&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Pentru aceste turte am avut un ajutor sau mai bine spus eu am fost ajutorul....hahaha.Era intr-o sambata,eram la mama si impreuna cu Camelia....o stiti ,este verisoara mea .....am zis, hai sa facem .....si am facut ....si va voi arata ce a iesit........am mancat cu pofta si mare placere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;300 ml apa calduta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;15 g&amp;nbsp;drojdie  proaspata,&lt;br /&gt;
3 linguri ulei&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;sare &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Cernem faina intr-un vas.In mijlocul acesteia adaugam sarea,uleiul si drojdia dizolvata in putina apa.Amestecam toate aceste ingrediente iar apoi adaugam putin cate putin restul de apa , framantand bine pana obtinem un aluat compact&amp;nbsp; .Daca aluatul este prea moale atunci mai adaugam cateva linguri de faina sau daca este prea tare mai adaugam apa.Framantam bine aluatul, dupa care il lasam la dospit circa o ora la loc calduros, acoperind vasul cu un prosop .Aluatul rezultat trebuie sa fie unul pufos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Impartim aluatul in bucati nu prea mari&amp;nbsp; pe care le aplatizam pe masa presarata cu faina.Intandem cu ajutorul sucitorului sau chiar cu mana aluatul(nu foarte subtire,din contra-ceva mai gros) astfel incat ,pe cat posibil, sa le dam forma rotunda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Coacem turtele pe plita direct, daca avem, iar daca nu, intr-o tigaie de teflon grill pe aragaz si le intoarcem cand pe o parte cand pe alta pana se coc suficient.&lt;br /&gt;
Trebuie spus ca focul nu trebuie sa fie&amp;nbsp; prea iute,deoarece&amp;nbsp; turtele se vor arde la suprafata iar miezul va  ramane crud/.Este de preferat ca turtele sa se coaca la foc potrivit. &lt;br /&gt;

1 pahar cu vin alb &lt;br /&gt;
rozmarin&lt;br /&gt;
sare&lt;br /&gt;
piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru garnitura&lt;br /&gt;
4 cartofi&lt;br /&gt;
ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
rozmarin&lt;br /&gt;
sare&lt;br /&gt;
piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru umplutura&lt;br /&gt;
1ardei gras verde&lt;br /&gt;
o mana de salam uscat taiat cubulete&lt;br /&gt;
1 mana de cascaval taiat cubulete&lt;br /&gt;
ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
ierburi de provence&lt;br /&gt;
sare&lt;br /&gt;
Mod de preparare&lt;br /&gt;
Pieptul de pui se spala,se indeparteaza pielea si se lasa la scurs.Condimentam cu sare si piper.Facem un amestec din vin,sos de soia,ulei de masline&amp;nbsp; si rozmarin si turnam peste pieptul de pui pe care l-am taiat in jumatate pe verticala.&lt;br /&gt;

80 g unt&lt;br /&gt;
1 ou&lt;br /&gt;
1 praf de sare&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru umplutura&lt;br /&gt;
6-8 linguri(in functie de cat de dulce vrem umplutura) zahar brun&lt;br /&gt;
6-8 linguri scortisoara&lt;br /&gt;
esenta de vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru uns&lt;br /&gt;
ulei&lt;br /&gt;
1 galbenus&lt;br /&gt;
Mod de preparare&lt;br /&gt;
Punem toate ingredientele in masina .....mai intai cele lichide si apoi cele solide..Cand aluatul este gata il scoatem din masina ,il punem intr-un vas ,il acoperim si il lasam circa 1 ora la cald sa creasca.Impartim aluatul in doua.Intindem deci 2 foi pe care le ungem cu ulei .Amestecam zaharul cu scortisoara&amp;nbsp; si punem jumatate din cantitate pe o foaie si jumatate pe cealalta foaie.Stropim cu esenta de vanilie.&lt;br /&gt;

