Lived in a Shoe"

There was an old woman who lived in a shoe
She had so many children, she didn’t know what to do
She gave them all broth without any bread
Then whipped them all soundly and put them to bed

The next day there was a loud knock on the door
And standing behind it were cops lined up four
Along side of them a woman stood with an edict
The court said “take them all” so she heeded it
The mother screamed loudly upon deaf ears
The children hysterically shed many tears
But that didn’t faze the stone faced one
As she pushed and dragged out each little son
The mother watched helplessly as they took her brood
Away, away, as far as they could

She saw her youngest tapping on the glass
Yelling “mommy mommy” as they drove past
The mother collapsed in the driveway
She never got over the trauma they say
Now staring in darkness with a blank sad look
Next to the stack of colorful story books
Things could have been different with a little help
The kids could have stayed instead of the hand that was dealt
Now each child is in prison and a drop out from school
Away from a mother who loved them inside of their shoe.

What You Should Know if CPS Targets You or Your Family

1) Take the accusation seriously. It doesn’t matter if you think the allegation is unreasonable or stupid. CPS is serious, and will presume that you are guilty as accused. They may not say that they are there to take your children, but they are going to try.

In testimony to Congress, Chris Klicka, senior counsel for the Home School Legal Defense Association, stated that a case worker with 30 years’ experience once confided in him that “When I started working, we tried to prove the family was innocent. Now we assume they are guilty until they prove they are not.”

2) Ask questions… and demand answers. The investigator will try to keep the allegation secret. But they are required by federal and state law to tell you the nature of the accusation at the first contact.

Don’t settle for the answer of “abuse” or “neglect.” Those are categories, not accusations. You are entitled to know what specific actions you are accused of committing.

3) Do not talk. More specifically, do not try to explain what may or may not have happened.

It is important that you not talk to anyone but your attorney. It is natural that innocent parents who have nothing to hide want to explain everything so that a reasonable person can see there’s no problem here. But CPS agents are not reasonable. You are presumed guilty. The investigator is there to find evidence to support what she already believes to be true – that you abused your child.

4) You must find an attorney who has experience in fighting CPS, as soon as you realize your family is being investigated. Notice I said experience in fighting CPS. Many attorneys- if not most – believe their role is to find out what CPS wants and make sure their clients do it. That way often leads to disaster – and the loss of your children.

5) Be polite. Hostility toward the investigator is considered evidence of guilt. Your perfectly natural angry reaction to being accused of harming your child will be used as evidence of an abusive personality.

6) Never let any government agent in your home unless he or she has a warrant or order issued by a court. Ask to see the warrant or order, because the CPS worker may lie and say she has one when she doesn’t. When she doesn’t have one, politely but firmly tell her that she will have to stay outside until she gets one. If she claims it’s an emergency, make her tell you what it is.

Call her bluff – if it were a true emergency, she would be there with armed police officers, forcing her way in. Do not even open the door to let her look at the children.

There is no compromise on this. There is no exception. If you invite an investigator into your home, you have waived your fourth amendment protection. And if the investigator is intent on taking your children, SHE WILL FIND SOMETHING IN YOUR HOME TO JUSTIFY IT.
Understand that you may be threatened. You may be lied to. She may tell you that the 4th amendment doesn’ t apply to CPS investigation. That is a lie. She may tell you that she doesn’t need a warrant. That is a lie. She may tell you that she’ll return with police officers. And she will. But that changes nothing. Even a man with a gun on your porch doesn’t change the fact that she still has no right to enter your home.

Listen to the words of an ex-CPS investigator:

“I wish I could shout from the highest mountain to parents to vigilantly learn their rights! If they knew what their legal rights were there would be significantly lower numbers of child removals. Social workers, unlike policemen making an arrest, are not required to inform the parents of their legal rights. All we had to do to remove a child was to show up at the home and tell the parents we came to remove the kids. Often times we would take a police officer with us (never telling the parents he was there for MY protection, not to enforce an order or warrant). 99% of the time we never had to get a warrant or court order to remove kids because the parents would be so intimidated by the officer that they would just hand their kids over and show up for court the next day. But if they had legally known their parental rights, they could simply have told me that I could not take the children unless I had a court order signed by the judge or had a warrant to remove the kids. … the majority of times parents were just intimidated and gave consent for the whole process to begin; completely unknowing of what rights they just waived.”

