do you know what is the pavlova about...hahahha...ramai gila tanya kat aku macam mana nak buat...yang ada lak tu sibuk nak rasa pavlova yang aku buat..huhuhu...sorry lah sebab tak dapat memenuhi permintaan korang....insyaAllah bila aku ada masa...aku buat untuk korang yek..

lagipun benda ni cepat habis lah bila aku buat...mana taknya...adik2 aku menghabiskannya....dah ah kuning telur tak pakai...kalau buang...sayang pulak...lebih2 lagi mak aku...bising pasal kuning telur tu..."ni nak buat apa ngan kuning telur, takkan hari2 nak makan telur dadar kuning je, dah ah banyak kolesterol"...huhuhuhuhu....sebenarnya banyak ko boleh buat dengan kuning telur tu..macam buat sos kastard, tiramisu dan lain2 lagi...cuma bahan2 nak buatnya je mahal...contohnya macam tiramisu...mana taknya....mascopone cheese....satu je dah RM20 lebih....belum lagi ladyfinger biscuit....pergh...mahal beb....

ok lah...sekarang balik semula cara macam mana nak buat pavlova ni...bawah adalah bahan2 dan juga cara hendak membuatnya...

bahan2:

4 telur putih (tak boleh campur ngan air, kuning telur atau bahan asing..walaupun sedikit)
satu cawan gula caster
2 sudu teh cuka putih
satu sudu teh vanilla essence
dua sudu besar tepung jagung yang telah diayak
1/4 sudu teh garam

cara2 membuatnya:

pertama sekali, panaskan oven 150 darajah celcius....
korang kacau telur putih tu sampai berbuih, kembang, dan gebu
kemudian, masukkan gula caster sedikit demi sedikit...kalau boleh satu sudu besar masuk..kacau
kacau telur putih dan gula tersebut sampai gebu dan makin susah nak kacau...kalau kacau guna tangan lah
pastikan kacauan tu...bila diterbalikkan adunan...ia tak jatuh....kalau tak juga...kacau sampai berjaya...
kemudia, masukkan tepung jagung satu demi satu
masukkan cuka, garam dan vanilla essence...pastu kacau
kacau adunan ni sampai bila korang rasa ambil cebisan adunan...rasa licin di jari tanpa rasa kasar gula
letakkan adunan keatas tin leper dibalut dengan baking pape
bentuklah adunan ikut cita rasa korang...nak bulat ke...petak ke
pastu masuk dalam oven dan turunkan suhu oven yang telah diapanskan kepada 130 darjah celcius dan masakkannya selama 2 jam...
untuk topping korang boleh lah letak chocolate chip, aiskrim ataupun buah-buahan dengan whipping cream selepas pavlova in disejukkan

mini pavlova...masak hanya dalam masa 1 jam 30 minit.....

vanilla fudge

today just want to share vanilla fudge recipe...it's very sweet and taste like caramel...well it depends on what flavour you put...this one is very simple and you just need 15 mins only to finis it but you have to wait about a night to make it cool in a fridge...below are the ingredients and the instruction how to make it...to my friends who are at 6th college...please wait me because i want you all taste my vanilla fudge....

ingredients:

1) 2 cup of caster sugar

2) i tin of condensed milk

3) 1/2 cup of planta or butter

4) 1/2 cup of whole milk

5) 2 teaspoon of vanilla essence

instruction:

1) put all the ingredients above into a pan

2) in low medium heat, mix and stir all the ingredients until they are all dissolved

3) then, increase heat and stir it for about 15 mins

4) heat it until the mixture looked like below after put it in a cold water

5) now turn off the heat an stir it until it cold

6) stir until it looked like below

7) pour the fudge into a tin or a tupperware and chill it in fridge for a night...

tadaaaaaaaa.....

just want to share the tallest building in makkah...for me...the saudi arabia should not do this because it can effect our focus during praying facing to kaa'bah....furthermore, it also shows the different status among the muslim because as you know this tallest building actually is a hotel with 5 or more stars that price can reach to hundred thousand dirham per room..they should not making this kasta shows obviously in there....yes, it's a problem because there will be a negative perception among others...the ulama' there already concerned about this but the king still wants to build it...our prophet Muhammad already said that in his hadis (i don't know the full sentence but i know it roughly) that the kaabah will become small and small in the future due to highrise building...i cannot deny that the building is very beautiful...

