Trying to figure out where this president, a communist posing as a socialist is taking this country is becoming more clear after every campaign speech! He is following the direction of a scumbag called Saul Alinsky, page by page!

First- command the mainstream media, CBS, ABC, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, PBS and Bloomberg are already his left wing campaign broadcasters!
Second- cause civil unrest across the country, obama, reid and princess pelosi have made it very clear they are behind the "occupy Wall St." anarchists!
Third- make people dependent on government, we now have almost 50% of the population on some form of government subsidy in which they feel entitled. Try taking that away!
Fourth- crash the economy, well actions speak louder than words in this very ANTI-business, high taxing, regulation strangling administration!

We are now in the fourth and final part of this 100 year progressive campaign. It all started with the creation of the Fed, something our founders fought long and hard, tooth and nail to NOT allow to happen! Read this so you will know what is happening before most others:

Is the Government Going to Crash the Stock Market?

OK all you conspiracy theorists… dust off your aluminum foil hats and get out your J.D. Salinger novels. The government is going to push stock prices lower.

The U.S. Treasury is going to be auctioning off another series of 30-year bonds on February 9. If this auction goes off like the last three have, stock prices are in for a rough time. Stocks sold off ahead of each of the three previous 30-year U.S. Treasury bond auctions.

Now normally, I'm not a big believer in the government manipulation of stock prices. It probably does happen – just not to the extent that most of the folks in the "ham-radio" community think it does.

But let's face it… The government needs investors to buy its bonds to help keep interest rates low. And what better way to encourage demand in bonds than to orchestrate a stock market selloff just ahead of a bond auction?

Think about this…

The government auctioned off $13 billion in 30-year bonds on November 10. The S&P 500 peaked above 1,280 just 10 days prior… and then bottomed at 1,230 the day before the auction.

In December, the S&P 500 hit 1,260 early in the month. Then it declined 4% in five trading days… bottoming at 1,210 on December 14 – the day the U.S. Treasury auctioned $16 billion in 30-year bonds.

January's action was less obvious. As all conspiracy advocates know, it's just like the government to try to be less obvious. Stocks didn't decline much ahead of the January 12 auction of $13 billion in 30-year bonds. But the market did fall hard the morning of the auction.

So there you have it… Three auctions… three stock market drops.

Interest rates have been rising recently as folks have taken money out of Treasurys in favor of better returns in the stock market. But the Treasury needs to somehow motivate investors to bid for at least $13 billion in 30-year bonds on February 9. I can't think of a better way to coax investors back into the Treasury market than to have stocks fall hard in the early days of February.

Normally, it would seem absurd to think the government is actively manipulating stock prices. But given all the shenanigans the Fed has pulled over the past three years – and given the stock market action just before the past three bond auctions – it's almost absurd not to consider the possibility.

The market is already poised for at least a short-term pullback. Investor sentiment (a contrary indicator) is overwhelmingly bullish. Stocks are extended to the upside after rallying 5% already this month. And the Volatility Index (or "VIX") is on the verge of reversing higher.

The upcoming Treasury bond auction is just one more reason – albeit a bit of a conspiracy theory – to be a little cautious with stocks here.

Of course, once we get the February 9 auction out of the way, the stock market rally can continue. And we can get back to more important things… like looking for President Kennedy's real assassin.

Beware the IRS Amnesty

Imagine this very real and somewhat disturbing scenario…

You open your front door to an official looking gentleman, briefcase in hand, who says: “I’m from the IRS and I’m here to help you.”

Well, your natural reaction may be fear, then perhaps concern, then disbelief – the last because you know your visitor’s statement ranks with other classic assurances such as, “The check is in the mail,” and the dentist’s “This won’t hurt.”

Well, it’s back…

To the surprise of some tax experts with whom I talked, U.S. Internal Revenue Service Commissioner Douglas Shulman a few days ago “reopened the Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program (OVDP) to help people hiding offshore accounts get current with their taxes,” as he so artfully phrased it.

The real reason behind reopening the OVDP may be Shulman’s questionable claim that the IRS has collected more than $4.4 billion so far from the two previous tax amnesty programs in 2009 and 2011.

Now they want more.

Of course, the dutiful American “news” media swallows all this IRS numbers baloney without question. For them, it’s a lot easier than thinking and checking accuracy.

Nothing but a Numbers Game

But that’s a little beside the point. Even if the IRS really did collect $4.4 billion owed in its two most recent amnesty programs, let’s compare that amount to the total tax collected by the IRS in 2009, the latest year for which the always-behind-the-times IRS has numbers.

The total tax collected in 2009 was around $2.7 trillion. So the $4.4 billion collected in late offshore taxes figures out to be 0.16% of the total.