If officers do force their way in, do not physically resist. Make your objections clear, but stand aside. There’s no point in getting arrested, or risking injury or death. Your children need you. Demand that you not be separated from your children, and that your children be interrogated only with your attorney present. (This demand will likely be ignored, but demand it anyway. The fact that you did may become important in later court proceedings.)

7) Demand that CPS tape any interrogation of your child. They are required by Texas law to do so. Bring your own recorder at each meeting, etc. You have this right.

8) If the accusation is one of physical abuse, have your doctor give your child a thorough physical exam. Ask him to write a letter stating that no bruises, marks, or health concerns were found on the child that would create suspicion of child abuse or neglect. Go to a doctor you trust. Never never never go to a doctor recommended by CPS.

9) Gather names of friends and relatives who are willing and able to care for your children if CPS takes them. If your children must spend time away from you, it’s far better that they do so with people you know and trust than in a foster facility.

10) Never admit guilt, even if CPS has taken your children and offers to give them back if you do. It would be immoral to do so if you truly haven’t done anything, and it may be a quick way to jail and to lose your kids forever. CPS agents are not above lying to you to prove your guilt.

If you were given the task to create an agency that protected children from abuse (still protecting our rights of freedom of government intrusions) what would it look like.

1. How would you deal with a family who has been called in on many times for screaming around the kids?

2. What if a child shows up at school or at the doctor's office with unexplainable bruises?

3. Would you be able to question a charismatic person and know if they lock their children in a closet everyday, and starve them.

4.When would you feel that removal is the best idea over keeping the family together.

5. How would you deal with a child who claims a parent is sexually abusing them (and no proof) but the child seems very scared. (And the parent denies the accusation)

6. How would you define the best interest of the child?

7. What would your definitions and guild lines be to define abuse and neglect that warrant a government intervention.

8. How would you handle a claim from a parent about a caseworkers possible abuse of power.

9. What would be the penalties for false calls to the child abuse hotline.

10. Would you in force doctors and teachers to call in on child abuse without worry of possible retaliation.

11. What services would you provide families to prevent removal of children.

12. Would a child have to remain in the home suffering possible abuse until after a trial.

13. Should preponderance of evidence be removed even though molested children could not produce evidence.

14. Should the standard of evidence be decided on the type of abuse allegations

15. If parents and children fear their abuser and the only time they finally have the courage to expose it is during a divorce, should their concerns just be ignored.

16. Should parents be allowed to claim abuse without evidence to be granted full custody of the children.

17. Should parents be monitored in outdoor or public setting with their children and take parenting classes with their children before deciding on who should have custodial custody.
(And at that time shouldn't the child's opinion also matter)

18. Should cps be allowed to remove children because of possible future abuse from their parents actions or should cps be allowed to closely monitor parents if cps fears possible future abuse.

19. Should a mental disability be considered as a possible threat of harm if the parents and child show genuine love and bond.

20. If cps is concerned with abuse should they first get a court order allowing them to enter your home and take pictures before removing a child.

There are so many aspects to child protection. We've seen how cps works, and what doesn't work. So what changes would you make.

We have a huge government agency, Child Protective Services (CPS), that takes advantage of parents who do not understand or know their rights. CPS stated on their own website that 95% of CPS cases are unfounded, innocent. Children are taken without a warrant and through ambushes, with children and babies literally being pulled from the mother's arms.

Many CPS workers make statements that no one, absolutely no one, not even the law tells them how to do their job. Re-unification is never an option. CPS caseworkers tell parents "If you _ (FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS)_ the children come home" or "If you listen to your attorney you will lose your children" or "Tomorrow at court I will tell the judge to reunite you with your children", it is all lies.

If only you could hear the screams of the children and mothers when they must end their visits, it is heartbreaking. This country is at a crisis where foster homes are not safe and many children are dying at an alarming rate.

There is data that supports that child abuse is declining, CPS representatives lie to legislators and withhold this data.

There is also data that supports that children are safer at home with their innocent parents who love them and care for them, than they are in "CARE".

The movement to shut down CPS has gained ground across the nation, we are voters, we vote, we have the numbers.

We must end Kinder Holocaust. We are asking in every state, WE WANT TO KNOW : "Where do you stand?"

