How are you guyz?..Hope everything just fine..Me? Almighty knows my situation now,how I felt sufferring but the same time happy..:P

Unfortunately, I wanted to post this shorty.I just want you to know, to all my blogger's friends that I loved out there, that I could not reply back to your visit to my blog and reply to your comments as usual..To those who is followed me,I shall returned it once i get better..

Actually, I quite miss my blog and all who is concerned to me..Thanx to all advices and messages guyz..Miss you all damn much..!!!!..Do take care always..muaaaahzzz!!!

Insyallah..4 weeks more,until I've reach "Safe Zone" they called..hope so..I'll returned for blogging...

This has been my worst day of pregnancy, so far. Nausea was is all day, non stop. I slept eight hours last night, but am EXAUSTED!! And, to top it off, I am still at work!!..:(

Dizziness Or Illness During Pregnancy

In the joy of my pregnancy now,various kinds of pain I felt daily, among which is unbearable dizziness.Other signs, Alhamdulillah I still can retained.The last time I nausea in 5 days ago.Nauseous? thank God not so bad with other pregnant women out there..Luckily, my work is not how much for the time now.(macam tau2 jak saya ndak sihat..).

For those who are pregnant, planning pregnancy, the wives and husbands, women who will marry .. Let us together share this information..hehe:)

Those non-pregnant conditions, headaches or dizziness is very disturbing your daily activities. especially if the problem faced by pregnant women. Increasing body weight and a host of other changes experienced during pregnancy makes the discomfort is increased.

If not pregnant, sore lump can be overcome with a medication. But, during pregnancy, are not allowed to take any medication because it will have adverse effect on the baby.

Types and Causes of Headaches During Pregnancy:

Changes in hormones and blood circulation to happen to the blood changes. If pregnant women to make a hard work and rush can cause decreased blood supply to the head.

Anemia (deficiency of red blood cells). Oxygen supply should be carried by red blood cells to the head down.

Stress at work or other mental stress can cause headaches and dizziness because of the tension.

What You Need to Know?

If the headache is not accompanied by blurring of vision and excessive swelling of the body, it is not a problem to worry about. The signs are disturbances of migraine or pre-eclampsia. In addition, do not worry if the headache is not accompanied by pain in the lower abdomen and bleeding as a sign of pregnancy outside the womb.

How to overcome it and prevent it?

Calm your body regularly for blood flow running smoothly and sufficient rest.

Decrease activities that can be very stressful, try to face the problems of life and stop any activity if health does not permit.
Eat foods that contain nutrients and less of foods that excited for stomach disorders such as spicy and fatty foods because it can prevent the incidence of headache.

When the headache attack, lie down slowly lower the head position of the heart or lie down, and Oxana both legs with a pillow in a few minutes, make movement painful.

Alhamdulillah ... I got pregnant 6 weeks 5 days on September 14, 2011. Syukur To Almighty, I officially became pregnant women and expectant mothers as well of course. After waiting for nearly half a year, finally Allah S.W.T gave me a chance to get pregnant.

I used to want to have children desperate, was also crying with great drama when menses come. But getting here, the more I enjoy, not to mention a lot to think about the children. My husband even so, he's also not too much to think again about the snack or whatever. important always try and pray. we believe, Only Allah S.W.T most know when we'll have kids.

A few days ago, I have made an entry that says I'm Feelin Unwell for several days. And early signs of pregnancy happened to me.Although I deny it, but my mother more experienced than me..hehehe:).My mother and my husband told me to go to the clinic for medical check-up but I insisted the decision not to go, finally my husband buy me a testpack called Pregnancy Test to determine whether I get pregnant or not.

To pacify everyone, especially my husband.I accede to their request to use the testpack later.Mother told me, in order to do so in the morning after waking from sleep without eating or drinking anything beforehand."Macam manalah nanti kalau result negative , mesti suami saya tidak gembira dan kecewa" I said to myself.

That nights,it is difficult for me to sleep,because I think about these things.My curiosity is high and without a long wait, I did a urine test with which my husband bought testpack yesterday afternoon. Oooouch me so excited and my husband was not awake yet. Annnddddd ... 2 Lines. I'm definitely pregnant (according to testpack) I'm happy, but not too excited. I still wanted to surprise my husband, I do not know until my husband asked for the testpack. However I can not keep a secret from my husband. This time, my husband was thrilled, not only happy but too excited .. lol ... alhamdulillah. but in my heart, I'm not sure if not confirmed the news to the experts.

