&lt;span lang="IT" style="font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Se è una bella giornata, questo è il periodo
migliore per andare in bici sulla sponda occidentale del Lago di Como:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt;"&gt;la temperatura è più mite, c’è pochissimo traffico
sulla statale regine, e si può pedalare in tranquillità.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: 12px;"&gt;Domenica è proprio la classica giornata tipo, da sfruttare. Uscita piatta, per fare fondo, costeggiando il Lario tra Tremezzo e il Ponte del Passo. Volevo fare un paio d’ore, alla fine ne sono venute fuori quasi tre, per un totale di 90km e 500mt dislivello, tranquilla nelle prime due ore, ritmo più alto nell'ultima ora.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;

improvvisamente trasformata in un Ducato Alto (così è stata soprannominata dal
gruppo Cassinis) grazie al portapacchi posteriore gentilmente prestatomi da
Emanuele (un mio compagno di squadra), ma anche per il lungo chilmometraggio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

innervosiscono parecchio, visto che al, nuovo assetto della bici, che ha
notevolmente modificato la guidabilità, si aggiungono una serie di piccoli
imprevisti che non mi aiutano a stare sereno.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Conca Fallata, siamo in 13 che puntano alla Riviera, più molti altri che ci
saluteranno prima per rientrare subito a milano in bici.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

programma di giornata prevede il trasferimento da Milano, a Varazze, passando
per Pavia, Voghera, Tortona, Novi L., Ovada, Turchino. Di panoramico c’è poco o
nulla: fino ad Ovada siamo immersi nella nebbia, ed il menù prevede una serie
infinita di drittoni, che di norma si potrebbero affrontare ai 40 orari, ma che
grazie il mio allestimento non vedo neanche con il binocolo. Poi un ancor gelido
turchino fino a giungere in Riviera, che ci accoglie con un pò di sole e una
temperatura più mite: pariti con -1° C arriviamo nel pomeriggio con un +11° C,
tutta un’altra cosa al di là del Turchino.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

ritorno, la domenica, è programmato tutto in bici. Ma viste le condizioni meteo
al di là del Turchino decidiamo di godere un pò del sole della Liguria poi, di
portarci almeno fino a Novi Ligure o Tortona per prendere un treno solo in un
secondo momento.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

aver fatto un pò di riscaldamento sull’Aurelia, a Varazze prendiamo una strada
verso l’interno, e saliamo verso Faie / Deserto, per poi ridiscendere da
Sciaborasca a Cogoleto. Bellissimo questo tratto, un pò panoramico e senza
traffico. Quindi affrontiamo gli 11,6km poco impegnativi, che portano al
Turchino e salutiamo la riviera e il sole, per scendere verso Ovada, dove
verremo riavvolti dal gelo e dalla nebbia, che mettendo a dura prova nervi e
muscoli già sotto stress per via della stanchezza.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Dopo tutti i buoni propositi si torna a parlare di bici vissuta, su strada: sabato finalmente si è consumata la prima uscita del 2012, in Brianza, una&amp;nbsp;bella mattinata baciata dal sole, con temperature quasi primaverili.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Giunto in zona Monticello Brianza, non ho saputo resistere alla tentazione della salita, ed ho infilato in “rapida” sucessione Lissolo (da Barzanò), Giovenzana (da S.M.Hoe’) e Lissolo (da Perego).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Un trittico di salitelle dure, con pendenze aspre che&amp;nbsp;mi ha messo un pò in difficoltà, visto il momento di stagione e il scarso allenamento.
E proprio per il corretto allenamento non è stata una furbata, visto che non ho ancora lavorato adeguatamente sul fondo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Qualità, questo chiedo a questo 2012 ciclistico. Totalmente differente dal 2011 e in un certo senso anche dagli anni agonistici precedenti.&lt;br /&gt;
Sarà diverso anche il mio approccio&amp;nbsp;di "fare" bici&amp;nbsp;nei tempi e modi, proverò a misurarmi nelle gare in salita, poco impegnative da tutti i punti di vista, lontano dallo stress delle Granfondo e degli "obblighi" imposti dai circuiti, ma soprattutto&amp;nbsp;sul terreno che amo di più, in assoluto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Questo 2012 l'ho già denominato l'anno dell'Amstel. Per me un evento unico, che da solo "riempe" una stagione intera. &amp;nbsp; Ma potrebbe non finire qui. Per ora non mi sbilancio, ma ne sto studiando una delle mie..&lt;br /&gt;