Families are being abused by State CPS and Family Courts through out the United States of America, this is a major issue that needs to be addressed, Families that have had their civil rights violated through family court proceedings and the fact that all due process and constitutional rights are violated and manipulated by family court judges, District Attorneys, and Commissioners of /social services departments as well as CPS workers, and court appointed attorneys that are not working for the clients but have helped incriminate parents. Also of extreme interest, is obtaining names/phone/location of CPS workers who are falsifying or have falsified documents in court and who have lied in a court setting. The people of New York State and the People of the United States of America demand a full investigation of all departments, and the termination of department until further the people also wish to sue for government entrapment as well as a suit brought against the case workers, family court judges, and district lawyers. The People through discovery have found:

1. The imbalance of funding is creating corruption

2. Corruption has filtered through all manner of government and related agencies

3. Judicial decisions violate the public trust

4. Laws are created and passed that give parens patriae unlimited power not provided by the Constitution

5. The pendulum has swung to create a monopoly strategy of funding extracted from dwindling Social Services that have been set up to help families in need is devastating families across America

6. Children's lives are at stake while in the care of government funded agencies, such as rape, sexual abuse, physical abuse and neglect, mental abuse, and statistics show our children are being killed while in government placements out side of the parental home/or close relatives

7. That the states are not following guidelines placing children with relatives but are screening them out using different criteria with foster families, or falsifying documents to entrap parents and not keeping the children in the home with parents but removing the children without due process or any true purpose other then to incriminate parents/family members and to insure family is unfit

8. That pockets of tyranny are going unchecked without recourse

9. Congress local government/ civil and family courts is not responsive to The People

10. That The People have been turned away from civil courts, and from family courts higher court of appeals, only to remain battered and bruised by the tyranny of these local government funded courts as the judges, case workers/commissioners and district attorneys mock the outraged parents and children of which they so willingly strip of their civil rights and liberties

The People are declaring a public health crisis and human rights violation as well as their Civil rights are being stripped and taken from them and their families, as a result of these above atrocities and also In addition, The People find the Parens Patriae to be more than a doctrine but a specialized position created by the government for the government that violates Article 1 Sec 9, 10: No title of nobility or honors shall be granted by the United States. The title extends to the courts, Childrens Administration and public education violating Amendment 14 depriving persons of life, liberty and property without due process. The position applies as a collective.

The People are ordering an investigation of the departments as well as Family courts through out the United States of America and most important in New York State the people of the United States ask that all family court files,case files, court tapes, and videos be put into the investigation, as well as there be a federal lockdown on all CPS and family courts so that no tampering of documents can be done by such agencies, the fact is family court documents will show the fact that they are mishandled and manipulated by these agencies to insure incriminating charges are inevitable and due process is not being carried out, civil rights are violated, all human rights are violated and the United States Constitution is not on the agenda of these agencies. And the people of the United States of America are being abused by these powers.

Court whistleblowers allege the public court is run by and for the financial gain of a cartel of private-sector lawyers from the SCBA Family Law Section.

Family court parties represented by cartel members almost always receive favorable rulings from full-time judges in child custody disputes and on virtually all other family court issues, they charge. The discovery came after US authorities passed on more than 7,000 names of UK subscribers to an American-based child porn website. When police examined a sample of the most dedicated users, they discovered that many worked with children.

Investigators knew paedophiles targeted jobs which brought them into contact with children, but were shocked by how many British suspects had been undetected by the usual checks. The discovery that many were working in jobs of the highest sensitivity will send shock waves through the child protection world and lead to calls for even more stringent safeguards.

Investigators now believe as many as 90 police officers have so far been identified from an initial trawl of 200 of the British names found in the US. Many of the other suspects work in other sensitive professions, often linked to the criminal justice system.

John Carr of the Children's Charities' Coalition for Internet Safety (CHIS), which represents all major children's organisations, including the NSPCC, NCH and Barnardos, said: 'It's very distressing to learn that so many policeman are being arrested for these sorts of offences. LEGAL ABUSE SYNDROME (LAS) is a form of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It is a psychic injury, not a mental illness. It is a personal injury that develops in individuals assaulted by ethical violations, legal abuses, betrayals, and fraud. Abuse of power and authority and a profound lack of accountability in our courts have become rampant, compounding an already stressful experience.

This stress can and does lead to physical illness. AMA statistics show that around 85% of all physical illness is directly attributable to stress. Legal Abuse Syndrome is a public health menace in this country. It leads to massive medical intervention costs, burdens insurance companies, and adds to Medicare and Social Security costs. Most painfully, it crushes the brilliance and creativity of its sufferers. Legal Abuse Syndrome is detrimental to all of society, and nobody is immune.

