Pharrel Williams Plans to be a Guinea Pig For Innovative New Procedure to Remove His Tattoos

N.E.R.D. star PHARRELL WILLIAMS is planning on spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a new treatment to remove his many tattoos.

The rapper-turned-producer is sick of the body art he has on his arms and has signed up to a undergo a new method of erasing them - which involves scientists growing skin grafts in a lab.

Williams insists he doesn't care how expensive and painful the procedure will be - as long as it gets rid of the tattoos. He says,

"It's going to be pricey, but f**k it, it's worth it.
I got fire on my arms! I'm a grown man! "There's an institute called the Wake Forest Institute in North Carolina for Regenerative Skin Treatment. It's basically like getting a skin graft, but you're not taking skin from your ass or your legs. These guys actually grow the skin for you. "First you have to give them a sample of your skin, which they then replicate. Once that's been done, they sew it on - and it's seamless."

He adds, "

When it has healed you can go get whatever tattoo you want."

Okay, I can understand wanting to have this done if you regret getting tattoos, but to go through the trouble of having skin grown in a lab then sewn on to your own skin in order to cover tattoos and then get more o the new sewn on skin. WTF? Just defeats the purpose.

Former San Diego charger Safety, Terrence Kiel, Dies In Car Crash

Former Charger safety Terrence Kiel was killed late Friday after he was thrown from a Chevy sedan he was driving. He was 27 years old.

A witness saw Terrence Kiel driving the wrong way down a road before his 2004 Chevy sedan rolled near an intersection in Scripps Ranch, a part of San Diego.

Terrence Kiel was ejected from his car, and was barely breathing when paramedics reached him and he died about an hour later.

Friends had tried to keep Terrence Kiel from driving home from the party. It is not known whether Kiel had been under the influence of drugs or alcohol until toxicology tests were performed.

A second-round pick from Texas A&M in the 2003 NFL draft, Kiel has been out of the league since the Chargers released him after a guilty plea to a felony drug charge in February 2007

You may remember the rapper turned actor from his stint as "Q" on Brandy's sitcom "Moesha". He's foul for putting the business out there like that (but then again, She may be the type to see it as a compliment...after all, he did say her head game was all dat!) and more importantly why now? I had always heard rumors that Brandy was "OutThere"; and that she and Tennis Ace Serena had something in common (bad personal Hygiene or stank Puzzy for you all who have a a hard time reading between the lines but you ain't heard that from me though) Anyway, Fredro is reportedly married to Korina Longin whom you may remember as the video chick in Justin Timberlake's "Gone" video

Kanye West is designing a line of footwear for luxury brand Louis Vuitton. Kanye for LV will debut Fall 2008.

While in Paris for the couture shows, Kanye ( who refers to himself as the Louis Vuitton Don and has decorated his home with Louis Vuitton steamer trunks) revealed to Women's Wear Daily that he's teaming up with Louis Vuitton to do a shoe line.

That's not the only thing Kanye is designing these days, he anticipates launching his first women's clothing line under his own name this fall. This mixing of the worlds of hip hop and the classic LV logo won't be the first, though.
Kanye and Louis Vuitton's designer, Takashi Murakami, worked together on design elements for Kanye's most recent album, Graduation. Kanye for LV will debut in the Fall of 2008

I can't wait to see what he comes up with because ya'll know his fashion sense leaves a lot to be desired. I've never seen him in anything other than Sneakers so umm curiosity is getting the best of me here. Word on the street is that Cash Money Co-Founder Bryan “Baby/Birdman” Williams is losing his home.

Sources say that Baby has just received notice that his homewill be hitting the auction block on July 31 at 12 noon, with bids starting at $598,500.

The property, located at 8 Bonita Bay Court is said to be a single family home featuring many luxurious amenities. A search for more information on the property revealed Ronald Williams’ (Baby’s brother and co-founder of Cash Money) name as the resident.

There has been no statements issued by the "Cash Money" Camp,

I don't get it? These folks make millions and can throw all kinds of parties on the daily but can't pay their mortgages? Now I do feel for the people who are losing their homes due to the subprime debacle but this is a whole' nother story. Jigga took the stage at Glastonbury as he performed to a sold out crowd. Jay-Z not only stole the show but he also silenced critic Noel Gallagher while at it with his own version of the Oasis hit Wonderwall.
Rocker Gallagher criticized the hip-hop star when it was announced he would be headlining the annual music event, saying, "I'm not having hip-hop at Glastonbury. It's wrong."
But Jay-Z hit back at criticism on Saturday by taking to the stage with a guitar as the strains of the Oasis hit song played.
He told the cheering crowds: "So they say you guys didn't want me here to be here tonight."
