If you have a smart device or not you may have definitely heard of Angry Birds... Angry Birds is a popular and highly addictive game for the mobile devices. I played it on my iPhone (when it was with me) and was pretty much impressed with it. It was only playable on idevices, androids and some other handheld platforms. But now Angry Birds is available on PC!!! If you are using Google Chrome then head over to the Chrome Web Store and search for it.

Alternatively you can visit https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/aknpkdffaafgjchaibgeefbgmgeghloj directly and can install it on your chrome browser.
Or you can visit http://chrome.angrybirds.com/ from other browsers. (I have tried it on Firefox 4 and Opera 11 and it works fine on both of them.)

Blogger Introduces 5 Fresh Views!!!

Today when I opened Blogger, I was surprised to see a pop-up that showed a new feature called views. With it Blogger has introduced 5 fresh alternate views that can be used to see the blog posts. This feature uses the latest web technology including AJAX, HTML & CSS3. According to the post on Blogger Buzz, this is just a preview and we can soon be able to customize this views!!! Well, this had took Blogger much ahead of WordPress now. I personally prefer Blogger as it is more customizable, user friendly and easy than WordPress.
According to the Blogger help centre article, following conditions must be satisfied to view your blog in different views:

Your blog must be public. Your readers don’t need to sign in to view your blog.

Your blog must have feeds fully enabled. In the Settings | Site feed tab, you have enabled either Full or Jump Break for your Post Feed.

You have not disabled dynamic views. In the Setting | Formatting tab, the option for Enable Dynamic Views is set to Yes. Click on the name of the view below to view this blog in different views:

Athletes are some of the toughest and strongest people among us, but they are definitely not immune from the dangers, health problems and temptations the rest of the population faces. These seemingly untouchable figures also suffer from heart attacks, get in car accidents, engage in violence and overdose on drugs. But the shock value tends to increase with every healthy athlete that collapses on the court, or commits suicide because of debt.
Here are the 10 most shocking deaths in sports history:

Len Bias: Len Bias was an All-American college basketball player at the University of Maryland, and was the second overall pick by the Boston Celtics in the 1986 NBA draft. Just two days after receiving this exciting news, the 22-year-old was found dead in his dorm room. Bias died from cardiac arrhythmia caused by a cocaine overdose.

Kenny McKinley: Kenny McKinley was a record-breaking college football star and a second-year player for the Denver Broncos. The rookie played in eight games during the 2009 season, before being placed on the injured reserve list for a knee injury. McKinley shocked NFL fans and his entire team when he committed suicide at his Colorado home on Sept. 20, 2010. The 23-year-old had been depressed after suffering a season-ending knee injury and undergoing surgery, and was also deep in debt.

Dale Earnhardt: Dale Earnhardt was one of the best NASCAR drivers of all time, winning 76 races and seven NASCAR championships. The aggressive driver, who was nicknamed "The Intimidator," stunned the world when his car struck a wall at 180 miles per hour during the final lap of the Daytona 500 in 2001. EMTs removed Earnhardt from his car and took him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Earnhardt suffered a basilar skull fracture from the crash and reportedly had a torn seatbelt inside his car.

Chris Henry: Chris Henry was a wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals and was best known for his off-the-field problems that led to several suspensions. On Dec. 16, 2009, Henry was involved in a car accident that took his life. He died after falling out of the bed of a moving truck driven by his fiancée Loleini Tonga. He suffered blunt force trauma to the head and was pronounced dead at the hospital. No charges were filed against Tonga because police found no evidence that she was driving recklessly or speeding.

Lorenzen Wright: Lorenzen Wright was a power forward/center for several NBA teams from 1996 to 2009. In July 2010, the basketball star went missing after he was last seen leaving his ex-wife's home in Collierville, Tennessee. Wright's family filed a missing person report, and his body was found 10 days later in a wooded area. Reports show that a 911 call was made from Wright's cell phone as gun shots went off in the background. The police did not link the call and Wright's disappearance together until after his body was found in what they believe was a homicide.

