Untuk Isi: tumis bawang bombai dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan 
daging, dan tumis hingga berubah warna. Tambahkan wortel, kecap manis, 
garam, dan merica. Tumis hingga matang. Angkat dan sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;
Untuk kulit: campur mentega, telur dan tepung terigu. Aduk rata dengan 
menggunakan jari-jari tangan. Tambahkan gula halus dan susu bubuk. 
Tuangkan air sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus diaduk. Gilas adonan dan 
pipihkan memanjang.&lt;br /&gt;
Taruh bahan isi di atas adonan kulit tadi. Lipat sisi-sisi adonan dan 
kemudian gulung. Lalu poles gulungan pie tadi dengan telur.&lt;br /&gt;
Panggang dalam oven hingga matang sekitar 20 menit. Angkat dan potong sesuai selera seperti melintang/serong.&lt;br /&gt;
Sajikan selagi panas untuk sajian sore hari sebagai teman minum teh dan kopi.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt; Lumuri bebek dengan air jeruk nipis. Diamkan 15 menit.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masak bebek di dalam air bersama bumbu halus, daun salam, dan lengkuas sampai matang dan meresap.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Goreng bebek dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan di atas api sedang sampai matang.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Tumisan: panaskan minyak. Tumis cabai rawit merah, cabai rawit hijau, dan bawang merah sampai harum. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Masukkan bebek. Aduk rata. Tambahkan ebi, garam, merica bubuk, gula
    pasir, dan kaldu ayam bubuk. Aduk sampai bebek terbalut bumbu.  
Angkat.&lt;/li&gt;
