&amp;nbsp;Този пост е за такива като мен, които са мързеливи, свидливи, свадливи и малко си падат клюкарки. Пък и искат да изпъкнат пред домашните си, като много работливи. &amp;nbsp;Имам си трима мъже у дома, трябва да поддържам имидж, и честно казано малко &amp;nbsp;хитрувам, за да бъдат нахранени. &amp;nbsp;За хитрините друг път, сега за тортата.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Първо правя блат, за по мързеливите и два готови ви вършат чудесна работа.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; Блат:&lt;br /&gt;
Разбивате с миксер 5 яйца с 1 чаена &amp;nbsp;чаша захар до побеляване. Добавяте 1 1\2 &amp;nbsp;чаена чаша брашно смесено с 1 пакетче бакпулвер, разбърквате внимателно с лопатка или лъжица. Печете в подходяща намаслена тава на 180 градуса до суха клечка. Когато е готов го разрязвате през средата с дълъг нож. Ама преди да го разрежете го надупчете, за да поеме от крема.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; Крем - некрем:&lt;br /&gt;
1 чаена чаша плътно светло сладко или мармалад - аз използвах от праскови, се пасира с 1 чаена чаша кисело мляко.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Сглобявате тортата, като разделяте крема на две части. Разпределяте го между блатовете и върху тортата. Отгоре гарнирате с нарязани орехи разбъркани с малко захар. Може да използвате, кокосови стърготини или други ядки. &amp;nbsp;Оставете я поне няколко часа в хладилника. Най е вкусна на другият ден.&lt;br /&gt;

1 чаена лъжичка сол&lt;/div&gt;

1 чаена лъжичка соев сос&lt;/div&gt;

2 супени лъжици оцет&lt;/div&gt;

Сварените и отцедени воденички се нарязват във форма по желание, краставицата също. Объркват се с накълцаният чесън и копър. Останалите продукти се разбиват в купа с тел или вилица и се изсипват върху салатата. Обърква се и се изчаква 15-20 минути преди сервиране.&lt;/div&gt;

Лесно и много приятно ястие.&lt;br /&gt;
Необходими са:&lt;br /&gt;
250 грама &amp;nbsp;кайма смесена с чаена лъжичка чубрица, три супени лъжици ориз и малко черен пипер.&lt;br /&gt;
400 грама грах от консерва, 2 глави лук, един средно голям морков, 300 милилитра доматена консерва и 200 милилитра вода. 4 супени лъжици олио и 50 грама кашкавал.&lt;br /&gt;
На дъното на съда за печене се разстила нарязаният лук, морков и грах. От каймата се оформят кюфтенца и се боцват върху зеленчуците. Изсипва се &amp;nbsp;доматената консерва и водата. Посипва се отгоре олиото и се пече до извиране на течността наполовина. Отгоре се настъргва кашкавала и се връща в фурната да се разтопи. Сол не се слага, продуктите са достатъчно солени.Каймата е според предпочитанията.&lt;br /&gt;

