موبايل ٹاورز کی تابکاری شعاعیں- ضرور پڑھیں-

قیام پاکستان ک بعد بھارتی فلم "پتنگا" کا گانا "میرے پیا گۓ رنگون' کیا ہے وہاں سے ٹیلیفون" بہت مشہور ہوا تھا اور اسے موہنی

روڈ لاھور سے تعلق رکھنے والی معروف مغینہ بلبل سوزوگداز شمشاد بیگم نے اپنی مدھر آواز ميں گایا تھا۔ گانے میں اس دور کی مہنگی اور اہم ایجاد ٹیلیفون کا زکر بظور فیشن ہوا تھا۔ آج تقریباٌ 60 سال بعد ٹیلیفون ٹیکنالوجی نے اتنی ترقی کر لی ہے کہ دنیا بھر کے پیرو جواں جس میں عوتیں بھی شامل ہیں' اس ہقیقت سے بے حبر ہے کہ موباٰیل فون سے نکلنے والی شعاعیں انکے صحت کو کس طرح خوفناک حد تک متاثر کر رہی ہیں' تمام لوگ اسکی ٹیونز اور گانوں پر تھرکتے لچکتے اور مٹکتے نظر آتے ہیں۔ اور تو اور' سکول کے چھوٹے بچے بھی مہنگے موباٰيل فون لے جاتے ہیں اور کلاس رومز میں گھنٹیاں بجتی رہتی ہیں۔ موبايل کمپناں دونوں ہاتھوں سے عوام کو لوٹ رہی ہیں اور نت نۓ سستے پیکجز سے عوام کو بیوقوف بنا رہی ہیں۔ چھتوں پر موبايل ٹاوڑز درختوں کی طرح اگ آۓ ہیں۔ طبی تحقیق کے مطابق موبايل سیٹ سے خارج ہونے والی تابکاری دماغ کو بہت نقصان پہنچاتی ہے۔ گرج چمک کے دوران کھلی جگہ پر موبايل فون کا استعمال آسمانی بجلی کے گرنی کے امکانات کو بہت حد تک بڑ ھا دیتا ہے۔
کیمرے والے موبايل فون بیناي/نظر کو بہت کمزور کر رہے ہیں۔ اتنی چھوٹی سکریں پر نظر جماۓ رکھنے سے بصارت جواب دے سکتی ہے۔ ڈبلیو ایچ او اور صحت کی دیگر تنظیموں نے بھی موبايل ٹاور سے نکلنے والی الیکٹرانک میگنیٹک شعاعوں سے انسانوں' جانوروں اور پودوں کے متاثر ہونے کی تصدیق کی ہے۔ یہ تابکاری شعاعیں دو سو سے تین سو میٹر کے ایریا میں مقیم افراد کو سماعت' بصارت' کم حوابی' ڈپریشن میں مبتلا کر سکتی ہیں' اور یہ عمل انتہاي سست رفتاری سے رونما ہوتا ہے۔ دنیا بھر میں موبايل کنیکشن کی تعداد دو ارب سولہ کڑور سے تجاوز کر چکی ہے۔ چین میں 54 کروڑ 72 لاکھ 86 ہزار موبايل کنکشن زیر استعمال ہیں اور وہ دنیا میں پہلے نمبر پر ہے۔ 46 کروڑ 60 لاکھ کنکشنز کے ساتھ یورپی یونین کا نمبر دوسرا ہے۔ امیرکہ 25.5 کروڑ کنکشنز کے ساتھ تیسرے نمبر پر ہے۔ پاکستان 8 کرھڑ 80 لاکھ کنکشنز کے ساتھ آٹھویں' جاپان ساتویں' جرمنی نویں' انڈونیشیا دسویں' اٹلی گیارہویں اور برطانیہ بارہویں نمبر پر ہے۔ بھارت میں 23 کروڑ 36 لاکھ' روس میں 15 کروڑ' برازیل میں 13 کروڑ موبايل کنکشنز زیر استعمال میں ہیں۔