Gasp! Wow! And how many millions did the IRS spend collecting this magnificent sum that might finance the running of the U.S. government for a few hours at best?

Anyway, few tax experts believe that Shulman’s numbers are reliable. (If you want a refresher course on that last 2011 IRS tax “amnesty,” which was more tax than amnesty, check out the expert opinion of my colleague, Mark Nestmann.

The total number of 2011 amnesty filers was “more than I expected,” said Mark Matthews, a Washington, DC-based tax attorney and a former IRS deputy commissioner. But those who came forward, Matthews said, are “still only a fraction of the people who have these (offshore) accounts.”

A Regime of Perpetual Punishment

And so now a new continuous and possibly unending IRS collection program of offshore back taxes takes its place alongside other IRS collection programs, only the penalties are far worse.

The new program, according to the IRS press release, has “…no set deadline for people to apply. However, the terms of the program could change at any time going forward” and “the IRS may increase penalties in the program for all or some taxpayers or defined classes of taxpayers – or decide to end the program entirely at any point.” (A calculated scary threat!)

I believe this latest IRS tax “open door for sinners” is based on a manufactured myth.

The IRS and a flock of big spending leftist U.S. politicians, Obama included, has perpetrated the myth that almost all American's engaged in offshore banking or other financial activity are probably tax evaders.
That big lie fits nicely with Obama’s 2012 re-election class warfare campaign to convince the 50% of Americans who pay no taxes that he won’t let them bear the burden of the other half who he claims aren’t paying their fair share.

When the HIRE Act legislation created the inane Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act in 2010, the congressional Joint Committee on Taxation estimated that the new law would raise only $8.7 billion over 10 years, not the $100 billion that Obama claimed could be collected every single year!

Be Very Careful

As with past IRS amnesties, this latest program will require delinquent taxpayers to give full details of past arrangements, identify banks and promoters and pay all back taxes plus interest. Any binding IRS guarantee that criminal charges won’t be filed is unlikely.

Evaluations will be on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether the taxpayer fully cooperates in the investigation.

The publicity generated by the successful efforts of the IRS to pry information out of Swiss banking giant UBS and pending investigations of a number of other offshore banks has led to many “quiet disclosures” by U.S. taxpayers.

This occurs when a taxpayer simply files amended returns and forms, and pays all back taxes and interest, plus penalties. That route may be available to some under the new program.

The question is: Should you participate?

The answer is “maybe,” but only after you consult with a qualified tax attorney (not an accountant). This arrangement provides attorney-client privilege for your discussions. The attorney can retain an accountant to prepare the necessary returns if you decide you should participate in the program. Never contact the IRS on your own!

obama and the price YOU pay for gas

If you can remember when Senator obama was running for President, one of his major campaign promises was on the price at the pumps! He said that gasoline at $3+ a gallon was seriously hurting American business and how he would change that. The fact that this, along with almost every other promise he made is and was a LIE, should come as NO surprise after seeing how low he has brought this country in 3 very long, financially draining years.

Under Bush the average price of a barrel of oil was $35 a barrel and gas averaged $2.10 a gallon, under obama it is $96 a barrel and $3.52 a gallon! Now I know that the POTUS has minimal power over the price of oil [this didn't stop the dems calling for the head of Bush on a platter when it briefly went to $144 a barrel, nor did they give him credit when he brought back down to $33 a barrel BEFORE he left office] but he has gone out of his way to keep gas ABOVE $3 a gallon.

His EPA and tree-hugger supporters have gone out of their way to shut down every refinery expansion, nuclear expansion, pipeline expansion and are now moving against natural gas, fracking, and shale gas/oil development. He and his cronies have lost hundreds of billions of YOUR tax dollars on subsidies for windmills and solar panels and bio fuels. If you took away the bio-fuel subsidies alone the price of corn [which is in 1/2 the food products in this country] would fall by half and the money he is taking from big oil to help pay for this would take a $1.50 of the price of a gallon of regular gas alone.

Not only did he say we have to stop relying on hostile foreign countries for our energy needs [another lie] by turning down CANADA, our biggest trading partner proves this, he is keeping the price of fossil fuels deliberately high by making our new #1 export, .....you guessed it [or maybe not] FUEL! In a first, gas and other fuels are top US export

For the first time, the top export of the United States, the world's biggest gas guzzler, is — wait for it — fuel.

Measured in dollars, the nation is on pace this year to ship more gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel than any other single export, according to U.S. Census data going back to 1990. It will also be the first year in more than 60 that America has been a net exporter of these fuels.

Just how big of a shift is this? A decade ago, fuel wasn't even among the top 25 exports. And for the last five years, America's top export was aircraft.