Nodar Kumaritashvili: Georgian luger Nodar Kumaritashvili, 21, made his Olympic debut at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. Hours before the opening ceremonies were scheduled to start, Kumaritashvili was doing a training run at Whistler Sliding Center when he lost control of his luge and crashed at high speed, striking an unpadded steel support pole. Rescue workers tried to revive Kumaritashvili at the scene of the accident, but he was airlifted to a nearby trauma center where he died from his severe injuries.

Antonio Pettigrew: Antonio Pettigrew was an accomplished sprinter best known for winning the gold medal in the 4×400-meter relay at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, and having the medal stripped away in 2008, after he admitted to using performance-enhancing drugs since 1997. Sadly, Pettigrew was found dead in his locked car after overdosing on sleeping medication on Aug. 10, 2010. The autopsy report said diphenhydramine toxicity was the cause of death.

Reggie Lewis: Reggie Lewis was the captain and top scorer of the Boston Celtics from 1987 to 1993. During an off-season practice, Lewis suddenly collapsed on the court and suffered from sudden cardiac death. This wasn't the first time the 27-year-old had shown symptoms of heart problems. Three months earlier, Lewis had collapsed during a playoff game against the Charlotte Hornets, and was diagnosed by a team of cardiologists with cardiomyopathy, a serious disease that weakens and enlarges the heart muscle and makes it harder to pump blood throughout the body.

Nick Adenhart: Nick Adenhart, 22, was a young pitching prospect who made his Major League debut with the Anaheim Angels. On April 8, 2009, Adenhart opened the season as the third starting pitcher. That game, he earned a no-decision, striking out five batters, giving up seven hits, three walks and no runs in six scoreless innings. Later that night, Adenhart and two others were tragically killed in a car crash after leaving a nightclub. The car Adenhart was in was struck by a drunk driver who fled the scene of the crash. Adenhart died at the hospital from his injuries.

Bob Probert: Bob Probert was a professional hockey player for the Detroit Red Wings and Chicago Blackhawks from 1985 to 2002. Probert was known as an enforcer who got into many fights on the ice. The tough guy formally retired during the 2002-2003 offseason and had a slew of legal problems. On July 5, 2010, Probert suddenly collapsed on a boat on Lake St. Clair, Ontario, after experiencing severe chest pains. His family was aboard the boat and his father-in-law attempted CPR to revive Probert. He was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead from a fatal heart attack.

Today is 8th March, better known in the world as the International Women's Day. Today is the 100th International Women's Day...

It is believed that the God has created us. But I have never seen God. The one person I know as God is my mother. Mother, the creator of this world. The creator of you and me. God gave the gift of reproduction only to women, making her more special than anything in this world. She alone has the ability to produce a new generation. She comes to us in many forms.

Mother, the one who gave me birth. Who brought me in this beautiful world bearing the pain and nourishing me inside her for 270 days. She gave me this thing called life and help me to become a person to 'survive' this world. She selflessly raises her child, bearing all the pains & troubles but always remains smiling in front of her children. Salute to YOU...

The other form of women, with which most of the people are mostly attached to, is sister. This always happy, bubbly form of women is one of the greatest creation of nature. If you have a sister, you didn't know how lucky you are... Well, I am not that lucky... I always wanted a sister with whom I can talk openly. Sister is an extension to mother. There are some things or secrets that you cannot share with your mom also. That's what sisters are for... She will always support you, if you're right, even it is against your parents. She is the greatest companion and a friend, who knows you better than any of your friends can! That's why the God provided us one of purest form of relationship between brother and sister. Always love her and never hurt her, I know the value of a sister, because I never had one...

When you grow up and stand on your own feet, you need another companion namely wife. Wife is called Life Partner. It means, you and your wife are partners in whatsoever situations come in the whole life. Wife is always there for you, holding your hands saying, "I Trust You"... She is the love of your life and are destined to live together for seven lives (सात जन्म, According to Hindu Mythology, the husband-wife pair is destined to be the partner for seven lives...). Well I am still a bachelor, so i didn't know much about this, but all i know that is always understand the complex relationship with your wife. Understanding will make it the most simplest relationship...