Колко сме капризни дамите, не знам. Бих казала, че господата са капризни, а дамите изискващи и сътворяващи :) &amp;nbsp;Истината е, че сладкишът е доста вкусен.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;За блата продуктите се добавят в следния ред:: 4 жълтъка, 1 ч.ч. &amp;nbsp;захар, 1\2 ч.ч. олио, 1 ч.ч. кисело мляко с угасена в него 1 ч.л. сода и две чаши брашно. Изпича се на 180 - 200 градуса в намаслена и набрашнена тава.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Още топъл се надупчва с клечка за зъби и се залива с едно бурканче конфитюр от ягоди или друго сладко.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;4 белтъка с 4 с.л. захар се разбиват на сняг. Сместа се изсипва върху сладкото. Сладкиша се връща във фурната, за запичане на белтъците.&lt;br /&gt;
Консумира се добре охладен, най - добре на следващия ден.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Мислех да напиша поредната рецепта, но не мога да сдържа! Не си обяснявам, какво става с нас хората! Всичко около нас е лесно и достъпно, имаме евтини или скъпи хобита, вещи, придобивки. Всеки се разстила според чергата си. Всеки от нас среща и се бори с неговите проблеми. Толкова сме се вманиачили в тях, че забравяме да бъдем хора. Жалко за нас, жалко за всичко което сме постигнали като вид!&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Болно ми е когато ни заливат новини за жестокости направени от деца. Нали повечето родители твърдим, че децата са най - важни в нашия живот. Но вместо да ги прегърнем и разберем ги обграждаме със скъпи вещи и занимания, за да си купим по този начин малко спокойствие и да притъпим чувството за вина.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Вината за жестоките деца я носим ние! Толкова сме свикнали да приемаме жестокостта, че я подминаваме като поредната криминална новина. Затворете очи и си представете как убивате човек с чук. Стегна ли ви гърлото, почуствахте ли тежест в гърдите?&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; Това се поднася ежедневно като информация. И лошите и добрите новини ги правим ние, но са по интересни и обсъждани лошите. Превърнали сме се в едни мрънкащи и вечно недоволни хора. Губим способността си да виждаме красивото и доброто. Губим вярата, а с нея си отива и надеждата.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Декември е последният месец от годината. Изгубихме почти една година &amp;nbsp;живеейки по този начин. Нека да си подарим един месец на Надеждата! Надеждата, не че ще се промени света около нас, а че ние самите ще станем по добри хора.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Готовите сарми се нареждат в глинен гювеч, между тях се слагат &lt;u&gt;два дафинови листа&lt;/u&gt; и &lt;u&gt;черен&lt;/u&gt; &lt;u&gt;пипер&lt;/u&gt; на зърна. Залива се с една&amp;nbsp;&lt;u&gt;консерва от домати&lt;/u&gt;&amp;nbsp;в буркан тип Омния &amp;nbsp;и &lt;u&gt;100 мл. олио&lt;/u&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Гювеча се слага в студена фурна. Загрява се за 20 минути в силна фурна и след това се готви на 150 градуса за 2 -3 часа докато почти поемат течността.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Вече готови се заливат с още &lt;u&gt;100 мл. олио&lt;/u&gt; и се запичат до зачервяване&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Ако ви е останала малко тиква в хладилника и почти нищо друго, може да се отсрамите с него.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Нужно е само - 300 грама настъргана тиква, една опаковка майонеза "Краси", чаша захар, две чаши брашно, чаена лъжичка канела и чаена лъжичка сода угасена с лъжица оцет . От посочените продукти забърквате гъсто кексово тесто. Изпичате го на 180 градуса до покафеняване. Върху горещия сладкиш разтопявате лъжица масло или маргарин и една лъжица мед. Поръсвате със смлени орехи.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Тези дни всеки се интересува от тикви, вещици вампири и други същества. Поради големия интерес към моята особа, реших да ви разкажа, какво ще сготви баба ви Яга. Искам да ви кажа, че тук в гората тикви няма, затова ще прескочим този задължителен елемент. На лято събирам треволяци, затова ще ви сготвя лапад. В камерата на хладилника имам замразен, имам и малко свинско за всеки случай, че тука хора не минават често. Не се учудвайте, аз си имам и телевизор, и интернет. От там разбрах, че тези дни човеците се маскират като мен и затова сега не ходя сред тях, защото не мога да ги сплаша. Иначе откъде ще знам, че имам &amp;nbsp;празник.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;И така, запалвам печката и слагам чувена, Като загрее, сипвам олио да покрия дъното. Слагам една глава лук и месото от прасенце. Като зацвърчи завъртам няколко пъти с дървената лъжица и сипвам една шепа ориз. Пак го завъртам и слагам малко червен пипер и пак въртя. Вземам две шепи лапад и слагам водица около два литра. Посолявам, и чакам да заври. Къкри докато се свари месото. Баба ви поръсва малко джоджен накрая.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Моята приятелка Милена сподели за тази торта. Наложило и се набързо да надроби, като за попара блата. Получил се е много чаровен, ароматен и вкусен резултат.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Приготвя се от два готови блата, може и някой изсъхнал, забравен кекс, мисля си, че и с маслени бисквити ще се получи. &amp;nbsp;Необходим е и един литър млечен крем - ванилия или най - обикновено нишесте овкусено с две есенции ром и малко масло.По около 100 грама целувки и ореховки и 50 грама кокосови стърготини.&lt;br /&gt;
В подходяща тавичка или купа се надробява единият блат. Залива се с половината крем, Отгоре се надробяват ореховките, целувките и накрая останалия блат. Залива се с другата половина от крема. Наръсва се обилно с кокосовите стърготини. Доукрасих я с&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #990000;"&gt; &lt;a href="http://pep-4o.blogspot.com/2010/08/blog-post_8667.html"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #990000;"&gt;доматеното сладко на Пепчо&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Задължително трябва да престои в хладилника едно денонощие, ако избързате пак е вкусна, ама ще я хапвате под формата на попара. Ама вкусна попара :))&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;До скоро не можех да ги правя - омекваха много бързо. Докато не разбрах Тайната - докато втасват трябва да са запечатани. Вече ги хапваме и лятото, и зимата благодарение на В..&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Нужни са ни краставички може и да са позасъхнали - още по добре. Един трилитров бъркан, три лъжици морска сол, семена от копър, няколко необелени и смачкани склидки чесън, лозови листа и две три люти чушки.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Краставичките, чушките и склидките чесън се пущат в буркана, добавят се трите лъжици сол, и семената копър заливат се с вода, най - отгоре се поставят лозовите листа. Запечатват се добре, и се оставят на слънчево, но не пряко огрято място - аз ги слагам между саксиите на терасата. Стават за три - четири дни. Нужно е всеки ден да се разклащат.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Ако се правят за зимнина в бурканите се добавят три лъжици водка или ракия.&lt;br /&gt;