just want to say...yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh...because today is the end of the 2011...wow...i become older...now 22...and next year is the final year for my course as a medical student...it's scary guys....just one year before get a title doctor....huhuhuhu... unbelievable...

well...today i just made chocolate fudge cake...Alhamdulillah...it was success.....below are the pics of the cake that i made...heheheh

do you know how to do it???i know everyone has their own recipe...my own recipe also different..not much different ah...just add a little bit to make it more delicious....below are the ingredients that i use....

for cake:
1) 1 cup of butter, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of wheat flour
2) 3/4 cup of cocoa
3) 2 teaspoon of baking powder
4) 3 eggs
5) 2 teaspoon of syrup or honey
6) 5 tablespoon of milk

for topping
1) 6 tablespoon of planta
2) chocolate cooking
3) 6 tablespoon of sugar...depend on your taste
4) 1 cup of milk

ok...now you have to follow my instruction below..heheh
1) mix butter and sugar until fluffy and light
2) then, add an egg one by one until the mixture look well
3) sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa and fold it with the mixture of butter
4) put honey and then mix with milk
5) lastly, place it in a tin which have been greased and lined with baking paper
6) bake at 180 degree for 30-35 mins...better 30 mins
7) for topping...u just add all in a small heat

that's all...hopefully you all can follow the instruction very well...ok bye and happy new year!!!!!!!!!!

well for me...overall the movie is good especially the scene, very nice place, the story and the actress..hehehe... but there is something that i don't like with the movie...especially at the part maya karin and aaron aziz....really hate it...that scene should not be showed to audience especially at Malaysia where Muslim is the majority..do they know about dignity and sin????..it's very sensitive....

i don't know why the director who also a Muslim did it...is it they think our movie should be same like hollywood...oh please...they are all prostitue for me....

ok stop about the movie...but there are still some message that we can take...i hope it doesn't affect to teenager who also watch this film....

I would like to say thank you very much to all viewers who are still attach with my gloomy boring page because no news updated since last 2 months…I’m really appreciate that especially with your feedback and also to those who are still not tired promoting their blog in my shoutbox…anyway…it’s good for us especially in sharing some useful knowledge…oppss…sorry….too politic I’m here today…

Well anyway…I’m here just want to share what I’d experienced today so far…start in the morning….i’m still not sleeping since yesterday because I consumed 4 packets of coffee…how bad it is…now feel palpitation, muscleache, tiredness, nausea and increase bowel motility….huhuhuhu…how terrible it is…all are due to my case summary..shame on you….Whatever it is, my case summary is finished…I don’t want to recheck it and i’m so lazy to do it…I know that there are still some typo error…I just leave it….hahaha…bagus tak…don’t do that ok….hurmmm….

That’s all about my case summary….in gyne clinic…I’m so lucky because I got 2 patient diagnosed with PCOS or known as polycystic ovarian syndrome and another one at the ward (with two of them are obese)….it is very hard find this patient in ward except in gyne specialist clinic…after I clerked them, I’m very empathy with them because they have to face this problem…do you know what is it???well basically PCOS is just a syndrome that comprising combination of the three finding in clinically which is irregual menses, biochemically which is hyperandrogenism (means that they have high testosterone in female body causing them to develop hirsutism which is an abnormal hair growth in female body like male characteristic such as mustache, voice changes, and others that you know when a man get puberty) and also imaging like multiple cysts in the ovary after ultrasound done…I know they hide their feeling especially to those who have to shave everyday to prevent excessive hair growth that may embarrassing them as a female….

Furthermore, they are also infertility which means they don’t have any children in their life after married a long year…it’s very sad right….when I heard their story…I saw their eyes hoping for treatment for that…as today full with technology and innovation, there are many ways to treat it…don’t to worry…with the present of doctor that borrow a little knowledge form ALLAH…insyaALLAH they can help you….

A lot of knowledge I learned so far today…I hope it permanently stick in my brain so that I can apply it in the future…..tomorrow i've another challenge to face whis is an exam for PCM...hopefully i can do it very well amin....however, i'm still not read anything about PCM....habis lah...