Con l'uscita odierna in Brianza si chiude un anno ciclistico Prestigioso a due faccie: sei mesi, molto intensi senza respiro, sei di totale relax fisico e menale.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
E sono proprio i primi sei mesi intensi a segnare indelebilmente questo anno agonistico:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Secondo posto di Categoria alla Vencçise nel percorso lungo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- La conquista del più ambito Tricolore Ciclistico Amatoriale: il Prestigio nell' "Anno delle Cime del Tour".&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Una Coppa Lombardia da All Finisher condita da un onorevole 12° posto di categoria.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Non si può chiedere di più, si può solo ringraziare... GRAZIE!!!!&lt;br /&gt;

In questo lungo periodo di riflessione, l'unica cosa che non è mai messa stata in discussione era proprio la squadra. Ma visto che gli anni precedenti&amp;nbsp;a fine stagione&amp;nbsp;ho sempre cambiato maglia , mi sembra giusto evidenziare questa "novità": anche nel 2012 pedalerò con i colori del Cassinis Cycling Team!&lt;/div&gt;

La prova schiacciante è che in questi ultimi mesi, insieme al mio compagno di Team Donato, abbiamo completamente rifatto il sito&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://www.cassiniscycling.it/" target="_blank"&gt;cassiniscycling.it&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;che è "messo" online pochi giorni fa.&lt;/div&gt;

Impossibile resistere al fascino Romagnolo, al "primo" sole, alla campagna&amp;nbsp;sperduta, ai mitici colli, al sano mix &amp;nbsp;sportivo che unisce agonismo e cicloturismo, alla piadina e alla birra fresca che si assapora all'arrivo...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Non si può rinunciare a tutto questo.&lt;br /&gt;

Confermata la Griglia Rossa, da verificare lo stato di forma con il quale arriverò all'appuntamento.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px;"&gt;Con le premiazioni della coppa Lombardia si è di fatto chiusa la stagione agonistica 2011, e non solo.&lt;br /&gt;A differenza dello scorso anno, alle premiazioni ci sono andato da "semplice" All Finisher e per festeggiare le nostre compagne di squadra, che invece si sono piazzate nelle varie categorie.&lt;br /&gt;E' stata anche presentato il circuito del 2012, ma nonostante le belle novità previste non vi &amp;nbsp;prendero parte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px;"&gt;A dirla tutta non prenderò parte ad alcun circutio.&amp;nbsp;Molte cose stanno cambiando, e anche il mio approccio alla bici.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px;"&gt;Al momento l'idea è quella di tornare "libero" e di partecipare a singole gare o eventi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;C'è aria di rinnovamento, voglia di esperienze nuove, e in questo il Cassinis mi sta aiutando.&lt;br /&gt;Proprio in questi giorni stiamo definendo un calendario 2012 veramente alternativo, e interessante.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stay connection!!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

La soffiata mi è arrivata da un mio amico, e ovviamente non me lo sono fatto ripetere due volte!&lt;/div&gt;

Conoscevo già questa salita, ma non l'avevo mai affrontata, in quanto il manto stradale era veramente pessimo.&lt;/div&gt;

La salita è veramente dura, come si può facilmente intuire dall'altimetria allegata. Però una volta usciti dal bosco, la fatica viene ripagata con una vista stupenda che, in caso di giornata limpida, spazia dai monti lecchesi (resegone su tutti), fino a estendersi verso il Monterosa, e addirittua, a sud, si possono vedere le prime montagne appenniniche del pavese.&lt;/div&gt;

Sabato si corre la corsa e insieme ad una buona compagine del Cassinis Cycling andremo sul percorso a vedere i prof soffire sulle dure rampe della Valcava, e del Ghisallo...&lt;br /&gt;

E quest'anno, più che mai, vengono affrontate salite che conosco molto molte bene...&lt;br /&gt;