The next day I stopped into the nearest clinic where I work,so I signed up to make sure my pregnancy ... Thank God the next half hour I go and check here and there, and then examination with transvaginal ultrasound, look at my uterus (which, according to doctors) 6-week-old fetus. My husband more excited and teary.Syukur Alhamdulillah, it turns out I was PREGNANT..Starting today, I can share stories of pregnancy without exception. More stories will be told in the days ahead. Exciting! Have a good prayer from you all.

P/S : Thank To all my supportive blogger's Friends who is concerned with me some days ago..thus advised me to go to the clinic..Love yah guys!!!muahz.

It seems that I got to be more careful from now on...:)because I already know a lot of taboos during pregnancy..

Mornin everyone..How's your weekend yesterday? Are you all healthy ? hope you all are.Well as for me,is quite unhealthy.Holidays are already gone for 11 days.I feel sick since a few days ago until now.

Normally when the Almigthy want for us sick, we must accept with open hearts. But there are also sometimes peoples who do not understand our circumstances and say we are only pretending to be ill. Never mind .. They don't even know the real situations and they know all they said is all right and we were wrong.It is human nature got the attitude that so kan..hmmm

Allah S.W.T test us with various forms and circumstances. Similarly, I tested with many trials. People could only see and talk behind me, but they do not know what we are experiencing. Just at a time when I need strength and pleased with what happened. Always remind yourself to be patient and continue to be patient always.

Well,Talking about the sickness I experienced in the past several days, not as a worse as you think ok.It just lately,i felt pain throughout my body, easily get tired, sometimes feel nauseous but it was hard to get out,and the most I hate is when arriving at night, my fever came, I felt hot and cold flashes like Am having a higher body temperature,been feeling a little bit warm lately and wondered if me are coming down with a cold or something.I always feel sleepy in the daytime, at night it difficult to sleep then arise with a lot of acne, before menstruation pimples as well but not this much..huhuhu:(

My mother said, possibility I was pregnant.Because what I experienced was an early signs of those who are pregnant.If this is true, I'm the happiest woman in the world..huhuhu!! but I don't want to expect so it is true, I am afraid of a huge upset later when if the thing that I always yearned for this time is not true at all..but my period due date has passed more than a month old..Am I really pregnant??

Ahh-Uhh..Throw it away ! [although in my heart was praying that my wish will be answered] ,because it is normal when I missed menstrual period up to 1 to 2 months when I think a lot of the problems faced.Wake Up Sheng!!!..you just missed a period due to other factors, not because you are pregnant .. ok!!

My mom and my husband recommended me to go to clinics for check-ups, but I refused to go as hard for me to accept the fact when the doctor says that I am not pregnant and I just had normal fever..So I prefer this way..

If I am destined to become pregnant,.syukur alhamdulillah ke hadrat ilahi..

On the next week, the Chinese people will celebrate the Moon Cake Festival,which will arrive on September 12 2011.In addition to Chinese New Year, many people do not realize that the Moon Cake Festival is also the most important festival for Chinese. The festival is celebrated with lantern processions on the night of the festival, as well as the mooncakes themselves.

Moon Cake Feast is celebrated on the 15th day in 8th on the Chinese calendar, which is at the end of August to the end of September. It is almost always with the autumnal equinox. At this time, the moon is usually floating and light, making it the appropriate time to celebrate the summer harvest.

Moon cake is a special dish at this festival. Moon cakes are made from dough that contains core sweet red bean or lotus seed paste, or salted egg yolk.

Did you know that the Moon Cake Festival is closely related to an event commemorating the history of the people's struggle for freedom China's rise under Mongol rule of an oppressive and cruel?

Because of this, the Chinese people to push the Sun agreed to rebel.Rebellion under the leadership of Zhang Yuan Xhu besama followers, Liu Bo Wen have used moon cakes as a tool to spread information.

Mooncakes sold widely in the market at that time was inserted sepucuk note calls people to rise up to overthrow the government on the night of the 15th, the eighth month in lunar calendar.

A little info about mooncakes.To the Muslim out there,please bit careful with the mooncakes.Because,originally mooncakes is NON-HALAL because using non-halal oil,but eventually now it made in a halal for Muslims alike to enjoy it.

If you want to eat or want to buy mooncakes,please looking for that is halal JAKIM marked. Because of my experience, don't be easily believe in the moon cakes produced by the store bakery even though it was placed HALAL JAKIM mark on it. It is feared that it just tricks that can be sold easily by the muslim purchaser.

Moon Cakes packages this year more palatable and have a beautiful container than a year before.I take Fruity Mixed Nuts Royale,Cheesy Choc Oreo,and Expresso Walnut Latte..nyumm!!!

Hai peeps..How are you ? ..Its been a while huh?..since my busiest moment are over,now I'm back for blogging.:)..