The trend is significant because for decades the U.S. has relied on huge imports of fuel from Europe in order to meet demand. It only reinforced the image of America as an energy hog. And up until a few years ago, whenever gasoline prices climbed, there were complaints in Congress that U.S. refiners were not growing quickly enough to satisfy domestic demand; that controversy would appear to be over.

Still, the U.S. is nowhere close to energy independence. America is still the world's largest importer of crude oil. From January to October, the country imported 2.7 billion barrels of oil worth roughly $280 billion.

Fuel exports, worth an estimated $88 billion in 2011, have surged for two reasons:

— Crude oil, the raw material from which gasoline and other refined products are made, is a lot more expensive. Oil prices averaged $95 a barrel in 2011, while gasoline averaged $3.52 a gallon — a record. A decade ago oil averaged $26 a barrel, while gasoline averaged $1.44 a gallon.

— The volume of fuel exports is rising. The U.S. is using less fuel because of a weak economy and more efficient cars and trucks. That allows refiners to sell more fuel to rapidly growing economies in Latin America, for example. In 2011, U.S. refiners exported 117 million gallons per day of gasoline, diesel, jet fuel and other petroleum products, up from 40 million gallons per day a decade earlier.

There's at least one domestic downside to America's growing role as a fuel exporter. Experts say the trend helps explain why U.S. motorists are paying more for gasoline. The more fuel that's sent overseas, the less of a supply cushion there is at home.

Gasoline supplies are being exported to the highest bidder, says Tom Kloza, chief oil analyst at Oil Price Information Service. "It's a world market," he says.

Refining companies won't say how much they make by selling fuel overseas. But analysts say those sales are likely generating higher profits per gallon than they would have generated in the U.S. Otherwise, they wouldn't occur.

The value of U.S. fuel exports has grown steadily over the past decade, coinciding with rising oil prices and increased demand around the globe.

Developing countries in Latin America and Asia have been burning more gasoline and diesel as their people buy more cars and build more roads and factories. Europe also has been buying more U.S. fuel to make up for its lack of refineries.

And there's a simple reason why America's refiners have been eager to export to these markets: gasoline demand in the U.S. has been falling every year since 2007. It dropped by another 2.5 percent in 2011. With the economy struggling, motorists cut back. Also, cars and trucks have become more fuel-efficient and the government mandates the use of more corn-based ethanol fuel.

The last time the U.S. was a net exporter of fuels was 1949, when Harry Truman was president. That year, the U.S. exported 86 million barrels and imported 82 million barrels. In the first ten months of 2011, the nation exported 848 million barrels (worth $73.4 billion) and imported 750 million barrels.

Why the Greatest Wealth Migration in U.S. History Has Begun

Democrats, unions and wall st. occupiers all have one thing in common: NONE OF THEM CAN SEE THE WRITING ON THE WALL! They treat the hard working, American dream following, so called rich like criminals! All I hear is how the rich need to pay their fair share. The so called rich are ALREADY pay ALL the tax. Dems want them to pay more!

What is "fair" about that? With 50% of Americans paying NO Fed tax and collecting some form of government assistance, maybe THEY should pay something or shut up. You shouldn't be allowed to say anything or even vote Federally without some skin in the game!

Closing tax loopholes will effect YOU much more than the wealthy and without corporate welfare, companies will leave...and they are. After all, these tax loopholes are just giving you back SOME of the money you have already paid. If you write off your mortgage, that is a loophole, if you get an Income tax return, that is a loophole! This is why a FLAT TAX will never pass, like Cain's 9-9-9 tax. When the 50% of people screaming at the rich to pay more, they want to be EXCLUDED from those very same loopholes.

I think ALL tax shelters and loopholes should be closed. I think that welfare checks should be taxed just like unemployment and social security checks are. As for the latter two, you have ALREADY paid tax on that money! How fair is that? With that said, rich people, companies and employees that pay the bulk of all taxes have had enough and are leaving. The government is now facing bigger bills on a shrinking tax base, meaning they are bringing in much less money. The result is higher taxes on EVERYONE left combined with massive cuts in social programs. Also known as "austerity" it is the end of socialism. If we don't do something drastic quickly, we will become the biggest 3rd world country on the planet! WE will be the topics of future National Geographics and on the History Channel under "How was this allowed to happen"?

Five Strategies to Maximize
the Best Offshore Has to Offer

More than two decades ago, an interesting character with the nom de plume, “Bill Hill” wrote a popular escape manual for freedom advocates titled “PT—The Perpetual Traveler.”

