Is Believing In Eternal Security Essential To Salvation?

John 10:27-29, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.”

God does not give anyone temporary life, He only gives eternal life. Eternal life and eternal security are not two separate doctrines; they are one and the same thing.

I was reading one of Dr. John R. Rice's (1895-1980) books today and read something that didn't set right with me. Here is what the famous evangelist writes:

Is believing in eternal security essential to salvation?

No, the doctrine of eternal security is not essential to salvation. You understand, when I go to the doctor with a desperate illness, it is essential that I go to the right doctor for healing. It is not essential that I know all about the diagnosis of my case, or that I know all the details of the remedy. It is enough that I turn the matter over in loving faith to the doctor. That is the way it is about Jesus Christ. None of us really know all the depths of wickedness of our hearts. We do not know fully the disease which cures us. But we can know we are sinners and we can know we must go to the doctor.

One does not even have to know fully the plan of salvation in order to be saved. You don't have to know the medicine if you go to the right doctor. He will decide the medicine. And even when we take it, by faith, we may not fully understand it.

This is made clear by several Scriptures. First, the Scripture says, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Rom. 10:13). The publican in the temple who said, “God be merciful to me a sinner” (Luke 18:13), may not have known just how God had planned to pay for our salvation. But he called upon the Lord and went home justified.

The dying thief in Luke 23:39-43 said, “Lord remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.” That was a very ignorant prayer, and yet Jesus saved him. The thing for a poor sinner to do is to come to Jesus and if he comes, Jesus does not cast him out, as is plainly promised in John 6:37.

One may be saved without knowing all about the plan of salvation. One can be saved without being even sure of salvation. I went for three years after I had trusted Christ without full assurance of salvation. But I had been saved and when the matter was cleared up by the Scriptures, then it became certain that I had been saved all along. You see, one does not have to be a graduate in theology to be saved. One who comes to Christ is saved. One who calls upon the Lord for salvation is saved. One who believes on Christ as Saviour is saved. These are all different ways of saying the same thing, They all describe how simple is saving faith.

Those who do not understand the matter of security of a believer are missing a great joy, I think, but that has nothing to do with whether or not they are saved. I agree with nearly everything that Dr. Rice wrote, with the exception that someone can deny the eternal security of a believer and still be saved. From Dr. Rice's viewpoint I would agree, if you simply mean that someone lacks the peace of knowing they are saved.

Not Knowing One is Saved Versus Requiring Faithful Living to Maintain a State of Salvation

However, there are many deceived religious people (e.g., Roman Catholics, Seventh-Day Adventists, Jehovah's Witnesses, Church of God, et cetera) who sincerely think you can lose God's gift of salvation if you go into deep sin or abandon your Christian faith. In such cases it is absolutely paramount that someone believe in eternal security to be saved. So, it depends on the reason why someone doubts eternal security as to whether or not it is essential to salvation. Take a look at the damnable false teaching of Seventh-Day Adventists...

Let me state three key premises at the start:

An individual’s ultimate salvation depends on maintaining faith and faithfulness to the end (by which I mean either the individual’s passing or the second advent).

Apostates had a profession of faith in Jesus Christ at one time, but not the possession of faith (i.e., they were never born again). Their mouths spoke something other than what their hearts believed. Apostasy is not loss of salvation, but evidence of past pretension. They were never saved at all. They may have joined a professed “Christian” organization; such as, the Roman Catholic church, but they were never born again.

You don't get saved by living the Christian life. Satan's greatest weapon is to con people into living the Christian life without ever being born again. This is what the false prophets in Matthew 7:21-23 were guilty of doing. They boasted of having done “many wonderful works” in Jesus' name, but they had never completely rested in Christ's sacrifice on the cross for their sins. The true Gospel always points you to CHRIST; a false gospel always points to YOU. If salvation is truly by grace, then you don't need to start or stop anything to be saved. Eternal life is a free gift from God (Romans 6:23). One is saved by God's grace through faith in the finished work of His Son on the cross as payment in full as our pardon for sin.

Dr. Rice Mistitled His Question

It is plain to see from Brother Rice's answer that he is not talking about Eternal Security at all; but rather, someone who sincerely lacks a full understanding of the theological workings of God's plan of redemption, or someone who has doubts about their salvation. In sharp contrast, Eternal Security is the doctrine that once you are saved, you are always saved. This Bible truth is commonly expressed as: “Once Saved, Always Saved” (OSAS).

In my humble opinion, Dr. Rice should have titled his question: “Is Knowing That You're Saved Essential To Salvation?” or “Is Fully Understanding Salvation Essential To The New Birth?” You really do need to believe in Eternal Security to be saved, because if you think salvation depends upon your human efforts, performance or faithfulness in the least degree, you are not fully trusting Christ and are not saved. If you are trusting in Jesus plus water baptism (just in case), you are not saved. You just need to believe that Jesus did it all for you.

If you are trusting in Jesus plus trimming your toe nails once every ten years, you are not saved. I am being facetious of course, but you get the point. Salvation is promised by God only to the sinner who wholly rests in the finished redemptive work of Christ (i.e., the Gospel).

I agree with Dr. Rice from the standpoint that a person can be saved who still doubts their Eternal Security, just so long as they don't trust in their own performance, good works or faithfulness to stay saved. You don't have to believe in Eternal Security in the sense that you don't need to know for sure that you are saved; but this is not Eternal Security, it is Assurance.

People Only See What They Want To See

Isaiah 56:10, “His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.”

The old adage is true: People only see what they want to see.

A ministry friend recently shared his frustration with me in dealing with a Roman Catholic friar. They were debating over Saint Augustine's negative views and comments concerning women. As expected, the Catholic Friar spoke high words of praise in defense of Augustine.

I wrote back to my friend and told him that I go through the same frustrating phenomena with professed Christian clergy all the time, who bizarrely insist that Martin Luther (1483-1546) was a born again Christian, when Luther's catechisms (which were written in 1529, twelve years after his alleged conversion to Christ in 1517) all require Sacramental Salvation to get to Heaven.

Martin Luther Taught That Water Baptism Saves

Tragically, many church pastors and layman alike only see what they want to see. There is nothing more dangerous than the inspired Holy Bible in the hands of an incompetent preacher. Isaiah 56:10, “His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.”

People tend to only see what they want to see due to motivated perception, where our desires and beliefs influence our interpretations of reality. That is to say, we all see through a selfish filter. This can lead to biases in how we process information, often focusing on aspects that align with our preferences, beliefs or expectations. This is why the old adage is true: To the man with a hammer in his hand, everything looks like a nail sticking up.

This phenomenon, called motivated perception, has been explored in psychological research for decades. Indeed, the world as we conceive it in our awareness is not exactly an accurate representation of what it truly is. Our perception is often biased, selective, and malleable. Even our desires can affect what we see by impacting the way we process visual information. READ MORE

In the Bible, the phrase “seeing they see not” refers to people who observe but fail to understand or perceive the truth. This concept is highlighted in Matthew 13:13b, where it states, “because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.” Jesus spoke in parables to reveal the mysteries of the kingdom of God to those who seek the truth, while concealing the truth from those who are indifferent or hostile.

Matthew 13:13-15 “Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.”

One of my favorite Bible teachers at Hyles-Anderson College (where I attended between 1985 to 1993 when I graduated) is Pastor Brad Strand in Texas, who writes:

Parables were given to illustrate doctrine, not to declare it.. In other words, it would be wrong to build a case for some doctrine on the basis of a parable. Parables were designed to teach a heavenly truth and to reveal some kind of character flaw within human nature, not exemplify doctrine. Only two of the forty-one parables given to us by Christ are explained by him (Parable # 5 - Mt 13:18-23 and Parable # 7 - Mt 13:24-30, 36-43), which sets the standard for the interpretation of all parables.

Christ used parables for 2 reasons:

To reveal truth (Mt 13:10-11) - Only the humble and spiritually awakened benefited from parables (Mt 11:25-26). As long as you were willing to admit having character flaws, you were able to benefit from parable
To conceal truth (Mk 4:10-12, Lk 8:9-10 and Acts 28:25-27) - Parables were used to hide truths from unreceptive hearts, which cared more about entertainment than salvation.

NOTE - Because there is no common accepted definition of the parable, it is difficult to say just how many parables are present in the Gospels. The exact number depends on one's definition of a parable. If the word parable is taken to include proverbs, riddles, and simple comparisons as well as those in story form, the number is about sixty in all. If one's interpretation of a parable does not include proverbs, riddles, and simple comparisons as well as those in story form, then Christ gives us a total of 41 parables.

While it is true that many of the Old Testament prophets and saints (righteous men) may not have understood the actual death, burial and resurrection of Christ (Lk 18:34 and 1 Peter 1:10A), it is also true that every Old Testament saint understood the “facts” behind the actual death, burial and resurrection of Christ, and it is the “facts” behind the Gospel that save a person (1 Cor. 15:1). —Pastor Brad Strand, 'The Strand Study Bible' (.PDF); commentary for Matthew 13:10, p. 1494

Bravo! That is beautiful. I bought five copies of The Strand Study Bible (2 new and 3 used). I wanted to get them before they're forever gone! I cannot recommend Brother Strand's study Bible enough. He is a brilliant Bible teacher, a sweet man and I cherish his work for Christ.

It is in our sinful human nature to only see what we want to see, which is why the inspired Scripture says in Proverbs 16:25, “There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”

Pastor Jack Hyles Blew It At The End Of This Sermon

Matthew 13:24-30, “Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.”

I am listening to a needful sermon by Pastor Jack Hyles titled, “The Parable Of The Tares And Wheat.” Our churches today are full of tares (unsaved people). With all the Devil's lies about repenting of your sins, inviting Jesus into your heart, inviting Him to become Lord of your life; and other junk to get to Heaven, it is no wonder why there are so many tares. Jesus made it very clear that the wheat and the tares look identical and you cannot tell them apart. There are lost religious people in churches everywhere today, who have never been born again.

Satan always imitates the real. Have you been born again dear friend? I sincerely hope that you will listen to Brother Hyles' sermon, it is so beautiful. Pastor Hyles mentions pianists, song leaders, deacons, Sunday School teachers, preachers and church members who came forward to be born again, after years of being involved in church.

Dear reader, have you been born again? I didn't ask if you are a member of a church. I didn't ask if you love Jesus. I didn't ask if you have prayed a prayer. I don't want to know if you are a good person. I don't want to know if you are familiar with Christianity. I am asking if you have been born from above by the Holy Spirit of God? You may fool everybody around you here on earth, but you cannot fool the angels and God. I was born again at age 13.

You were born spiritually dead, and so was I (Romans 5:12, Ephesians 2-12). The second death (Revelation 21:8) is not the same thing as being spiritually dead. The second death is to spend eternity burning in Hell (Revelation 20:11-15). Although we were all born spiritually dead (alienated from God), you don't have to die the second death. If you're born once, you die twice; if you're born twice, you die once. Is your name written in the Book of Life?

Since we were born spiritually dead, that is why we all need to be born again for the second time. You get “born again” by coming to God as a guilty sinner and by faith (taking God at His written Word) accepting Christ's sacrificial death on the cross as full payment for your sins, believing that Jesus was buried, but then bodily resurrected from the dead three days later. This is the Gospel according to 1st Corinthians 15:1-6. Your faith in the Gospel equals eternal life. Nothing more is required.

It doesn't matter if you are Baptist, Lutheran, Church of Christ, Roman Catholic, Jehovah's Witness, Seventh-Day Adventist or any other religion, “Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3). Please trust Jesus Christ now for what He did to pay your debt of sin on Calvary's cross and be saved.

Pastor Hyles Perverted The Gospel In This Sermon

Unfortunately, I need to mention something about what Dr. Hyles said at the end of his sermon that is blatant damnable heresy. Here is the suggested sinner's prayer given in his invitation:

Oh God, be merciful to me a sinner. Save me now. This moment. This moment I receive the living Christ into my life, by faith. Would you do it? —Pastor Jack Hyles, 'The Parable Of The Tares And Wheat'

That is not the Gospel. That is not how a lost sinner gets to Heaven. Judas Iscariot received Jesus into his life, becoming one of His very apostles. Yet, Judas went to burn in Hell forever in his sins and unbelief. No one has ever been saved by inviting Christ into your life. Where is the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus? Where is the preaching of the cross? Hell is full of misled people who heard some preacher give them a shoddy presentation of the Gospel.

Ironically, Dr. Hyles' very purpose for preaching this beautiful sermon is because churches today are full of unsaved religious people who are living the Christian life without ever having been born again; and yet he is guilty of mishandling the Gospel himself here, which is the major reason for tares in the churches to begin with.

Furthermore, Dr. Hyles doesn't make it plain that you don't need to pray a sinner's prayer to get to Heaven, you can just believe. In sharp contrast, Pastor Hyles does defend a free grace Gospel in his excellent sermon titled, “Fundamentalist Heresy.”

Now, I love Brother Hyles, truly, and if someone had warned him about mishandling the Gospel as he just did, I am confident that he wouldn't have made the same mistake twice. You cannot show me one place in the inspired Holy Bible where someone was saved by inviting Christ into their life. In sharp contrast—in Acts 2:41 on the Day of Pentecost when 3,000 souls were saved, and in Acts 10:43-44 when Cornelius and his companions were saved, and in Acts 16:30-31 when the Roman jailer was saved—in each case they were born again by simply BELIEVING the Good News (Gospel) of Jesus' crucified for their sins, buried and risen the third day. Nothing more was required or permitted to be saved. Nobody repented of their sins.

I will go to seed in preaching against the utter nonsense and tommyrot in today's pulpits that to be saved you must invite Christ into your life, turn from your sinning, accept Jesus as the Lord of your life, repent of your sins, pray a sinner's prayer, turn over a new leaf, surrender all to Christ, live a lifestyle of repentance, run the race faithfully, and other mumbo-jumbo garbage. You get saved simply by believing that Jesus did it all for you.

Can You Explain The Judgment Seat Of Christ?

2nd Corinthians 5:10, “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.”

Notice that the Bible does not say that we will be judged for our "sins"; but rather, for the "good or bad." Jesus took the penalty for our sins upon Himself on Calvary's cross, so that “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus...” (Romans 8:1a).

I like to illustrate the two coming judgments by comparing them to our earthly court system:

The Great White Throne of Judgment will be a Criminal Court, where the dead (unsaved) of all time throughout human civilization will be judged and sentenced to the Lake of Fire forever, without hope or rest (Revelation 14:11, 20:11-15, 21:8).
In contrast, the Judgment Seat of Christ will be a judgment only for Christian believers; a Civil Court where we stand to lose rewards, but there is no risk of imprisonment or corporal punishment (1st Corinthians 3:11-15; 2nd Corinthians 5:10-11). 1st Thessalonians 4:6, “That no man go beyond and defraud his brother in any matter: because that the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also have forewarned you and testified.” Many saints will suffer shame, weep bitter tears, and have deep regrets in Heaven for their poor behavior while on earth.

So, although there is no condemnation for any saint regarding sins, we still must be held accountable for the GOOD and BAD done in the body. In Romans 12:19-21, God tells us not to avenge ourselves, because that is His job alone. The idea that a Christian can cheat, hurt and defraud others and won't be held accountable at the Judgment Seat of Christ is foreign to God's Word. In fact, God has promised to avenge all evil. I don't claim to understand it all. For now we see through a glass darkly (1st Corinthians 13:12), but when we see Christ we will understand it all by and by.

Celebrity O.J. Simpson (1947-2024) was acquitted in Criminal Court (he later admitted in a 2007 book titled, “If I Did It,” to murdering his wife and her lover), but he was found guilty in Civil Court and required to pay $33.5 million in damages (which he never did). In an intriguing twist of fate, Simpson's estate has awarded the Goldman family $58 million from Simpson's estate.

So, likewise, a Christian who has been justified (just if I'd never sinned at all) in Criminal Court, still must give account at the Judgment Seat of Christ for our choices here on earth, and we will be rewarded accordingly. It is noteworthy to point out that in both cases, for the saved (Revelation 14:13) and the unsaved (Revelation 20:13) alike, we will be judged ACCORDING TO OUR WORKS. The big difference is that the saved will be judged for our works as the redeemed children of God; whereas the unsaved (the damned) will be judged for their works as the children of the Devil.

Christ took our punishment upon Himself on the cross, so we will not be punished as believers for our foolish decisions, but we will still be held accountable which will affect our eternal rewards. The same precious blood of Jesus that saved us, keeps us saved. When we sin we have an Advocate (defense attorney) with the Father, Jesus the righteous (1st John 2:1). As believers we fall IN GRACE (Romans 5:20, 6:1), but never FROM GRACE. Those who trust in Lordship Salvation and turning from their sins (works) to get to Heaven, have fallen from grace (Galatians 5:4).

So, kindly said, Pastor Jack Hyles is simply saying that we must all give account to God at the Judgment Seat of Christ. Romans 14:12, “So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.” The Bible doesn't mention "sin," it just says we will be held accountable for the "good or bad" (2nd Corinthians 5:10). Those people today who claim that since all of our sins were forgiven at the time of salvation, so that we will never have to give account to God, are very wrong and misled.

In my humble opinion, the illustration of Civil Court versus Criminal Court is helpful to understand the two future judgments. In Civil Court you're not at risk of going to prison (Hell), but you are at risk of monetary losses (rewards). And some harsh words may be spoken by the judge in a Civil Court (Psalms 6:1). Some people do cry, feel ashamed and have regrets in Civil Court. I hope that is helpful my friend.

You Need To Be Aware Of Sexual Crime Penalties

1st Peter 2:11, “Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul.”

