Just watch in wonder and nausea as California’s mail-in ballots dribble in, providing a real-time demonstration of the “Our Democracy” party spitting in the country’s face again, since everybody knows exactly what’s going on. Meanwhile, the Senate voted down the SAVE Act again this week by 52 to 48 for. . . reasons. But, hey, cheer up, it’s Pride Month. At the same time that California was queering its own “jungle primary,” a troupe of drag queens swanned and capered around New York’s City Council Chamber in what was called a “Pride Ball” (actually more of a show than a ball).

And what it really showed is that the party running New York City has no shame. How, exactly, does mental illness intersect with the public interest, you might ask? Historians of the future, roasting armadillos-on-the-half-shell over their campfires, will probably figure it out. For now, you must pretend that no such question even exists. Don’t bother asking. Just go along with the gag.

Here’s a scene you might like to see: As you know by now, the president has nominated Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche to be the Senate-confirmed full-on, bona fide AG. But Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) says he would require Mr. Blanche to declare that the Jan 6, 2021, Capitol riot was “an insurrection.” Wouldn’t it be fun to hear Mr. Blanche reply by saying, “Can’t do that, sir, because the DOJ has an ongoing case that involves dozens of federal officers from several agencies instigating the events of that day in collusion with members of Congress and the US military, and, well, I can say no more about that at this time. . . .”

Similarly, election fraud. Just days ago, Mr. Trump, told Miranda Divine of The New York Post, “We had a rigged election [2020], we can’t have rigged elections. We know who rigged the election. We know everything now. . . we have information that nobody thought was possible. . . . Let’s see what happens.”

Hmmmm. . .. Wouldn’t that prompt you to suspect that the DOJ has a case, or multiple cases, involving 2020 election fraud cooking on its stove? Recall that not long ago the FBI seized 700 boxes of evidence from the Fulton County Election Hub in Union City, GA. And another truckload out of Maricopa County, AZ. Do you think they’ll discover some, er, irregularities in all that? Perhaps eye-wateringly blatant?

Would it not then be urgent to seek indictments of actual persons, if any are deserved, well before November, so that measures could be taken to preclude more fraud and cheating in the midterm election — measures like . . . passing the SAVE Act! How might Majority Leader John Thune explain his intransigence on the matter in the face of all that? Or, like New York’s City Council, does he have no shame?

In another momentous development this week, the new management at CBS-News cashiered 60-Minutes star Scott Pelley for apparent insubordinate behavior in a confab with the show’s newly-hired Executive Producer Nick Bilton and Mr. Bilton’s boss, Editor-in-Chief Bari Weiss. They had already sacked the querulous Sharyn Alfonsi a week earlier. Of course, 60-Minutes, with its giant audience following NFL games, was one of the main units in the Deep State’s gaslighting apparatus, and Mr. Pelley burned brightest there for years, flaring out one lying-ass narrative after another from the Russia Collusion hoax to 2020 election fraud to the Jan 6 fake “insurrection,” with the same burnished arrogance he showed his new bosses. Gone now. . . buh-bye. Next up, Lesley Stahl (“Sir!!! Sir !!!”), and the self-important prick Bill Whitaker. Fire them all!

If you seek to understand why the American public is so deeply bamboozled, it is largely the utter failure of the news business. You can trace that to a couple of signal changes of policy. One was the 1987 repeal of the FCC’s “Fairness Doctrine,” which required TV stations holding federal licenses to cover controversial public issues in a “fair and balanced manner.” The other was the 2013 “modernization” (under Barack Obama) of the Smith-Mundt Act (1948), which had prohibited the US government from “propagandizing” its own citizens — and after “modernization” turned squishy on that.

The 1975–1976 (Sen. Frank) Church Committee — the Senate Select Committee to Study Governmental Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities — documented that the CIA had long-term secret relationships with dozens of U.S. journalists. This is casually referred to as “Operation Mockingbird.” Since the Church Committee, it has only gotten much worse as the Deep State struggles to cover-up layer upon layer of crimes it keeps committing. The nightly news shows now are just anchors and “panelists” shooting their mouths off. The news itself goes mostly unreported. A big reason is that broadcast news now employs nearly zero correspondents in-the-field. Nobody is out there reporting on events. They don’t want to spend the money. So, the news just spins and spins, mostly in the service of manufactured lies.

Also last week, famous New York Times columnist and fake Nobel economics prize-winner Paul Krugman put out a video calling for the “purging” of MAGA and everything MAGA-adjacent from American life — when his team (the party of “Our Democracy”) comes back to power, as it must. He didn’t detail whether this process would entail internment camps and crematoriums, but you could infer as much from his tone. Kinda gives you a clue of where their heads are at.

President Trump went on to thank Secretary of the Interior, Doug Burgum for the incredible job he has done, noting that there are now 22 working waterfalls in DC that are in good repair (the broken marble has been fixed) with no grafitti.

President Trump then moved on to the Save America Act, noting that the House has approved this bill 3 times while the Senate has yet to pass it. He called it a clean bill that is not complicated:

President Trump then moved on to energy, noting how wind turbines were killing birds and that if you kill an American Eagle (which these wind turbines do) as an individual you are punished. I looked it up and individuals can be fined up to $100,000, imprisoned for a year, or both, just for a first offense. Organizations can be fined up to $200,000 for each offense. A second conviction for killing an American Eagle becomes a felony. Yet wind turbine makers and operators are not charged for the estimated 573,000 birds their turbines kill each year where 35 of them are estimated to be American eagles, with California Wind Turbines killing more American Eagles than the local population can reproduce. On February 20, 2026 the American Energy Alliance reported that one of the largest US providers of renewable energy was found responsible for killing at least 150 bald and golden eagles since 2012 with 136 of them proved to be caused by the blade of a wind turbine in 8 states in which they operate: Wyoming, California, New Mexico, North Dakota, Colorado, Michigan, Arizona, and Illinois. They were ordered to pay over $8 million in fines and restitution. The report notes that the wind industry receives billions of dollars in subsidies and tax credits from the Federal government, so an $8 million fine is a drop in the bucket to these large providers.

President Trump then announced the Clean, Beautiful Coal Action, where $700 million will be invested to protect the 14 current coal plants, 42 coal mines, build 2 new coal plants, and build a coal export terminal (an estimated 12 million tons of coal will be exported to other countries). These actions are expected to create 14,0000 new jobs while supporting coal mines and coal miners. He mentioned that last year, China built 52 coal plants. He estimates this action will save the American people over $50 billion in electricity costs.

President Trump mentioned that yesterday, he met with Auto Industry professionals (mentioning CEOs of Ford and General Motors specifically). They mentioned that an American got 7 years in jail for fixing his own car. Apparently people are no longer allowed to fix their own cars or they face felony charges. President Trump said they would look into that.

President Trump then stated he was invoking the Defense Production Act to save 13 coal plants in West Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Indiana, Tennessee, Arizona, Arkansas, Oklahoma, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. He reminded people that Hilary Clinton said that coal miners should learn to code or to make computer chips when the plants and mines closed. Part of the money they will use from the Defense Production Act will come from the $200 million set aside during the autopen administration for the Green New Scam which will be used to restart a coal plant in Maryland as well as to build 2 new plants in Alaska and West Virginia. In the previous autopen administration no new coal permits were issued. In the Trump Administration 76 permits have been issued 13 million homes are still receiving electricity because 17 gigawatts of coal powered electricity did not go off line.

Secretary Burgum then spoke (27:15), followed by President Trump mentioning the National Garden of American Heroes (25 seconds into the video below), the Triumphal Arch (where he mentioned that every country has one except the US), and a promenade.

Secretary Burgum then continued (at 32:19) speaking of these projects. He was followed by Secretary Chris Wright (at 34:25) who spoke about the coal industry and the $700 million of government funding mentioning that there will also be $1.7 billion in private investment from the owners and operators of the coal plants. The President then invited Lee Zeldon to speak (at 40:12) who reiterated that today's coal is clean energy and he would like to see Federally enforced laws happening in California, Oregon, and Washington as well as enforcing the commerce clause in New Mexico, Wyoming, and Utah so they have access to the Asian market. He was followed by President Trump inviting the Governor of West Virginia to speak (42:48) where the Governor said West Virginia was ready to supply the coal, gas, and nuclear energy necessary for the Information Technology fight against China.

The President Then asked the press if they had any questions (44:18), and, of course they did, asking questions until the press conference ended (about 50 minutes later in the video below).

Both chambers of Congress met on June 4, 2026. The House adjourned on June 4; but the Senate continued until 5:15am this morning, June 5, 2026. The Senate refuses to pass S2 the Secure America Act which would fund DHS, NICE, and CBP. However, they also rejected 13 amendments that attempted to modify S2 enough to get it passed.

I truly think our Senators have decided they are done with acting for We The People in their Senate roles and therefore should be put out of their misery the next time they are up for reelection by We The People selecting Senators who will work FOR We The People instead of themselves, their private interests, and their lobbyists.

The SENATE convened on June 4, 2026 at 9:30am and has not yet adjourned at 5:15am on June 5, 2026. The SENATE will next meet at 3pm on June 8, 2026.

Separating The Americans From The America-Haters: It Is A Good Year To Take Stock Of American Greatness

America’s two-hundred-fiftieth birthday is an apt time to separate those who disdain this country from those who thank God for having been born here.

I notice that the major “faces” representing the corporate news machine have decided to use this magnificent anniversary as a time for “reflection” about all the different ways the country and its people have somehow let those “faces” down. Instead of considering what an amazing melting pot of people have contributed to America’s greatness, the “faces” lecture us about enduring racism that is supposedly identical to the slavery that existed before the Civil War. Instead of appreciating how innovators and producers transformed the United States into the wealthiest nation that has ever existed, the “faces” talk about material inequality and the “virtues” of collective ownership. Instead of marveling at the supreme intellectual gifts of our Founding Fathers, the “faces” bemoan the absence of black, “trans” women at the Declaration’s signing.

It is odd that the people whose wealth and fame would be possible in no other country in the world find it so easy to ignore their historical debts. Were it not for the providential arrival of a George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Alexander Hamilton during the consequential decade of America’s birth, there would be no talking heads on CNN today. Instead of generating paroxysms of rhetorical outrage over “racism,” “sexism,” or “transphobia,” America’s sesquicentennial is an opportune year for our most privileged “elites” to get down on their knees, thank their lucky stars, and pray. Although many no doubt bent a knee for George Floyd, few appear to be grateful for either their good fortunes or God’s continued blessing of this great nation.

What does it say about those people who spend all their time criticizing a nation that has done more to secure the blessings of human liberty than any other on Earth? Slavery was real. Jim Crow was real. So was Jefferson’s declaration of self-evident truths: “that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.” White men once owned black slaves. Some six-hundred-fifty thousand white men — roughly 2% of America’s population — died fighting in the Civil War. Americans have fought and bled against each other and against the armies of oppressive governments around the world to advance the cause of human freedom. No nation has sacrificed so much so that strangers might be free. Anybody alive today who fails to appreciate the service of those who stepped into the choking smoke and muddy rivers of blood for the cause of someone else’s liberty is too vain and petulant to be worthy of American soldiers’ mortal offerings.

If America’s “elites” spent as much time reading the Declaration of Independence as they do talking about “haves” and “have-nots,” “oppressors” and the “oppressed,” whites and blacks, they might realize that there is much fertile American ground to sow the seeds of patriotic love and grow what indubitably unites us. The Founders’ civic virtue and love of liberty gave this country strong foundations. When fierce winds collapse the shrubs of other nations, America stands like the strongest oak.

When will the university professors, journalists, and pundits realize that they are part of a dwindling social clique obsessed with race?

When American soldiers reach out to save a brother, they do not care what color of skin covers the hand reaching back. Americans fight and die for other Americans. Americans sacrifice lives with families so that other families are never told that their loved-ones were left behind. And the ones who do the sacrificing, fighting, and dying never stop to think about race. The call goes out that an American is in trouble, and Americans of every color — united by common heritage — volunteer to rescue Americans of every color.

It remains the most consequential country on Earth and the only one that can inspire foreign peoples from foreign lands to emulate its noble spirit and deeds.

Should one feel a strong heartbeat when “The Star-Spangled Banner” plays, that natural pride springs from the hard work and determination of all the American generations that came before us. Self-government and personal freedom are not “patriarchal.” They are achievable pursuits. Civic virtue is not “parochial.” It is inspirational. Patriotism is not “toxic,” “racist,” or “white supremacist.” It is the fount of heroic sacrifice.

We Americans have seen and done more than most because the Americans who came before us saw and did more than most. It is in this tradition — whereby one American generation grabs the baton from the one before and pushes forward — that American Exceptionalism becomes the standard that reshapes the world. The spectators in the crowd do not merely see the next runner with fresh legs; they see the tired runner who refuses to slow down. They see the American who persists despite outrageous odds. They shake their heads and unknowingly grin as they recognize something alluring and astonishing that makes America uniquely great.

Those who do not recognize what a tremendous honor it is to live here are unworthy of America’s gifts. Those who criticize America’s past from luxurious perches built by America’s past builders are unwise. Those who celebrate themselves rather than our American ancestors are unprincipled.

In the two-hundred-fiftieth year of this nation’s life, reach down and grab its soil. Breathe its air. Enjoy the essence of this country’s history and the indomitable spirit of its people.

President Trump's Presidential Actions published in the Federal Register (FR) to date:

On June 3, 2026, President Trump signed the EO Implementing Schedule Policy/Career in the Excepted Service

Section 1 - Purpose: To ensure employees involved in policy-determining, -making, and -advocating roles can be removed for misconduct or poor performance in an expedient manner. Currently, supervisors are unable to expeditiously remove individuals for poor performance or misconduct. In addition, underperforming managers are rarely or never reassigned or dismissed. By transferring these positions to the Schedule Policy/Career position enables swift accountability for poor performance or misconduct by these policy role individuals. In addition, this EO directs Executive Departments and agencies to appropriately recognize and reward employees in policy roles for outstanding work.
Section 2 - Amendments to the Civil Service Rules and regulations (Title 5): The following rules are revised per this EO Civil Service Rule I of 5 CFR 1.3(d); Civil Service Rule III of 5 CFR 3.1(a); Civil Service Rule VI of 5 CFR 6.2; 5 CFR 6.8; Civil Service Rule XI of 5 CFR 11.3(a); 5 CFR 550.703; 5 CFR 550.704(b). The director of OPM is directed to prepare and issue revisions the appropriate portions of the Civil Service Rules that do not substantively affect agency operations.
Section 3 - Amendments to Executive Orders: EO 13957 Creating Schedule F in the Excepted Service signed October 21, 2020 by President Trump, as amended by EO 14171 Restoring Accountability to Policy-Influencing Positions Within the Federal Workforce signed January 20, 2025 by President Trump, is further amended by this EO. EO 13562 Recruiting and Hiring students and Recent Graduates, signed of December 27, 2010 by President Obama, (amended by EO 14217) is further amended at the end of section 5(c) to read: Such career appointments may include positions in Schedule Policy/Career, subject to review by OPM.

EO14171 Restoring Accountability to Policy-Influencing Positions Within the Federal Workforce was signed by President Trump on January 20, 2025. The purpose of the EO was to provide accountability with the ability to remove poor-performing individuals in policy-influencing positions. This EO directed the director of OPM to provide additional categories of positions for consideration of conversion to the Schedule Policy/Career status. The Director has done so and the positions recommended for inclusion are noted in the appendix noted in Section 5 of the current EO.

Section 4 - Performance Awards: directs heads of agencies/departments with personnel in Schedule Policy/Career positions to set aside a separate bonus pool to use for MERIT awards for outstanding work. The Director of OPM is directed to initiate rulemaking to create a Presidential award program for these employees.
Section 5 - Schedule Policy/Career Determination and Transfer: The appendix (available here as a pdf) lists every position that is being converted to a Schedule Policy/Career position. Within 7 days, the head of each agency shall notify those employees affected and conform records and practices to reflect the changes created by this EO.

The accompanying Fact Sheet President Donald J. Trump Increases Accountability in the Federal Workforce explaining that this EO restores accountability to the Federal workforce impacting about 8,000 senior policy-influencing positions. This EO fixes the broken system that allowed personnel who were underperforming to remain on the job for over a year as they were processed through an onerous procedure for their removal. This action leads to further 'draining of the swamp' removing deep state actors that are circumventing the will of We The People.

Frankly, I agree with this decision. Policy roles need to be held to the highest standards and the ability to remove policy role holders for misconduct or poor performance is imperative. Just because you personally may not agree with the current Leader Of The Free World does NOT give you the right to sabotage or delay doing your assigned work.

On June 3, 2026, President Trump signed the EO Strengthening Customs Enforcement.

