republican, Wilson being the democrat and Roosevelt being from the newly created “bull moose” party which was only formed for this election.

During this election Taft lost the conservative vote due to the votes being split the electoral votes between Roosevelt and Taft, so effectively putting Wilson into office. Wilson being the winner had absolutely no qualifications for becoming President, except the fact that he was a college professor ran on the premise that he believed that men like JP Morgan should be running the central bank and the country. You see a third party really muddies the waters.

But “they” did that on purpose. They didn’t want Taft in office. But “they” knew they could add that third party and throw things off.

So… that is why we have a two party system.

Now… onto the lesser of two evils. Because we only have the two parties and they both have agendas for America neither candidate is a good option. I love the web site isidewith.com… it actually lists the key issues that both Obama and Romney agree and differ on. It is a brief but good resource for seeing where the candidates stand.

Now… since I have been asked my several readers of “The Event” of whom would I pick for President.

I will say this;

I personally say that neither candidate is the appropriate choice for President. Either man may feel like they are ready for the job, but neither man truly knows the heart beat of America.

I personally would select Ron Paul. Ron is quite a bit more conservative in terms of his foreign policy, and his fiscal stance is un-surpassed and well balanced. Ron would do a bang up job for President; the only problem is the two party system…. he will never win.

That is why I am not voting.

I have no voice on a national level, if popular vote was the method of election. I would vote. But it isn't.

I will vote for the state elections, I like them because no other person speaks for my vote. My vote is my vote.

Personally I think is is all crap. The Republicans have their agenda and want to protect the wealthy and the Democrats have their agenda and want Americans to become more dependent and have the rich pay for it.

Finally, the election has already been decided. The “run” for the white house is just a formality!

If you think that the American people can truly decide who their President will be you are greatly mis-informed. The outcome has already been decided.

As I have elaborated and historically referenced; we have absolutely no control over who really is calling the shots in America.

Sure “We the people” have the ability to raise our voices and maybe our Arms too, and who knows maybe that will be the only way to change things.

But the “they” already have decided who they want to win.

No Ladies and Gentlmen this isn’t a movie plot. This is real. The super wealthy in the world have already picked the next President and know exactly what they want him to do.

They have an agenda.

We just have to be ready to react to what they have planned for us, and when their plan goes into effect, “The Event” will take place. It’s a sick twisted view of the control of Humanity.

But take solace in this; God is in control of all. Free will may dominate man and man may make horrible choices about the direction of the world. But at the very end when all knees are bowed, God will wipe every tear dry and begin a rule of Peace and Joy that will never end.

But until that time, please, please make sure that your eyes are open and you are getting your family ready for what is coming!

A tale of two Americas...

I love this quote.

Can you imagine why? Think about it for a moment? Who are you? Are you one of the good people? Are you one of the bad people?

History is repeating it's self again.

We are Rome in its last days.

We are Greece in its last days.

We are any dynasty that has come before and is winding down.

Let me elaborate....

There are always contributing factors to the decline and fall of a civilization, but among the top of them is the chief factor of the sin of Hubris.

Have you ever heard the saying, "All roads lead to Rome?". Sure you have, but this was a form of hubris that Romas had. They thought they were the best. They thought that they could do no wrong.

They spent what they had.

They invaded other countries for the resources.

They never figured that it would be their hubris that would lead them to make incredibly poor choices financially and ethically that would lead them into their "Event" that would collapse them.

Sound familiar?

So todays title talks about a tale of the two Americas... Yes... their are two ... and no its not north and south.

I fully believe that we are witnessing the last days of America in its current form. The division between the haves and the have-nots is growing at a rapid pace and is going to push us headlong into "The Event".

Take a look a the stock market today. In just today alone the market has plunged since news of Spain's trouble reached us. Now granted I know that isn't a big dip, but it could keep going.

You see its the Hubris of money and greed that is causing us to tumble and fall. I want to use an analogy to describe what this looks like. Picture if you will a man who is carrying a very heavy burden on his back. Imagine that this burden is the global economy.

Now picture a man who has nothing but the clothes on his back. Which one will be able to pick him self up easier when the he trips?

You see in this case... less is more. Why do they carry so much weight? Why do you personally carry so much weight?

Which would you rather have? A gigantic weight on your back that when you trip and fall it will crush you under the load, or be "free" of the burden and be able to see the hazard in the road and lightly jump over it?

They built the financial system that is slowly crushing them one piece of bad news at time.

But here is the worst part of it. (Yes, I love that phrase.)

They saw it coming, and you saw it coming. You knew that the burden on their backs was begining to crush them.

When you saw it, what did you say?

Nothing! You have remained quite and allowed this to happen.

That has to change!

America is beginning to fracture into two countries like ice on a newly frozen lake.

The quote I have from Dr. King today is very, very applicable to todays culture because people are just idly standing by doing nothing! Saying Nothing! Living their lives like nothing is wrong.

What will happen when "The Event" takes place and the country erodes into a economic collapse?

Where will you side? Where will they side?

Will you side with the people who built this system that caused the problem?

Or will you side with those who wish to rebuild a better America?

Which America will you belong to when it all collapses soon?

We have to start thinking ahead! We have to beginning making some very, very hard choices about who speaks for us, and what they represent. I read a very interesting article over at altmarket.com yesterday. It was featured on John Jacob Schmitt web site too.

As a side note, if you haven't begun listening to JJS I would strongly recommend it.

He is a good man, and a solid, God fearing Patriot and I have a immense amount of respect for him. His show airs Sunday night at 7 pm and re-airs at 9 pm pacific standard time. You can access it here.

But as this article was saying, where is the line for "Revolution"? When will enough be enough?

That question was recently posed to me by a good friend and I have been trying to come up with an answer for him. Its a tough to answer What would cause Americans to finally say enough!

When will we become the "colonists" again? They put up with things for years before they actually dug their heals in and took up arms.

Am I saying take up arms? No. Hopefully we will solve this with our words and the brains God gave us.

Am I saying that we are close to something that will drive people to pick up arms?

Yes!

Should you defend yourself? Absolutely. That is your second amendment right!

Be Free! Crave Liberty! Crave Justice!

Did that just make you shudder?

Why?

Did you ever think that you would be a part of a Revolution?

Join us! We can make a difference!

Neither did the citizens of Rome, Greece or any other major "Dynasty" that has come before.

But it is the Hubris of the elite that has pushed us to this point. It is their Hubris that will destroy the other America.

We need to have "our" America...

One where we are free to live like God wants us too.

One where we can live our lives according to the constitution and the bill of rights, with out their being any executive orders or NDAA that will supersede those rights.

They day is coming that will bring "The Event". It will be when the money runs out, the patience runs out and the elite cannot prop up any thing any further.

You need to be ready ... like yesterday.

They will not come to save you.

They will not warn you.

They will not help you.

You need to live with a fervency that you treat every day like "The Event" will be tomorrow.

Plan ahead, get your hearts ready, get your families ready.

Be ready to help others.

The Ends Do Not Justify the Means...

Horrific…absolutely horrific.

That is how I will describe what happened in Colorado. There are no words to describe senseless violence.... people were killed, people and children were seriously harmed. My heart goes out to the families who were affected by this terrible violence.

But my question is this, was it really senseless violence? Or is it a False Flag? Why did this happen?

There is an old phrase that says "The end justifies the means", which simply put is, whatever you have to do to get your outcome justifies what you have to do. Even when it means you do evil.

Today I want to speak to you about "False Flag" attacks and their use by governments and special interests to push ill begotten agendas.

Here is the definition of "False Flag";

False flag - (aka Black Flag) operations are covert operations designed to deceive in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by other entities. The name is derived from the military concept of flying false colors; that is: flying the flag of a country other than one’s own. False flag operations are not limited to war and counter-insurgency operations and can be used during peace-time.

False flags are used every day in different fashions all over this planet.

They do it in Law Enforcement when they run a sting. Police officers pose as drug dealers or hookers to trap criminals (who for the most part rightly deserve it) during the commission of a crime.

This is considered a good use of a False Flag.

Here is a bad use of a False Flag attacks.

When governments choose False Flags as a method of driving policy or establishing a totalitarian society this is bad use of the “False Flag”.

Let’s get a bit of historical perspective on False Flags and how they have been used to enslave or destroy an entire people.

On February 27^th 1934 a man named Marinus Van Der Lubbe decided he was going to burn the Reichstag. Why is this important? Marinus was a communist, but only wanted to protest capitalism. Not to launch a revolution or take over the capitol and convert Germany to Communism.

The Reichstag was the home of German Parliament and the office of the newly appointed high chancellor Adolf Hitler. As we all know, Adolf Hitler had no intentions of establishing a democracy.

Hitler used this opportunity to “visit the scene of the fire” and to speak to the officers of the Reichstag and to show that Germany was under attack by the communists. He is directly quoted in saying,

“The German people have been too soft for too long. Every communist official must be shot! All communist officials must be hanged this very night. All friends of Communists must be locked up. And that goes for Social Democrats and then Riechsbanner as well!”

Hitler used this opportunity to display a false flag and rid the country of all democrats and anyone else who would oppose him or the policies of his proletariat.

At a cabinet meeting held later in the morning on February 28th, Chancellor Hitler demanded an emergency decree to overcome the crisis. He met little resistance from his largely non-Nazi cabinet. That evening, Hitler and Papen went to Hindenburg and the befuddled old man signed the decree "for the Protection of the people and the State."

The Emergency Decree stated: "Restrictions on personal liberty, on the right of free expression of opinion, including freedom of the press; on the rights of assembly and association; and violations of the privacy of postal, telegraphic and telephonic communications and warrants for house searches, orders for confiscations as well as restrictions on property, are also permissible beyond the legal limits otherwise prescribed."

51 people died that night.