Прави се през август - времето, когато се варят лютеници и други доматени сосове. Често съвпада с онези почивни дни, когато приготвяме по цял ден на огнището лютеница. Този път беше малко по рано на 13 август, затова не беше тя, а компоти от праскови и мариновани краставички, на които в суматохата забравихме да им сложим захар. След това в жарта опекохме любимият патладжан. Разбира се, всичко стана много набързо, за да остане време за празника.&lt;br /&gt;
На фестивала на чушките и доматите, стопаните излагат продукцията си по атрактивен начин.&lt;br /&gt;

Освен пълните джобове със зелени джанки, раните по коленете, скитането с колелетата, тази чорба ми е спомен от лятото на село. Много ми беше вкусна, когато събрала слънцето и умората, я излапвах набързо :))&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Вземете две шепи зелен боб - около 300 грама, една шепа зелени сливи, една глава чесън, няколко стръка копър, сол и оцет на вкус.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Във вряща вода около литър и половина, сложете солта и след това фасула и джанките. Варете до готовност. Добавете нарязаните чесън и копър. Махнете от огъня. Подправете с оцет. Супата трябва да бъде една идея по кисела и солена , защото се яде студена. Мисля, че е много подходяща за летните жеги.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Необходими са 400 грама вишни почистени от дръжките, 5 лъжици захар, може и повече, малко лимон и разбира се вода.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Вишните със захарта се смачкват, добавят се няколко парчета лимон, долива се до литър и половина вода. Оставя се да отлежи няколко часа в хладилника, прецежда се и се сервира.&lt;br /&gt;
Много е лесна, а резултата е очарователен :)&lt;br /&gt;

Става и с обикновен млечен крем, но сладкото е задължително според мен.&amp;nbsp; Тази е е с&lt;span style="color: #990000;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://kokosharnik.blogspot.com/2010/09/blog-post_03.html" style="color: #990000;"&gt;ябълково сладко&lt;/a&gt; смесено с малко канела. Отгоре обилно е гарнирана с орехи разбъркани с малко захар.&lt;br /&gt;

Моля за извинение! Когато боледува близък човек, се отразява на всички. А когато поради лекарска немарливост, за малко да го изгубиш, всичко се преобръща.&amp;nbsp; За щастие се намират и добри лекари, за да оправят чужди грешки.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Започнах да усещам че наближава Великден, едва сега. Поисках и у дома да замирише на празник.&lt;br /&gt;
За този козунак използвах като мярка чаша от 150 мл. Необходими са: половин кубче прясна мая, 1 чаша кисело мляко, половин чаша олио, половин чаша захар, щипка сол, кората на един лимон, едно яйце, половин килограм брашно, по желание супена лъжица течен подсладител -аз използвах, защото исках да е сладък. Съставките се слагат според инструкцията на машината. Програмата е за обикновен хляб. Брашното може да варира, при мен беше точно половин килограм. При сигнала може да се добавят ядки и стафиди. Аз изчаках и преди да започне да втасва, извадих тестото и бъркалката, разделих го на три фитила които напълних с парченца шоколад, сплетох ги и върнах козунака в контейнера. Това е резултата :)&lt;br /&gt;