Anche questa è una festa della bici, la festa della bici d'epoca. Di Bici che hanno fatto la storia del ciclismo.&lt;br /&gt;
Gaiole è invasa di ciclisti provenienti da tutto il mondo, accompagnati da specialissime storiche. Alcune sono veramente speciali, pezzi da museo, curate in ogni dettaglio, e pronte a sfrecciare sulle strade bianche.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
La mia eroica inizia così per curiosità. La stessa curiosità che mi sta facendo avvicinare a questo mondo apparentemente lontano. E purtroppo l'avvicinamento non è stato indolore.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Partiamo in 11, comodamente alle 7.30 da Gaiole per il percorso da 135km. Fa strano pedalare su queste bici, con questi inusuali attacchi, abbigliamento, senza computerino, e senza punti di riferimento precisi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
ll primo tratto in sterrato, dopo 10km, è in salita seguito da una difficile discesa, che serve a prendere le misure, a capire che è meglio stare attenti, e procedere con calma. Per i successivi 60km i tratti asfaltati e sterrati si alternano velocemente, quasi non ci si fa più caso. La compagnia è ottima, i paesaggi che si susseguono sono spettacolari, la giornata è calda, insomma una vera goduria. Ma non dura molto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dopo 70km, inizia l'11° settore bianco, che sarà fatale alla "mia" bianchi e non solo. Il terreno è parecchio scomposto, come se fosse stato pressato da un carro armato, il manubrio si spezza, e dichiara la fine della passeggiata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
La mia avventura eroica, proseguirà in altre sedi, in modalità differenti, rispetto ai miei compagni di viaggio che invece riusciranno a terminare il percorso, che si narra da quel momento diventare decisamente impegnativo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fortunatamente il mio tonfo non ha avuto gravi conseguenze, niente di rotto, solo qualche botta ed escoriazioni.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Non mi resta che ringraziare i miei compagni che mi hanno assistito subito dopo, chi mi è rimasto accanto durante gli accertamenti, e il gruppo che mi ha accolto la sera al Poggio.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nonostante la disavventura, i ricordi sono piacevoli e la voglia di tornare c'è, per terminare questa opera incompiuta.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white; font-family: inherit;"&gt;Andare sul Mont Ventoux non è mai banale. Qualsiasi cosa succeda, è sempre una giornata speciale, che si ricorderà per sempre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white; font-family: inherit;"&gt;Me lo ricordavo bellissimo, con la sua cima bianca e sassosa, che faceva da contrasto al cielo blu. Allora era una bellissima giornata di sole e calda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Lunedì, partiamo da Marsiglia con il sole (appunto), e sembra essere una giornata di buon auspicio, ideale per affrontare questo mito del ciclismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Ma avvicinandoci a Malaucene mi rendo conto che non sarà così. Il Mont Ventoux, e la sua mistica cima non si vedono, è ricoperto da dense nubi. Altro particolare non indifferente, c'è già un vento interessante in valle, fa freschino, e nulla fa pensare in positivo, purtroppo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Decidiamo comunque di provare a raggiungere la cima, dopo il breve trasferimento/riscaldamento in bici a Bedoin, siamo in cinque.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Già, sulle prime rampe una nostra compagna, complice una tendinite alla mano, decide di non rischiare. Con il suo ragazzo decide di ritornare alle auto, ed a me viene l'illuminazione di lasciargli anche quelle della mia, in qunato hanno intenzione di venirci incontro sulla cima. Sarà la nostra salvezza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Restiamo in tre, e l'ascesa continua tranquillamente fino al Chalet Reeynard, ovvero fino a quando non sparisce la vegetazione, e dovrebbe apparire la cima sassosa. Ma siamo in mezzo alle nuvole (quelle che si potevano osservare dal basso), niente paesaggio, niente ambientazione lunare. Solo vento,&amp;nbsp;il micidiale mistral di cui avevo spesso sentito parlare, inizia a farsi sentire. Di tanto in tanto, ci spara addosso una bella raffica, come a volerci dire, "ma dove pensate di andare voi altri?". E la temperatura cala drasticamente.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Più ci avviciniamo alla vetta, più le raffiche aumentano di numero, forza ed intensità, e la temperatura arriva allo 0 per poi scendere a -2!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;A un chilometro e mezzo dalla vetta, decidiamo di salire in auto, che nel frattempo ci hanno raggiunto.&amp;nbsp;A tener duro probabilmente si sarebbe arrivati anche in cima. A tener duro si poteva pensare di fare gli "eroi". A tener duro si finiva dritti "all'inferno".