Adolf Hitler then began to confiscate people’s money, jewelry, and eventually their guns and the right to protect themselves.

As history tells us Adolf went on to murder of 6 million Men, women and children.

I believe that if we looked at Hitler’s decrees in modern terms it would be called an “executive orders”.

Think about the past 10 years for a moment. What major events have taken place that cause the United States to “rid the people who don’t support us” in order to take something or push an agenda?

October 12^th, 2000 – the USS Cole was bombed. Al Qaeda was blamed for the bombing; no one was ever brought to justice for the attacks. The US holds Sudan responsible and takes 13 Million dollars in assets as "punishment".

September 11^th, 2000 – The twin towers were bombed and had plans driven into them. 3 Buildings fall. “Micro explosions” are recorded at ground zero and radiation levels are recorded at beyond normal levels. No explanations were offered as to why first responders are now dying of “radiation sickness” like symptoms.

The War on Terror is established, and the Patriot Act is passed on October 26^th 2001, giving the government a blank check to spend on “fighting terrorist and national security”. It also gave the right to warrantless searches, and violation of the 4^th Amendment all in the name of "for the Protection of the people and the State."

October 23^rd 2001 – Anthrax laced envelops start arriving in offices of senators. The FBI’s main suspect Bruce Irvins kills himself. How convenient.

January 10^th 2002 – GITMO opens up on non American soil. Therefore they don’t defy the 4^th Amendment when they indefinitely detain people. People are taken and never heard from again.

February 5^th 2003 – Secretary of State Colin Powell makes a case to go to war. Claimed Iraq had WMD’s. None are every recorded as found.

March 20, 2003 – We invade Iraq. We destroy the country in the name of Democracy. Well over 4000 us troops die. We gain oil supremacy in the region.

September 29^th 2008 – the first Wall Street crash takes place. The Government steps in to bail out the country and begin to mass control the markets.

Any one of these events that I have just quickly listed off reek of false flags. Our Government uses false flags to push the agenda of control and its all under the guise of “for the Protection of the people and the State."

I am going to go out on a limb and say what happened Friday is quite possibly another false flag. I'm not saying that it was our Government that caused this Monster to enter a theatre and kill these people.

But it feels very fishy and the timing is just too perfect. There are things that just don't add up about this crime;

How did James Holms enter that theatre from the back "security door" that an emergency exit without the emergency alarm going off?

Was their a second shooter? Witness say they saw someone getup, answer a phone and go over to the door and hold it open? See the video --->

Why did he just surrender to the police and warn them of the explosives? That is not the behavior of a sociopath. He told them to warn them. And how does someone with little to no background in explosive making improvise 30 plus devices linked together?

How does someone who was unemployed buy gear like he had? How did he buy over 3000 rounds of ammunition. That costs big bucks. Think about it. 50 rounds of .223 is 18 bucks a box. He would need to spend over $1000.00 to get that, plus the 1500 for the AR-15 and 600 per glock .40. Doesn't add up.

Why has the judge sealed the record? Even when the Columbine massacare took place they did not seal the boys records. That isn't normal legal behavior.

Gather what you will from the above questions, but someone helped this guy.

This was used as a horrible, horrible false flag.

But I truly hope it is not. But my gut feeling is, that it is.

What could be more a more convenient way to support the outlawing of semi-automatic weapons that someone used to commit the type of crime that was committed Friday?

This incident is way too close the President signing the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty. The UN wants full control. After every major way… this is another step closer to a one world government, and “The Event” taking place.

In my posted labeled, "While you were sleeping" I talked about how the President will sign the treaty on the 27nd of this month. There are many parts of the treaty that are controversial but here is the worst part;

The treaty will override the constitution. There is a little known clause in the constitution called the "Supremacy Clause". This clause says;

"This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding."

So, the treaty will over ride the constitution. Does that scare and disturb you a bit?

An entity other than our own Government is trying to over ride our own rules of freedom, and the President is getting ready to sign on the dotted line.

If he does this, and the Senate ratifies and recognizes the treaty… the people who are pulling the strings and working toward the one world government will use this to set precedence and there will be no return from this.

No return… the Event will happen, their way.

Though I appreciate this Presidents sentiment towards the families, “the means” of what he has done during this term and the Presidents in the Past “do not justify the end”.

We could be facing an interesting fall…. Please be ready.

Your Lack of Planning…..

If it is one thing that I know… it’s the banking business. But the thing I absolutely love is when someone decides that it is the banks fault that they are over drawn.

So guess what we are talking about today…. Yup that’s right …

Personal Responsibility!

Well… more or less the lack of personal responsibility in this country and how it is a contributing factor to “The Event” that will in fact run our country into the ground.

Have you ever heard the phrase; “Your lack of planning does not constitute an emergency on my part?”

Well… millions of Americans obviously have not.

You see the thing that I keep coming back to time, and time again is that these throngs of “sheeple” as I will refer to them as really aren’t paying attention to any of the signs that are coming.

They are passing on their responsibilities of good personal choices and loyalty to their God and healthy choices for their families!

They are making really poor choices that are negatively affecting their relationship with God and their relationship with their families.

What they don’t understand is… when “The Event” takes place… all we will have is our families. We have to stop the selfish behaviors!

I watched this interview last night between Glen beck and Jim Rogers. As a quick aside for you; Jim Rogers is the head of his own investment firm and has been featured in the Washington Post, the New York Times.

Jim delivered some very dire warnings in regards to what is coming financially. Jim really knows his stuff and does a great job of relaying how historically we have continued to make really bad choices down through history. It is a great clip. Yes… it’s a bit long but worth your time.

But he isn’t the only one… check out this article today over at SHFTPlan.com … it should send shivers up your spin about what is coming.

But here is where I want to draw my line in the sand today.

Why is it the banks fault that things are going to crap? Sure they made some incredibly selfish (there is that behavior again) choices, and they are only in it for the money and what it can control.

If you want to blame someone… look in the mirror!

We are all to blame for this mess!

We are the only ones who can fix it! It has been our lack of planning that constitutes this emergency.

We should have said something a long time!

We should have risen up and said something!

I’m doing my part…I work in this industry and I am doing everything I can to warn people about what is coming.

Slowing they are beginning to wake up … but it is not fast enough.

What are you doing?

Now it may be too late.

Let me tell you this; those of us who are awake to the mess that this nation is are currently feeling like we are fighting an uphill battle… and the rest of you are dragging us down!

“But Jay… how do I make a difference? I am just one person… I can’t make a difference!”

Bravo Sierra… I don’t believe that for a moment…!

You absolutely can make a difference… I’ve said it before.

When our voices, our actions and our thoughts are combined into one accord… they are loud and they are UN-stoppable!

I was reminded of this recently when I was talking with my Friend Halley and she was telling me how much she loved the movie, “ V for Vendetta”…

I can hear you know… “Really… that is typical…V for Vendetta? Did you really talk about his with her?”

We were talking about fun movies… so shut up and hear me out.

But this is what she said to me. “I love V’s speech when he is talking on the television to people...It was so inspiring that something like the speech could be possible for that many people to come together.”

I agree with her. The speech is inspiring. As it should be! But that is what we all need to feel when we think about our country! We need to remember those who sacrificed in the Revolution! We fought hard for our independence!

They gave us the Constitution and the Bill of rights!

We don’t want to lose this nation to anyone or anything.

We know “The Event” is going to take place… we know that nothing can stop it. The bad choices and the personal responsibility went out the window a long time ago!

However, we can possibly change the shape of what it will look like.

It is time to prepare.

It is time to begin to look at the world around us and ask ourselves… what can I do without? What can I improve? How can I make sure that others know that “The Event” is coming and they need to prepare too!

But bigger than all of the prepping and the simple living… we need to come together… We need to let our Senators, Congressmen and most of all, our President!

Write them!

Call them!

Join with other groups that feel the same way!

To help you with this process over the next couple of weeks I’ll be introducing some posts that have to do with helping you live simpler lives, be more prepared for emergencies, and most of all help to inspire you to be more active politically.

Please don’t let your emergency be someone else's problem. Don’t be a victim and pass on your responsibility to do something that will help to shape the coming “Event”.

We can get through this… we can survive.... But you have to make the Personally Responsible Choices to do so..

Teach a Man to Fish or Give a Man a Fish?

I want you to think on a phrase for a moment;

“A Man / Women should be able to __________________”

So… what did you come up with? How many of your answers involved a skill of some type? How many answers were not skills based?

How about you?

Did you answer – change a tire? Make a loaf of bread? Grow a garden / farm? Skin a deer? Build something worthwhile from wood? Sew a shirt? Make a Dress?

I want to help you connect to something really important here.

The reason not all your answers were skills based is because a large majority of people don’t have any necessary skills to survive. They have never been taught to people! We have lost the old ways.

What skills do you have? (no, nunchuck skills are not appropriate here, but thanks anyways Napoleon)

Can you do any of those things mentioned above?

You see the problem we have is that we live in a “nanny state”. This term nanny state is used to describe the modern society we live in. A nanny is a person who cares for all of your needs so that you don’t have to do anything. They cook, clean, wipe your butt and tuck you in at night.

You don’t have to want for anything.

Think to yourself for a moment, did Zooey really need to ask her phone … “Is that rain?” Why didn’t she go over to the window and look out? Or open the door and take a deep breath to smell for the rain?

Or how about the food thing? Have you ever heard of a phone book? Or doing the research yourself?

Ok… that may just be a funny example of being lazy… but really? How many times do we rely on others to do things for us?

Or rely on Technology to do things for us? When was the last time your manually balanced your check book or tried something for yourself without using YouTube to tell you how to do it first?

I want you to watch another video… this gentleman’s name is Dick Proenneke.