Whatever the court setting, whether it is regarding divorce, child custody, parental support, probate matters, personal injury, property disputes, legal or medical malpractice, criminal charges or other deeply personal issues, the frauds put forth in our courts add greatly to the trauma. When litigants are unable to get fair resolution to their issues, when the court dysfunction further adds to the litigant's burden, when no amount of actual case law compels an equitable outcome, litigants suffer often disabling levels of stress. When further attempts to achieve redress fail, litigants display the hallmark signs of Legal Abuse Syndrome (LAS).

More Information On Arrest of CPS Workers
Hunt County Sheriff Randy Meeks said grand jury warrants were issued Tuesday for Ard, 60, of Rockwall on one count of tampering with evidence; Natalie Ausbie-Reynolds 33, of Fate on three counts of official oppression and one count of tampering with evidence; and Rebekah Lynn Ross, 34 of Greenville on four counts of official oppression and one count of tampering with evidence.

All charges are third degree felonies, punishable upon conviction by a maximum sentence of from two to 20 years in prison and an optional fine of up to $10,000.

“This is a very unfortunate situation because it involves the very agency that investigates crimes against children,” Meeks said. “I hope that the public understands that this is an isolated case and that our local CPS office is very thorough and professional in the execution of their duties.”

Years of fighting CPS and one little victory is so welcome and worth the fight.

It is about time. I just don't understand why we have to wait until a kid has been murdered. If a parent is screaming foul, there should be an immediate grand jury investigation. Greenville, Texas is taking the lead. Now, if all the rest of the states would follow suit, there maybe a chance the USA will not end up like Australia. See the movie Oranges and Sunshine. Why this is important

The New Stolen Generation are the children forcibly removed by State and Territory authorities from their families since the era of the “Forgotten Australians” ended in the late 1980’s to the current day using the discretionary term “In the best interests of the child” which is not legally defined in state and territory legislation.

Innocent children and families are being harmed daily by current State and Territory government practices and for many the damage being done will be lifelong.

Children are being forcibly removed from innocent parents and grandparents every day in Australia on false allegations. Some of these children are being forcibly adopted while children in need of intervention and protection are being ignored and left in unsafe environments to suffer further harm.

The Child Safety Authorities in Australia are not held accountable for their actions and this breads incompetence and corruption. Families in need of support are not given the help they need their families are just ripped apart resulting in unnecessary trauma.

There is NO external complaints mechanism in the Australian Child Protection Industry so evidenced complaints are NOT being investigated and the Department is NOT being held to account for their criminal misconduct and abuse of children in their care by anyone. Failures are being ignored and covered up.

The predominant qualification held by child safety workers is social work. Social Workers are NOT a registered Profession in Australia they have no Governing Body to establish and mandate codes of practice and conduct. No external Board is monitoring their performance to protect the public from the harm they are doing to children and families everyday. No one is holding these caseworkers accountable.

Child Safety workers are not registered Professionals yet the State and Territory Governments have given these child protection workers more power then any other Profession in Australia. They have unlimited power which they are abusing every day to steal children and destroy lives. Their opinions are made without adequate investigations, as evidence is not required in the secretive Care Courts. Parents are denied justice and deemed guilty in many instances because a caseworker has failed to validate allegations or lied in their affidavits.

Whilst the Government spares no expense on their legal representatives to steal children, parents and grand parents are not able to defend themselves adequately against false allegations. Their finances are limited, there are very few good private solicitors prepared to represent them against the government in Care Court and Legal Aid provides very limited funding resulting in inadequate defence of the innocent. There is an abusive imbalance of power denying justice to the innocent and ensuring the Government wins at all cost to the taxpayer.

The public are being deceived, the stealing of children from innocent parents is now common practice as a first response by the child protection industry to an often “anonymous” report not a last resort despite the overwhelming evidence that parents and grandparents are both willing and able to care for their children and despite the states having a statutory responsibility to help families, it is just not happening.

To steal a child until they turn 18 years old with no review when no crime has been committed is an unjust breach of human rights. Australian parents and children are treated worse then hardened criminals who have a right to adequate legal defence and are deemed innocent until proven guilty. Our children and families deserve better.