In the states of Florida, Illinois, and other places, carnal knowledge with a child under age 12 is an automatic death penalty (or life in prison). Sending a naked photo to a child is 15 years in prison. Each count of indecent child imagery is 15 years in prison. Inappropriate touching or any act of lewdness with a child in Florida imposes a minimum mandatory prison sentence of 25 years! Even if an adult sends a naked photo to another adult, if you didn't first get their permission you could spend one year in prison in Florida. The second offense is 2 years behind bars, third offense 5 years, and so on. Less than 1% of the American public are aware of these steep prison sentences.

I have been heartbroken for the past couple years, since my neighbor was arrested in 2024 for allegedly sexually assaulting a young girl that his wife was watching while her mother was at work. Before the alleged incident in 2024, I had seen the young girl in their yard wearing pants. Last month I learned that my neighbour has just been sentenced to 25 years in prison, which is the minimum mandatory prison sentence in Florida for committing a lewd act or inappropriately touching a child under age 12. Since he is nearly 65 years old, he has effectively been sentenced to life in prison.

Personally, I think our U.S. laws are way too strict. U.S. prison sentences are among the longest in the world, often imposed excessively compared to other countries. This harsh approach has contributed to the highest incarceration rate globally, with many serving sentences disproportionate to their crimes. Florida has one of the highest incarceration rates in the world, with approximately 795 people incarcerated per 100,000 residents, which is higher than any independent democratic country.

I am so sick and tired of ungodly hypocritical Americans pleading for mercy for their family members who get into trouble with the law, but then they want everyone else to burn in Hell for eternity. Matthew 7:1-2 warns that by what measure you judge other, you shall be judged. I am all for castration of pedophiles, but I am against locking someone in a cage for decades to life.

A Police State Is Forming In The United States

State laws today are generally much more strict than they were 100 years ago, reflecting changes in ever-changing societal norms, deteriorating legal standards; and ridiculous government regulations across various areas such as voting rights, health care, sexual crimes and gun control. This evolution often includes more comprehensive regulations aimed at allegedly protecting individual rights and public safety. In truth, we are building a Police State!

Every time that a crime is committed angry victims and victim's families demand tougher laws, lengthier prison sentences and less mercy for the perpetrator (unless of course they or a loved one is the accused, then they want leniency from the judge and mercy from the court).

America's second U.S. President, John Adams (1735-1826), stated that the U.S. Constitution was only intended for a society restrained by morality and religious beliefs...

“We have not government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” —U.S. President John Adams

The Bill Of Rights and U.S. Constitution only outline our God-given rights. If we disobey God, then we forfeit our right to liberty and freedom. Liberty is a gift from God, the privilege to make our own decisions; freedom is the reward for making the right decisions. We have been making all the wrong decisions (e.g., banning the Holy Bible, legalizing abortion, smutty images, same-sex marriage, public nudity, dishonest advertising, lying to get elected into political office, et cetera). We have been making all the wrong decisions, so that we are losing our freedoms and liberties. We will have a Godless Totalitarian Thug Police State within the next 25-years. Our prisons are growing larger. 1-in-125 people in Florida are now incarcerated.

The internet is very different today than it was 25 years ago. Back then you could type anything online and get away with it, but the laws have finally caught up with the technology. Now Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) is taking off in popularity and the laws are lagging behind, but in time the legal system will catch up with the new technology. The world will be absolutely astounded where A.I., drones and robotics are headed in the near future. Already robots are performing autonomous surgeries. You haven't seen anything yet with A.I. developing new technologies. The industry's growth will be exponential and mind boggling.

And consider yourself forewarned dear reader, what you type into your computer on the internet can absolutely lead to serious criminal charges. Whenever I go online, I automatically assume that I am behind a one-way mirror, where I cannot see anyone but thousands of people can see me. That includes hackers, companies tracking my internet activity with cookies, government, law enforcement, local hosting companies, et cetera. They can in fact see everything that you type, where you go online, the images you download, all of it. So, be very careful. My policy is that I don't ever type anything or go anywhere online that I wouldn't mind the whole world knowing. So, I don't need privacy software because I have nothing to hide from anyone. My life is an open book.

We Live In A 'Mouse Trap Society' In America

I wrote this article to open your eyes dear reader. You've been warned. Please talk to your loved ones. Warn your sons, brothers and cousins of what can happen if they are careless.

When Albert V. Ballenger (a long time 20-year deacon at the First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana) was accused in 1991 of fondling a 7 year old girl in front of fifty people in a Sunday School class, Pastor Jack Hyles said in a sermon that he would never hug any child again. I don't blame him, I feel the same. In today's wacky American culture the old adage has never been truer: Watch your back, Jack! A.V. Ballenger was sentenced to 5 years behind bars in Indiana in 1993. Albert and his wife lost their house. If that had been Florida, he would have rotted in prison for 25 years due to minimum mandatory sentencing laws. That's crazy!

As I quoted to you earlier, U.S. President John Adams warned that we have not a government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. As Americans depart from faith in God and the old time religion, the need has risen for tougher laws, stricter punishments and bigger prisons. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other. A prison state is rising up around us in the United States. A society that will not be governed by God will be ruled over by tyrants.

We have a serious double standard in our nation. Legal hypocrisy looms everywhere. Due to feminism's evil influence upon society, females can walk around clothed with the attire of an harlot with impunity, but the law is Johnny on the spot to prosecute men who succumb to lust. Proverbs 7:10-11, 27, “And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart. (She is loud and stubborn; her feet abide not in her house... Her house is the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death.” Go to any beach in Florida and you'll see females of all ages walking around wearing mere dental floss.

I cannot warn everyone enough, especially men, about today's insane U.S. court system, which is incredibly complicated, unfair and ruthless. That is why for as long as I can remember my favorite passage of Scripture has been Proverbs 4:23, “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” Pastor Jack Hyles is right that anybody is capable of committing any sin under the right circumstances. Always be on guard!!!

The people who make and enforce these harsh laws couldn't care less about you or your family, it's just another day at work for them. They'll sentence you to life in prison while they're enjoying Hawaiian Shirt Friday at work. I'm not kidding either!

Our U.S. Court System is Broken

Here is an interesting article focusing on the history of child sexual abuse. I am not advocating that society go back to the 19th century when abuse was overlooked and nothing was done about it. I am saying that we've overreacted and gone too far the other direction. Twenty-five years of someone's life is a very, very, long time to spend rotting behind bars for inappropriately touching a child. The politically correct response is to want someone who violates a child to spend 800 years in prison. But people are wicked sinners and make bad decisions sometimes. I think everybody deserves a second chance.

I was watching the Alaskan State Troopers TV show years ago and heard something beautiful. One of the state troopers said that his father was also a state trooper. He said that his father taught him: “Son, most people who get into trouble with the law are not bad people, they're just at a bad point in their life.” I fully agree with that wisdom. That is compassion.

Pastor Jack Hyles wisely taught me not to look at people as being bad; but rather, broken. That is compassion and love. That is how we should think. Rolex watches are made in Switzerland. The company moved its headquarters to Geneva in 1919. You don't throw a $10,000 Swiss made Rolex watch away when it breaks, you have it repaired because it is valuable. How much more valuable than a Swiss watch are humans created in God's image?

Go read any public comments on social media when someone is accused of fondling a child and you'll read such statements as: “A more fitting end would be a lifetime of being sexual assaulted by Bubbas,” or “May the scumbag rot in hell forever!” I understand the public's anger and intolerance toward sexual crimes. We should feel disgust and outrage over crime, especially when a child is the victim. But locking someone in a 6 x 10 cage for the rest of their life is not the answer. It is cruel and inhumane punishment.

God never commanded men to put other men into prisons. In ancient Rome people were only incarcerated while waiting for their trial. Imprisonment in ancient Rome was primarily a temporary measure for holding individuals awaiting trial or execution, not a long-term punishment. Instead, long-term sentences often involved hard labor rather than incarceration for life. Our American prison system is broken. I have done some research and learned that putting people into prisons for lengthier sentences hasn't lowered the crime rate.

In the country of Norway it is very rare for even the worst criminals to serve more than 14 years in prison. I like that system. 21 years is the maximum times a prisoner can spend behind bars, unless that individual poses a continued threat to society, and even then 30 years is the absolute longest time that someone can be incarcerated in Norway. The United States is a modern-day police state! The state of Florida locks up more citizens than any place on the planet, more than Russia and China combined. Think about that!

The old adage is very true that: Justice is very human. The law is not always fair and just. In a godly justice system, homosexuals would not be permitted to get married and adopt children, depriving them of a mother or a father role model. In a truly godly court system abortion would always be illegal. The laws are not always fair or just.

Sweden's Crazy Laws

Did you know that in the country of Sweden it is illegal to spank your child. In Sweden, spanking a child is illegal and can result in legal consequences, including potential criminal charges for child abuse. Sweden was the first country to prohibit all physical punishment of children in 1979. Even swatting your child once could land you behind bars in prison. Obviously that is not a good law, nor is it justice. What saith the Scripture? Proverbs 23:13, “Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die.” Sweden's judicial system is at odds with God almighty!

Watch Your Back Jack!

Millions of young people grow up in the United States without having a clue of what can happen if they misbehave. Our nation's ruthless laws today are insanely harsh and unfair. This is a dire consequence of an out of control wicked society, which U.S. President John Adams warned Americans about.

You can thank ungodly women like Taylor Swift, Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus and other lewd and immodest females who flaunt their beauty, make a mockery of femininity and defy the Word of God which forbids women from wearing whorish attire in public (1st Timothy 2:9-10).

You can thank ungodly pastors and their worldly wives, who wrest the Holy Bible in a sinful attempt to justify females wearing pants in public. Deuteronomy 22:5 forbids women wearing pants, and this is a moral law, not ceremonial. Deuteronomy 22:5, “The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.” Woe unto any ungodly professed Christian who tries to justify women wearing pants, when men are going to prison for 25 years to life for merely touching an underage girl.

We need to go back to whipping people in public, as they did in Bible times. But locking someone in a cage for the next 25 years for any crime is not justice, it is inhumane cruelty. I know some readers will disagree with me. As you can tell, I feel compassion for the accused as well as the victim. I am okay with the death penalty for serious offenses, which is Biblical. But I am not okay with locking men (not even animals) in cages.

It is very easy to demand the harshest of punishments when you are not the accused, but someday you might be on the other side of the court system. Instead of being on the side of “the People versus,” you may be in a jail cell as an accused criminal. And then you will want to be shown leniency, understanding, compassion and mercy by the court. There is very little compassion in today's U.S. court system. An alarming number of Americans have become cruel, selfish and hateful toward their neighbours. We're in insanity because of sin!

I simply wrote this article because I believe 99% of men have no clue of how severe prison sentences are today for sexual crimes in America. I don't want this to happen to you dear reader or someone you love. Lust is one of the most, if not the most, powerful of all the vices. A wicked man consumed by lust doesn't see an underaged girl, he sees a female. That is why I preach so incessantly against females of all ages wearing pants. Woe unto Pastor Brad Moffett and his ungodly worldly wife at the Family Baptist Church in Pensacola for defending females wearing pants and shorts in public. Modesty is not a minor issue!

In most countries today, a 14-year-old girl is not recognized by the law as a “child.” The United States has a unique legal system.

I keep hearing haughty people say things like, “Well the victim got a lifetime sentence!,” as justification to show no mercy toward the accused. Justice should always be curtailed by mercy. My comment concerning anyone who has been sentenced to decades to life in prison for any crime is always: There but for the grace of God, go I and you.

Please Stay Away From Roman Catholicism

Mark 7:7-9, “Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do. And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.”

I love Catholic people, God knows my heart. That being said, there's not a bigger religious cult in the world than Roman and Russian Orthodox Catholicism. Essentially I see them combined as one religion of Catholicism, since both sects share the same core essential teachings and values, venerating their priests and keeping sacraments to enter into Heaven. This heresy is called “Sacramental Salvation.”

I cannot warn you enough dear reader to run away from the Roman Catholic and Russian Orthodox Catholic religions. Although these two branches of Catholicism have some distinct differences, they both share the same demonic core teachings and unbiblical values. I love Catholic people, but I detest their damnable false religion. False religion sends people to Hell for all eternity. Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001) was absolutely right that the man with no hope is much better off than the man with a false hope, because the man with no hope is still searching for answers. That is so true!

I marvel as I read the internet and see how defiant again the truth and spiritually blinded Catholics are in defense of their false religion. Sacraments never saved anyone! Water baptism might make you cleaner, but it cannot save you. The term “sacraments” isn't even found in the inspired Holy Bible. Sacramental Salvation never saved anybody!

Furthermore, contrary to unbiblical Catholic teaching, no priest can absolve your sins! No one can forgive sins except God alone, and the inspired Scripture is very clear that salvation is found only through faith in Jesus Christ. Acts 4:10-12, “Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

I met a man years ago at the Micronesia Mall on Guam, who tried to convince me that there are “many paths” to God. He also claimed to be a Christian. But I opened his eyes by quoting John 14:6 to him, which Bible verse warns that there is no other path of salvation other than to trust in Jesus Christ alone. John 14:6, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” Like it or not, Christianity is exclusive. That is, it excludes all other religious faiths. If you don't get born again through faith alone in the GOOD NEWS (Gospel) of Jesus Christ crucified, buried and risen the third day, you won't go to Heaven when you die someday. If you believe the inspired Holy Bible, then please don't add anything to your faith in Jesus! That means you cannot be a Catholic and still go to Heaven! I cherish these truthful quotes from Dr. Jack Hyles:

Catholic Answers Has Bible Salvation Wrong

How to Go to Heaven
Sometimes people make it sound like the Catholic understanding of how to get to heaven is really complex.

It’s not.

While you can go into any of Christ’s teachings in a lot of very rich detail, he made sure that this one can be understood even by a child.

The two sentences are these: To come to God and be saved, you need to repent, have faith, and be baptized. If you commit mortal sin, you need to repent, have faith, and go to confession.

That’s it. That’s all there is to it. And we can show each of these things from the Bible.

The need to repent is shown by the fact that, right at the beginning of his ministry, Jesus began preaching the gospel, saying “repent and believe in the gospel” (Mark 1:14-15).

The need for faith is shown when the author of the letter to the Hebrews writes that “Without faith it is impossible to please him. For whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him” (Heb. 11:6).

And the need for baptism is shown when St. Peter flatly tells us: “Baptism now saves you” (1 Peter 3:21).

So that’s what you need to do if you want to come to God and be saved: Repent, have faith, and be baptized.

If you do these things, you’ll be in a state of grace, and as long as you remain in a state of grace, you’ll go to heaven.

But we still have free will, and we can still turn our backs on God and fall from grace, to use St. Paul’s phrase (Galatians 5:4).

St. Paul is very clear about the possibility of us committing mortal sin. He tells us: “Do not be deceived; neither the immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor robbers will inherit the kingdom of God” (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).

To turn away from God and commit mortal sin is the opposite of repenting. So when we fall into mortal sin, we need to turn back to God—to repent again. [emphasis added] SOURCE

Dear reader, what you have just read is toxic deadly poison! Nowhere does the inspired King James Bible teach that you must repent of your sins, get water baptized, repeatedly repent of sins throughout your life to remain in a state of grace, or confess your sins to a priest to get to Heaven. And there is no such thing as a distinction between Venial Sins versus Mortal Sins. To God sin is sin!

Just One Sin is Enough to Send You to Hell Forever

Famous actor and comedian Jackie Gleason (1916-1987) once said on 60-minutes in a 1984 interview that he didn't believe God is a “vengeful” God. In 1946 there were only 6,000 U.S. households who owned a television, but by 1952 a staggering 22,000,000 American households owned a television. With this new toy called “TV” invading American homes, Gleason was one of the biggest names in the booming business. Mr. Gleason was affectionately known in his industry as: “The Great One,” first given the compliment by Orson Wells (1915-1985). Unfortunately, Gleason did not know “The Greatest One,” which is Jesus Christ. Gleason states in a 1984 '60 Minutes' interview, when asked what he thought about going to Heaven:

“I'm sure that if you've committed a sin He's not going to send you to Hell for eternity.” SOURCE: '60 Minutes' interview, 1984

Unfortunately, Jackie Gleason was very wrong. The Bible teaches that committing even ONE SIN makes a person GUILTY OF ALL. Jackie Gleason didn't understand that Biblical truth. James 2:10, “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.” The reason why one sin makes a man “guilty of all” is because even one sin is enough to keep a person out of Heaven and send them to the Lake of Fire forever. God is a holy God and His holiness demands justice. Sin must be paid for, which is why Christ came into the world as the Lamb of God (John 1:29), to die on a cross for everyone's sins. Jesus Christ is “the Saviour of all men” (1st Timothy 4:10), but you must personally receive Him by faith in order to be saved (John 1:12-13).

God sends sinners to Hell for eternity if they die in their sins without Jesus Christ. John 8:24, “I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.” This is also clearly stated in 2nd Thessalonians 1:8-9, “In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power.”

We read in Revelation 20:15, “And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” John 3:5, “Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” No one can go to Heaven without being born-again by the Holy Spirit of God, who indwells every true believer (1st Corinthians 3:16-17; Romans 8:9; 1st John 3:24). You must be born from above by the Spirit of God. Being religious is not enough!

Tragically, Jackie Gleason was raised a Catholic, married a Catholic, had a Catholic funeral and was buried in a Catholic cemetery in Florida. I'd say he was a Catholic! The inspired Holy Bible is plainly clear that NO ONE shall ever be justified by the works of the law (Romans 3:20; Ephesians 2:8-9). Yet, you can talk with any Catholic and they will openly tell you that they are trusting in faith plus their works to get to Heaven, holding to their own manmade traditions instead of the inspired Word of God (Mark 7:7-9).