I will officially refer to this guy as a official “bad a—“

This is how people should approach their worlds;

Could you do this? If tomorrow, your creature comforts were taken away from you; power, water, light and food, could you make a go of it? Could you survive? Could you be as bad a— as he was?

Our lives are too convenient. We don’t have to work for anything. Everything is served up to us on a silver platter. We don’t know how to do anything!

But here is where it gets worse…

”Wait, wait Jay… it always gets worse… you always say that…”

Well folks… honestly, it kind of has to before you can see the truth. We need to face our pain as a nation. When we face our pain … healing comes.

So sit down and take your medicine.

Our Government is responsible for the “Nanny State.”

Think back to World War II. Everything was rationed. Sugar, meat, beans, flour, steel, cotton and even paper were all rationed out… sure I probably missed something, but you get the point.

Hardly anything was available. People were shipping everything over for the war effort.

People had to get creative with what they had, and use the skills their parents taught them while they were growing up.

They had to build things with their hands with stuff they found lying around…

But then things changed. Technologies emerged that made our lives easier and more convenient.

But out of that war came Welfare (August 18^th, 1935), TANF (July 1, 1997) HUD, SSI (1937), Medicare (July 30, 1965) and a whole host of other social support programs.

People got lazy.

Our Government just gave away the fish. They never taught them to fish! We just gave it away!

The sluggards decided and still decide to make this “Nanny State” their permanent way of life. There wasn’t any disadvantage to being on the program. It was not a scarlet letter that you wanted to get rid of… you wanted more… and more and more. In fact… the more kids you have… the better it gets… !

We, America have bred the future idiotocracy.

It disgusts me, and it should you as well.

Slothfulness is a sin. (Proverbs 21:25, Proverbs 26:14, Proverbs 18:9, and Proverbs 26:16)

Let me tell you a few things that I have heard in my banking career from people who make this a way of life….

“I slipped on some water at work… I filed a L&I claim and now I get 1600 from the state … that is only 200 less than I make each month anyways… I’ll just stay on L&I.”

“I’m clinically depressed, and my doctor wrote me a note that I need SSI because I can no longer function, so I spend most of my day at the casino all day and just play.”

And my favorite,

“I could work… but why… the state of Washington just directly deposits my unemployment check… and no one checks it out at all… so I just hang out all day and smoke weed.”

I swear I could have punched that last person.

Our people can no longer fend for themselves!

They now just take, and take and take to support themselves. It is too easy for them to get on all programs and just live off of them.

And now with the recent changing of what defines “work” in the welfare statutes people can just live off the system more and more!

They can’t grow a garden!

They can’t sew their own clothes!

They can’t skin a deer!

They can’t build a shed!

They are capable of nothing. If they can’t buy it at Walmart with their QWEST card, well then they can’t do it at all.

Ladies and Gentlemen, please grab “your fishing pole” and head to your nearest watering hole… find someone you can “teach to fish” and help end the reliance on entitlements!

We have to find a way to get skills back out to the people. If we don’t the coming Event will be that much worse! Imagine when the money finally runs out… there will be mass civil unrest when people descend on the offices of the social security, and Depart of Social and Health Services.

Then, when they don’t get any money… they will look elsewhere for their food and supplies… possibly your own!

If we can get rid of the “nanny state” now, we may get through “The Event” that much smoother!

So… If you have been living under a rock for the past three weeks you probably haven’t heard that the corn crop in America’s heart land isgoing through the worst drought in the past 70 years… many different sources have reported on it and everyone of them have said that this will drive food prices way up…

Corn is in everything… anything with “high fructose corn syrup” in it is going to go up in price… a lot.

But it is moments like this that make me wonder what this nation is going to do when things get really bad after “The Event”.

Take a look at this article…

While the power was out back East… people couldn’t get their food stamps… better yet… they couldn’t get anything! It was all sold out! But the worse part of all … is that Kids were affected.

Kids should never have to suffer because adults fail to plan!

We live in a consumer driven nation, we want our fast internet, our Itunes, our Netflix, our Xbox, our Microwave dinners, our McDonalds, our “on demand” TV….and we live in the here-and-now. It is a self gratification culture… and it’s shameful.

We as Americans are not living for God, our families and tomorrow. Like I said yesterday… we have idols that are taking the place of what is truly important.

Why should your family have to suffer? Why should your kids have to suffer for your mistakes? What if you were one of the people on the East coast? What would you say to your kids when you don’t have anything to feed them?

I believe this;

God wants you to plan ahead… he wants you to make sure that you are providing for your family!

It is biblical.

I’ve said it again but Proverbs 22:3 is one of my favorite versus on this subject… I’m mean… who wants to be the fool that keeps going even when he sees trouble?

Let’s look at the Parable of the Ten Brides in Mathew 25:1-13. Five of the brides didn’t plan ahead and have extra oil… and they suffered for it! The other 5 planned ahead and where able to meet their bridegroom.

Or even further back in the Old Testament, the story of Joseph in Egypt… for 7 years they had “plenty”, so what did they do? They stored up… they put away and they had food to eat when there was no food to be found anywhere when there was famine and drought on the land!

Are we seeing any coloration here?

We now have the worst debt in the History of the world… the pissing match has certainly begun about it…

We now have a drought that had damaged the food crop beyondrepair that will drive the food prices up a strong amount.

We also have a very, very serious military conflict brewing in Syria involving Iran and a whole host of other nasty individuals…

Folks, “The Event” is much, much closer than we know…

Let’s look ahead to the fall…. What is coming our way?

Think ahead to this … we have the Olympics coming and they are already saying that multiple terrorist organizations are working to get in there and cause mayhem… or are they? Many reports are saying that there will be a false flag attack on the Olympics that will give Governments the right to take away freedoms.

We have the debt ceiling of 16.9 trillion dollars that we are going to butt up against … and yet… they still think we need more money…

We have record numbers of people signing up for welfare and it isn’t working… the numbers keep growing.

We are headed toward a man made Event that is going to be the worst catastrophe that anyone has ever seen…

You have to be ready! You have to be ready spiritually, ready physically, and ready mentally.

Trust in God and give him your concerns… pray as it all depends on him, but work as it all depends upon you!

So over the past 13 posts you have heard me describe all the reasons that are leading up to “The Event”.

Most of the issues that I have spoken about have been based around poor Government and leadership decisions and the removal of our freedoms.

Today... probably due to it being Sunday I want to take a look at another way that we are rushing toward “The Event”... but this reason is more personal.

Let’s talk about Post Modern Relativism. I”ll call it PMR ... simple due to the fact that the previous takes too long to type and I am feeling somewhat lazy...

PMR is a huge issue.... A friend of mine posted this letter to the editor today on Facebook and I thought it quite apropos for todays post.

I also saw these MEMES the other day and found it to be quite hilarious.

But really???

What has happened to people???

I tell you. It is the Sin nature coming through. Satan’s influence on us in today’s world has allowed us to justify the most horrible things. Abortion, War, Greed, Sex and idolatry.

But I truly believe that it is this last item that is causing us to rush the head long into “The Event”. The sin of idolatry and then using PMR to justify the sin.

Idolatry is a huge issue. We put many things before God. But what you the reader have to understand that it isn’t just people who worship idols... its everything!

Think about your day... yes... I know it’s Sunday... you may or may not have gone to Church, that is ok... going to church doesn’t make you a Christian. But what think about everyday... what do you put before your thoughts God? Money, work, sex, your smart phone, TV, video games?

What is your “idol” ... and how do you justify it?

There is an interesting verse in the book of Romans in chapter 7: 15-25

“15 I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. 16 And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. 17 As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me.

18 For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature.[c]For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. 19 For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing. 20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.

21 So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. 22 For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; 23 but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. 24 What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death?

25 Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!

So... did you catch that... the author knows what he should be doing and still doesnt do it! I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that he had things in his life that he put before God... and yet he still did it.

There is nothing you can do about that... we all sin thanks to Adam, Eve and the fall.

But here is where I get back to “PMR”... remember I am too lazy to type it in today.

People have fallen away from God, and they are now justifying it....

“Oh... its ok that I sleep with this person who I’m not married too... I don’t “love” my wife any more and she is probably cheating on me anyways..”

“Oh... its ok that I take this drug... it makes me feel good, and right now I am living in the moment...”

“Oh ... its ok that I lie to the American people... telling them the truth to them would only hurt them and cause me to loose my delegates”

See... everyone can tell a lie... everyone puts something (an idol) in front of God and justifies it...

They call it “relative”... what is good for me what may not be what is good for you.. but what is good for you.... may not be what is good me...

I’ll call this one as I see it... “Bravo Sierra”... or B.S...

This is an absolute... God’s law...its perfect, it’s loving and his Son is the only way to heaven.

“Wait Jay... not everyone has heard the truth...” Yeah... you can’t use that excuse anymore... we are in America... we are amount the highest Church per capita!

It is no longer an excuse... People are just making bad choices and are using relativism to justify them.

Ladies and Gentlemen... please understand that this is how we got to this point in this nation...Bad decisions..and justification.

Bad decisions morally, and then justifying them.

Bad decisions ethically, and then justifying them.

Bad decisions Biblically and then justifying them.

Bad decisions financially and then justifying them.

You cannot live life using PMR ... it bad and causes sin in multiple forms.

We can be better than we are! We can learn to make better choices and prepare for “The Event”...!

We can be ready for when it happens...! Prepare your families! Prepare your friends!

Make good decisions now to be ready for later... Christ is the answer... he want’s you to repent! He wants to continue loving you and have you put him first!

Watch this video first… then we’ll move one

Yes… that’s right… Ronald Regan said those things.. those words actually came out of the mouth of a politician… and never again have we heard words like that since.

The welfare state is upon us…. And it is killing us!

It will be just another factor that will drive us into the Event just that much sooner.

