रीट से अप्रैल में होगी 20 हजार शिक्षकों की भर्ती, शिक्षा विभाग की तैयारी शुरू-

जयपुर। राज्य में पहली बार अध्यापक भर्ती एवं पात्रता परीक्षा (रीट) के जरिए अप्रैल में शिक्षकों की भर्ती होगी। शिक्षा विभाग ने इस भर्ती की तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। संभवतया इसके जरिए 20 हजार पदों पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ की जाएगी।

रा=ज्य में आरटेट खत्म होने के बाद रीट के जरिए भर्ती करने की सरकार ने घोषणा की थी। यह भर्ती राजस्थान माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड के माध्यम से होगी। बोर्ड की 10वीं व 12वीं की बोर्ड परीक्षाएं खत्म होने के बाद इस भर्ती की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो सकती है।
शिक्षा विभाग ने राजस्थान माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड को रीट के आयोजन के लिए तैयार रहने के निर्देश दिए हैं। परीक्षा से संबंधित नियम व प्रक्रियाओं को भी पारदर्शी बनाने को कहा गया है ताकि रीट के आयोजन में किसी प्रकार की बाधा उत्पन्न नहीं हो।
शिक्षा राज्यमंत्री वासुदेव देवनानी का कहना है कि पंचायती राज अधिनियम/नियमों में वांछित संशोधन के लिए कार्रवाई होने तक माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड द्वारा रीट के आयोजन से संबंधित तैयारियां पूरी रखने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
अधिकारी पारदर्शिता अपनाते हुए इस प्रकार से तैयारी रखें कि बाद में भर्ती में किसी प्रकार की बाधा उत्पन्न नहीं हो। देवनानी ने बताया कि ऐसी उम्मीद है कि आगामी महीने तक परीक्षाओं के आयोजन से संबंधित प्रक्रियाओं को पूर्ण कर लिया जाएगा।
शिक्षा राज्य मंत्री ने बताया कि रीट परीक्षा प्राप्तांकों के आधार पर मेरिट तैयार होगी और चयनितों को नियुक्तियां दी जाएगी। जिलेवार योग्यता सूची के लिए अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति के लिए वरीयता क्रम में जिलों की सूची अनिवार्य रूप से आवेदन पत्र में दर्शानी होगी