Your Five Flags: A Strategy to Live as
Close to Government-Free as Possible

Flag 1: Second Passport and Citizenship: You should obtain citizenship and a second passport from a country that does not tax non-residents on their worldwide income. The U.S. taxes its citizens without regard to where they live in the world. Your second passport should be issued by a country that is unconcerned about its offshore citizens and their outside activities. It can act as the ultimate insurance policy during times of war, persecution and political upheaval.

Flag 2: Business Base: You need a place in which you can form a corporation or limited liability company and invest and earn money with minimal restrictions. This should not be where you legally reside, thus it excludes your personal fiscal domicile. Some countries grant free land, interest free loans or tax holidays to promote new local business and jobs with minimal regulation. Such places include the Cook Islands, St. Kitts & Nevis, Uruguay and Panama.

Flag 3: Residence and Domicile: Obviously, the best place to live is where you’re happy. But as a practical matter it also should be a place with a territorial tax system that does not tax outside income. You should live in a tax haven with good infrastructure and communication systems where wealthy, productive people can be creative, live, relax, prosper and enjoy themselves, preferably with maximum bank privacy and a stable government. Panama, Monaco, Andorra, Singapore, Hong Kong, Liechtenstein, Austria and Switzerland should be considered.

Flag 4: Asset Management: In spite of all the negative publicity, Switzerland remains the world’s best place from which assets, securities and business affairs can be managed by proxy. It is one of the best for an offshore bank account, life insurance and annuities. The Swiss have highly competent independent financial managers, and there is little or no taxation of non residents or non citizens. Other possibilities include Austria, Luxembourg, Denmark, Liechtenstein and Hong Kong.

Flag 5: Playgrounds: These are places where you physically spend time, where quality of life is a top priority. Normally, because of legal restrictions on how long one can stay without being considered a resident for tax purposes, it is necessary to have several such places, although, depending on the place, legal and political deals usually can be made if you want to stay in one place. But for tax purposes, one should avoid spending more than 90 days per year in any one country. Factors here are matters of personal choice: climate, seasons, geography, leisure activities, culture, history, security and prices.

Stay Away from “Home”
To Maximize the Benefits

One point to remember: governments only have power and jurisdiction over their citizens when they are within their home territory or colonies. For this reason, one generally should stay out of the country on whose passport one travels. Your major financial assets should be invisible and far away from the country in which you actually make your home. And keep your lifestyle as unremarkable and humble as possible, never flamboyant and attention-getting.

By using the Five Flag strategy, you too can get the most out of life. Once you have your new second passport and money enough to survive comfortably at your chosen destination, security is yours.

David Axelrod's Pattern of Sexual Misbehaviour!

This is a piece from Ann Coulter, although disliked by many, she definitely has her FACTS in order! Politics don't get any more corrupt anywhere outside of Chicago! Everything political that comes out of Chicago must be held to the highest level of scrutiny, including our "Communist in Chief", that will NEVER be done by the left wing media also known as obama's personal campaign machine!

Herman Cain was the latest victim of the Chicago Brotherhood. Their smear campaign worked well because the person on the wrong end of this dirt digging machine spends all their time trying to defend themselves at great personal cost instead of focusing on the tasks at hand.

Herman Cain has spent his life living and working all over the country -- Indiana, Georgia, Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas, Washington, D.C. -- but never in Chicago.

So it's curious that all the sexual harassment allegations against Cain emanate from Chicago: home of the Daley machine and Obama consigliere David Axelrod.

Suspicions had already fallen on Sheila O'Grady, who is close with David Axelrod and went straight from being former Chicago mayor Richard M. Daley's chief of staff to president of the Illinois Restaurant Association (IRA), as being the person who dug up Herman Cain's personnel records from the National Restaurant Association (NRA).

The Daley-controlled IRA works hand-in-glove with the NRA. And strangely enough, Cain's short, three-year tenure at the NRA is evidently the only period in his decades-long career during which he's alleged to have been a sexual predator.

After O'Grady's name surfaced in connection with the miraculous appearance of Cain's personnel files from the NRA, she issued a Clintonesque denial of any involvement in producing them -- by vigorously denying that she knew Cain when he was at the NRA. (Duh.)

And now, after a week of conservative eye-rolling over unspecified, anonymous accusations against Cain, we've suddenly got very specific sexual assault allegations from an all-new accuser out of ... Chicago.

Herman Cain has never lived in Chicago. But you know who has? David Axelrod! And guess who lived in Axelrod's very building? Right again: Cain's latest accuser, Sharon Bialek.

Bialek's accusations were certainly specific. But they also demonstrated why anonymous accusations are worthless.

