something isnt right with this Holly Bobo case, something very very wrong is going on in that town, has anyone else heard about the girl who vanished from there in 1999?? Kristie baugus moon, THAT TOWN DID NOTHING TO HELP FIND HER JUST AS THEY ARE DOING WITH HOLLY no story is the same and all they wanna do is sit around and pray? have fund raisers? no pleas to the public no demanding from the family, jus shady things over there in Tennessee.

When i look online for this girl i cant pull anything of importance up, but i read that the town itself just all keep their mouth closed. I read that there wasnt much of search effort done and that it was rumored the girl was fed to pigs?!?!? What is the law enforcement over there doing??? Why cant one person get a story right? Was holly dragged? was she led? was she bleeding? Did she seem to go willingly or not? what the hell? the dogs can hit on her scent in the woods???? her trail just stops? WHERE IS HOLLY BOBO AND KRISTIE MOON??????????

Took this from my other blog that I write about my hometown Staten Island. I started a Staten Island Lady blog pretty much because of this story, its the first post I ever did in my blogging career. I am not a professional and of course some of my writing could be better, I tend to get my thoughts jumbled up get ahead of myself, but here it is. I changed the title, in the other blog its called Cropsey: The Staten Island Boggie Man. I am only 23 years old, so i wasn't aware of this story growing up on Staten Island. I have heard about just about every other story this island has to offer, I mean this is said to be the most haunted borough. We have Richmond Town, Sea View, The Farm Colony... I could keep going.. and I will get to these stories sooner or later, but what got me was the story of cropsey. I was flicking through the channels and came across a commercial about a documentary that's to be aired on ID, Investigation Discovery. I figured if they were making a whole documentary about this then it may be worth exploring. So I googled it, of course. And so here is what i came across.

It was the 1980's, at the time, the island was much less populated then it currently is. It was a very family oriented place with more wooded areas then the other 4 boroughs. There was an urban legend called cropsey about an escaped mental patient ( no surprise there) that lived in the woods and would pray on little kids. This was mostly passed along by kids trying to scare each other or parents trying to keep their children close by and keep them from wandering out of the neighborhood. But in the 80's an urban legend took on its own real life antics when children around the island started going missing. Enter Andre Rand, who worked as an orderly in the Willowbrook State School in the 1960's. As it turns out he actually lived on the grounds after the closing of the Willowbrook school at various make shift camp sites he set up in abandoned buildings and also in the under ground tunnels that ran under the institution.

The 1st girl to grab attention but not the 1st to go missing, and the only one who's body was recovered was 12 year old Westerleigh girl Jennifer Schweiger, who had down syndrome. She disappeared on July 9th 1987 and was found later in August of that same year. She was found in a shallow grave near the abandoned building. Andre Rand was the last person to be seen with her alive for whatever reason a 42 year old homeless guy is the only one with a 12 year old not to mention a young girl with down syndrome is beyond me. It took over 30 days of searching and combing the island to find this girl. He was arrested but only convicted of kidnapping, not for murder and is currently serving 25 years to life. But if you thought it ended there it doesn't. In 2004 Andre took the stand again facing charges on kidnapping and murder charges in the case of 7 year old Holly Ann Hughes who went missing in 1981, before Jennifer was taken. She was playing with her friends near a local Port Richmond deli. A witness saw a green Volkswagen shadowing her. Witness Elsie Caban, says she saw this car about 6 times over a 2 hour span moving closer to Holly and her friends. "The Volkswagen moved next to the tracks on Park Ave.," Caban said, recalling how she had previously seen the car up the street.

"Now, the car was on the other side of the street with the children around down by the trestle." Caban said she first saw the car parked outside her Park Ave. home in Port Richmond and across the street from where her children were playing with Holly Ann outside the child's home. A short while later, as Caban walked to a deli to buy soap, she saw the car parked near the railroad tracks. Caban testified that the last time she saw Holly Ann was between 9:30 and 9:45 p.m. as the child strolled alone on Ann St. toward Port Richmond Ave. Caban, who was on her porch, said she noticed several minutes later the Volkswagen was gone. Perhaps the strangest twist in this story is that the sales clerk that was working that night at the deli remembered Holly come in and bought a bar of ivory soap. He said she came in at about 9:30 pm to buy a bar of soap and she was a nickle short. Why is this strange? Well because Elsie Caban stated that she too went into that same deli and bought a bar of soap, and according to the clerk she too was a nickle short. Andre has admitted to being there and states that he actually gave the girl money and told her to go buy a bar of soap because she was dirty. Oh no it doesnt end there, Rand is also likely connected to the kidnappings of additional girls: Tiahease Jackson, 10, who disappeared Aug. 13, 1983, out of The Mariner's Harbor Hotel where she was staying with her family. Her mother was asleep around 1:30 pm and a neighboor asked her to run to the store for her. She was never seen again after buying chicken wings at Crown Supermarket, 900 Richmond Ave.; and Alice Pereira, 5, who disappeared on July 10, 1972, near her apartment in the Tysens Ln area of the New Dorp section, several miles southeast of Willowbrook. She vanished after her brother left her alone for all of 5 minutes. Audrey Lyn Nerenberg is another girl about the age of 18 although she had the mentality of a 14 year old when she was taken. She lived in Flatbush, Brooklyn but was at a theater on Staten Island the day before her disappearance on July 5th 1977. The theater is the former Jerry Lewis Theater that was on Forest Ave., not far from Rand's makeshift campsites. Audrey was last seen at her house in Brooklyn where she told her mother she was going two blocks away for a pack of cigarettes. Though her father received a call claiming to be the abductor, and demanding ransom, she was never seen or heard from again. He has also been linked to the disappearance of Ethel Atwell and the rape and murder of Shin Lee, both Willowbrook aides.

Andre Rand has not given cops any extra information to help solve any of the cases, and to this day no body knows exactly what happened in the events leading up to the death of little Jennifer and the others. Few speculate that he passed some of the girls around among his friends, who knows if this is true. What really gets me is that this could have all been stopped before it all started. His first encounter with the law was May 25, 1969, when he some how got a 9-year-old Bronx girl into his car and drove to a vacant lot. He took off his clothes and hers, but a passing police car interrupted the crime. Charged with attempted rape, Rand pleaded guilty to sexual abuse and was sentenced to four years. He served 16 months. In 1979, he was accused of raping a young woman and a 15-year-old girl, but neither pressed charges. In 1981, he offered a 9-year-old girl a lollipop and tried to lure her to ride in his Volkswagen. When she refused, Rand followed her to her home and searched for her while she hid under a rug. No charges were filed. And in January 1983, he drove to a Staten Island YMCA, lured 11 children into his van and drove to Elizabeth, N.J., where he bought them White Castle. He then took them to Newark Airport, where they watched planes arrive and depart. When he brought them back to the YMCA five hours later, Rand was charged with unlawful imprisonment and served 10 months in jail. Of course he and his lawyer maintain his innocence saying that Rand was "thoroughly investigated at the time. . . . His photograph was shown to persons who had seen Holly Ann Hughes shortly before her disappearance and none of them have identified [him] as having been near or with the child on July 15, 1981."