Foile de placinta se lasa la dezghetat.Intre timp se faramiteaza branza cu ajutorul unei furculite(eu am ales varianta asta)sau se rade si se amesteca cu smantana si mararul.Este de preferat sa folosim marar verde dar eu nu am avut in casa decat uscat asa ca pe acesta l-am folosit. &lt;br /&gt;

Rulam si asezam rulourile intr-o tava pe care o ungem cu putin ulei si o tapetam&amp;nbsp; cu hartie de copt.&lt;br /&gt;

Punem intr-un bol tonul (pe care l-am scurs de ulei),maslinele feliate,porumbul boabe,cativa muguri de porumb pe care i-am taiat pe fiecare in 3-4 (avem grija sa pastram si pentru decor).Amestecam totul cu ajutorul unei palete si apoi condimentam dupa gustul fiecaruia cu sare,ulei de masline si zeama de lamaie.Amestecam ,avand grija ca tonul sa nu il maruntim&amp;nbsp; prea rau.Decoram cu muguri de porumb si marar verde.&lt;br /&gt;

Mai inati ne ocupam de carne........dezosam pieptul de pui,indepartam pielea iar apoi fiecare piept de pui il taiem in doua .Crestam carnea din loc in loc si o condimentam cu sare , piper si marar uscat.Stropim totul cu putin ulei de masline si dam la rece cat timp ne ocupam de legume.&lt;br /&gt;
Deci urmeaza legumele........cartofii,dovlecelul,pastarnacul,morcovul&amp;nbsp; se spala,se curata si se taie rondele. &lt;br /&gt;

Se spala bucatile de peste si se usuca cu ajutorul unui prosop absorbant&lt;br /&gt;
.Facem un sos din ulei de masline,zeama de lamaie ,oregano ,sare si piper si turnam peste bucatile de peste.Dam la frigider pentru circa 30 min. apoi scoatem pe rand bucatile de peste ,le dam prin faina ,scuturam surplusul de faina si prajim in ulei incins.Cand este bine facut si frumos rumenit pe o parte intoarcem si prajim si pe cealalta parte.Scoatem bucatile de peste pe un prosop absorbant si servim imediat ,cu lamaie si garnitura dupa preferinta.&lt;br /&gt;

Mod de preparare&lt;br /&gt;
Punem intr-un&amp;nbsp; vas faina iar in mijlocul acesteia galbenusurile,sarea,zaharul ,apa minerala si laptele si mixam&amp;nbsp; timp de 2-3&amp;nbsp; minute.Se adauga si untul&amp;nbsp; si mixam&amp;nbsp; in continuare inca 1-2 min.Compozitia trebuie sa aiba consistenta unei smantani subtiri.&lt;br /&gt;
Dam vasul la rece pentru o ora dupa care incingem o tigaie antiaderenta pe care o ungem cu putin ulei.Luam cate un polonic(eu am un polonic mai mic pe care il folosesc de obicei pentru lapte) din compozitie si punem in tigaie, inclinand-o usor pana compozitia se distribuie uniform intr-un strat subtire.&lt;br /&gt;
Aveti grija.....din cand in cand mai amestecam in compozitie ca sa nu ramana groasa la fundul vasului.In cazul in care compozitia se ingroasa ,aceasta se mai poate dilua cu putin lapte.&lt;br /&gt;
Cind incepe sa se rumeneasca pe o parte, se intoarce clatita pe cealalta parte ajutandu-ne de&amp;nbsp; o paleta si o mai lasam circa 30 sec.Asezam clatitele pe o farfurie una peste alta(avand grija sa le acoperim sa nu se usuce) si cand suntem gata cu toate incepem sa le umplem .Eu le-am umplut cu nutella ,le-am impaturit sub forma de triunghi ,le-am pudrat cu zahar&lt;br /&gt;

Albusurile se bat spuma cu sarea apoi se adauga&amp;nbsp; treptat&amp;nbsp; zaharul, mixand circa 20 min. &lt;br /&gt;