ایک ریسرچ رپورٹ کے مطابق 1990 کے عشرے میں موبايل فون کے استعمال کی شرح میں اضافے کے ساتھ دنیا بھر میں 50 ہزار برین ٹیومر کے نۓ کیس سامنے آۓ۔ 2010 تک ان کیسوں کی تعداد 50لاکھ ہونے کا خدشھ ہے۔ پاکستان میں موبايل فون کمپنیوں کے نیٹ ورک میں غیر معمولی اضافے کے بعد رہايسشی گھروں اور دفاتر' پلازوں اور مارکیٹوں کی چھتوں کو ٹاورز کی تنصیب کے لۓ کراۓ مر دینے کا لا متناہی سلسلہ شروع ہو گیا ہے۔ ملٹی نیشنل کمپنیاں لاکھوں روپے ایڈوانس دے کر دس دس سال کے کنٹریکٹ کر لیتی ہیں اور بلند و بالا رہايشے اور کمرشل عمارات بنوانے اور خریدنے والا ہر شخص اپنی چھت موبايل فون کمپنیوں کو پر کشش رقم کے حصول کے لۓ کرایہ پر دینے کا خواہش مند اور اس سلسلے میں سر گرمیاں اور معلومات اکٹھ کرتا نظر آتا ہے۔ بستییوں کی زندگی میں بے زرعی کا ظلم تھا'
لوگ اچھے تھے' وہاں کے اہل زر اچھے نہ تھے۔
اس وقت ملک بھر میں بلند گھروں اور عمارات پر ہزاروں ٹاورز کھڑے نظر آیں گے۔ پاکستان کی تمام تاریخی شہروں لاہور' ملتان' گجرات' سیالکوٹ' ٹھٹھہ حیدر آباد وغیرہ کی چھتوں کا سینکڑوں سال قبل تمام غیر ملکی مؤرخین نے نہايت دلکش نقشہ کھینچا ہے کہ خوبصورت مساجد' مقابر اور محالات کیا نظارہ پیش کرتے تھے' کہ دیکھنے والا سحر زدہ ہو جاتا تھا۔ آجمنقش میناروں کنگروں' حویلیوں اور سر سبز درختوں کی بجاۓ چاروں جانب موبايل فونز کے ٹاورز نہ صرف شہروں کے رہے سےے حسن کو گہنا رہے ہیں بلکہ ماحولیاتی آلودگی اور مختلف امراض کا باعث بھی بن رہے ہیں۔ موبايل ٹاورز کے حوالے سے ڈاکٹر جارج ایل کارلو کے تحقیقی رپورٹ دنیا بھر میں مقبول ہوي۔ ڈاکٹر کارلو کے مطابق دماغ کو نقصان پہنچانے کا عمل برقی لہروں سے شروع ہوتا ہے۔ یہ برقی لہریں 1900 میگا ہرٹز فریکوینسی لۓ ہوۓ ہوتی ہیں اس فریکوینسے کی شدت و طاقت اتنی زیادہ ہے کہ انسانی جسم تو درکنار' یہ سیمنٹ اور کنکریٹ سے بنے گھروں اور عمارات کے آر پار گزر سکتی ہیں۔
موبايل فون ٹاورز کے زریعے موبايل فون پر آنے والی یہ برق مقناطیسی لہریں ایک تسلسل کے ساتھ انسانی جسم کے خليوں کو اپنا نشانہ اور خدف بناتی ہیں۔ انکے اس حملے سے ہمارے خليوں ٹشو اور اعضاٰ کے جنکشن پواينٹ سمیت ہمارا سارا دباغی نظام بند ہو جاتا ہے۔ اور یس کے نتیجے میں خ ليوں کے اندر موجود فری ریڈیکلز مر جاتے ہیں اور انکے ذریعۓ زہریلے مادے اور شکست و ریخت کا شکار ڈی این اے خارج ہو کر ان خليوں میں موجود خلاٰ میں آ جاتا ہے جس سے ڈی این اے کے ان ٹوٹے پھوٹے ٹکڑوں کے گرد حليوں کی دیوار بن جاتی ہے اور بعد ازاں میں خليۓ بننے کا عمل پھر سے شروع ہو جاتا ہے اور یہ نۓ خلیۓ تمام جسمانی نظام کو تہ و بالا کر دیتے ہیں جس کے نتیجے میں کینسر کا بنیادي عمل کامیابی سے تکمیل کو پہنچ جاتا ہے۔ امیرکہ اور یورپ کے طبعي ماہرین موبايل ٹاورز کی تنصیب کو بڑوں کے مقابلوں میں بچوں کے لۓ زیادہ نقصان ڈہ قرار دے رہے ہیں۔ چونکہ بچوں میں نشوما کا عمل ابتداي دور میں مختلف مراحل سے گزر رہا ہوتا ہے ۔ اس لۓ یہ تابکاری برقی مقناطیسی لہریں انہیں بہت جلد اپنا ہدف بنا کر مختلف امراض میں مبتلا کر سکتی ہیں کیونکہ ان موبايل ٹاورز کی تابکاری جسم میں میلونین کی مقدار کو کم کر دیتی ہے۔ یہ ٹاورز جسم میں کینسر کے خطرات کو کم کرنے کے لۓ ہوتے ہیں۔ دیگر ممالک میں تعلیمی اداروں کے نزدیک موبايل ٹاورز کی تنصیب کے حوالے سے سخت قوانین نافظ ہیں۔ آسٹریلیا اور نیوزی لینڈ میں موبايل فون ٹاورز کی تنصیب کے لۓ کم از کم 500 میٹر کی حد مقرر ہے۔ نیو ساؤتھ ویلز میں چلڈرن ہسپتال اور نرسری کے ماہریں کے مطابق ٹاور سے خارج ہونے والی مقناطیسے تابکاسی خون کے حلیؤں اور ذرات میں انتہاي دوررس تبدیلیاں لے کر آتی ہے۔ مقناطیسی تابکاری نہ صرف خون کے زرات کو تبدیل کر دیتی ہے بلکہ برقی مقناطیسی شعاعیں خون کے اجزا فیرک اور فیرس دونوں کو توڑ ڈالتی ہیں۔ جس کے نتیجے میں فیرک فیرس سے علیحدہ ہو جاتا ہے اور بلآخر یہی خون کے سرطان کا باعث بن جاتا ہے۔ ان موبايل فون ٹاورز کے قریب رہنے والے افراد کا اس سے قریبی تعلق ہوتا ہے۔ اور یہ مقناطیسی شعاعیں انکے خون کی ہيت کو تبدیل کر دیتی ہے۔ انہی شعاعوں کی وجہ سے جسم میں موجود پلیٹس گیٹس آپس میں چپکنے لگتی ہیں اور اس طرح سے بیماری کا آغاز ہونے لگتا ہے۔ الیکٹرومیگنیٹک فیلڈز کم سطح کی بھی ہوں تو بھی تمام اقسام کے کینسر بلحصوص دماغ کی رسولی' خون کا کینسر' امراض دل' ڈپریشن' سر درد اور جنسی مسايل کا باعث بن سکتے ہیں۔ چوہوں پر کۓ گۓ تجربات کے نتیجے میں یہ تمام تبدیلیاں نوٹ کی گٰي ہیں۔
پردہ مسلم کلچر کا اہم اور لازمی جزؤ رہا ہے اور جسکی صدیوں سے پاسداری کی جاتی رہی ہے۔ یہاں نواب آف بہاولپور سر صادق عباسی کے سنہری دور کی مثال نہ دینا زیادتی ہو گی۔ قیام پاکستان سے قبل ریاست بہاولبور میں دو منزلہ عمارت کی تعمیر پر پابندی تھی تاکہ پڑوسیوں کی بے پردگی نہ ہو۔ ریاست میں کھجور کی نخلستان عام تھے۔ درختوں سے کھجوریں یتارنے سے قبل شاہی ہرکارے ڈیرہ نواب صاحب' احمد پور شرقیہ اور بہاولپور وغیرہ میں مناوی کرتے کہ فلاں مقررہ ٹايم پر درختوں سے کہجوریں اتاری جایں گی تاکہ نواحی اور نچلے گھروں میں مقیم گھروں کی بے پردگی نہ ہو اور وہ پردے کا انتظام کر لیں۔ لیکن یہ تو بھلے وقتوں کی یادگار باتیں ہیں۔ اب تو گھروں کی بے پردگی سے منع کرنے پر بات قتل و غارت تک جا پہنچتی ہے۔ اور خوب حق ہمسایگی نبھایا جاتا ہے۔ موبايل فون ٹاورز کی رہايشی اور گنجان آبادیوں میں تنصیب غیر قانونی کمرشل اقدام ہے جس کی زیادہ تر موبايل فون کمپنیاں پاسداری نہیں کر رہیں اور ہمسایوں سے اجازت لینے کی تکلیف اور زخمت بھی گوارا نہیں کی جاتی اور راتوں رات بتاۓ بغیر چوروں کی طرح ٹاور کی تنسیب اور کھداي شروع کر دی جاتی ہے۔