In a letter Rand wrote he said that that he has been the victim of "a slanderous/scapegoat article resurrecting [so-called] 'notoriety,' thus encouraging hostility against plaintiff. Focusing and arousing public attention toward plaintiff from so-called 'missing persons' old cases - such persons plaintiff has never met!" In a jailhouse interview with The News in 1987, Rand repeatedly lied to a reporter, saying he had never met Jennifer Schweiger. Though he changed his story real quick at trial, after his defense lawyer learned there were several witnesses who saw him with his bicycle leading the trusting little girl with Down syndrome by the hand away from her house toward the woods at Willowbrook. And inmates have said that Rand in his own words referred to him self as similar to Ted Bundy notorious women killer. "You know me and [Ted] Bundy are alike in many ways. We both used Volkswagens. Bundy's thing was women. My thing is kids. . . . Do you think the police could figure that out?" Andre also boasted to inmates that no one will ever find Holly's remains. He also asked a prison mate where he could find a porn magazine similar to his but with children instead.

Even 20 years later Friends of Jennifer, a group of people that dedicated much efforts to the recovery of Jennifer, still search the Willowbrook area once a year in hopes to recover anything that would help any of the cases against Rand

An Italian Murder Mystery- Elisa Claps

17 years in the making, this story is one that differs from any other story that I have personally blogged about. It starts in Italy on September 12th 1993, when Elisa was just 16 years old. Her story her story has gripped Italy just as Natalee Holloway's story has done for us. She was last seen with one of her close friends, and then went off behind Most Holy Trinity Church in Potenza, in southern Italy, with a man named Danilo Restivo. She was never seen again. Her family was waiting on her to go for a trip around the country side, and when she did not come to meet them, they knew something was wrong right away. Her brother looked for her frantically for her to no avail. And that was that. She was gone. The church was searched, surrounding towns, friends where asked questions, and all the knew was where and who she was last seen with.

Fast forward to 2002, in England. Heather Barnett is found dead inside her family home by her two young children. She was stabbed and mutilated, her breast was almost cut off and there was someone elses hair in her right hand and her own hair was under her left hand. Guess who lived close by to Ms. Barnett? Danilo Restivo. Detectives had a feeling about his involvment so they flew to Italy and tried to dig up some info into the Claps case. But since it had been a 9year old case at the time there was no new info in that case. They found out that Mr. Restivo had been in Heathers home a few days earlier to ask her to have curtains made for him. They also found out there was a string of hair cutting incidents where young girls where on a bus and started missing clumps of hair.

In March 2010, some workers where called to the Most Holy Trinity Church to look into some leaking water. The water leak was coming from the roof top and needed to be fixed. The workers made their way up to the rafters in the roof of the church and started to seek out the source of the leak. They found a mattress up there and laughed that young kids where sneaking up there to engage in sexual acts. One worker explored a little farther past the mattress and came across a gruesome discovery. The mummified body of 16 year old Elisa Claps. In both her hands where cut strands of hair. She had Restivo's DNA on her jumper. A week after she was found a memorial service was taken place at the church and was attended by some 7000 people.

Mr. Restivo denies killing either women, but can not say how his DNA got on Elisa. It was no secret that he was perusing Miss Claps in the months leading up to her murder. Elisa's brother says his sister did not want to date him and kept refusing to go on dates with him. Restivo is currently on trial for the murder of Heather Barnett.

Casey Anthony's Defense Should Have Been...

Ok, hear me out.

The drowning in the pool is no doubt not a believable story. And I was thinking that this would make more sense. There is no doubt that Casey killed Caylee. Now that being said, since they are going with this sexual abuse from George it would make more sense that maybe George started to abuse Caylee. It would make sense that since Casey had gone threw the whole thing if she thought Caylee was being abused she would want to protect her. This could explain lying about having another babysitter, lets just say she did not want Caylee alone with her father, since she had no choice but to live off her parents she could not just leave. Thus lying about having a job, and making up pretend friends, so she could leave the house. Maybe this is why she left so suddenly, maybe she walked in on George with Caylee. Casey did not after all kill her in a rage, she did not stab her, she did not beat her. Those are the things that usually suggest jealousy, or a over whelming feelings us moms have that could make unstable people snap. She used chloroform and duct tape. Chloroform to knock her out, and duct tape to suffocate her. She put a heart sticker over her lips, this could show sympathy, and that she did not want to kill her but felt that she was "saving her". What mother would want their daughter to go throw the same thing she did and as Jesse Grund said, while they where engaged, she broke it off because in his opinion Cindy did not want her or Caylee leaving her house. The reason Casey gave him though, was because he loved Caylee more then herself. Caylee was left in Casey's trunk, this could be explained that Casey did not want to let her go, and she didn't know what to do with her. That is why she borrowed the shovel and returned it unused. The dogs hit in Caylee's play area because it could mark a grave for her and Casey would know she was there. Caylee was found with her blanket that she probably felt safer when she had it with her, as most children do. Casey could never have imagined that this would have blown up in such a way. In one word she should have plead insanity and came clean about this, because I believe that this is a very possible chain of events. Explains why George may have wanted to kill himself, explains why Cindy was the one more frantic, explains why Casey may have felt she wasn't a good mother and being a spiteful bitch. When I see pictures and videos of Casey and Caylee together I have to admit, I see a loving mother in these pictures. While Lee's girlfriend testified about Caylee being able to count to 40 in Spanish, Casey smiled like a genuine proud mom, as she had said in a text message to her friend about Caylee using the potty.

She has said shes scared of what her mother will think, and I do believe that is why she wont come clean about actually killing her, and I do believe that Casey loves her mother, and that is why she broke down the day she testified ( as well as her mother not backing her any more), but also because her mother never protected her. I am not saying that this is what happened I am only saying that the drowning thing is the worse excuse she could have come up with. The partying could have been her denial of what happened, that she did not want anyone to know what was going on. This could explain the night Tony said she woke up in a sweat and breathing heavy, and why she breaks down when she sees these pictures. Though I do believe she acts, because she has to be on Xanax, but when she heard about the animals eating Caylee, she legit broke down. She was not crying for herself.

This can also explain why she said so much in the jail videos about herself, trying to get her mothers attention. While picking her dad to only talk to that time, she probably wanted to make him pay and just strung him along. This could also explain all the men, she has a daddy complex. SHE IS MENTALLY UNSTABLE AND POSSIBLY BI-POLAR SKITZO. Way better defense. What do you think?

