Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)

2012-04-29T08:11:00.001-07:00

It was only a month ago, we were able to see Samsung's answer to Kindle Fire - Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). Needless to say, if you expect something advanced, you can not find here, but you can buy a $ 250, and somehow manages to use a particular material to keep a mediocre year. The whole landscape is the first time we saw a leap of faith to make the largest manufacturer of tablet production, competitive price, so the results we hope to find little joy in the end.

Unlike the original, we see, we find that there are significant differences between the final retail price of Wi-Fi version of Tab Samsung Galaxy 2 - and it is a silver plastic body, which uses titanium, in contrast to the matt Support from the first But using some of the design patterns found in the previous tab Galaxy Plus 7.0, but it's a neat line width of 0.41 "- even if it's the same weight is 344 grams, frankly, that the project is impressive appearance but we are comforted to know. It is easy to maintain and build strong, that breaks down over time.

Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is easy to hold and compact design
As a tablet to take ICS-go, ditches clear capacitive buttons for Android, but the screen is in front of the camera's 0.3-megeapixel ready for live video chat rooms and our relaxed portraits.

To the left you'll find the microSD plastic cover protected, and we have the right insurance and 2-button, volume rocker, which is relatively easy to feel with your thumb. To make the model of the Samsung tablet, you will find the IR blaster sat on the right side, which is UNIVERSAL REMOTE. Busy top of a 3.5 mm jack for headphones and microphone. Along the bottom edge, you find the owner of the Samsung 30-pin and a pair of speakers that are quite strong.

Half of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)

Hidden in the upper left corner on the back of a tablet with 3.2-megapixel camera with fixed focus has left everything to his car - although it is marked with a chrome edge trim.

Like the first Galaxy Tab, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) 7-inch sports (D'OH), screen resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. This leads to a pixel density of 170 ppi, which is something spectacular, so do not expect everything looks so smooth as silk screens with high resolution of these pills. Technology-based LCD, Samsung's own Super PLS seem generous, but we can not completely sold on the charm. In fact, all of which culminates in an enjoyable show to watch, after presenting the most natural looking colors and a decent angle, but we are still seeing the problem in direct sunlight.

Sony Ericsson Xperia ray

2012-04-29T08:00:00.001-07:00

No matter how you stretch too much, the Sony Ericsson Xperia-ray is the mirror image of cuteness. This is a sleek, shiny black bikini life and side mirrors, various colors, embellished sports the latest version of Android, Timescape overlay available, and praised Exmor R 8 megapixel camera has a sensor.

From the look of it, the Munchkin is just a couple of things, including the high price that it would be possible to give. That the case? Read Sony Ericsson XPERIA-ray, we tried to solve this puzzle is our contribution to you ...

For a small touch-screen smartphone, Sony Ericsson Xperia-ray are almost the perfect size, not to get used to your hands if you have lost, and was a regular at the event here. There is a one-out smartphone thinnest phone from 0.37 "(9.4 mm) and only 3.53 ounces (100 grams) and the spring, we noticed that its size Xperia ray hand and is very comfortable -. Not only thumb Since language is an anteater, if anywhere.
A large part of the agreement between the positive, ie, 3.3 "LCD screen, and Sony Ericsson does not skimp decorate level of detail of the image, 480x854 pixels screen Xperia radius cuts, you have a relatively high resolution. Connection with density back pocket calculator pixels 297ppi, 300ppi threshold, is just shy. This threshold currents of 326 ppi, Steve Jobs iPhone 4 Retina display, and more seen as a normal human eye can not see the individual pixels 300ppi about 10-12 cm s 'each other, dass

Xperia as arches, Sports, Sony Ericsson Xperia-ray on a wide range of viewing angles, contrast or brightness from one end only to see an edit screen. On the average brightness and visibility, as well as a feeling of some very good, and said that the best LCD screen, we found a small jet Xperia far. This only that, it shines with a very attractive phone, you can download the latest version of Android - Gingerbread 2.3, but add 8 megapixel Exmor R sensor, LED and video camera on the back (yes, not a flash, the hand must be on), finally, Sony Ericsson Xperia arc of his virtues, we will have a Contender significant category.

