‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’ has created a wave that will go down in the pages of entertainment history in the country. The movie has joined the Rs 1000 crore-club by minting Rs 800 crore at the Indian box office and Rs 200 crores at the overseas market. With this Baahubali 2 becomes the first Indian movie to earn Rs 1000 crore worldwide. While the Bahubali team is still celebrating the grand success of the movie, BBC covered the success story of the film referring to it as, “A fantasy epic on a massive scale and is breaking Box Office records not only in India but worldwide.”
SS Rajamouli’s movie collected 13.1 million USD in the United States breaking previous record-holder Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’s 12.4 million USD collection. Actors in the movie include Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Ramya Krishnan and Sathyaraj who play important roles. The film also broke the worldwide record of Aamir Khan’s ‘PK’ at 743 crore rupees in just six days. The anchor described the movie as “third highest grossing film in the US this week”. The team also had a special screening in London. Rajamouli, MM Kreem and Shobu Yarlagadda had along with their families attended the screening. SS Rajamouli and Anushka Shetty were seen also giving interviews to the channel about the movie.

In the interview, SS Rajamouli alongside Anushka Shetty is seen saying that we have strong characters in India but the concept of superheroes in India is limited to Batman and Superman. He also says while there is nothing wrong in watching those movies but we need to visit our culture. Meanwhile, Guardian film critic, Mike McCahill says the film flexes the muscles of the Indian film industry and shows what it can do on a smaller budget compared to Hollywood. He says the film is made in a quarter of a budget of Guardians of the Galaxy but shows the world what India can do. He also says, “It has been a sensation all over the globe, it has become a phenomenon.” He also said that the movie will be embraced all over the world.

Deposits above Rs 2.5 lakh to face tax, 200% penalty on income mismatch

NEW DELHI: The government on Wednesday warned that cash deposits above Rs 2.5 lakh threshold under the 50-day window could attract tax plus a 200 per cent penalty in case of income mismatch.

"We would be getting reports of all cash deposited during the period of November 10 to December 30, 2016, above a threshold of Rs 2.5 lakh in every account.

"The (tax) department would do matching of this with income returns filed by the depositors. And suitable action may follow," revenue secretary Hashmukh Adhia said tonight.(nov9,2016)

Any mismatch with income declared by the account holder will be treated as a case of tax evasion.

"This would be treated as a case of tax evasion and the tax amount plus a penalty of 200 per cent of the tax payable would be levied as per the Section 270(A) of the Income Tax Act," he said.

The government has allowed citizens to deposit in their bank accounts old currency of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 denominations , which had been declared invalid in the nation's biggest crackdown on blackmoney, corruption and counterfeit notes, between November 10 and December 30.

Adhia said small businessmen, housewives, artisans and workers who had some cash lying as their savings at home should not be worried about any tax department scrutiny.

"Such group of people... need not worry about such small amount of deposits up to Rs 1.5 or 2 lakh since it would be below the taxable income. There will be no harassment by the Income Tax Department for such small deposits made," he said.

On people resorting to buying of jewelery, he said persons buying jewelery has to provide the PAN number.

"We are issuing instructions to the field authorities to check with all the jewellers to ensure this requirement is not compromised.

"Action will be taken against those jewellers who fail to take PAN numbers from such buyers. When the cash deposits of the jewellers would be scrutinised against the sales made, whether they have taken the PAN number of the buyer or not will also be checked," he added.

Why Do Men’s and Women’s Shirts Button on Different Sides?

If you’ve ever had to fold the laundry of men and women (or if you’ve ever accidentally put on a piece of women’s clothing in the dressing room without realizing it), you’ve invariably noticed that while men’s shirts have their buttons on the right side, women’s shirts have their buttons on the left side. Why is this?

Though there’s no historical record or museum with an exhibit devoted to buttons (and/or factual logic as to why a person’s sex would have anything to do with said buttons’ orientation), most sources seem to cite the same simple rationale that dates back over a century.

Mens’ buttons are on the right side because men have always tended to dress themselves and most men (and women, for that matter) are right-handed.

Womens’ buttons are on the left side because years ago (say, during the Victorian Era), the women that could afford fancy clothing with a bunch of buttons would rely on maids to help dress them. So, if a servant (most of whom, naturally, would be right-handed) is going to routinely buttoning up a shirt/dress for someone else, that servant is going to prefer to have the buttons on their right side (which would be the left side of the garment.

You can soothe your nerves using a simple technique called "The Diving Reflex"

What actually is the diving reflex?

The mammalian diving reflex is a reflex in mammals which optimizes respiration to allow staying underwater for extended periods of time. It is exhibited strongly in aquatic mammals (seals, otters, dolphins, etc.), but exists in weaker versions in other mammals, including humans.

In other words, when your body comes in contact with cold water, it automatically responses with:

Decrease in heart rate by 10 to 25 percent (depending on the coldness)
Decrease in blood pressure.
Decrease in other symptoms of stress.
Purpose of this reflex: The diving reflex is the body's physiological response to submersion in cold water and includes selectively shutting down parts of the body in order to conserve energy for survival.

If you submerge your left arm in ice cold water, you'll experience a reboot in your heart.