Holly Bobo

Holly Bobo is a 20 year old nursing student who went missing out of Tennessee on April 13th, 2011. She was last seen by her brother Clint Bobo, who says he saw her out of the window of the home they live in, being lead by the arm into the woods by a man wearing camouflage. He says at first he thought it was her boyfriend since he wears camouflage often and likes to hunt. It wasn't until he went outside and saw that there was blood in the driveway, that he called 911. The thing is that her brother has changed his story, he first said that he saw her being dragged and then changed the story saying that she was lead by the arm, and did not appear to be in distress. Many people question how an older brother wouldn't run out after his sister after watching her going into the woods with a man, even if he did think it was her boyfriend.

Police have been searching for her for months now and have turned up very little. They did find her lunch box about 8 miles away from her home, along with her cell phone lying on the side of the road a few miles away as well. There are few details that the police have released because they do not want to tip off the person that did this. Its assumed that Holly knew her abductor and that he knew her as well. He knew when her family wouldn't be home and when she would be leaving for school, suggesting that he was stalking her for some time. At this time there is no further information about her disappearance, though I will keep updating as I find things out. Holly is the cousin of country music star Whitney Duncan, there is a reward of $80,000 for the safe return of Holly.

Something I found to be disturbing was this comment a user posted on a forum for the missing lady, after his comment a lot of other people went off and said that they reported him to the tip line.

I have read every post here and even though I don't believe 100% in the psychic abilities of the people posting about their visions, I do believe that every person has a built in intuition. Each person's life experience will make their intuition different. My intuition says that the person that took Holly had been watching her for quite some time. I believe that over several months he created a relationship in his mind with her. He parked outside of her house and followed her to school at times. Casey Anthony Vs. Her Family

Today during the trial there was a switch in the air for sure. After waiting all week to see Casey's mother Cindy take the stand, I was very pleased.

Today we saw the real Casey Anthony. All that stone cold face melted away and showed her pure hatred for her mother. As I have said in my other post, it was no secret that Casey held some contempt for her mother, and today she proved it. Too bad the jury didn't get to see it because they had already left the room.

Cindy Anthony was very upset on the stand today and at one point asked if a picture of Caylee could be taken down. She had to look at pictures of Caylee's play house and the backyard of her house. She also had to recount all the lies that Casey fed her family from June 08 to July 08. When asked how long she (Cindy) look for Zanny the nanny, she admitted that she had stopped about 6 weeks ago. She no longer defended her daughter and she was even nice with the State. She even made it perfectly clear that there was no way Caylee was tall enough to just fall into the pool, and that the latter was never left down. Casey mirrored her emotions, every time her mother wiped her eyes over Caylee, Casey did too like clock work. Cindy never even looked at her daughter, and I dont blame her. Cindy can no longer let her ruin what is left of her family. As Cindy left the stand and the court was called to recess, Casey lost it. She cried hard tears of rage and started running her mouth with out covering it. We can make out her saying " 3 years she didn't cry and now she does?" "nothing she said even helped me!" "she believes him! shes going to take his side" she even went on to say "my dad had to have had help!" she turned red and her brows where pulled very tight, with her lips curled upward. One word, contempt.

Casey's brother is engaged and will one day have children, they have been together for so long. Casey can see this definite shift in both her mother and fathers attitude, and it is because they simply can not let her bring them all down. Why did she have to throw Lee in to the mix? Saying he to had sexually abused her? She wants pity, and she is no longer getting it from her mother.

Case Against Casey Anthony Day 1

Today as I watched the trails opening statement I was in shock. The defense decided that they were going to point fingers everywhere else. Singling out Casey Anthony's own father George Anthony, claiming that on June 16th 2008, Casey came out into the backyard to see George holding a dead Caylee. They are claiming that her whole life Casey has had to lie to hide her pain, forced to hide her pregnancy, to hide the fact she was sexually abused by both her father and Lee her brother, and she was forced into hiding the death of her daughter. Her attorney says it all started when George put his penis in Casey's mouth. This is why Casey tried to have her parents banned from being in the court room no doubt. Caylee was never missing, because she drowned, and Cindy was the one who left the gate to the pool open. Her father made her cover it up because her mother would never forgive her. They are saying that she was raised to lie to cover up her families secrets. "What makes this case unique is the family that it happened to. You will hear stories about a family that is incredibly dysfunctional, you will hear about ugly things, secret things, things that people don't speak about," Baez said. Adding, "On June 16, 2008, after Caylee died, Casey did what she's been doing all her life, hiding her pain, going into that dark corner and pretending that she does not live in the situation that she's living in... it all began when Casey was 8 years old and her father came into her room and began to touch her inappropriately and it escalated,"

Casey breastfed caylee, she fed her, she cleaned her, she loved her, she never neglected her daughter. She was a doting mother who never raised her hands to her daughter. The only thing she is guilty of? Not calling 911 after she drowned. At one point Cindy Anthony walked out. They went on to blame the meter reader, saying her had Caylee's remains for months and kept them hidden. One thing they haven't explained? Her remorse!! She never shows emotion toward Caylee's death, and further more, how does this explain the google searches? how does this explain the chloroform? what about the decompression found in her car? They blamed the media for making this a bigger deal then it is?! What about her lies? Yeah, they say she lied for years about having a job and a nanny, so that she can get out of her house for a few hours. Why would George keep this secret? Hes a former police detective for crying out loud! Why drag this out and not call 911 over a accident? Why put duct tape over her mouth? And the sticker?

Cant wait till tomorrow.

Ever since I heard about the story of JonBenet when I was in the 4th grade, something made my heart sink. During recess at school me and my friends would sit in the hallway and investigate what we thought might have happened. My opinion? The brother Burke. That was what really started it. But while I was a teenager I didn't pay much attention to the news and stories such as Natalee Holloway's slipped passed me. Then there was Caylee Anthony. Her story came out on the news right as I was becoming a new mom. To me it seemed unreal that any one could harm their little girl. When I post things on facebook people are like ohhh why do you talk about this stuff its so sad? But I do it because children should not be forgotten because they have a sad story. JonBenet will never know justice. Her killer is most likely never going to be known, and so why shouldn't we cry for her from time to time? Her case was/is second biggest news case next to Jack the Ripper, in the WORLD, and she will never have justice. Madeline McCann still hasn't been found. If her parents really where responsible for her disappearance there would be a body I am sure of it. That's another reason for my posting things like this because if she is still alive whos to say someone can't see a picture of her and recognize her? Amina and Sarah Said where killed by their father, and he is still on the lose. A wanted man by the FBI and so, I do this for all of them. The missing the murdered and the forgotten, I know if it was someone I was personally close to, I would not want them to be forgotten.

A Beauty Queen's Murder- JonBenet Ramsey

She was found with a nylon cord around her neck, her wrists tied above her head, and duct tape covering her mouth.