So why is this important today? Well…here read this.

Yes… that is right… the President just took away the “work”provision from the TNAF grant.

So you can now sit directly on your butt and collect money from our Government officially without having to work! In previous legislation you would have to be working in order to get help.

Now that is not the case.

Why would they do that?

I’ll offer up a theory… and it’s just that… a theory…. But I believe there is some merit to it;

What about this… What if it is for control? What if they are going to use this as a control method to shape the population?

I'll elaborate;

On March 16^th 2012 President Obama signed executive order to update the “National Defense Resource Preparedness” plan. You’ve hear me talk about this before.

This order effectively updates the original order, 12919 originally signed in June of 1994. This order also accompanies the bill signed on New Year’s Eve 2011 also known as the NDAA, or National Defense Authorization Act.

There are several items in this plan that are very concerning to me as well as they should be to you. Now that a larger portion of the American Economy is dependent on the government for sustenance; your President with his word can under section 308 of the new executive order can;

(a) Procure and install additional equipment, facilities, processes, or improvements to plants, factories, and other industrial facilities owned by the Federal Government and to procure and install Government owned equipment in plants, factories, or other industrial facilities owned by private persons.

So remember, in plain English, the Military and Government can take your personal property, and throw it away or destroy it and then install their own computers, monitoring equipment, your internet connection, manufacturing equipment, tanks, guns, and troops on your personal property, and your business property.

They can now also under section 102;

(c) be prepared, in the event of a potential threat to the security of the United States, to take actions necessary to ensure the availability of adequate resources and production capability, including services and critical technology, for national defense requirements.

That should really bother you.

The Government just said in law that they could take whatever they want from you to ensure for national defense. You thought you had guns, guess what, they are gone! They will say, “We need them for our national defense”. You thought you were putting food storage aside for your family, guess what they will say too; “our Government needs that Sir / Madam. I’m sorry but our troops need it more than you!”

This is also known as the “re-distribution” of wealth a popular concept under communism.

Your supplies, homes, computers, guns ammunition and medical supplies have now become the property of the United States Government. Guess who else did this in a time of war? The Nazi’s!

They used the hair, clothing and “resources” of the Jewish people to help their war machine. You know who else, the Russians under Joseph Stalin!

There are some very wordy portions of this order, but the scariest part of this executive order that should absolutely cause you to fall out of your chair is that all of this can be enacted in peace-time.

Section 102 Paragraph B and C say;

(b) assess on an ongoing basis the capability of the domestic industrial and technological base to satisfy requirements in peacetime and times of national emergency, specifically evaluating the availability of the most critical resource and production sources, including subcontractors and suppliers, materials, skilled labor, and professional and technical personnel;

(c) be prepared, in the event of a potential threat to the security of the United States, to take actions necessary to ensure the availability of adequate resources and production capability, including services and critical technology, for national defense requirements;

So now you can see that in peacetime and emergency time the President can enact this order. Even when a potential threat is out there they can implement these set of strict laws, or in other words implement martial law when they feel like it.

There are additional parts of this executive order that discuss “personnel” and the use of them.

So once again to explain it for you in plain English; some of it speaks of the ability to move “resources” or people and families to where they need them and want them.

So what does this mean to all of us?

When you give away your freedoms through the acceptance of government entitlements they can tell you where to go, when and how much to eat and drink, when to sleep and how you have to work for them now to get your entitlement.

They own you!

Here are some very disturbing statistics according to an April 13^th2011 news filling by CNN;

1 in 6 Americans get help from the Government, that working out to roughly 14% or 43,622,868 people!

In June 1 in 6 people are on Medicaid / Medicare with more than 50 Million people registering in 2010 alone!

In January 2011 more than 44.2 Million people were on food stamps. That is up by 4.7 million in the previous year.

More than 8.3 million people are collecting un-employment benefits, while that number is down from the previous year where 12 million filed. It is still double the amount of people who filed in 2007. Currently in America 8.3 million Americans are on unemployment.

So while people sit at home collecting their unemployment checks they become victims of the system, becoming reliant on it to provide for them, there is no motivation to find a job.

The federal regulation is now a 59 week period to find a job and the average American on unemployment makes three quarters of what they used to make on their full time work. If you can bare it, you can take a year off to look for work, and we the tax payers are paying for it!

Since 2010 unemployment benefits have been extended three times to accommodate Americans who can’t find jobs they like.

Not that there aren't jobs available, there just isn't available jobs that they find ideal. American has become lazy, slow and has fallen behind the world in many, many different categories.

According the March 13^th 2012 Bureau of Labor and Statics press release there were 3.5 million job openings in January 2012, yet only 227,000 people were hired that month. So what is the problem?

Here is the simple answer. Welfare pays better. Much better!

Let’s see what the breakdown works out to be; for an average family of four in Washington State you can get the following social entitlements;

Welfare (food stamps)for your groceries ($668)

TANF cash for your expenses ($200)

HUD to pay your rent ($800 - 900)

S.N.A.P to pay for your utilities ($225 average)

SSI ($1300 for individuals) for extra pocket money if you can get a note from your doctor and are “clinically depressed”.

Medicare for your health and free dental (between $1000 - 2000 per family depending on amount of care you receive each month.)

Wow. Sounds like a pretty sweet deal huh?

In fact if you were an average family of four you could make $4,193 dollars per month just in government benefits per month that is $50,316.00 per year! So if 1 in 6 (43,622,868) Americans are on these services that is an astounding estimated $2,194,928,226,288.00 per month on the average!

That is just obscene.

So … you tell me… why would anyone in their right mind word at all? It doesn’t make fiscal sense!

Why would you go to a job, for a paycheck when you can have the Government pay for it all!!!

But here is where my theory kicks in.

What if they told you that you had to kill someone else for your check? What if they told you that in order to get your welfare check in your account, you had to go to war to get your check delivered to your family back home?

What if this gets worse… and the currency collapses? What type of nation is easiest to control? One that is full of people who maybe have access to guns and food…

Or a nation that is starving… or had died down to a manageable population?

Wake up!

Wake up to the fact that our Government is planning to allow you to die!

Wake up to the fact that our Government is taking action and planning for a collapse! They are buying

bullets and MRE’s, equipment and the like to be ready!

What are you doing??? Are you sitting on your butt collecting this new “Not have to work” welfare? Or will you decide to stop being controlled?

That is someone breaking the law… they broke into my car last night… looking for anything they could find… something…just something they could use to pawn to get their next high… they just need their next fix…

For a few brief moments, someone lived without the “Rule of Law”.

Ladies and Gentlemen I have an announcement for you.

This is going to happen again.

To you.

To me.

To everybody.

What we are seeing is not just a random act of violence against me or you. It is a sign of the times, A sign of the coming “Event”.

There was nothing I could do to stop this from happening.

It is someone who is so desperate to either get high or provide for their family has decided that since they didn’t prepare, and have nothing, will now take it from someone else.

No matter the cost.

People are becoming more and more desperate. They do things like steal copper wire from people who need power, They get high and eat their own children.

We are seeing the quick erosion and rotting of the American society from the inside.

I read an article a few months ago over at the survival and prosperityblog that talked about the author over hearing trained Military professionalstalking about when SHTF.. They will just “take” what they want when the timecomes.

It will happen. When “The Event” comes, people will riot, people will loot, and people will kill other people to get what they need. It is a proven fact. People are violent and mostly un-trustworthy.

Look back through our history; even God’s own people did that to take Modern Day Israel.

The Old Testament is full of stories of God’s army going out and killing the Philistines, or the Aramites, or any other funky sounding old “testimenty” style name. Killing and looting our in our history, I’ll go as far as to say that it is on genes.

I want you to take a moment and think about this, if things are going to get worse… what should you do?

Take a look around your house, what do you see? Is your home your castle? Or is easy for someone to walk right in and take what they want… or what you have put away for your family to eat, to heal themselves with, to sleep on, or even hunt with?

Sure… many of you who read this blog have Bug-Out-Bags and things packed and ready should you have to get out of Dodge, Seattle, Spokane or Anchorage.

Yes… I watch the stats… Thank you friends from the North for supporting “The Event”!

But seriously… what could you do to make your home more secure? How about yourself? How about your family?

Here are some things that I would recommend that could help you;

Your mindset.

It first starts with a mindset.

Sure your neighbors may be nice people, but keep them at arms length. They don’t need to know what you have in the way of food, supplies or firepower. People are naturally evil. It is the sin nature. People also naturally have big mouths too. They love to gossip. They love the latest scuttlebutt about who is doing what… wearing what… or saying what.

I want you to remember a term “OPSEC” or Operational Security -> it is a really fancy term for “keeping your pie hole shut!” Some would say do not share any of your “preps” or prep ideas, I would say, share them with only those you trust. Family and incredibly close friends only.

Sure you can speak about facts and waking people up, but never, I repeat never tell anyone what you have!

Evil is inherent. It started in the Garden of Eden and has progressed down through history. Sure some of you will email me with the age old debate about “inherently good vs. inherently evil”. I’m going to shut you down before we even start.

God = Good

Man = Dumb, sinful and bad -> look at history. It started with the snake in the Garden.

Enough of that argument.

I tell my kids this all the time, “Be aware of your space!”… We need to do the same, people like your space, and yes… stuff is just that stuff… you can’t eat a TV or the glass in your car window… but there are other things that people will take. Be aware of who is walking in your neighborhood.

Do they belong there? How about that car with someone in it? Are they out of place?

If you see something… say something! Don’t think of yourself as paranoid! Be pro-active and protect what is yours!

Your Security Setup.

You have to look around your house -> how are you protecting your preps? Do you have good locks? A security system? Do you have a gun that you have quick access too? What type of gun do you have?