Within 24 hours of Bialek's press conference, friends and acquaintances of hers stepped forward to say that she's a "gold-digger," that she was constantly in financial trouble -- having filed for personal bankruptcy twice -- and, of course, that she had lived in Axelrod's apartment building at 505 North Lake Shore Drive, where, she admits, she knew the man The New York Times calls Obama's "hired muscle."

Throw in some federal tax evasion, and she's Obama's next Cabinet pick.

The reason all this is relevant is that both Axelrod and Daley have a history of smearing political opponents by digging up claims of sexual misconduct against them.

John Brooks, Chicago's former fire commissioner, filed a lawsuit against Daley six months ago claiming Daley threatened to smear him with sexual harassment accusations if Brooks didn't resign. He resigned -- and the sexual harassment allegations were later found to be completely false.

Meanwhile, as extensively detailed in my book "Guilty: Liberal 'Victims' and Their Assault on America," the only reason Obama became a U.S. senator -- allowing him to run for president -- is that David Axelrod pulled sealed divorce records out of a hat, first, against Obama's Democratic primary opponent, and then against Obama's Republican opponent.

One month before the 2004 Democratic primary for the U.S. Senate, Obama was way down in the polls, about to lose to Blair Hull, a multimillionaire securities trader.

But then The Chicago Tribune -- where Axelrod used to work -- began publishing claims that Hull's second ex-wife, Brenda Sexton, had sought an order of protection against him during their 1998 divorce proceedings.

From then until Election Day, Hull was embroiled in fighting the allegation that he was a "wife beater." He and his ex-wife eventually agreed to release their sealed divorce records. His first ex-wife, daughters and nanny defended him at a press conference, swearing he was never violent. During a Democratic debate, Hull was forced to explain that his wife kicked him and he had merely kicked her back.

Hull's substantial lead just a month before the primary collapsed with the nonstop media attention to his divorce records. Obama sailed to the front of the pack and won the primary. Hull finished third with 10 percent of the vote.

Luckily for Axelrod, Obama's opponent in the general election had also been divorced.

The Republican nominee was Jack Ryan, a graduate of Dartmouth and Harvard law and business schools, who had left his lucrative partnership at Goldman Sachs to teach at an inner-city school on the South Side of Chicago.

But in a child custody dispute some years earlier, Ryan's ex-wife, Hollywood sex kitten Jeri Lynn Ryan, had alleged that, while the couple was married, Jack had taken her to swingers clubs in Paris and New York.

Jack Ryan adamantly denied the allegations. In the interest of protecting their son, he also requested that the records be put permanently under seal.

Axelrod's courthouse moles obtained the "sealed" records and, in no time, they were in the hands of every political operative in Chicago. Knowing perfectly well what was in the records, Chicago Tribune attorneys flew to California and requested that the court officially "unseal" them -- over the objections of both Jack and Jeri Ryan.

Your honor, who knows what could be in these records!

A California judge ordered them unsealed, which allowed newspapers to publish the salacious allegations, and four days later, Ryan dropped out of the race under pressure from idiot Republicans (who should be tracked down and shot).

With a last-minute replacement of Alan Keyes as Obama's Republican opponent, Obama was able to set an all-time record in an Illinois Senate election, winning with a 43 percent margin.

And that's how Obama became a senator four years after losing a congressional race to Bobby Rush. (In a disastrous turn of events, Rush was not divorced.)

Axelrod destroyed the only two men who stood between Obama and the Senate with illicitly obtained, lurid allegations from their pasts.

In 2007, long after Obama was safely ensconced in the U.S. Senate, The New York Times reported: "The Tribune reporter who wrote the original piece (on Hull's sealed divorce records) later acknowledged in print that the Obama camp had 'worked aggressively behind the scenes' to push the story."

Some had suggested, the Times article continued, that Axelrod had "an even more significant role -- that he leaked the initial story."

This time, Obama's little helpers have not only thrown a bomb into the Republican primary, but are hoping to destroy the man who deprives the Democrats of their only argument in 2012: If you oppose Obama, you must be a racist.

Nero in the White House

Nero in the White House

Three significant historical events have been eclipsed by Obama: 1) Jimmy Carter will no longer be looked upon as the worst president in American history; 2) Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton will no longer be recognized as the greatest liars in presidential history; 3) Clinton's stain on Monica's dress, and what that did to White House in general and the office of the president specifically, will forever pale in comparison to the stain and stench of Obama.

I need not spend much time on the failure of Obama as president. His tenure has been a failure on every measurable level. So much so, in fact, that some of the staunchest, most respected liberal Democrats and Democratic supporters have not only openly criticized him – some even more harshly than this essayist – but they have called for him to step down.

Richard Nixon's words "I am not a crook," punctuated with his involvement in Watergate, and Bill Clinton's finger-wagging as he told one of the most pathetic lies in presidential history, in the aftermath of Obama, will be viewed as mere prevarications.