Then comes the form that almost no one can live without it... Friend. I am not just talking about a girl friend, but a friend. That doesn't matters if you are a boy or a girl, this form of women is always there in your life. Your mother or sister can also be your best friend. She is like a person whom you can handle a 'Destroy Me' button and can trust her that she'll never use it. This is valid for all friends whether male or female...

So, always respect the women who has played the great part in your life. Just close your eyes and remember what a women has done for you. Remember your mom, sister, wife and friend...

Diwali (or Deepavali) is the third day of the Diwali festival.

"Diwali", the festival of lights, illuminates the darkness of the New Year's moon, and strengthens our close friendships and knowledge, with a self-realization!"

Diwali is celebrated on a nation-wide scale on Amavasya - the 15th day of the dark fortnight of the Hindu month of Ashwin, (October/November) every year. It symbolizes that age-old culture of India which teaches to vanquish ignorance that subdues humanity and to drive away darkness that engulfs the light of knowledge. Diwali, the festival of lights even to-day in this modern world projects the rich and glorious past of India.
Every year on the dark nights of Diwali the sound of firecrackers announces the celebration of the favorite festival of Indians. Homes are decorated, sweets are distributed by everyone and thousands of lamps are lit to create a world of fantasy. Of all the festivals celebrated in India, Diwali is by far the most glamorous and important. Enthusiastically enjoyed by people of every religion, its magical and radiant touch creates an atmosphere of joy and festivity.
The ancient story of how Diwali evolved into such a widely celebrated festival is different in various regions and states of India. In the north, particularly in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Bihar and the surrounding areas, Diwali is the day when King Rama's coronation was celebrated in Ayodhya after his epic war with Ravana, the demon king of Lanka. By order of the royal families of Ayodhya and Mithila, the kingdom of which Sita was princess, the cities and far-flung boundaries of these kingdoms were lit up with rows of lamps, glittering on dark nights to welcome home the divine king Rama and his queen Sita after 14 years of exile, ending with an across-the-seas war in which the whole of the kingdom of Lanka was destroyed.
On the day of Diwali festival, doorways are hung with torans of mango leaves and marigolds. Rangolis are drawn with different colored powders to welcome guests. The traditional motifs are often linked with auspicious symbols of good luck. Oil diyas are arranged in and around the house. Because of these flickering lamps, the festival has acquired its name : Dipawali or Diwali meaning 'a rows of lamps'. On this day, people buy something for the house or some jewelry for the women of the house. It is auspicious to be buy something metallic, such as silver.
Whatever may be the fables and legends behind the celebrations of Diwali, all people exchange sweets, wear new clothes and buy jewelry at this festive time. Card parties are held in many homes. Diwali has become commercialized as the biggest annual consumer spree because every family shops for sweets, gifts and fireworks. However, in all this frenzy of shopping and eating, the steady, burning lamp is a constant symbol of an illuminated mind.
The festival of Diwali is not only significant to Hindus, but, has importance in Jainism, Buddhism, and Sikhism. For Hindus, it is associated with the return of Lord Rama to Ayodhya, after his 14 years of exile and victory over the demon Ravana.
On that day, he was welcomed to the kingdom to Ayodhya with rows of Deep, lightened throughout the kingdom.
Thus, there is a tradition of lighting oil lamps that symbolize the victory of good over evil and freedom from spiritual darkness.
Hindus, also make preparations to welcome goddess Lakshmi by drawing rangoli, and footsteps (Paduka) On the entrance that would allure goddess Laksmi to visit one’s home and bring prosperity along with her.