How about this? Have you focused on reducing shrubbery that someone could hide in outside your windows? What about your property? How well do you know it? Are their areas that people could hide in to ambush you?

Know your property… know your home. Re-enforce doors! Put security wraps on your windows that prevent them from breaking.

Your Other “Deterrents”

Lets take a moment to talk about guns. Yes… guns… this a hotly contested issue. Some feel having an arsenal to outfit a country the size of Cuba is good. Others just prefer a .22. This is what I feel. Have multiple handguns that are quickly accessed. A hunting rifle is good to have, a AR-15 style weapon that can duel as a hunting rifle is better.

Gun Lockers are good, as long as you can get to them quickly.

There are other products out there such as hideaway clocks, books and other “hiding areas”.

You can even make your own if you want too.

Learn how to shoot your gun! Practice with it. Learn how to quickly draw, and take the safety off and do what you need to do with it.

Final thoughts for today.

I’ve quoted it before but I truly feel that Proverbs 22:3 is truly a great rule to live by,

“A Prudent man sees danger and hides himself, but the simple keep going and suffer for it!”

Don’t be simple… don’t be foolish. Prepare yourself for what is coming! Some people will be kind when The Event comes, but a majority will not.

Guard yourselves, guard your heart, and guard your families, because if W.R.O.L really happens, they will be all you have.

On the Rain Slick Precipice of Darkness….

Yes, this blog post is homage to one of my favorite comic strips… Penny Arcade. Thanks for the great title guys….

But not only does the title sound incredibly scary… it specific describes how we are in our economy…. we will probably fall... but we can fight it!

We truly stand on a precipice that is wet with the tears of those who have made incredibly bad decisions, it’s the slip off this precipice that will cause us to fall head long into the event.

Let’s take one more step toward the “Event” and look today at the LIBOR scandal.

The mainstream media is now finally reporting about how big and how vast and damaging this truly is!

Just so we’re square, let me give you a “layman’s term about what the LIBOR is.

The LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate) is the rate on Eurodollars traded between banks in London.

A Eurodollar is a dollar-denominated deposit in a bank in a country where the currency is not the dollar. The Eurodollar market is more than 40 years old and is a major component of the international financial markets.

LIBOR is quoted on a one-month, three-month, six-month or yearly basis. The six-month LIBOR is the one most commonly quoted for mortgages. Both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac use LIBOR as an indices for loans they purchase.

The LIBOR rate can be found daily in The Wall Street Journal "Money Rates" table. Until recently it has been considered one of the most important barometers of the international cost of money, LIBOR has historically reflected money market rates more accurately than prime- and Treasury-based indices.

Think of your mortgage rate this way. The LIBOR + the margin your banker sets to make their money = your total mortgage rate.

So… there is the brief over view.

Now… onto the deception.

The sheeple over at MSNBC finally have started to look at the LIBOR scandal now that it is starting to make its way across the pond.

To give you an idea of what has happened is this; Barclays bank in early June was identified as one of the main firms that were affecting the number of basis points (that is the .xx that they charge you on the loan i.e “your rate is 3.45%”) that the LIBOR is made up of.

Now since MSNBC is run by liberals they like to quote liberals and so Robert Shapiro, former Under Secretary of Commerce and Economic affairs during the Clinton administration is quoted as saying that

“the LIBORwas off by an average of 30 to 40 basis points for several years (one hundred basis points is equal to one percentage point in an interest rate)-- enough to add $50 to $100 to the monthly cost of a $100,000 loan. Healso notes that, between 2007 and 2008, Americans held $11.1 trillion in outstanding residential mortgage debt. During the time of the alleged manipulations between 30 percent and 40 percent of that debt carried adjustable rates.”

Holy Poop – any idea how much money that is?

It has been 5 years since 2007… and in 2007 the median price of a home was $314,600.00 (source: US Census Bureau) … and the 6 month LIBOR rate was 5.370 (source: mortgage-x.com http://mortgage-x.com/general/indexes/wsj_libor_history.asp?y=2007)… let’s do some math now…

$11.1 Trillion divided by $314,600.00 = 34,965,034 mortgages that were held.

34,965,034 Mortgages x $100 per month = $3,496,503,400 per month in over charges.

$3,496,503,400 x 12 months a year = 41,958,040,800.00 per year in bogus dollars made.

$41,958,040,800.00 x 5 years = $209,790,204,000.00 for the last five years in fraudulent dollars made.

If that is the case then each family should really be due $6000.00 in back over paid costs.

Now … this may change because not all mortgages were the same amount… but you get the idea..

So… do you think that the people who are owed this money will ever get it?... Heck no! There is no way that a dime of any of it will be paid.

Now… here is where things are starting to get really bad for this situation. It is now not just Barclays that are under investigation. Here is the current list of banks being investigated for their part in the fraud;

Royal Bank of Scotland

And the list is growing. This single event will be the most expensive event to ever affect the financial industry.

Ever!

They will never be able to pay it back. If they do it would completely break every bank that is associated with the fraud.

Greed drove the world to this point.

It is the greed that caused all of this to take place! It is greed that will be our downfall!

This will contribute to the Event… could it truly be the catalyst?

Think about it. It could be the straw that breaks the camel’s theoretical back.What if the whole system came crashing down on our heads? What would we do? How would we "restart"? Could we go back to bartering for goods and services?

What would you be able to barter? What skills / services can you offer?

Be ready friends. Don’t just bury your head in the sand!

Please… Please wake up! We have to understand that we are walking the razors edge and we are not going to make it. We are running out of time!

Tell your friends, tell your family members! Let them know that if they do don't prepare now... there will not be hope for them.

The Event is coming. We are the cause... we can be the solution.

I want to take this post today to help you to connect some political dots that are really, really important.

These dots that I will connect will paint a picture that our freedoms are quickly eroding and that the choices that our leadership is making in this country are going to push us into the “Event” at a staggering pace!

Over the past 5 and ½ months the President has made several political moves that should scare the pants off of you and me.

The First Dot:

Let’s first start with December 31^st, 2011. On that date the President signed what is nowknown as the NDAA or the National Defense Authorization Act. He also signed Executive Order 12919 in March of 2012. Both the law and the order in a nut shell gives the President and the Government the ability to procure all resources necessary to keep the country running. Here is section 303(b) of the Executive Order;

(b) “Materials acquired under section 303 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2093, that exceed the needs of the programs under the Act may be transferred to the National Defense Stockpile, if, in the judgment of the Secretary of Defense as the National Defense Stockpile Manager, such transfers are in the public interest.”

Hmm… defense stockpile? But wait… there’s more! Here is section 308;

(a) procure and install additional equipment, facilities, processes, or improvements to plants, factories, and other industrial facilities owned by the Federal Government and to procure and install Government owned equipment in plants, factories, or other industrial facilities owned by private persons; “

When this order takes place or goes into effect the Government can now put what they want on your personal property. What would they possibly put? Communications monitoring equipment? Troops?

What about this, DHS or TSA checkpoints?

Here is the final nail in the coffin from the NDAA/E.O 12919. It can be enacted in times of “National Emergency” or” Peace” as defined in section 102(b) and (c);

(b) assess on an ongoing basis the capability of the domestic industrial and technological base to satisfy requirements in peacetime and times of national emergency, specifically evaluating the availability of the most critical resource and production sources, including subcontractors and suppliers, materials, skilled labor, and professional and technical personnel;

As you can see from the information above, the need for the Government to control everything is not just fiction any more. It is reality. George Orwell’s 1984 was right. Ayn Rand was right! They want big brother, they want total control.

These changes are dangerous and allow the Government to be too big, and too powerful.

“They couldn’t do that Jay…! You’re reaching!”

Am I? I don’t think so, there is too much collaborating information pointing toward this shift in Government / Presidential Policy. Click through the links in this post… and then tell me different.

The President has already declared a national emergency.

Three times.

The Second Dot:

“When did he declare a National Emergency? It wasn’t televised or on the radio? I didn’t hear anything!”

Here are the dates and what happened;

April 23, 2011 – The President issues this executive order; blocking the property and suspending entry into the United States of certain persons with respect to grave human rights abuses by the governments of Iran and Syria via information technology. He establishes this order using the “National Emergencies Act”, thus effectively issuing a National Emergency around the issue of Iran and Syria and our security.

When he issued the order it put the NDAA into full effectand now provides justification for the third dot we’ll get to in a moment.

Do I agree with the President on this move. No... find another way to declaring the bad guys... not using law to subvert for another cause.

Here is the second time he declared a National Emergency;

May 16th, 2011 – The President signs an orderthat: blocks property of persons threateningthe peace, security, or stability of Yemen. He establishes this order using the “National Emergencies Act”, thus effectivelyissuing a National Emergency regarding Yemen.

Here is the third time he declared a National Emergency;

June 25th 2012 – The President issues thisexecutive order; blocking property of the government of the Russian Federationrelating to the disposition of highly enriched uranium extracted from nuclearweapons. The President also establishesthis order also under the “National Emergencies Act”, and provides once againjustification for the NDAA and its ability to allow the Government intoeverything.

Remember section 308 of the NDAA? The ability to put their own resources into private facilities? Well that leads us to dot number three.

The Third Dot:

Since the President has decided to declare a national emergency twice now, he has more than enough “firepower” to begin using the NDAA as the justification to begin securing resources and he has done just that.

On July 6th, 2012 the President signed yet anotherexecutive order. This order creates the:assignment of National Security and Emergency preparedness communicationsfunctions. This order first wipes outthe Original Communications Order 12472 (Section 7b) written by Ronald Reganthat worked along the side of the communications industry, this orderestablishes the Government control of those channels Section 5.4 – 5.6 shouldit deem necessary.