JonBenet was only 6 years old when her death shocked the country. She lived in a posh section of Boulder, Colorado with her older brother and parents, Patsy and John Ramsey. It was Christmas day when the Ramsey's went to bed in their perfect world, and early the next morning when it came crashing down around them. Patsy woke up to see JonBenet was not in her room and as she walked down the stairs she saw the ransom letter sitting on the bottom of the stairs. She called the police and woke up her husband.

Right from the start when the cops showed up they contaminated everything, any evidence from the actual crime seen once JonBenet was found would be gone. The cops did not remove the Ramsey's and all their family that had come over, they did not rope off the area and they made the mistake of telling Mr. Ramsey to go look around. So John Ramsey started out down stairs in the basement and he found his daughter in a hidden room in the basement, even though the ransom note said she was still alive. Mr. Ramsey picked up his dead daughter and carried her up stairs. Everything, any type of evidence was now contaminated.

There was only a broken window in the basement, a small cellar window. There where no foot prints in the snow outside and there appeared to be no struggle in the beauty queens room. So, police decided, the killer must have already be in the house. But the Ramsey's had no enemies so who would have killed their only little girl? They did, the police claim. So the Ramsey's where prime suspects and they really did not do this. In a time when your in a state of shock and grieving while the whole world is pointing the finger at you how are you to act? Who is to say how you should act? They Ramsey's went on TV to try to clear their names and beg for the killers arrest. Patsy appeared to be drugged up on something, this does no prove that she is guilty like other people claim but maybe that she was having a hard time remaining calm, or even staying alive. This women was already in a stage 4 ovarian cancer, already taking tons of meds. People demonized her for putting her daughter in pageants and dressing her up the way she did because its almost like an open invite to sexual predators, But in Patsy's mind she knew that she did not have that much time to live and she wanted to do what her and her mother did together so she put JonBenet in pageants at an early age. And so what? JonBenet had the talent and the charm and charisma to do it.

A few things cops never really took much time to consider is that there was a foot print in the mud outside the house, she had pineapple in her stomach that she must have eaten right before she was killed and her parents did not feed it to her, they also never discussed the fact that there aren't any foot prints because there is not snow in the back yard around the house. Also prior to Christmas, the Ramsey's deck out there house and open their doors to the neighborhood to walk through, this could add up to about 1,500 people. Maybe more. This could have given countless people free range to look around the house. The cops also claimed that the window had been broken to make it look like someone broke in because there's no way someone could climb in the window. But this isn't true, there was actually a table propped up against the wall under the window. This could have provided a entrance and exit with out a doubt.

A man recently came forward claiming that he was the killer of the beauty queen. He said he loved her and killed her by accident. This was disproved, but it is possible that JonBenet had a stalker who was possibly watching her for some time. At one of JonBenet's pageants, one of the directors of the show saw JonBenet speaking with an older man. She recognized the little girl but did not recognized the man. The women walked over and asked who he was and he identified himself as her father. The lady later realized that that man was not her father. So who was he? There's a good chance that the person who killed her is already dead. But then there is always the ransom note, its said that a hand writing sample taken from Patsy Ramsey made hand writing experts unable to rule her out as the writer. Her parents and brother were all ruled out as suspects in 2008, just 2 years after Patsy died of cancer. The case has been reopened and a new round of interviews are being conducted in this case.

"The story of Caylee Anthony has made national news. Its a heart wrenching story with twists and turns like no other. The trial is set to start this month and it is very sad to think that this has been going on longer then little Caylee was even alive, her mother has been in jail on murder charges for close to three years now. In this post i run through the ins and outs of the case, though I left out a few things, there just so much to go through in this case. So here it is my tribute to little Caylee Marie."

The mother daughter feud:

Cindy Anthony has always felt that Casey had resentment for her, after all Cindy held Caylee before even Casey got to. Cindy even pushed her unwilling daughter into motherhood, Casey wanted to give Caylee up for adoption. Casey always felt as if Cindy loved Caylee more then her, and the two fought often. Casey is known to steal money from friends and family and that makes Cindy no different. George Anthony said that Casey had taken money out of Caylee's piggy bank on a few occasions. Even Cindy's mother and brother both tell Cindy that Casey is a sociopath and that she shouldnt be trusted. After Cindy finally hunted down her daughter and brought her home, Casey told her brother Lee, "mom says I am an unfit mother, and you know what maybe shes right, maybe I am an unfit mother". And after Cindy told Casey that she was going to sue her for custody and throw her out and keep Caylee, Casey fled her home, with Caylee in tow.

The days of Bella Vitta:

In the month after Casey fled her home she was thought to have a job and a nanny. We know now that not either one of those things are true. Casey spent this month partying and was staying with her boyfriend, Anthony Lazzaro, at the this time. Casey was also given by her friend Amy Huizenga, use of a car. While Amy went away for a few days, Casey used her car, and her checking account too. Casey cleaned out her friends account to the tune of $400. She was seen on tape with her boyfriend at a Blockbuster with no Caylee. She is seen in a Target, shopping for beer and food, with no Caylee. She goes out partying to a few night clubs, with no Caylee. She spends a few nights with her friends, with no Caylee. A few of her friends and her ex fiance say that they did ask her where Caylee was, and she told them that she had so many vacation days at work that she took off and that the nanny was keeping Caylee for a little while. That was a better circumstance, she said. Casey would say one day that Caylee was spending the day at Sea World with the nanny, or that she was sleeping at her nannies house. And let me just throw it out there that not ONE member of the family has EVER seen or SPOKEN to this "nanny".

Zanny the Nanny:

Casey reported to her mother whenever she called her that she couldn't talk to Caylee because she was to busy or that she was with the nanny. The nanny was named Zenida Gonzalas. Or as Casey called her, Zanny. In a transcript of IMs between Casey and a boy she was talking to, she does talk about the nanny, and these messages take place in May of 2008, before Caylee went missing. So in my own opinion Casey was using the nanny for a while when she was really just chloroforming the child to sleep. Casey says that Zanny was her nanny for about a year and a half. But again not one person aside from Casey has ever seen her. Police can't even track her down or have any proof that she exists. They turned up only one women by that name in the area and she has been cleared of knowing anything. She filed a suit against Casey claiming that she tarnished her name. But Casey has stated that this women is not the same women who lives at the Saw Grass apartments where Casey claims she last saw Caylee. She says that the women is about 25 years old and very pretty. Casey says that when she went to pick Caylee up from the sitter that her apartment was empty and her phone was off. She claims to have gotten a call from her telling her that she should come meet her at Jay Blanchard Park. Casey says she went there and saw that Zanny. Zenida's sister was also there with Caylee and the sisters own children. They told her that they were keeping Caylee because she was a bad mother and if she told anyone they would hurt her family. This is just a lie. Casey made it all up, why would she take a child from a mother because she was unfit as a mom, just to kill her?

