It mentions two herbs. One is <a href="http://www.little-tots-store.com/item_789/Nona-Roguy-Herbal-Phytonatal-Jamu-Tablet.htm">Nona Roguy</a>, something from Malaysia that women use post-partum and which can be found <a href="http://www.little-tots-store.com/item_789/Nona-Roguy-Herbal-Phytonatal-Jamu-Tablet.htm">here</a> (yes at $60 it's expensive but I looked on the manufacturer's website in Malaysia using Google Translate and apparently it's the same price there) and one is huoxue sanjie tang, which is for blood stasis and dispersing masses but I can't find anywhere to buy it.<br />

My guess is that the positive effect with African American women was due to the Vitamin D in the milk.<br />