Umpteen books can and have been written disproving the Roman Catholic perverse way of salvation. Sacramental Salvation is a counterfeit plan of salvation inspired by demons.

It Is Wickedness To Believe Slander About Someone

Proverbs 11:9, “An hypocrite with his mouth destroyeth his neighbour: but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.”

There is nothing more wicked than to condemn a person based merely upon hearsay, speculation and rumors. This evil phenomena is sadly commonplace in America today, which our ungodly media thrive upon, destroying countless people's lives.

There was a time in the United States when a man was deemed innocent until PROVEN guilty in a legitimate court of law. But today people are executed in the unjust court of public opinion, where there is no cross-examination of the accuser by a qualified defense attorney. These days the public have become the judge, jury and executioner. It is evil. Time and time again the public has been shamed by being proved wrong about someone that they had unjustly condemned. It is wicked, unethical and wrong!

As an example of unjust criticism, there is no proof that Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001) ever commit adultery with any woman. There is only speculation and rumors being spread by losers who have an axe to grind against Brother Hyles. Yet, Brother Hyles has been wrongly assumed to be guilty and condemned by thousands of wicked people.

It is a joke what some people are saying about him. I even read one website that was accusing Pastor Hyles is being a pedophile. That is so evil! Woe unto the sinner that MAKETH A LIE! Revelation 22:15, “For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.” Liars go to Hell!

Dr. Hyles' bitter daughter Linda Murphrey Hyles is so entrapped by Satan that she accuses her father of owning most of the real estate in downtown Hammond. Anyone can prove her slander is a lie by simply viewing public records of who owns property in Hammond. In fact, Dr. Hyles DIDN'T own most of Hammond.

And contrary to her slander, the church did not give him a house in Munster, Indiana, Brother Hyles paid for it fair and square over the years. And the house was (if memory serves correct) worth a modest $115,000. Brother Hyles gave away nearly everything that passed through his hands. Pastor Hyles is the most generous man that I have ever known. God bless that dear saint of God! Proverbs 11:9, “An hypocrite with his mouth destroyeth his neighbour: but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.” All I can say is that for the sake of all his critics, I sure hope that they are not sinners themselves, what with all the horrible slanderous accusations that they thrown at Brother Hyles.

There is so much good about Dr. Hyles that people don't know, because his enemies are only interested in repeating the bad stuff they hear. Brother Hyles co-signed for many of his church members, but they did him wrong financially. Dr. Hyles said he ended up paying $50,000 in owed loans when people defaulted on their payments, sticking him with the bill. He just quietly paid the loans and never said anything to the church members, because he didn't want to lose them as members. That is a loving pastor who truly cares about his people.

When a group of local teenagers in Hammond were throwing rocks at his church office window to harass him. Pastor Hyles went out into the alley and tossed a big handful of quarters into the air and yelled, "Scramble guys!" They didn't throw rocks anymore. That was so wise what Brother Hyles did, rather than call the cops on them. Pastor Hyles truly loved people.

When Dr. Hyles met with a Christian lady for lunch, she kept covering her mouth. Dr. Hyles noticed that a few of her teeth were rotted. So he paid to have her teeth fixed. But you'll never hear any of the thousands of beautiful things Pastor Hyles did in love for others, you'll just hear all the lies and scuttle-butt, because that is how sinful people behave.

God only knows how many widow's rent that Brother Hyles paid for. There was one particular elderly widow in the church. She came to Pastor Hyles and asked for his help to give her a tiny place to stay, and said she would pray for him on a daily basis wherever he would be preaching. So, Dr. Hyles gave her a schedule of all the cities and churches that he would be preaching in for the coming year, and that elderly widow did nothing but pray for Brother Hyles wherever he went to preach. Amen! I love that!!!

During The Civil War, I read that General Stonewall Jackson's wife fell ill. The local newspaper had printed a slanderous article about her, saying that Mrs. Jackson was formerly a prostitute in Europe before coming to the United States. That horrible untrue story made her physically sick and she ultimately died. Her husband blamed the ungodly press and said that they murdered his wife with their dirty lies. Such is the evil nature of humans! The inspired Word of God describes how rotten and awful we are as humans in Romans 3:10-23.

Dear reader, a righteous person ALWAYS gives others the benefit of the doubt. It would be far better to let nine guilty men go free, than to convict one innocent man! You'll find that truth on many attorney's walls in their office. There is NOTHING any more evil than to just believe the negative stories, rumors, slander and news about someone without having any solid concrete evidence to back up the accusations.

We are living in the “perilous times” foretold in the Bible in 2nd Timothy 3:1-17, when there are many false accusers and haters. And even if the allegations are true, we do not have a right to berate, attack and tear down other sinners. That is why we have a legal system to punish evildoers. It's not your place, nor mine, to condemn other sinners! Do not judge others because they sin differently than you do! We are all wicked sinners in God's sight. Psalm 106:6, “We have sinned with our fathers, we have committed iniquity, we have done wickedly.”

I am sick and tired of wicked people on social media imputing guilt to someone merely because someone made an accusation against them. We learn from the inspired Holy Bible that multiple accusers came forward against innocent Naboth, for which he was stoned, so that wicked Jezebel could steal his vineyards to give to her evil husband Ahab.

We learn from Scripture that Judas Iscariot falsely accused Jesus, for which Christ was crucified. Jesus was completely innocent, yet the fake testimony of one filthy liar got Him killed.

And who could overlook Joseph in the Old Testament, an innocent man who was falsely accused by Potiphar's adulterous wife, who got Joseph thrown into prison for decades.

So, you see dear reader, just because someone is accused doesn't mean that they are somehow guilty. Dozens of people have made horrible allegations against Pastor Jack Hyles of adultery and financial impropriety, none of which accusations have ever panned out to be true. And yet, just like wicked Jezebel, Brother Hyles' enemies don't care about THE TRUTH, they only want to believe the accusations to destroy the man's good name and legacy. Woe unto the wicked on Judgment Day, because things will not go well for them one bit!

I Hate Wikipedia's Slander and Lies!

Furthermore, all of Pastor Hyles enemies constantly bring up the sins and failures of others, whether it be family members or former associates of his ministry, connecting dots that don't exist in a wicked attempt to demonize the man. Dr. Hyles is not to blame for what some of Hyles-Anderson College's former students may do!

Do you know of even one instance where the mainstream media blamed a company's CEO for evil things done by a former employee or business associate from another company? I do not. Yet, if you go read Wikipedia's (I hate Wikipedia!) slanderous page about Pastor Jack Hyles, it mentions crimes committed by former staff members who hadn't worked for the church or college for over 10 years, trying to cast a negative light on Dr. Hyles.

Wikipedia is guilty of enabling character assassination. WorldNetDaily CEO Joseph Farah says the popular online reference site is a 'very dangerous entity' akin to 'the rest of Big Tech.' The present ongoing Lindsay Clancy court trial is a disgraceful sham, a travesty of justice. The jury is gridlocked because one juror refuses to agree with the other eleven jurors, clearly in favor of letting her go. The judge even said he is ready to acquit Clancy. But ladies and gentlemen, that is the whole purpose of having a jury, so that each individual juror has a legal right to vote according to their own conviction, not some kangaroo court that is bending their arm to vote a certain way. It couldn't be more obvious that the judge has already decided the outcome of this trial and is manipulating the jury to that effect. ...

On January 24, 2023, Lindsay Clancy strangled her three children—five-year-old Cora, three-year-old Dawson, and eight-month-old Callan—at the family's home in Duxbury, Massachusetts, United States. She then attempted suicide by cutting her wrists and neck and jumping from a second-story window, sustaining injuries that left her paralyzed from the waist down. Lindsay later said she heard an auditory hallucination ordering her to commit the acts and felt an irresistible urge to comply.

Lindsay was charged with three counts of murder. Although she did not dispute killing her children, her defense argued that she had been suffering from postpartum psychosis and bipolar disorder and should not be held criminally responsible. After the birth of her third child, Lindsay had spent months seeking help from multiple healthcare providers for symptoms including insomnia, intrusive thoughts, and suicidal ideation. Prosecutors maintained that she was in control at the time of the killings and that her actions beforehand, including sending her husband on an errand, showed methodical planning. Feminism has done incalculable damage to western civilization. There is no more fundamental yet delicate Biblical relationship in society than male and female. Genesis 1:27, “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.” On this divine reality depends the family, the oxygen of society. Nobody with the best interests of a healthy society at heart would dare to divide men and women, as do wicked atheist liberals like Miss Gloria Steinem (who died on Wednesday, September 2, 2026).

The lie that men have exploited women has become official orthodoxy in western society. The present despicable Lindsay Clancy court trial is proof enough of that. If the accused were a male, for brutally strangling his three children to death in a basement while hearing an alleged mysterious voice from within telling him to do it, there would be zero sympathy from anyone.

It was reported today on NBC Nightly news that the judge is upset with one of the twelve jurors for not following the guidelines for Reasonable Doubt. That simply means that the judge has already made a decision to let Miss Clancy go free from prison, but one juror thinks she is guilty. Miss Clancy definitely should be found guilty according to the Holy Bible. Genesis 9:6, “Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.”

Human Life Is Sacred

Human life is so sacred to our Creator, that He said this:

Exodus 21:22-25, “If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman’s husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine. And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life, Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.”

Yet, our ungodly American court system has chosen instead to grant free passes to certain individuals, particularly crazy women who commit mass-murder. I find no such extenuating circumstances in the inspired Word of God for insane criminals. As you just read in Exodus 21:22-25, if two men are fighting and accidently strike a pregnant woman so that her child is stillborn, those men must also die. This is the reciprocating law of life—and eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth. That is justice—a balancing of the scales (Matthew 7:2).

One could have easily argued that Charles Manson’s followers’ Susan Atkins, Patricia Krenwinkel, Leslie Van Houten, Lynette Fromme and Sandra Good were all under the control of Charlie Manson (1934-2017). The Manson killings, specifically the Tate-LaBianca murders, occurred in 1969. Charles Manson and his followers committed these brutal murders in Los Angeles during the nights of August 8 and 9 (although Charlie himself never actually killed anyone). It couldn’t have been more obvious, even still today from all the evidence, that those teenage girls were under Manson’s evil control, not in their right minds. But the court system didn’t cut them any slack and the judge locked them away for life.

Lindsay Clancy Won't Be Going To Prison

If there is justice in the final outcome of Lindsay Clancy’s court hearing, Biblically, she will be sentenced to death. We cannot have a biased court system that generates compassion for alleged crazy people, while crucifying others with no mercy. It upsets me when judges and courts play favorites and pressure the jurors to vote a certain way. That is not justice! That is a kangaroo court.

The judge William Sullivan in this case is incompetent in my humble opinion. He is pressuring the one remaining juror to vote a certain outcome, and that is a rigged jury. The whole idea of “Reasonable Doubt” doesn't even apply to this case at all. Miss Clancy brutally murdered all three of her children. She planned the murders!

Prosecutors have pointed to Miss Clancy asking her husband to leave the house to go pick up takeout food, so she could murder their children.

Dear reader, there is no Reasonable Doubt that Lindsay Clancy is guilty! But she won't be going to prison, I assure you. The corrupt judge has already decided that Clancy will go free, and now he is disgustingly MANIPULATING the jurors to obey his command, or else he will fire the juror, or just acquit Miss Clancy (to the cheers of hundreds of angry feminists outside the courthouse). Judge Sullivan said today that he is ready to acquit Lindsay Clancy! That is not justice!

Why even have a jury if you're going to manipulate and pressure the jurors to vote a certain outcome? The judge ridiculously said today he didn't want to give the appearance that he has his foot on the scale. Are you kidding me? Ha Ha Ha! Of course Judge Sullivan has his foot on the scales of justice; it couldn't be more obvious. This whole court case is a big hoax—a travesty of justice—which we have seen again and again and again in the United States. If jurors are manipulated to vote a certain way, then there is no honest process of justice.

We see this evil garbage on a regular basis where judges dismiss evidence that could potentially help to exonerate the accused. The reason why judges do this evil thing is because they have already pre-decided the outcome of the trial, and now must manipulate the flow of evidence and the jurors to get that pre-decided outcome. That is a kangaroo court, not fairness, not justice.

Furthermore, just because 11 jurors vote not guilty, but one juror votes guilty, doesn't mean that there's something wrong with that one juror. What kind of court system do we have in America when it is controlled by mob rule of law? The court room is not a democracy! Every juror has a right to vote their conscience. The very fact that one or two jurors would be scolded, manipulated and pressured to vote a certain way is WRONG!

Timothy Ray Jones Jr. (born December 28, 1981) is an American convicted mass-murderer who killed his five biological children: Merah (aged 8), Elias (aged 7), Nahtahn (aged 6), Gabriel (aged 2), and Abigail Elaine (age 1), in their mobile home along South Lake Drive in Lexington County, South Carolina. Jones admitted to working Nahtahn to death and killed the other four children in a panic. Jones pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity, but the court rejected this plea. He was found guilty of five counts of murder in 2019 and was sentenced to death. As of 2022 he is awaiting execution on death row in South Carolina. Why is it that alleged “crazy” women are allowed to escape justice, but men aren't? Since Timothy Jones got the death penalty for murdering his kids, so also should Lindsay Clancy. We need to end wokeness in America!

Why Bother To Have Juries Anymore?

I got upset while watching the news tonight, when I saw Judge William Sullivan getting angry at the one juror who wouldn't vote the way he wants them to vote. Why even have a jury if you're going to pressure, coerce and manipulate jurors to vote the way you want them to?

The basic idea behind Reasonable Doubt is what would any reasonable person who is healthy and mentally sane think? But whether or not an accused person is guilty goes much deeper than that. It also delves into a juror's religious beliefs, convictions and moral integrity. An atheist woman who has had two abortions is far more likely to vote not guilty, than a Christian mother who has never had an abortion. Those two women have obvious drastic different moral values and opinions about human life. So, the whole concept of Reasonable Doubt is flawed as a means of determining court outcomes. Since there are 9 women and 3 men on the jury, I am curious if the one juror holding out is a male or female. It matters and you know why.

The concept that crazy people are exempt from being held accountable for their crimes is wrong. The strong argument could be made that no one is in their right mind when they commit heinous crimes. Feminism unfairly empowers westernized women through the courts to do whatever they want without suffering any consequences for their words or actions.

Feminists relentlessly advance the idea that our inherent male and female instincts, crucial to our development as human beings, are mere “social constructs” and “stereotypes.” This is a malicious attack on all heterosexuals, which comprise 99% of the population. Talk about hatred! Yet, such warped ideologies are sinfully taught to children in elementary throughout high school. It is echoed in the controlled media. Wicked lesbians like Rosie O’Donnell, Angelina Jolie, Megan Rapinoe, Billie Jean King, and Ellen DeGeneres are shamefully advanced as role models in society to young girls. How much longer will God's justice sleep on our perverse society in the United States?

I don't need to watch the news in the days to come to see what the outcome of the Lindsay Clancy court trial will be, because it is obvious that the judge has already decided the outcome. Maybe we should just stop using juries, since our judges don't let the jurors make their own decisions anymore. What a kangaroo court!

Husbands Love Your Wives

Ephesians 5:25-27. “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.”

The inspired King James Bible doesn't teach to only love your wife when she is obedient, attractive and sweet. A husband is commanded by God to love his wife unconditionally at all times, regardless of what she does, even so as Christ loves His imperfect Church.

When after 19 years of marriage my wife cruelly abandoned and wickedly divorced me in 2006, she didn't talk to me for the next eight years, and I didn't know where she lived or how to contact her. In 2014, she heard about the local Baptist church that I was attending and came to visit me. We became distant friends at best, but I started helping her financially because I cared. Legally I didn't have to give her a penny and I owed her nothing. But because I love God, I allowed the LORD to love her through me. Over the next decade I voluntarily give her tens of thousands of dollars to help her, buying whatever she needed and asked for.

By God's grace alone, I have been a best friend toward her over the years; whereas in exchange she has often told me off; sassing me with disrespect, giving me a hard time, blaming me, making me cry, criticizing and doing absolutely nothing for me in return. But that is for her to give account to God for, I did the right thing to “Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good” (Romans 12:19). I have never claimed to be a good Christian. I always feel like the biggest sinner that I know. And you should feel the same way if you walk closely with the LORD (Luke 5:8). We are all horrible sinners, wicked and wretched in the sight of our holy and faithful Creator.

During all the decades of being divorced from each other, we never got any closer than shaking hands one time in 2014. Yet, I treated her with respect and love as the mother of our four biological children (now all in their thirties). I have always returned good for her evil (Romans 12:19-21). Although it is true that we cannot control what other people do, we can control how we behave. I don't love my former spouse because of who she is, but because of who I am.

I am not boasting, I am simply giving the only real life example I have of loving one's wife (before and after a divorce). I know people who maliciously hate their former spouse and want them dead. I simply cannot live that way and don't understand such kind of hatred. Life is too short to live with a burden of hatred. As I grow older, I choose to get better, not bitter!

God doesn't love us because of who WE ARE; God loves us because of who HE IS. A godly husband is to love his own wife because of who HE IS, not who SHE IS. This is (Greek: agape) love, or true Biblical love. Although God does not favor (Greek: phileo) sinners, He does agape all of them unconditionally.

Pastor Steven Anderson in a disturbing carnal sermon preached on Sunday evening, July 5th, 2026, publicly said that he wants his four oldest children DESTROYED. Something is very wrong with Pastor Anderson's heart. I humbly think he needs to resign and stop fighting the obvious, that he is a hateful person who woefully lacks the love of God for others.

Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001) is right that you cannot be happy tomorrow! If you're unhappy today, then you will be unhappy tomorrow because when tomorrow comes it will be today again. The important lesson to learn is to learn to be happy today, in all situations. I took Brother Hyles' advice, trying to enjoy the moment and make the best of each day. Life will be over soon enough, and we cannot stop time from marching forward.

God commands husbands to love their wives. Easier said than done, I know. But it is what God desires for men to do. As a Bible preacher, I receive many e-mails from angry, hurting and frustrated husbands because of their rebellious wives. If marriage were easy there wouldn't be so many divorces. There is no magic solution.

God only gives us life in 24 hour increments, and I believe our good and wise Creator did that on purpose, knowing that every day should be a new day. If there were not 24 hours in a day, how could God have commanded us in Ephesians 4:26, “Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath.” Each and every day ought to be a new day. For many husbands their marriage feels like a war of trying to win by attrition.

I sincerely believe that all God expects from any of us is that we do better each day than yesterday. When the adulterous woman (caught in the very act) in John chapter eight was dragged by the wicked Pharisees to Jesus' feet (why didn't they bring the man?), she must have trembled with great fear. But Jesus refused to condemn or revile her. Instead, Jesus forgave her and simply said in compassion: “Go and sin no more.” Just do better!

The best advice that I can give to Christian husbands is to constantly focus upon what God has done for you. Ephesians 4:30-32, “And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.” I deserve to burn in Hell for my own sins. How could I deny the same forgiveness, compassion and kindness to my former spouse, when God has shown such amazing love, patience and grace toward a wretched sinner like me?

One of the greatest days of my life was decades ago when I just decided to forgive everybody who has ever hurt me, even those who have never apologized or sought my forgiveness; and I placed them all into God's hands for judgment, and I just decided to love them unconditionally with Christ's love. Since that time I have had peace like a river in my soul. Please don't mistake my oft criticisms of dead churches, corrupt Bible colleges and bad pastors as an unwillingness to forgive and let go; but rather, I do it for the sake of my readers. I am exposing evil and contending “for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints” (Jude 1:3).

The Deception Of Cultural Christians

Merely claiming to be a Christian, or joining a Christian organization, or partaking of a Christian culture, or ascribing to some Christian philosophies, or claiming to be a "Cultural Christian" (the latest bizarre trend) isn't the same as being born again.

I was shocked recently when I learned a new term, “Cultural Christian.” A "Cultural Christian" is someone who likes and embraces all the aspects of Christianity, but rejects the doctrine. Avowed atheist Dr. Richard Dawkins claims to be a Cultural Christian. You couldn't make this insanity up! That's like calling yourself a Cultural Republican, but then voting Democrat. Could the world get any crazier?

Elon Musk (an agnostic which effectively makes him an atheist) professes to be a Cultural Christian. A lot of people want all the goodness of Christianity, but without Jesus Christ. Sorry, it simply doesn't work that way. Without Christ there is no Christianity!

This is what a “modernist” is, someone who has never been born again but claims to be a Christian. Oprah Winfrey is also a modernist. Although Oprah claims to be a Christian, she does not believe Jesus is the only way to Heaven. What saith the Scripture?

Acts 4:10-12, “Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

Like it or not, Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven, the only way to make peace with the Father. I witnessed to a Roman Catholic man once who literally cried while speaking about how much he loves God, but when I mentioned the precious name of Jesus (the name above every other name according to Philippians 2:9-11) he snarled and expressed contempt for the dear Savior. What saith the Scripture? 1st John 2:23, “Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.”

The term “Cultural Christian” is a misnomer. It should be called a “Fake Christian.” We are living in strange and wicked times when avowed atheists are becoming ordained pastors and claiming to be Christians. Yes, there are atheist pastors who have publicly renounced their faith while still engaging in ministry or community leadership roles. Sadly, Richard Dawkins, Elon Musk and Oprah Winfrey will split Hell wide open the moment they die, unless they repent of their unbelief and solely trust Christ to be saved. Some have even started new organizations or communities focused on secular values and support.

I was indeed horrified after watching the preceding video. The average family in the 1800s lived in a 14' x 16' cabin for a home. Can you imagine? Today that is merely the size of an average large bedroom. We are so spoiled rotten compared to how humans lived centuries and millenniums ago. I understand that there are still many unfortunate people on the planet today, the poor, but the vast majority of us are living large in comparison to the 1800s and prior.

And in that 14' x 16' home they had no choice during those brutal winter months but to keep all their livestock animals inside the home. There was a makeshift wall of some sort that provided some separation but not from the foul odors. They kept pigs, chickens, goats and even a horse during extremely cold days, et cetera. The feces and urine from the animals saturated the ground beneath the straw, because there was no floor to the home. It was essentially a house and barn combined. Needless to say, they didn't place pee pads on the floor for their animals.

During frigid winter months, it was too cold for the family to use the outdoor toilet (a shed with a hole in the ground) in the wee hours of the morning. So, they kept a pot near or under their beds to defecate and urinate in, inside the house to use in the presence of family members, until the waste could be disposed of properly outside the next day. Can you imagine the smell?

The family wore the same uncleaned clothes for weeks at a time. There were no feminine products back then for women. Toilet paper was first marketed by Joseph C. Gayetty in the United States in 1857, and it was only available in certain areas, if you could afford it. And it wasn't double-ply comfortable toilet paper like we have today at Walmart. A pleasant smelling bar of soap was a rare commodity in the mid-1800s in the United States and Europe. Most people used lye mixed with animal fat, and that's how it stank. The lye would eat the skin off your hands if not used with caution. Bars of soap were given as gifts back then to your sweetheart, and she loved it! Today, a bar of soap means nothing

The average American today uses about 80 gallons of water per day. Back then in the 1800s they had about 3 gallons per day, and that wasn't for bathing. There were no local hospitals. When you got sick you toughed it out at home and hoped you recovered. Pastor Jack Hyles' had two sisters who both died at age 7 at home like this. Times were harsh back then!

As I watched this shocking video about how women smelled back in the 1800s during primitive times in America, I thanked God repeatedly for putting my spirit into this body at this time in human civilization. Did you ever think about that? Why did God place my spirit into this particular family at this specific time in history? Perhaps I am thinking a bit too much, but the thought intrigues me as a human being. God could have placed my body into my uncle's (my father's older brother's) family, who was sadly killed during the Korean War (1950-1953).

Did you ever stop to realize that most of our freedoms were paid for with teenage blood? Most soldiers are just kids, barely 18 years of age. Millions of American teens shed their blood and sacrificed their lives so that we could enjoy freedom today. They never got married or became fathers, so that we could. THANK YOU to all of our nation's courageous veterans!

I frequently order things that I need from Amazon and Walmart. They bring it right to my front door, place the items on the outside table, ring my door bell, and leave. And wallah, whatever I want is delivered to me. Any order of at least $35 is free shipping from both Amazon and Walmart. I love it! I feel so blessed and spoiled rotten as an American today.

After watching this horrific video about poor hygrine conditions in the 1800s, and realizing that I can order over 12,000,000 products at the click of a mouse online from Amazon, I am bewildered and awestruck at God's goodness to Americans. Amazon sells over 600 million products across various categories. Most of these products are listed by third-party sellers, with only about 12 million sold directly by Amazon itself. I thank God to be an American, despite how messed up our country has become.

Most of the people on the planet don't have it so nice as we do in the United States, where we are free and blessed by God. Our economy is in bad shape, and inflation will continue to rise I assure you unless something drastic is done about it, but at least we have access to things that weren't even available to most people in the 1800s. We take so much for granted today. The following items simply weren't readily available in the 1800s: chocolate, toilet paper, soap, leather goods, feminine products, medications, et cetera.

Anesthesia for surgery was first successfully demonstrated on October 16, 1846, when dentist William T.G. Morton used sulfuric ether during a surgical procedure at Massachusetts General Hospital. This marked a significant milestone in the history of medicine. Before anesthesia, doctors relied on speed and physical restraint to perform surgeries, often using alcohol or opium to dull pain. Patients were typically held down while undergoing procedures, which were extremely painful and traumatic. I cannot even imagine such horrors. That sounds more like popular “Saw” horror movies series. I THANK GOD for our modern medical technologies!

And yet, with all of our modern advancements in technology, we still cannot make an automated phone system that works properly. Go figure.

Modern man cannot build an affordable home security camera that can actually read a license plate number 40 feet away. I spent $2,200 for a GW Security camera system. My neighbour next door was robbed last year. My camera captured the thief's vehicle's license plate in their yard, but even at the highest quality settings, the video quality is so blurry that the license plate cannot even begin to be read. A decent security system starts at $15,000 and up.

It is tragic how corporate greed has ruined American society. I could write for hours about the inferior quality of so many things today—from the way that businesses and government agencies are poorly run, to the disgusting lack of quality in store bought bread today. Europeans make the best bread!

There is something very wrong with today's bread, that can sit for months in a bag and not mold. Today's bread can sit for months without molding due to the use of preservatives and emulsifiers that inhibit mold growth and staling. Yuk! Those additives make the bread hard. When I was a kid in the 1970s bread still began to mold after a few days, and that bread tasted great. I dread buying white bread anymore, because I cannot find even one loaf that is truly soft. I remember as a kid in Chicago eating Butternut brand of bread, which was super soft to touch. Those days are long gone!

Hey, but I am not complaining! In the 1800s, Victorian bakers added plaster of Paris to bread to whiten it and increase weight. They literally marched with their bare feet in the batch of dough to kneed it. Gross! Fresh Plaster of Paris foot-kneeded bread anyone?

The first public radio broadcast took place on January 13, 1910, from the Metropolitan Opera House in New York City, featuring a performance by tenor Enrico Caruso. Although the broadcast quality was poor, it marked the beginning of public radio broadcasting.

The first public demonstration of television occurred on January 27, 1926, in London by Scottish inventor John Logie Baird using a mechanical scanning system. The first commercially made electronic television was produced by Telefunken in Germany in 1934, but the first widely recognized television service began in the UK with the BBC in 1936. Early TVs were expensive luxury items, making them accessible primarily to the wealthy at that time. In 1946 only 6,000 wealthy American households owned a television, but by 1952 that number skyrocketed to 22 million households. Sadly, television has emptied the churches.

There were no radios or televisions in 1800s! These clever devices hadn't been invented yet, if you can imagine that. 2026 marks the centennial anniversary of the first television broadcast. We are living in amazing times of technology and information. Just yesterday on August 30th, 2026, the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope (NGRST) was launched from NASA. This innovative new telescope will take large photos so big that one image would require 3,000 digital television screens to display. As a fan of astronomy, I eagerly await the photos and data.

I hope I have given you a small glimpse into the not too distant past dear reader, so that you can even more appreciate how blessed we are today in the United States. God has been so good to us. And, remarkably, if you could go back in a Time Machine and talk with those people who struggled to survive throughout the 1800s and before, they would praise God and testify to the Lord's goodness to them.

But the problem of homeless is not one of living in a bad time; but rather, the wickedness of a society who doesn't care about them. If you take some time to think about the literally thousands of modern inventions, material items, conveniences and helps that we have available today, it is astounding to say the least. Psalms 145:9, “The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.”

This is a fake racist story intended to demonize white people. ...

I listened to the story almost in its entirety, but then became curious if it was a true story, because it was so racist. I was saddened and a bit angered to see a disclaimer all the way at the bottom of the comment section, out of sight, saying that the story is fake. I think it is dishonest and shady. There should be an obvious warning at the beginning of each video, notifying the viewer that the content is not real. I'm sure that some people don't mind the deception, but I do, very much so. I hate being deceived by anyone for any reason.

The same “Black Robe Stories” YouTube channel fabricates racist videos portraying white people as racist bullies who prey upon blacks. The channel so far has posted 69 disgusting videos, and every video is a fictitious story about white people abusing blacks. This is racist to the core! Kindly said, I don't think YouTube should allow these type of inflammatory videos which discriminate against whites.

If someone made a YouTube channel portraying Jews or black people in a negative light, portraying Jews and blacks as bigoted racists, I'm sure YouTube would have removed and banned the channel permanently already for abuse. Why is YouTube allowing this channel to exist? That is just my humble opinion. I don't think anybody should be allowed to fabricate racist videos to demonize white people.

The Corrupt Gospel According To Dolly Parton

1st John 4:1, “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.”

As you already likely know, Dolly Parton (1946-2026) died last Tuesday. A lot of people are curious about the famous country singer's religious beliefs, now that she has died at age 80.

I came across something disturbing today called, “The Gospel According To Dolly.” The Gospel According To Dolly is a neo-evangelical church series (which started on October 19, 2022) that uses Dolly Parton’s life and songs to talk about suffering, joy and longing for “home.” It began as a three-part series, drawing on how she grew up with Bible stories and church music in Tennessee. But there is a more sinister aspect to the series.

According to the Progressive Church Media website in an article titled, “The Gospel According To Dolly Parton,” it reads:

A Gospel for Our Time
In an increasingly polarized world, Dolly Parton transcended cultural divides, not by avoiding difficult issues but by leading with empathy. She reminded us that progressive Christianity must be both inclusive and deeply rooted in action. For pastors and ministry leaders, Dolly Parton’s faith offers a fresh lens through which to explore how to share the gospel—not just in word, but in deed. SOURCE

In layman's language, that means deteriorating Christianity in America needs to embrace the Satanic homosexual movement. What you just read from the Progressive Church Media is evil propaganda! They are teaching that we should compromise like Dolly Parton did, to share God's love via accepting unrepentant homosexuals and their filthy deathstyle. This is a FALSE gospel. What saith the Scripture? James 4:4, “Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.” Kindly said, Dolly Parton was God's enemy.

If You Truly Follow Jesus, The World Will Hate You

2nd Timothy 3:12, “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.” Do you know what it means to “live godly in Christ Jesus”? It means that you refuse to go along with the sinful world. 1st Peter 4:4-5, “Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you. Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.” Dolly pandered to the wicked world, going along to get along, dipping her sails, and the heathen world loved her for it (John 15:19). They're about to rename the Nashville International Airport after Dolly.

In April of 2022, at age 76, Dolly Parton appeared on the “Worklife with Adam Grant” podcast, in which she wickedly stated: “I modeled my looks on the town tramp,” flaunting her rebellion against God's command for females to dress modestly. Dolly proudly declared: “I look like a Jezebel.” She sinfully appropriated a popular Christian fundamentalist term of derision as a badge of honor. The inspired Holy Bible commands women to adorn themselves in “modest apparel” (1st Timothy 2:9-10). Proverbs 7:10 condemns “the attire of an harlot.” What Dolly Parton sinfully mocks and jests at, brings the judgment of God (Colossians 3:5-6; Romans 1:32; Matthew 5:28; Jude 1:7; Hebrews 13:4).

Dolly's Corrupt Gospel Is Devoid Of The True Gospel

Furthermore, looking at the preceding quote again from Progressive Church Media, please notice that there was no mention of the actual “Gospel” (i.e., Jesus death on the cross, His burial, and bodily resurrection from the dead three days later) anywhere in Dolly Parton's world. The ONLY true Gospel is found in the Holy Bible in 1st Corinthians 15:1-4. There is no such thing as: “The Gospel According To Dolly Parton.” Wicked sinners are attempting to spread Dolly's toxic philosophy that we should just love and be nice to everyone, regardless of how wicked they live their lives, while claiming some shallow faith in a ambiguous non-specific higher power, and that's The Corrupt Gospel According To Dolly Parton.

2nd Timothy 3:5, “Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.” According to Romans 1:16 that saving “power” is the Gospel (the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ crucified, buried and risen). I am sick and fed up and tired of hearing celebrities talk about faith in a higher power from within one's self (new age heresy), which is all Dolly Parton ever talked about, but there is no faith in the Gospel truth. ...

“We all believe in God, and we’re very close.” —Dolly Parton

James 2:19, “Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.”

It is clear from Dolly's unbiblical comment, “We are all God's children,” that she has never been born again:

“I know [trans people] and love them all, and I do not judge… And I just see how broken-hearted they get over certain things and I know how real they are. I know how important [gender-affirming care] is to them. That’s who they are. They cannot help that any more than I can help being Dolly Parton, you know, the way people know me. If there’s something to be judged, that is God’s business. But we are all God’s children and how we are is who we are.”

First of all, we are not all God's children. Galatians 3:26, “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.” Unless you have been born anew from above by God's Holy Spirit in response to your faith in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, you are not a child of God.

Secondly, I do not believe that homosexuals cannot help what they are. If that be true, then God made a mistake by forbidding the sinful practice of homosexuality. The Bible strongly condemns homosexuality as a vile sin that goes against the laws of nature (Romans 1:24-32). I am not saying that Christians should bash or be unkind to LGBTQ people, God forbid. We should love everyone and be kind to others, but we should also make it clear to those around us that we openly reject such wickedness and will not sanction or celebrate sodomy. Romans 1:25, “Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.”

I have been around homosexuals in public, and they always seek acceptance from others, especially Christians. Over my dead body! I will never remain silent if I have a say in the matter. I will speak up. As a Christian who fears God, I would never form a close personal friendship with a homosexual. That is not bigotry, that is Biblical separation from the heathen world (Psalms 1:1; Proverbs 1:10; 2nd Corinthians 6:14-17).

Practicing homosexuals want to be openly accepted by society, even as members in good standing in local churches, and that is evil dear reader. Any church that openly accepts homosexuals and refuses to preach against the sin of homosexuality is the Devil's church. I am of the belief that everyone should be welcomed to come to a church, but they are going to hear me preach against all sins if I am the pastor, including homosexuality, if they attend. 1st Timothy 5:20, “Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.”