Section 1 - Purpose: To reform Customs enforcement by removing systemic inefficiencies, loopholes, insufficient enforcement mechanisms, and outdated processes that threaten national security, undermine foreign relations, disadvantage domestic businesses, and harm Americans.
Section 2 - Importers of Record: The Secretary of DHS is directed to revise importer eligibility requirements, guidance, and policies consistent with this order within 180 days of the date of this order. The Secretary shall also issue, amend, modify, or rescind any relevant regulation, police or guidance to prohibit foreigners from filing information entry. Within 180 days of the date of this order, the Secretary shall require importers to maintain "good standing" with CBP; update the importer's registry; and establish enhanced vetting procedures for importers.
Section 3 - Import Disclosure and Certification Requirements: Within 90 days of the date of this order, the Secretary will take steps to establish a requirement mandating submission of documentation or information that foreign importers are required to provide foreign customs.
Section 4 - Enforcement and Penalties: Within 90 days of the date of this order, the secretary shall revise all mitigation standards including establishing a minimum penalty floor of not less than 50% of the assessed penalty IAW Federal Law.
Section 5 - Streamlined disposal: Within 90 days of the date of this order, the Secretary shall expedite and enhance the seizure and disposal of non-compliant imports.
Section 6 - Transparency: Within 90 days of the date of this order, transparency in customs shall be enhanced to establish requirements, standards, and practices consistent with the policy of this order.
Section 7 - Consideration of Relevant Issues: President Trump has considered all relevant alternatives, issues, and factors and has determined that this EO is a reasonable result.
Section 8 - Legislation: Within 45 days of the date of this order, the Secretary will recommend legislation to strengthen customs enforcement (in consultation of the Director of OMB and heads of other relevant agencies).
Section 9 - Reporting: Within 1 year of the date of this order, the Secretary is directed to submit a report on the effectiveness of the matters set forth in this EO to the President through the US Trade Representative, the Assistant to the President for Economic Policy, and the Senior Counselor for Trade and Manufacturing.
Section 10 - Definitions: This section defines the terms US IOR and foreign IOR.
Section 11 - Severability: If any portion of this EO is held to be invalid, the rest of the EO still remains in force.

Before we can address the result of the Appeal for Talbott v. USA docket # 25-5087, it will be helpful to have some background:

The original lawsuit, Nicolas Talbott [Erica Vandal, Kate Cole, Gordon Herrero, Dany Dandridge, Jamie Hash, Koda Nature, & Cael Neary] v. President Trump, docket # 1:25-cv-00240, was filed in District Court, District of Columbia on January 28, 2025 about the Transgender Service Members Ban (which is an incorrect title since this EO is officially known as EO 14183 Prioritizing Military Excellence And Readiness in the Federal Register and is discussed in my December 29, 2025 ANP Article) where 6 current transgender service members and 2 prospective members sued President Trump, seeking injunctive relief against the implementation of this order. The suit alleges the order violates the Equal Protection section of the 5th Amendment of the Constitution. The original lawsuit sought the following relief:

Issue a declaratory judgment that the President’s categorical exclusion of transgender people from military service is unconstitutional;
Issue a preliminary and permanent injunction prohibiting the categorical exclusion of transgender people from military service;
Issue a preliminary and permanent injunction prohibiting the categorical exclusion of the named plaintiffs from military service on the basis of their transgender status, including ordering that:

Plaintiffs Major Erica Vandal, Sergeant Kate Cole, Lieutenant Nicolas Talbott, Captain Gordon Herrero, Sergeant Jamie Hash, and Ensign Dan Danridge may not be separated from the military, denied reenlistment, demoted, denied promotion, denied medically necessary treatment on a timely basis, or otherwise receive adverse treatment or differential terms of service on the basis that they are transgender;
Plaintiffs Cael Neary and Koda Nature may not be denied the opportunity to accede to military service, or be denied promotion, reenlistment, or any other equal terms of service on the basis that they are transgender.

Award Plaintiffs their reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees;

Plaintiffs are being represented by GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders of Boston, MA; National Center for Lesbian Rights of San Francisco, CA; and Wardenski P.C. of New York, NY.

Judge Ana C Reyes was assigned to the suit.

On March 26, 2025, Judge Ana C Reyes wrote:

DENIES Defendants’ Motion to Dissolve the Preliminary Injunction and Motion for a Stay Pending Appeal, Dkt. 91; and
STAYS its Order, Dkt. 88, until March 28, 2025, at 7:00 pm eastern.

Defendants then filed an appeal.

In the lawsuit Talbott, et.al., v. USA docket # 25-5087 filed in Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit on March 26, 2025 about Transgender Servicemember Ban (Appeal of Talbott v Trump docket # 1:25-cv-00240) where The government appealed Judge Reyes' preliminary injunction preventing the Trump administration from banning transgender individuals from serving in the U.S. military. On June 1, 2026, Circuit Judges Wilkins and Walker and Senior Circuit Judge Rogers made the following opinion:

Opinion announcing the judgment of the Court filed by Circuit Judge WILKINS.

For the reasons expressed above and in the separate opinions, we affirm in part, and vacate in part, the District Court’s preliminary injunction, and we remand for proceedings consistent with this opinion.

Opinion concurring in part and dissenting in part filed by Senior Circuit Judge ROGERS.

Accordingly, I would affirm the order of the district court enjoining the Hegseth Policy on retention and accession, as modified to apply to the named plaintiffs, see Trump v. CASA, Inc., 606 U.S. at 837.

The US Military is about having an active, healthy, fighting force that can be deployed at anytime to anywhere, for as long as it takes. "Transgender" individuals in the military cannot be deployed anytime to anywhere for any length of time due to the restrictions of their "trans" treatments needs. In addition, "trans" individuals in the military under the autopen administration were given exemptions so they would not have to comply with weight, fitness, or uniform restrictions to which other service members had to adhere.

Let's remember that SCOTUS already decided, back on May 6, 2025, that the US Military can bar transgender individuals from serving in the military. And, as Circuit Judge Walker points out in his dissent, constitutionally, only the Executive and Congress can make determinations for the US Military.

President Trump Accelerates Advanced AI By Cutting Bureaucratic Constraints, But Human Workers Are Losing Their Jobs To AI, So Who Wins?

On June 2, 2026, President Trump signed the EO Promoting Advanced Artificial Intelligence Innovation and Security.

Section 1 - Purpose states that the US wants to lead the world in AI development. The Trump administration has cut regulations, rules, policies, and other bureaucratic constraints to building these AI Data Centers. It is hoped that by slashing these constraints, AI developers and researchers will accelerate AI adoption across the country through innovation. However, the Trump administration recognizes that with Advanced AI comes Advanced National Security Issues. These issues will take a whole-of-government collaborative approach to identify and counteract. Not only will there be a 'whole-of-government' approach but there will be a collaborative effort with the private sector to modernize information systems and harden them from external threats.
Section 2 - Upgrading American Systems for Advanced AI:

Directs the Committee on National Security Systems to prioritize cyber defense of National security Systems within 30 days of this order.
The Secretary of War is directed to prioritize Department of War cyber defense by taking appropriate and expeditious action within 30 days of this order.
The Secretary of Homeland Security and director of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) shall consult with OMB, the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, and the National Cyber Director to create and release Binding Operational Directives and other guidance within 30 days of this order to include cyber defense of civilian Federal Government information systems, Federal programs and cybersecurity services that enhance AI-enabled defensive tools, and provide cybersecurity tools and services to agencies, State and local authorities, and operators of critical infrastructure (rural hospitals, community banks, local utilities, etc.).
The Secretary of the Treasury is directed to consult with the National Cyber Director, Secretary of War Director of the National Security Agency, and Secretary of Homeland Security CISA to form an AI cybersecurity clearinghouse to coordinate scanning for software vulnerabilities and prioritize distribution of vulnerability patches.
The Director of OMB is directed to coordinate with National Cyber Director and Director of CISA to determine if Federal grant programs are available that can be used to fund advanced AI vulnerability detection within 30 days of the date of this order.
Director of OPM is directed to expand the US Tech Force Information Cybersecurity Specialist hiring and placement pathways within 60 days of the date of this order.

Section 3 Secure Frontier Model Deployment - Within 60 days of the date of this order, the Secretaries of Treasury, War (NSA), and HHS (CISA) will consult with the White House Chief of Staff, through the National Cyber Director, the Assistant to the President for Science and Technology (APST), and the Secretary of Commerce, through the Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and in coordination with other agencies, as appropriate to: 1)Develop and maintain a classified benchmarking process to assess the advanced cyber capabilities of AI models to determine which AI model should be designated "covered frontier model" and share those assessments with AI developers and researchers as appropriate. And 2) Design a voluntary framework in which developers can engage with the Federal Government, provide access to covered frontier models, and collaborate to select trusted partners. However, this section does NOT authorize creation of government licensing, preclearance, or permitting for development, publication, release, or distribution of new AI models (including the frontier models).
Section 4 - Protection Against Criminal Actors directs the US Attorney General to prioritize applicable Federal criminal laws against anyone who utilizes AI to illegally access or damage a computer without authorization or who uses AI to commit any other crime.

As we saw in my May 22, 2026 ANP Article Issues With Data Centers Include Power, Water, Land, Noise, Health, Revenue, Privacy, Local Economy; With Little Benefit To You there are at least 8 easily identifiable issues with these AI Data Centers themselves. They are being built with little scrutiny over the issues they are causing due to the massive deregulation and "warp-speed" pace at which they are being built. No notice is being taken of the increase in ambient temperature around these centers, the siphoning off of the water table (that nearby residents depend upon), and increased power demands for which the local infrastructure is unprepared to serve.

But, there is another issue with this whole process as well. Many people are finding themselves replaced with AI.

I started tracking job layoffs as posted at the Layoff Tracker 2026 in my October 31, 2025 ANP Article. ANP Commenter Super Gato asked how many of these layoffs were due to installation of AI. I reviewed those postings and have highlighted the ones where the companies "admit" they are downsizing their human workers in favor of AI. This does NOT mean that the other companies are not replacing their workers with AI. For example, on October 27, 2025, General Motors laid off over 200 employees, mainly CAD engineers. Did they replace these engineers with an AI CAD program? Unless they come out and say so, or a whistleblower can prove that is what they have done, we only know that they laid off over 200 people many of whom were CAD engineers, which are jobs AI can do. It just means that these are the companies that ADMIT they are getting rid of their human workers and replacing them with AI. I have highlighted those who are laying off human workers because they are implementing AI as well as the names of tech companies who COULD be replacing their human workers with AI:

As you can see from this list, many companies are citing "AI" as the reason for reduction of human workers. So where do these humans go? What kind of jobs can they get with the training they currently have knowing that their training has been replaced with AI? Well, President Trump sees a need for Skilled American Workers - plumbers, electricians, carpenters, construction workers, etc. (discussed in my May 28, 2026 ANP Article) with a catch. The apprenticeship program President Trump wants put in place must include AI skills.

The other thing I noticed about this list is the number of businesses that are cutting staff due to a lack of consumer spending. Amazon, Ikea, and others who sell goods are drastically reducing their workforces. Are they showing signs of a slowing economy or are they actually laying off people and replacing them with AI?

As noted in the first video below, 1 in 4 workers are at risk of being replaced by AI. Routine tasks and even skilled office jobs are at risk of being eliminated. For example, many customer service centers are being manned by AI modules (many pretending to be a real human). I think every single person reading this has experienced an AI customer service rep when they have called a company for help. I'm not sure which I prefer, the customer service assistance from India, Philippines, or other non-US-country or the AI version.

When you watch video of the shenanigans at the Delaney Hall ICE building in Newark, NJ, you must suspect you’re seeing a hopped-up political vaudeville act. Freaky as the “protesters” may be — with their tatts and piercings, gummi bear hair color, rolls of blubber, perpetually hoisted cell phones, drums, whistles, and pitiful umbrellas — they are no less actors than Jacob Elordi and Sydney Sweeney out in Hollywood.

The Delaney Hall mobbers are allegedly paid by someone or some entity. You’d think the authorities and the news media would be racing to find out who that is. But, so far, no official announcements and, wouldn’t you know, The New York Times did not even report on doings over there in its Monday morning edition.

Independent reporter Nick Sortor, undercover in Antifa garb, discovered their “craft services” tent adjacent to the action in the industrial wasteland where Delaney Hall stands next to the reeking Passaic River. The tent was full of riot gear, tactical supplies, snacks, energy drinks, hot meals (lasagna!) delivered on the hour, first aid supplies, and other “protester necessities,” as if the siege of Delaney Hall was a major Hollywood production shoot.

Anyway, after days of freaks and geeks playacting “oppression” at Delaney Hall, the New Jersey riot cops showed up, including the mounted cavalry, and stuffed several busloads with arrested “protesters,” many of them from out-of-state. Did they bother to interview the folks manning the craft services tent to inquire what organization was paying for all the merch? Isn’t it about time for whoever is signing those checks to get indicted for fomenting and abetting insurrection?

The Democrat Party is reduced to psychodrama, and the nature of psychodrama is that it’s about nothing — nothing real, at least. It’s all concocted sound-and-fury to give the (false) impression that some injustice is occurring. In the case of Delaney Hall, a holding facility for illegal border-jumpers awaiting deportation, the alleged injustice is “unsanitary conditions, inadequate food, poor medical care, and physical and psychological torture.” In reality, conditions there are arguably better than the average Motel 8. Many of the inmates are murderers and rapists, of course, the worst of the worst.

You might suppose that the objective of the melodrama at Delaney Hall was to create another martyr a la Renée Nicole Good and Alex Pretti out in Minneapolis this past winter. Those two unfortunate dupes were induced by the party script to FAFO, leading to their tragic and pointless deaths. Alas, the incidents failed to incite the sort of national uprising that the Lefty-left will not stop seeking.

And now summer is nearly here and (the old song goes) “the time is right for dancing in the streets.” Or, rather, fighting in the street. The time is also right for the FBI and the DOJ to shut down the funny money supply line for it, and it’s hard to figure now how they might fail to do that. The Delaney Hall arrests give them a vast opportunity to debrief the players, find out exactly how these stunts are being organized.

To see exactly how much nothing the Democrat Party stands for, you need only get a load of the California primary campaigns, with the election to be held tomorrow (Tuesday June 2). For instance, Tom Steyer, the hedge funder running for governor, staged an event Friday to support transgender track star AB Hernandez, who has been dominating in the 2025 and 2026 California state women’s track championships by notable margins.

AB Hernandez is a biological male subject to extreme cosmetic and hormonal procedures to impersonate a female, but it does not alter the fact that he is a biological male and he is engaged in impersonation. Men in women’s sports is increasingly a losing issue in American politics. Twenty-seven states have enacted laws against it. The International Olympic Committee has banned biological men competing in women’s events (and the Olympics are coming to LA in 2028). Yet, there is candidate Tom Steyer on-screen trying to sell himself on the most nakedly reality-optional issue-of-the-day. Sheer psychodrama.

Steyer’s rival, Xavier Bacerra, is arguably more pathetic and idiotic. As California Attorney General from 2017 to 2021 he allowed massive public services and campaign finance fraud to blossom across the state. Then, as HHS Secretary under “Joe Biden,” he presided over the Covid-19 fraud and let hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrant children go missing during the four-year-long open border operation. We’re talking world-class incompetence.

Down in Los Angeles, the current mayor, Karen Bass, is so devoid of accomplishment that she’s reduced to merely smiling like a Cheshire Cat as she goes through the final motions of the contest. Her campaign slogan is “Let’s Do This Together.” Do what? Run Los Angeles further off a cliff? Outsider Spencer Pratt has crept up to about even with Mayor Bass in the polls. His prospects remain pretty dim, though hopes are high for him. Similarly, outsider Steve Hilton in the race for governor. The question to be answered Tuesday: has reality-optional politics finally run out of mojo in California? And will that be “roll credits” for the Democrat Party?

Section 2 - Updating the Childhood Vaccine Schedule - directs the CDC and its Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) to review this data and update the childhood and adolescent vaccine schedule as appropriate with a eye to maximizing parental flexibility on the timing and sequencing of routine immunizations. Section 1 - Purpose - to remove outdated regulations that do not comply with federal law and President Trump's EOs especially concerning off-road vehicles with a goal of rescinding EO 11644 and EO 11989 which would allow the public greater access to Federal lands on equal terms.
Section 2 - Officially rescind EO11644 and EO11989 and directs the Secretaries of War, Interior, and Agriculture as well as the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Authority and the head of any other relevant agency to initiate rulemaking to rescind or revise provisions initially adopted as part of these 2 EOs.

The accompanying Fact Sheet President Donald J. Trump Removes Unnecessary and Counterproductive Restrictions on Access to Federal Lands further explains that this EO removes more unnecessary and burdensome regulations, rules, and policies impacting American's use of Public Lands. President Trump believes these EOs along with the subsequent rules, regulations, and policies were an overreach by the Federal government. President Trump sees restoring access to Federal land as balanced land management. Remove restrictions and provide Americans more freedom to use the Federal Lands that have been set aside for their use as well as prioritizing multiple use access, elevating local decision-making, and supporting responsible energy development, ranching, grazing, timber production, and recreation.