Mr. Nixon and Clinton lied to save their backsides. Although, I would argue there are no plausible explanations for doing what they did, I could entertain arguments pursuant to understanding their rationales for lying. But in the case of Obama, he lies because he is a liar. He doesn't only lie to cover his misdeeds – he lies to get his way. He lies to belittle others and to make himself look presentable at their expense. He lies about his faith, his associations, his mother, his father and his wife. He lies and bullies to keep his background secret. His lying is congenital and compounded by socio-psychological factors of his life.

Never in my life, inside or outside of politics, have I witnessed such dishonesty in a political leader. He is the most mendacious political figure I have ever witnessed. Even by the low standards of his presidential predecessors, his narcissistic, contumacious arrogance is unequalled. Using Obama as the bar, Nero would have to be elevated to sainthood.

As the stock markets were crashing, taking with them the remaining life saving of untold tens of thousands, Obama was hosting his own birthday celebration, which was an event of Epicurean splendidness. The shamelessness of the event was that it was not a state dinner to welcome foreign dignitaries, nor was it to honor an American accomplishment – it was to honor the Pharaoh, Barack Hussein Obama. The event's sole purpose was for the Pharaoh to have his loyal subjects swill wine, indulge in gluttony and behavior unfit to take place on the property of taxpayers, as they suffer. It was of a magnitude comparable to that of Tyco CEO Dennis Kozlowski's $2 million birthday extravaganza for its pure lack of respect for the people.

Permit me to digress momentarily. The U.S. Capitol and the White House were built with the intent of bringing awe and respect to America and her people. They were also built with the intent of being the greatest of equalizers. I can tell you, having personally been to both, there is a moment of awe and humility associated with being in the presence of the history of those buildings. They are to be honored and inscribed into our national psyche, not treated as a Saturday night house party at Chicago's Cabrini-Green.

The people of America own that home Obama and his wife continue to debase with their pan-ghetto behavior. It is clear that Obama and family view themselves as royalty, but they're not. They are employees of "we the people," who are suffering because of his failed policies. What message does this behavior send to those who today are suffering as never before?

What message does it send to all Americans who are struggling? Has anyone stopped to think what the stock market downturn forebodes for those 80 million baby boomers who will be retiring in the next period of years? Is there a snowball's chance in the Sahara that every news program on the air would applaud this behavior if it were George W. Bush? To that point, do you remember the media thrashing Bush took for having a barbecue at the White House?

Like Nero – who was only slightly less debaucherous than Caligula – with wine on his lips Obama treated "we the people" the way Caligula treated those over whom he lorded.

Many in America wanted to be proud when the first person of color was elected president, but instead, they have been witness to a congenital liar, a woman who has been ashamed of America her entire life, failed policies, intimidation and a commonality hitherto not witnessed in political leaders. He and his wife view their life at our expense as an entitlement – while America's people go homeless, hungry and unemployed.

IRS-Obama Idiocy Harms Innocent Americans

George Washington, the first president of the United States, is said to have exclaimed: “Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.”

No better example of unreasonable use of official government force exists today than the policies of the Internal Revenue Service, aided and abetted by President Obama and the Democrat controlled Congress that enacted the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).

Amy Feldman, a columnist for Reuters, exposed on December 8 a current example of this unreasonable force.

She wrote: “The Internal Revenue Service's crackdown on overseas tax cheats is having an unintended consequence on American expats... [forcing] them to pay penalties for failure to file paperwork that may be drastically out of proportion to the actual amount of taxes owed.”

Intended Consequences?

It might be some small comfort if these were stupid, unthinking IRS-Obama policies. But in my opinion, these are policies calculated to keep Americans investors - along with their cash and assets - at home, where they can be controlled (and their assets confiscated) at will by government.

That threat includes the possible confiscation of private pension and retirement plans.

These policies have imposed unjust penalties on thousands of innocent American expatriates suddenly caught in a new jungle of paperwork they had no idea existed. That’s one consequence.

I wrote about another consequence a few days ago when I noted that: “Growing numbers of Americans living abroad are renouncing their U.S. citizenship because of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) - not to mention the ever more burdensome and complex IRS reporting obligations that now come with the treat of financial and even criminal penalties.”

Our friend and associate Richard W. Rahn writes in the Washington Postthat FATCA has already sent foreign capital fleeing.

He claims that the people running Washington are "mental midgets" unaware of how their policies impact on the economy.

He estimates that FATCA will cause the departure of an estimated $14 trillion of private foreign investment, destroying as many as 10 million American jobs.