So How can you use the Diving Response?
If you are going to perform e.g. at a competition or at a business event, activating the diving reflex can help you relax. The diving reflex is activated by breath holds and by facial contact with cold water. If you cover your face, especially the forehead and the area around the nose (area of the trigeminal nerve) with a cold wet towel, the diving reflex will be activated. Because the diving reflex innervates the vagus nerve your pulse will drop and your body will relax. In this way you can quickly calm your nerves before a performance.
The maximum response (the braycardia effect) that is, highest reduction in heart rate and blood pressure, can be observed by holding your breath while submerging your face under cold water.

Staircase have odd number of steps to prevent people from stumbling. Most people are right handed, so they naturally step with right foot first. And if the top stair will be an even stair then the person will be in it's left foot. But the brain is used to of right foot first, so the odd step will put them back on right foot, and there is less of a chance that a person might stumble.

Hence the Staircase have odd number of steps.

Walnut- brain

On a long walk🚶 in the woods, Ramesh found himself out late and decided to look for a place to rest the night. He finally found a hut in the middle of the woods and knocked on the door. An old man answered, and he agreed to give RAMESH a bed for the night on one condition: the man's teenaged daughter would be in the other bed, and Ramesh was not to touch her or disturb her sleep in any way. Ramesh agreed, but changed his mind when he saw how beautiful the sleeping girl was and, while she didn't respond to his caresses, she didn't push him away either.
The next morning, Ramesh awoke alone, but he figured the girl had gone to do her chores and he eagerly awaited her return. Instead the old man walked in, wiping the tears from his eyes. “What's wrong?” asked Ramesh .

Twin girls, Brielle and Kyrie, were born 12 weeks ahead of their due date. Needing intensive care, they were placed in separate incubators. Kyrie began to gain weight and her health stabilized. But Brielle, born only 2 lbs, had trouble breathing, heart problems and other complications. She was not expected to live.

Their nurse did everything she could to make Brielle’s health better, but nothing she did was helping her. With nothing else to do, their nurse went against hospital policy and decided to place both babies in the same incubator. She left the twin girls to sleep and when when she returned she found a sight she could not believe. She called all the nurses and doctors and this is what they saw (refer to the picture above). As Brielle got closer to her sister, Kyrie put her small little arm around her, as if to hug and support her sister. The Audi R8 is probably one of the best sports car on the market today.

Audi also spends a bomb on marketing it. We're guessing it entails loads of camera equipment, crew of a hundred and a budget of a million Euros. And then this happened. Audi asked photographer Felix Hernandez to create a photo set of the car. He did it alright. He shot the car that costs about Rs 2.5 crores, using a scale model that costs Rs 2,500.

Have you ever wondered what the numbers, or recycling symbols mean at the bottom of plastic bottles and containers?

If you don't then please look at your bottle for the symbols and have a read the below answer.

Every plastic container or bottle has a recycling symbol. The symbol is a number, ranging from 1 to 7, within a triangle(as shown above in the figure).They actually offer a great deal of information regarding the toxic chemicals used in the plastic, how likely the plastic is to leach, how much biodegradable the plastic is, and ultimately the safety of the plastic and its re-usability.

Symbol 1 – PETE or PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) : Usually clear and used to make soda and water bottles. Although considered as safe, but this plastic is known to allow bacteria and flavor to accumulate.

It’s found mostly in soda bottles, water bottles, beer bottles, salad dressing containers, mouthwash bottles, and peanut butter containers.Hence, mineral water bottles come with a statement : Please crush the bottle after use.

Symbol 2 – HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) : It’s found mostly in milk jugs, household cleaner containers, juice bottles, shampoo bottles, cereal box liners, detergent bottles, motor oil bottles, yogurt tubs, and butter tubs.ilk jugs, detergent bottles, juice bottles, butter tubs, and toiletries bottles are made of this. It is usually opaque. This plastic is considered safe and has low risk of leaching.

Symbol 3 – V or PVC (Vinyl) : Used to make food wrap, plumbing pipes, and detergent bottles, and is seldom accepted by curbside recycling programs. These plastics used to, and still may, contain phthalates, which are linked to numerous health issues ranging from developmental problems to miscarriages. They also contain DEHA, which can be carcinogenic with long-term exposure. DEHA has also been linked to loss of bone mass and liver problems. Never cook with or burn this plastic.

Symbol 4 – LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) : Low density polyethylene is most found in squeezable bottles, shopping bags, clothing, carpet, frozen food, bread bags, and some food wraps. This rests among the recycling symbols considered to be safe.

Symbol 5 – PP (Polypropylene) : It is typically found in yogurt containers, ketchup bottles, syrup bottles, and medicine bottles. It is one of the safest plastic to be used.

Symbol 6 – PS (Polystyrene) : Polystyrene is Styrofoam, which is notorious for being difficult to recycle, and thus, bad for the environment. This kind of plastic also poses a health risk, leaching potentially toxic chemicals, especially when heated. Most recycling programs won’t accept it.

Symbol 7 – Other, Miscellaneous : All of the plastic resins that don’t fit into the other categories are placed in the number 7 category. It’s a mix bag of plastics that includes polycarbonate, which contains the toxic bisphenol-A (BPA). These plastics should be avoided due to possibly containing hormone disruptors like BPA, which has been linked to infertility, hyperactivity, reproductive problems, and other health issues.

Avoid recycling symbols 3, 6, and 7. While Number 1 is considered safe, it is also best to avoid this plastic.

Look for symbols 2, 4, and 5, as these plastics are considered to be safest. These are the plastics to look for in terms of human and animal consumption.

So next time you buy bottles for storing drinking water, look for the symbols first, color,design and price could be compromised not your health.