As I observed lately,Many bloggers who promote the concept of " U follow I follow U back" or Even if you do not put such similar words in U follow I Follow Back as a title on Widget follower on sidebar, I guess they will make a special entry to thank them for willing to follow their blog once with the statement that they would go visit back to their blog's follower right ?

Hey you also have made like that too right? Especially for a newborn in the world of blogging. Even if no such title in the widget follower or without special entry though, naturally its concept of U follow I follow this back you also use .. right?..I personally admit that I've been used this concept before .. hahaha!

For those who are diligent blogwalking, there are two possibilities BW purposes was made. Firstly,is to up their own blog traffic and promote blogs. Secondly reason is to promote the blog and add more friends.The first was probably just leave a trace in the shoutbox or chatbox of course,but the second is likely Blogwalking also become a follower at the same time.

In the first of Syawal, my whole family went to visit the graves of our grandfather, grandmother, my newly born nephew and uncle.Because they are buried in same cemetery in Jalan Aman, Sandakan.This is an annual routine of our family when syawal came..Do you ever experience the feelings of losing your beloved or important person in your life?

Me,have many times experience it...this year, it's has been 4 years my dear grandfather has passed away.. it had been a long long long walk without him.. Missing him is the most absolute thing you gonna face.. his dedication, strength, love, passionate, patience, and everything about him are unforgettable..he's gone but he lived in my memories, in my family and in people who close to him...this can't be told like a story..you won't get it unless you yourself experience it...when the time comes, there's nothing you can do..nothing can be avoided, nothing can be prevented...no matter how hard you try to save and take care,no matter how much you spend your energy,sweats and money, all become useless.

I'm telling this is not for your sympathy or wanna show the dark side of me...No!, not an inch..I just wanna give a little advise to those who read this, to appreciate time you left with your beloved one; neither your parents, siblings nor friends, the time is running out day after day.. until a point where you realise that you had done zero - nothing with him/her while he's/her's a life... then it will be a huge regret to you till death comes.

however, life must go on. lead it with courage and happiness so that when you turn and look back at time, you have something to laugh at, to be proud at..So guys, create as much as you can- your own unforgettable memories.

KUALA LUMPUR: Browsers of the Google website Wednesday found a special Merdeka Day present from Google Malaysia - a decorative logo or doodle to commemorate - Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Malaysia's National Day.

Visitors to google.com.my will see the Google logo decorated with a "ketupat" and a Malaysian flag to reflect "Merdeka-Raya".

Many Malaysians were obviously delighted to see the "Merdeka-Raya" doodle.

While some regarded it as "cute", others were more expressive: "Google's logo today is on Malaysia's independence and Hari Raya. Awesomesauce!!!"

Google has celebrated and marked everything from Alfred Hitchcock's birthday to leap years, where a team of designers are employed to come up with doodles.

Alhamdulillah ....

Thanks to Allah S.W.T above all the grace of Grace, guidance, sustenance, blessing and pleasure we can get to the day later and was greeted eagerly by all Muslims around the world that day back to nature, or better known as the Eidul Fitri Al-Mubarak .. ..

No matter where we are, the "Taqbir" And "Tahmid" were on air that praising Allah, echo the cry of the slaves...

Alhamdulillah also ... no matter what our circumstances are, hard to easy, happy or sad, rich or poor, able or not .... we are to enjoy the favors of the feast ..... even for a moment ....

Thanks to Almighty .... day atmosphere is quite colorful and filled with excitement just our ability ....

Eid Days is also without you knowing or learning outcome to a thousand for all of us .... after 'Fight' with lust in the month of Ramadhan .... some fell and got back, some defeated and losing and there are also continuously lost to not wake-up ....

I had the opportunity to meet with various types of 'Situations' people during this Eid ....

Some of the 'swallowing saliva' only ...

Some of the grief and try to laugh ...

Some were laughing but crying inside their heart ...

Some of it is really happy .... outer & inner ...

And various situations that are not longer able to hide in man when the whole 'Power' or the aura of the Eid that meets the universe on 1 Syawal..

But for those who truly have faith in the chest ... "Keredhaan" is everything ...

Redha from beginning to end ...

Redha before making any attempt or effort ...

Redha while doing a job or business ...

Redha accept every decision on the effort or the effort ...

Finally, cookies for Raya I made with my sister for two consecutive days are completely done.This year, we made seven kinds of cookies such as Kuih Makmur,Batang Buruk [ MUST in every year ],Cornflakes Honey With Choc Rice,Fancy Ice cream , Almond London,Chocolate Chips and Pineapple tarts.