To Dolly Parton entertainment was her God. I find no evidence whatsoever that she ever became a born again child of God. Dolly's popular so-called “gospel” has absolutely nothing to do with Jesus' death, burial and resurrection; but rather, to embrace homosexuals and all walks of life while merely professing to be a “person of faith.” That's exactly what Satan does to deceive his victims, masquerading as an angel of light (2nd Corinthians 11:13-15).

Dolly Parton's so-called “gospel” is not the true Gospel of 1st Corinthians 15:1-4. It is a ruse to further creep the homosexual agenda into the churches, which sinister plot I assure you will ultimately fail and bring the wrathful judgment of God. Hebrews 10:31, “It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”

Be Careful What You Pray

The following is chapter 28 ('Be Careful What You Pray') from Pastor Jack Hyles' awesome book titled, 'Exploring Prayer With Jack Hyles'...

This chapter could be called, "Safety in Prayer," "Safeguards in Prayer," or "Don't Pray the Wrong Thing."

In a previous chapter we dealt with the great heart of God and how God wants and loves to answer our prayers. Now because He does have such a tremendous desire, we must be very careful for what we pray. We have such promises in the Bible as, Ask what ye will." This places a great responsibility on the Christian to be careful got what He prays. With a God Who loves us so much and Who in many ways almost places a carte blanche before us if we walk close to Him and abide in Him, we must take special care for those things that are best for us and for God's work.

There is an interesting story in Numbers 22, Balaam had been invited to do an unwise thing; that is, to leave the will of God and go to Moab. Balaam, being the faithful preacher that he was, went to God and asked God what he should do. God very plainly said, "Thou shalt not go with them." (Numbers 22:12) Balaam returned to the princes of Balak and said in verse 13, "The Lord refuseth to give me leave to go with you." Now that should have settled it, but Balaam was not careful in his prayer, for Balak became more insistent than ever. Balak sent more princes with more authority than the others, and again sought for Balaam's willingness to come to Moab. Balaam was again very emphatic when in verse 18 he said, "I cannot go beyond the word of the Lord my God, to do less or more," but he made a tragic mistake! In verse 19 he said, "Now therefore, I pray you, tarry ye also here this night, that I may know what the LORD will say unto me more." The Lord didn't have to say anything more to Balaam! He had already told Balaam what to do, but Balaam did not build a safeguard around his prayers. He came back again, and for some reason known only to the great heart of God, God told Balaam this time to go ahead!

Why did God change His mind? Was He allowing Balaam to go ahead just to show him the consequences of doubting God's commandment? Was He trying to teach Balaam to be careful in the future? Did God acquiesce because He was weary? Was it that God wanted Balaam to have what he wanted? I don't know, but I do know that Balaam went to Moab and that an entire race was corrupted because of it! Tragedy came to thousands and thousands of lives because Balaam was not safe in his praying.

This same type of thing is found concerning divorce. God never wants any couple to divorce for any reason, but He does give a permission for divorce in the case of fornication. God is saying, "I want one thing, but I will permit another. I would prefer you not to divorce ever for any reason, but because your hearts are hard, I will allow you to do it for just one reason."

These safeguards in prayer that we will mention in this chapter are needful because God does tell us to ask WHAT WE WANT. Mark 11:24, "Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them." John 15:7, "If ye abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you." Psalm 37:4, "Delight thyself also in the LORD; and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart." Philippians 4:6, "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God." John 14:14, "If ye shall ask any thing in My name, I will do it." All of these promises and others remind us that with such a blank check, we must be careful, very careful!

Of course, in prayer, as in salvation, we can come to God only through Jesus. Hebrews 4:14-16, "Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need." John 14:6, "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me." Hence, all prayer goes through Jesus, or to use a figure of speech, passes across His desk before it goes to the Father. Of course, all prayer is heard by Him because He is sitting on the right hand of the Father all the time.

There are several different attitudes that Jesus could have concerning our prayers as they come through Him to the Father. He may approve them; He may endorse them; He may recommend them; He may even plead for them. Hence, you can see that He could show different degrees of enthusiasm. There are many Scriptures in the Bible that teach us that the Father seeks counsel from the Son. Isaiah 9:6, "For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." The word "counsellor" here deals mainly with the relationship that the Father has with the Son. Jesus is the wonderful counsellor. Especially is this true in His relationship with the Father. He counsels with His father; so as Jesus counsels with the Father, He may approve our prayer requests. He may be even more enthusiastic than that—He may endorse a prayer request; or He may go farther than that—He may recommend it; or He may even go so far as to plead for it. I wonder how many earthly parents love their children so much that they give them too much in response to the child's request. When one stops to realize how much God loves us, it is no wonder that we should be careful when we come to Him in prayer.

There are, thank God, some safeguards that we should remember concerning prayer.

1. Pray according to Bible principles. The Christian should know his Bible and know it well. This will lead him to pray according to the principles set down in the Word of God. This gives a great security, safety and safeguard to our praying.

2. Pray in the will of God. I John 5:14,15, "And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask any thing according to His will, He heareth us: And if we know that He hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him." Notice how Jesus prayed in the garden of Gethsemane. Matthew 26:38,39, "Then saith He unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with Me. And He went a little further, and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, O My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from Me: nevertheless not as I will, but as Thou wilt." He told the Father His will, but then He prayed for the Father's will to be done. It is commonly believed that Jesus was talking about the cup of death, the cup of suffering or the cup of becoming accursed for sin. No, no, no! Jesus wasn't asking the Father to keep Him from dying; He knew He was going to die! He came to die! His death was called "the glory that was set before Him." He set His face like a flint toward Jerusalem. He wanted to die for us. He gladly laid down His life for us.

When He was praying, "let this cup pass from Me," He was afraid that He was going to die then; that is, there in the garden of Gethsemane. He knew that it was not the plan of God for Him to die there. He knew that He was supposed to go to Calvary on the day of the Passover and become our Passover and in so doing, pay the penalty for our sins. He was saying, "Father, let the cup of death pass from Me now." Let Me wait for the cross. That is why I came." Then He says, "Nevertheless, not My will but Thine be done." He said, "Father, You know best. I want it to be done according to Thy will." Added light is thrown upon this in Hebrews 5:7, " Who in the days of His flesh, when He had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto Him that was able to save Him from death, and was heard in that He feared." A real safeguard in prayer is always to pray in the will of God.

3. Live a spiritual life. Psalm 37:4, "Delight thyself also in the LORD; and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart." John 15:7, "If ye abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you." Psalm 1:1-3, "Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in His law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper." If we walk in the Spirit and live a spiritual-filled life, we will then pray in the Spirit. How dangerous it is for a Christian to get in the flesh, as perhaps Balaam did when he came the second time and sought for God's permission to go to Moab!

4. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you make your list of requests that you are to take to the Father. Romans 8:26,27, "Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And He that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because He maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God." As is mentioned in another chapter of this book, the intercession that the Apostle speaks about in Romans 8:26 is the Holy Spirit making intercession TO the one praying. In other words, the Holy Spirit tells us what to pray. Ah, here is a blessed safeguard! Ask the Holy Spirit to help you make your prayer list. With His help and His leadership there is great safety, and we can avoid making foolish requests. In verse 27 the intercession means intercession WITH us. Once the Holy Spirit has made intercession to us in telling us what to pray for, He then goes to the Father with us and makes intercession with us before the Father. Actually the Holy Spirit becomes our prayer partner as we present our petitions to the Father. This is a great way to prevent making a prayer that is a foolish one and risking God allowing us to do something that is not His first choice, such as in the case of Balaam.

5. Pray from the will of God. Oh yes, pray in the will of God, but always pray from the will of God. Always be in His will. When we are praying from His perfect will or, if we have forfeited His perfect will, from His permissive or acceptable or improvised will, we are adding another ticket to the fence of protection against an unwise request.

6. Remember how the prayer worked out in the past. Stop to think if it was best before. Use the past as a pattern for the future.

Because we have a God Who loves us so much, Who delights in answering our prayers and Who has given us so many amazing promises, we must be careful what we pray.

Why Does God Allow Evil People To Keep Doing Evil?

Ecclesiastes 8:12-13, “Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him: But it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong his days, which are as a shadow; because he feareth not before God.”

Proverbs 16:4-5, “The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil. Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.” The “day of evil” here means judgment.

The Bible teaches that God has made everything for His purpose, including the wicked for the day of judgment. This biblical truth emphasizes that even those who do wrong are part of God's overarching plan, which includes judgment and justice.

Pastor Harry A. Ironside (1876-1951) comments on Proverbs 16:4-5:

All things will result at last in the glory of God. Earth’s long tale of sin and sorrow will eventually result in magnifying His love and His holiness. Those saved by His grace will praise Him forever; but the wicked will also acknowledge His justice in the day of their condemnation. He detests pride; all who walk pridefully will be broken before Him, try as they may to resist His power. They will be declared guilty when He sits on the throne of judgment. I was thinking today why God allows a rebellious wife to make her husband's life miserable, year after year, and there is little or nothing that he can do, except love and pray for his defiant wife.

I thought about wicked King Herod in the Bible, who was a madman. Herod had John the Baptist murdered, as part of a promise gone wrong to Herodias, his niece who danced sensually before him. Why did God allow John (the greatest born among women according to Matthew 11:11) to be so recklessly murdered, a beautiful man killed for no valid reason? By the way, John wasn't martyred for preaching the gospel, but for preaching against the sin of adultery, Herod's adultery with his brother's wife. Preaching the truth can get you killed!

I could mention the contemptible name of thousands of wicked people in the world today, who hurt other people. Russian President Vladimir Putin comes to mind. That man is a liar! His word means absolutely nothing. The same can be said of that lunatic madman Kim Jong Un in North Korea, who murdered his own brother to protect his tyrannical reign of power. Why does God allow such evil men to continue murdering millions of victims?

I am comforted to know that God sees everything, and has promised to hold all men accountable for every deed, whether it be good or evil. Ecclesiastes 12:13-14, “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.”

Ecclesiastes 5:8, “If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for he that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they.” Nothing escapes the eyes of God.

Ecclesiastes 8:12-13, “Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him: But it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong his days, which are as a shadow; because he feareth not before God.” Dear reader, no one is going to escape God's wrath and justice!!!

Hebrews 4:13, “Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.” There will be justice!!!

Life is truly a test for every human being. We are all being tested by God. A faith must be tested. When all is said and done, and life's journey is over, we will understand it finally.

I admit that it does little to solace my grieving heart concerning all the horrible evil happening in the world today, to learn from the Holy Bible that it is all a part of God's big plan. That is very frustrating. I mean, when a monster attacks a little child, and God lets it happen, the Bible says that He made the wicked for the day of judgment. That doesn't make sense to me. That being said, who am I to judge and question God? He is the Potter, I am the clay. Isaiah 64:8,“But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.” I exclaim with broken Job in Job 13:15, “Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.”

Every human being at some point in life will have to decide to either place God on trial, or blindly trust Him. The inspired Scripture tells us not to lean upon our own frail human understanding, and I think that is the key to living the Christian life. Proverbs 3:5-7, “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.” The heathen world make the dire mistake of leaning upon their own flawed sinful human understanding.

We can no more understand God, than we can understand how Jesus spoke the universe into existence by the mere power of His Word (2nd Peter 3:5; John 1:1-3, 14). Scientists tell us now that the James Web Space Telescope (JWST) has so far discovered at least 2 TRILLION galaxies (not stars, galaxies). When the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope (NGRST) launches in September of 2026, for an exciting 5-year mission to take an inventory of the universe, I am confident that it will discover 20 TRILLION galaxies or more!!!

Dear reader, have faith in God (Mark 11:22). Don't foolishly try to understand something that wasn't meant for you or anyone else to understand, not in this lifetime at least. Just settle it in your soul once and for all that God is good (Psalm 145:9), faithful (1st Corinthians 1:9), honest (Titus 1:2), and He cares (1st Peter 5:7).

I don't know precisely why God allows evil people to get away with their crimes. I really don't. But I vaguely do know it has something to do with the Lord's grand plan for humanity. To me it's kind of like a painter. To paint a picture, you need to start with a blank canvas, and then use different colors to create contrast to form an image. If all you had was yellow paint, you couldn't create an image, because it would all be yellow.

This is why the Apostle Paul beautifully said in 1st Corinthians 11:19, “For there must be also heresies among you, that they which are approved may be made manifest among you.” We need false prophets! We need them to provide contrast, so that faithful preachers who are learned in the Scripture can tell THE TRUTH, using those heretics as a canvas upon which to paint THE TRUTH. Amen! I like that biblical illustration.

So, without evil people, how would we contrast the righteous? If we lived in a world without evil, how would we recognize righteousness? This is a profound concept, but a biblical one, and I humbly think it helps explain why God allows evil people to continue doing evil. Thankfully, their days are numbered, and their day of reckoning is soon coming. We are already on the winning side through faith in Jesus Christ. ...

Isaiah 1:4-6, “Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward. Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint. From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrifying sores: they have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified with ointment.”

We must Make America Godly Again, before she can become “Great Again.” America was “great” when she was good, and she was good when she had great churches. I don’t even recognize the country that I grew up in back in the 1970s.

We are now living in a low character culture. As of mid-2024, about 25,890 of Los Angeles’s roughly 223,000 streetlights were inoperative, with theft of copper wire a major cause. Unfortunately for LA’s citizens, the city’s work crews simply cannot repair the inoperative lights faster than the thieves are disabling them to steal the copper wiring to sell. The current price of copper is $6.58 per pound as of August 21, 2026. But with all the increasing homelessness (unaffordable housing) and lack of decent-paying jobs that pay a livable wage nationwide, can we really act surprised?

I assure you dear reader that things will only become much worse in the future, and President Trump fully knows it. The fraudulent Federal Reserve has bankrupt the U.S. economy and that wretched Satanic beast is not going away. Many concerned young people today blame capitalism, failing to understand that they’ve never experienced honest capitalism in America. All they have known their entire life is a fraudulent rigged economy controlled by private selfish banking interests (aka, the Federal Reserve). What we have in the United States today, since 1913, is called a Fractional Reserve Banking system, and it is not capitalism!

This corrupt system allows the U.S. federal government (same in Europe) to spend taxpayer money recklessly without accountability. The sinister banking institutions via the U.S. Treasury print the money out of thin air from nothing, to LEND to the public. Proverbs 22:7, “The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender.”

I cringe and roll my eyes every time that Congress votes whether or not to raise the so-called Debt Ceiling. Of course they are going to raise it, they have to, or the whole Ponzi Scheme collapses. And although ChatGPT and dishonest controlled media sources will vehemently deny that the Federal Reserve is an elaborate Ponzi Scheme, it most certainly is if you understand how the whole racket works.

Illegal immigration, deindustrialization of American industries and the corrupt Federal Reserve are DESTROYING our economy. This is all intentional by design, for I believe out of the chaos and ashes of the United States will arise the coming Antichrist, the Man of Sin. That is why it was blatantly obvious that President Joe Biden was allowing tens of millions of illegals to flood into the country between 2020 and 2024. And although President Trump is putting on a good show to make it look like there is justice, deporting some of the worst of the invaders, when all is said and done when Trump leaves office in 2029 there will still be TENS OF MILLIONS of illegal aliens residing in the United States.

And I wouldn’t be surprised if the next ungodly Democrat U.S. President makes the invaders all U.S. citizens. Perhaps Kamala Harris (she is talking about running and I think she will win if she does). Woe unto our nation when a woman rules over us! Isaiah 3:12, “As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.”

I have a strong feeling that the Luciferian powers lurking behind the scenes want Kamala Harris in office in 2029. That is a guess, nothing more. I have no special insight. I sure hope I am wrong. The only reason why I feel she might be elected is because I’ve been hearing her name a lot in the news lately, and she is determined to undo the good President Trump has done, including bringing back all of the DEI (Diversity, Equality and Inclusiveness) ungodliness. Kamala Harris is considering a run for the presidency in 2028. Something is going on with her. There is something wrong with a society that promotes based upon race, gender and sexual orientation; rather than character, hard work and skill.

Also, I heard Kamala say that if elected she will lower the cost of living, and I think if elected she will, the only way that all Democrats know how to finance their programs, by further raising the National Debt. If Miss Harris gets elected, you can expect to see the national Debt skyrocket to $50 trillion in her time in office.

Sadly, the vast majority of the American people today are in massive debt to the banking institutions, just the way they planned it. The average American household carried $105,056 in total debt as of late 2025 (including the National Debt), while the average American consumer had $6,595 in credit card debt in early 2026. We are a nation of debtors! By God’s grace I don’t owe anybody a penny, and I refuse to ever do so! I’ll starve before I’ll go into debt.

As long as the American people continue to embrace the wickedness of sexual immorality, abortion, divorce, greed, homosexuality, female immodesty and false religion, to name but a few sins, our nation can never return to a status of greatness. Make America Godly Again!

Dolly Parton Was Turned Aside After Satan

1st Timothy 5:14-15, “I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully. For some are already turned aside after Satan.”

I don't usually upload more than one article a day, but today is different. I just read some disturbing things, which I will get to in a moment, but first some facts. Country music icon Dolly Parton (1946-2026) died yesterday at age 80 in Tennessee. She had been struggling with cancer and was admitted to the hospital four days before she died on August 25th. Dolly's net worth at the time of her death was $650,000,000. I've never liked most of Dolly's music, but I like her song, “Here You Come Again.” Dolly has written over 3,000 songs, many of which have been recorded by other artists. Although she did claim to be a Christian, I have serious doubts based upon her public statements.