Din compozitia rezultata oprim 2-3&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; linguri pe care  le amestecam cu ornamentele de ciocolata folosind mixerul.Ornamentele de cacao vor da compozitiei o culoare asemanatoare cu cacao ,o parte din ele ramanand intregi .&lt;br /&gt;
Se unge o&amp;nbsp; forma de chec cu unt si apoi se tapeteaza cu faina, apoi se toarna compozitia.Peste compozitie &amp;nbsp; se adauga amestecul cu ornamente&lt;br /&gt;

Mod de preparare&lt;br /&gt;
Spalam carnea si o taiem bucati potrivite.O condimentam cu sare .Intr-o cratita incingem ulei si adaugam carnea. Lasam pana cand apa pe care o lasa carnea se evapora iar apoi aceasta&amp;nbsp; o&amp;nbsp; rumenim&amp;nbsp; pe ambele parti .Avem&amp;nbsp; grija sa amestecam din cand in cand ..Cand carnea este frumos rumenita o scoatem pe un prosop absorbant .Curatam ardeiul,ceapa si morcovul si le spalam .Ardeiul il taiem cubulete,ceapa o taiem marunt iar morcovul il dam prin razatoare.In uleiul in care am rumenit carnea adaugam legumele si le inabusim circa 4-5 min dupa care adaugam carnea,stingem cu o cana de apa si lasam sa fiarba la foc potrivit pana ce carnea este aproape fiarta.Condimentam dupa gust cu sare si ierburi de provence .Curatam cartofii,ii spalam ,ii taiem in sferturi si ii adaugam in cratita.lasand&amp;nbsp; sa fiarba la foc potrivit circa 10 min. ,timp in&amp;nbsp; care adaugam si&amp;nbsp; fasolea pe care mai intai am trecut-o perintr-un jet de apa rece.La final&amp;nbsp; adaugam marar verde taiat marunt si pasta de rosii si lasam sa mai dea in cateva clocote.&lt;br /&gt;

Curatam pestele,il spalam si apoi il lasam la scurs.Stropim pestele cu zeama de lamaie si apoi il condimentam cu sare .Facem un amestec din mustar, ulei de masline,cimbru,rosmarin si piper macinat cu care ungem din belsug pestele.Asezam pestele intr-un vas&amp;nbsp; impreuna cu gogosarii taiati jumatati in care punem cartofii&amp;nbsp; taiati ca pentru prajit.Condimentam legumele cu sare ,piper si rosmarin.Taiem lamaia si o punem si pe ea in vas.&lt;br /&gt;

Decesul a fost declarat la  19.13.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="bb-article-body" id="bb-article-body"&gt;Echipajul SMURD a fost solicitat la Teatrul Nottara din Bucureşti în jurul  orei 18.30.&lt;br /&gt;
Coordonatorul SMURD Bucureşti, medicul Bogdan Opriţa, a spus că medicii au  fost chemaţi pentru că actorul Emil Hossu a leşinat, nemaifiind conştient.  Medicii l-au găsit pe actor în stop cardio-respirator şi au început manevrele de  resuscitare, care însă nu au reuşit.&lt;br /&gt;
În această seara actorul urma să joace începând cu ora 19.30 în piesa de  teatru "Nu vorbiți cu actorii". Emil Hossu era cap de afiș în acest spectacol de  la Teatrul Nottara. Spectacolul de teatru după Tom Dudzick este unul dintre cele  mai amuzante texte despre viața din culise.&lt;br /&gt;

In timp ce incalzim cuptorul ne ocupam de umplutura.Mixam bine ouale cu putina sare apoi adaugam iaurtul,crema de branza faina in ploaie si la final branza maruntita si mararul taiat.Amestecam cu ajutorul unei linguri de lemn .&lt;br /&gt;

Eu am avut un crap la peste 3 kg pe care l-am taiat bucati.Capul si coada le-am pastrat pentru o ciorbica iar restul bucatilor le-am "confectionat" asa cum v-eti vedea. &lt;br /&gt;
Spalam bucatile de peste ,le lasam la scurs si apoi le stropim cu zeama de lamaie si le condimentam cu sare si piper.Le lasam putin sa se odihneasca ........de parca ar fi obosite.......hihihi.....timp in care ne ocupam de "imbracamintea" pestelui.&lt;br /&gt;

