LONDON: Introducing the Fazaia housing project in Karachi, the biggest trade hub of Pakistan, Syed Shoaib Saleem, MD, Fazaia Housing Scheme has invited countrymen to invest in the project to ensure their investment safe and profitable.

Addressing the launch of PAF’s project in London on Friday, he highlighted the various aspects of the housing scheme, the first of its nature within the country.

“Pakistan Air Force is the name of trust and responsibility and their investment in PAF’s account would be hundred percent safe and there is no apprehension or danger of ‘Qabza mafia’ about which the complaints are reportedly common."

Keeping in view the success of Fazaia Site 1 and demand for quality and safe living, Pakistan Air Force (PAF) embarked upon developing a Fazaia Site 2. Here it is important to mention that Fazaia Site 1 is abutting Dream World Resort, which is the most popular resort of not only for the populace of Karachi but also for that of the Pakistan. Therefore, serenity of the environs made Fazaia Site 1 an instant hit among the elite and masses alike!

Accordingly, after much thought and planning, Pakistan Air Force (PAF) came up with Fazaia Site 2, whose magnitude is quite grand in scale and manner as it was planned not just for the Pakistan Air Force personnel but also for civilians, especially expatiate Pakistanis.

The initial balloting for allotment of Fazaia Site 2 was over subscribed and there was a pressure from the overseas Pakistanis to have the opportunity of booking a residence in Fazaia, therefore, Fazaia came up with the idea of constructing an Overseas Block, but with a separate boundary. There is a plan to develop a Lake inside the Overseas Block as well.

Fazaia Site 2 comprises of 400 acres and has the Boundary Wall of approx. 7.5 KM, which is fully constructed. Presently development work is taking place at Fazaia Site 2 at a very brisk pace as the higher authorities of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) are overseeing it on a regular basis.