Festival Of Diwali: Kali Choudas

Kali Choudas (काली चौदस), also known as ‘Narak Chaturdashi (नरक चतुर्दशी)’ or ‘Chhoti Diwali’ , is the second day of the Diwali Festival.
Kali means Dark (evil) and Chaudas - Fourteenth. Thus, celebrated 14th day of Ashwin, Kali Chaudas is the day allotted to the worship of Maha-Kali or Shakti and is believed that on this day Kali killed the wicked Raktavija. Also referred to as Narak-Chaturdashi, Kali Chaudas is day to abolish laziness and evil which create hell in our life and shine light on life. The strength to protect others is referred as Kali, and if its used for God's work it is called Mahakali.
Kali Chaudous is also attached to the legend of Lord Hanuman. Hanumanji as a baby was very hungry. Whilst lying down he saw the sun in the sky and thought it was a fruit and went to pick it. He flew into the sky and put the whole sun in his mouth causing darkness throughout the entire universe. Lord Indra requested that Hanumanji return the sun. When Hanumanji refused, Lord Indra unleashed his vajra and knocked Hanumanji down to earth releasing the Sun.
On this day we offer poojan to Hanumanji as our Kuldev to protect us from Evil. The poojan is performed with oil, flowers, chandan and sindur. Coconuts are also offered to Hanumanji and prashad of Sesame seed, ladoos and rice with ghee and sugar.
The rituals of Kali Choudas is strongly suggestive of the origin of Deepavaali as an harvest festival is performed. On this day delicacies are prepared from pounded semi-cooked rice (called Poha or Pova). This rice is taken from the fresh harvest available at that time. This custom is prevalent both in rural and urban areas especially in Western India.
On this day, a head wash and application of kajal in the eyes is believed to keep away the kali nazar (evil eye). Some say that those who are into tantra, learn their 'mantras' on this day. Alternatively, people offer Nived (food) to the goddess that is local to where they are originally from. This goddess is called their 'Kul Devi', in order to cast off evil spirits. Some families also offer food to their forefathers on this day. The second day of Diwali is known as Kali Choudas in Gujarat, Rajasthan & few part of Maharashtra. This reverence is called "Kali Chaudas or Kal Chaturdasi".

Diwali or Deepavali is popularly known as the festival of lights.It is an important five-day festival in Hinduism, Sikhism and Jainism. It is a Five-Day Festival. Today is the first day: Dhanteras.
Dhanteras Festival, also known as Dhantrayodashi or Dhanwantari Triodasi, falls on the auspicious thirteenth lunar day of Krishna Paksha in the Hindu month of Kartik (October/November). In the word Dhanteras, "Dhan" stands for wealth. On Dhanteras Goddess Laxmi is worshiped to provide prosperity and well being. Hence Dhan Teras holds a lot more significance for the business community.

Legends:

A very interesting story about Dhanteras Festival says that once the sixteen year old son of King Hima. was doomed to die by a snake-bite on the fourth day of his marriage as per his horoscope. On that particular fourth day of his marriage his young wife did not allow him to sleep. She laid all the ornaments and lots of gold and silver coins in a big heap at the entrance of her husband's boudoir and lighted innumerable lamps all over the place. And she went on telling stories and singing songs.
When Yama, the god of Death arrived there in the guise of a Serpent his eyes got blinded by that dazzle of those brilliant lights and he could not enter the Prince's chamber. So he climbed on top of the heap of the ornaments and coins and sat there whole night listening to the melodious songs. In the morning he quietly went away. Thus the young wife saved her husband from the clutches of death. Since then this day of Dhanteras came to be known as the day of "Yamadeepdaan" and lamps are kept burning throughout the night in reverential adoration to Yam, the god of Death.
According to another popular legend, when the gods and demons churned the ocean for Amrit or nectar, Dhanavantri (the physician of the gods and an incarnation of Vishnu) emerged carrying a jar of the elixir on the day of Dhanteras.

Preparations:

To mark the auspicious day, houses and business premises are renovated and decorated. Entrances are made colorful with lovely traditional motifs of Rangoli designs to welcome the Goddess of Wealth and Prosperity. To indicate her long- awaited arrival, small footprints are drawn with rice flour and vermilion powder all over the houses. Lamps are kept burning all through the nights.