Chloroform and Neck Breaking:

Police had taken Casey's computer to look through anything that might help them find Caylee. Instead they uncovered Google searches on how to make chloroform and how to break necks. She was also all over dating sites and missing kid sites. Cops also found a few pictures, one in particular that was of a young girl looking at a teddy bear that was hanging from a noose around its neck that says, " why do people kill people, that kill people, to prove that killing people is bad?". They also uncovered a conversation where Casey is talking to a lover who later turned out to be a cop that worked at the local police department. He was fired when he lied about his relationship with Casey. In the convo it seems he does nothing but beg Casey to come over, but never says to bring Caylee. He is always telling her to find a babysitter or leave her with the nanny or her mom, but Casey always has a reason why she can't. She tells him "Ha, you want me to bring over the little snot head? Didnt think so". It sounds like she was making an attempt to get this guy to accept Caylee, but he says "i meant when she was being occupied by another adult". casey's im chat

Can I Borrow a Shovel?:

One of Casey's neighbors, Brian Burner, called the LE in the case after the info went public that Caylee was missing saying he had some info he thought they might need. He claims to have seen Casey at her house during the afternoon of the 16th of June. He was doing yard work and Casey had come over and approched him saying that she did not have a key to the families shed and she really wanted to dig up a bamboo root that she kept tripping over, could she borrow a shovel? She returned the shovel about two hours later. He noticed that the shovel was pretty much clean and so where her clothes that she had had on when she first came over. The next day he was sitting on his couch, he says that from his couch he is able to see the front of the Anthony's home and was able to see Casey's car back into the garage. He says that he parents must not have been home because if they where, Casey would not have been able to back into the garage. He reported to see her and her car about three times that week. This was after she had left the house after a fight with her parents and so I can not understand what was so important about digging up a bamboo root.

"31 Days?":

Casey claims that the reason behind the wait to report Caylee was due to Zannys threats to hurt the child and her family if she talked. She claimed that she was doing her own "investigating", looking around local places and placing phone calls. On July 3rd Casey's mother posted this on Casey's Myspace blog :"She came into my life unexspectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don’t know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her. A mother’s love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most. A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began. First it seemed harmless, ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change. This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, but instead more lies more betrayal. What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart. The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go? Who is now watching out for the little angel?" I do believe that Cindy knows what Casey did. This is before, a while before Cindy tracks down Amy and sets out to find Casey. The picture to the right is of Casey Anthony during this 31 day time period. She is the one in the blue dress.

A Pontiac Sun Fire:

Casey Anthony's car was found left in a parking lot and towed. The tow company called her parents to ask if they wanted to pick up the car.When they arrived to pick up the car they smelled something coming out of the car. George Anthony, Caseys father told the tow guy that he was scared to open the trunk. He said the smell made him think that either Casey or Caylee or both, could be dead inside. But he did open it and he said it was the worse smell he has ever come across, and being a retired law enforcer he would know this smell to be that of decomposing flesh. Back before Casey was found and Caylee's where abouts where being questioned, Casey sent her friend Amy a text saying that her dad must have ran something over with her car, that a dead squirrel must be plastered on the frame of the car somewhere. Even she couldn't deny that her car stunk, of deadness. After the car was taken back to the parents house they left the doors open to air it out and Cindy called 911 shortly after telling them that "somethings wrong, i found my daughters car today. It smells like a dead bodies been in the damn car". So everyone in her family acknowledged this smell. After cops got their hands on the car they looked through it for evidence. They found a strand of hair with the death band on it, a stain in the trunk made out of fatty acids (fatty acids leak out of your body when your dead), traces of chloroform, and the smell was able to be captured as a "air sample" and was tested and confirmed that it held components of human decomposition. They also found a coffin fly. The air sample is junk science according to the defense, who keeps filing motion after motion to have pretty much all evidence thrown out. But the judge is allowing it into evidence as well as the stain that's shaped like a toddler in the fetal position. After Cindy found Casey and everything came out she was on TV saying how the smell came from a bag of garbage that was in the car baking in the hot summer sun of FL.Cindy is a nurse, she knows the difference, and she lied about it. Thats probably why both parents sought out immunity. That and the evidence she destroyed after she washed clothes that where in the trunk of the car.

Jail, Bail, and Jail:

Casey Anthony was 1st arrested on child endangerment. She was arrested because it was felt that she showed little concern for the well being of her 2 year old daughter. With her lack of concern, and the fact that she waited so long to report the child missing, and her robbing her friend of $400, she was set at bail for $500,000. She went on and on about how unfair it was that she was arrested. You can view and listen to all her court phone calls. You can hear her say how everyone is so worried about Caylee and no one even cares that shes stuck in jail. You can hear her beg for her boyfriends phone number and how shes all alone. She complains that she has no control and that everythings been taken from her.She says that she thinks she can find Caylee if she could get out of jail and so a bounty hunter named Lenord Padilla posts bail for her. She sits home on her computer instead of doing what she says and Padilla says he will pull her bail. Instead she gets re-arrested on murder charges. Shes been in jail for almost three years now.

Duck Tape & Heart Shaped Stickers:

The ramains of a small child were found less then a mile away from the Anthony home on Dec. 11, 2008, 5 months after she was reported missing. A meter reader named Roy Kronk saw something when he went into the woods to pee. He called 911 and reported it, for the second time. He had called it in in August, and police shrugged it off. A privet detective that the Anthony's hired was also filmed searching this same spot prior to the discovery. The place Caylee was found in is of controversy, the spot was not searched during the man hunt for her, this is because of the storms, that section was under water. One women claims to have searched there and found nothing, which would mean she was placed there after Casey was placed under arrest. This will all be discussed at trial along with the duct tape that was found over the mouth and over the hair of the skull. There was also residue left on the duct tape over the lips, and it was shaped like a heart, and a tiny heart sticker was found on the floor close by along with a Gatorade bottle, a siring, and a few toys and Caylee's blanket with her remains. A search of the families home turned up a laundry bag similar to the one Caylee was found in and also the same type of garbage bags that she was found in (she was in a garbage bag inside a laundry bag).. Also in the garage, the infamous gas can, with peices of duct tape stuck to it. The duck tape that was found around Caylee's skull, was a special kind of tape, but it was on that gas can. A search of Casey's room turned up a sheet of heart stickers similar to the one that was found in the area. After one of Casey's childhood friends where interviewed she came forward to say something that is very chilling and could be a big blow to the defense in on its own. A friend named Kiomarie Torres says that the spot where Caylee was discovered used to be a hang out for her an Casey years ago. They used to bury deceased pets back there and they would either draw hearts or put stickers on the bags.Casey was in jail on the day that her daughters remains where found. She was taken into the nurses section of the jail where the TV was on and playing live coverage of the discovery with tents up and sierns and lights all over the place. A guard at the jail says that Casey almost fell off her chair and started to hyperventilate. She started to cry and asked that her attorney be called she needed to talk to him, and asked for xanax. There is a video of this reaction, but the tapes have been sealed.