On June 1, 2026, President Trump signed the Proclamation Further Adjusting the Tariff Regimes for Imports of Aluminum, Steel, and Copper into the United States based on the current Secretary of Commerce's report with recommendations to adjust the tariff regimes proposed in Proclamations 9704, 0705, and 10962 (as amended). Specifically, expanding the category of derivative products that include agricultural equipment and certain heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems and components that are predominately for residential use (but currently listed under commercial use). In addition, the Secretary of Commerce recommended a reduction on the tariffs on mobile industrial equipment and machinery as well as aluminum lithographic plates and steel racks. Doing so would support American businesses and factories using these products. In addition, the threshold for being called made entirely from American aluminum, steel, or copper be lowered from 95% to 85%.

The accompanying Fact Sheet President Donald J. Trump Updates Tariffs on Steel, Aluminum, and Copper Imports further explains that this Proclamation will more effectively address national security threats, spur investment in American agriculture, housing, and manufacturing as well as facilitate US production of related products. President Trump believes that this change will strengthen critical American industries and put American production first.

HR3497 - Medal of Sacrifice Act (discussed in my May 20, 2025 ANP Article) was introduced by Brian J Mast (R-FL-21) on May 19, 2025. The bill had 36 cosponsors (27 Republicans and 9 Democrats). The bill is summarized as:

This bill directs the President to issue a medal of sacrifice for eligible law enforcement officers and first responders who are killed in the line of duty.
The bill also directs the President to establish a commission on the medal of sacrifice and appoint its members. The bill sets forth responsibilities of the commission, including to advise on the design of the medal and determine how the medal will be presented.
Under the bill, eligible law enforcement officers and first responders include federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial law enforcement officers or first responders who are not subject to an official act of wrongdoing (e.g., a determination that the officer or first responder acted outside the scope of their duties or in a manner that was not in accordance with official policies or procedures).
A law enforcement officer or first responder who is subject to an official act of wrongdoing is generally not eligible for the medal of sacrifice. The term "Summer of Love" was used by Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan in June 2020 to describe the Capitol Hill Occupied Protest (CHOP), a police-free zone established by demonstrators around the city’s East Precinct following nationwide protests against police brutality and systemic racism after George Floyd’s death on May 25, 2020

The CHOP area, initially called CHAZ, became a focal point for activism, community gatherings, and many violent incidents including shootings and assaults organized by groups fomenting mass civil unrest.

Protesters first surrounded and attacked the East precinct, before completely taking it over, while city officials did nothing.

The media claimed the nationwide protests were "mostly peaceful," even as the images on the screen showed raging fires in Kenosha, Wisconsin, as shown in the screenshot below.

Jump forward to June 2026, and we are seeing yet more organized protests since Memorial Day, starting in New Jersey, this time over illegal immigration and focused on Delaney Hall ICE detention center.

At the start the Democrat Governor Mikie Sherrill, other Democrat NJ politicians, and NJ police, were of no help until Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin threatened to pull agents from the Newark airport to use as back up for the ICE personnel at Delaney Hall, which would have basically shut down international flights into New Jersey.

To catch everyone up on the ins and outs of what has been happening, below are a couple of links.

Suddenly the NJ Governor decided to call for peace, after she and other city officials provide false information to protestors about the conditions inside the facility, which helped kick off all the chaos.

Seems Mullin's threat worked.

Next thing we saw was law enforcement finally being allowed to do their jobs and try to bring order to the chaos, without much success. This led to Mikie Sherrill holding a press conference announcing the organized campaign bringing people from outside the state in to foment more violence.

OUTSIDE GROUPS FUNDING THE PROTESTS.....

One social media user provided some interesting information after infiltrating a Signal message platform being used by protestors.

The message was long, so I will copy and paste it here, from the link above.

Here’s what one Signal message uncovered.
I messaged a group admin asking how my family in NJ could help the Delaney Hall protesters. Within minutes she sent me a supply list and a Venmo donation link.
The supply list wasn’t water bottles. It was P100 respirators (tear gas grade), military-spec impact goggles, welding gloves for picking up hot tear gas canisters, helmets, body armor, and Sudecon chemical decontamination wipes. That’s a military/law enforcement product most people have never heard of.
The Venmo link: @cosechanj. That account belongs to Jenny Garcia. She’s the main organizer of the Delaney Hall protests.
Quoted in the American Prospect, Newsweek, and TIME. Listed as the official press contact.
She is not a volunteer. She is a professional organizer.

I mention this specific document because looking at it, one is planned in Canfield, Ohio, which is just 14 minutes from where I live, so we see the protests are getting closer to smaller towns and cities, so we all need to watch out for strangers and violent protestors in our midst.

No idea if the protests listed will be small or turn into a violent mess, but it is always handy to know if one is going to be in your backyard, so to speak.

As the midterms get closer, we can expect to see more chaos and violence, and likely in towns or cities close to someone reading this.

Democrat New Mexico Governor Dismisses Need For Male Voters At DNC Meeting

A top Democratic governor claimed at a meeting Wednesday that her party doesn’t “need any of the men” to win the 2028 presidential election.

Democrat New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham made the boast while speaking at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) Rules and Bylaws Committee Meeting in Washington, D.C., alongside other state leaders and convention chairs.

The 7-hour-long meeting allowed state leaders to present their case to the committee regarding which states should be granted an “early window” status in the 2028 presidential nominating calendar.

Although a staff member admitted that Democrats are “losing their share of the electorate” in New Mexico, Gov. Grisham followed up by arguing that the party only needed female votes to be “good” in the election.

“If women — Democratic women — just show up and vote, we’re good. We don’t need any of the men,” Grisham said.

A New Mexico official remarked immediately before Grisham on the state’s strength in female Democratic voters. “We have more women and women of color elected in New Mexico than anywhere else in the country. We have the most female legislature,” she said.

New Mexico ranks second behind Nevada in its percentage of female legislators (54 percent), according to the Center for American Women and Politics (CAWP).

Gov. Grisham acknowledged Democrats’ difficulty in winning broader votes: “We can’t lose anyone. We should be winning by stunning margins given the shape of this country and the issues that we’re all battling every single day for the people that we love in our communities.”

“Should be no contest,” Grisham added. “But it is.”

“I want the men,” she clarified after singling out Democratic women’s votes. “I am greedy. Losing anyone — and that’s been, I think, part of the Democratic Party’s national branding problem. We focus on a group.”

A majority of women have voted Democrat in presidential elections since 1996, according to CAWP. Voting results from 2024 showed an eight-point lead for Kamala Harris among women. Men favored Trump by 12 points.

Harris lost significant ground among male voters in 2024, earning only 43 percent of the male vote to Trump’s 55 percent. Trump’s large support from male voters was due in part to his rising popularity among younger men. The president won a majority of the votes from men under 50, a switch from 2020 when men in the same group favored Biden by 10 points, according to the Pew Research Center.

The leaked incomplete DNC autopsy report on Harris’ loss in the 2024 election mentioned the left’s struggle with the gender divide, noting, “The national campaign appeared to struggle with male voter engagement.”

The report added that male voters “require direct engagement,” but offered little in the way of actual strategies to appeal to men.

Harris won New Mexico in the 2024 election with just 51.9 percent of the vote.

Ohio Axes Data Center Tax Break After Billion-Dollar Forecasting Error - 38 States Have Some Form Of A Sales Tax Break For Data Centers

Ohio Republican Gov. Mike DeWine is pausing a tax break for data centers after it end up costing more than $1 billion more than lawmakers expected.

The Ohio Department of Taxation forecasted that the state would give up $136 million in tax revenue in 2025, but it ended up being around $1.5 billion, The Plain Dealer reported. On Thursday, DeWine ordered the Ohio Tax Credit Authority to stop accepting new data center tax exemption requests as Ohio lawmakers investigate the forecasting error and the industry’s exponential growth.

Ohio is one of the nation’s data center hotspots with over 200 locations throughout the state. The tax break has allowed Ohio to be competitive with other states in attracting the facilities that power artificial intelligence (AK) chatbots, according to the Associated Press.

This is not the first time a tax forecasting error has occurred in Ohio. In 2024, the sales tax exemption cost Ohio $554 million, the outlet reported. The Department of Taxation appeared to rely on historical data for its predictions.

Lawmakers from both sides of the aisle expressed skepticism about the numbers being so far off from what was forecasted.

“It’s alarming that the state’s forecasting so woefully underestimated the cost of this tax break and that we are just now finding out about it,” State Senate Democratic leader Nickie Antonio said, according to The Plain Dealer.

“Every member of the general assembly should be furious over this,” Republican Ohio State Sen. Bill Blessing said, the outlet reported.

Ohio has sales tax agreements with 18 data center companies, and the earliest deals gave 100% sales tax exemption for 40 years. More recent deals have narrowed it down to 50% for 15 to 20 years in a more “targeted approach,” Lydia Mihalik, a Republican, Ohio Department of Development Director, said, according to The Plain Dealer

Blessing introduced legislation last July to end the tax exemption, and lawmakers added it to the state operating budget, but then DeWine vetoed it, arguing that the tax break was necessary for economic development, the outlet reported. Ohio State House Republicans are still planning on moving forward with a veto override vote.

“As the Governor recently noted, during 2025, the entities that received the $1.5 billion in sales and use tax benefits reported a total capital investment of $27.2 billion, showing a significant return on investment for Ohio,” a spokesperson from DeWine’s office told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “Also noted in the Governor’s recent statement, this pause reflects multiple factors, including increased utilization of the tax credit over the last year, the maturity of the data center industry in Ohio, and the recently formed legislative study committee.”

“Data centers are a critical component to today’s technology-driven economy, which depends on the virtual, large-scale exchange of information,” DeWine said in a Wednesday statement. “One of the reasons Ohio has been so successful in attracting new businesses and creating new jobs is that we have invested in the data infrastructure needed to support complex technological innovation.”

“Data centers that have previously been granted sales and use tax benefits in Ohio have reported a total capital investment of $27.2 billion in 2025,” the governor added.

DeWine’s decision on the tax break will not void existing agreements or stop future centers from being built, The Plain Dealer reported.

If Ohio were to resume the tax break, it would happen under a new governor since DeWine is term-limited. Republican Ohio gubernatorial nominee Vivek Ramaswamy has discussed his desire to turn the Ohio River Valley into the next Silicon Valley, evolving the region from “Rust Belt” to the Platinum Belt.

Ramaswamy is currently locked in a competitive race with Democratic gubernatorial nominee Amy Acton.

“Ohio is facing a huge opportunity to lead, and making ourselves less business-friendly is not the way to maximize it,” Steve Stivers, Ohio Chamber of Commerce President and former Republican member of Congress, said according to The Plain Dealer.

DeWine’s spokesperson, Dan Tierney, said that the governor “felt it was the right time to let the citizens know, let businesses know that we’re going to pause on new offers of this tax incentive while that process plays out,” the AP reported.

Thirty-eight states have some form of a sales tax break for data centers, according to the outlet.

Never Let Politicians Decide What Is True: In An Age When Liars Rule, Question Everything

We are living through an age that has abandoned the dedicated pursuit of truth. Our politicians and news personalities talk about “the narrative.” Our academies teach young minds to accept “expert opinion.” Our philosophers argue that truth is “subjective.” Social theorists argue that truth is an “illusion” that powerful people use to control others.

Whenever I hear Democrat Senator Cory Booker all riled up on television, he’s talking about “her truth,” “his truth,” or even “their truth” — as if a hundred conflicting descriptions of the same event could all be truthful.

During Justice Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearings, Democrats called Dr. Christine Blasey Ford to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Ford claimed that Kavanaugh had sexually assaulted her in 1982 when both were in high school. Kavanaugh vehemently denied the allegation and argued that many parts of Ford’s story didn’t add up. When Kavanaugh told the senators that the whole thing was a political spectacle being used as a weapon to derail his confirmation, Senator Booker shouted, “Are you calling her some kind of political operative?” Kavanaugh calmly pointed out, “The witnesses who were there [the party at which Blasey Ford claimed the alleged assault occurred] say it didn’t happen.” Kavanaugh then stated that, although Blasey Ford’s allegations were false and harmful, his “family has no ill will toward her.”

This is how Booker responded to Justice Kavanaugh’s total denial of the allegation against him: “She came forward. She sat here. She told her truth.” Her truth. Not the truth. The “truth” that was most likely to help Democrats “Bork” Kavanaugh’s nomination — just as then-Senator Joe Biden and fellow Democrats tried to do during Justice Clarence Thomas’s confirmation hearings back in ’91 when they brought in a witness who claimed that Thomas had made “unwelcome sexual comments” when the two worked together, a charge Thomas similarly and furiously denied.

What was revealing about Booker’s made-for-TV moment was his disregard for whether Kavanaugh had actually done anything untoward forty years earlier in his life. He didn’t care. The lack of any evidence that could credibly support Blasey Ford’s allegation didn’t matter. Nor did it matter that Kavanaugh flatly denied the allegation. For Booker, the only “fact” that mattered was that Blasey Ford was willing to testify to something that might sink Kavanaugh’s nomination. “Her truth,” even if false, made it compelling.

Booker’s flippant disregard for the truth was reminiscent of President Bill Clinton’s rationalization to a grand jury that he never lied about his affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky when he told his staff, “There’s nothing going on between us,” and Jim Lehrer of PBS, “There is no improper relationship.” As everyone who recalls Lewinsky’s stained blue dress knows, Clinton’s statements were lies. But when Clinton testified before members of a grand jury, this was his truth:

“It depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is. If the — if he — if ‘is’ means is and never has been, that is not — that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement.…Now, if someone had asked me on that day, are you having any kind of sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky, that is, asked me a question in the present tense, I would have said ‘no.’ And it would have been completely true.”

At that moment, President Clinton proved to Americans that he had no interest in truth. He did not care if he lied. He cared only whether the American people might catch him in a lie. Whether Clinton had “plausible deniability” mattered. Whether he could confuse enough jurors over the meaning of “is” mattered. But the truth? Well, the truth is for rubes and suckers. Clinton’s dissembling and Booker’s disregard for what actually happened in 1982 are symptoms of the same disease: our dishonest age’s abandonment of — and even hostility toward — what is true.

Politicians lie. That’s hardly breaking news. What is newsworthy, though, is that our society does not even pretend to pursue truth anymore.

During COVID, we were forced to follow government mandates that made absolutely no sense. Why was it safe for Walmart to remain open when small businesses were forced to close? How could paper masks, arrows painted on the floor, plexiglass walls, or six feet of space save us from microorganisms that don’t care about such things? Why should schools be closed when the virus posed the least threat to young people? Why should healthy people who had already acquired natural immunity be forced to take an experimental injection? The public was right to ask so many valid questions. Yet our government-run health organizations responded with juvenile insouciance: We’re working at the speed of science! That was the “scientific” equivalent of, “It depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is.”

We’re fifteen years into this gender-bender madness during which “experts” (including too many with M.D.s) claim that biological sex is not real and that what we perceive as male or female is nothing more than a self-imposed social construct. People who have refused to play this delusional game have been fired from jobs. People looking for jobs tell obvious lies.

During Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s confirmation hearings, Republican Senator Marsha Blackburn asked, “Can you provide a definition for the word ‘woman’?” The newest member of the Supreme Court replied, “No, I can’t.” “You can’t?” Blackburn asked incredulously. The jurist who holds one of the most powerful offices in the United States claimed, “Not in this context. I’m not a biologist.” This is where we are now. A judge with two Harvard degrees can’t tell the American people whether she is actually a woman.

A few days ago, reporter and columnist John Stossel noted that twenty years have passed since former Vice President Al Gore’s An Inconvenient Truth was released in theaters. Along with a short five-minute video that includes research scientists from the Heartland Institute debunking the pseudoscience behind “climate change” fearmongering, Stossel summed up Gore’s lies thusly: “NONE of his scary predictions have come true. Mt. Kilimanjaro still has snow and Glacier National Park still has glaciers.” Yet included in that short video is a litany of celebrity “experts” and Democrat politicians all parroting the same lie: We have only twelve years left to live.

The “global warming” liars spent the last twenty years scaring children all over the world by telling them that they would die before being old enough to drive. Now some of those scared kids have children of their own, and the “climate change” con is still going. Prominent Democrats such as Cory Booker, Amy Klobuchar, and Richard Blumenthal have even supported legislation that would prohibit funds to federal agencies that “challenge the scientific consensus on climate change.” In other words, Democrat politicians wish to outlaw the Scientific Method.

Our society does not doggedly pursue truth. It pursues ideological compliance.

Truth does not require President Joe Biden’s Disinformation Governance Board to arbitrate reality for the public. Science is never “settled,” as President Barack Obama claimed in his 2014 State of the Union Address. People without PhDs are quite capable of defining a “woman” and deciding for themselves whether to wear paper masks. To pretend otherwise is just another lie.

Here’s the real problem, though: When our politicians, scientists, educators, and philosophers spread the lie that there is no objective truth, they transform our existence into gooey meaninglessness. Because if everything is “true,” then nothing is true. And if nothing is true, then politicians will decide what is “true” for us.

