Individuals can earn money from home trading forex online however; there are several factors to consider. In America, there are a lot of people that want to make money from home and are interested in trading online currency or online forex trading, (which are the same.)

Adam Burgoyne has released his 5EMA Forex System to the public. The system is a combination of automated and manual trading.

Automated trading has become a phenomenon among the Internet marketing community due to the large increase of those wanting to earn money from home. Automation is good for allowing a new trader to purchase a system, sign up with a trade platform and receive a demo account, which is very easy to get. The automated system would then be plugged in and turned on and begin making "trades" based on the perimeters of the system. Most professional traders call these systems "black box" trading.

The 5EMA system is an automated system however, the beauty of what Mr. Burgoyne has done is, allow the user to change the settings to fit their own style and personality, by revealing exactly what the components of the system are and how they work. This is beneficial because a new trader would both learn how to trade and what to look for in the trades.

Mr. Burgoyne has included step by step procedures, in addition, a new trader can begin with as little as $1,000.00 with his system.

Manual trading is the "old" form of trading. In the manual trading process the trader would use technical indicators along with charting software to attempt to determine which direction the market may go in the future. This process takes years to master and constant monitoring of the market to ensure success. Manual trading takes a lot of trial and error to get to a successful place in which a trader would make money.

Mr. Burgoyne has, in essence, cut years off the learning process with his combination of automation and manual trading. It is recommended for anyone wanting to begin trading from home to establish a demo account, purchase his system and begin paper trading until completely comfortable with both the trade platform and trading system.

· A new trader can start with a few hundred dollars. One BIG thing to consider is the leverage the FOREX gives you. A $300 account will enable you to control $60,000.00 worth of currency. That alone should peak your interest.

· Successful Forex traders live a life style most people only dream about.

The foreign exchange averages 3.2 trillion dollars a day, which is more than stocks and commodities, combined. In addition, stocks have some pitfalls that are not present with online currency trading, such as insider trading or executives that “cook” the books.

Education is the key and the great thing is most of it is free to learn.

There are a few things you can do to start, first google “forex” and you will see a lot of places that allow you to set up a free demo account. Next learn what technical analysis is and how to use it to your advantage.

There are many forex trading systems out there that you can use to make money today. However, when you are first learning currency trading, it is best to learn the basics. Like any pro the basics are what you start with and what you return to in your whole career. One reason a lot of people get into trading forex online is the ease of getting set up and the amount of money to be made from home. Below is the times the major markets are open for trading. Use these to your advantage. Yes the Forex trading is ongoing 24 hours a day however that does not mean that you should try to trade 24 hours a day.

Asia 0:00 - 08:00

Europe 08:00 - 17:00

America 13:00 - 22:00

Oceania 20:00 - 04:00

The overlapping times are really volatile. So be aware of key trading times.

So now your ready! You have a little education about pips and spreads. IF not go here (www.babypips.com) they have a great "school". On the right hand side of my blog you can sign up for a free e-course that will give you a great basis for how to set up your indicators and how to use the to make profitable trades. BUT I am getting ahead of myself. Lets talk about DEMO accounts. They are your friend because you get to practice your trading with a real platform and real data to see if the methods your using are going to work in real life. Do a simple search for Forex and you will find a lot of companies that will give you a free demo account. My personal preference is http://www.vtsystems.com/en/ I have used several programs but theirs seems the easiest for me to use. In future communications I will tell you how I have my indicators set up. So for now happy trading and we will see you tomorrow.

When are the best times to trade forex?

"I have 2 totally different subjects I want to talk about today. The first relates to the question, "When are the best times to trade forex?" Now I can tell you that I used to trade whenever I felt like it. "I'm bored, let me trade during the Asian session. I'm bored, I want to trade in the afternoon, 3 pm EST." As an absolute beginner, you're told that Forex is a 24 hour market. YES, that may be true but a lot of you that have been doing this for a while know that just because it's a 24 hour market doesn't mean you actually should place a trade at any time around the clock. A lot of what I'm talking about relates to the shorter time frames and also if you want the best entry on longer term charts. Most of the time, if you trade outside of the European and US sessions (2 a.m. EST - 11 p.m. EST) your chances of getting stopped out definately increase from my experience. Of course you have a great chance of getting stopped out during the 2-11 time frame but you also have a greater chance of hitting your target. I've found the Asian session almost untradeable. There is absolutely no volatility or direction and the time it takes to watch the market isn't worth what you may get out of it. CORRECT ME if I'm wrong but if any of you have found a successful way of trading the Asian session, let me know. You could stick to higher volatility pairs like the GBP/JPY but with a 9-11 point spread, your already in the hole if you place smaller stop losses. After 11:30 a.m., there are times when you can catch some volatility but I generally exit my positions around lunchtime because a lot of the time you just get consolidation.

The second thing I want to talk about are my entry mistakes.

I think it is important to mention the numerous times that I have been burned when I've entered a position a bit too early. Generally I have 2 rules when channel trading during higher volatility sessions especially when I'm trading the 15 minute charts:

Entering before the candle closes is a big NO-NO unless #2
Allow the price to push at least 10 pips past your channel line"

Welcome FOREX trading, in my opinion, is the greatest opportunity for anybody to take advantage of in todays market. But beware, forex trading is not easy and anyone thinking of trading should focus on learning HOW to trade. We are not offering professional advice here, we are looking for all levels of experience from people to post here and make contributions. For the very new person we highly recommend checking out this site http://www.babypips.com there is a "school" there that is free of charge and will teach you the basics you need to know to begin trading.