Dolly's Unbiblical Open Marriage

Although some Christians might admire Dolly's marriage to one man, Carl Dean, for 60 years since 1966 as being extremely admirable, please hold your applause until you hear the rest of the sordid story. Out of Parton's own mouth, she admits that they had an “open marriage” and she has publicly admitted to having an affair (“of the heart” whatever that means) which caused her to contemplate suicide.

May I kindly say, there is absolutely nothing good, holy or Biblical about having a so-called “open marriage” to flirt and bond emotionally or sexually with others. Personally, I don't believe Dolly for one second that she didn't have sex with her emotional lovers. Regardless, it was as wicked as the Devil for Dolly to say publicly that she and her husband had an “open marriage.” It sure sounds adulterous to 100% of the public and she knows it!

Dolly further stated:

'He's not jealous and I'm not jealous of him. He knows I flirt. He flirts too,' she previously said as she set the record straight. SOURCE

That is evil! That is not God's love. God's love is a jealous love. God is so jealous over His children that He even calls his name Jealous! Exodus 34:14, “For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.” Something is very wrong in any marriage when a couple tells the world that they have an “open marriage.” That is creepy and sinful talk.

Dolly Parton was asked “the secret” to their long marriage. Here was her shamefully reply:

As a result of their many years together (Dolly and Dean wed in 1966), she shared that she’s often asked for the secret to a long marriage.

“I say, ‘Because I stay gone.’ And there’s a lot of truth in that — the fact that we’re not in each other’s faces all the time,” pointed out Parton. The fact that the couple feel fine about their frequent separations has helped rather than harmed their relationship, added Dolly. SOURCE

I think that is terrible, when you have to avoid each other to stay married. That's the secret to her 60 year marriage, “I stay gone”? The couple separated and lived apart. I think it is shameful. God only knows the wickedness that went on. I don't believe half of what Dolly says.

It bothers me that Dolly speaks glibly about having an “open marriage,” as if that is okay; it's not okay Biblically, far from it. And for a marriage to work, two people must show up. What they had was not a traditional marriage, where she “stayed gone.” Christians must be careful not to follow the low moral standards and unbiblical choices of the world. Psalm 1:1-2, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.”

Dolly Sacrificed Motherhood On The Altar Of Her Career

The following quotes from Dolly Parton really disturbed me today when I read them. Dear reader, what you are about to read is absolutely vile and disgusting in God's sight. Dolly wasn't barren to become a mother, she chose her career over motherhood, which according to our text Scripture passage from 1st Timothy 5:14-15 means that she was “TURNED ASIDE AFTER SATAN” throughout her lengthy entertainment career. She even calls her sinful choices a “sacrifice,” and it sure was. I'll comment some more after you read this, if you will please:

Parton was married to her husband, Carl Dean, from 1966 until he died in 2025; however, the couple never had any kids, with the singer often sharing in interviews that parenthood was not meant for her and her spouse.

'I Had Freedom'

In a 2020 episode of Apple TV+’s The Oprah Conversation, the “Jolene” singer told Oprah Winfrey that not having children allowed her the independence that ultimately allowed her career to thrive.

"Since I had no kids, and my husband was pretty independent, I had freedom," she said. "So I think a big part of my whole success is the fact that I was free to work."

'I Believed That God Didn’t Mean for Me to Have Kids'

Despite being together for decades, Dolly Parton and Carl Dean never had kids.

The late superstar admitted she made "sacrifices" over the course of her career, but believed there was a reason why her life panned out the way it did.

"I didn’t have children because I believed that God didn’t mean for me to have kids so everybody’s kids could be mine, so I could do things like Imagination Library, because if I hadn’t had the freedom to work, I wouldn’t have done all the things I’ve done,” she continued to tell Winfrey. “I wouldn’t be in a position to do all of the things I’m doing now."

Dolly Parton was 'thankful' she never had to feel 'guilty' leaving children behind.

In one of her final interviews, she opened up about the sacrifices she’s made, telling PEOPLE in 2025 that she’s grateful she never had to feel guilty about leaving children behind to do her job.

"You know, I have just been going so fast my whole life. And I just start thinking, 'How in the world did I even have a life? How did I even get it done?' I really realized when I was putting this book [Star of the Show: My Life on Stage] together just how much I had sacrificed in my life," she shared. "I never had children, so at least I didn’t have a guilty feeling. I’m thankful that I got to see my dreams come true." SOURCE

Like wicked Eve in the Garden of Eden who rationalized to fabricate three excuses to justify eating the forbidden fruit (Genesis 3:6); so also had Dolly Parton rationalized her ungodly decision to sacrifice motherhood to pursue a career, making lame excuses in the third act of her life to justify her sinful choices. She admits, “I had freedom,” freedom to pursue her music productions, film projects and her own business ventures. This is not God's will for any woman! Again, Dolly wasn't barren, she chose not to become a mother.

Did you read what Dolly said: “So I think a big part of my whole success is the fact that I was free to work.” Do you really think God and the angels agree with Dolly's decision to sing and make movies instead of bear children? I assure you that they do not.

Dolly didn't just make movies and songs, she promoted sexual immorality by wearing the ungodly attire of an harlot (Proverbs 7:10). Do you think God was amused by her staring role in the 1982 movie, “The Best Little Whore House In Texas”? It is utter wickedness! Proverbs 14:9, “Fools make a mock at sin: but among the righteous there is favour.”

Dolly said, 'I believed that God didn’t mean for me to have kids.' She is so wrong! How can Dolly say that when it was her own decision not to have any children, so that she could pursue a career in the entertainment industry? The worldly singer said, “At least I got to see my dreams come true.” What a fool! If you think that pursuing a career of any sort is a better dream and a higher calling than being a mother, you have a wicked disgraceful attitude.

I remember reading decades ago in the news about Dolly's bouts with depression because she didn't have any children and would never become a grandmother. It really bothered her soul. Then in her third act of life she allegedly found peace in the matter, by sinfully claiming that it was God's will for her never to become a mother. I'm sorry Miss Parton, but it wasn't God's will for you to pursue a career in the entertainment industry over motherhood. That was Dolly's will, not the Lord's will. And I think it was shameful, unbiblical and very sinful.

Again, Christians must be careful not to follow the low moral standards and unbiblical choices of the world. Dolly Parton's Ungodly 'Annual Gay and Lesbian Day'

Dolly Parton has a religious chapel at Dollywood. She sang Gospel and Christmas music frequently, yet also embraced the ungodly homosexual community...

Parton appears in gay publications, and her fans organize an annual gay and lesbian day at her amusement park, Dollywood, in her native east Tennessee. She said gay men in particular are drawn to her flamboyant appearance, highlighted by thick makeup, gaudy clothing and blonde wig.

To the heathen unsaved world, the inspired King James Bible only has two words in it: “Judge not” (Matthew 7:1a). God never intended for Christians to calmly go along with, stay quiet about, and affirm the heathen world and their wickedness. Psalms 94:16, “Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?” This is why the Bible warns in 2nd Timothy 3:12-13, “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.” The world loved Dolly because Dolly loved the world, and she perverted the truth of God's word to justify it (Romans 1:25).

I am so sick and fed up and tired of the heathen world using God's love as an excuse to justify sin and wickedness. Yes, God is love, and He does unconditionally love every human being, including the wayward LGBTQ+ community. God loves them very much, so much so that He died on a cross for all of them 2,000 years ago. But the same holy God hates sin and has promised to burn all Christ rejecters in Hell forever (Revelation 20:15), and to hold all humans accountable for the good and the evil that we do (Ecclesiastes 12:14; Hebrews 4:13). In the mindset of the wicked world, no one has a right to speak out against sin or evil.

Every preacher in America should preach uncompromisingly against the evils of the Country music industry. Country music itself is not bad, but the lyrics to many of the songs are just plain filthy and sexually-immoral (and might I add, completely retarded). I'm speaking about Country music in general here and not Miss Parton. Dolly has plainly told younger music artists that she refuses to make fun of Jesus, or speak against God. I respect her for that. No one is 100% right, or 100% wrong. Like the rest of us, Dolly had her ups and downs in life.

I'm not condemning anybody, God forbid. I am taking a Biblical stand against the sexually-suggestive, worldly and often Satanic music and videos which many professed Christian singers promote today. For example: George Strait is one of my favorite Country singers, and he claims to be a Christian and I believe that he is, but he has a song titled: “Overnight Male.” That is terrible! What saith the Scripture? Proverbs 14:9, “Fools make a mock at sin: but among the righteous there is favour.” If someone lives in personal sin, that is no one's business to condemn but God; but when someone parades and publicly promotes wickedness, Christians are commanded to expose the unfruitful works of darkness (Ephesians 5:11).

James 4:4, “Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.” Dolly was clearly a friend of the world. She not only supported homosexuals, she hosted annual LGBTQ+ days at her Dollywood Theme Park in Tennessee. Kindly said, Dolly Parton was no friend of God. She played it safe, coddling the heathen world, affirming everyone and everything to avoid being criticized and making enemies (2nd Timothy 3:12).

John the Baptist didn't go around loving everybody by affirming their wickedness. John confronted Herod and his brother's wife Herodias and plainly told them that they were living in a sinful adulterous relationship, which cost the prophet his very life.

When Jesus warned in Matthew 7:1 not to judge others, He wasn't teaching us to look the other way and avoid taking a Biblical stand against public wickedness. God is not telling us to look the other way and tolerate social wickedness (which is what Dolly Parton is doing). We are not supposed to condemn people, but we are supposed to speak out against open wickedness (Ephesians 5:11; Psalms 94:16).

If a wicked man decides to open an adult bookstore in your neighborhood, are you “judging him” to fight against what he's trying to do? If two male homosexuals move in next door to you, and they invite your little boy to play with their little boy inside their home, are you “passing judgment” to say “absolutely not, no!” Are you “being judgmental” to oppose an abortion clinic opening in your town? How about a pro-Nazi organization coming to your town? How about NAMBLA (North American Man-Boy Love Association) wanting to pass out literature to your children? Where do you draw the line of morality? The moral benchmark is going lower and lower as the United States descends into a moral pit of manure. Woe unto America!

Those Infamous Lascivious Boobs

Miss Parton is infamous for her fake breasts, which preceded her everywhere she went. Dolly Parton's breast implants were estimated to be between 700cc and 1000cc (size DD), which is considered very large for her petite frame. Honestly, that is just plain ridiculous and unhealthy. Dolly suffered from lower back pain continually; so much so that at age 73 she needed to have Breast Reduction Surgery. We are living in such a vain culture in the United States today.

Over the last 10 years, an average of 310,000 U.S. women have received breast implants each year. I think that is so shameful and unhealthy. Ladies, be content with who God made you. As a normal man, I'd much rather have a wife with tiny real warm breasts; than large fake ones, that are cold to touch and she has to worry about silicone leaking out if her breasts are squeezed too hard. Natural is best. The old adage is true: If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Sadly, Miss Parton spent her entertainment career dressing like a whore. I don't know how else to describe her. If that upsets you, get right with God. No professed Christian woman (which Dolly claimed to be) should walk around in public as a sex symbol, letting it all hang out. The Bible in 1st Peter 2:11 calls the struggle with lust a “war against the soul.” Yet, Dolly Parton helped the enemy, Satan, destroying men's lives by being sexually promiscuous and immodest. God only knows the damage that she caused by her lewdness and immodesty.

Please understand dear reader that I didn't write this article to be unkind, upset anyone or condemn Dolly Parton, not at all. I am the biggest sinner I know. I am certainly in no position morally to throw rocks at anybody. We are all guilty dirty sinners in God's sight. If you are looking for the biggest sinner, you need look no further, you just found him. I plead guilty. Luke 5:6 and 8, “And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake. ...When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.” The closer that you draw to our holy God, the worse of a sinner you will feel like.

That being said, I did write this article to refute Dolly's heathen viewpoints and unbiblical horrible attitude toward marriage and motherhood. It doesn't surprise me that a heathen woman who would shamelessly tell the world about her “open marriage,” and that she “stays gone” from her husband, would throw motherhood under the bus too.

In this creepy YouTube video, Dolly Parton is singing Led Zeppelin's blockbuster song, Stairway To Heaven. This is what she sacrificed motherhood to do with her life. Please don't be deceived if you are a young woman. God desires for you to get married (not rack up a body count), bear children, guide the house (be a homemaker), and stay out of trouble (give none occasion to the Devil's crowd to speak reproachfully). The heathen world looks down upon motherhood today, but stay-at-home mothers are right where God wants them to be.

Is God shallow Dolly? Are all the God-fearing, faithful, people-loving, sin-hating, soul-winning, Bible-preaching, uncompromising, Bible preachers across the world “shallow” for preaching that females ought to dress modestly? Dolly Parton is trying to justify her public lewdness, nudity and sensuality as a form of “glamour art.” The Bible calls it the sin of lust! 1st Peter 2:11, “Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul.”

Dolly spoke arrogantly, defiantly and with rebellion against the Holy Scripture, which teach us that a woman ought to dress in modest apparel (1st Timothy 2:9-10). Miss Parton is now in eternity with her Creator. Life is short, Hell is hot and eternity is a long time. Please understand that I am not condemning Dolly Parton for her sins and faults, for I am the biggest sinner I know (and so are you, if you're right with God).

Dolly made no bones about her whorish attire, which she proudly displayed in public with impunity, dismissing it as mere glamour art. The Holy Bible does not agree with her reckless attitude. Matthew 5:27-29, “Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.”

The FALSE Gospel Of Dolly Parton

Dolly Parton's profession of Christian faith was as fake as her breasts. She spoke highly of her grandfather, who was a Pentecostal preacher in the Church of God. Pentecostals believe you can lose God's free gift of salvation, which means they think you must live a moral lifestyle to maintain it (works). I absolutely doubt the salvation of Pentecostals and Charismatics who think and teach that God's gift of salvation can be lost by sinful living and unfaithfulness.

In a 2002 interview with MIX by Rick Clark, Dolly said concerning God:

"Everybody thinks of God as a different thing. To me, God is that greater, higher energy — that greater, wiser wisdom. It's that thing in all of us that we all have to draw from. I've always trusted God and trusted myself, which to me are intertwined. I'm a creative person, and what gifts I have come from that divine place that I try to tap into. So who have I got to be afraid of?"

God is not a "thing in all of us." The only thing that we all have is a sinful nature. God is not in a person unless they have been born again (John 3:3). Jesus must be received by faith (Revelation 3:20; John 1:12). God is not merely some higher form of energy that we draw from. I heard Dolly say that she is not religious, but she is very, very spiritual. I am the same. My Christian father was right, “Religion is the worst thing that ever happened to this world.”

Dolly did call herself a sinner, saying: “We're all just a bunch of sinners, but we do the best we can.” I cannot say with any certainty that she didn't go to Heaven. Only God and Dolly, and those in the afterlife, know where Dolly is right now. I sure hope she went to Heaven. But Jesus warned in no uncertain terms in John 3:3b, “Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” I've never heard Dolly claim to be born again.

Parton's longtime friend and music collaborator Linda Ronstadt said: “Dolly's faith is absolutely legitimate,” but Ronstadt is an avowed atheist. So what does that say?

Dolly further states in the 2002 interview, "...what gifts I have come from that divine place that I try to tap into..." What "divine place" is that Dolly? Try to tap into? Talk about New Age! Dolly Parton is teaching New Age, speaking of the "energy" within. The inspired Word of God condemns New Age teaching. Anytime you hear someone talking about energy, power or life's forces without mentioning Jesus Christ, you're talking to a Satanic New Ager. By the way, that "energy" Dolly speaks of is Satan (Ephesians 2:2).

In the same 2002 interview by Rick Clark, Dolly Parton gave strong indication that she is not a Christian:

"To me, God is that greater, higher energy — that greater, wiser wisdom. It's that thing in all of us that we all have to draw from. I've always trusted God and trusted myself, which to me are intertwined."

That is New Age doctrine. God is not a higher energy in all of us that we draw from. Biblically, there is only one true and living God, who exists in the three individual unique persons of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:20; 1st Timothy 3:16; Colossians 2:2, 9; 1st John 5:7). Jesus Christ is Almighty God (John 1:1-3,14; John 10:33; Colossians 2:9; Philippians 2:6; Revelation 1:8 — NOTE: All Scripture citations are only to the trustworthy King James Bible). God is a person, whom we can communicate with, not an energy force that we draw from. Dolly was really messed up spiritually and doctrinally. It doesn't appear that she died in the Lord as a born again Christian. That is so sad.

Notice that Parton said, "I've always trusted God AND TRUSTED MYSELF." Those are dangerous words. Jeremiah 17:5, "Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD." We should only trust upon the Lord Jesus Christ (Galatians 3:26).

Dolly Parton fell into the same New Age heresy as Oprah Winfrey. Jesus Christ is God almighty (Revelation 1:8), and the ONLY Way to Heaven according to John 14:6. God loves sinners, but He hates sin with a passion and WILL punish those who die in their sins without Christ as Savior. God is a loving God, but the demand for justice and holiness supersede His love. No amount of God's love can excuse someone who dies in their sins without Christ; this is the unpardonable sin.

We can only hope that as Dolly grew older that she repented of her foolish New Age ideas and embraced the true Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Dolly often spoke about her faith in a higher power, but her words were eerily missing of the precious name of Jesus. Go search social media and see for yourself if you don't believe me. Oh sure, she sang songs about Jesus once in a while, but when sharing her so-called Christian faith, there is a disturbing vacuum concerning Jesus Christ.