Pursuing truth does not mean that we ever obtain it. It is the vigilant pursuit of truth, though, that gives us sufficient wisdom to recognize the lies and liars among us. In an age when liars rule, question everything.

Like A Naked Emperor: The Strange Case Of CIA Officer David Rush Turning Up With $40-Million In 303 One-Kilogram Gold Bars, Plus $2-Million In Cash

In the annals of Deep State WTF-ery, is there a stranger case than CIA officer David Rush turning up with $40-million in 303 one-kilogram gold bars, plus $2-million in cash, plus a stash of 30 mostly Rolex watches? Well, yeah, the stranger story is how the guy got hired by the CIA in the first place.

Rush was arrested on Monday, May 18, by an FBI SWAT team at his home in Loudoun County, VA. Agents searched the house all day long and found the stash. Rush is currently charged with theft of public money and allegedly falsifying his military and academic credentials to obtain federal employment benefits, including roughly $77,000 in improper military leave pay. He’s scheduled to make a federal court appearance in Alexandria today.

Rush first applied for a job at the CIA in March 2006. He claimed to have a bachelor’s degree in math from Clemson University and a master’s from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). He was rejected. He reapplied later that same year. Bumped again. He reapplied again in 2009, adding a new credential: that he’d been a US Navy test pilot and flight trainer. This time, he was hired.

Rush’s college credentials were found to be false, but it is unclear when that was discovered. Since he included them in his two earlier 2006 failed applications, why were they not flagged in his successful 2009 application? His claim of being a US Navy pilot was also found to be false (he was an information systems tech in his Navy service). The FBI affidavit unsealed recently details the pattern of lies across all applications.

Understand that CIA vetting procedures are supposed to be exceedingly rigorous. The process is stressful and invasive — many candidates drop out or are weeded out. The background check involves interviews with practically everybody who knows the applicant going back decades, his criminal history, work, financial history, education, military service. The applicant gets a polygraph exam. Even after getting hired, monitoring continues.

Rush was hired at the very start of the Obama admin; Leon Panetta was the newly appointed CIA Director. Wouldn’t you like to hear him ‘splain how David Rush managed to get hired? Was somebody smoothing his way in? Rush rose to become a senior executive service (SES) officer with a top-secret (TS/SCI) security clearance. His exact duties, the division he worked for, his day-to-day responsibilities have not been disclosed.

Rush allegedly requested the gold and foreign currency from the CIA for “work-related expenses” between November 2025 and March 2026. The agency later could not account for the assets or locate records explaining their official purpose. A search of a storage locker at CIA connected to Rush turned up only a small amount of the requisitioned cash.

“There is a whole process that we go through to get that money. I don’t just walk into the logistics office and say ‘Excuse me, I need $100,000 tomorrow.’ There is a form I have to fill out. It’s not a bank vault you walk into. It doesn’t work like that.” — Tracy Walder, 46, a former FBI special agent and CIA officer, quoted in The New York Post.

Wouldn’t you assume that some higher-up CIA officer would have to sign off on such a colossal requisition of gold and money? (And where does the CIA get so much gold on-demand?) Perhaps the very Director of the CIA approved it — which would be John Ratcliffe through 2025 up to right now. Doesn’t he have some ‘splainin’ to do? (Was Rush set-up? Was this a sting?)

Assuming Rush spent some period of time as an entry-level CIA employee, when did his rise to SES level happen? John Brennan became CIA Director in early 2013 (the start of Barack Obama’s second term). What were David Rush’s relations with John Brennan? Was Brennan his mentor? Does the gold stash have any connection with the current legal problems of John Brennan and other former high officials involved in the long-running “grand conspiracy” case about the attempted overthrow of a president?

You might imagine that Rush’s phone and computers were seized in the May 18th raid on his house — though it’s unlikely he used such conventional channels for black ops chatter. It’s conceivable, though, that any alt-communications of his were captured by the vast national security surveillance apparatus, and that DNI Tulsi Gabbard might have come across them this past year. How else might Director Ratcliffe have been tipped off?

This story is not going away. The scale of the grift is spectacular and vivid — 303 gold bars! — like a Hollywood movie. Rush’s explanation of “work-related expenses” sounds preposterous. If the requisitions were made serially, over several months, as appears, then the agency had more than one opportunity to review and question them.

Rush faked his entire back-story. How incompetent (or corrupt) are the agency’s past managers that he got away with it for so long? How many other gross fakers, rogues, grifters, and tools are embedded in the agency, and who are they really working for? The institutional embarrassment is monumental. Trust in the so-called Intel Community is at an all-time low. Indictments and trials are coming. This is the Deep State on parade like a naked emperor.

Gerrymandering Is Not Illegal, Unless It Violates Law, Involving The Courts Is An Unprecedented Intervention In The American Political Process

In my August 4, 2025 ANP Article I discussed Elbridge Gerry (1744-1814). Elbridge was Governor of Massachusetts from 1810-1812. His administration was known for creating partisan electoral districts. At one point, a political cartoon labeled this process "The Gerry-mander" and included the following political cartoon (click the image to enlarge it) illustrating how gerrymandering worked back then:

States now reapportion their electoral districts every 10 years to reflect the change in their population based on the census. The idea is to make the number of voters included in each created district equal. So if you have 10 districts and 1,000 people, each district would ideally have 100 people in it. The problem is legislators within each State want to 'favor' their own party when reapportioning or creating new districts. When this happens, it is called "gerrymandering" by the other party.

But gerrymandering is not illegal. In a June 27, 2019 SCOTUS 6:3 decision, SCOTUS found there is no constitutional procedure for creating districts, so states can create their districts however they decide. But, when the process to create districts violates the Equal Protection Clause 478 US 109, 116-117 (1986) it can and should be litigated. Yet, SCOTUS cautions States about involving the courts in the gerrymandering process, as that would create an unprecedented intervention in the American political process. Apparently, this gave States the idea that 'anything goes' when redistricting.

Congressional districts are 'awarded' based on the number of US Citizens living in a particular state. However, the 2020 census did not have the 'citizenship' question on it. The previous administration removed the question about citizenship and the deep state actors told President Trump in 2019 that it was too late to add the citizenship question back onto the census in time for the 2020 census.

Anyone researching genealogy knows that the different censuses asked different questions; however, one question that was consistently asked until the 2020 census was about citizenship, specifically asking when was the person naturalized, in addition to asking where all members of the household were born as well as where the parents of the adults in the household were born. Even the 1950 census (the "newest" census available to researchers due to privacy concerns) the question of where were you born is asked followed by asking if the person is naturalized. The 1950 census did not ask where the parents of the adults in the household were born. The 1960 census will not be available for review by researchers until 2032.

That means that the 2020 census numbers reported for each state reflected the sheer number of people residing in the state rather than the number of US Citizens that were living in each state. And some of the states went wild redistricting their state Congressional districts based on that sheer number of people rather than on the number of citizens.

To add insult to injury, with the installation of autopen into the White House, and the subsequent DEI & Woke EOs that administration put out, some States decided that they should gerrymander the district map to reflect districts that would represent their constituency based on race, against the advice of SCOTUS when they reminded litigants that the Equal Protection Clause applied to gerrymandering. One state that ignored that advice and wound up in the court system was Louisiana.

On January 15, 2024, the Louisiana legislature passed, and their Governor signed on January 22, 2024, SB8, which provided for redistricting of the State based on race. This created 6 bizarre shapes for these districts (wikipedia provides historical district maps for Louisiana from 1973 to 2025):

On January 31, 2024, the lawsuit Callais v. Landry docket # 3:24-cv-00122 was filed in District Court, WD Louisiana about Louisiana's challenging Louisiana's SB8 which created 2 majority-African American voting districts and 4 majority non-African American districts during which the lawsuit claims Louisiana Lawmakers stated their intent was:

to maximize the voting strength of African American voters by stripping them from their communities in far-flung regions of Louisiana and consolidating them into two districts that stretched hundreds of miles in length and dwindled to less than a mile in width.

The lawsuit also points out that Hays v. Louisiana (1996) had a similar map that was rejected by the courts. They go on to explain that the difference between then and now is that the State has acknowledged these district boundaries were drawn to explicitly segregate voters based on race. The State held on to its idea of creating 2 congressional districts with a majority of Black voters (with an over 50% Black voting age population). The lawsuit sought the following relief:

this Court “immediately notify the chief judge of the circuit, who shall designate two other judges” so that “[t]he judges so designated, and the judge to whom the request was presented, shall serve as members of the court to hear and determine the action or proceeding.” 28 U.S.C. § 2284(b)(1).
Plaintiffs pray that this Court issue a declaratory judgment that SB8 is unconstitutional under the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments, issue an injunction barring the State of Louisiana from using SB8’s map of congressional districts for any election, and institute a congressional districting map that remedies these violations.
Plaintiffs also request all fees and costs recoverable under 42 U.S.C. § 1988.

On February 8, 2024, Judge Kayla D McClusky ordered:

The three-judge court convened by Chief Judge Priscilla Richman hereby APPOINTS Magistrate Judge Kayla D. McClusky to this matter to handle attorney admission requests, pro hac vice applications, and all other matters referred to her by the three-judge court.

On April 30, 2024, the Judges Robert R Summerhays and David C Joseph concluded:

As our colleagues so elegantly stated in Hays II, the long struggle for civil rights and equal protection under the law that has taken place in Louisiana and throughout our country, includes:

countless towns across the South, at schools and lunch counters, at voter registrar’s offices. They stood there, black and white, certain in the knowledge that the Dream was coming; determined that no threat, no spittle, no blow, no gun, no noose, no law could separate us because of the color of our skin. To say now: “Separate!” “Divide!” “Segregate!” is to negate their sacrifice, mock their dream, deny that self-evident truth that all men are created equal and that no government may deny them the equal protection of its laws.

Hays II at 125. The Court agrees and finds that SB8 violates the Equal Protection Clause as an impermissible racial gerrymander.
In light of the foregoing, the Court GRANTS PLAINTIFFS’ REQUEST FOR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF. The State of Louisiana is prohibited from using SB8’s map of congressional districts for any election.

Of course, the State appealed this decision on May 1, 2024. On May 3, 2024, Judge David C Joseph denied the appeal. On May 7, 2024, the State appealed the denial to SCOTUS. On May 9, 2024, Judge David C Joseph ordered that the request for stay pending appeal is denied.

On April 29, 2026, SCOTUS issued a 6:3 decision on Phillip Callais, et.al., Applicants v. Louisiana, et.al. docket # 25A1197 (24-109 and 24-110):

The State’s attempt to satisfy the Middle District’s ruling, although understandable, was an unconstitutional racial gerrymander, and we therefore affirm the decision below. . . . In considering whether the Constitution permits the intentional use of race to comply with the Voting Rights Act, we start with the general rule that the Constitution almost never permits the Federal Government or a State to discriminate on the basis of race . . . The judgment of the District Court is affirmed, and these cases are remanded for proceedings consistent with this opinion.

On April 30, 2026, Judges Carl E Stewart, Robert R Summerhays, and David C Joseph considered the SCOTUS decision and ordered

This Court's ruling having been affirmed and the matter remanded by the supreme Court, the permanent Injunction issued by this Court prohibiting the State of Louisiana "from using SB8's map of congressional districts for any election" remains in effect. [Doc. 198].
The State of Louisiana will be afforded the opportunity to enact a Constitutionally Compliant map consistent with the Supreme court's Opinion in Louisiana v. Callais, 6708 US ____ 2026 and this Court's Injunction. [Doc. 198].
The State of Louisiana shall file a brief outlining how the State intends to comply with the supreme Court's opinion in Louisiana v. Callais and this Court's Injunction within three (3) days of receipt by this Court of a certified copy of the Supreme Court's Judgment. Any responses to the state of Louisiana's brief by other parties may be filed within three (3) days thereafter.

The State immediately filed an appeal to SCOTUS over how long they were given to remedy the congressional map. On May 4, 2026, SCOTUS Judges Alito, Thomas, & Gorsuch issued the following judgement:

The dissent in this suit levels charges that cannot go unanswered. The dissent would require that the 2026 congressional elections in Louisiana be held under a map that has been held to be unconstitutional (nearly 7 months ago). The dissent does not claim that it is now too late for the state legislature or the District Court to adopt a new map that complies with the Constitution. Nor does the dissent assert that it is not feasible for the elections to be held under such a map. Instead, the dissent offers two reasons for its proposed course of action. One is trivial at best, and the other is baseless and insulting. Thus, the application to issue the judgment forthwith presented to JUSTICE ALITO and by him referred to the Court is granted.

Even after this final decision by SCOTUS and the final decision of the District Court, the State continued to attempt to stay the order. Leading to the May 27, 2026 order from Judges Carl E Stewart, Robert R Summerhays, and David C Joseph:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that on or before June 1, 2026, Defendant Nancy Landry shall file a verified affidavit listing the true operational deadline to implement a new congressional districting map to be used in the November 3, 2026, election. The affidavit shall include the factual and legal bases for the operational deadline by describing the time periods in advance of the November 3, 2026, election date that are required to implement each step of the process.

The Louisiana decision was quickly followed by the May 8, 2026 SCOVA decision in Virginia which Virginia was currently fighting. However, the Virginia Governor has conceded to SCOVA's decision stating Virginia would use the 2021 district map. All of the Virginia's state representatives are up for reelection in 2026.

These decisions have led more states to redraw Congressional districts for their state to undo the racially based gerrymandering that has now been officially declared unconstitutional by SCOTUS. It has also led to massive breakdowns of Democrat lawmakers in those states, such as Congress members Hakeem Jeffries and Mark Warner. And a Utah Supreme Court Justice resigned after accusations of an affair with an attorney in the redistricting case she was adjudicating in 2026. In California, the courts refused to enjoin the 2026 election map but the suit is ongoing as of May 8, 2026. In addition, on May 10, 2026, SGTReport published an article questioning California's election integrity due to the discovery of uncounted ballots which were discovered after the 'official' count was reported.

On the other hand, Democrat states are toying with the idea of redrawing their Congressional districts to ensure only Democrats can be elected to office (some states with more than 40% Republican voters in their state currently have zero Republican representation in Congress).

So where does redistricting stand in the wake of the SCOVA and SCOTUS decisions? Ballotpedia shows California, Florida, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio (required by law to redistrict before 2026 elections), Tennessee, and Texas passed new congressional maps between 2024 and 2026. Litigation has led to a new Utah map. Alabama and Georgia are currently experiencing ongoing litigation about their maps. In New York, SCOTUS said they could wait until after the 2026 elections to redraw. All 50 states redrew their congressional districts after receiving the results of the 2020 census. RedState reports that Mississippi is planning to redistrict at their earliest opportunity. RedState also reports that Tennessee is currently redistricting based on the recent SCOTUS decision.

Without election reforms, there will be much more fraud regardless of how districts are drawn. Between now and next census, the citizenship question needs to be put back on the census form, including the "where were you born" and "where were your parents born" questions. And Congress needs to get off their collective duffs and start passing President Trump's election reform EOs!

On May 27, 2026, the White House published the release Powering America’s Future: President Trump’s Policies Fuel Demand for Skilled American Workers announcing that there is a shift towards needing skilled workers in the trades (carpentry, building, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, etc.) as manufacturing in the US comes back online. This could signal the end of the "college for all" trend we have seen K-12 schools take in their curriculum. Workers are discovering that pay for skilled trades people matches or exceeds college graduate pay. In addition, contractors are reporting shortages of the skilled trades people needed which is driving wages for those positions even higher.

President Trump and his administration have created pathways to high-paying careers in the skilled trades without adding the crushing debt that many college graduates deal with after graduation. His administration has reformed broken Federal programs with a goal of recruiting over one million new apprentices in skilled trades. DOE added a Workforce Pell Grant program to assist high school graduates in starting their apprenticeships in the skilled trades. DOL is awarding grants to expand apprenticeships for shipbuilding, defense, and nuclear. DOL has also created a landmark initiative to include AI skills into apprenticeships. All of these actions are to ensure that we have the workforce ready to rebuild American manufacturing, factories, and supply chains. Congress is on vacation; however, they are calling each chamber to order for a 'pro forma' meeting about every 3 days in order to keep President Trump from making recess appointments. On May 27, 2026, the FR published the Presidential Action Emergency Presidential Determination on Refugee Admissions for Fiscal Year 2026 which was signed May 21, 2026 then sent straight to the FR for publication. This Presidential Action is an Emergency Determination Memorandum for the Secretaries of State, Homeland Security, and Health and Human Services. President Trump has determined that an unforeseen emergency refugee situation exists due in part to the actions of the Government of South Africa and the leaders of their prominent political parties that are disrupting US Refugee Admissions Program operations located in South Africa. As a response to these situations, admission of Afrikaners from South Africa is justified by the grave humanitarian concerns and is within our national interest as well. President Trump has determined an increase from 7,500 to 17,500 is warranted to be allocated consistent with EO 14204 Addressing Egregious Actions of The Republic of South Africa signed February 7, 2025 (discussed in my October 31, 2025 ANP Article). The Memorandum goes on to clarify:

Refugee admissions under this determination, which may reach but not exceed the numerical limit described herein, are in all respects subject to the requirements of other Presidential policies and actions, whether issued prior or subsequent to this determination. Those Presidential policies and actions include, but are not limited to: Executive Order 14161 (discussed in my June 1, 2025 ANP Article), which mandates that refugees receive the most stringent identification verification of any class of alien seeking admission or entry to the United States; Executive Order 14163 (discussed in my October 31, 2025 ANP Article), which suspends the entry into the United States of refugees other than when the Secretaries of State and Homeland Security jointly determine that an admission is in the national interest and does not threaten the security and welfare of the United States; Executive Order 14204 (discussed in my October 31, 2025 ANP Article), which provides for refugee resettlement of Afrikaners from South Africa who are victims of unjust racial discrimination; and Proclamation 10998 which restricts the entry of certain foreign nationals whose admission would be detrimental to the national interest.