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Ma che senso avrebbe avuto poi?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Sono sereno della scelta fatta, scollinando in auto, ho visto ciclisti procedere a piedi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Mi spiace solo per chi era con me, che lo affrontava per la prima volta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Ma ci ritorneremo di certo, e sicuramente sarà una fantastica giornata di sole!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Dopo un breve trasferimento, l&lt;/span&gt;a partenza,&amp;nbsp;è in salita dove si affrontava subito il &lt;b&gt;Col de Gineste&lt;/b&gt;. Una salita facile, che ha il merito di sgranare il gruppo, togliendo le note pericolosità iniziali che spesso caratterizzano le nostre GF. Bello vedere il mare e Marsiglia in lontananza. Sarà ancor più bello rivederlo al ritorno quando si scenderà in picchiata verso l’arrivo (si passerà ancora di qua in senso inverso).&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Dopo un altra breve salita ed un tratto intermedio vallonato, si affronta la salita principale di giornata: &lt;b&gt;le Col de l'Espigoulier&lt;/b&gt;. Come tutte le altre salite, non è difficile, è molto regolare, e offre dei bei panorami. Qui salgo di buon ritmo anche cercando di tenere le ruote di alcuni, che mi potrebbero tornare utili successivamente.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Allo scollinamento, faccio un errore grave: lascio qualche metro di troppo (anche pensando che la successiva discesa fosse più lunga), e quando mi ritrovo all’inizio di un lungo ed estenuante tratto vallonato, spesso controvento, resto solo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Non riesco a chiudere subito il buco e allo stesso tempo decido di proseguire da solo, e in questi 20km spendo energie preziose.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;Energie che tornerebbero molto utili, nella seconda ascesa verso l’Espigoulier, dal versante più irregolare e aspra riseptto la precedente. Energie ancor più importanti per affrontare al meglio gli ultimi 40km (sempre) vallonati e controvento (tanto per cambiare!).&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Termino la gara in 5h 40’, al 94° posto. Probabilmente evitando l’errore da “pivello” sarei riuscito a stare sotto le 5h 30. Ma poco sarebbe cambiato in termini di classfica.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Domenica&lt;/u&gt; la Cyclosportive (che in francia equivalgono alle nostre Gf) &lt;b&gt;Les Bosses du 13&lt;/b&gt;, che&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;parte del circuito più prestigoso del ciclismo amatoriale francese "&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Label d'or&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;"&lt;/span&gt;: da onorare! Sono bastate un paio di uscite, e un minimo di attenzione al cibo per perdere qualche chili di troppo. Mi auguro quindi di riuscire a fare una buona prestazione, ci tengo per me, ma soprattutto per la squadra, anche in considerazione del fatto che probabilmente è l’ultimo atto agonistico di questo 2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Nonstante un weekend pieno di impegni personali, che prevedevano un altro a km 0, la voglia di bici ad un certo punto ha avuto il sopravvento. Era da tempo che non sentivo sensazione, ed è stato un vero piacere riuscire ad assecondarla, anche se solo per un paio d’ore.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Ma non è stato un girò così banale. Partito da Tremezzo, mi sono sparato una sessantina di chilometri con più di 1500mt di dislvello. Una salita dietro l’altra, tutto conentrato in due ore mezzo di bici.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;La forma non è un granchè, è normale dopo due mesi di cazzeggio totale. Ciò non mi ha impedito di spianare il Passo della Cava, dal versante nobile, quello di Porlezza.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Di questa salita ne ho già parlato in passato, è tosta, soprattutto se affrontata in condizioni deficitare. Però la testa ha reagito, gambe e cuore hanno tenuto. Tempo alto, ma ho vinto ancora io. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Prima avevo “scaldato il motore” sulla salita di Croce (da Menaggio) e dopo la Cava, mi sono sciroppato la breve ascesa a Naggio da Carlazzo per poi rientrare a casa.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Non è stato un girone, me ne rendo conto, però mi ha dato il giusto entusiasmo, in vista dell’ultima granfondo della stagione di domenica.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Difficile che ci torni in futuro: troppo brutte le strade; non sono solito a lamentarmi per questo, ma già sono pessime in condizioni normali, figurati con la pioggia battente (ieri, ho ringraziato gli organizzatori, che per la sicurezza ci hanno dirottato sul medio, evitandonci il martirio della discesa del Santa Barbara).&lt;/div&gt;