Sony Ericsson Xperia arc-like sport-ray Xperia front, a VGA camera for video chat, but it had something to give to the HDMI port. There are also applications for the user-ROM, 300 MB and a 4GB microSD card in the Sony Ericsson Xperia Xperia line-ray package. The first new design, has a huge semicircle businesses a physical home button, and the two wings at the center of the capacitive type. The design and the previous view, has been used to hold a sheet above the buttons below to be in order, dare we say that it is better.

The result is a very elegant design - red on the front of the device in order, but at the same time opportunities for cheerful, pink, white, black and gold. It 's really a better person to work with us in the press shots, but that does not meet the glossy front of the phone. Smartphone design-conscious love every option and / or the female heart, plus offers the functionality. The only thing I do not like the part at the top left, and is a little 'uncomfortable with the cable connected to the phone to the micro USB port.

A Look At Android's Home Screens - From Cupcake To Ice Cream Sandwich

2011-12-16T07:28:00.000-08:00

Oh, Android. How far have we come since the days of G1. In fact, tomorrow marks, 22 October, three years, was the day on Android phones in the U.S. consumer, and the T-Mobile G1 was Concepcion.

Released with Ice Cream Sandwich Android has finally gone through her seventh major iteration. Android How has it changed? What better way to illustrate the development of your Android home screen, the center of interaction with the user. Here is a look at the face of Android in the last three years.

Android 1.5 : Cupcake

Cupcake was the first step in what was, at the time that Google recently acquired mobile operating system Android. While Android 1.0 has been in the G1 introduced at the launch marks the first version of Android Cupcake is now well known (with things like a keyboard!), And also the start of system code used Google on the name for the versions of the operating system . Therefore we thought it best to start here.

Android 1.6 : Donut

Donut has been studied extensively under the hood for Android, and provided support for the CDMA network, text, voice, a function greatly improved and modernized research examines not only the Internet, but the phone also. Small visual changes (such as a color brighter notification bar) were carried out, but overall it seemed very similar to that of the cupcake.

Android 2.1 : Eclair

Android Eclair was the first renovation since its acquisition by Google. On the tray from the old application, wallpaper presented live, all symbols have been replaced, and Android has just begun to see much better. Points were added to the main screen and the menus have been improved, and overall performance.

Android 2.2 : Froyo

Android Froyo brought quickly launch icons for the bookmark and check the box next to the browser application and the addition of search menu widget for selecting type of research. Froy was estimated to improve performance and includes important changes that accelerated backend for the user experience and Android applications in particular.

Android 2.3 : Gingerbread

Gingerbread was originally intended a "great" visual update to the Android. In fact, it's more of a polished boots. Gingerbread has finally the ugly bar, black message about the age for which you will end up seeing. Also launch icons were changed, and the outlines of the entire operating system color was green and black, elegant menu that changes orange lights changed. It was also the introduction of the cathode-style TV screen at a constant radius, which was absolutely incredible. Gingerbread has many other improvements, as well done - that the important updates for Google applications, and performance improvements. Oh, and a new keyboard.

Android 3.0 : Honeycomb

Honeycomb is probably as a springboard to bigger and better things Android pointing out - the idea never gained much traction. However, Google kind of design in this way. Honeycomb was a source of more or less closed and was never designed to run on mobile phones. So in reality was not like any other version of Android. But clearly, the details of design and interface functions of the Tablet OS on the development of the ice cream sandwich made concentrated, so it is worth mentioning, at least.

Android 4.0 : Ice Cream Sandwich

Ice Cream Sandwich marks the biggest change from Visual Android Eclair. In fact, there are a lot more. Function keys of the software. Brand new icons. A source for a new system, the colors and reorganized menus. Ice Cream Sandwich is what Windows 7 to XP - which kind of works the same way, but now you can say, if there were big changes. And we love it. ICS also offers a number of improvements in hardware acceleration, new Google applications and a variety of other things. There are so many things that this update would not just try to cram everything into one paragraph.