President Trump concludes the Memorandum writing:

In accordance with section 101(a)(42)(B) of the INA (8 U.S.C. 110l(a)(42)(B)), and after appropriate consultation with the Congress, I specify that, for Fiscal Year 2026, Afrikaners from South Africa processed consistent with the directives in Executive Order 14204 (discussed in my October 31, 2025 ANP Article), may, if otherwise qualified, be considered refugees for the purpose of admission to the United States within their countries of nationality or habitual residence.

Virginia on May 22, 2026 about weaponization fund where the nonprofit organization Common Cause, a former federal prosecutor, and the city of New Haven, Connecticut, among others, sued the Trump administration to prevent the dispersal of payments in the so-called Anti-Weaponization Fund. The lawsuit seeks the following relief:

Declare unlawful the creation of the Anti-Weaponization Fund as in violation of the Constitution and the APA, and as ultra vires;
Vacate and set aside the creation of the Anti-Weaponization Fund as arbitrary, capricious, or an abuse of discretion under 5 U.S.C. § 706(2)(A); contrary to constitutional right under 5 U.S.C. § 706(2)(B); not in accordance with law under 5 U.S.C. § 706(2)(A); in excess of statutory jurisdiction, authority, or limitations, or short of statutory right under 5 U.S.C. § 706(2)(C); without observance of procedure required by law under 5 U.S.C. § 706(2)(D);
Stay the creation of the Anti-Weaponization Fund during the pendency of this lawsuit under 5 U.S.C. § 705;
Preliminarily and permanently enjoin Defendants, their officers, employees, and agents from taking any further action pursuant to the creation of the AntiWeaponization Fund, including, but not limited to,

Transferring any money to an account for the Fund, or, if such money has already been transferred, ordering Defendants to immediately reverse that transfer;
Accepting or processing any claim submitted to the Fund;
Making any payment out of the Fund;
Appointing any Members to the Fund; and
Reconstituting the Fund under a different name.

Award Plaintiffs their costs, reasonable attorney’s fees, and other disbursements deemed appropriate; and
Grant such other relief as the Court deems necessary, just, and proper.

It has occurred to me that I have not covered President Trump's original lawsuit Trump v. IRS docket # 1:26-cv-20609 filed in District Court, SD Florida on January 29, 2026 about the unauthorized release of IRS filings. So I shall rectify that now. The original lawsuit sought the following relief:

Declaring that Defendants willfully, knowingly, and/or by gross negligence unlawfully accessed and inspected Plaintiffs’ confidential tax return information in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 6103;
Declaring that Defendants willfully, knowingly, and/or by gross negligence unlawfully disclosed Plaintiffs’ confidential tax return information in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 6103;
Awarding Plaintiffs, pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 7431(c)(1), the greater of either $1,000 in damages for each unauthorized disclosure of their tax return information, including each subsequent disclosure by third parties, including by the New York Times, ProPublica, and by many additional print, broadcast, cable, social media and other platforms, which amounts to at least $10,000,000,000.00, see Diamond Article, supra, or the actual damages sustained by Plaintiffs and all related entities, including each of the 418 Trump Organization-affiliated entities that received notices from the IRS, which also amounts to at least $10,000,000,000.00;
Awarding Plaintiffs reasonable costs and attorney’s fees pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 7431(c)(2)-(3), and as may otherwise be permitted by law;
Awarding Plaintiffs punitive damages pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 7431(c)(1)(B)(ii) because the unlawful disclosure of their confidential tax returns and return information was either willful or the result of gross negligence;
Ordering Defendants to pay damages under the Privacy Act’s damages provision,
5 U.S.C. § 552a(g)(4)(A), for actual damages resulting from the IRS’s failure to maintain its records in a confidential manner;
Awarding costs and pre-and post-judgment interest as allowed by law; and
Any such other relief as the Court deems just and proper.

President Trump was represented by Brito, PLLC; Ian Michael Corp; and Daniel Z. Epstein.

On May 18, 2026, a settlement (discussed in my May 26, 2026 ANP Article) was reached and President Trump voluntarily dismissed the case with prejudice and Judge Kathleen M Williams ordered the case closed.

However, on May 27, 2026, 35 former Federal Judges motioned for the case to be reopened. Those judges are (only 34 of the 35 are listed in the appendix):

Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt is really getting under the skin of California’s Democrat Oligarchy. Can a Republican really get elected in La La Land? I won’t hold my breath, but it’s terrific to see someone with a backbone reminding voters that Democrats have destroyed everything they’ve touched in California.

Pratt has an army of talented artists who continue to produce short videos supporting his candidacy. In the true spirit of Hollywood, these creators highlight Democrat-engineered blight in L.A. and then reveal Pratt as the kind of cinematic superhero willing to save the city. It’s driving the Democrat Oligarchy nuts because the messages are clever, short, fun, effective, and go viral on social media as soon as they’re released. Many of these are coming from people with no direct connection to Pratt’s campaign.

Free promotional advertising on this scale is reminiscent of the thousands of MAGA geniuses who produced content in support of President Trump’s campaigns. One of Trump’s gifts is his willingness to lean into pop-culture trends and budding communications platforms to amplify his message. When other political campaigns (see “I’m with Her” Hillary and Jeb!) were spending millions of dollars on consultants, political operatives, “journalists,” and movie studios to deliver trite soundbites to the public, Trump’s mostly anonymous coalition of MAGA visual artists put together amazing online content that captured the public’s attention.

At the time, nobody had seen anything like it. Even during Obama’s meteoric rise, his campaign team maintained control over messaging at all times. David Axelrod shaped Obama into a fictional character that he could “sell” to voters. While Axelrod invented Obama and gave him a backstory that resonated with Americans, he did not permit outsiders to “construct” the Obama narrative. The most significant pop culture creation during Obama’s run for the presidency came from designer Shepard Fairey, who created the iconic “Hope” street poster of Obama in red, beige, and blue stenciling that resembled a similarly iconic portrait of President Kennedy. Even then, however, Fairey first sought and received approval from the Obama campaign before printing hundreds of thousands of vinyl stickers that ended up on lampposts and town walls all over the country.

Trump’s MAGA army of online savants drowned Obama’s “Hope” image with the sheer magnitude of their artwork, videos, memes, and jokes during the 2016 election, and those talented messengers haven’t let up in ten years. Whereas Axelrod resisted outside attempts to redesign the Obama candidate that he was personally designing, Trump never had any problem with strangers molding and amplifying his various political messages. When he saw cartoons or social media comments that he found politically helpful or just humorous, Trump retweeted them to tens of millions of people. Certain content creators found fame overnight simply because the president has a sense of humor and incredible intuition as to how best to communicate with the American people. Obama’s politburo got a rodeo clown fired and permanently banned for wearing an Obama Halloween mask. Trump turns videos of people pretending to be him into viral sensations. Obama had one image of “Hope” that has long since faded into a relic for the Smithsonian. The MAGA phenomenon hasn’t stopped creating powerful messages that resonate with Americans every day.

This is the magic that Spencer Pratt’s campaign has in spades. It’s organic. It’s clever. It’s cool. It’s all the things that Democrats can’t do.

Kamala Harris burned through a billion dollars for a 107-day campaign that hired celebrities and entertainers to pretend that they liked her. Normal people can spot phonies so much better than Democrats realize. They watched the Kamala spectacle and saw a cackling woman (much like Hillary) who paid people to cheer for her (much like Hillary). There is nothing authentic about Kamala, Hillary, Bernie, Barack, Chuck, Nancy, Michelle, Gavin, Pete, Hakeem, AOC, or any of the other Democrats on the national stage who use fake accents and pretend to know how to barbecue, eat fried food, grow a beard, drive a car, drink a beer, fight, or pray at church.

Nobody looks at President Trump and says, “That man is being inauthentic.” Trump is Trump at all times. Well, Spencer Pratt seems to have the same attribute. Pratt is Pratt at all times. Voters can easily spot the difference between DEI-robot (and current L.A. mayor) Karen Bass and tell-it-like-it-is, no-holds-barred Pratt. You can’t fake authenticity.

But you can set a billion dollars on fire while pretending not to be fake. That’s all Democrats know how to do now. It’s hard to believe that they were once considered the “cool kids” and that they effortlessly controlled the “ins” and “outs” of pop culture. Because Democrats aren’t “cool.” They are the dorks who pay “cool” people to hang out with them.

The Democrat party has become nothing more than a dive bar filled with aging communists, raging feminazis, actual Nazis, sexually-confused gender-benders, cosplaying revolutionaries, church-arsonists, assassins, assassin-groupies, way too many pedophiles, and Robert De Niro. Needless to say, normal people take one look at what Democrats have on tap and run the other way. The degenerate donkeys belong in the red-light district or under a collapsing bridge in the sketchy, forgotten part of town. Nobody looks at their fondness for used drug needles, poop-ridden streets, violent crime, and STDs and says, “Ooh, how chic!”

Spencer Pratt gets this. He knows that the Democrat party has more in common with the zombies of The Walking Dead than with Americans’ dreams of the future. California’s Democrat Oligarchy doesn’t want Elon Musk’s space rockets; it prefers no-go zones filled with drug-addled crazies. The Democrat Oligarchy doesn’t want cheap energy, new industry, or next-century engineering marvels; it prefers “green energy”-induced inflation, killing industries, and hundred-billion-dollar boondoggles. The Democrat Oligarchy doesn’t care about American citizens; it prefers illegal immigrants. The Democrat Oligarchy doesn’t want to fix anything; it prefers potholes, wildfires, unfunded police and fire departments, dangerous public parks, and bankruptcy.

Pratt and his supporters just show L.A. residents exactly what L.A. has become, and nobody with eyes can turn away from the horror show that Mayor Bass and Governor Newsom have unleashed. Why in the world would anybody reward political leaders who cause harm and suffering and then tax people more for all the harm and suffering that they’ve caused? At some point, even the dum-dums in La La Land must drive over enough potholes, hike through enough burned-out neighborhoods, or step on enough deadly needles littering playgrounds and beaches to wonder, “Is the Democrat Oligarchy capable of building, cleaning, securing, or doing anything?” Given that Pratt’s support in L.A. continues to rise, it seems that some of California’s Democrat faithful have finally realized that they’ve been living in Kurt Russell’s Escape from L.A.

So here comes Spencer Pratt out of nowhere, and voters are listening. Bass, Newsom, Pelosi, and Harris call him a “reality TV star.” Well, that’s what Hillary Clinton, Jeb Bush, Barack Obama, and newly-minted Democrat Bill Kristol used to call candidate Donald Trump before he kicked their rears on the way to the White House. Democrats call Pratt “inexperienced” and “in over his head.” Well, if Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom are what Democrats mean by “experienced,” then that word just means that everything is broken, costs more, and is covered in human feces.

Let’s be real: Democrats haven’t produced anything of value this century. Obamacare is a bust. The “Green New Deal” is a bust. California is a bust. Los Angeles is a bust. Almost every city in America is collapsing because Democrats run almost every city.

Pratt, like Trump, says: Enough is enough. Forget your fake “hope.” It’s time for real change.

The Trump Administration And The Full-Scale War On Fraud, FLOTUS On Education, The Anti-Weaponization Fund Lawsuit, And More

President Trump's Presidential Actions published in the Federal Register (FR) to date:

On May 26, 2026, the White House published the release Trump Administration’s Full-Scale War on Fraud detailing some key actions/victories taken by the White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud which was established by EO 14395 on March 16, 2026 (discussed in my March 17, 2026 ANP Article). The Task Force's purpose is to root out waste, abuse, and criminal exploitation of government programs. The release provides examples of what the Task Force has accomplished since its inception:

In March 2026, 11 people were charged in a major read estate loan fraud ring in California; Los Angeles hospice and home health providers were suspended, and the new national fraud whistleblower program was launched.
In April 2026, hundreds of additional hospice and home health providers across California were suspended; over a dozen people were charged in a $50 million hospice fraud scheme; a fraudster in California pleased guilty to $270 million in false reimbursement claims; DOJ confirms 8,000 active fraud cases currently; the Task Force discovered $6.3 billion in suspected fraudulent government contracts immediately triggering a sweeping investigation; another 447 hospices and 23 home health agencies in Los Angeles, California were suspended; 20 Minnesota businesses were served criminal warrants over SNAP fraud; DOJ announced the National Fraud Enforcement Division found $340 million worth of fraud in its first week of existence; SBA found $22 billion in fraudulent or delinquent pandemic-era loans; targeted enforcement operations were conducted in Minnesota at almost 2 dozen childcare centers; DOJ established a West Coast Strike Force team to investigate healthcare fraud in Arizona, Nevada, and northern California; and $91 million in Medicaid funds were deferred from Minnesota because they are not cooperating with the fraud investigations.
So far, in May 2026, over 10,000 suspected immigration student work programs have been identified; $1.4 billion of home health and hospice funding has been withheld nationwide; $1.3 billion has been deferred in Federal Medicaid reimbursements for California; all new Medicare enrollments for hospice providers nationwide have been halted for at least 6 months; audits of Medicaid Fraud Control units in all 50 states are being held; enhanced screening of student loan applications have netted in blocking $60 million of fraud in just one month; the Minneapolis daycare owner featured in Nick Shirley's viral video has been charged; DOJ has expanded the Health Care Fraud Strike Force by adding prosecutors; and 15 people were charged in the Minnesota healthcare fraud scheme which targeted autism fraud.

President Trump and his Administration vow to continue this effort to expose fraud and reclaim the monies fraudulently taken from US Taxpayers.

Then, on May 26, 2026, Vice President JD Vance, Chairman of the President's White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud met with 15 State Attorneys General, including AGs from Connecticut and Oregon, for a roundtable on Anti-Fraud initiatives. Vice President Vance began his introduction reiterating some of the achievements of the Task Force I have listed above. Vice President Vance states:

We're protecting the American taxpayers who shouldn't have their money stolen by fraudsters. And of course, we're protecting the people who need these services. Fraud is not a victimless crime. This is not somebody gets to make some money for violating the law and otherwise it's not a big deal. This is people who rely on critical services, students who rely on student loan services, sick people who reply who rely on hospice care, a number of small businesses who rely on the availability of these loans so that they can grow their business and hire people. All of these people, all of our fellow Americans have been taken advantage by fraudsters and the task force is here to stop it.

Mr. Andrew Ferguson, who served as a Solicitor General of Virginia fighting the autopen administration to protect our border, our religious liberty, and our right to keep and bear arms spoke next. Mr. Ferguson states:

Our benefits programs and our whole society was designed for a high trust people. American the American people rightly expect that their fellow citizens will deal with them and with the government honestly and fairly. That's why for up until the last decade or so, shelves in our grocery stores and our pharmacies were open and readily accessible. We weren't accustomed to seeing security guards outside of banks or jewelry stores. We didn't have to worry about organized retail theft or industrial scale scammers of the type you all protect your citizens from every day. Nor did we have to worry about fraudsters raiding our benefits program. But sadly, that is no longer true. It's become clear that huge groups of people in this country are taking advantage of our long-standing culture of trust to enrich themselves at the expense of the American people.

Mr. Ferguson finds that the government must act to protect Americans and our social programs from the huge segments of the population that have decided to take advantage of the generosity and trust of Americans through deception and fraud. Mr. Ferguson explained to the State AGs that the reason they have been invited is because we must restore deterrence by finding, prosecuting, and punishing fraudsters, and that will take the combined efforts of everyone. He wants all the State AGs to work with the new DOJ National Fraud Enforcement Division and the Homeland Security Council to combat this rampant fraud. Mr. Ferguson told the State AGs that HHS will be conducting a thorough review of Medicaid Fraud Units at the State level. Mr. Ferguson ended by saying fraud is bleeding these programs dry making it so American Citizens can not use the programs they have been paying for for years.