Peccato perchè l'organizzazione è molto efficente, ma troppe i pericoli e le cadute che ho visto in due anni. Per fortuna ieri ero fuori dalla corsa vera.&lt;/div&gt;

Ho solo provato a fare la cronoscalata del Cerro: coperti i 10km in 32:04. Pensavo peggio, tra lo scarso allenamento, qualche chiletto di troppo (che in salita non fanno bene) e il salto di catena dopo lo strappo al 10% (mi sono dovuto fermare!).&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;E’ la cima più alta della catena delle Alpi Giulie, infatti siamo nella Slovenia del nord, sul confine tra l’Italia e l’Austria. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Tecnicamente la salita, inizia a &lt;a href="http://maps.google.it/maps?q=Log+Pod+Mangartom&amp;amp;hl=it&amp;amp;ll=46.393358,13.570004&amp;amp;spn=0.085363,0.198269&amp;amp;sll=46.328321,13.568716&amp;amp;sspn=0.042732,0.099134&amp;amp;vpsrc=6&amp;amp;z=13"&gt;Lod Pod Mangatom&lt;/a&gt; (ma già da Bovec si inizia a salire), misura 21km per quasi 1500mt di dislivello, si arriva a quota 2084, ed è impegnativa con punti sopra al 10%. E’ a fondo cieco, che per una qualsiasi salita è un grosso limite, ma non per questa, grazie anche ad un anello terminale posto sulla cima.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Ma non sono i dati tecnici a renderla particolare. E’ l’ambientazione che la circonda e i panorami mozzafiato. Sembra di salire verso il cielo. La strada è stretta, d’altri tempi, in alcuni tratti è scavata nella roccia e a picco sul nulla. Ci sono anche cinque gallerie scavate nella montagna, che non fanno altro che aumentare il fascino dell’impresa.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Non è una salita per tutti,  bisogna avere la pazienza di gustarla e di scoprirla, tornante dopo tornante,  curva dopo curva.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Verso nord, lasciando la strada e la bici per salire a piedi pochi metri, si viene ricompensati da un panorama mozzafiato sui laghi di Fusine e altre grandi montagne all’orizzonte.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Volendo si può effettuare un anello circolare (che non ho fatto), che attraversa tre paesi Europei: Italia, Austria, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Slovenia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;. A 11km dalla vetta, c’è il bivio verso il Passo Predil, dove ancora si trova la vecchia dogana tra Italia e Slovenia, da cui si può scendere dapprima verso il Lago del Predil (molto bello) e successivamente verso Tarvisio (ITA) quindi,  Amoldstein (AU),  Radendorf (AU),  &lt;a href="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-FRguaDhyMGs/TluIt4GfZpI/AAAAAAAAEVI/EtkC2CemV7c/s800/WuznerPass%252520da%252520Riegendorf.gif" target="_blank"&gt;Vuzner Pass&lt;/a&gt; (AU),  Kranijska Gora (SLO) e &lt;a href="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-Q_5l_Rkn4qs/TluItcTJwCI/AAAAAAAAEVM/htf-RLulMKI/s720/Vrsic%252520da%252520Kranijska%252520Gora.gif" target="_blank"&gt;Vrsic Pass&lt;/a&gt; (SLO) (anche se la stessa fonte dice che il versante più bello è quello da &lt;a href="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-3iz6u4Lm9tk/TluItnyNw8I/AAAAAAAAEVA/aoE6supb5CA/s720/Vrsic%252520da%252520Trenta.gif" target="_blank"&gt;Bovec&lt;/a&gt;) e tornare a Bovec, per un totale di 130km e circac 5000mt dislivello. L’idea è di evitare i classici, Penice, Brallo e Carmine, e di salire verso Pey (meta segnalatami tempo fa dal mio amico Andrea, che ringrazio per la dritta!). Non c’è tempo per documentarsi ulteriormente, si parte subito per Varzi!&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;La salita è lunga 16km per 900mt di dislivello, irregolare, con alcuni punti in doppia cifra. Il traffico è inesistente, l’ambientazione selvaggia. Il mio silenzio non è stato casuale. Avevo bisogno di staccare, di ricaricare le pile, di ritrovare il giusto entusiasmo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Storicamente il mese di luglio è sempre stato molto attivo, giri lunghi, salie, valichi e passi inanellati uno dietro l’altro. Ma quest’anno ci sono arrivato troppo stanco, sopratutto di testa, e ho dovuto staccare.&lt;br /&gt;
E sabato, finalmente, abbiamo messo insieme, un bel giro, non tanto da un punto di vista panoramico, ma da un punto di vista tecnico.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Partiti da Pusiano, abbiamo scalato in successione,&lt;a href="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-iZZhJJKYBuA/Tj_RYwNOXoI/AAAAAAAAERc/OP5O6UVlzOw/s800/vicer%2525C3%2525A8.gif"&gt; Alpe Vicerè&lt;/a&gt;, Civiglio, &lt;a href="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-OzXfBZBpiQU/Tj_RYl0guBI/AAAAAAAAERU/47EXXe74kRU/s800/Bruante.gif"&gt;Brunate &lt;/a&gt;(da bv Civiglio) e&lt;a href="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-DZj1fnGjc78/Tj_R1uKP9cI/AAAAAAAAER8/Kpd84Uw5S2E/s800/sorman.gif"&gt; La Colma di Sormano da Nesso&lt;/a&gt;. Per un totale di 108km e 2680 mt dislivello.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sulla Vicerè ho provato il tempo, giusto per vedere come ero messo: direi maluccio, tanta fatica e due minuti e mezzo in più rispetto al mio best time. In pratica al momento mi mancano quasi 200mt di VAM. Anche sulla Nesso, dove sono salito regolare, ho riscontrato lo stesso gap.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nonostante ciò sono soddisfatto del giro, era troppo tempo che non pedalavo in un certo modo, e non ho di certo pretese. Anche il meteo ci ha dato una mano, nonostante nuvoloni minacciosi che si aggiravano sopra le nostre teste, ci hanno risparmiato.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
La rincorsa alla decima piazza di categoria non è andata a buon fine. Finisco dodicesimo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
È sicuramente un buon risultato, ma non faccio i salti di gioia: è un altro obiettivo di stagione che mi sfugge di "poco".&lt;br /&gt;
Sono comunque sereno, più di così quest'anno non era possibile fare. E poi non si può sempre "vincere", le sconfitte fanno parte del gioco, e da esse si può imparare, correggere e ripartire. Con questo non voglio dire che l'anno prossimo riparteciperò alla Coppa Lombardia, ma mi auguro in futuro di avere un'altra occasione per poterla fare come si deve.&lt;br /&gt;
Il bilancio dopo due partecipazioni lo reputo comunque positivo, posso dire che oltre a faticare, mi sono anche divertito, e confrontato con me stesso e gli altri. Sano Agonismo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sarò comunque presente alla cena di metà ottobre, per festeggiare i miei compagni, ed altri amici, che si sono piazzati.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