Traditions:

On Dhanteras Hindus consider it auspicious to purchase gold or silver articles or at least one or two new utensils. It is believed that new “Dhan” or some form of precious metal is a sign of good luck. "Laxmi-Puja" is performed in the evenings when tiny Diyas of clay are lighted to drive away the shadows of evil spirits. "Bhajans"-devotional songs- in praise of Goddess Laxmi are also sung.

Celebrations:

Dhanteras is celebrated with gusto and enthusiasm. "Lakshmi-Puja" is performed in the evenings when tiny diyas of clay are lighted to drive away the shadows of evil spirits. Bhajans ir devotional songs- in praise of Goddess Laxmi are sung and "Naivedya" of traditional sweets is offered to the Goddess. There is a peculiar custom in Maharashtra to lightly pound dry coriander seeds with jaggery and offer as Naivedya.
In villages cattle are adorned and worshiped by farmers as they form the main source of their income. In south cows are offered special veneration as they are supposed to be the incarnation of Goddess Lakshmi and therefore they are adorned and worshiped on this day.

Good comic books can often times outshine the best book, song, film, or television program. The in-depth story details, accompanied by amazing illustrations give comics their own identity. Many influential characters have been born through comic strips, including a long list of famous superheroes. The first comic book appeared in the US in 1934. Despite their name, comic books are not necessarily only humorous. Many modern comic books tell stories in a variety of genres. In the US the super-hero genre dominates the market, although many other types of comics exist in Japan and various European nations, including the widely popular samurai series.
I have composed a list of 10 of the most shocking and influential moments in the history of comic books.

Spider-Man Kills the Burglar

The Burglar is a fictional character in the Marvel Universe, left unnamed in most of his appearances. He is best known as the first criminal faced by Spider-Man and the killer of Ben Parker. The burglar first appeared in Amazing Fantasy #15 (August 1962). After the murder of Ben Parker, Spider-Man tracked the Burglar, beat him, and sent him to prison. Years later the Burglar was released from jail and joined forces with Mysterio. The duo conceived a plan to take May Parker captive. Spider-Man discovered the plan and tracked the criminals. The Burglar died after suffering a fear-induced heart attack when Spider-Man revealed his true identity as Peter Parker, Ben Parker’s nephew. The true identity of the Burglar has been debated. We learned that he has a daughter named Jessica Carradine and Captain Stacy revealed that the burglar’s full name was Dennis Carradine in Spider-Man 3.

The Joker blows up Jason Todd

Jason Todd first appeared in Batman #357 (1983) and became the second Robin, sidekick to the superhero Batman. The initial sidekick to Batman was Dick Grayson, who went on to star in The New Teen Titans under the name of Nightwing. In 1988, DC comics decided that the audience would be attracted to the opportunity of influencing the comics storyline. They created a telephone poll via a 1-900 number that would decide the fate of Jason Todd.
The vote was set up during the four-part series “A Death in the Family,” that was published in Batman #426-429 in 1988. In a close vote, readers decided 5,343 votes to 5,271 to kill Todd. The following issued portrayed the death of Jason Todd. He took complete beating from the Joker and awoke in time to find his mother at his side, right next to a ticking bomb. The two died in the explosion. No event has scarred a superhero like the death of Jason Todd. In 2004, Jason Todd was resurrected as an enemy of Batman, eventually becoming the second Red Hood and assuming a new role as an antihero.

The X-Men are a superhero team in the Marvel Comics Universe that first appeared in The X-Men #1 (September 1963). In the beginning of the series, Magneto and the X-Men had been waging a psychological war with no serious injuries. In X-Men #25, Magneto unleashed an EM pulse from space that knocked out power on a good chunk of earth. The X-Men came looking for Magneto and a legendary fight ensued between Magneto and Wolverine. The pair became instantly confrontational. While Magneto was distracted by the combined telepathic assault of Prof. X and Jean Grey, he was
attacked by Wolverine, who cut an “X” shape right into Magneto’s chest. Magneto grabbed a hold of Wolverine with his magnetic powers and tore the adamantium from his body. Adamantium is the metal surrounding Wolverine’s bones. Wolverine was literally being ripped apart from the inside. He nearly died from the shock and spent several years traveling the country with bone claws.