کیونکہ زیادہ تر ٹاورز رہايشی اور گنجان آبادیوں میں نصب ہو رہے ہیں اس لۓ ینکی زمین پر کھداي کے نتیجے میں ملحقہ گھروں کی بنیادوں اور دیواروں کو شدید نقصان پہنچتا ہے اور ینکے منہدم ہونے کا خطرہ پیدا ہو جاتا ہے۔ اگر یہ ٹاور چھتوں پر نصب کۓ جايں تو اسکے وزن سے چھتوں کے بیٹھنے اور نقصان کا اندیشہ رہتا ہے۔ جبکہ آندھی طوفان اور زلزلے جیسی آفات سے یہ ٹاورز شدید خطرے کا باعث بن جاتے ہیں اور اکثروبیشتر حادثات ایسے رونما ہوتے رہتے ہیں جبکہ شدید طوفان و بادوباراں کا اندیشہ بھی برقرار رہتا ہے۔ یہ ٹاور چیلوں کا محفوظ ترین ٹھکانہ بھی بن چکے ہیں اور خاص طور پر وہ ٹاورز جنکے بالاي پلیٹ فارم کے گرد چھوٹۓ جنگلے آویزاں ہیں وہ چیلوں کا مستقل بسیرا بن گۓ ہیں اور وہاں انہوں نے گھونسلے بنا رکہے ہیں۔ یہ چیلیں اور کؤے صبح سویرے سی شام گۓ تک ان بلند ٹاورز پر منڈلاتے اور جھپٹتے دکھاي دیتے ہیں۔ یہ چیلیں کؤے صدقے اور مردہ جانوروں کا گوشت پنجوں اور ہونچ میں پکڑ کر لے آتے ہیں جس میں سے کچھ گوشت اور ہڈیاں گہروں پر گرا دیتے ہیں بعض خواتین بوٹیاں گرنے پر اپنی ہمساي پر جادو ٹونے کا شک کرتی ہیں اور اس طرح آپس میں لڑتی ہیں۔
امریکی کینسر ریسرچ انسٹیٹیوٹ کے سربراہ نے موبايل فون ٹاورز کے استعمال اور فروخت کے حوالے سے عوام کو انتباہ کیا ہے۔ پیٹرک یونیورسٹی کے سربراہ ڈاکٹر رونالڈ بی ہربین نے تین سو سے زايد ڈاکٹرز اور سٹاف کو وارننگ میں کہا ہے کہ موبايل فون کا مسلسل استعمال دماغ اور کان کے کینسر کا باعث بن سکتا ہے جبکہ یہ انسانی صحت کے لۓ بھی خطرناک ہے اور خاص طور پر بچوں کو احتیاطی تدابیر اختیار کرنی چاہیں۔ ڈاکٹر رونالڈ کا کہنا ہے کہ موبايل فون کے مسلسل استعمال سے کینسر کا امکان ہے۔ انہوں سے صارفین کو مشورہ دیا کہ فون کو کان سے دور اور سپیکر آن کر ک سنیں اور واير لیس کے آلات استعمال کریں۔ بسوں اور پبلک مقامات پر موبايل فون کے استعمال سے احتراز کیا جاے کیونکہ نزدیک بیٹھ ہوۓ افراد بھي متاثر ہوتے ہیں۔ سايٰنس دانوں کے درمیان موبايل فون کے استعمال سے پیدا ہونے والے نقصانات پر کسی حد تک اتفاق پایا جاتا ہے' خاص طور پر موبايل فون استعمال کرنے والے بچوں کی جلد پر اسکے مہلک اثرات مرتب ہوتے ہیں۔2005 میں ہونے والی برطانوی تحقیق کے نتیجے میں بچوں کو موبايل فون کم استعمال کرنے کو کہا گیا تھا جبکہ آتھ سال سے کم عمر بچوں کو مکمل طور پو موبايل فون استعمال کرنے سے منع کیا جاتا رہا جبکہ اوتھ یونیورسٹی میں ہونیوالی تحقیق کے نتیجے میں اسکا دوسرا رخ بھی سامنے آیا ہے جسمیں دماغی ٹیومر کے ہزاروں مریضوں کو شامل کیا گیا تھا اور ان مریضوں میں سے ایک بھی موبايل فون سے متاثرہ ثابت نہیں ہو سکا۔ تاہم ابھی یونیورسٹی کی تحقیق جاری ہے اور کوي حتمی نتاٰيج سامنے نیں آسکے۔ فرانس اور ناروے میں ہونے والی تحقیق کے بی یہی نتايٰج آۓ ہیں۔

