Who Should Be "A" Leader's Favourite ?

Hello Good People,

It is not a good idea for a leader to spend his time pursuing people who don't yield results or just slow down the ship.

20% of people are responsible for 100% of fruitful result in most organisation hence the 20% are Favourites..

The 80% who are redundant are Humans, loved and celebrated but can never be Productive Favourites

A Leaders Favourite are the KEYMEN in there sector in any organisation.

One Lawyer refused to dismiss a very rude and naughty staff cos he said the Staff brings in most of the Customers hence the "Money" to the organisation.

Jesus had favorites
They were fishermen and not Billionaires,
He had the 120
The 70
The 12
The 3
The 1

He changed this world wit His favourite 12 people ( one of them actually sold Him off too )

So, AS LEADERS SPEND MORE TIME WITH THOSE WHO DO 100% of the work and encourage the other fellows.

The Work Space is not an EMOTIONAL space hence as Leaders we tend to FOCUS on the TASK & GOALS and TRAIN PLUS ENCOURAGE THOSE WHO ARE READY TO WORK & BE PRODUCTIVE.

The other COMPLACENT ones are appreciated but
If we went by Scriptures and wanted to avoid what happened to Moses to happen to us ( the complacents bad mouthed him and nearly.sent him to hell ) we would deploy wisdom...

Exodus 18 shows some being made Captains and others remained followers ( NO EMOTIONS )

Was having a conversation with a protegee and we hit "a spot"
about relationship compatibility and people looking good together ( physical wise ) and am like..
What does it mean to " Look Good Together ? "

Anyway, I can't speak for others but this is how I "Chose my Wife " call me old school, bizarre, a christian / secular contraption or wharreffaaaaa ! Lolll

2. We were veryyyy Chatty ( gist for hours )
3. She understands Vision and had one ( I tot she heard and stole my vision sef cos it sounded lyk mine, )
4. Loved her demeanour
5. Fresh and no B.O
6. Big sized mammary Glands from what I "SAW' lol ( what I wanted pls )
6. Small waist line
7. Enticing Backside
8. Petit in Nature ( not short ooOo ) Graced to meet that in the package. ( lyk Smith & Jada )
8. Great family background / pedigree
9. Healthy and we had compatible health

++++Pls Note the above did not happen in a month took time

Everything checked out d more we related and courted.

If I had discovered a Big Flaw when we courted or were friends, I would have backed out with Wisdom.

Ofcos she didn't have everything I wanted but the major ones she had was enough for her to qualify to be my wife...

______As.a.Leadership Enthusiast & Protagonist , Leadership is so very important.and URGENTLY needed in our.world today.

A very good spirit filled Christian can be a very bad.leader.

Most people never really.get to.the.LEADERSHIP phase.of thier.life, they had.rather believed.a.lie.about.the fact.that.they.are.followers.for.life since:-
1. they are.not.pastors
2. dont have cash ( millionare or.something )
3. few.people.recognise.or.know.them

etc.....

but tbis.is.far from.the.truth.

...being a Pastor, Apostle, Evangelist, Teacher or.Prpphet.does not.make.anyone.a.Leader ( well.maybe a.spiritual.leader of some sort.leading other Christians )
...but.such.leadership.does.not.go higher.than the ceiling.

Most.Leaders.in MOST Churches.might be named.such.maybe 'cos.their.are no.better.alternatives?
or MOST IMPORTANTLY.because.they.are AVAILABLE.

Globally RELEVANT LEADERS have all.gone beyond.being."AVAILABLE" and have asked themselves questions

"Where.am.I.being needed.mostly ? "
"What.Solutions should I be.bringing.to.the team ? "
"AM I DOING ENOUGH ? "
etc....

Leadership is MORE than remaining within the CONFINES of availability, comfortability & being recognised...

LEADERSHIP is RESPONSIBILITY
Leadership is having INITIATIVE
LEADERSHIP is Accountability
Leadership is ACHIEVING..

Leaders build people up
LEADERS EQUIP
LEADERS STRENGTHEN

Leaders should be Godly

Leaders:
Multiply
MENTOR
are Momentum cReators
Mobilise

and most.certainly Leaders MODEL what they are teaching

The.WORLD needs more Leaders
be the hero

So, Howz a Pastor supposed to really look like?
...... NOPE !, am not talking about "internal things"

but... How should we look like? "facade" ( if u like.that.word )
what should.we.project ?
what.do you want to see ?

How do you.measure.the "humility" of someone
as against their beautiful attire / bespoke looks ?

Must a person look poor & scrubby to be judged "humble"

If a "Pastor" grew up in diplomatic circles & a well "manicured"
"Tush".& well buttered up neighbourhood...
is he.now.supposed.to."TONE" down all this & adopt
a."paupered".or.even agraRIAN lifestyle because.of.what."PEOPLE SAY"
or.will.say ?

If we all conform to.the.whims & caPRICES of a few..
and remain "underdogs" that we.did not grow up as !!
DOES THAT NOT.LOOK & SOUND LIKE A.PLOY ?

1. Your mum comes over from your country home to say hello to you in the city for a few days & she promptly sits on your lap right after greeting your mum ( she fails the familiar cue test to excuse son & mum )
where should she go? how about the porch, verandah, kitchen or take a walk ?