Green Lantern – Green Arrow Heroin Storyline

In the early 1970’s, Dennis O’Neil and Neal Adams created the legendary Green Lantern/Green Arrow series. It was a relatively short lived collaboration, but was acclaimed for dealing with a variety of social and political issues in which Green Arrow spoke for radical change, while Green Lantern was an established liberal figure, wanting to work within existing institutions of government and law. Shortly after the Spider Man issue #96-98 LSD comic, DC decided to publish the infamous story in which the Green Arrow’s Ward and Sidekick Speedy gets addicted to Heroin. It was printed in the Green Lantern vol. 2, #85-86. Despite earning a congratulatory letter from the Mayor of New York, John Lindsay, many felt the mature topics were not for children’s eyes. Ultimately, it led to the cancellation of the book by issue #89 in 1972. It was a ground breaking event in comic book history.

Bane Breaks Batman’s Back

Knightfall is the umbrella title to the trilogy of Batman storylines that ran from 1993 to 1994. They consisted of Knightfall, Knightquest, and KnightsEnd. The plot of the story starts with the master criminal Bane freeing all of the maximum-security inmates of Arkham Asylum, a notorious psychiatric facility in Gotham City. Bane’s plan was to weaken Batman by making him deal with the escaped deadly villains simultaneously, including The Joker, The Scarecrow, and the Mad Hatter. The plan works and Bane eventually discovers the identity of Batman.
He attacks Bruce Wayne at Wayne Manor, where he is most vulnerable as his alter-ego. The historic fight between Bruce Wayne and Bane is detailed in Batman #497. The battle ends with Bane breaking Wayne’s back over his knee. Bruce Wayne was seriously injured. Bane assumes control of Gotham City’s underworld and takes over several illegal operations within it. It takes a long time for Bruce to heal and he ends up asking Jean-Paul Valley (Azrael) to take up the mantle of Batman, so that Gotham has a protector.

Action Comics #1

Action Comics 1 is a comic book that was published in April 1938 by National Allied Publications, a corporate predecessor of DC Comics. It is widely considered the first true superhero comic and the first appearance of Superman. Action Comics was started by publisher Jack Liebowitz. The first issue had a print run of 200,000 copies, although sales of the series would soon approach 1 million per month. Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster were paid $10 per page, for a total of $130 for their work on this issue. They eventually signed away millions in future rights and royalties. After the release and success of the first Superman movie, the pair began to receive a month annuity of $30,000. Today, Action Comics #1 has become one of the most famous and collectable comics every created.

The death of Gwen Stacy

Gwen Stacy was the first true love and girlfriend of Peter Parker, also known as Spider Man. She first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #31 (December 1965). In The Amazing Spider-Man #121, the Green Goblin takes Gwen Stacy captive and transportes her to a tower on the George Washington Bridge. Spider-Man arrives to fight the Green Goblin and the Goblin throws Gwen Stacy off the bridge. Spider-Man catches her by the leg with a string of web and initially thinks he has saved her, but when he pulls her back onto the bridge he realizes she is dead. Peter is unsure whether the whiplash from her sudden stop broke her neck or if the fall killed her, but he blames himself for her death. Spider-Man nearly kills the Green Goblin in retaliation. The Goblin would later die when he is impaled by his own goblin glider in an attempt to kill Spider-Man, and would not return for nearly three hundred issues. However, Gwen Stacy would never return and she became the first loved one of a superhero ever to die. Mary Jane Watson was a close friend of Gwen and would eventually become Peter Parkers second love.