I have never heard Dolly mention the Gospel even once. Her Christian testimony is vague at best and non-existent at worst. Just because someone is a “person of faith” doesn't say much. We know that hellbound Roman Catholics, Mormons, Seventh-Day Adventists, Lutherans, Jehovah's Witnesses, Church of Christ and other pseudo-Christian false religions are also “people of faith.” All of those groups pervert the Gospel, mixing works with grace.

Kindly, but truthfully, here is solid evidence that Dolly Rebecca Parton is likely burning in Hell, fire and damnation: She stated in 2015:

“We’re all God’s children. No matter how we try to get to heaven, we all wanna go there. We just have our own routes to take, and that’s how I look at it.”

What you just read by Miss Parton is Satanic heresy!!! We are not all God's children. Galatians 3:26, “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.” Therefore, Judaizers are not God's children. Muslims are not God's children. Atheists are not God's children. Anyone who rejects Jesus as the Christ, the Messiah, is of the Devil, not God's child!!!

It may be true that most people want to go to Heaven, but you cannot get there just any ole way you want. John 14:6, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” There is no way to Heaven except through faith in the precious name of Jesus Christ!!! Dolly Parton is a false prophet! She is wrong to say that we all “have our own routes to take” to Heaven. That is what a wicked person who doesn't really care about the truth says!!! No born again Christian talks that way!

The inspired Word of God calls Dolly Parton a liar! Romans 3:4a, “God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar.” You either believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ or you go to Hell forever to burn in the Lake of Fire. Forgiveness is a gift from God, paid for by Jesus' precious blood. Dolly is very wrong to say that we all “have our own routes to take” to Heaven. Acts 4:10-12 teaches that there is no salvation except through faith in Jesus of Nazareth.

Dolly Parton masqueraded as a Christian, but she clearly was not in my humble opinion. Sadly, she was a wolf in sheep's clothing. Satan's greatest weapon is to con people into living the Christian life without ever being born again. No amount of philanthropy, good works or spirituality can substitute for the required new birth to enter into God's Kingdom.

Kindly said, unless Miss Parton repented in the last years of her life of her unbelief, she most assuredly missed Heaven. I say that with sadness. Many wicked people today profess to be a Christian, but their other public statements contradict their alleged faith. If Dolly truly believed that we all “have our own routes to take” to Heaven, she was not saved. There is only one way to Heaven, and that is through trusting what Jesus did for you on the cross.

Another example of a modernist (unsaved people who claim to be a Christian) today is President Donald Trump, who despite claiming to be a Christian plainly stated in a 2024 interview that he is trusting in good works to get him to Heaven.

And then there is Oprah Winfrey who openly denies that Jesus is the only way to Heaven, yet she falsely claims to be a Christian, and she partakes of Islamic mysticism.

Elon Musk has been an avowed atheist for decades, but in recent years now says he is agnostic (not sure of his beliefs), and claims to be a “cultural Christian” (someone who likes the positive aspects of Christianity, but rejects Jesus Christ).

It is clear to me that Dolly Parton was a modernist. She talked the talk of faith. She did “many wonderful works” (Matthew 7:21-23). But I am not convinced that she wholly leaned on Jesus' name, and dare not trust the sweetest frame. Miss Parton's disturbing New Age public statements, and her woeful lack of providing clarity of what she actually trusted in for salvation, in my humble opinion expose her as an unregenerate modernist. I hope I am wrong. I would be delighted to see Dolly in Heaven someday.

Martin Luther Was No “Hero Of Faith”

Galatians 3:1-3, “O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?”

Tragically, in the vast majority of churches today (both fundamentalist and neo-evangelical churches alike) and Christendom as a whole, Martin Luther (1483-1546) is ignorantly praised as a hero of the faith. Case in point is this 1962 book titled 'Martin Luther: Hero Of Faith' by Frederick Nohl. And here is another book titled, 'Hero Of Faith: Martin Luther' written in 2012 by Edward C. Grube.

Tragically, Martin Luther was a heretic! I realize this comes as a shock to many Christians; but, the proof is undeniable. The Biblical teaching of being saved by faith alone is often attributed to Martin Luther; BUT, nothing could be further from the truth.

Indeed, Luther and the other reformers did challenge the Catholic Church that sold indulgences and offered a “works-based” type of salvation. However, just because Martin Luther protested against the Catholic Church doesn't mean that he was saved. Martin Luther often taught that salvation was based on faith alone, and not received based upon a person’s meritorious works; however, Luther’s idea of faith alone does not conform to the Biblical teaching that baptism is not required for salvation.

While it is understood that the opinions of men are in no way authoritative when it comes to God’s plan for salvation, it is nonetheless interesting to note that Martin Luther believed wholeheartedly in the necessity of water baptism as a prerequisite for salvation.

In his Large Catechism, Luther wrote:

[I] affirm that Baptism is no human trifle, but that it was established by God Himself. Moreover, He earnestly and solemnly commanded that we must be baptized or we shall not be saved. No one is to think that it is an optional matter like putting on a red coat. It is of greatest importance that we hold Baptism in high esteem as something splendid and glorious. The reason why we are striving and battling so strenuously for this view of Baptism is that the world nowadays is full of sects that loudly proclaim that Baptism is merely an external form and that external forms are useless.... Although Baptism is indeed performed by human hands, yet it is truly God’s own action (1978, pp. 98-99). [emphasis added]

BLASPHEMY! Where does the holy Bible “solemnly command that we must be baptized or we shall not be saved”? From Luther’s own comments, it is clear that he required water baptism for salvation. This is called the heresy of Baptismal Regeneration. Many Protestant denominations today have been infected with Luther's damnable heresy. Sadly, most fundamental Bible-believing churches have also been caught up in the woeful Martin Luther deception.

Martin Luther was subtle, just as Satan—teaching that salvation is by faith alone, while simultaneously requiring baptism to be saved. Obviously, Luther didn't consider baptism a self-righteous work. The Word of God states in John 3:18, “He that believeth on him is not condemned...” I don't see any mention of “baptism” there.

John the Apostle professed in 1st John 5:13 the purpose of his Epistle... “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life.” Carefully notice that John never mentions baptism in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd John. By the way, John doesn't mention speaking in tongues either.

Romans 11:6 plainly tells us that if salvation is by works then it is no longer by grace, “And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.” If you add anything to simple childlike faith in Jesus as the Christ, then you have corrupted the saving grace of God and the Gospel. Such is of the Devil. Martin Luther taught works salvation. Every hellbound Catholic today who speaks of faith also believes that salvation comes only through keeping the 7 Sacraments of the Church in Rome. Of course, that is a false view of the Gospel and a road straight to Hell, fire, and damnation.

The Apostle wrote 1st John to enlighten us how to KNOW we are saved. It is ludicrous for Charismatics to claim speaking in tongues as evidence of being saved. It is also ludicrous for anyone to claim that baptism is necessary for salvation. If this were the case, then John WOULD have mentioned it. Romans 4:5, “But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.” There's NO mention of baptism.

What, then, would Martin Luther say to those today who teach that “faith alone” excludes baptism? Listen to Luther's own words concerning the Biblical doctrine of “faith alone”:

But our know-it-alls, the new spirit people, claim that faith alone saves and that human works and outward forms contribute nothing to this. We answer: It is of course true that nothing in us does it except faith, as we shall hear later. But these blind leaders of the blind refuse to see that faith must have something in which it believes, that is, something it clings to, something on which to plant its feet and into which to sink its roots. Thus faith clings to the water and believes Baptism to be something in which there is pure salvation and life, not through the water, as I have emphasized often enough, but because God’s name is joined to it ... It follows from this that whoever rejects Baptism rejects God’s word, faith, and the Christ who directs us to Baptism and binds us to it —Luther’s Large Catechism: Book of Concord, pp. 101-102, 1978; Saint Louis, Missouri; Concordia

WRONG! Water baptism would be a work. Faith puts all of the merit where it belongs, on the object of our faith, Jesus and His work. It is Christ Himself, and not the water in a baptistery, that should be the object of our faith to be saved. I have no doubt that Martin Luther was sincere in his faulty beliefs, but the Holy Bible warns in Proverbs 14:12 that “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”

Martin Luther was a heretic! He ignorantly wrested the inspired Scripture and believed things about the Bible that were not true. Martin Luther rejected the Book of Revelation because he couldn't understand it. The Biblical teaching of “faith only” which is so often attributed to Martin Luther, has nothing to do with Martin Luther. Sadly, Luther was no “hero” of the Christian faith.

This is the damnable Martin Luther deception! From the quotes we have read by Martin Luther, it is abundantly clear that Luther DIDN'T believe in “faith only” for salvation. Luther speaks out of both sides of his mouth. Martin Luther’s words are unambiguous and clear—his “faith alone” did not exclude water baptism as being necessary for salvation. He was a false prophet.

I could watch Alex climb all day and never get bored of watching him. This guy has a backbone and nerves of steel. It blows my mind how any human being (and there's a lot of them in the world) can climb hundreds and thousands of feet into the air without using any safety ropes or equipment in case they slip and fall. I mean, if you get nervous even once and freeze up, you're dead. If you lose your grip even once, you're dead. If your leg cramps up even once from dehydration or fatigue, you're dead. Alex is an incredible rare individual.

Yet, something that astounds me even more than his climbing abilities, lack of fear and incredible mind over body control is that Alex is an avowed atheist. He admits openly and bluntly; making no bones about the fact, that he doesn't believe there is a Creator. That is even more difficult for me to understand because Alex has seen nature in ways that most people couldn't even imagine. Alex has been thousands of feet up a mountainside beholding the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets that would bring tears to our eyes.

You don't find many atheist farmers, who spend a great deal of time outdoors in nature. I humbly think living in a concrete jungle of a large impersonal city breeds atheism. Many young people had never even considered becoming an atheist until they attended some heathen public school or ungodly university that teaches humanism. I am surprised that Alex is an atheist. It is my earnest hope and prayer (I just prayed for him) that Alex will repent of his unbelief, to turn from all else to trust Jesus Christ alone as his personal Savior.

Yes, like many people I have tremendous admiration for Alex for his manly courage and death-defying ability to climb the world's tallest mountains and buildings unaided by any safety gear, ropes or equipment. But what astounds me the most is that a man who has seen the grandeur of God's incredibly beautiful creation, which demonstrates uncanny intelligent design, could deny the existence of a divine Creator. My heart goes out to Alex and I hope he will come to Jesus in faith while he still can. John 5:40, “And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.”

For Now We See Through A Glass, Darkly

1st Corinthians 13:12, “For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.”

This is one of the most important passage of Scripture in God's inspired Word. Granted, there are no unimportant Scriptures passages. The inspired Word of God teaches and acknowledges that as believers we have a limited understanding.

No preacher, Christian or theologian has the Bible all figured out. I humbly believe that certain portions of the Bible are less likely to be discerned unless somebody is going through certain hardships or situations. Different people will get different truths from God's Word, depending on their circumstances. I love how God made the Bible. Granted, no portion of Scripture is of any private interpretation. That is, no one can claim that God gave them something unique that no one else can learn from studying God's Word. 2nd Peter 1:20, “Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.”

Seventh-Day Adventist (SDA) prophetess Ellen G. White (1827-1915) bizarrely claimed to have received over 2,000 visions and dreams from God. She wickedly appointed herself as a last days prophetess to confirm Bible prophecies. Miss White was a blatant FALSE PROPHET! God does not speak to anyone today through dreams or visions. What saith the Scripture? Hebrews 1:1-2, “God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds.” God speaks to humanity today through the written Word of God. Dr. John R. Rice (1895-1980) said that Jesus and the Bible are twins. I like that. Jesus is the Living Word; the Holy Bible is the Written Word (John 1:1-3, 14; Revelation 19:13).

The older I get, the more I realize how much I don't know and understand. I am now 59 years of age. I absolutely cannot believe how old I am. In my soul I still feel like I am a teenager. I don't feel old, but my body does. My eyes cannot see as well as they used to. My ears do not hear as good as they used to. My hair is all gone on top of my head. I have typical Male Pattern Baldness, which began at age 25. I got rear-ended by a church bus in 1992, which caused Cervical Degenerative Disk Disease. At work I tumbled 15 feet down a conveyor slide in 2005 which worsened my injury. I have undergone two major neck surgeries in 2009 and 2010, the second of which surgery rendered me 100% worse. My body is broken and tired.

At best all we can do is study the Bible using available study resources; such as, Bible dictionaries, Bible land maps, Bible commentaries, lexicons, et cetera. Jesus promised that the indwelling Holy Spirit will guide and teach us (John 16:13). 1st John 2:27b says, “ye need not that any man teach you.” God authored His Word in such a way that it is like a puzzle, not easy to understand. Even the Apostle Peter acknowledged in 2nd Peter 3:16-17 that the writings of Paul were hard for him to understand. Ironically, I find Peter's writings more difficult to understand than Paul's writings. Go figure!

There has been much confusion and debate over the timing of the Rapture. I admit that the way the Bible is put together, it is not easy to paint a clear picture of Bible prophecy. I am firmly convinced of a Pretribulation Rapture, but it is mainly because no other doctrinal position fits the puzzle of Bible prophecy. Jesus warned in Mark 13:32-37 that NO MAN (not even the angels or Himself) know the time of His return. Only a Pretribulation Rapture supports the truth taught in this remarkable passage of Scripture.

If you have difficulty understanding the Holy Bible, join the club, you're not alone. We all struggle to understand it. Did Jephthah sacrifice his daughter by killing her, or did she remain a virgin for the rest of her life? Since she bewailed her virginity, I think she remained a virgin.

Did it take Noah a full 120 years to finish the ark? Ken Ham says it was only seventy something years to complete the ark. I humbly think it took 120 years since “God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing” (1st Peter 3:20).

Did the Church begin on the Day of Pentecost, in the earthly life and ministry of Jesus, in the middle of the book of Acts, or back with the first family in Genesis? Acts 7:38 speaks of “the church in the wilderness.” It seems to me that the church started way back with the first family. As families moved away from each other and cities were built, the need arose for a surrogate family; hence, local New Testament churches.

Is the earth young, or is it billions of years old? Psalm 102:25, “Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.” The psalmist specifically says that the foundation of the earth itself is “old.” If you study the Hebrew words in the first two chapters of Genesis, I don't see how any Bible student could deny an old earth view. Those who think dinosaurs lived 4,500 years ago are just as ignorant as flat-earthers.

Granted, the Bible says we see through a glass darkly. That is, we don't have confirmation of many truths. That is why there is so much debate, arguments and contending for the faith.

That being said, we are commanded by God in numerous Scripture passages to contend for the faith. Jude 1:3, “Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.” Thankfully, the Bible is abundantly plain concerning God's simple plan of salvation and the fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith. There is no controversy if you believe the Bible. I mean, there is no controversy that Jesus is God almighty. His deity is not a debatable matter. There is no debate concerning the Godhead (aka, Trinity). God exists in the three individual distinct persons of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Yet, Deuteronomy 6:4 declares that there is only one God.

I heard a Baptist pastor recently say that we ought not debate over minor issues. He included “eternal security” as one of the minor issues. Dear reader, the matter of eternal security is NOT a minor issue, and we absolutely should make a fuss to debate over this matter. So, we must use wisdom. Knowledge is knowing something. Wisdom is knowing what to do with it.

Although there are many Scripture passages where by rightly dividing the Word of Truth we can find the correct interpretation, yet there will always be other obscure passages that are more difficult to determine with any certainty what God meant. The Scripture acknowledges this reality in 1st Corinthians 13:12, “For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.”

When asked a difficult or unlearned question it is perfectly okay to say, “I don't know the answer.” 2nd Timothy 2:23, “But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes.” The Scripture discourages us from getting into heated debates over foolish things and impossible questions that have no obvious answer. We need to choose our battles wisely. We will never know the answer to every question, nor does God intend for us to understand everything.

That is why we are taught in Philippians 4:6-7, “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” The Bible is telling us this because there will always be things that we cannot even begin to understand.

Mankind cannot even determine how big the universe is. Our telescopes can peer 46.5 billion lightyears into the Observable Universe, but we will never be able to see further since light beyond that point will never reach us, due to expansion of the cosmos. There will always be more things we do not understand, than we do understand. God made it that way. I humbly believe the reason why is so that we would have to blindly trust Him. Hebrews 11:6, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

Lessons From The Story Of Isaac's Family

Genesis 25:23, “And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger.”

The Old Testament is full of biographies for our learning (Romans 15:4). In the disturbing story of Isaac and Rebekah, and their sons Esau and Jacob, we glean many important truths.

As seen in our text passage of inspired Scripture, God had told Rebekah before their children were born that the elder would serve the younger (Genesis 25:23). Sadly, as they boys grew older, the parents were guilty of Parental Favoritism. Genesis 25:28, “And Isaac loved Esau, because he did eat of his venison: but Rebekah loved Jacob.” No parent should ever love one child over another. You would think that Jacob would have learned from his own parent's mistake, but he repeated the same mistake by favoring Joseph, which compelled his ten half brothers in envy to hurt him, selling him into slavery. Although it is quite normal for some parents to feel closer to one child than the others, our love should always be unconditional for all of our children, as is God's love for His children.

Esau made venison (deer) for Isaac as he was a skilled hunter and his father’s favorite son. Therefore, Isaac wanted to bestow the inheritance blessing upon Esau, who prepared him delicious roasted venison to eat that he enjoyed so much. However, Rebekah later prepared a meal of goat for Jacob and they conspired together to deceive Isaac, to secure the blessing for Jacob instead of Esau.

Rebekah had contrived the whole wicked plot. Instead of waiting upon the Lord to work in accordance with His promise, she manipulated her family by taking matters into her own hands (as did Sarah and Abraham with Hagar). So, we see that Isaac was stubborn and Rebekah was manipulative. We see these same sins in families today. Many husbands are stubborn and many wives are manipulative.