Mr. Steven Miller, Deputy Chief of Staff and Homeland Security Advisor, was next to speak. He pointed out that the White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud has worked quickly to stop, disrupt, and prevent fraud. He explained that all the social systems of our country were set up on the honor system (we take your word for it based on what you put on the application). But a large number of people are not abiding by our honor code and not abiding by our laws. Mr. Miller ended his remarks by stating:

You are seeing the most muscular, robust, aggressive, dedicated, determined, and speedy effort to shut down criminal fraud that has not only ever occurred in the history of this country, but in any developed nation. So, thank you.

Mr. Stephen Colin, Assistant Attorney General for Fraud Enforcement, followed Mr. Miller. Mr. Colin announced that in just 50 days 450 major fraud events occurring across the country are in the judicial process from initial charges to convictions to sentences. He states:

When an individual's money is stolen, that individual takes it personally and does everything they can to recover their money. This task force, under the vice president's leadership, is here to take it personally. Every time someone decides to rob the United States of their money, we are here to take it personally. When someone decides to take money from a program designed to give money, food, health care to the needy, the sick, and the elderly, that is what the fraud division is here to do. It's to take it personally for you, the United States of America, when your money is stolen.

Mr. Colin mentioned some of the incidents reported in the White House release detailed above. He reminds us that this fraud is occurring nationally and it will take the National Fraud Enforcement Division in conjunction with State partnerships to solve the fraud crisis. He identifies 3 things State AGs can do to help:

Fully maximize your state's Medicaid fraud control units (once remade, they can be renamed Making Fraud Completely Unprofitable Unit (MAKFUKU) becoming the country's first line of defense against Medicare Fraud.
Join the DOJ's newly launched Special Attorneys Program which will provide grants for State AGs to send attorneys to join the fraud division or your local US Attorney's office. In addition to having the full cost of prosecutors you send to the DOJ, you can also receive a 20% premium to boost your justice system staffing and capacity enabling your state to prosecute more fraud cases more quickly.
Bring your state investigators and data to the table. The DOJ needs your documents and witnesses to successfully prosecute those who commit fraud against our government. The expertise of your investigators and your State's data, including Medicaid payment and claims records are essential.

Vice President Vance then gave closing remarks before the press was dismissed and their roundtable meeting began. He cited an incident that happened in Minneapolis, saying:

These are not victimless crimes. Sometimes the most vulnerable people in our community are the ones who suffer when we don't take fraud seriously. One of the cases that was part of Collins series of indictments last week in Minnesota stood out to me and I think highlights how particularly egregious some of these fraudsters can be. And it's about a man who was supposed to be providing services to allow elderly people to live full and independent lives. And what happened instead is that the man who was supposed to provide these services reimbursed by the Medicaid program was providing nothing. no services, no help, no check-ins. And the very man, the vulnerable elderly man that he was supposed to be protecting and looking after was reimbursed by the taxpayer in order to do exactly that, that man died. And one day before he died, after months of being neglected by the caretaker who was getting reimbursed by the American people, one day before he died, he submitted his final reimbursement for services he never provided for a man he never cared for. Both chambers of Congress met today for pro forma sessions (i.e., sessions in which NO We The People business is conducted, meeting for the express purpose of keeping President Trump from making recess appointments). Although the Speaker pro Tempore of the House appointed a man to the National Committee on Vital and Health Statistics (without a discussion or a vote).

A new civil complaint Harry Dunn [and Daniel Hodges] v. TRUMP (Scott Bessent) docket # 1:26-cv-01719 filed in District Court, D. District of Columbia on May 20, 2025 about Weaponization fund where two Capitol Police officers who were attacked by rioters on January 6th seek to block the issuance of payouts related to a $1.776 billion fund for so-called victims of the past administration's "weaponization" of the law as a political tool. The civil complaint challenges the fund in several ways, including under the 14th Amendment and purported emotional harm. The complaint seeks the following relief:

An order under 5 U.S.C. § 706 holding unlawful and setting aside Defendant Blanche’s action creating the Anti-Weaponization Fund;

Obviously, they did not read the settlement (discussed in my May 26, 2026 ANP Article) between President Trump and the IRS where the settlement created The Anti-Weaponization Fund (not Defendant Blanche) in order to settle the lawsuit bought by President Trump. It can only be challenged by Plaintiffs, Defendants, and the US involved in the lawsuit against the IRS. The plaintiffs filed this in activist judge headquarters in Washington DC, so, I expect the DC court to find for the plaintiff, then the Defendants to appeal.

As I was searching for an unbiased video on this topic, the one I posted below was the closest I could find to presenting both sides of the topic, and even then, you can see the bias. It is not a "slush fund." It is money that President Trump "won" in his lawsuit against the IRS that he deferred to the DOJ for the purpose of making whole those who were the subject of the weaponization of government.

What Is Often Overlooked Is The Role That Sadism Plays In The Psychology Of The Lefty-Left

As of Memorial Day morning, America was informed that the negotiations between the US and Iran may take several more days to resolve. You better believe that Iran is going to make a deal. One way or another, they will give up their stash of sixty-percent enriched uranium. Nobody believes they would not attempt to make bombs with it, especially Mr. Trump. So, Iran will not be going back to whatever is considered normal life until they agree to give it up, and then make it happen. Iran is like a demon-possessed teenager with a firearm getting its head banged into the sidewalk. What part of give-it-up don’t you understand?

The news media apparently forgot what it broadcast a couple of weeks ago: Iran’s oil storage capacity was nearing the red-line. If the wells have to be shut-in, such is the geology that it would wreck the oil fields themselves. Perhaps this is happening now. Nobody is reporting on it. But the news media doesn’t really report on anything. It opines. It spins. It constructs story-lines for advantage, it gaslights, it perverts the consensus about reality out of existence, it just plain lies.

If Iran is jerking the US around again, this will be the last time. They will prove to be negotiation-incapable, as the Russian phrase goes. They will punch their own express ticket back to the 12th century, lights out, bridges down across the rugged terrain, back to donkey carts, magic lamps, and vizeers instead of mullahs.

Why does America’s lefty-left beat its drum for an Iranian victory when 1) it’s not happening, and 2) it’s hardly in the interest of Western Civ for anything like that to happen? You can conclude that they hate and despise Western Civ, especially anything that resembles America’s traditional sense-of-self: a republic based on civic and economic liberty. Liberty means individuals making their own decisions within an armature of laws written in good faith, to mean what they say.

The Lefty-left is mainly about acquiring power through bad faith in order to push everyone around, tell them what they’re allowed to want out of life, and severely punish anyone who objects to that treatment. What’s often overlooked is the role that sadism plays in the psychology of the Lefty-left. They seem to love it when illegal aliens rape and strangle 19-year-old American girls. (You don’t hear them deplore it, do you? Their house-organ, The New York Times, won’t even report it.) More than anything they want to subject you to the most savage humiliations.

We are at a dangerous pass this Memorial Day. Mr. Trump and his people are methodically rearranging the works to expel these grifting demons. Their resistance to being expelled will manifest in ever more dirty fighting as spring blossoms into a summer of violent “activism.” They will try as hard as possible to wreck the country’s 250th birthday celebrations. It might look like civil war. They will not stop trying to kill Donald Trump and possibly other figures around him. Even if they manage that, it will not stop what it is coming for them.

This time around nobody believes their sob stories, their whining about “oppression,” their bullshit about “equity” and “justice.” This time, they will not be allowed to get away with sheer lawlessness. They will not be able to pass off fake martyrs such as George Floyd. The elections this time — if they can happen — will be clean and fair. That can be the only way they will be allowed to happen.

This will be the most emphatic counter-revolution in modern history, a complete rejection of childish unreality — the cavalcade of absurdities you have been told to swallow for a mad decade: that you can change your sex “assigned at birth.” (Assigned by whom? By some cosmic committee of gender komisars?) That merit has no merit (don’t be good at anything). That men and maleness represent some inferior way of being human? That people from outside American society, from faraway lands, deserve to live here under a special gift economy of vast subsidies, at your expense, to set up antagonistic counter-cultures? That words don’t mean what they mean?

Expect the pace to quicken now, even with Tulsi Gabbard gone. Her operational deputy DNI, Aaron Lukas, is a proven, capable warrior. Most of the critical information has already been recovered from the Deep State’s vaults, hidden rooms, burn bags, and SCIFs. The adjudication of crimes against our country will be spooling out the next hundred days as a vivid and orderly counterpoint to whatever nose-ringed chaos the Democrats send out into the streets. The republic will celebrate its 250th birthday by carrying-on as it was designed to do, while the demons skulk back into the shadows until the next great turning.

This year, President Trump reminds us that many selfless men and women have given their lives in the noble and righteous pursuit to safeguard our liberty and preserve our way of life. America endures as a strong and powerful, prosperous nation because of these individuals. He makes it a special point to honor the 13 members who lost their lives during the 2026 Operation Epic Fury. President Trump writes:

On this solemn day, the First Lady and I ask you to join us in prayer for lasting peace in this volatile world, for the protection of those in harm’s way, and for the grace of Almighty God to comfort all who grieve. In honor of all of our fallen heroes, the Congress, by a joint resolution approved May 11, 1950, as amended (36 U.S.C. 116), has requested the President issue a proclamation calling on the people of the United States to observe each Memorial Day as a day of prayer for permanent peace and designating a period on that day when the people might unite in prayer. On May 24, 2026, the White House published the Presidential Message on Pentecost (the history of which was discussed in my June 10, 2025 ANP Article). Because Pentecost is celebrated on the 49th day (50 if you include the day itself) after Easter each year the date of Pentecost varies from year to year. This year, Pentecost is celebrated on May 24, 2026. President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump join Christians who are celebrating the miracle of Pentecost, the birth of Christ's Church when the Holy Spirit descended upon the Apostles in Jerusalem giving them the divine authority to proclaim the message of GOD. When Saint Peter called for the people to repent and be baptized, thousands went forward. From that moment, Christ's message of salvation and promise of eternal life have spread the light of the Gospel throughout the land. President Trump writes:

Hundreds of thousands of migrant children went missing between 2021 and 2025. President Trump's Administration is working with State and local governments to find and return these missing children to their home countries. Now that we have sealed our borders and are arresting heinous illegal alien predators, restored strength to law enforcement, equipped police and federal agencies with funding and tools, law enforcement is now ready to hunt down these predators. President Trump writes:

As we commemorate this National Missing Children’s Day, we hold the children who have yet to come home close in our hearts and remain firm in our promise to their families that we will never stop fighting for their return. On May 22, 2026, the White House published the release Remarks by Director Michael Kratsios on the One Year Anniversary of President Trump’s Nuclear EOs presented to Operation Gigawatt Summit in Deer Valley, Utah. Here is the transcript of his remarks:

It is so good to be with you here in beautiful Utah. I want to thank Governor Cox for bringing us together today. Federalism is foundational to America’s greatness, and states like Utah are fundamental to the American Nuclear Renaissance. As some of you may know, tomorrow marks one year since President Trump signed a series of Executive Orders on nuclear energy. On behalf of the Trump Administration, I am here to celebrate how far we’ve come in these past 12 months, and to share a vision of where we are headed next. With last year’s executive orders, President Trump made the most transformational decision for civil nuclear power since President Eisenhower announced Atoms for Peace, in 1953. That heralded the first heyday of American nuclear energy. Within two decades, the country had 30 nuclear plants in operation, 55 under construction, and more than 80 in planning or under order. Americans looked forward to a future of nuclear trains, planes, and flying automobiles.
As you know, that momentum did not last. Prior to President Trump’s policies, we weren’t testing new reactors, we were shutting perfectly good reactors down. We were totally dependent on other countries for our fuel. The average NRC review time for licensing new reactors took more than 20,000 hours. The issuance of a combined operating license took 48-60 months. Receiving a license amendment for power uprates at existing facilities could mean waiting two-and-a-half years. And far, far too often, innovators spent all this time pulling together all this paperwork, just to be told no. All of that has changed. The reforms and actions these orders called for are not merely an evolution in American energy infrastructure, they are bringing about a revolution for American power. The successes of the last year will be the foundations of a century of innovation. One year-ago tomorrow was a starting shot in a renewed race to a brighter future. Old inertia has been reversed. This industry has been given new momentum. Now the policy, business, and technology innovators that fill this room are doing incredible things. Thank you, all of you, for sharing this vision and taking on these challenges. Allow me to briefly describe some of the of the progress of the last 12 months.
You are building again. We are testing again. To accelerate development of cutting-edge SMR technology, the President set an ambitious goal for the DOE reactor pilot program: At least three test reactors would achieve criticality before the Fourth of July, 2026. Many people, maybe even some of you in this room, doubted this could be done. But we are confident we will see criticality from at least three program participants in the coming days and weeks, before that deadline. And I’m happy to say that DOE, NRC, and DOW are working together to create streamlined licensing pathways for successful participants, so they can avoid duplicative submittals when seeking future license approvals. In addition, the American nuclear industrial base is getting the overhaul it needs to meet today’s electricity and national security requirements. In the last year alone, we produced twice as much domestic uranium as we had in the previous 6 years combined. More than $2-and-a-half billion has been invested in domestic uranium enrichment. And we are making progress in American nuclear exports and increased nuclear cooperation with our partners, including backing for American construction of reactors in allied countries.
Here at a celebration of Utah’s investment in the Nuclear Renaissance, I’m particularly glad to share the progress we are making with states in bringing the complete nuclear fuel cycle home, and its place in reindustrializing America. What to do with used nuclear fuel has been an unsolved problem for decades. With the Nuclear Lifecycle Innovation Campuses concept, it’s finally unstuck. The response to this proposal has been unbelievably enthusiastic, across the country. Since February, DOE has received more than 20 applications from interested states, including four states that unequivocally applied to take uncapped and unrestricted amounts of used fuel. The culture around nuclear power has changed so much, and for the better. We are confident again. Nuclear energy is no longer viewed primarily as a liability to be managed or a nonproliferation risk to be suppressed, but once again as a powerful tool for enhancing national security. And though no one can deny the pride and importance of its nuclear legacy, the Navy will no longer be the main face of military nuclear energy. The Janus Program will deliver microreactors to military installations under U.S. Army oversight by 2028. We are on track, and the Air Force is getting in on these exciting developments, too. Energy resilience is necessary everywhere, but perhaps nowhere as much as at our vital national defense facilities.
President Trump’s policies have resulted in the radical reformation of the NRC. We are comprehensively modernizing the way nuclear facilities and materials are licensed in the United States. In the last year, the NRC has eliminated a host of unneeded regulatory and bureaucratic burdens while improving its focus on safety and efficiency. It is approving power uprates and license extensions inside a year, and taking a truly fresh approach to environmental review. The Robinson plant renewal was the fastest ever license review. The NRC has authorized renewals for 18 reactors, securing nearly 17,000 megawatts of power for 20 additional years. The NRC also recently issued the first commercial advanced reactor construction permit in decades. And it granted the first-ever license to commercially manufacture TRISO fuel. There’s more to do, but the public servants at the NRC are doing it, and the progress has been transformational. The Trump Administration has prioritized American energy dominance from its first day back in office. This room needs no reminder, but everything we are working for—rebuilding the national industrial base, winning the AI race with China, reshoring semiconductor fabrication, taking back the drone industry, and ushering in a new space age of supersonics, flying cars, and rocket ships—means the supply of American energy and power has to go up.
Civilian nuclear is key to making that happen. President Trump’s vision for adding nuclear power to the grid includes restarting shutdown reactors and increasing power production by the country’s existing fleet. We will add 5 Gigawatts to the grid by 2030, equivalent to building five new large reactors. In fact, just the planned restarts of the Palisades in Michigan and the Crane Energy Center in Pennsylvania will add more than 1600 Megawatts to the grid within the next few years. Moreover, the NRC has proposed the nation’s first-ever regulatory framework for fusion machines, paving the way for an entirely new class of energy technology. Today is not just about celebrating a year since President Trump signed his historic nuclear orders. This anniversary year, it is also an opportunity to celebrate more than 250 years of American exploration of the scientific frontier.
In 1752, Benjamin Franklin flew a kite in a storm outside Philadelphia. In that experiment, the Founding Father of American science proved the electric nature of lightning. Two centuries later Franklin’s spiritual heirs lit four 200-watt lightbulbs with Experimental Breeder Reactor No. 1 outside Arco, Idaho, inaugurating the era of civilian atomic power. In the time between Franklin’s kite and the dawn of nuclear energy, America won her independence, became a continent-spanning industrial giant, and ushered in the age of Edison. Americans electrified the world, and with our new and growing power invented many of the fundamental building blocks of modern life. We can do so again. As President Eisenhower said, launching Atoms for Peace, “the United States knows that peaceful power from atomic energy is no dream of the future.” I do not know what the future will hold, but I know that the steps we celebrate today will help to light the path to get there. More importantly, in 2026, I know that America’s civilian nuclear program will give ourselves, our children, and our children’s children the energy necessary to sustain and build this great nation for the next 250 years.