A meno di sette giorni di distanza dalla Giordana, cercavo un'altra bella prestazione, anche se temevo che la condizione potesse non essere ottimale.&lt;br /&gt;
Buon tempo finale, ma si poteva fare molto, molto meglio.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
La Marmotte non ha bisogno di presentazioni: 175km e più di 5mila metri di dislivello. In menù ci sono Col du Glandon, Col du Télégraphe, Col du Galibier ed infine il gran ballo finale sull'Alpe Huez. Fanno paura da soli, figurariamoci scalarli tutti insieme, uno dopo l'altro.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
La gara è subito condizionata in negativo dal freddo preso scendendo dall'Alpe Huez la mattina (c'erano meno di dieci gradi): avrò continui fastidi (per fortuna solo fastidi) intestinali.&lt;br /&gt;
Alle ore 8.00 Pronti e Via: si fa per dire, il ritmo non è di certo quello a cui sono abituato.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Volevo stare con il mio compagno Alberto. Iniziamo insieme, resto imbottigliato all'attacco del Glandon, lo rivedrò solo al Pasta Party. Quindi ll Glandon lo scalo al mio ritmo, insieme a Marco (Berghem Bike). Poi in cima ci perdiamo per la gran confusione. Ribadisco, nulla a che vedere le Gare di Coppa Lombardia: spirito e numeri totalmente diversi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
La Discesa del Glandon, la faccio col freno a mano tirato: non fa classifica e c'è troppa confusione per rischiare.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sul Télégraphe stesso discorso del Glandon: ritmo regolare senza esagerare, è ancora lunga.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A Valloire si inzia a fare sul serio, penso io. Ma mi sbaglio. Il cuore non ne vuol sapere di salire e i fastidi si intensificano un pò. Rien a Fair, si va come si può.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quindi l'infinito discesone prima verso Lautaret e poi verso Bourge d'Oisans, in compagnia di un notevole vento contrario. Ai piedi dell'Alpe mi sento abbastanza "fresco" (si fa per dire).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Qui provo a fare sul serio e a salire bello deciso. E ci riesco, nonostante tutto, per 8 dei circa 13 km previsti.&lt;br /&gt;
Poi ai meno 5 si spegne la luce, definitivamente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Termino la prova in 8h 04 (7h 27 di classifica), stanchissimo ed emozionato.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Come detto all'inizio sono prove che è già un'impresa esserci, viverle e terminarle.&lt;br /&gt;
Quindi ottima conclusione di stagione, o quasi, visto che anche il Prestigio 2011 è in tasca.&lt;br /&gt;