The Death of Superman

Superman met his demise at the hands of Doomsday in 1992. It all played out in issue #75 of Superman (vol. 2). The storyline’s premise was compelling, Superman engaged in battle with a seemingly unstoppable killing beast from ancient Krypton named Doomsday. It all went down in the streets of Metropolis and the battle was merely strength versus strength. Doomsday had the intent on destroying Metropolis. The last son of Krypton put every ounce of strength into his final battle. At the fight’s conclusion, both combatants died from their wounds. Superman died in Lois Lane’s arms. It was a surprising defeat, as Doomsday was an unknown character before these issues. The Death of Superman, which was a multi-issue story, was one of the best selling graphic novels of all time. After the Man of Steel’s death, a crossover depicted the world’s reaction to Superman’s death in “Funeral for a Friend.” In the story four individuals emerge to claim to be the “new” Superman. The original Superman
eventually returns in “Reign of the Supermen!”

The Dark Phoenix Saga (1980)

The Dark Phoenix Saga is an extended X-Men storyline. It revolves around Jean Grey and the Phoenix Force, ultimately ending in Jean Grey’s apparent death. The story began in 1976 with the Phoenix Saga, X-Men [vol. 1] #101-108. In the Phoenix Saga Jean Grey repairs the M’Kraan Crystal and garners an assumption of power. In 1980 the story continues with her corruption and ultimate demise. It is
one of the most well-known and heavily referenced stories in mainstream American superhero comics, and widely considered a classic.

The 5 Stages of a Drunken Night

Hell yes, it’s time to do some drinkin’! You’re showered, dressed to the nines and you’ve got zero responsibilities before 2PM the next day. But before you start downing pints, it might be a good idea to get a little preview of what you’re alcoholic evening is going to look like. Here we’ve detailed the five stages of a drunken night, and needless to say, it doesn’t end pretty. But so what? You’re drunk!

Stage #1 – Smart
During this stage, you suddenly become an expert on every subject. You know all, and greatly wish to express this knowledge to anyone who will listen. You are also always right. And of course, the person you are talking with is very wrong. You will talk for hours trying to convince someone that you are right. This makes for an interesting argument when both parties are “smart”. Two people talking, in fact, arguing about a subject neither one really knows anything about, but are convinced that they are they complete authority on the subject makes for great entertainment for those who get the opportunity to listen in.

Stage #2 – Handsome/Pretty

This is when you are convinced that you’re the best looking person in the entire room, and everyone is looking at you. You begin to wink at perfect strangers and ask them to dance because, of course, they had been admiring you the whole evening. You are the center of attention, and all eyes are directed at you because you are the most beautiful thing on the face of the earth. Now keep in mind that you are still smart, so you can talk to this person who has been admiring you about any and all subjects under the sun.

Stage #3 – Rich

Suddenly, magically, you become the richest person in the world. You can buy drinks for the entire bar and put it on your bill because you surely have an armored truck full of your money parked behind the bar. You can also make bets in this stage. Now of course, you still know all, so you will always win all your bets. And you have no concern for how much money you bet because you have all the money in the world. You will also begin to buy drinks for anyone who happens to glance in your direction because you are now the smartest, prettiest, and richest person on the face of the earth.

Stage #4 – Bulletproof

You can now pick fights with the people you have been betting money with because you cannot be hurt by anything. At this point, you would go up to the boyfriend of the woman who had been admiring your beautiful self all evening and challenge him to a battle of wits for money. You have no worry about loosing because you know all, have all the money to cover this bet, and you will obviously win a fight that might erupt if he looses.

Stage #5 – Invisible

This is the final stage of drunkenness. At this point you can do absolutely anything because no one can see you. You can get up and dance on a table; you can strip down to your underwear, to impress the people who have been admiring you all evening, because the rest of the people in the room cannot see you. You are also invisible to the person whom you have picked a fight with earlier in the evening. You can walk through the streets singing at the top of your lungs (because of course you are still smart and know the tune perfectly) and no one will think anything of it because they can’t see you. All your social inhibitions are gone. You can do anything, because no one will know.
And you certainly won’t remember! Next, you pass out in a puddle of your own filth and the night is officially over.