On the 22^nd of this month, the President will also sign a Treaty by the United Nations that regulates and registration world wide of “Semi-Automatic” weapons. There is a major problem with that. A treaty overrides the bill of rights and the treaty acts as “supreme law” of the land. Thus eliminating our rights under the 2^nd amendment.

These dots that I have connected for you really should cause you to sit up and be aware of what our Government is doing.

It used to be that the Government would be there at the bequest of the People, now they simply want to control the people. Now the powers that be have given themselves the rights to control all the resources, and our personal property.

Be aware of what is going on!

These decisions that they are making are quickly rushing us to the “Event”. Yes, the Event has to take place, but how we get through it can be up to us. If we let our friend and family know that what is happening is wrong, and goes against what our fore-fathers stood for, we maybe can get the word out for people to prepare!

Not only is it an "oldy" but goodie movie title but it is the truth as well…

Many, many things happen while we are asleep.. we travel in our dreams, enjoy lavish life styles, fly, be a superhero, or even become famous… but when we wake up … we have to remember they are just dreams.. not reality…. Not truth.

We as Americans love our dreams, in fact we try to make them reality more often than really looking at the world. We want to escape, we want to be something, we want to not have to face the cold hard facts that are our world.

We want to ignore that we are losing our freedoms rapidly and our current administration doesn’t care about our freedoms… they want dominance, subservience, and the complete control of our lives. They don’t want us to know the truth.

Here is another real truth… one that is not a dream… and is very, very real.

Today, President Obama is working to open the door to the United Nations to regulate our firearms and our rights to them. Yes that is right… he is trying to let a foreign body regulate our own bill of rights.

Our friends over at Infowars.com have posted an article today that the main stream media is certainly not covering. You can read about it here.

In a nutshell the UN wants to pass something called the, “UnitedNations Arms Trade Treaty”. The (ATT) is a treaty that seriously infringes on the 2nd Amendment, or ourrights to bear arms. The Treaty requires that all firearms be registered, and regulated as they are traded.

At first glance this bill looks like it will be a great way to protect lower income nations from other countries selling guns to warlords and rebels. However, it presents a huge problem as if the United States agrees to be a part of the treaty, each one of us who buys, sells, or trades a weapon will have to register said firearm with the UN as well as our current Government just to make sure that we are not a warlord or rebel.

There is nothing, in the bill of rights that says that other governments can regulate our rights to bear arms.

Maybe that is why Obama feels the need to pull this off.

This is only one step closer to two things, complete control of the United States by the UN as a “governing body” or one world government, as well as the removal or confiscation of our firearms.

Now… Many people have speculated that if given the opportunity, our Government would gladly disarm our people, one of my favorite authors; James Wesley Rawles said in an interview earlier this year that it would be nearly impossible to disarm the American people.

I agree with him.

He states, “There are so many guns being produced each year – a couple of million guns each year – it’s just mathematically impossible, if not socially impossible, to even envision the logistics of trying to disarm the American citizenry. It just can’t happen. There’s too many guns in circulation and they’re essentially the final guarantor of our freedom.” If you like you can read more of the interview here.

Here is how we can think about this in terms of the coming “Event”. The global elite want the people to give up their guns, it will make it easier for them to continue to make policies that affect you and me. They will control us through our food, money, homes, and famlies. Their activities will contribute to the coming Event and its devastation on humanity.

I just don’t know when our President and his administration is ever going to get the point. When you try and hid your sins from the people it is going to come out!

Just stop already!

We all know that you’re a closet Marxist! Your teachers in school talked about your activities, your social involvement during the early years show that you belonged to a group (the weather underground) that believed in communism and extreme violence.

But the here is the sad and exciting all in one fact. If and when the one world government presents itself, it just means that it is closer to when Christ is coming back!

You have to speak up! You cannot sleep anymore! When you sleep you give up things, time with your loved ones, the ability to get things done, or even your rights and freedom!

The Congress has already sent their concerns to the President.. you should too… Call your Representatives today, email them! Tell them that the US has no business allowing other countries to run our Government and regulate our freedom!

Never forget the Tree of Liberty!

It's hot. In fact, it's more than hot... it's sweltering.

Yet, despite the heat and the generally somber mood of the country, there will be 4th of July celebrations all across this country. It will be a day of flag waving, barbeques, family gatherings, street parades, and picnic lunches. Each of them will commemorate the founding of this country, and each will remember the sacrifice of those brave patriots and every solder that has come after them who has fought for liberty and freedom.

However, ten years before America actually declared her independence, revolution had begun. And that revolution began under a 100-year-old elm tree in Boston, when on September 10, 1765, a copper plate with large gold letters was hung in its branches, declaring the tree "The Tree of Liberty."

To understand the inscription, we need to realize what was happening at the time. The British had accumulated a massive war debt during the French and Indian War and they needed a way to pay it off. Much like today, the first and most obvious means of raising revenue was through a tax. And on March 22, 1765, the Stamp Act was passed by the British Parliament.

This tax had an effect the British were not expecting... it enraged the colonists like no other tax had up to that point.

You see, the Stamp Act required a tax be paid on ALL documents: legal documents, permits, commercial contracts, newspapers, pamphlets, and even playing cards! The colonists viewed the tax not only as an onerous financial burden, but as a form of censorship since it would limit the colonists' ability to read and write freely.

The colonists' anger would not be abated, and one hot summer day, August 14th, 1765, a crowd gathered around this large elm tree in Boston to protest this onerous tax. In the tree they hung an effigy of Andrew Oliver, the man charged with collecting the Stamp Tax. There was also a British cavalry jackboot hanging from the branches. An imp-like devil poked its head out of the boot. In its hands was a scroll that said "Stamp Tax."

This was the first blatant act of defiance against the British Empire. This is why the great elm tree became known as "The Tree of Liberty." And this was just the beginning! As 1766 rolled around, the tree became a rallying point for the Sons of Liberty, men who were to become the leaders and champions of the forthcoming American Revolution.

Even after the Stamp Act was repealed, the revolutionary movement continued to gather steam. And with the siege of Boston, the first phase of the American Revolution began. British Loyalists cut down the Tree of Liberty in a spiteful act of retaliation against the liberty-minded colonists. But the memories and values that tree represented continued to live on in the hearts of the colonists. Soon flags began to appear with the Liberty Tree image emblazoned on them and were flown during many battles during the Revolutionary War.

And yet, for all that the Liberty Tree stood for, few Americans today know about this important chapter in American history. We have lost our way... we have forgotten where we came from. Our national memory of these events have been all but left in the dustbin of history. Children today can't even tell us who the Founding Fathers were. They can't tell us why this great experiment in liberty was even begun. And they don't understand the basis of what Americans have inherently believed through the years and why. Perhaps this is why Thomas Jefferson cautioned:

Yes, we did produce a near perfect Republic, but will they keep it? Or will they in their enjoyment of plenty, lose the memory of their freedom? Material abundance without character is the surest way to destruction. I tremble for my country when I realize that God is just.

Look around you. What we have today is exactly what Jefferson described: "Material abundance without character." And that lack of character brings us lack of morals and integrity in the political process, with elected officials who are more worried about the money they can squirrel away in their freezers and 401Ks and offshore accounts than the business of the American people. We live in a time when avarice and illusions of power compel men and women to enslave their constituents in onerous tax burdens and to deprive them of their inherent rights under God.

We need to remember. We need to remember how our liberty was won. We need to remember the virtues of faith, love, and self-discipline. We need to remember the values and morals that made this country great.

No… you pull the plank out of your eye!

So… if you don’t know the name Christine Lagarde you should. She is head of the International Monetary Fund and frankly they are the slimy cousin of the Not-So-Federal Reserve. This morning an article was posted on CNN.com about how they feel that we should boost the economy and worry about cutting deficits later. She was criticizing us just like our own Ben Bernanke criticized them!

EEEEEEEEEEE. Wrong!

That thinking couldn’t be any further from where we need to be. For so long we as Americans have lived high on the hog. Buying what we want when we want on someone else’s money. We have to stop sending and just pumping more printed money into the economy! Sure, there are pockets of Americans who are fiscally responsible, but for the most part America is doomed to repeat history and be dissolved and become smaller nations.

Now… there is a solution.

Albeit a really, really uncomfortable one.

We have to end entitlements ASAP!

Notice anything significant? You don’t have to be a math wiz to see that we continue to run a deficit through 2022… We can’t keep going like this! We don’t have the tax revenue to support our spending.

Even my 8 year old knows that if you have 3 quarters and something costs 4 quarters you can’t buy it.

Why can’t those in power see it? We have to tighten our budgets. It is not the Governments job to save its people.

I know Thomas Jefferson said it best; “Government big enough to supply everything you need is big enough to take everything you have. The course of history shows us that as a government grows, liberty decreases.”

I’ve written about it before, and I’ll write about it again, we will have to have some very, very tough times in this nation if we want to actually have a nation to speak of come this time next year.

I can just hear you know...“But Jay, what will happen to the families that rely on those programs? You’re just being heartless! Isn’t it a Christians Duty to protect the widows and the Orphans?”

Here is my response; Yes… we should be helping those less fortunate than us, but it was Christ who said this …. Not the Government! We as the Church should absolutely be stepping up all around the world to help!

We should be thinking as they did in Acts 2:42 and Acts 4:32….

We need to help each other, because when the money runs out, those who haven’t learned will suffer greatly… we can fix this!

The Pink Elephant in the room....

Ladies and Gentlemen… please take a moment to pray for your friends and family back in the Nation’s Capitol.. can you really imagine it? 3 Million People without power?

Let’s go down a tangent for a moment… what if this was permanent? What if this 3 million was really a better part of our nation?

One of the most powerful books I have read in the past year was the book, One Second After by William R. Forstchen. It was absolutely riveting. Not to give out any spoilers, but it has to do with the loss of power in America and how everything breaks down and social mayhem breaks out. The forward is by Newt Gingrich and it is one of my favorite books.

