POLITICS: Abacha Loot - 3 of 5 Federal Govt' Priority Project To be Drawn

noreply@blogger.com (Genious2Curious) — Thu, 14 May 2020 18:28:00 +0000

STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE
THREE OF FIVE FG PRIORITY PROJECTS TO DRAW FROM ABACHA LOOT

The recently repatriated Sani Abacha loot will go towards three of the Government of Nigeria’s five priority projects, excluding the Mambilla power and East-West road projects.

In an earlier statement, I had mistakenly noted that the Mambilla Project was one of five priority projects to benefit from the $311 million Abacha loot under the Presidential Infrastructure Development Fund (PIDF) managed by Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) in charge of the Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF). That error is regretted. Garba Shehu said.

Garba Shehu, SSA on Media & Publicity to president Buhari said ''Although the Mambilla and East-West expressway are regarded under the PIDF as priority projects, I have ascertained that they are exempt from the agreement signed between the Nigerian, United States and British territory of Jersey governments''

According to the document, only the second Niger bridge, Abuja-Kaduna-Kano expressway, and Lagos-Ibadan expressway will benefit from the repatriated funds. The funds are domiciled in the NSIA.

All print and online media should please take note of this correction and make the necessary adjustments to their previous publications on the issue. Thank you.

Facts or Conspiracy Theories - COVID19 Undertone

noreply@blogger.com (Genious2Curious) — Sun, 03 May 2020 23:56:00 +0000

A thread exposing the COVID-19 pandemic & why it didn't go as planned:

Written by Moe Othman via tweet.

The evil globalists created a plan decades ago to release a respiratory virus into the air around 2020, erupting in China.

The Chinese & US government were in on this - Bill Gates did all the dirty work.
The media has tried society over years to see Bill Gates as a billionaire philanthropist, which he is very far from.
He owns the largest vaccine corporation in the world - but yet preaches that we need to heavily lower human population. Questionable.
Bill Gates has constantly stated that an epidemic was coming, which of course he knew about.
The American doctor that worked in the Wuhan facility when the corona virus occured - works under the Bill Gates foundation. Coincidence? Of course not.
In a video from 2018, I "predicted" we were going to have a global pandemic towards 2020 - in the same video I said we were going to have a global economic crash. Both happened. Why? Because they timed the virus to be the pin that popped the economy bubble.
This was also rather obvious seeing how more than 1500 ceos resigned from their corporations in the year 2019 alone. Which is the largest of CEO exodus in recorded history. They knew what was coming. Billionaires all speak among themselves, this isn't shocking to me at all.
Bill Gates is the largest advocate for forced vaccination, which is not to be trusted for obvious reasons. He constantly states the human population must be lowered heavily - but yet wants to save everyone from diseases? His vaccines has crippled entire villages in Africa btw
Back to the global elitists: They privately estimated about 60 million deaths from Covid-19. The plan was to kill so much humans, that everyone lives in full fear mode & a full totalitarian take over could occur. "Order Through Chaos" is the elite's favorite quote.
When humans are fearful they give up their rights. They plan shootings to remove your right to bear arms. They plan bombings to then place cameras everywhere. They plan viruses to keep you all locked in & give forced vaccinations with very malicious properties.
They released the virus in a wet market using Dry Ice. They placed it next to an air vent so it could infect everyone in the markets. They specifically chose the wet markets because they contain multiple animals, so the "bat eating story" can make sense to the public.
Government & Democrats went against Donald Trump when he wanted to close the borders - calling him racist. They wanted the virus to spread more, but closing the borders slow the spread heavily, ruining their agenda. Trump isn't a saint, but in this event, he was innocent.
Because the virus wasn't as potent as they wanted, they used false information & narratives to distort the reality. They inflated the corona virus numbers by labeling almost all influenza (Flu) cases & deaths as "COVID-19". Flu kills 40,000 - 60,000 Americans a year.
Considering the flu kills more humans than the corona virus, where's the mass panic every flu season? wheres the lockdown? It's because the flu doesn't carry the agenda that was planned by them. They needed a new name, a figure, an image -A "deadly virus" to cause mass panic
Let's compare the flu with covid-19:

They both don't target (or fatal) to young children statistically.
They both target & are fatal to the elderly.
They both seemed to suddenly vanish at the same time period.
Why are influenza medications effective at treating COVID-19?

Dr. Fauci is a snake & not to be trusted. He has worked directly with bill gates over many years. Just to prove that he was purposely trying to screw everyone, let's look at this inconsistency on the corona virus matter:

Oh & of course major celebrities were also all in on it, which isnt shocking since they are all puppets for the satanic cults that run the show:

Madona's recent stage performance before the corona virus - Notice that she's pointing at the audience while saying this.