Pentru sirop&lt;br /&gt;
1 l lapte&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 linguri cu zahar(depinde cat de dulce doriti sa fie budinca)&lt;br /&gt;
zeama de la o lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
Mod de preparare&lt;br /&gt;
Separam albusurile de galbenusuri. Mixam albusurile pana cand obtinem o spuma aerata dupa care adaugam zaharul in ploaie, putin cate putin, pana cand obtinem o spuma densa.Incorporam apoi galbenusurile unul cate unul dupa care tot in ploaie adaugam pesmetul si grisul.Adaugam zaharul vanilat,coaja de lamaie si cateva picaturi de esenta de vanilie.Amestecam bine pentru o buna omogenizare.&lt;br /&gt;
Tapetam&amp;nbsp; o forma(eu am folosit un vas de yena) cu unt si turnam compozitia de mai sus.Dam la cuptor,(pe care l-am preincalzit in prealabil) si tinem circa 40 de min.&lt;br /&gt;
Intre timp preparam siropul:amestecam laptele cu zaharul si zeama de lamaie si dam la foc in cateva clocote pana ce zaharul se topeste.&lt;br /&gt;
Cand budinca este gata facuta(facem testul scobitorii) o scoatem din cuptor ,o lasam in vasul ei si turnam peste ea,treptat.,siropul de mai sus .Cand budinca va absorbi tot siropul ,lasam sa se raceasca si apoi dam la frigider.Este de preferat sa stea la frigider de pe o zi pe alta dar decat sa salivati ,mai bine o atacati.....hihihi.Am presarat deasupra bombonele de ciocolata&lt;br /&gt;

Muschiuletul de vita il spalam ,il uscam cu ajutorul unui prosop absorbant si apoi il taiem in bucati de aproximativ 2-3 cm. Condimentam fiecare bucata cu sare si piper. &lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un bol preparam&amp;nbsp; urmatorul amestec:mustar,ulei de masline,vin,ierburi de provence.Amestecam bine dupa care ungem fiecare bucata cu acest amestec (folosind o pensula)apoi punem intr-un castron bucatile de carne&amp;nbsp; si turnam restul de marinata peste ele. &lt;br /&gt;

Mod de preparare&lt;br /&gt;
Pieptul de pui se dezoseaza,se spala si se taie ori cubulete ori fasii. &lt;br /&gt;
Se curata legumele ,se spala si apoi se taie(morcovul l-am dat prin razatoare iar ardeiul l-am taiat fasiute) &lt;br /&gt;
Orezul se spala in apa rece. &lt;br /&gt;
Se pune untul la topit intr-o tigaie si se adauga carnea .Condimentam cu sare si lasam carnea sa se rumeneasca&amp;nbsp; frumos pe ambele parti&amp;nbsp; iar apoi o scoatem pe un&amp;nbsp; prosop absorbant.In untul in care am rumenit carnea calim si&amp;nbsp; legumele iar apoi adaugam bucatile de carne si o cana cu apa.Condimentam cu sare si apoi fierbem sub capac circa 10 min dupa care adaugam&amp;nbsp; orezul&amp;nbsp; si circa 2 cani cu apa (cat acesta sa fie acoperit )si lasam sa fiarba acoperit la foc mic .&lt;br /&gt;

Pulpa de curcan,se spala ,se sterge de apa cu ajutorul unui prosop absorbant si apoi se condimenteaza .....simplu ....cu sare si piper.Stropim cu putin ulei de masline,aezam carnea intr-o tava&amp;nbsp; si turnam vinul si un pahar cu apa .Acoperim cu folie de aluminiu tava si dam la cuptor pentru circa30-40 min.&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru glazura, amestecam pasta de paprika cu usturoiul zdrobit,cu&amp;nbsp; ketchup-ul ,cu pasta&amp;nbsp; de rosii,boiaua de ardei si zaharul.Deci....dupa circa 30-40&amp;nbsp; minute, deschidem usa cuptorului,scoatem tava cu friptura,indepartam folia de aluminiu si ungem carnea cu un strat de glazura(jumatate din cantitatea "confectionata") si dam la cuptor.Dupa circa 15 min ungem din nou carnea cu cealalta portie de glazura si mai lasam la cuptor aproximativ inca 15-20 min.&lt;br /&gt;