CMA:

A memorial was set up for Caylee and Casey was not allowed to attend. I don't know if you've seen, but I did, and in my opinion it was more like a plea to the public to clear Casey. Her whole family backs her up. Her brother Lee gave the speech that kind of knocked everyone down, it was pretty aparent that his speech was for his sister and many people have asked if its possible that he could be the bio father of Caylee. DNA proves that he is not, and Caylees father is unknown, though Casey claims he passed in a car accident before Caylee was born. "CMA," he said, using Caylee's initials — which are the same as those of his sister Casey Anthony. "I miss you. I love you. I'm so proud of you. It's been so long since I've seen you." Casey did not even ask to watch the memorial on TV and issued a statement that she did not agree with the memorial.

Casey's Statment- I miss Caylee every day and every minute of every day. I can't be there for Caylee's funeral, but some day I want to go and visit her grave and tell her how much I miss her.

I allowed my parents to be in charge for the funeral for Caylee. I told them I wanted her buried in a casket and I wanted there to be a gravestone so I could go and visit her. I asked them if there could only be a private funeral for just the family.I know they cremated her. I still don't want a public event with cameras and everybody around for Caylee's service, but I can't stop my parents from doing what they want. I truly hope that it will help them.

Letters to Casey:

In jail Casey lives a pretty good life. She has many loyal fans that send her money and offer to marry her and all kinds of nonsense. She is able to buy types of things that are considered a luxury in jail. All of her letters are read and some of them have been entered in as evidence. In one letter that her mother sent her she talks of knowing that Caylee is still out there and that once Casey gets out of jail they will look for her together. This letter was written to Casey long after the remains where found and after the memorial service. It is kind of mind boggleing and I can't give you an explanation for this. A few of the letters that she gets from her admirers are a little distributing. A few people tell her that there is no way she could not be guilty because she is way to pretty to so something like this. Others are from guys who say that they want to marry her and be there for her. Casey made friends with an inmate at the jail shes in. This inmate came forward to say that he and Casey had been writing letters to each other in jail and passed them through a guard that worked there.

Jail Mates:

Casey became friends with another fellow inmate at the jail shes being held in. They started to pass letters and talk about their lives. These letters are included in court documents and you can read them. In fact everything I am talking about is online and ready for you to read, you see the wonderful state of Florida has a law that anything that gets put into evidence is public property and can be shared with the media and the public. In the letters Casey talks about how great of a mom she was and how she wants to adopt another child down the line. She also says people tell her she looks like Alyssa Milano and that shes famous now because her picture is in the news all the time. The inmate, Robyn Adams, went to law enforcement and told them everything she knew. She told them that in a letter about the discovery of Caylee, Casey said she was found in a black garbage bag with her baby blanket- something only the suspect, certain law enforcement personnel and the certain medical examiner’s personnel knew. She also admitted to using medicine to knock Caylee out so she could go out at night, but never said what she used. In most of Casey's court appearances she does not even cry, the only time that she has cried was when she hasn't gotten her way. If she is found guilty she will get the death penalty because the baby had duct tape around her mouth and because of her age. Casey refused a plea bargain. I will be following the trail and I am going to keep it posted here.

At 15 years old Seath Jackson was an average boy with all the average things to go with high school life. He had a cell phone, he had a girlfriend, and he had a facebook. He was dating a 15 year old girl he went to school with by the name of Amber Wright. They dated and on Seath's facebook page he would post about how he loved her and was spending time with her and his friend Kyle Hooper who was 16 years old.

The posts on Facebook pretty much went from "damn i already miss my bbyg, i love you amber" to; "hello everyone my name is amber wright and i smoke meth everyday, i love that shit it makes me jizzzzzzzzz in my pants aka im a slut'

The two went back and forth.

April 4

But this story is far from over. Amber may have become involved with an 18 year old boy named Mike Barggo. It is said that Mike hated Seath, and thats why he plotted the murder. Amber texts Seath saying to meet her at this house so that they can talk things out. As soon as Seath walked through the door he was beat over the head by wooden objects by Ambers brother Kyle and her new boyfriend Mike. After, he tried to flee the house, but Mike shot him with a .22 caliber, over and over. Justin Soto, 20 years old held down Seath as he still tried to flee the house. The group then threw Seath in a bathtub and beat his knee caps till they broke, then hog tied him, stuffed him in a sleeping bag, threw it in a fire pit, and set it on fire. Later, Amber's step father helped them get rid of any evidence and Seath's ashes where poured into paint cans. They then went back to clean the house with bleach. And went about there lives. Seath's mother reported him missing and an unidentified teen told his mom he witnessed Seath's slaying a few days later. In all there are 6 people under arrest:

The Execution of Anastasia Nikolaevna Romanova and her Family

Nikolai Aleksandrovich, in view of the fact that your relatives are continuing their attack on Soviet Russia, the Ural Executive Committee has decided to execute you.

Ok, so maybe its the history buff in me, but the true fate of The Grand Duchess always fascinated me. Ever since i saw the movie in 1997 that Fox came out with I always thought it was interesting story, plus my sister Megan was completely obsessed with it, it was on almost 27/7 in my house. But it turns out that the movie is NOTHING like the real story. For example, in the movie the family is at a ball in their home when an evil Rasputin comes and destroys everyone and thing but a 6 or 7 year old Anastasia flees with her Grandmother. In real life though that is completely false, not only was Anastasia 17 years old at the age of her murder, but the whole family was in exile and being held captive when an army of men lined them up and open fired on them.

Tsar Nicholas II of Russia had 4 daughters and 1 son and he was married to Alexandra Fyodorovna.

All the women in the family beside Anastasia were nurses and volunteer at local hospitals. Even though Anastasia was to young to be a nurse she still helped out by reading and taking walks with war vets. The youngest child and Anastasia's only brother was Alexei Nikolaevich, Tsarevich of Russia who was born very ill as he inherited his mothers Hemophilia that traces back to her great grandmother Queen Victoria. Alexei was 3 years younger then Anastasia and was in the Royal Russian Army.