Was the virus real? Yes

Was it as deadly as they planned for? Not even close.
Did they still manage to use it to destroy the economy? Yes.
Did they use the common flu to inflate majority of the covid-19 case numbers? 100%

This is why politicians didn't even cover themselves.

Lastly, this isn't to cause fear, quite the opposite actually - but I expect a second wave to hit society towards 2021 as a second attempt at this agenda.

There's good hidden forces out there that prevented this virus from reaching it's real peak - & we ain't going anywhere.

What is Pandemic?

noreply@blogger.com (Genious2Curious) — Tue, 28 Apr 2020 08:26:00 +0000

A pandemic is the worldwide spread of a new disease.

An influenza pandemic occurs when a new influenza virus emerges and spreads around the world, and most people do not have immunity.
Viruses that have caused past pandemics typically originated from animal influenza viruses.

Some aspects of influenza pandemics can appear similar to seasonal influenza while other characteristics may be quite different. For example, both seasonal and pandemic influenza can cause infections in all age groups, and most cases will result in self-limited illness in which the person recovers fully without treatment. However, typical seasonal influenza causes most of its deaths among the elderly while other severe cases occur most commonly in people with a variety of medical conditions.

By contrast, this H1N1 pandemic caused most of its severe or fatal disease in younger people, both those with chronic conditions as well as healthy persons, and caused many more cases of viral pneumonia than is normally seen with seasonal influenza.

For both seasonal and pandemic influenza, the total number of people who get severely ill can vary. However, the impact or severity tends to be higher in pandemics in part because of the much larger number of people in the population who lack pre-existing immunity to the new virus. When a large portion of the population is infected, even if the proportion of those infected that go on to develop severe disease is small, the total number of severe cases can be quite large.

For both seasonal and pandemic influenza, the highest levels of activity would be expected to occur in the usual influenza season period for an area. (In the temperate climate zones, this is usually the winter months, for example). But as was seen with the current H1N1 pandemic, pandemics can have unusual epidemiological patterns and large outbreaks can occur in the summer months.

NEWS: PRESIDENT BUHARI NATIONWIDE BROADCAST ON COVID19 FULL TEXT

noreply@blogger.com (Genious2Curious) — Tue, 28 Apr 2020 08:15:00 +0000

Presidential Buhari Nationwide Broadcast on COVID19 - 27th April, 2020

Muhammadu-Buhari-Nigeria President

Fellow Nigerians, I will start by commending you all for the resilience and patriotism that you have shown in our collective fight against the biggest health challenge of our generation.
As at yesterday, 26th April 2020, some 3 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been recorded globally with about 900,000 recoveries. Unfortunately, some 200,000 people have passed away as a result of this pandemic.

The health systems and economies of many nations continue to struggle as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. Nigeria continues to adapt to these new global realities on a daily basis. Today, I will present the facts as they are and explain our plans for the coming months fully aware that some key variables and assumptions may change in the coming days or weeks. Exactly two weeks ago, there were 323 confirmed cases in 20 States and the Federal Capital Territory. As at this morning, Nigeria had recorded 1,273 cases across 32 States and the FCT. Unfortunately, this includes 40 deaths.

I am using this opportunity to express our deepest condolences to the families of all Nigerians that have lost their loved ones as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic. This is our collective loss and we share your grief. Initial models predicted that Nigeria will record an estimated 2,000 confirmed cases in the first month after the index case. This means that despite the increase in the number of confirmed cases recorded in the past two weeks, the measures we have put in place thus far have yielded positive outcomes against the projections.

The proportion of cases imported from other countries has reduced to only 19% of new cases, showing that our border closures yielded positive results. These are mostly fellow Nigerians returning through our land borders. We will continue to enforce land border arrival protocols as part of the containment strategy.

Today, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has accredited 15 laboratories across the country with an aggregate capacity to undertake 2,500 tests per day across the country. Based on your feedback, Lagos State Government and the FCT with support from NCDC have established several sample collection centers. They are also reviewing their laboratory testing strategy to further increase the number of tests they can perform including the accreditation of selected private laboratories that meet the accreditation criteria.

Several new fully equipped treatment and isolation centres have been operationalised across the country thereby increasing bed capacity to about three thousand. I commend the State Governors for the activation of State-level Emergency Operation Centres, establishment of new treatment centres and the delivery of aggressive risk communication strategies. Over 10,000 healthcare workers have been trained. For their protection, additional personal protective equipment have been distributed to all the states.