Mod de preparare&lt;br /&gt;
Rondelele trebuie sa fie ceva mai mari ........de aproximativ 4-5 cm.Acestea se condimenteaza cu sare ,se stropesc cu zeama de lamaie si apoi se dau prin malai.Incingem ulei intr-o tigaie si punem rondelele sa se rumeneasca circa 3 min pe o parte si alte 3 min pe cealalta parte.Scoatem rondelele pe un prosop absorbant .Pentru fiecare rondea folosim cate 2 bucati de sunca si cate 2 bucati de cascaval(pe care le taiem ochiometric,dupa cum dorim)Impaturim bucatile de cascaval in sunca si apoi le plasam in interiorul rondelele impreuna cu marar verde taiat nu foarte marunt si cateva migdale..Intr-un vas de yena uns cu unt asezam rondelele&lt;br /&gt;

300 g carne de porc impan&lt;br /&gt;
300 g ficat de porc&lt;br /&gt;
4 carnati afumati&lt;br /&gt;
5 fire de ceapa verde&lt;br /&gt;
1 ceapa uscata&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
2 morcovi&lt;br /&gt;
ulei&lt;br /&gt;
unt&lt;br /&gt;
4 oua&lt;br /&gt;
marar&lt;br /&gt;
cimbru&lt;br /&gt;
seminte de susan&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;sare, piper&lt;br /&gt;
Mod de preparare &lt;br /&gt;
Ficatul se spala , se taie cuburi mai mari care se pun intr-un vas cu apa rece si se dau la foc.Se spumeaza din cand in cand iar cand ficatul este gata fiert se scoate din apa cu ajutorul unei palete si se lasa sa se racoreasca .Se spala carnea, se lasa la scurs si apoi se toaca. Odata cu carnea se mai da prin masina de tocat si ficatul.Amestecul rezultat se omogenizeaza bine.&lt;br /&gt;
Se curata ceapa si morcovul,apoi se spala.Ceapa se taie marunt iar morcovul se da prin razatoare.Se incinge ulei intr-o tigaie si se calesc dupa care se adauga si amestecul de carbe si ficat.Amestecam si lasam incontinuare&amp;nbsp; circa 15-20 min.(pana carnea isi schimba culoarea) pe foc avand grija sa amestecam din cand in cand ca sa nu se prinda.Tragem apoi de pe foc , lasam sa se racoreasca dupa care amestecam cu ouale(3).Condimentam cu sare si piper dupa gust si adaugam marar si cimbru tot dupa gust.Amestecam bine si impartim amestecul in 4 portioare.&lt;br /&gt;
Separat prajim carnatii.&lt;br /&gt;
Se ia fiecare foaie de placinta(eu am folosit 6 foi) si se ung cu unt iar apoi punem foile una peste alta .Cu ajutorul unei linguri&amp;nbsp; punem o portie din&amp;nbsp; cantitatea de amestec la unul din capetele foilor de placinta apoi nivelam bine cu dosul lingurii si rulam dupa care punem carnaciorii,rulam din nou&amp;nbsp; si apoi punem a doua portie din amestecul de carne.Rulam si strangem bine .Din amestecul de mai sus mi-au iesit 2 rulouri .Se ung rulourile cu ou batut si se presara cu seminte de susan.. Se aseaza ruloul intr-o tava de chec tapetata cu hartie pergament si se da la cuptor pentru circa 20 min.(iar ma repet.......depinde de fiecare cuptor in parte) Se scoate din cuptor&lt;br /&gt;