Бях изпаднала в тези състояния, когато човек е разконцентриран. От толкова много мисли в главата, забравяш какво щеше да кажеш или прибираш разни дрехи в хладилника, вършиш куп глупости и просто се чудиш на акъла си. В такъв случай казвам, че получавам сигнали от "кораба майка".&lt;br /&gt;
В един такъв унес бях приготвила пилешки дробчета за готвене накиснати във вода и малко оцет. Понеже времето не ми достига, а освен това не ми се занимаваше с разни други начини за приготвяне, ги отцедих, сложих ги в една тава, обърках ги с малко олио, сол и черен пипер и ги сложих в силно загрята фурна. Дотук всичко е наред.&lt;br /&gt;
Отидох да ги проверя на какво положение са. Видях че са започнали да цвърчат..... и изключих фурната. С ясното съзнание, че вече съм ги забравила и прегорила&amp;nbsp; след 10 минути отидох да ги извадя.... &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; От този ден започнах да ги правя. В тава разстилам отцедените пилешки дробчета, поръсвам сол и черен пипер, добавям малко олио. Слагам ги в силно загрята фурна, когато започнат да цвърчат ги оставям за пет минути и след това изключвам фурната след десет минути са готови. За всеки случай пробвам с вилица вътрешността им трябва да е съвсем леко розова. Докато ги сервирам те се досготвят допълнително.&lt;br /&gt;

Всяко тесто за питка става много по вкусно на кифлички. Освен това, всеки обича да си вземе малка сладка хапчица, специално за него. Също така ми е много забавно да гледам как малкия си ги хапва без отхапване, а целите ги набутва по диагонал в устата.&lt;br /&gt;
Рецептата на тестото е за питка със сирене, тайната съставка е една ванилия, от най обикновените в хартиена опаковка.&lt;br /&gt;
Замесва се от половин чаша прясно мляко мляко, половин чаша олио, четвърт кубче мая, едно яйце, ванилия, една супена лъжица захар, чаена лъжица сол и половин килограм брашно. Месих в машината за хляб.&lt;br /&gt;
Плънката е от един разбит на сняг белтък с 250 грама натрошено сирене. Жълтъка се използва за намазване. Оформям малки кифлички &lt;a href="http://kokosharnik.blogspot.com/2010/10/blog-post_15.html"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #660000;"&gt;по този начин&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;. Изпичам в умерена фурна до зачервяване.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Някои хора предпочитат чисто месо за готвене на фурна, но аз харесвам месото с кости. Според мен, по добре се овкусява и костите допълнително обогатяват бульона. За тази рецепта са нужни големи парчета месо. Може да е свинско, агнешко, ярешко, телешко. В случая е ярешко- част от котлета.&amp;nbsp; За един килограм месо е нужно килограм лук, 2-3 лъжици олио, чаена лъжица червен пипер, супена лъжица чубрица, смлян черен пипер и сол на вкус, чаша червено вино и 5-6 маслини.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;В тефлонов тиган се слага малко мазнина и месото. Парчетата се запържват от всички страни до образуването на коричка.&lt;br /&gt;

На дъното на дълбока и тясна тавичка се изсипва част от лука, отгоре парчетата месо и маслините. Месото се покрива с останалия лук, залива се с равни части вино и вода до средата съда.&lt;br /&gt;

Покрива се с капак или фолио и се пече за около два часа, до готовност. Когато месото започне да се отделя от костите, се изважда и обезкостява. Тавичката се връща за около половин час без капак във фурната, за да се запече. Отгоре може да се настърже кашкавал.&lt;br /&gt;

Докато не почерпих колежките си.&amp;nbsp; След това разбрах, че тези питки се носят на скоро раждали жени, за да ги подкрепят, но и да им напомнят, че вече не са света вода ненапита :))&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Тестото е обикновено: Една кофичка кисело мляко, чаена лъжичка сода, малко сол, две яйца и брашно за средно твърдо тесто. Може да се замрази част от него, защото стават много.&amp;nbsp; Тези съм ги правила от замразено тесто. Разточва се кора дебела най-много половин сантиметър. Разрязва се на триъгълници.&lt;br /&gt;

Ако има нужда се изтънява в краищата с ръце. Ъгълчето се промушва през дупката. Добре е да ги направите предварително всички мекици, защото много бързо се пържат.&lt;br /&gt;

Такаа... Вземам пилешко месо и го сварявам, обезкостявам и отделям от бульона.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

