After add coriender, add salt, add fruit soda.&lt;/div&gt;

Salt as per taste required&lt;/div&gt;

1/4.ground black paper powder or as per taste required.&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp;A pinch of nutmeg powder&lt;/div&gt;

Cook 2 to 3 Mintues add. 1and 1/2. Cup water&amp;nbsp; Mix well&amp;nbsp; cook few Mintues until is brocoli cooked. Close stove and pan be side for cool.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Take mixer. And griend till soft puree.&amp;nbsp; Now once take pan heat 2table spoon butter.&amp;nbsp; Add broccoli and fry on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add flour and saute&amp;nbsp; 30 secounds&amp;nbsp; continually stair. Do not high cook add milk and&amp;nbsp; cook medium&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&amp;nbsp;In another deep non-stick pan heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, add flour and fry on medium heat for 30 seconds using whisk.&amp;nbsp; Be careful not to lose the color of the flour.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Add milk and cook on medium heat&amp;nbsp; stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Add&amp;nbsp; broccoli puree, salt, pepper and nutmeg powder, mix well and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat.&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Turn off the heat, add fresh cream and mix well.&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp; 1 &amp;amp; 1/2 cups&amp;nbsp; Maida (flour)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&amp;nbsp; 1tsp or1/2 tablespoon backing powder&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&amp;nbsp; 1/2 tsp full fruit soda (Eno)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&amp;nbsp; 1/2 cup oil&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&amp;nbsp; 1/2 cup yogurt&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&amp;nbsp; 1 cup mango puree&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&amp;nbsp; 1 1/3 cup sugar or as per your taste&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&amp;nbsp; 2 tablespoons butter&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&amp;nbsp; A pinch of salt&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Recipes&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Now start cooking&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
First. Take one bowl pour oil, add butter. Yogurt sugar, add 1/2 tablespoon&amp;nbsp; Venilla essence, add mango pure now whisk very well check better smooth if not then whisk again.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Now one bowl pour all purpose flour (maida) and add backing powder &amp;amp; fruit&amp;nbsp; soda&amp;nbsp; filter because flour is must single consistent now flour add in better whisk no inside Bublé if better hick then some add milk.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Now take ccoker pre hitting add salt one bowl&amp;nbsp; 5 to 7 Mintues&amp;nbsp; medium flame.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Take one cake mould&amp;nbsp; add butter paper ( if butter paper is not available then spread oil or butter. And slightly flour . Now&amp;nbsp; Pour better and just look no inside Bublé just shake mould&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Pre hitted cooker open and mould&amp;nbsp; inside putting. And. Closed cooker medium flame. 40&amp;nbsp; to 45&amp;nbsp; Mintues you mango cake ready check with tooth pick.&amp;nbsp; Cool it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
(If have oven them 180c pre hitting. 30 to 35 Mintues )&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Now make &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;glazze syrup&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Take pan&amp;nbsp; add 1cup mango pulp, 2 tablspoon, sugar&amp;nbsp; and 1cup water. Medium flame Cooke Sami thick ready take away cool it .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Now take cake pour upper area glazze mango syrup and 1hr freezing in freezer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

100gms&amp;nbsp; coriander&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

20gms. Mint leaves&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

4 to 6 green chilli (depend on spiceness )&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
1 inch of ginger&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
1/4 cup&amp;nbsp; grounuts (peanuts)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
1/2 table spoon sugar&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Salt as per required&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
20gms gathiy(if required then white ghatiya) optional&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Take mixer chutrny bowls add chopped coriander. Add mint leaves, chooped green chillies , Chopped ginger,&amp;nbsp; pentus, ghatiya (optional ),&amp;nbsp; 1/2 sugar&amp;nbsp; as per your taste. 1/4 cup water. Check&amp;nbsp; thickness if you want liquid type chutney the add more water. And again griend&amp;nbsp; now cuttney ready&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&amp;nbsp;For green sauce, 100 gms of coriander, 20&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Red chuttny or souce&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Ingridents&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

6to 7 Red whole&amp;nbsp; chillies( Kashmiri not spices)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
3 to 4 red chilli powder ( as per spiceness)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
5 to 7&amp;nbsp; garlic cloves finely chopped&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
1table spoon ginger chopped&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
1/2 table spoon cumins&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Salt as per required&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
1/2. Cup water&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
First take mixer chuttny bowls. Add Kashmiri whole red chilli, add 3 to 4&amp;nbsp; tabel spoon red chilli powder, chopped garlic, chopped ginger ,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; For the red sauce, in a bowl of a mixer, grind five to six whole red chillies or four teaspoons of red chilli powder, 5 to 7 cloves of garlic, half a teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of ginger and salt to taste, grindhalf tablespoon cumins&amp;nbsp; 1/4. Cupe water. Griends. Now check red chuttny ready if you required water. Then add and again griend&amp;nbsp; and red chuttny&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

2 bowls Rice ( Jada rice or Tulsa rice)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
1Bowl chanadal&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
1 bowl mogar Dal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
3 glass of water&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
3 cup yogurt (Dahi)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
2 to 3 tablespoon ginger garlic&amp;nbsp; green chilli paste&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
1/2small cup coriander chopped&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Salt as per tast&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
1or 2 fruit soda (if required)&lt;/div&gt;

First wash one water&amp;nbsp; 2 bowls of rice, 1 bowl of chanadal (chickpeas)&amp;nbsp; and 1 bowl of Mugni Mogar dal&amp;nbsp; after take one big bowal put in 3 glass of water now add all 3 items washeed out and over night soak&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;with water.&lt;/div&gt;

Take one big size pan 3to 4 glass of water boil pre heated 10 to 15&amp;nbsp; Mintues&amp;nbsp; now&amp;nbsp; take Thai or round Steel plate. Oil rub steel plate now our 1or 2tablespoon better. After that&amp;nbsp; Just look no Bublé s in better plate&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

After pan is ready pre hitting then put better plate close d pan for 10to 12.&amp;nbsp; Mintues. Medium flam. After open. Pan and check with tooth pick dhokla is ready if not proper fluffy then closed pan for just two Mintues and after. Dhokla dish reday do not cute&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Just put in tempering (tadka) take one pan hot 2 table spoon oil&amp;nbsp; add sesame seeds add 3 to 4 curry leaves&amp;nbsp; 1/4 tablespoon jeera. Fry just one mintue&amp;nbsp; high flame. Now pour ready dhokla plate. Ready fluffy dhokla cutt triangle or dimonnd Shap and serve with chuttny with souce.&lt;/div&gt;
