Abstract&lt;br /&gt;
Great leader and a brilliant achievers believe that he himself created his world. Genesis was good or bad is they who created it. "I was responsible with this incident" they said. But if you think otherwise that everything happens for a victim of circumstance, then you put yourself as an object rather than subject. So what happens you will suffer and not think, behind the failure was still a chance.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Responsible is a measure of maturity of a leader. Responsible to lead men to trust their leaders that can cause tremendous synergy. John F. Kennedy is one such leader. When an incident Bay of Pigs, which is a crime that should never have happened, he said to the American people that the incident is under his responsibility. When it was spoken to the people, the Kennedy changed from politician to be a true leader. Kennedy did what he had done every great leader. "Those who are responsible is in power and those who avoid the responsibility that is not powerless" said Anthony Robbins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
My experience as a leader in one of the small of my small company was also taught that the responsibility can actually solve the problem. When one small institution which I led, the students held a demonstration for me to dismiss three of my employees who act arrogant to them, then I say to students who demonstrate it. First, I thank you because the students care about this institution and this institution is willing to become better in the ministry. Secondly, I acknowledge my responsibility for the employee. If the students do want to get fired so before being fired, I was ready to be fired first. Then the students said that was not my preferred, but these three employees.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
"To fire the employee for me as a leader easy, living made SK layoffs, but the third employee is a source of family income. If I fired, how his wife, son and how they support his family. Especially now in a crisis situation to get a new job they must have trouble "I replied. People who are intellectually smart is not often the most successful people in business and in their personal lives, Mayer and Salovey wrote in his book The Intelligence of Emotional Intelelligence based on survey results. According to Daniel Goleman, emotional intelligence includes self awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. Self-awareness of emotional awareness, accurate self-assessment and self-confidence.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To increase awareness of the emotions that must be done is to find out more about yourself and why emotions can occur emotions, aware of the link between feelings with the thought, done and said, knowing how it could affect performance and has a sense of values and personal goals.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To do an accurate self should be aware of the strengths and weaknesses of self, taking the time to reflect and learn from experience, opens with a sincere feedback, willing to accept the perspective is able to show a sense of humor and willing to see ourselves in a broad perspective.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To increase your confidence with a bold look with confidence, dare to declare its existence, the courage to voice unpopular views and willing to sacrifice for the sake of truth, firm, capable of making good decisions in uncertain conditions and depressed.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Self-regulation include self-control, reliable, caution adaptability and innovation. Increased self-control involves managing the increase in feelings of impulsivity and emotions that suppress, think positive, stay firm and not waver even in the most severe situations, think clearly and remain focused while under pressure.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To be more credible to show honesty and integrity, acting with ethics and never embarrass others, improve the reliability and authenticity of self, to admit mistakes and dare to reprove yourself wisely unethical actions and sticking to principles. Increased self-control also involves the ability of reliable and responsible to fulfill its obligation, flexible in handling change and challenges as well as being open to new ideas and new approaches and new information. &lt;div&gt;What do you actually aspire to be viewed as a means to achieve certain feelings, certain emotions or certain conditions. So to achieve what you really aspire only to change your situation. God will not change the fate of a people unless people want to change it themselves.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Similarly God will not change the fate of mankind unless mankind is willing to change themselves. "Change your circumstances, can change your life, because your behavior is not the result of your ability, but the result of your condition" said Anthony Robbins. Changing conditions can be done by changing the physiology, change focus and change submodalitas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You can change by simply changing the physiology of your breathing. In medical science that life is movement, the emotion created by the movement. How do you move your body will produce what you feel. Even small movements in your face, it can shift your feelings at that time. So one key to success is to create a life-changing movements that create confidence, strength, flexibility, personal strength and joy. Parents are really not a matter of age, but the problem is less movement. Lack of a true movement is death. Death is as powerful advice for those who live to do best.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Another way to change the focus of life. The focus is the meeting point of light through the lens. The focus is also the center of attention. Focusing on God's favors giving countless will make you more grateful. Focus to get a job to pay my school cause I was turned down at some companies or institutions continue to abstain desperately keep trying and praying before getting the job. Similarly, focus on where you are headed, not on what you fear. Insha Allah your goals will be achieved.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Changing submodalitas can also change your life. Submodalitas an image, sound, or other sensations that can be specifically modified to increase or reduce the intensity of the experience. The ability to change the feeling depends on the ability to change the submodalitas.&lt;br /&gt;

Feeling sad that we change the feeling pleased with ourselves closer to God. Success is living in a way such that you feel a lot of pleasure and very little pain, but the real success if we can feel pleasure, both the world and the Hereafter.&lt;br /&gt;