Moreover ,Our family does not like to buy cookies sold in stores,We prefer with our own homemade cookies..Sometimes cookies are purchased at the store,The tasty just all the same, the difference is only in the colors and decorations on the cookies..huhuhu..A tiring day also make those cookies, but it really satisfies us,and besides making cookies,It is also forging closer ties with the relations among siblings and my sisters in laws..

This Evening,after breaking fast and when ready to pack up and clean up all dust,we will begin installing the curtains,replace the cushion cover and so on related in deco-ing the house..hehe..

This is my last entry for this week.On the festive days, I'll always be busy entertained relatives and guests who came to the house of discretion to spend a raya.

Therefore I'am busiest in preparation to celebrate Eid Days..I even forgot to make my entry for the winner to last week's BOTW...huhu!! Pardon me because have to disown my promise.the winner of last week I will postpone to next week ok.

This morning,I watched SP1M,Upin & Ipin was there on tv's..While getting ready to go to work, I watched TV because I want to know why kid's favorite cartoons are in SP1M today.

Apparently, Upin & Ipin launching their Raya album since 10 August.Just today I know about it..Outdated plak..:P.No wonder lah my youngest brother, had asked me to buy him a Upin & Ipin the latest CD's.My youngest bro, really likes to watching this cartoons, all the collections he has,..when us went to town,he will asked me to go to the CD's shop and asked me to buy one for him..hehe

Since two years ago, singer Katy Perry has left food by eating meaty food for her husband, Russell Brand who is a vegetarian.

However, Katy had broken her promise when she was seen enjoying eating turkey in a restaurant.

"Russell has been a vegetarian for 22 years and is quite difficult for Katy who love meaty foods. She's trying to stop eating meaty foods for Russell, but it is not easy for her, "said the source to Dailymail.

However, until now Russell still loyal called a vegetarian, but in June, Russell has been given the title "the Most Sexy Vegetarian" by PETA.

The Busiest Sunday

Today is gonna the busiest day to me,a lot of work that needs to be implemented.What more Eid days will soon arrive.Want to buy a ready-made baju kurung for me also for my husband.Then buy materials to make Biskut Raya,..Stopped by at a tailor shop to take the finished sewn curtains.

After that accompany my mom to buy Baju Raya for my younger brothers and sisters too..Huh!!I feel like am going have fever afterwards..hehehe:)

Usually every year,when Eid's day came,I am the most busiest among all in the house..I have to manage everything related to the festive Days..from A To Z..[ rajin kan saya ]. I just love deco-ing our house,put eid cards,installing of flickering lights on the outside and inside the house and etc.

It seems I have to go ahead,my husband are waiting outside..[ sempat laek buat entri ] hahaha!! ..

Tips Vinegar Uses In Your Hair

Did you know that vinegar can be used in our beauty,Especially in our hair ? Impossible? Well It is ..read this till the end..:P

Aside from being a kitchen essential and a worker of small miracles in the bathroom, vinegar is also a dynamo in the beauty department. Applied externally, vinegar has long been used to make hair silky and lustrous. And contrary to intuition, it doesn’t leave a lingering waft of vinegar with each shimmy of your shiny mane.

You can use white distilled vinegar, but unfiltered raw apple cider vinegar contains the “mother” of vinegar. The mother occurs naturally as strand-like enzymes of connected protein molecules and is a rich source of probiotics. Vinegars containing the mother contain enzymes and minerals that other vinegars probably do not contain due to overprocessing, filtration and overheating.

For those who is concerned with beauty to their hair and in those covered, it is not wrong to practice it.can follow these tips;

Restore Shine

Vinegar works to restore luster by removing build up from other hair products. It leaves hair smooth and silky and is said by many to remove tangles. Depending on your hair type, you may want to use it once weekly, or as often as three times weekly. It may cause minimal dryness to hair, so some people like to condition first, then use a vinegar rinse. To make a vinegar rinse, add 1 cup vinegar to 2 cups warm water, add a a drop of essential oil if you like, and work into hair.

Hairbrush Cleaning

Remove old hair from brush. Make a mix of half water and half vinegar, add a drop or two of your favorite essential oil, and soak your hairbrush overnight. Rinse and brush.

Scalp Help

To clean your scalp, improve its health, and fight dandruff, rinse with a solution of ½ cup vinegar mixed with 2 cups of warm water after shampooing. You can add a few drops of sage oil, you can also leave the rinse on for up to 30 minutes. A scalp rinse can be done daily, and should be done at least once a week.

As far as I knew,she was a sabahan who were in Dusun ethnicity.Although she is not perfect in speaking English, but she really loved to write in English..said Dida on her profile.It does not matter dear,which is important you understand it,even can't speak perfectly like an expert and can write in English..That's more ok than not good at all.