There are dozens of important lessons that we should learn from this dysfunctional family in the Old Testament. Esau was so hurt by his family's betrayal, which I have no doubt he knew his mother was involved in since she favored Jacob, that Esau went and married two heathen Canaanite wives to spite his parents (Genesis 28:8-9). The whole family was at each other's throats, and it all began with a wicked wife who instead of trusting God manipulated her family.

Esau was very carnal and while famished sold his birthright to Jacob for a lousy bowl of red pottage, but it was his rotten mama's boy brother who refused to share food with him (Genesis 25:29-34). What a horrible brother Jacob was, making his own biological brother forfeit his birthright for some food. I don't like Jacob when he was younger. What a horrible guy!

And do you have any idea of just how much Esau gave up in that one hasty foolish carnal decision? Esau lost the right to inherit a double portion of his father’s estate, the leadership of the family, and the spiritual blessing of the covenant promises made to Abraham. What a foolish hasty decision! There are countless people who have starved themselves to death in a hunger strike for political reasons. Surely, Esau could have waited a little longer to eat a meal. It blows my mind that he gave up so much for so little.

This sad story about Esau teaches us a valuable lesson about the danger of wrong thinking. Genesis 25:32, “And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me?” He felt like he was going to starve to death, but that is not the case at all. Esau wouldn't have starved to death by the end of the day. He could have found food to eat had he simply waited a couple more hours at the most. To be honest, I don't understand Esau's foolish mindset, but it is clear that hunger is a powerful influence upon a human being.

Clearly, Esau was only focusing on the here and now, the present, and not the future. So often people foolishly sacrifice their future on the altar of the present.

The Best Way To Honor Your Parents

Exodus 20:12, “Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.”

This is the fifth of God's Ten Commandments for humanity. In our text passage of Scripture the Lord's commandment says:

“Honour thy father and thy mother...”

The Hebrew word translated “honour” is kabbed, from the root kaved, which literally means “to be heavy” or “to give weight to.” In the Hebrew language, something that is "weighty" is important, valuable, significant and worthy of one's respect. The opposite would be something that is light, trivial or insignificant.

So, when God commands children to “honor” our parents, He is saying:

Give them proper importance.
Treat them as valuable and worthy of respect.
Do not regard them lightly or dismissively.
Recognize the authority and position God has given them.

Practical Meaning Of Honoring One's Parents

Honoring parents includes:

Respecting them in speech and behavior.
Obeying them while under their authority (Ephesians 6:1).
Caring for them when they are older and in need.
Not shaming or disgracing them.

This is why in Mark 7:9–13, Jesus condemns people who use religious excuses to avoid supporting their parents. Jesus taught that honoring our parents involves more than polite words—it includes practical care. We are woefully guilty in the United States of not taking care of our elderly parents. For the longest time now, thousands of elderly people have had to travel to Mexico and Canada to purchase affordable medications, which is utterly shameful. We do not honour our elderly in the United States!

A Helpful Illustration Of The Meaning Of “Honour”

If someone says, “Your opinion carries a lot of weight with me,” they mean, “I highly value what you say.” That is very close to the Hebrew idea behind kabbed. To honor your father and mother is to give their position and counsel weight in your life. Sadly, to many Americans their parents have become a heavy burden for them to carry, so they don't. I like the popular 1969 hit song by The Hollies titled: “He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother.” One's own parents ought never be viewed as a burden, when they sacrificed for us, cared for us and raised us.

So, a good expanded translation of Exodus 20:12 might be:

"Give due weight, respect, value, and reverence to your father and your mother."

Granted, this doesn't mean that parents are infallible, or that a child at any age must obey sinful or illegal commands. Rather, it means that parents are to be treated as being valuable, and they should never be treated as insignificant or contemptible.

I have received thousands of ministry emails over the years since by God's grace I started my website ministry in 2002, some from frustrated adult children of difficult parents who are not saved. My best advice to people in such situations is to just love the hell out of them!

The Best Way To Honor Your Parents

That all being said, I humbly believe the greatest way to honor our parents is to live a meaningful, moral and productive life. I think the greatest way that I can honor my Mom and Dad is to live an impactful life for the Lord Jesus Christ, leading as many lost sinners to Jesus Christ as possible. I love what Pastor Jack Hyles said: “The measure of my success in life won't be how many people show up to say goodbye at my funeral, but how many people are waiting to greet me when I get to Heaven.”

I have to admit that I was disappointed after watching the 1998 blockbuster film Saving Private Ryan, which book and movie is FICTIONAL. That surprised me! Nearly everybody thinks the movie is based on a real event, but there never was any mission to rescue a soldier because his brothers were killed before him. It's a great story, but it never happened!

But that's not why I was disappointed. At the end of the movie they show James Francis Ryan (the rescued private) as an old man. He breaks down in tears while standing at the graves of the men who died for him, and asks his wife if he is a "good man," and she confirms that he is. As far as the movie indicates, James Ryan never accomplished anything in life more than to feed his mouth three times a day, and to raise a family. Although there's nothing wrong with that per se, I would hate to look back at the end of my life, with nothing more to show for it than having existed. I thank God for my website ministry, which God has used (and is still using) to make an impact for Jesus Christ in this world.

Is there not a cause? That is what the shepherd boy David said while going out to fight the Philistine 9' 6" giant Goliath. David's older brothers mocked him, to which mockery he replied in 1st Samuel 17:29, “And David said, What have I now done? Is there not a cause?” Dear reader, the best way you can honor your Mom and Dad is to give your life to serve Jesus Christ as a believer. And if you've never been born again, please do so now while you still can. It is so simple, free and easy to be saved. You simply need to believe that Jesus did it all for you.

If you are not 100% sure that your name is written in Heaven (Luke 10:20), then right now dear friend come to God as a guilty sinner by faith (taking God at His written Word), accepting Christ's sacrifice on the cross as full payment for your sins, believing that He was buried, but ressurected from the dead three days later. This is "the Gospel" (Good News), by which all who BELIEVE IT are saved instantly, irrevocably and permanently (Romans 1:16; 1st Corinthians 15:1-6). Simply believe that Jesus did it all for you.

False Teaching By Pastor Jack Hyles

2nd Timothy 2:15-16, “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.”

I love Brother Jack Hyles (1926-2001). He is (and always will be) my hero, friend and mentor of the faith. I had the privilege of attending Hyles-Anderson College from 1985 to 1993, which institution was founded in 1973 to train young people to serve God in full-time service. By God's grace alone, I thankfully graduated in 1993 with honors.

Dr. Hyles taught us preacher boys to be loyal to truth and principles, and not to men or institutions. Over the past 24 years of my website ministry, I have spoken my mind. I do not bite my tongue, as some would say. When my heart hurts, feels grieved or someone hurts my feelings, I start writing to find solace in the matter. God has given me the gift of writing, for which I am forever grateful. Granted, I do not consider myself an eloquent writer, but I do get the point across quite effectively, which I humbly think is the most important thing.

That all being said, I was listening to a Bible study today by Pastor Hyles titled, “Justice - Part 14.” In this study (a little after 18 minutes) he makes some disturbing statements that bothered me, simply because what he says is not true. He is teaching against the sin of gossip. Dr. Hyles says that we should avoid talebearers, lest they contaminate us. I agree with that teaching, but then he makes these bizarre statements:

“The Bible, not one place in all this Bible, does it tell you to help the talebearer; not one place. Bible says help the drunkard. Bible says help the adulterer. Bible says help the thief. Bible says help the liar. Bible says help help the crooked, the dishonest. But not one place in this Bible; I dare you to show me one place in this Bible, where anybody is ever told to lift up the talebearer.”

Dear reader, that is heresy! That is false teaching! This is no better than Pastor Steven Anderson saying that homosexuals are beyond the hope of the gospel, and God hates them with a passion, so we ought not share the gospel with them. Well, thank God that someone didn't take Steven Anderson's horrible advice, or else Frank and Anita Worthen never would have been saved decades ago (who were both former homosexuals).

I know that Pastor Hyles was 100% sincere when he made these statements, but dear reader, what he is teaching is nowhere found in the inspired Holy Bible. I triple-dog dare anybody to show me where the Bible says we are supposed to help (lift up) drunkards, adulterers, thieves, liars, the crooked and dishonest, but not talebearers. You cannot. It is nonsense. It is false doctrine.

I find this in the Old Testament...

Ezekiel 34:4, “The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.”
Psalm 145:14, “The LORD upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down.”
Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, “Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.”

I find this in the New Testament...

Luke 14:21-23, “So that servant came, and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind. And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room. And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.”

We read in the New Testament...

Galatians 6:1-3, “Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.”

Does this not include the ungodly talebearer? I don't find any Scripture passage that says to “lift up” the drunkard or the adulterer, unless Dr. Hyles meant to restore a fallen brother or sister in Christ as Galatians 6:1 teaches. But talebearers must be restored too. No? They are sinners too. No? I find no place in the inspired Word of God where we are told to restore fellow saints who go into sin, except the talebearer.

I am not trying to be mean, unkind, or show up Dr. Hyles in any way, I am just earnestly contending for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints (Jude 1:3). If a man is right, he is right; If a man is wrong, he is wrong. What Pastor Hyles teaches in this Bible study about not lifting up the talebearer is strange doctrine.

The Bible teaches that by showing compassion toward people, in a world without love or compassion, we can make a difference for eternity. ...

Jude 1:22, “And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.”

Among those who are alienated from God, the godly are taught in this Bible verse that we handle them gently with compassion in hope of winning lost sinners to Christ; and that others, who being near entering into the very flames of Hell, may be warned of their present danger as we endeavour to save them with the Gospel. Yet so, that we do it in such a way as to abhor the wickedness and dishonesty, lest we be corrupted by their influence.

When Jesus sat to eat with sinners, He did so only in an attempt to preach the Gospel unto them. Jesus did not march in homosexual Pride Parades! Jesus didn't hangout playing a game of pool at the local tavern. Jesus was a godly man who abhorred and abstained from all appearance of evil, as so also should we. Jesus was a friend to sinners, but not a partaker of their evil deeds. John 7:7, “The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.”

I love and respect Brother Hyles, but I was bothered when I heard him preach this nonsense today. The talebearer is in the same sinking boat as the adulterer, drunkard, thief, liar and crooked sinner. As far as restoring one in the Lord's family who has gone into sin, the Bible makes no distinction between classes of sinners. Right doctrine matters!

Homosexuals Are Made In God's Image

Genesis 1:26-27, “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”

The inspired Holy Bible is our Creator's Owner's Manuel for humanity. The old adage is true: When all else fails, read the instructions.

The Bible teaches in Genesis 1:1, “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” As I've mentioned in numerous recent blog articles, I am a big amateur fan of astronomy. It is my humble opinion that God made the universe and all the remarkable endless wonders therein to impress us as his creatures, who are all made in His image. James 3:9, “Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God.”

Kindly said, that is why I take a strong biblical stand against Pastor Steven Anderson and his New Independent Fundamental Baptist (New IFB) cult of followers who preach hatred for LGBTQIA+ people, who were all made in the image of God (Genesis 1:26-27). It didn't come as a surprise recently that Pastor Anderson's four oldest children have come out publicly against him and his wife with accusations of parental abuse. I say that kindly, but truthfully. Hatred just begets more hatred. One thing that I have learned during my lifetime is that people will not tolerate hatred. Dear reader, life is too short to live with a burden of hatred.

God created the universe and all therein to “wow” us, because He yearns for praise from His creatures. Just as God loves to be praised, so do we as human beings love to be praised. Proverbs 27:21, “As the fining pot for silver, and the furnace for gold; so is a man to his praise.” That is part of what it means to be made in the image of God.

And just as we get our feelings hurt and are grieved, so also is God hurt and grieved. Ephesians 4:30, “And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.” When Jesus healed ten lepers of the horrible disease of leprosy (incurable at the time), only one man bothered to return to thank the dear Savior. That really hurt Jesus' feelings. Luke 17:17, “And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?” I can hear some religious Pharisee at church saying, “Oh Jesus, you're so negative!” I love this inspired Scripture passage, because it teaches that it is perfectly okay and not wrong to express our hurt feelings and grief.

It is a natural part of life that people will sometimes hurt our feelings, and as human beings made in God's image we have a natural need to express those hurt feelings, as part of the healing process. Don't ever let anyone scold you, or try to make you feel bad or guilty, for expressing hurt feelings. If Jesus shared His hurt feelings, and He clearly did, then so can we. It is perfectly acceptable to assertively, in a passive voice, tell someone that your feelings have been hurt. Jesus' feelings were hurt that only one man who had been healed thanked him.

Homosexuals were all created in the image of God, their Maker. Kindly said, I do not believe that homosexuals were “born that way.” Just like all sins, homosexuality is a choice. Some people may have a disposition to steal, lie, lust or experience homosexual tendencies, but sin is always still a choice. That being said, we have all been made in the image of our Creator. No one is beyond the hope of the gospel, including homosexuals.

Just because as a Christian I do not go along with the homosexual agenda doesn't mean that I hate LGBTQIA+ people. Quite the contrary, I love them all unconditionally with God's endless love. Or better said, I am allowing God to love homosexual people through me. I do not love others; but rather, God who is love, loves them THROUGH ME. We are all selfish by birth and by nature. The Christian life is lived on purpose. That is, we must choose to walk in the Holy Spirit by faith (Galatians 5:22-25), or else by default we will walk in the flesh, in sin (Romans 7:14-25).

In Matthew 22:37-40 Jesus said to love EVERYONE as our self. “Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.” Jesus didn't exempt any classes of society. He didn't disqualify unrepentant sinners. No, Jesus commanded us to love all of our neighbours, regardless of who they may be. That doesn't mean we must approve of their sinful lifestyles or choices. It doesn't even mean that we have to like them. But we do have to love everyone unconditionally with God's love, which means to treat everyone the exact what we would like to be treated. This is THE GOLDEN RULE according to Matthew 7:12.

Jesus Christ died for all mankind (John 3:16; 1st John 2:2). Not only are homosexuals made in God's image, but God's only begotten Son Jesus died for them on Calvary's cross 2,000 years ago (Romans 5:6-9). We have a solemn obligation as God's children to be ambassadors to the heathen world (2nd Corinthians 5:20-21). It is not our right or place to decide who is reachable or unreachable with the saving power of the truth of the gospel. God gives the increase (1st Corinthians 3:7-9). Our job is to “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15b). Every creature includes everybody!

Beware Of Modern Dishonest Bible Revisions

After examining the following passages of Scripture, it should become quite obvious why it is of such crucial importance that the inspired Holy Bible not be recklessly tampered with, changed, corrupted and watered down to satisfy the whims and agenda of our generation...

KING JAMES BIBLE - Deuteronomy 23:17, “There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel.”

KING JAMES BIBLE - 1st Kings 14:24, “And there were also sodomites in the land: and they did according to all the abominations of the nations which the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.”

NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION (NIV) - Deuteronomy 23:17, “No Israelite man or woman is to become a shrine prostitute.”

NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION (NIV) - 1st Kings 14:24, “There were even male shrine prostitutes in the land; the people engaged in all the detestable practices of the nations the Lord had driven out before the Israelites.”

EASY-TO-READ VERSION (ERV) - Deuteronomy 23:17, “An Israelite man or woman must never become a temple prostitute.”

EASY-TO-READ VERSION (ERV) - 1st Kings 14:24, “There were also men who served other gods by selling their bodies for sex. So the people of Judah were worse than the people who had lived in the land before them. And the Lord took the land away from those people to give it to the Israelites.”

ENGLISH STANDARD VERSION (ESV) - Deuteronomy 23:17, “None of the daughters of Israel shall be a cult prostitute, and none of the sons of Israel shall be a cult prostitute.”

ENGLISH STANDARD VERSION (ESV) - 1st Kings 14:24, “and there were also male cult prostitutes in the land. They did according to all the abominations of the nations that the Lord drove out before the people of Israel.”

Do you see how dishonest today's Bible translators and publishers are? Few people know that Marten Woudstra (1922-1991), the man who headed up the Old Testament translation committee on the NIV, was a well known homosexual. Why does Wikipedia very dishonestly hide this fact? I have hated Wikipedia for decades because of how ungodly, biased against Christians, worldly and misleading the website truly is. Moreover, all they do is beg for money. Sadly, Wikipedia is NOT a reliable source of information, which even its co-founder admits.

Since Sanger's departure from Wikipedia, he has been critical of the project, describing it in 2007 as being "broken beyond repair". He has argued that Wikipedia lacks credibility and accuracy because, in his view, it had a lack of respect for expertise. Since 2020, he has accused Wikipedia of having a left-wing ideological bias in its articles. SOURCE

I couldn't agree more.

Getting back to the focus of this article, everyone knows that the ungodly LGBTQ+ agenda is being shoved down American's throats continually by the wicked media and Hollywood. At some point in time, the wicked media overnight started promoting homosexuality as the “norm” in society. Today, we're so used to seeing homosexuals like Anderson Cooper, Robin Roberts, Eugene Daniels, Jonathan Capehart, Stephanie Gosk, Shepard Smith and , that we don't even flinch anymore. Here is a list of at least 200 known homosexual journalists.

Now, I love everybody and do not believe that we ought to bash or hate on anybody. That being said, the Holy Bible is very clear that homosexuality is a terrible sin which brings the judgment of God. If that offends you, then you have a real problem with the Lord, not me, because I didn't say it, God did. The heathen world are changing the inspired Holy Bible to fit their ungodly views, their perverted agenda, to satisfy their whims. This is evil and wrong!