The whole family was arrested in 1917 due to the Russian Revolution of 1917and taken captive. The family was on house arrest under the order of the Provisional Government. Then on the morning of July 17, 1918, the family was told that they needed to get dressed because they had to be moved for safety reasons (actually because the White Army was planning on a rescue of the family). They where led into a basement where they where told to line up, and a drunken Yakov Sverdlo read to them: "Nikolai Aleksandrovich, in view of the fact that your relatives are continuing their attack on Soviet Russia, the Ural Executive Committee has decided to execute you." All the Tsar got to say was "What?" and he was instantly shot dead in the head by Yakov, illegally. The younger girls had all had diamonds and jewels sewn into the clothing that they had on, and it had protected them to an extent. But for the ones that were shot right in the head, they died instantly. From what I read there was a massive amount of smoke in the room and the door had to be propped open to clear out the smoke before they could continue. It was not until the bodies where being removed that they realized Anastasia and one of her sisters where still alive. They where then stabbed to death. The whole family was dumped in one location and then resumed and put into another spot. Only the 3 eldest sisters and parents where found and the Russian Army could not account for Anastasia or her younger brother, thus the rumors that she survived.

The rumors where only fueled when a women named Ann Anderson claimed to be the Grand Duchess Anastasia, and claimed that she slipped through a door and was spared her life when a soldier found her and helped her to safety. But when Ann died in 1992 DNA results where done and she was in no way a match to any of the Tsars family, but that of a mentally ill missing factory worker. The reason she was so widely thought to be the duchess was because she knew so many things and looked exactly like her, and like her she had abnormality on her foot.

In 2007 the charred remains of a young boy and women were found by a campsite that was said to be described in Yakov's memoir. DNA testing the following year concluded that the remains where that of Alexei and one of his sisters. Now that the whole family was accounted for, they where reunited.

The family should not have been killed and it was out of fear that when the family was found and rescued that the people who where holding them captive would be killed.

Natalee Holloway - Forever Lost in Paradise

Who was Natalee Holloway? Who was she really? A pretty blond Alabama teenager who just graduated high school, who was planning for her future, planning to be a doctor. She was a careful and poised young lady who had no reason in the world not to trust anyone. Her mother warned her, as mothers often do, on the dangers that could be out there, that she could encounter if she was not careful. Teenagers take that talk with a grain of salt. Of course there are creepy old guys driving around in vans, lurking predators, sick distrbed people, but we all know to stay away from that type of person. What happens though when its the least likely person, another teen your age just looking for a good time? Whats the harm Natalee said as she downed another shot that Joran Van Der Sloot ordered for her, she never took risks at home, and this was her last night of freedom in Aruba, on her senior trip.

"Nat?! What are you doing?! Get out of that car!"

MAY 30TH, 2005 - It turned into a pure full out media frenzy when 18 year old Natalee Holloway vanished on her senior trip. Americans where outraged at Aruba officials for giving Beth Holloway, Natalee's mother, the run around. Where was she last seen? Who was she last seen with? Why wasn't she with her friends? Why hadn't Natalee made it on to the plane for her return trip with the rest of her class mates? No one had answers. The police assured her mother that this kind of thing happens often, tourists sometimes are not ready to leave the island and go back to every day life, or maybe she had to much to drink and was sleeping it off somewhere. People don't just vanish here in Aruba.

Natalee had run into Joran for the first time at the hotel casino that the class were staying at, she thought he was handsome, so when she spotted him again at Carlos and Charlies the next day, she approached him and her and her friends partied with him and his friends. Its no secret that Natalee had had a lot to drink this night, more then she had probably ever drank, and surely Joran thought it an easy target for sex. I believe, among others, that he slipped her the date rape drug.

There are so many stories that have been giving, first Joran and his friends swear they dropped her off and they dont know anything else, then all of a sudden his two friends left him and Natalee on the beach he claims Natalee was pushing herself on him and wanted to go see the beach, saying that she begged not to go back to the hotel yet. He tried to have sex with her but she had passed out from being so drunk and he left her there, called his friend back to come get him. Later on he says he sold her to a man asking for a blond girl. Another time he says what happened was they all went back to his house and where doing coke and she started dancing on his balcony, climbed up on the railing and fell to her death. He says he disposed her body afried he would get in trouble. What really happened thought again in my own opinion was exactly what he says in his hidden camera confession, they did go to the beach, he did try to have sex with her, she started to pass out and could not hold her head up, and started to shake, probably seizure. He panicked when she became unresponsive and called an unknown person ( I believe his father who was a powerful judge in Aruba) and together they took her still breathing body out on the water in a boat, and threw her over. And no, he could not be sure she was definitely dead.

Van Der Sloot later recanted saying that he was only trying to impress his new friend (view clip).

He was arrested and let go twice in the Natalee case, another time a few years later for trying to get a few girls involved in sex trafficking, and of course 5 years to the day of Natalee Holloways presumed murder, he brutally killed Stephany Flores in a Peru motel room after she asked his involvement in Natalee's case after she realized who he was. He is currently in jail for her murder and is now trying to extort Natalee's mother for money in jail on the truth about what happened to her daughter.

So what this tells you is Aruba messed up in the handling of this case and people there started to protect Joran (to be fair the whole Aruban government gave all the workers on the island the day off to help comb the island for Natalee the day after she went missing). It tells you that no maybe we do not know the whole story, but you can bet that Joran Van der Sloot is solely responsible for her disappearance. It also tells you that predators don't always drive in creepy vans, and to really be aware of your surroundings.

Before I get started on this case I would like to point out it is my belief that this child was not killed by her parents and is, in my own opinion still alive. After reading about this case for a few years I do believe that she was a victim of a pedophile ring in Portugal. In most of my posts I speculate my own beliefs, thats why its my blog after all.

MAY 3, 2007 - Madeline McCane was 3 years old when she was abducted out of a villa her parents where renting for a vacation they where on. The story they gave, was that they put their children to sleep, Maddie and her twin brothers who where about a year of age, and went out to eat with another couple. They said that the restaurant they were at was apart of the resort they were staying at and they were only a couple yards away from the door to where the children slept. In fact they and the couple that they where dining with took turns checking on the children and the women that went to check on them saw a man holding a sleeping child walking away down the block, but only saw her legs and feet, though she did not think it could be Madeline.

Can you imagine going to a different country on vacation and having your child taken from her bed? The funny thing is, well not funny at all actually, but there was a request made for a 3 year old white child in a known pedophilia sex ring in Portugal. But the cops where so dead set that the parents did it, that they must have over dosed her to go dine, that they killed their daughter. They claimed all the evidence pointed to them the DNA in the trunk of the rented car and the trace amounts of blood they found in the apartment kept them from searching for a live Maddie outside the resort. Well of course her DNA is in the car, this was the last night they were staying so she had to have been in that car more then a dozen times, and after the results came back proving the blood that they found was not Maddie's, but belonged to a man, it had already been too late and the toddler could have been anywhere. The cops should be ashamed of themselves, they have done nothing but both this investigation from the get-go keeping a photo of what could very well be Maddie holding a mans hand from the public saying that it was deemed "not relevant". But someone always sees something.... a man claims to have seen her in the back of a truck on the morning of May 4th, thought he only came forward last year about it, he says she was wearing the same pj's that they MacCann's gave in a statement. Another women swears that she saw Maddie in New Zealand, the same country where the not relevant photo was taken, and the girl was definitely British she overheard her ask "Can I see my mommy now?"