History has evidenced that the Government is the worst parent of all, children are being abused and murdered in their care and no one is being held accountable.

It is time for the Federal Government to hold the State and Territory Governments to account for their crimes against innocent families. Scrap the failed child protection system across the nation, stop stealing children and support families to stay safe and live together in the best interest of children, families and society.

Commissioner Tim Carmody has just handed down 101 recommendations after his one year investigation into the failings of the Child Protection System in Queensland and it is now up to the QLD state Government to decide to act on those findings, but states like NSW who have taken over 10 thousand more children then Queensland are not being investigated or held to account at all.

The systemic failings identified in the QLD Commission of inquiry are replicated in every state and territory in Australia. This is a National Crisis that requires a National intervention and response to save the New Stolen Generation and stop the stealing of children forever.

Commissioner Tim Carmody’s Final report and recommendations should be read by every person who cares about vulnerable children and wants to change a failing system to save our children from any further harm by state and territory governments. It can be downloaded at the following link:

Things your mother should have told you….

1. Stuff a miniature marshmallow in the bottom of a sugar cone to prevent ice cream drips.

2. Use a meat baster to “squeeze” your pancake batter onto the hot griddle and you’ll get perfectly shaped pancakes every time.

3. To keep potatoes from budding, place an apple in the bag with the potatoes.

4. To prevent eggshells from cracking, add a pinch of salt to the water before hard-boiling.

5. Run your hands under cold water before pressing Rice Krispies treats in the pan and the marshmallow won’t stick to your fingers.

6. To get the most juice out of fresh lemons, bring them to room temperature and roll them under your palm against the kitchen counter before squeezing.

7. To easily remove burnt on food from your skillet, simply add a drop or two of dish soap and enough water to cover bottom of pan, and bring to a boil on the stovetop.

8. Spray your Tupperware with nonstick cooking spray before pouring in tomato-based sauces and there won’t be any stains.

9. When a cake recipe calls for flouring the baking pan, use a bit of the dry cake mix instead and there won’t be any white mess on outside of the cake.

10. If you accidentally over-salt a dish while it’s still cooking, drop in a peeled potato and it will absorb the excess salt for an instant “fix me up.”

11. Wrap celery in aluminum foil when putting in the refrigerator and it will keep for weeks.

12. Brush some beaten egg white over pie crust before baking to yield a beautiful glossy finish.

13. Place a slice of apple in hardened brown sugar to soften it.

14. When boiling corn on the cob, add a pinch of sugar to help bring out the corn’s natural sweetness.

15. To determine whether an egg is fresh, immerse it in a pan of cool, salted water. If it sinks, it is fresh, but if it rises to the surface, throw it away.

16. Cure for headaches: Take a lime, cut it in half and rub it on your forehead. The throbbing will go away.

17. Don’t throw out all that leftover wine: Freeze into ice cubes for future use in casseroles and sauces.

18. If you have a problem opening jars: Try using latex dishwashing gloves. They give a non-slip grip that makes opening jars easy.

19. Potatoes will take food stains off your fingers. Just slice and rub raw potato on the stains and rinse with water.

20. To get rid of itch from mosquito bites, try applying soap on the area and you will experience instant relief.

21. Ants, ants, ants everywhere … Well, they are said to never cross a chalk line. So get your chalk out and draw a line on the floor or wherever ants tend to march. See for yourself.

22. Use air-freshener to clean mirrors. It does a good job and better still, leaves a lovely smell to the shine.

23. When you get a splinter, reach for the scotch tape before resorting to tweezers or a needle. Simply put the scotch tape over the splinter, then pull it off. Scotch tape removes most splinters painlessly and easily.

24. Now look what you can do with Alka Seltzer. Clean a toilet. Drop in two Alka-Seltzer tablets, wait twenty minutes, brush and flush. The citric acid and effervescent action clean vitreous china. Clean a vase. To remove a stain from the bottom of a glass vase or cruet, fill with water and drop in two Alka-Seltzer tablets. Polish jewelry. Drop two Alka-Seltzer tablets into a glass of water and immerse the jewelry for two minutes. Clean a thermos bottle. Fill the bottle with water, drop in four Alka-Seltzer tablets, and let soak for an hour (or longer, if necessary). Unclog a drain. Clear the sink drain by dropping three Alka-Seltzer tablets down the drain followed by a cup of Heinz White Vinegar. Wait a few minutes, then run the hot water.