THIS IS THE USEFULL TIP FOR KEEPING SAFE, THE SETUP FILES OF YOUR SOFTWARES.
If you have saved your softwares setup files in your computer in order to use them to reinstall some software, then you must keep the files save, so that they cannot be corrupted.
Basically, when your windows got corrupted, or your computer is infected by viruses, the files which are in a simple folder got corrupted and you are unable to use them again, the files became useless, and you need to re-gain or re-download the relevant software file.
Please follow this simple & Easy tip to keep your files safe from virus infection or from became corrupted;
You need one simple software called, "WINRAR". hope you will be familiar with it.
KEEP ALL YOUR DATA, especially setup files in winrar archive, and be cool, because after you will keep the files in winrar, the virus will not affect the files, and you will be able to re use the files freely.
1- install winrar.
2- right click on file or folder to which you want to keep safe/in winrar, click on "add to archive", let it be done,
3- After files added into winrar, you can delete original files out of winrar, as they had added in winrar, delete the original files ios to save extra storage only!

China urges India to share Mumbai evidence with Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: China has assured Pakistan that it would act to defuse tension between Pakistan and India following Mumbai terror attacks. This was stated by visiting Chinese Vice Foreign Minister, He Yafei on Monday.He Yafei held important meetings with Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Advisor to the Prime Minister on Interior, Rehman Malik, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani and Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Tariq Majid.During his meeting with Pakistani FM, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister said that his country wanted peace in the region and India and Pakistan should resolve all issues through dialogue. He Yafei urged India that it should share Mumbai attacks evidence with Pakistan. Chinese Vice FM supported the efforts of Pakistan to normalise its relations with India in the wake of Mumbai terror attacks. Both leaders also exchanged views on matters of bilateral interest and agreed to further enhance bilateral ties in different fields.

ISLAMABAD: Chief Executive of Pakistan Business Council (PBC) Sayed Saleem Raza has been appointed Governor State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Geo news reported.Raza called on Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Monday after his appointment as Governor SBP.Raza is one of the country’s more experienced international commercial bankers, to replace Shamshad Akhtar, the governor for the past three years whose tenure ends on new years’ day.Saleem Raza will step in to the governor’s position at a difficult time Pakistan has recently signed a loan agreement worth US$7.6b with the international Monetary Fund to stave off an impending crisis on its foreign payments.

Mobilink has roared after a deep silence; with an aggressive move by lowering off-net rates for all JAZZ packages. Though, marked as limited time offer (from Dec 7th 2008 to Jan 10, 2009), but as low as Rs. 1 per minute off net call rates, will give tough time to competitors. PTCL Gets NOC to Improve Network Monitoring and Fault Resolution

PTCL has added a Network Operations Center or NOC to efficiently resolve countrywide network issues centrally from a single place. The central NOC facility of PTCL is located in Islamabad, while there are 3 regional NOC’s in Lahore, Rawalpindi and Karachi respectively. Disaster Recovery would be done in Karachi.
Company’s press release said that the purpose of NOC is to control, monitor and manage the entire PTCL network and to enhance and optimize Network Management through a transparent and centralized platform. The NOC also helps to create a highly available, adaptable and fault resilient network that can meet the market demands and ensure customer satisfaction.
Earlier, PTCL use to face serious operational challenges, since there was no centralized network management for fault resolution. Service restoration use to take a long time. Besides there was no mechanism for root cause analysis.
The benefits of NOC include
Proactive identification and resolution faults of through Real-time Network Monitoring & status visibility.
Increase network availability through Enhanced Quality of Service and centralized performance statistics and reporting mechanism.

We remember that PTCL offered its Free Unlimited Internet almost a month and half ago. The move by PTCL disfigured dial-up ISP businesses in the country, and they had no other option but to seek PTA for any solution.
It is told that there went plenty of hearings and discussions over the issue. After detailed discussions and deliberations, a new model for dialup ISPs is being emerged wherein all ISPs will provide free dialup access to the customers. ISPs would advertise/market their service on service quality, customer support, etc., and access would be open for all PTCL phone users to connect to Internet using any ISP’s username and password.
PTCL would charge one local call for every 20 minutes for Internet users and this revenue would be shared between PTCL (30%) and ISPs (70%).
In case of calls originating from outside area codes, this revenue share would be reversed, PTCL 70% and ISPs 30%. Long distance Internet calls (from area codes where ISPs are not located) would still be charged at the cost of local call/20 minute.
There would be no scratch cards for the ISPs and customers would be billed in their PTCL’s monthly bill for a local call of 20 minutes duration.
This would mean Rs. 6/hour of dialup Internet for the users. Currently, the Internet scratch cards are being sold at Rs. 2 to 4/hr. With one local call per hour, the expense of users was around Rs. 5-6/hr. Industry standard (in Pakistan) duration of Internet calls is 20 to 30 minutes. So for the users, there would be hardly any change in the charges. Users would also have more choices to use any ISP they like and would be billed in PTCL’s bill at the end of every month.
This new regime is expected to be announced within next few days.