I believe that what we are seeing in DC is just a real taste of what could happen if America was ever hit by an EMP attack.

So think about this, what would you do if tomorrow you lost power and it never came back on?

Could you survive?

Could you feed your family? If you looked in your pantry right now… how long could your feed your family?

Could you wash your clothes? Could you grow a garden?

Most of you reading this may say absolutely not…! What does that feel like to you?

Does it bother you? Does it scare you? Does it panic you?... You know what?

It absolutely should!

Most people think that “preppers” are a crazy bunch of nutty hermits that believe the world is ending tomorrow. But what if these “hermits” are really everyday people with young children who want to make sure that their family is well fed, if something like what happens on the East Coast should take place or worse?

Why does the idea of having extra food on hand bother you? Do you really think your Government would come to save you? Without power… they are just as hobbled as you are!

Do you realize without power, oil companies can’t refine oil as easily, gas stations cannot pump fuel, groceries don’t stay cool, washer and dryers can’t do their job, and your TV and Radio do not work.

I want you to watch this trailer and think about this. What would you do tomorrow if we lost power and it never came back on?

So… now that you are sufficiently spooked… I want to offer up the top reasons that I feel that you should prep and have supplies and other things on hand;

It isn’t about you! When you really think about what the world is going through today… it isn’t about you. It is about your family, you wife, your kids, your babies. What if tomorrow the grocery store wasn’t open? What would you do? What pain would you feel telling your child that you have nothing to feed them for dinner tonight because you didn’t prepare ahead of time!

2 Currency Breakdown. When you think about what I have posted over the past 6 months I have focused pretty heavily on the breakdown of the American dollar and what that would mean to us. Think about this, what if you went to the store and what was one dollar yesterday was 5 dollars today. Inflation is a real threat. Having your own food supply can help to stabilize your pocket book… for a while.

3 Social Unrest. How about this… what happens when the money is no longer flowing through the entitlement system? What then? What do all those people who choose to use it as a life style do? Crime will increase? It will not be safe to leave your home for extended periods of time. You will need your own supplies to sustain your families!

4 Pandemic. Usually even I find this one to be a bit, well… over blown, but if there is a horrific flu bug that starts killing people, well, do you want to be out in “public” where everyone else is coughing and hacking? If you catch it, you will give it to your family and then it all goes downhill from there.

5 War. War is a terrible thing, and it causes great hardships on its people, mostly it kills and destroys populations. You can read horror stories about cities under siege that have to end up eating their own shoes to sustain themselves, or how thirst killed everyone off. I for one never want to be in that situation.

6 Finally, it’s biblical... It’s plain and simple, Proverbs 22:3 states that, “A prudent man see’s danger and takes refuge, whereas the simple keep going.”

So the question is …. Are you simple? Or are you wise? Do you realize that this nation is headed for some incredibly turbulent times? Do you realize that you are just a number and that when “The Event” takes place and resources are scarce you will have nothing if you are not prepared?

Maybe I am just having a bad dream… a really bad dream… must….wake…up…. crap… this is real.

Our President just got a green light from the Supreme Court to take away your rights. Legally. The Court said so...

Yup… let me bring you up to speed unless you have been living under a rock; This morning the Supreme court voted 5 to 4 to support the law of Obamacare. This law does several things that are very controversial;

1. Taxes high net worth individuals and companies to pay for almost 2.5 Trillion dollars over 10 years. This comes from the floor remarks on the Democrats Senate Health Care Reform Bill

2 2. Fines Businesses beginning in 2014 with 50 or more full time employees $2000.00 per employee if they do not offer insurance or if an employee enrolls in their own “qualified” Plan. That works out to be a neat $100,000.00. Source: The Democratic Senate Health Care Reform bill.

3 3. Fines Families a penalty of $285.00 per family or 1% of income, whichever is greater. By 2016 it goes up to $2,085 per family or 2.5% of income, whichever is greater. Source: The Democratic Senate Health Care Reform bill.

4. Under the new Obama health plan, your physician is required to enter all information for each patient, including all treatments, into a government electronic database. Doctors are then instructed on what the government deems to be cost effective and appropriate care. This is true for EVERYONE, even if you have private insurance. Doctors must comply with the regulations imposed by Obamacare or face government penalty. There will be no privacy of your medical concerns between you and your doctor, since the government will monitor all medical interactions. Source: The Democratic Senate Health Care Reform bill

5 5. Finally, the worst thing about Obamacare is that it takes away your right to make your own choices about the treatment of your body. Under this law, you are required to be in a "qualified" healthcare plan, and you must attach proof that you are enrolled when you file your income taxes. The IRS now has the power to track you and penalize you if you do not provide proof of your enrollment. You no longer have the right to choose any healthcare plan you would like for your family or yourself. Persons can no longer have low cost catastrophic-only coverage, which is a great choice for healthy, young people.

The law allows the HHS Secretary to decide which services will be required for the plan that you are required to buy. The HHS Secretary also decides how much you will be required to pay for your required plan, and which services your doctor will be "allowed" to provide. The widely publicized promise from President Obama, "if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor," will not be true in many cases. You will not be permitted to utilize any doctor who does not follow the dictates of Obamacare (Section 1311), and many will lose their current coverage as a result of this law. So … still think Obamacare is a good thing? Or does not having a choice, or having the Government track you through your medical records or having the IRS monitor you set your teeth on edge?

I will tell you this… there is nothing; I repeat nothing in the constitution that says that forcing people to buy health care is ok. Now… the justices argue this; that the constitution argues that;

(a) The Constitution grants Congress the power to “regulate Commerce.” Art. I, §8, cl. 3 (emphasis added). The power to regulate commerce presupposes the existence of commercial activity to be regulated.

This Court’s precedent reflects this understanding: As expansive as this Court’s cases construing the scope of the commerce power have been, they uniformly describe the power as reaching “activity.” E.g., United States v. Lopez, 514 U. S. 549, 560. The individual mandate, however, does not regulate existing commercial activity. It instead compels individuals to become active in commerce by purchasing a product, on the ground that their failure to do so affects interstate commerce.

So… by forcing people to buy something it is affecting interstate commerce? Sure I get that logic in the argument, but what about this? Where does it clearly define that the product must be health care? If you use that argument to force this why couldn’t they now do it with cars? Homes, or better yet food?

The worst part of it, now it sets case law that allows them to fine you if you don’t go along with what they say. “Don’t buy our car we want you to buy … guess what … we will fine you the cost of the car… and you will have to buy the car too!”

By ratifying Obamacare better yet the, The Democratic Senate Health Care Reform bill our Government has just opened a slippery slope that now allows them force us to buy things that frankly we shouldn’t be paying for as a nation. It is too costly both financially and ethically.

Now we might and I repeat might, be able to afford it if we didn’t have a massive entitlement program that his bleeding money like a stuck pork barrel pig.

I won’t deny that people need access to quality health care; people should have access to it. But to “force” someone to buy a product to stimulate the economy is a complete and utter falsity in their interpretation of that line of the constitution. The constitution only says “to regulate” not to force, involve or create.

This gross misstep by the Government today pushes us ever closer to the coming event. The fact that we will now as a nation have to spend an additional 2.5 trillion dollars on top of the debt of 16 trillion we have is just stupid. This reckless spending will cause a collapse… and spending more will rush it towards us ever faster.

I hope that people are reading these… we need to wake up!

The Obama truth team has been busy…

Ok… our President and his team are out of control! This morning I was reading one of my favorite blogs, www.homelandsecurity.com a well authored blog by Doug Hagmann.

I was shocked to read that Doug’s blog is being shut down by GoDaddy.com due to the “morally objectionable” material it publishes. Doug was notified by email from the team at GoDaddy.com that they would shut his site down in 48 hours if he didn’t change who his DNS points too.

Doug called them back and asked who complained, they would not give him any answer. He pushed harder and only got stonewalled.

Here is what I know, That Doug’s web site has on multiple occasions proved several truths about what was / is going on in our National Capitol, specifically what our Presidents doing to become even more powerful.

Let me be specifically clear. Doug’s blog contains no porn, sinful images or anything that would be construed at “morally objectionable”, unless you don’t like the truth, and especially truth about our government.

I would bet a red cent on the fact that someone in the Obama campain called, and threatened GoDaddy.com to shut down Doug's site, otherwise they would go after GoDaddy.com! Sure ... I can't prove it... it's the stuff movies are made from. But really? Shut them down for telling the truth?

Truth is hard to face, it's raw and real, and it causes sin to be dragged out into the light and shown for what it really is! The books of Isaiah and Revalations speaks very specifically on this;

Isaiah 29:15-16

¹⁵Woe to those who deeply hide their ^[a]plans from the Lord,
And whose deeds are done in a dark place,
And they say, “ Who sees us?” or “Who knows us?”

God is very specific on hiding sin! The President is hiding his sin? When will their be justice?

This is the most absurd thing that I have ever heard! Doug’s team is focused on bringing the truth about how our Government is currently getting ready to wage war on its own people. Here a couple of source articles that you can read at your own leisure;

I just love the fact that GoDaddy.com the firm who has based their advertising off of women showing their boobs and other various body parts is trying to tell the Hagman’s that reporting truth about our Governments activities is morally objectionable!

Seriously?

This is what it is coming to?

That our President can have one of his lackey’s call a DNS provider and tell them to shut down the site. It is completely against what our constitution stands for..! The President and his team thinks that they can piss all over the ideals and beliefs that this country is founded on and just decide to pull this “Hitlerist” style behavior.

This is crap. You and I know it…

It violates Doug’s first amendment rights!

Doug Hagman has the right to say what he wants when he wants. Even when people may not like it… we all still have to put up with it!!!

