A Neutral Hue- Everyday EyeLook

Not even words can evince how much I love my neutral eye make up. I swear by it..
Purrrrfect for the 'I-feel-gloomy-lazy-days'
& probably that equals to everyday for me !!
I'm a little timid & a coy when it comes to experimenting with vibrant makeup looks...
Still learning... Giving it a whirl !! && will render you'll some fun colorful looks soon !

Now on to the tutorial !!!

Step 1: Prep your eyes by applying an eyeshadow base/ primer.
(It will make your eyeshadows stay on for longer and make the colors stand out more.)

Step 2: Apply a medium beige color all over your lids.
(It will act as a transition color from soft beige to brown )

Step 3: Apply a soft brown color on the outer 'V'of your eyes with a pencil brush.
(It will give your eyes more definition.)

Step 4: Blend the soft brown color with a fluffy blending brush.
(The harsh line should get blended into a nice fade.)

Step 5: Apply a dark brown (or a black if you like) with some slight shimmer on the crease.
(This will add more depth into the hollow of your eyes.)

Step 6: Blend ! Blend ! Blend !

Step 7: Finish the look by applying a black liquid/gel liner & your fav mascara.

& Now some black liner only on the outer 3rd of your lower water line.

I haven't started working yet (chronicals of a student) but i have pretty much decided to add a twist to typical formal clothing outlook ! Make it distinct..

Brûnos Hue (GNO Outfit)

I woke up today morning a little too enthusiastic...It's definately one of the 'surpassing-the-ordinary' kinda morning. Solely because I sacked out for 12 long hours & NO.. I'm not jobless for having done that.
After 3 weeks of slogging hard and all the disseratation, I think I pretty much needed to unplugg and sleep like a log :p

So anyway.. Now that all the zeal's starting to scoot back.
I'm back on my blog with a new outfit of the day post..
It reminds me of Britney Spears Songs Lace & Leathers.. It's a funky one :p
We all need to let loose and have some fun, don't we girls ?
Here's my idea of a *Girl's-night-out outfit*.. (so fall-ish)

I decided to play around with 2 different textures : Leather & Lace
Lace is definately big for fall and when paired with leather pants.. the lady like classic makes a big statement
Above, lace helps tone down leather’s severity, which makes for a hot evening ensemble that doesn’t scream “ Kardashian's much??"

Fall Essence

Extreme Heat (that can make u sweat like a pig x5)
Moderate cold &&
Extreme rainfall (that surely can cause flooding)
hese are the 3 primary seasons that i've have lived through in my almost 2 decades of life, pretty much....
Not that any expression of disapprobation can change any of these... && probably there's a reason behind all of this...
Each state experience is a different weather...
Fall, Autumn, Spring etc etc
If end of summer means commencement of fall (that's what if have thought since i was a child... && if i'm wrong then please tell me.. I need to set my facts straight.)
So anyway.. It's still hot and not 'oh-so-cold-let's-wear-sweaters-and-boots' kinda weather here where i stay but still I got inspired to put together this outfit...
Solely cuz of my love for chunky sweaters, layering and booties and warm toned lippies hit with jeans or leggings.

youtube's another place where i've been so hooked to... Not that i make any video (deep down inside, i wish i did but I'm sucha moxie ..err)
I love watching video on youtube... be it fashion, beauty, hauls, Diy's, Funny, skits or any darn thing.

Another thing i've been enjoying is watching Keeping up with the Kardashians and Pretty little liars (back 2 back on Zcafe in the evenings!!!)
And guys let me tell u ... IF u don't watch these then what the freaking hell are you doing ?

NowwwGo Go Go and watch them !!
Its a package of drama, thrill, fun, suspense, goofyness and a ton of more stuff..

I could go on & on & on & on & on & on & onnnnnnnn...

But for 2day lets say it's enough !!

Tribal--this word for me relates to something ethnic and exotic.
I have been simply loving the playful mix of strong, graphic prints, vibrant patterns.
No longer must we stick to boring block colors.. Let's indulge into this trend.
And if you aren't a fan of overpowering prints.. you can still rock this trend by accessoring wisely.

HOW TO:
1. Go for a bright top with colorful patterns but minimal accessories.
2. Tribal scarfs as headtie/ headband.
3. Layer with tribal bangles.
4. Simple trend-on bag or a clutch.
5. Layering a printed romper with basic crop.
6. Tribal sandals to spice up your basic shorts and tee.

Remember :-Avoid tribal overkill by keeping it to a minimum and appropriate.

THE LITTLE BLACK DRESS ADORNS CROP-TOPS.

So all of you fashionista's know that ...any fashion guru/stylist swears by having the 'little black dress' in your wardrobe. Atleast one ladies ? if not a dozen...

It's a staple for your evening and cocktail parties ..girls night out and several other occasions.
Intended to be versatile, affordable, accessible to the widest market possible.
The list could never cease to end.
So I decided ..Y not inco-operate this pretty darn piece into our casual look ?

Grabbed the pretty thing ..
And i snapped up a crop top, layered it above our pretty black piece
This way u don't reveal your skin or risk showing off more skin than u want to.

NEWSPAPER NAIL ART

1. Newspaper Cuttings (Random)

2. Nail Filer

3.Nail polish Remover

4.Rubbing Alcohol (Can be found at the chemist)

5. Cotton swabs

6. Clear Top Coat

7.Maybelline Colorama Nailpolish (or any nude color)

THE LOOK THAT WE R GOING FOR

PREP AND FILE YOUR NAILS

(clearly these ain't my nails..i don't own this picture)

APPLY YOUR TRANSPARENT BASE COAT
(these are mine :/ don't judge me :p)

PRECISELY APPLY 2 COATS OF YOUR NUDE COLOR NAILPOLISH

TAKE A SMALL PIECE (a little bigger than your nailbed) OF THE NEWSPAPER.

AND WET IT WITH THE RUBBING ALCOHOL like so (not dripping wet)

IMMEDIATELY PLACE IT ON YOUR NAIL AND PRESS IT

(carefull not to move ..else the print can smudge)

YOU CAN USE A COTTON SWAB FOR RUBBING THE ALCOHOL

N PRESSING THE PAPER ON YOUR NAILS

(for around 30 secs)

(but i use my finger for best results)

THEN RELEASE AND REMOVE IT.

APPLY YOUR TOP COAT !!!

AND YOU'RE DONE !!!!!

Mint green and turquoise happen to be my other favorite colors too (off recently)
I know alot of you girls love it too :)
Way in the past .. like rewind a good 3-4 years I never considered these colors for a garment of clothing
Lately I realised, 'ey r surprisingly versatile and so refreshing on the eyes.
(Mint chocolates and ice creams are yumm umm nomm too )
So why not inco-orporate the color mint green into your outfit and treat yours as well as other ppl eyes :P

Of course that was easier said than done because to actually find a lovely mint green clothing was and still is so damn hard.
Yus, I don't have much of this color in my wardrobe, just a top or a skirt here and there and ofcourse accessories, nail lacquer..they are easier to grab/find (Hunt for a perfect dress continues)
But anywayyyy...