2. She comes to say hi after church on sunday, cooks, do the dishes & leaves out your sister & her friend's plate. ( they also came on a visit)

3. She insists on taking some of your calls ( particularly the numbers that are not stored on your device )

4. She scrolls through your Facebook friend's list & even helps you
unfriend & block a few pretty damsels.

5. She gets to your house, complains around, tidy up for you, do some laundry, visits the grocery store etc... and does more fussing..
brother, wahalaaaa (problems) you,ve gat to watch that Eve's daughter.
besides, I thought a lady is not supposed to do laundry, cooking etc... for the guy when are both not married ?

Nothing Wrong With Sex... bur

There is nothing wrong with SEX especially in a marriage context
hence that RING should remind "us" that when we said "I DO " we also said "YES to sex " & of course YES to assisting in the kitchen ( ***yukkk, abi ? )

So, inspite of all the sermonising we should ask the question again & again...
Question : Why do men like sex ?
Answer : Men were made & created to have the stronger desire for sex ( God put the desire in us, we did not invent it ourselves )

However control of this beautiful gift from God is of a very important essence to us as men. Control shows we are considerate, matured & Godlike ( talk is cheap abi? )
seriously control is important.

Will Marriage cure the frequency of Sexual Arousement or libido in men?
Sadly NO, it will not but it CAN HELP .

Today is not the day for a long discourse on this but...

Its important as humans ( God-fearing ) to create & put SPIRITUAL / moral FENCE (gate) against the wasteful & sinful use of our Sexual plus Emotional drive in a way that makes God happy hence creating the needed balance in our matrimonial homes.

NB: A word for the man whose wife hates sex, well if you were a teacher or lecturer & you have students who have problems in mathematics :
how do you help them over come the mathematics problem ?

You don't teach an Adult anything by abusing them physically or emotionally, you take your time & show them the importance of the course (sex ) and take time to passionately teach them with several tutorials where possible...

I am not a Christian and don’t plan to be except of cause God destines that I am one, of cause this is not the reason n why I am writing this my story to you or who ever will read it from your blog.

I am from a polygamous family and my dad married 3 wives who sincerely tried to leave in peace and understanding even when my daddy died.

Daddy was a very quite and honest individual as his friends said and as the society saw him. He managed to build a large six [6] bed-roomed bungalow house before he died, each wife took one room each with my Daddy occupying the big large room close to the family parlor and the other two rooms were boys and Girls room as the case maybe.

My daddy died when I just entered my year one in a federal university in the Northern part of Nigeria [I am 23 yrs old and in 200 level in the faculty of sciences] I was never trained in any trade or passion because we were always Inside the house. [Female children] but unfortunately he had facilitated by betrothal to the son of his childhood friend and everyone in the town where we live know that I am espoused to Ahmed Gobiri [not real name] who I do not like at all. He is 12 years older than I am , he does not show any signs of wanting to leave the town where he lives and to crown it all he so loves to chew Kola nut which has stained all his teeth [he actually is a fine tall man] but I detest marrying him, But ironically he has supported my large family dedicatedly because ever since daddy dies feeding and other things have been very difficult for us [13 children in all and 3 wives] I happen to be the first child as my Mum is the first Wife.

The Issue here is that I hardly go home as a result of the hardship at home but even send money home once in a while as a student, it will be safe to say I am currently going out with three men and I have had sex with two of them and in constant romance with my university boyfriend.

They are:

My espoused would be husband

2. My Very Good benefactor who gives me money regularly for my studies and up keep

3. My campus Boyfriend [400 levels] who I have come to know the meaning of love with.

I have of course not told my campus boyfriend that I will marry him as he is aware of my money bag friend who gives me money [for school fees, upkeep and send some home] and he will of course know I spend the weekend wit him once in a while but he still finds it so easy to be my friend and be everywhere with me on campus.

My Betrothed husband in my town only calls and hardly sends me money but he never cease to buy me native cloths, veils and look in on my extended family etc…

so do I live my betrothed would be husband and damn the consequences of doing that [you dare not go against your parents, family, religion and culture where I am from] but I do not love him or any of his ways

I am fond of my money bag who is married but is so sympathetic to my situations and gladly pay all my bills [if he was not married and from my place it would have been easy to marry him]

My campus boyfriend is my Joy, he is from the west and has taught me how to browse, socialize, relate and know what romantic love is. He is a Christian.

So why write all this? Well who knows someone might have something to say that will help concerning my case seeing that I don’t have very close friends and have never had good counselors hence my taking advantage of this forum.

I wish I can have one just one male friend and please God as He expect me to be but this are the situations am contending with... any advice will be appreciated.

the self opinionated: form opinions based on what they see, hear & how they feel & stick to their opinions doing all they can to make it air-tight (regardless of the eventual true state of things )

the conformers : goes with the most popular trends & just belong for what ever reasons they see is "okay"

the extremists : says & do things entirely different from what everybody has said or is saying. they can go too far from the norm.

the easy-goins : take life easy & just watch stuff from the distance , in the end they just do what sets them in a comfy zone (sometimes @ a peril )

the religious : they just do whatever has been prophesied or what they thought is in the book of revelations or book of the religious elders.

the opportunists : they look around & just harness the "stories" / realities for financial or positional leverage (fame & recognition)

the analysts : they explain all the school of thoughts, opinions & actions of other people leaving things more murkier than ever.

the confusionist : not interested in procedures, structures or parleys. they are basically commissioned to disrupt proactive proceedings & set progress aground (for financial & competitive reasons etc... )

the confused : they just don't know what is going on because there are so many versions & school of thoughts out there. ( they sit tight & mostly don't do anything )

the umpires : they see themselves as all knowing, and believe things wont settle until their opinions has been heard.