So many years has past but new tips come in regularly, the parents hired private investigators since the cops in Portugal stopped looking for her and deemed her dead. Both parents have been cleared as suspects as they were once considered.

New Years Day 2008 - Sarah Yaser Said 17, and Amina Yaser Said 18, where killed by their father Yaser Abdel Said inside a taxi cab in Texas. Sarah was shot 9 times and her sister Amina was shot twice. Sarah still managed to call 911 and tell them that he father shot her and her sister, and that she was dying but was not able to give a location of where her and her sister where. Their father left them there and fled, he has not been seen since.

When the two sisters where only 7 and 8 years old they reported that they were being raped by their father, their mother even signed off on an affidavit that it was the truth. But only a month later they both took back what they said stating that they had made the whole thing up. But the truth is that the two girls where abused for years by their father, who was a born and raised Egyptian man and believed that the family had to practice the Islam religion strictly. They had a brother as well who's name is Islam, and he defends his father saying anything from Mexicans did it to they killed themselves, he has even said they got what was coming to them, great bro right? His grammar is something I can not even believe its like broken English and yet his American MOTHER home schooled this kid. So basically the whole family failed these two girls.

It was all started about a week before their deaths, Yaser found out that Amina was dating, and told them that he would take her back to Egypt where it was ok to kill someone for ruining the family name, and they fled the house with their mother as well as their boyfriends after he said this. They burst into their moms job managing to get out of the house, where Tissie's coworkers pulled together money for them to go into hiding, because they knew that he would hold true to his word. Yaser called the cops and reported the girls missing on Dec 26, but the case was closed after they called the police department to say that they were actually hiding from him.But Tissie was talking to him the whole time, he said that he would move out so that they could all work things out, but this was not really his plan, and I think the mother was well aware of this. This man probably also abused his wife, I mean why else would a women allow such horrific things to happen to her daughters? One time Amina went to school with her lips attached to her braces from her father kicking her in the mouth! No one noticed?? They wanted to be doctors, Amina got accepted into every school she applied to but when she asked her father when she could go to college he laughed and said if your husband lets you. She was to marry a 40 year old man from Egypt after highschool.

Sarah called 911 after her father shot her. This is the part I don't understand, Amina, was shot twice, point blank, killed instantly. Also killed sometime before Sarah because rigor mortis was more set in then in Sarah. Sarah had been alive long enough for a bruise to form on her forehead. She was shot 9 times, all in places that would not immeditly kill her, but actually make her suffer. I have to believe this was done on purpose considering she was in the back seat of the car. WITH THE CHILD SAFETY LOCK ON! Something else that doesnt jive well with me, Amina was furious at her mother fir tricking her to go back, she had lied and said that they were going to go put flowers on their grandmothers grave, but instead she decided that they were going home. Despite the fact that she told her aunt that he would kill them if she took them home, despite that they put two months down on an apartment in Tulsa, Ok, and despite Amina kicking and screaming and crying in her back seat. So she wen to stay at her boyfriends, at that time Sarah went home, and the next day they were calling her begging her to come home. Amina was not a stupid girl, she was well aware of the fact that their father was not normal, she got the brunt of the abuse IMO. Sarah had wanted to be good, and please her father. She broke up with her boyfriend as her father asked and figured that she, like Amina had been years earlier, would be forgiven. Now for the part that does not jive for me, after the whole day of begging her daughter to come, Tissie drives to her boyfriends house and pulls her by the arm out and Amina, crying and saying no, reluctantly follows. One way or another the other those two girls were in this car with their father. The STORY IS that they were going to go out to eat and talk about everything, Yaser was going to change and all would be forgiven. THIS IS A LIE! Amina, was way too smart to fall for another of her fathers games. Sarah might have since he had more time with her in those last hours, who knows what those 3, Tissie, Yaser, AND ISLAM, said to her, but no not Amina. I believe that as soon as Tissie pulled up with Amina in the front seat she jumped out and Sarah got in the back and Yaser got into the front and drove off not giving Amina a chance to get out. I mean who knows maybe Amina never even made out the driveway alive, and maybe Sarah had some hand in helping her father, I do not know this but in her 911 call she said my father shot me, she never mentioned he sister. They could have had her thinking whatever they wanted all 3 of them against just her, she could have been angry with Amina for leaving her to go home alone and her father could have prayed on that. We will never know until someone starts talking.

E-MAIL FROM AUNT- I am an aunt to these two beautiful girls! I am from the mother’s side. YES! This was an honor killing! You nailed it sweety! My sister tried to get those baby’s away years ago and you know…she was never allowed to see them again…well, they were brought to the hospital…only after she was comatose! My sister was punished for trying to tell the world what was going on! She died four years ago! But, these girls had no honor in life and no honor in death! Amina and Sarah both, told their mom if their dad killed them…they DID NOT WANT A MUSLIM funeral! Well, they had one anyway! Yeah, there was a “baptist” funeral before the muslim funeral….PLEASE, get out the word it was a farce! They were placed in a mUslim funeral home. The son, Islam…he walked out and went to get the Iman to stop it! My nephew got up and took him outside! The funeral proceeded but, many spoke and all but one…was a MUSLIM!
The Muslims who ran the funeral home…they had us all in a room a little larger than my walk-in-closet! The friends from school…..they could not fit in that room so, they lined them up, against the wall, and in front of the freezers for dead bodies! When it came time for the first song…we sat, sat, and finally, my husband told them he had a system just like theirs and would run it himself…OH…they miraculously got the music going! Then, they set it up so that they same song would play, instead of the other two. My hubby caught this and demanded it be paused, so that the other songs would play!!
As soon as the funeral was over, there was trouble, outside with the brother of Amina and Sarah, ISLAM, is his name! He got into it with one of his aunts and was telling her…get the f —, out of here and then started running through the parking lot yelling….this f-ing funeral is over ….LEAVE!
Yes, this was an honor killing and I believe with all my heart that ISLAM, the brother, is just as guilty as his dad. Why? Because Amina would not go back home! He went over, where she was staying and was crying. “Please come home Amina and talk things out with Dad! He will not hurt you, I give you my word! I promise, you will be safe!” She trusted those words and went with him. Not an hour later….Sarah made that infamous call! She died immediately after she called as he took his time killing her. In fact, all we have been told is, “she had multiple gunshots”…..I still have no clue how many bullets he fired at her. I do know she fought for her life as there is a bruise on her forehead which shows that she did not go out without a fight…one this precious and beautiful girl lost…to a man she knew as daddy!