Yet another consequence, equally serious, is the decision of untold numbers of foreign banks and investors to avoid doing business with Americans because of the trouble of compliance with FATCA.

This also has made it difficult, if not impossible, for U.S. citizens living abroad to maintain existing bank accounts or open new accounts both in U.S. and in their countries of residence. This impedes American companies and their employees in badly needed foreign business and trade.

The Americans who are being subjected to this unjust IRS-Obama persecution are real people like you and me - U.S. citizens married to foreigners who left the U.S. decades ago, retirees whose lives spanned multiple countries, dual-taxpayers trying to do their U.S. taxes themselves in foreign places, where accountants that know U.S. tax laws are few.

Marvin Van Horn, a 62-year-old U.S. citizen and permanent resident of New Zealand, semi-retired, bought a home there with his Australian wife a decade ago. When he learned about the new IRS reporting rules, he followed them and paid a small tax he owed but the penalty for failing to file the foreign bank account reporting form (FBAR) was $90,000.

When the IRS agent learned he had rented his house and not reported that income the penalty spiraled to $172,000. After negotiations with IRS's Taxpayer Advocate Service, the result was a single "non-willful" failure to file FBAR penalty of $5,000 per year, or $25,000 total.

There are an estimated five to six million Americans living offshore and another 39 million immigrants in the U.S. who face similar IRS issues with overseas disclosure if they have foreign bank accounts back home.

Yet in 2009 there were only 534,043 FBARs filed, according to a report by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration.

Indeed, many Americans abroad inherited foreign assets from foreign-born parents and relatives or they have simply lived abroad for years ignorant of FBAR requirements.

All of this IRS-Obama induced tyranny involves mainly U.S. citizens, but the new rules have ensnared thousands of Canadians, many of whom were not only ignorant of IRS rules, but of the fact that they were U.S. dual citizens.

One 54-year-old Canadian, who was born in Canada and has only worked in Canada, recently discovered that she’s a dual citizen for tax purposes because her mother, then a U.S. citizen, registered her with the U.S. embassy at birth. She faces a $75,000 penalty.

Jack Townsend, a Houston tax attorney, who writes on these issues in his Federal Tax Crimes blog, said: “The people who made out well are the real crooks who have been doing this for years, while the people who don't have that culpability are getting hammered because of the one-size-fits-all rule.”

I have no sympathy for Americans who cheat on their taxes. Illegal tax evaders should be caught and penalized. But stupid, harmful rules should be repealed immediately to take into account innocent mistakes.

Honest, taxpaying Americans and others who desire real financial privacy, true asset protection and expert investment advice should continue to employ offshore banks, investment advisers, insurance and annuity specialists - and not be scared away by the IRS from the very real benefits offered by the world's leading offshore financial centers with which the Sovereign Society works.

Growing numbers of Americans living abroad are renouncing their U.S. citizenship because of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) - not to mention the ever more burdensome and complex IRS reporting obligations that now come with the treat of financial and even criminal penalties.

The United States is one the few major nations that requires their citizens living abroad to pay income taxes. The only way to end that U.S. tax obligation is to terminate U.S. citizenship.

The latest statistics reveal that more than 1,500 Americans living offshore did just that. According to the Federal Register, that’s up from 743 people in 2009 and 235 in 2008.

Jackie Bugnion, director of American Citizens Abroad, a Geneva, Switzerland-based group, says the exodus is a backlash on the part of U.S. expatriates and the offshore financial sector to the radical IRS claim that its jurisdiction extends to every bank and financial institution in the entire world.

That extraordinary IRS claim is embodied in FATCA, and was adopted in 2010 by the then Democrat-dominated Congress as part of the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment Act and signed with approval by President Obama.

This law threatens foreign financial banks and financial institutions of all kinds with a 30% withholding tax if they fail to comply with an onerous reporting regime on their U.S. clients.

Dangerous to the U.S. Economy

No hearings were held on this radical proposal and few knew it was even contained within the pending bill - just as its sponsors wanted it.

This summer, American Citizens Abroad launched an international campaign to repeal FATCA, which they describe as “misconceived” and “dangerous for the U.S. economy.”

This complements a U.S. drive to repeal FATCA led by the Coalition for Tax Competition, of which The Sovereign Society is a member.

While the reaction of an increasing number of Americans has been to acquire a second passport and dual citizenship as a prelude to ending their U.S. status, numerous foreign banks have reacted by dumping existing American clients and refusing new ones.

As if the threat of FACTA were not enough, the IRS has an active prejudice against U.S. persons with offshore bank accounts and business interests, automatically assuming any American who dares to engage in offshore financial activity is probably a tax evader or worse.