On May 21, 2026, the White House published the Fact Sheet President Donald J. Trump Reverses Biden-Era Refrigerant Rules terminating all of the Autopen Administration's burdensome and costly requirements for refrigerators and air conditioners which needlessly and substantially increased the price of not only refrigeration and air conditioning units but also the price of transporting and storing refrigerated goods as well. He announced that the EPA finalized revisions to the 2023 Technology Transitions Rule, extending the deadlines for compliance and the 2024 Emissions Reduction and Reclamation Rule that crippled leak repair on existing units. Together, these actions reverse unnecessary regulation inhibiting economic opportunity, safeguard jobs of high-skilled American workers, and save Americans billions. This is just one more way President Trump and his Administration are investing in America's food supply to lower grocery and living costs.

On May 22, 2026, the White House published the release Memorandum of Understanding [MOU] Between The Government of the United States of America and the Government of Sweden Regarding the Technology Prosperity Deal.

Section 1 - Purpose - is to enable collaboration in opportunities of mutual interest in science and technology to power AI and global connectivity, accelerate biomedical research and innovation, unlock industrial competitiveness, secure energy leadership, strengthen space collaboration, advance a secure quantum ecosystem, and strengthen security in research and industry.
Section II - Areas of Cooperation - include Trusted AI and Advanced connectivity, biomedical research and innovation, manufacturing and industrial competitiveness, energy innovation and resilience, space collaboration, defense innovation, secure quantum ecosystem, and security in research and industry.
Section III - Operation and Discontinuation - becomes effective upon last signature and can be modified by written mutual decision. It can also be discontinued by written notice of either party with a discontinuation date of 180 days after the written notice is delivered. The MOU will be implemented through a Joint Committee. The MOU is not legally binding nor does it alter or affect any existing agreements between participants. Safeguarding of personal data will be conducted in compliance with current laws, rules, and regulations. This MOU does not authorize the transfer of classified, controlled, or proprietary information. Intellectual property rights will be addressed separately as needed.

They will continue to hold "pro forma" sessions so that they can take a 10-day vacation which follows the two 3-day weekends they gave themselves after Easter. * HR1041 - Veterans 2nd Amendment Protection Act - Specifically, the bill prohibits the VA from transmitting personally identifying information of a veteran or a beneficiary to the NICS solely on the basis that such veteran or beneficiary has an appointed fiduciary to manage their benefits, unless there is an order or finding of a judicial authority that such veteran or beneficiary is a danger to themselves or others.
* HR1329 - Smithsonian American Women’s History Museum Act - The bill directs the museum to be dedicated to preserving, researching, and presenting the history, achievements, and lived experiences of biological women in the United States. Under this bill, the museum may not identify, present, describe, or depict any biological male as a female. (This bill failed because 210 Dumocrats and 6 RINOs wanted "men who are mentally ill and think they are women" to be included)
* HR6047 - Sharri Briley and Eric Edmundson Veterans Benefits Expansion Act of 2026 - 1) This bill expands specified benefits programs for veterans and their survivors and establishes a supplemental monthly allowance for certain disabled veterans. 2) The bill establishes a supplemental monthly allowance of $833.33 for veterans who are already eligible for a monthly aid and attendance allowance due to service-connected disabilities or traumatic brain injury. 3) The bill increases the rate of dependency and indemnity compensation (DIC) by an additional 1% the next time DIC is adjusted for cost of living and an additional 0.5% the following adjustment. DIC is a monthly payment made to eligible survivors of (a) certain veterans who died due to a service-connected condition; (b) service members killed in the line of duty; or (c) veterans who were totally disabled by a service-connected disability for a certain period. 4) The bill expands eligibility for loans under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) home loan program to certain members of the reserve components and National Guard by expanding what qualifies as active duty. The bill includes annual training duty as qualifying active duty and grants eligibility for VA loan guarantees after 14 days of active-duty service (with an additional fee). 5) Under the VA home loan program, the bill extends certain loan fee rates through September 30, 2036, and increases the fees for certain refinancing loans and loan assumptions. 6) The bill extends the limitation on pension amounts for certain hospitalized or institutionalized veterans through September 30, 2036.

On May 18, 2026, the DOJ published a press release explaining that as part of the IRS settlement with President Donald J Trump, the AG's office has established "The Anti-Weaponization Fund". President Trump had sued the IRS for releasing his personal tax documents in US District Court Southern District of Florida docket # 1:26-cv-20609-KMW. The President and the IRS reached a settlement agreement in which:

Section III Relief and Legal Authority, Item C, the Anti-Weaponization Fund is established as part of the settlement:
To provide a systematic process to hear and redress claims of others who, like Plaintiffs, state that they incurred harm from similar Lawfare and Weaponization, the Attorney General of the United States agrees to create "The Anti-Weaponization Fund," subject to the terms and limitations described herein.
Section IV Composition and Operation of the Anti-Weaponization Fund, it specifies:

An accompanying order of the Attorney General, issued within 30 days of the Effective Date, shall establish funding and any other relevant requirements, rules, conditions, terms, and waivers, which shall be treated as incorporated herein. The Attorney General may also change the formal name of The Anti-Weaponization Fund by order. The corpus of The Anti-Weaponization Fund's funding does not represent the value of any current claim by Plaintiffs, but rather is based on the projected valuation of future claimants' claims, and accordingly the corpus of The Anti-Weaponization Fund's funding is not taxable income as to Plaintiffs, who receive no economic benefit from this Settlement Agreement.
The Anti-Weaponization Fund shall consist of five Members. Within 30 days of the Effective Date, the Attorney General shall issue an order appointing the Members, including the Chair of The Anti-Weaponization Fund, with such order being treated as incorporated herein. One of the Members shall be chosen in consultation with congressional leadership. The Members shall serve until The Anti-Weaponization Fund is concluded as described below, unless they resign or are removed by the President, who can remove any Member without cause. Any replacement shall be made by the same method as the initial appointment. A quorum is three Members. A majority of a quorum is authorized to take action.
Consistent with this Settlement Agreement, The Anti-Weaponization Fund shall have the power to determine its own procedures for submitting, receiving, processing, and granting or denying claims. See In re Oil Spill by the Oil Rig ''Deepwater Horizon" in the Gulf of Mexico. on April 20, 2010, No. 2:10-md-02179, ECF No. 1098 (E.D. La. Feb. 2, 2011). The Anti-Weaponization Fund may make those procedures public in whole or in part, in its discretion.
The Anti-Weaponization Fund shall have the power to issue formal apologies, issue monetary relief owed to claimants as a result of their legal rights, grant claims in whole or in part, deny claims in whole or in part, defer review of claims, and receive and request evidence or other support for claims, including requesting information from, or consulting with, federal agencies.
On a quarterly basis, or otherwise as directed by the Attorney General, The Anti-Weaponization Fund shall provide to the Attorney General a confidential written report that includes the name and address of each claimant who has received any relief and if so, nature of such relief.
The Department of Justice, or a third-party contractor of the agency as designated by the Attorney General, may audit the claims submitted pursuant to this Agreement. The Department of Justice and/or any other government agency may, to the full extent permitted by law, make referrals for investigation or prosecution or prosecute or take other enforcement action to address any evidence of fraud.
The Anti-Weaponization Fund shall cease processing claims no later than December 1, 2028.
In the event that there is a balance remaining in The Anti-Weaponization Fund's account(s) after December 15, 2028, The Anti-Weaponization Fund shall transfer such balance before January l, 2029, to the Department of Commerce, Interior, or another appropriate federal government account as designated by the President. See, e.g., 43 USC §§ 1473, l 737(c); 15 USC § 1522.
The recipient of any relief from The Anti-Weaponization Fund will have sole responsibility to comply with their own applicable federal, state, and local tax requirements that arise as a result of this Settlement Agreement and any relief from The Anti-Weaponization Fund.

Section V Limitations on Claims specifies who can claim damages from the fund:

Submission of a claim to The Anti-Weaponization Fund is voluntary. Claimants can include entities.
A claimant can choose whether to accept relief from The Anti-Weaponization Fund. If a claimant does so, the claimant must forgo all other relief, including judicial relief, whether previously asserted or not.
To be eligible for relief, a claimant must assert at least one legal claim stating that the claimant was a victim of Lawfare and/or Weaponization.
In evaluating claims, The Anti-Weaponization Fund shall consider the totality of the circumstances, including:

The strength of the claim and supporting evidence.
The claimant's actions.
The claimant's actual damages incurred as a result of the Lawfare and
Weaponization.
Reasonable attorneys' fees paid by the claimant as a result of the Lawfare and Weaponization.
Any time the claimant spent in prison or otherwise in federal prison or custody as a result of the Lawfare and Weaponization.
Whether and to what extent the claimant has already obtained any form of relief for the Lawfare and Weaponization from any source.
Other factors The Anti-Weaponization Fund deems just and appropriate.

A claimant who already has a claim pending in court or administrative proceedings may be eligible for relief, subject to paragraph V.B.
The Anti-Weaponization Fund shall take reasonable steps to protect private personal and financial information submitted to them under this Settlement Agreement.
The Anti-Weaponization Fund shall impose controls and systems to avoid fraudulent claims.

Section VI Enforcement states that the agreement is enforceable and challengeable solely by Plaintiffs, Defendants, and the United States. It also states that because the claims process if voluntary, there will be no appeals, arbitration, or judicial review of claims, offers, or other determinations made by The Anti-Weaponization Fund. However, this does not preclude claimants seeking judicial or other relief outside The Anti-Weaponization Fund process, if allowed by law.
Section VIII Modification states that the Settlement Agreement can be modified only by written agreement of the parties.

The DOJ states The Anti-Weaponization Fund will cease processing claims by December 1, 2028 and any remaining funds shall revert to the Federal Government.

DOJ reminds us that the Obama Administration established the "Keepseagle" $760 million fund which addressed alleged racism from individuals against the Federal government for decades (Keepseagle v. Vilsack docket 99-cv-3119, originally filed in 1999, with adjudication of a final settlement between 2016 and 2018). The fund was open to Native American farmers and ranchers who were denied equal access to credit and loan services. The Keepseagle Fund was discovered to have distributed money to non-profits and NGOs that never filed claims. So, the remaining funds ($300 million) were placed into a special account.

This settlement means that President Trump and his co-plaintiffs will receive nothing (he could have received billions had he not settled) while those who have experienced the weaponization of government can seek compensation for the damages that occurred to them. While those opposing the new Fund cite January 6, 2021 as the reason they are opposing the Fund, the fund applies to anyone who experienced the weaponization of government.

So, of course, two complaints (not lawsuits because they are civil filings) were immediately filed against this settlement and the creation of The Anti-Weaponization Fund. One complaint is purporting emotional harm and violation of the 14th Amendment (the Civil Rights Amendment discussed in my November 4, 2025 ANP Article) and the other was filed to prevent dispersal of payments from The Anti-Weaponization Fund. I shall cover these and whatever other lawsuits/complaints arise from this Settlement in future ANP Articles.

And it's not just the loony left fighting the funding of The Anti-Weaponization Fund, both chambers of Congress are saying they will thwart the funding of The Anti-Weaponization Fund that was agreed to in the settlement. They are complaining that J6ers will be paid for their actions. Thing is, Congress is on vacation, so they are literally doing nothing but talk about anything at the moment and won't be doing anything for another week or so. And we know talk is cheap. Let's see what they actually do, since they will need to override a judicial document in order to withhold funding, and for that, they will probably need SCOTUS to intervene.

Reports last week confirmed that former special counsel Jack Smith “secretly arranged” to preserve evidence in his criminal cases against President Trump in order to maintain the threat of future prosecution once the president leaves office. This is not a big surprise. Democrats have thrown every civic norm out the window in their ruthless efforts to target Trump’s businesses and send him to prison for life.

In his quest to imprison an American president, Jack Smith accused Trump of engaging in a conspiracy to “overthrow” the 2020 election, as well as retaining possession of classified documents after leaving the White House. Both allegations are ridiculous, and Smith’s own words make him sound like a lawfare hitman and anti-MAGA zealot. He told members of Congress in January, “Our investigation revealed that Donald Trump is the person who caused Jan. 6, it was foreseeable to him, and that he sought to exploit the violence.” Smith stated emphatically that Trump committed “serious crimes.”

Serious crimes? You mean like using the FBI to spy on all the Republican presidential primary candidates in 2015 and 2016? Oh right, that was President Obama. Or fabricating intelligence in order to justify a counterintelligence operation against candidate Trump? Oh, that was Obama’s corrupt CIA director, John Brennan. Or paying British Intelligence operatives to manufacture a fake “Russia collusion” dossier implicating Trump? Oh, that was Hillary Clinton. Or using the FBI and CIA to frame President Trump as a Russian spy? Oh, that was Obama and Clinton, too. Or sabotaging President Trump’s administration by using a Democrat spy on the National Intelligence Council to construct a false story about an innocuous phone call in order to trigger a bogus impeachment? Oh, that was Intelligence Community Democrats attempting to hide Joe Biden’s corruption in Ukraine by, again, framing President Trump for a quid-pro-quo “crime” he never committed. Or submitting fraudulent documents to the FISA Court in order to maintain spying operations against President Trump? Oh, that was corrupt James Comey, corrupt Robert Mueller, corrupt Andrew Weissmann, corrupt Norm Eisen, corrupt Mary McCord, and their Democrat accomplices in the FBI and DOJ who covered up Obama’s illegal spying operations while framing President Trump as a criminal, spy, and traitor.

Listening to Jack Smith call President Trump a “serious” criminal sounds ridiculous when serious criminals Obama, Clinton, Brennan, Comey, and legions of their Democrat colleagues, subordinates, and co-conspirators in the DOJ, FBI, CIA, D.C. courts, and FISA Court (see Judge James Boasberg’s impeachable offenses) have never been properly investigated or punished for undermining President Trump’s election, sabotaging his administration, and framing him for treason. The most powerful Democrats in the country organized a coup d’état in broad daylight and dragged the country through a barbed-wire field of partisan propaganda for the last ten years, and Jack Smith wants Americans to be upset that President Trump retained documents that he was entitled to possess? It’s just such lunacy. The constant gaslighting from D.C. operatives is equally infuriating and exhausting.

Glossing over the Democrats’ monstrous Russia Collusion Hoax, their relentless efforts to subvert the Trump-led government, and their continuing obsession with tossing the president in prison for imaginary crimes is bad enough, but Jack Smith does what all Democrats do: He pretends that the January 6, 2021, protest for election integrity was an attempt by Trump and his supporters to overthrow the government. This lie is so brazen that it’s astonishing how Democrats can keep telling it with straight faces.

The people who showed up at the Capitol that day had one objective: to express their strong belief that mail-in-ballot fraud, violations of multiple states’ electoral statutes, and numerous voting discrepancies had tainted the 2020 election. Several senators intended to make these very arguments before the certification of the election’s results. The people who gathered outside the Capitol were exercising their First Amendment right to assemble peaceably. They were unarmed. Most had no criminal records. A large number had served their country in various capacities. Most who entered the Capitol walked around as tourists, took pictures, interacted in a friendly manner with Capitol Police, and posed no threat to anyone.

Only after law enforcement officers chose to fire flash-bang grenades on the assembled crowd did a section of the protest turn into something that could be described as a riot. Trump supporters — not police officers — died on January 6. Ordinary Americans exercising their constitutional rights were thrown into a state of fear of being hurt or killed.

Nevertheless, Smith continues to propagate the lie that the three-hour event at the Capitol was somehow the greatest threat to the country since 9/11, Pearl Harbor, and the Civil War (real comparisons that Democrat propagandists continue to make). Smith and his fellow Democrats desperately wish for Americans to believe that a hot-chocolate-drinking gathering of grandparents, revelers, and veterans was somehow going to topple the government of the United States. If a crowd of retirees is capable of overrunning Washington, what’s the point of a trillion-dollar military budget?

Smith’s perpetuation of the Democrats’ J6 propaganda is bad enough, but the fact that he treats that day as equivalent to the Civil War is all the more preposterous given that Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and their fellow Democrats openly encouraged Black Lives Matter domestic terrorists to burn down neighborhoods, loot businesses, and murder civilians throughout the summer of 2020. If President Trump “caused Jan. 6” and the events of that day were “foreseeable” to him, then the violence and mayhem of 2020’s so-called “summer of love” were certainly foreseeable to Democrats. The BLM riots of 2020 were the most costly in American history, and Vice President Harris encouraged Democrats to donate money to a bail fund that put arsonists, rapists, and murderers back on the street.

Were the Democrat-organized riots of 2020 “foreseeable”? Of course. Did prominent Democrats “exploit the violence,” as Smith accuses Trump of doing with January 6? They absolutely did. Biden and Harris ran for the White House on the message that the violence would end once they were elected. Will preening, self-righteous Jack Smith investigate, harass, arrest, or prosecute any of these Democrats? Of course not. Will Democrat rioters be tossed into pre-trial solitary confinement and refused bail by partisan prosecutors and judges? Definitely not. To this day, Democrats celebrate BLM and Antifa domestic terrorists as champions for civil rights. When Democrats burn cities to the ground, the arsonists get statues. When MAGA Americans protest for free and fair voting, they are condemned for crimes they never committed.