Although we have experienced logistical challenges, we remain committed to establishing a solid supply chain process to ensure these heroic professionals can work safely and are properly equipped. In keeping with our Government’s promise to improve the welfare of healthcare workers, we have signed a memorandum of understanding on the provision of hazard allowances and other incentives with key health sector professional associations. We have also procured insurance cover for 5,000 frontline health workers. At this point, I must commend the insurance sector for their support in achieving this within a short period of time.

Nigeria has also continued to receive support from the international community, multilateral agencies, the private sector and public-spirited individuals. This support has ensured that critical lifesaving equipment and materials, which have become scarce globally, are available for Nigeria through original equipment manufacturers and government-to-government processes.

The distribution and expansion of palliatives which I directed in my earlier broadcast is still ongoing in a transparent manner. I am mindful of the seeming frustration being faced by expectant citizens. I urge all potential beneficiaries to exercise patience as we continue to fine-tune our logistical and distribution processes working with the State Governments. Our Security Agencies continue to rise to the challenge posed by this unusual situation.

While we feel deeply concerned about isolated security incidents, I want to assure all Nigerians that your safety and security remain our primary concern especially in these difficult and uncertain times. As we focus on protecting lives and properties, we will not tolerate any human rights abuse by our security agencies. The few reported incidences are regrettable, and I want to assure you that the culprits will be brought to justice.

I urge all Nigerians to continue to cooperate and show understanding whenever they encounter security agents.

Furthermore, for their protection, I have instructed that the personnel of all the security agencies be provided with the necessary personal protective equipment against infection. As we continue to streamline our response in the centers of Lagos and the FCT, I am gravely concerned about the unfortunate developments in Kano in recent days. Although an in-depth investigation is still ongoing, we have decided to deploy additional Federal Government manpower, material and technical resources to strengthen and support the State Government’s efforts, with immediate effect.

In Kano, and indeed many other States that are recording new cases, preliminary findings show that such cases are mostly from interstate travel and emerging community transmission. Drawing from these, I implore all Nigerians to continue to adhere strictly to the advisories published by the Presidential Task Force and the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control. These include regular hand washing, physical distancing, wearing of face masks/coverings in public, avoidance of non-essential movement and travels and avoidance of large gatherings.

Fellow Nigerians, for the past four weeks, most parts of our country have been under either Federal Government or State Government lockdown. As I mentioned earlier, these steps were necessary and overall, have contributed to slowing down the spread of COVID-19 in our country. However, such lockdowns have also come at a very heavy economic cost. Many of our citizens have lost their means of livelihood. Many businesses have shut down. No country can afford the full impact of a sustained lockdown while awaiting the development of vaccines.

In my last address, I mentioned that Federal Government will develop strategies and policies that will protect lives while preserving livelihoods. In these two weeks, the Federal and State Governments have jointly and collaboratively worked hard on how to balance the need to protect health while also preserving livelihoods, leveraging global best practices while keeping in mind our peculiar circumstances.

We assessed how our factories, markets, traders and transporters can continue to function while at the same time adhering to NCDC guidelines on hygiene and social distancing.

We assessed how our children can continue to learn without compromising their health.

We reviewed how our farmers can safely plant and harvest in this rainy season to ensure our food security is not compromised.

Furthermore, we also discussed how to safely transport food items from rural production areas to industrial processing zones and ultimately, to the key consumption centers.

Our goal was to develop implementable policies that will ensure our economy continues to function while still maintaining our aggressive response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These same difficult decisions are being faced by leaders around the world.

Based on the above and in line with the recommendations of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19, the various Federal Government committees that have reviewed socio-economic matters and the Nigeria Governors Forum, I have approved a phased and gradual easing of lockdown measures in FCT, Lagos and Ogun States effective from Monday, 4th May, 2020. However, this will be followed strictly with aggressive reinforcement of testing and contact tracing measures while allowing the restoration of some economic and business activities in certain sectors.

Furthermore, new nationwide measures are to be introduced as follows:

There will be an overnight curfew from 8pm to 6am. This means all movements will be prohibited during this period except for essential services.

There will be a ban on non-essential inter-state passenger travel until further notice;

Partial and controlled interstate movement of goods and services will be allowed for the movement of goods and services from producers to consumers; and

We will strictly ensure the mandatory use of face masks or coverings in public in addition to maintaining physical distancing and personal hygiene.

Furthermore, the restrictions on social and religious gatherings shall remain in place. State Governments, corporate organisations and philanthropists are encouraged to support the production of cloth masks for citizens. For the avoidance of doubt, the lockdown in the FCT, Lagos and Ogun States shall remain in place until these new ones come into effect on Monday, 4th May 2020.