В дълбока тенджера сипвам малко олио и добавям зеленчуците. Когато започнат леко да цвърчат изсипвам една чаша доматен сок. Така не се пържат, а задушават.&lt;br /&gt;

Прибавяте половин чаена лъжичка червен пипер, разбърквате и добавяте прецедения бульон. Идва ред на камъчетата.... пардон, пилето. Сварете до готовност зеленчуците. Докато ври супата сложете фиде и някаква зелена подправка-целина, магданоз, девисил.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Когато е готова се маха от котлона. Трябва да престои в покой около 15 минути. През това време се разбива добре с телена бъркалка едно яйце. След като супата е леко изстинала, се прибавя по малко от горещата течност и се разбърква енергично с телта. Целта е яйцето да се пресече, но да бъде на съвсем малки частици. Добавя се няколко пъти, така че сместа с яйцето да стане толкова гореща, колкото супата. Изсипва се&amp;nbsp; в тенджерата, разбърква се и супата е готова.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; Заливането на зеленчуците с доматен сок или консерва при задушаване "откраднах" от една баба, на която често гостувах. А застройката с яйце знам от моята баба, само че тя добавяше и лъжица оцет към яйцето.&lt;br /&gt;

Първо искам да се похваля, че най младият човек от семейството вече не е кърмаче. За компенсация показа всичките си магарешки номера. Това малко торнадо, подтичва от стая в стая и "прави геройски бели". Добре, че батко му го гледа, когато няма да учи, за да има мама малко спокойствие. Сега е един такъв момент.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;На тази рецепта най после и дойде времето. Досега съм срещала само замразен пангасиус, често&amp;nbsp; с доста "глазура". Затова го оставям да се размрази добре, например от вечерта. След това&amp;nbsp; го отцеждам от останалата вода върху домакинска хартия. Ако се пропусне бавното размразяване и отцеждането, когато печете пангасиуса, ще пусне доста вода и вместо печен ще е варен.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Така оформените филета се посоляват и поръсват с черен пипер. Върху тях се поставя плътно тънко нарязана пушена шунка или немазен бекон.Върху рибката&amp;nbsp; се разпределя нарязан лук, маслини без костилки и парченца кашкавал.&lt;br /&gt;

Филетата се навиват с плънката&amp;nbsp; и се слагат в намазнена тавичка с края надолу. Изпичат се в умерена фурна до зачервяване.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Последният път когато правих по този начин пангасиус го гарнирах с печено кисело зеле.&lt;br /&gt;
Така приготвено зелето се ползва като самостоятелно ястие, като гарнитура и като заготовка за зеле с ориз. За последното само се добавя ориз и вода.&lt;br /&gt;

След това добре се изцежда, поставя се в тавичка, нарязва се една глава лук по желание, и се залива с 100 милилитра олио. Разбърква се с една лъжица червен пипер, слага се в умерена фурна. Изпича се до зачервяване. Ние го харесваме препечено.&lt;br /&gt;

Много често я правя с филе от херинга. Нужно е да имате хладилник, малко морска сол, ябълков оцет, олио и търпение. Може да си купите бутилка водка, да я сложите на вратата на хладилника "да отлежава" и да ви индуцира за положената риба, която се маринова.&lt;br /&gt;
Почистената херинга се наръсва с морска сол и се оставя покрита в хладилника за два три дена. Забележете, че не се покрива, а обилно се поръсва с морска сол. След като отлежи, се измива поставя се отново в подходящ съд и се покрива с една част ябълков оцет и една част вода. Целта е да се овкуси от оцета, костите да омекнат и да се изкисне от солта. Отново за няколко дни трябва да отлежи.&lt;br /&gt;
В дълбок тиган се загрява около чаша олио. В горещата мазнина се слага обелена и срязана на две глава лук, два три дафинови листа и черен пипер на зърна около супена лъжица. Когато лукът покафенее се изважда. В така овкусеното горещо олио се овалват филетата и се нареждат в подходящ съд, аз използвам буркани или дълбоки кутии за храна. Между тях поставям дафиновия лист и зърната черен пипер.   Напълнените съдове се доливат с олиото. Ако&amp;nbsp; не достигне, се долива с ново обгорено олио с глава лук. Отлежава най малко една седмица, най добре две.&lt;br /&gt;
Дано и водката ви да е останала, аз не я обичам много, но с тази рибка добре се връзва :)&lt;br /&gt;