Unfortunately, this is how leftists all over the world now operate. Brazil’s communist President Lula has imprisoned his predecessor, President Bolsonaro, for supposedly trying to overthrow the government. French President Macron has permitted his political opposition, Marine Le Pen, to be prosecuted and convicted for similarly bogus “embezzlement” crimes. Germany has flirted with designating the popular anti-immigration party, Alternative for Germany, a “terrorist” organization and banning its candidates from running for office. When the “wrong” candidate won Romania’s presidential election eighteen months ago, the country’s Constitutional Court annulled the outcome by blaming “Russian interference.”

If President Trump hadn’t possessed the financial resources and sheer grit to face down the onslaught of malicious and meritless prosecutions against him, he would likely be in a courtroom or a prison today. If he hadn’t been re-elected a third time, January 6 defendants would still be awaiting trial or serving time in prison for an imaginary “insurrection.”

Forget about Jack Smith. He’s no lawman, and he has no principles. He’s nothing but a corrupt propagandist, partisan hack, and lawfare assassin.

Nothing will change until prominent Democrats are prosecuted and convicted for their crimes. Until then, it’s open season on all of us.

In all the chatter about the Democratic Party’s 2024 election “autopsy” report you might have missed one little important detail: autopsies are generally performed on the dead. Stephen Colbert’s final week on CBS’s Late Night Show was the funeral. It was like the zombies’ ball. Poster-boy old Bruce Springsteen plugged a self-parody song about “King Trump” that might have been a rare case of career suicide on live TV.

Kings, indeed. These showbiz cretins actually have it better than kings — they have all the money, glitz, and adoration, but none of the onerous duties of real royalty. They amount to a weird court of effete elitists endlessly congratulating each other on their moral superiority, and that’s where it begins and ends: a Cluster-B hall of mirrors.

Of the common good, they know absolutely nothing. Nobody believes their tired buzzwords anymore: “Our democracy” . . . “conspiracy theories” . . . “baseless” this and that. . . their foolish vaccine worship. . . their avatars, the guffawing baboon Kamala Harris, the erstwhile phantom “Joe Biden,” and, most of all, their good sportsmanship trophy, Barack Obama, last seen confabbing with Canada’s Mark Carney, Globalism’s paladin of the last resort.

The Lefty-left’s heroes are on-the-run, but tripping over each other badly as they scatter into the thickets to re-group for the midterm elections — which they are suddenly and seemingly likely to lose now that SCOTUS erased about a dozen race-based congressional districts . . . and then Virginia’s Supreme Court tossed Governor Spanberger’s ballot ploy to make the Old Dominion a one-party state (like back in slavery days).

The corpse of the Democratic Party might be dead, but not a few of its agents, cells, and parasitical organisms are ‘out there’ still twitching and plotting. The decade-long coup abides. The lawfare ninjas — Norm Eisen, Mary McCord, Marc Elias, et al. — still plot tirelessly behind the scenes, rigging up evermore legalistic chicanery disguised as legality, and they are rolling in dough from Soros, the Tides Foundation, Neville Roy Singham, and countless NGOs dedicated to overthrowing the republic.

The coup abides for two reasons: 1) its players are desperate to evade prosecution for their vast and various crimes of the past ten years (and prosecution is coming at them down the track like the old Union Pacific US-4 “Daylight” locomotive); and 2) the Democratic Party is desperate to preserve the revenue flows that support all its racketeering operations. Without its rackets, the money funnel to pay off its countless “oppressed” client-constituent-victims, there is no party. That’s all it was in its final stage of life.

Minnesota, of course, is the case-study for that kind of corruption and now the DOJ is going after the place hard, announcing fifteen new prosecutions this week for $90-million in Medicaid fraud, “just the beginning,” the lead US attorney, Colin McDonald, said. California, Illinois, New York, Maine, and many more states await the same treatment under the president’s new National Fraud Enforcement Division. The Democrats will go into the midterms revealed to be nothing more than a looting operation.

It’s happening in real time. Just yesterday, one particular public benefits entrepreneur, Aimee Bock, was sentenced to forty years in prison for running a Minneapolis scam called Feeding Our Future that made off with $243-million in taxpayer money. At sentencing, Aimee Bock was ordered to pay roughly $243 million in restitution. That’s a hoot, isn’t it? Federal inmates (Bureau of Prisons) are paid from 12-cents to $1.15 per hour wages for assigned work, depending on the type of job. Forty years might not be enough to git’er done.

Many more will be going down in the months ahead for similar shenanigans, and the voting public might notice as it rolls out. But fraudsters such as Aimee Bock are mere lumpen foot-soldiers in the regime. The more spectacular action will be the Democratic Party’s field marshals getting nailed, and that’s hardly begun. Coup Central is the Southern District of Florida where a “grand conspiracy” case, or possibly many cases and sub-cases, are already in the grand jury stage — meaning probable cause has been established en route to indictments. Many political celebrities labored hard since 2017 to overthrow the executive branch of the government. Hair is on fire everywhere you look.

One small fish was reeled in this week: one Carmen Mercedes Lineberger, a senior supervisory US attorney, indicted on two felony counts of mishandling evidence from “special prosecutor” Jack Smith’s botched Mar-a-Lago documents case. She labeled the purloined docs in her personal computer as dessert recipes (e.g., “bundt cake”) en route to leaking them. Lineberger has pleaded innocent. Don’t doubt that a negotiated plea deal is in play with her, and that Jack Smith will be sweating the outcome of that as Lineberger flips and talks.

But the odious Jack Smith will only be one of many bigger fish turning up in the Fort Pierce dragnet, probably including the whale, Barack Obama, the president who foolishly tried to destroy his successor-in-office. You may know that the DOJ observes an unwritten custom of not issuing indictments inside sixty days of an election (a custom that Jack Smith violated in 2024 when he issued a superseding indictment against candidate Donald Trump). So, there are 105 days remaining within the current window before the 2026 midterms for formal charges to be lodged against the coupsters.

So, now everyone’s expecting a hairy-scary summer of Democratic Party inspired mayhem, a ratcheted-up “No Kings” orgy of riots, the last remaining gambit to goad Mr. Trump into emergency action so they can holler, “Look: king!” It’s only a question of what might spark it off. I’ll venture to predict that spark will be the indictment of Barack Obama. If you think the Lefty-left is crazy now, wait until that happens. At least Stephen Colbert won’t be around to turn it into a song-and-dance act.

Issues With Data Centers Include Power, Water, Land, Noise, Health, Revenue, Privacy, Local Economy; With Little Benefit To You

I reported on Data Centers starting with EO 14318 Accelerating Federal Permitting of Data Center Infrastructure (discussed in my July 24, 2025, July 7, 2026, and March 11, 2026 ANP Articles), and in my March 10, 2026 ANP Article where I addressed Proclamation 11014 Ratepayer Protection Pledge as well as the White House article President Trump Secures Historic Commitment to Keep Electricity Costs Down Amid Data Center Boom. The goal of the proclamation was

To remove consumer's concerns that the huge AI data centers being built will force rate increases upon normal consumers. These AI data center companies "guarantee" they will build, bring, or buy the resources for their electricity needs as well as pay for the new infrastructure necessary to deliver said power. In addition, these companies agree to invest in local communities and contribute to a more reliable grid overall in the community.

It does not look like the Ratepayer Protection Pledge has made an impact on the electricity use of Data Centers. Neighborhoods are seeing their utility rates going up already. Many are attempting to fight back against these data centers being established in their areas. The main problem is that residents are limited in their funds to legally battle against these huge operations that seem to have unlimited funding to fight, and ultimately win, legal battles (simply because they exhaust the resources of those fighting the battle).

A second issue with Data Centers water usage. Our own Bart's Bantering speaks of what is happening in Utah with data centers now wanting more of the nearby receding water supply (in the middle of a long-term drought no less). In 2017, James Hamilton, in his Perspectives Blog, identified Water Consumption as an unaddressed Data Center issue (image above). On October 17, 2025, the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy investigated power and water use by existing Data Centers and found a mid-sized Data Center consumes as much water as a small town and larger ones consume as much as a city of 50,000 people. Newer AI centers use as much electricity as 100,000 homes (or more). The Data Center planned for Wyoming will use more electricity than every home in the state combined. A study by Houston Advanced Research Center (HARC) and the University of Houston say Data Centers in Texas will use 399 billion gallons of water by 2030. This would be the equivalent of dropping the water level in Lake Mead by more than 16 feet a year. And that's just the data centers in Texas.

Why do Data Centers need water? They use evaporative cooling (which uses water) because it is cheaper than using air conditioning. What about reclaimed or recycled water? That water used to go back into the water supply. If Data Centers claim that water for their evaporative cooling needs, the water will not be returned to the municipal water supply causing many issues. For example, removing water from rivers or lakes but not returning reclaimed or recycled water leaves behind high concentrations of salts and other contaminants.

There are alternatives to the water issue. For example, closed-loop water systems (which the Bellagio Fountain uses in Las Vegas) but these require more electricity. Then there is immersion cooling where the item is fully submerged in liquid, like synthetic oil, which removes the heat but not the electricity. This solution is very expensive and, of course, Data Centers want to operate on the least amount of costs possible. So, taking your water is the least expensive option for them but the most devastating option for We The People. Up to 43% of the largest Data Centers are located in areas that have been experiencing extreme water stress (drought).

Data Center operators are reticent about giving specific numbers about how much electricity and water their centers consume. The only way to know for sure is to watch the water table in your area; however, by the time the true consumption numbers are known, the damage is already done. Google reported it used more than 5 billion gallons of water in 2023 and acknowledging 31% of that came from medium or high water scarcity watersheds.

The third issue with Data Centers is Land. They cover hundreds of acres using steel, concrete, and paved surfaces destroying land that used to be farms, forest, or housing. Not only that, but they will need permanent supply routes (roads, airports, trains, etc.). These facilities require 500-800 acres of land with hyperscale facilities exceeding 1,000 acres (1.6 square miles). Besides sheer acreage, they need to be close to powerplants, water supplies, and, of course, fiber internet connections. These requirements make it sound like the perfect place for a data center is in the middle of your city. Instead, they are choosing to take forest lands, farm lands, and homes (many through public domain laws, kicking farmers and residents out of their land/homes in favor of big tech). Some people advocate for locating these Data Centers away from homes, schools, and hospitals.

A fourth issue is noise. The generators and fans generate noise; however, the level is below the threshold. Yet, when you record the hum, and then remove that noise which is the hum, you can finally hear the birds. Some people say they can feel the vibrations through the walls of their home. We need to remember that thresholds do not account for 24/7 constant low-level noise. Exposure to chronic noise can lead to serious health problems.

The fifth issue is health. Health of the people nearby, health of the land, health of the animals (both wild and domestic). Some suggest cancer rates will rise in the areas near data centers. There is also the chemicals put off by these data centers that pollute both the ground water and the land. Data Centers also affect air quality as they expel the heat generated by the equipment through vents to the outdoors.

A sixth issue is revenue: state, county, city. Many areas are offering tax abatements or other tax breaks for Data Centers to build in their area. This means that the governments are not receiving taxes from these huge Data Centers. The length of time these abatements or other tax breaks are in effect varies on the location. Data Centers can be granted these abatements/breaks for as few as one year or as many as 15 or more years. So, there will be less tax revenue to cover the areas we use that money for, such as schools, roads, public facilities, and government (health department, fire department, police department, etc.).

The seventh issue with Data Centers is personal privacy. These Data Centers collect, store, then sell your personal data. Everything from health records to driving records to what you purchase and what bills you pay. Of course, they will tell you the data is "aggregated" and personally identifying info is removed; but, in reality, that takes effort and most won't put the effort into doing it. But, you won't know unless someone tells you. The only thing you will notice is how, when you say something around a 'listening unit' (like Alexa, Siri, Google, Tesla, and others), a couple days later, you start receiving ads, notices, emails, and the like about whatever you were discussing.

An eight issue is the local economy. Yes, these Data Centers are supposed to bring jobs to the area; however, they are also bringing in temporary employees who have the knowledge/experience needed for the Data Center. These temporary workers need shelter causing the price of rent to go up in the area.

Current Data Centers are running from office parks but those Data Centers are not running AI which uses "large language models." These large-scale AI Data Centers consume more power and water than anything that existed before them, and they need larger facilities to house all the hardware used to process the data.

When I searched for what Data Centers are storing, the vast number of responses were about the physical components: routers, switches, firewalls, storage systems, servers, etc. But what is the actual data being stored? "Business data" is the answer. Business Data is defined as the collective information related to a company and its operations.

What are these Data Centers capturing? For individuals, everything you put 'on the cloud' like your social media accounts, photos, videos, and documents. For businesses, whatever data the business collects. For public utilities, it's your utility usage and payment history. For government, well, just think about all the different government offices, agencies, departments, bureaus there are that make up local, state, and Federal government and what kind of data they collect. If it's digital and available through the internet, you can bet that info is stored on a server somewhere.

Who owns the Data Centers? Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google, and CTS are the largest owners. CTS caters to small businesses allowing them to 'rent space' to store their IT structure.

Who stores their data at these Data Centers? Healthcare, Insurance, Merchants, Governments, and individuals. If the data is sent "to the cloud" it is actually being housed at one of these Data Centers.

According to Data Center Map, there are currently 4287 Data Centers in the US. You can drill down by state, city, and even street level to locate individual Data Centers. There is not a single state in the union that does not have at least 3 Data Centers with some states having over 200. Virginia beats all the states with a current total of 603 Data Centers, followed closely by Texas with 461.

Worldwide, there are currently 11,455 Data Centers located in 179 countries. The US has the most at 4287 followed by the UK with 530, Germany with 513, China with 369, France with 349, and India with 302. Just in case you'd like to know, Russia has 183 and Israel has 66. Even Iran has 19 of them. Somalia has one (I suppose that's so they can keep track of all the money generated by the fraud the Somalian "refugees/migrants" are committing here in the US).

The Congress information page tells us there are no legally binding energy standards for privately owned Data Centers. While they do need to conform to building code and other regulations, rules, and laws, there are none that specifically apply to Data Centers.

As discussed in my March 10, 2026 ANP Article we know that these companies will find some way to pass the cost on to the consumers. It is the way of business. When their overhead costs go up, the costs of what they produce or service they offer also goes up. Consumers can then pay the increased cost, try to find an alternative, or stop using that product or service all together. However, unless you remove your footprint from the internet entirely, the Data Centers will still have your data.

Human Composting Sites May Be Coming To A City Near You As One Of Largest In The World Opens In Maryland

One of the world’s largest human composting facilities just opened near the nation’s capital, according to Axios.

Earth Funeral recently opened an approximately 36,000-square-foot human composting site in Elkridge, Maryland, Axios reported Monday. It has a capacity for 56 “composting vessels.” CEO Tom Harries told Axios he plans to double that capacity and continue the company’s nationwide expansion.

Earth Funeral announced the facility’s opening in a Facebook post on May 5.

Human composting is legal in 14 states, according to Earth Funeral’s state tracker, and Oklahoma nearly joined them this year. However, Republican Gov. Kevin Stitt vetoed a bill aimed at legalizing it within the state, News 9 reported May 13.

Human composting is also known as “soil transportation,” which is “a sustainable alternative to cremation, traditional burial and aquamation,” according to Earth Funeral’s website. This is done by placing a body “in a vessel with a mix of organic materials to provide the right balance of nitrogen and carbon” to break down the remains naturally.

Republican State Rep. Jim Shaw spearheaded that bill’s opposition, the Daily Caller News Foundation previously reported. When asked for comment on the new Maryland facility, he told the DCNF in an email Wednesday that “this site and the overall practice of turning dead bodies into human compost should be shocking and surprising to everyone.”

One retired Air Force Colonel reportedly told Axios that he discovered Earth Funeral when planning his estate and plans to lobby the Arlington National Cemetery to permit composted remains. Shaw told the DCNF he “can’t think of anything worse to dishonor the former or fallen military service members who served and possibly gave their lives for our country,” regarding that comment.

“If we start blurring the lines between dignity and utility, you do it first in death, then eventually you start doing it in life. Every regime that has treated human beings as raw material whether it was for labor, or experimentation or disposal, began that same quiet shift into darkness. A person becomes secondary, the system becomes primary,” Shaw said, quoting Glenn Beck’s coverage of the recently vetoed bill.

“Ultimately, the way we treat our dead says a lot about what we believe as a society. We need to be very concerned about viewing people as, and turning them into, products,” Shaw said.

“Most people intrinsically know that human beings are not waste, we are not raw material to be repurposed in death or in life. We were created by God,” Shaw told the DCNF.

Earth Funeral’s service takes around 45 days and costs on average less than $6,000, according to Axios. Families are also allowed to keep or donate the roughly 300-pounds of soil afterwards.

When asked how Earth Funeral would address religious or moral opposition to human composting, CEO Tom Harries said “this is purely about consumer choice. Soil transformation is one option – an environmental alternative to burial and cremation – not a mandate. We welcome questions and concerns from anyone looking for new, greener death care options.”