The Presidential Task Force shall provide sector specific details to allow for preparations by Governments, businesses and institutions. In respect to the above guidelines, State Governors may choose to adapt and expand based on their unique circumstances provided they maintain alignment with the guidelines issued above.

To support our businesses and traders, the monetary and fiscal authorities shall deploy all the necessary provisions needed for production to continue and thus, jobs restored.

These revised guidelines will not apply to Kano State.
With regards to Kano, I have directed the enforcement of a total lockdown for a period of two weeks effective immediately. The Federal Government shall deploy all the necessary human, material and technical resources to support the State in controlling and containing the pandemic and preventing the risk of further spread to neighboring States.

I wish to once again commend the frontline workers across the country who, on a daily basis, risk everything to ensure we win this fight. For those who got infected in the line of duty, rest assured that Government will do all it takes to support you and your families during this exceedingly difficult period. I will also take this opportunity to assure you all that your safety, wellbeing and welfare remain paramount to our Government.

I will also recognise the support we have received from our traditional rulers, the Christian Association of Nigeria, the Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs and other prominent religious and community leaders. Your cooperation and support have significantly contributed to the successes we have recorded to date. I will urge you all to please continue to create awareness on the seriousness of the coronavirus among your worshippers and communities while appealing that they strictly comply with public health advisories.

I also thank the Nigeria Governors’ Forum and the Presidential Task Force for all their hard work to date. Through this collaboration, I remain confident that success is achievable.

I also wish to thank corporate organisations, philanthropists, the UN system, the European Union, friendly nations, the media and other partners that have taken up the responsibility of supporting our response.

And finally, I will thank all Nigerians again for your patience and cooperation during this difficult and challenging period. I assure you that government shall continue to take all necessary measures to protect the lives and livelihoods of our citizens and residents.

LIFESTYLE: Building Trust and Forgiveness in Relationship

Building Trust and Forgiveness in Relationship

Some couples get stuck in a cycle of grudges and mistrust, because they wrongly assume that forgiveness and trust are the same thing but they aren't. Forgiveness can’t be earned; it can only be given freely. That’s why it’s called grace. Trust, however, can’t be given freely; it can only be earned.

I am not sure how trust has been broken in your relationships, and I'm definitely not advocating that you give your loved ones a free pass to break your heart, because a healthy relationship must be built on trust, accountability, and mutual respect

There was a man who was married to his wife. The man loved his wife unconditionally, but something went wrong, the love he proclaimed was put to test when his wife abandoned him and family to return to her old life of prostitution.
By the time he would found out, they'd had several children, and he wasn't sure if any of them were biologically his.

Her crimes had landed her in prison, and according to the culture and traditions of the land, she would be sold into slavery.

Her husband had every earthly right to abandon and leave her to the fate she had created for herself.

Her husband decided he would go all out to rescue her from slavery not minding the cost. He had compassion with a heart full of forgiveness towards her and he went to that slave market; took most of his life's savings to purchase back his wife.

Based on the culture's legal system, she becomes a slave automatically in her husband's house. He would have had all the power in the relationship, and he could have used it to punish her for the rest of her life. Knowing this, she bowed her head to him and called him, "Master."

He looked at her and said, "Never call me your master. I am your husband." He gave up his rights to punish, control, or humiliate her, and instead, he welcomed her home as his wife.

My hope is simply that this story will open your mind and your heart a little wider to let more love and grace flow into your life. This type of radical forgiveness as seen in the story doesn’t seem humanly possible, but it is possible through the grace Christ has extended to each of us. When your spouse breaks your trust, you should give your forgiveness instantly, but give your trust slowly as it is earned through consistency of actions.

During this period of compulsory lockdown that has compel us to stay at home together as husband and wife around the globe, let rebuilding and act of forgiveness be our focus, fight the urge to punish or retaliate. Those actions won’t do anything to promote healing, and healing always needs to be our ultimate objective. Love, after all, is a healing force and all we need to forge ahead.

Notes:-

God had a different plan. God wanted to use this whole situation to show the amazing grace and unimaginable love he has for us even in those moments when we are completely unworthy

What happened in the story is one of the most beautiful displays of grace.

This simple but powerful act of forgiveness shows us a beautiful picture of the unmerited grace and love God offers to us.

If we deserved forgiveness, it wouldn't be called grace. If we could earn it, it wouldn't be real love.

Forgiveness sets you free and makes healing possible in the relationship. It’s been said, “Holding a grudge is like drinking poison and then hoping the other person dies.”

You don’t have to trust someone in order to forgive, but you do have to forgive someone in order to make trust possible again.

The process of rebuilding trust might be slow and it might be painful, but it’s worth it!

Once you worked through your issues and reestablished trust, your relationship can actually become stronger and more vibrant than it ever was before.