I don’t like Porn, its degrading and immoral, but I can’t go shut down Playboy.com or Hustler.com just because it’s questionable…. I can’t make a call to their DNS provider and tell them I find it morally objectionable!

People, we all need to wake up and realize that our President and his team of “advisors” have decided that they are going to run this country the way they want, not the way it should be run. Their poor choices on spending and foreign policy are running this nation into the ground and rushing us ever towards the coming event!

I hope the people speak loud and clear in this November…. And write in Ron Paul, but that is another entry…

QE 3 and Barry's "Lemon-aid" stand...

So … here is the conundrum that I face… how much information to give you at one time. I don’t want to give much too quickly … It can over whelm you and cause you to turn off to keep reading… so this post I’m going to focus on the subject of the Federal Reserve and how damaging things are about to become due to their actions.

First off watch this video… it will take you a few minutes and it is downright scary but it should help add some clarification to what I’m going to share with you below;

So… you a bit worried now… well it’s about to get worse… remember that “QE 3” thing? Wells its happening now… the Fed met today and guess what… QE 3 is a go…. Well almost. Big Ben Bernake just has to come out and say it.

Come on Ben … just say it… just say that you’re about to fire up the money printing presses and increase inflation to attempt to stave off the collapse of the American dollar better yet… it will contribute to the coming “Event”.

Both WSJ and the Daily Reckoning have articles on it today.

This Gentlemen and Ladies is a very, very bad thing for the economy.

Why you ask?

Well here is the simple and best answer I can give you. But I’ll use an analogy to explain it.

So our fable opens up on a scene of little Barry Obama with his lemon aide stand on the corner in some suburban town in America. “Bitchen Barry’s Bodacious Lemon-aid” is what the sign says on the front, its great… he built the store with his own two hands and with his own money that he earned from working in the yard last year. It’s all his!

Timmy’s business is booming, lemonade is leaving the stands like secret service men running from hookers in Columbia! More and more people are coming everyday to ask for more and more!

But there is the thing… it is booming so big that he has to borrow from his brother Benny Bernake (they have different Dads…but hey … this is America).

Like any good investor Benny looks at Barry’s books, (a yellow legal pad written with crayon with a booger smeared on it) and determines that he really shouldn’t invest in Timmy’s stand…there isn’t really any collateral to secure his investment… what if Barry looses the stand…? Benny could lose his investment!

But Barry has a plan… he is going to sell Benny a “bond” in his company.

“Benny…” Barry begins… “I’ll tell you what, hows about I sell you interest in my “Lemon-aid” company and I’ll give you this piece of paper that says in 10 years you can have your money back plus 1.25% of your initial investment!... What do you think?”

…”Wait a minute Barry...” says Benny, “I just told you that I won’t invest in you because you have nothing to offer me..!”

“Here is the beauty of this Benny, why don’t you take what I’m offering you, and then go sell it to the little Chinese boy, Hu Jintao on the corner? He is rolling in the cash and if you offer him more interest on a bond you sell him…you could make a real killing off of this deal! Wouldn’t you and your buddies love to have extra cash?”

Benny is in hook, line and sinker…

So this process goes on and on for the next few years….

Now Barry is in pretty deep with Benny and likewise Benny is in deep with Hu Jintao. Time keeps passing but here is the problem… Benny is out of money… he has loaned all he can to Barry. But Barry keeps asking for money.

Now … here is the thing… in this crazy mythical world that I am writing about … Benny can print and hand

Barry more money! Benny read up on it somewhere… it’s called “Quantitative Easing”. Benny puts more money into Barry’s business to make everyone more happy at the “Lemon-aid” stand!

But the worse part… Hu Jintao doesn’t know that… well, he suspects something is up because the German kid told him what Benny has been doing. But right now he really doesn’t care… “Benny will make it right…” he says… He is going to make more money on the Bonds that Benny is selling him!

Sounds crazy huh? But hey…! It’s currently working!

Well, more time passes and now and the date for the bonds comes up… Hu Jintao comes knocking on Benny’s door asking for his money. Benny tells Hu Jintao he doesn’t have the money… that his money is actually coming from Barry. Hu Jintao goes to Barry… who is really busy running his Lemon-aid stand.

During the time that Barry is borrowing from Benny, and Benny from Hu JIntao, Barry has been offering people lines of credit for his delicious “Lemon-aid” … and better yet.. Barry is letting a lot of the kids in the neighborhood drink the “Lemon-aid” for free because they can’t afford it themselves! They just hang out all day… not mowing their Dad’s grass or helping Mom with the laundry… they just drink Barry’s “Lemon-aid”!

Wow… isn’t Barry a nice guy?

So… Now Hu Jintao heads over to Barry’s “Lemon-aid” stand asks for his money and Barry tells him he has nothing to give him… and he never will. Hu Jintao is really really mad… so what does he do? He tells all the other kids in the neighborhood that Barry and Benny flaked out on what they owe him and now no one will loan Barry or Benny any more money!

WELL… we NOW have a big problem… Barry’s operation has gotten so big that he always needs money from Benny to fund the “Lemon-aid”… and guess what? Hu Jintao cut off Benny and won’t loan him the money, thus Barry can’t get his money to give everyone the delicious, intoxicating, addicting Lemonade!

Barry and Benny try to borrow money from the other kids in the neighborhood, but they all heard from Hu Jintao how the boys burned him! They are out of options!

Now the next morning the kids at the Lemon-aid stand start asking for their cups and find that Barry can’t give anything to them… They start to get mad… really mad and the next thing a large crowd of kids builds up and then begins throwing rocks and old lemons at Barry and Benny! The boys run into the house and watch as their stand is torn down and burned! Over the next couple of month’s Barry and Benny’s house gets TP’d, windows broken and eventually broken into … stuff gets stolen and well general mayhem breaks out in the Obama / Bernake Home…!

Get the picture?

I hope you realize that the state that our country is in and the current coming “Quantitative Easing” is going to cause a real problem very shortly…. It isn’t going to work for very long… infact it is going to cause more issues.

Our Government needs to cut out the entitlements before its too late! Yes… it will be painful and there will be really un-happy people… but there are still lawns that need to be mowed and laundry that needs to be done.

So the thing that I have come to learn about the coming "Event" is that we cannot avoid it.

It is biblical.

I have learned that have to survive it... not stop it. We have to be ready to help others who are not prepared for it to come.

Our friends over at the economic collapse blog have a great article today about no matter what the IMF or the ECB do they cannot stop the coming collapse event that will start in Europe.

What??? You say? What's going on in Europe?

See, here's the thing your a bit like everyone else. Most people aren't even aware of how bad things are in Europe. People are living in the dark about the reality of the world around them.

I took a moment today to survey 10 clients I helped to see how they felt about the elections in Greece and how it affected their decision making for them financially.

Guess what?

Not one of them knew that Greece was on the edge. That this vote had the potential to be the catalyst that starts the knocking-down of the dominos of the civilized world. It's disappointing that well educated people don't know that their personal finances are one vote away from being taken away from them.

We have to wake up more people! We have to let them know that the man in the picture above is leaving his back side uncovered! He is exposed and will believe anything that he is told!

How do we do we begin to bring people around to this idea that the "event" is coming and they need to be ready?

It starts with us, it starts with us taking our heads out of the proverbial sand and start to read more than just CNN! There are more news sites out there! Just because someone isn't owned by Ted Turner, Warren Buffet, or a certain phone hacking Englishmen doesn't mean that it isn't legitimate news!... try them on for size and keep and open mind!

But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness.

I know it seems like I am coming down on the main stream media pretty hard, but they should feel ashamed of themselves for not reporting the truth, it used to be that being a reporter was about getting to the truth, no matter the cost. That has all changed. God has some strong thoughts on what he thinks about liars and people who hide the truth.

Could it be that God is turning away from our country due to the lies in the mainstream Media? How does this apply to you? Are you speaking the truth everyday? Are you taking the feeling that you know to be true and hiding it away?

Evil flourishes when good men do nothing!

The Event

There is a great song by the singer Phil Collins; the song is, “In the air tonight.” The lyrics are strangely eerie of what is taking place right now in the world. It states;

“I can feel it coming I the air tonight, oh Lord,

And I’ve been waiting for this moment for all my life,

Can you feel it coming in the air tonight?”

Can you feel what is in the air in this country? The tension? The apprehension?

It is as if everyone knows that something is coming, something big, dark and sinister. No I’m not talking about the whole Mayan calendar thing. That has already been debunked and proved wrong, and besides scripture has already proved that to be incorrect, and we will not know the time and the date of Christ’s choosing to return.

What I’m talking about is different; it is an underlying sickening feeling that something isn’t right, and it has not been right for a while. It is this feeling that drives people to become “awakened” and to change their world to prepare.

They are getting ready for what I will hereby call the “event” going forward. Some people are more sensitive than others to the change, it is written in Acts 2:17 that:

“In the last days,' God says, 'I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your young men will see visions, and your old men will dream dreams.”

This scripture is echoed in Joel 2:28 when he foresaw what God had planned for the future. This “gift” has caused people to be ridiculed and persecuted through the centuries but we as believers cannot ignore those with the spiritual gift any longer. God is using them as modern day prophets to warn us that the “event” is coming and we need to listen and prepare!

Let me be perfectly clear what "The Event" is;

The Event is man made, not the end of the world. It is not Christ coming back. It is our own doing.

It is a combination of economic, environmental, and political events. Imagine the "perfect storm" of events that could and will collapse our monetary systems, our political system and destroy needed portions of our environment.

The “event” is coming and there is nothing that you and I can do or say to stop it.

We have to survive it, this blog is dedicated to those who are awake and want to wake up others to the reality of what's really going to happen.