Add to that prejudice the arbitrary application of a complex U.S. tax code, plus the attitude that the taxpayer is always guilty until they can prove otherwise.

Preposterous Claims

The IRS makes the preposterous claim that enforcement of FACTA possibly can produce additional tax revenues of US$8 billion over 10 years. At the same time, estimates of the cost of implementing FACTA run into hundreds of billions of dollars, plus at least $10 billion per year for filing requirements.

Nonetheless, in a rare instance of official sanity in July, the IRS announced that the original January 1, 2013 effective date for FATCA had been dropped.

Under the new IRS schedule, offshore private banks, which face the most onerous IRS requirements under FATCA, will not have to provide details on U.S. clients with accounts with more than $50,000 until 2014. Lower value accounts at private banks do not need to be reported until the end of 2014. Certain other accounts do not have to be reported until 2015.

No doubt what brought about this delay was the firestorm of anti-FATCA American public opinion and a chorus of protests, not only from the international financial and banking industry but also from foreign governments.

Canadian treasury officials have attacked FATCA calling it unworkable, far too costly and an unprecedented U.S. intrusion on their national sovereignty.

Typical of these foreign complaints was a prediction that if FATCA were imposed on The Bahamas that offshore financial center would drop most of its American clients.

Delay is not the answer to this colossal FACTA mess. Complete repeal is.

Much hinges on the outcome of the 2012 U.S. elections, not least of which is the freedom of Americans to do business where they choose.

Federal Judge: Montana blogger is not journalist-What?

SO, Land of the free? 1st amendment? Its a JOKE and all a big LIE! I have written on this before and it has reared its ugly head again. WE DO NOT HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH IN THE USA! It is only getting worse under this administration.

They have already shut down whole servers running Blogs and now they are going after individuals! You are not allowed to express your feelings on the Internet unless you are an accredited Journalist or reporter and even then you might not be afforded any protection guaranteed to you under the 1st amendment, Check this out:

A federal judge in Oregon has ruled that a Montana woman sued for defamation was not a journalist when she posted online that an Oregon lawyer acted criminally during a bankruptcy case, a decision with implications for bloggers around the country.

Crystal L. Cox, a blogger from Eureka, Mont., was sued for defamation by attorney Kevin Padrick when she posted online that he was a thug and a thief during the handling of bankruptcy proceedings by him and Obsidian Finance Group LLC.

U.S. District Judge Marco Hernandez found last week that as a blogger, Cox was not a journalist and cannot claim the protections afforded to mainstream reporters and news outlets.

Although media experts said Wednesday that the ruling would have little effect on the definition of journalism, it casts a shadow on those who work in nontraditional media since it highlights the lack of case law that could protect them and the fact that current state shield laws for journalists are not covering recent developments in online media.

"My advice to bloggers operating in the state of Oregon is lobby to get your shield law improved so bloggers are covered," said Lucy Dalglish, executive director of The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press. "But do not expect the shield law to provide you a defense in a libel case where you want to rely on an anonymous source for that information."

The judge ruled that Cox was not protected by Oregon's shield law from having to produce sources, saying even though Cox defines herself as media, she was not affiliated with any mainstream outlet. He added that the shield law does not apply to civil actions for defamation.

Hernandez said Cox was not a journalist because she offered no professional qualifications as a journalist or legitimate news outlet. She had no journalism education, credentials or affiliation with a recognized news outlet, proof of adhering to journalistic standards such as editing or checking her facts, evidence she produced an independent product or evidence she ever tried to get both sides of the story.

Cox said she considered herself a journalist, producing more than 400 blogs over the past five years, with a proprietary technique to get her postings on the top of search engines where they get the most notice.

"What could be more mainstream than the Internet and the top of the search engine?" she said.

Padrick, of Bend, Ore., was a trustee in a bankruptcy case involving Summit Accommodators, a company that helped property owners conduct real estate transactions in a way to limit taxes. Three executives face federal fraud and money laundering indictments.

The lawyer sued Cox for defamation, a legal fight that is typically difficult for plaintiffs to win. Public figures, for example, must prove the defendant knew the statement in question was false, and the statement must be matters of public interest.

The judge found that Padrick was not a public figure, and that the bankruptcy case was not in the public interest. The ruling opened the way for a jury to award $2.5 million to Padrick and Obsidian.

Cox said she didn't have the money to pay the judgment, and that she intended to keep posting about the Summit bankruptcy case.

"My intensions are the highest and best," she said. "I know I am sometimes over the top or a little bit vulgar. But I encourage people not to listen to me or him but to look at the documents and make their own decision based on that."

Padrick said the case showed how vulnerable anyone was to someone with a computer. He said he has lost business from potential clients who search his name and firm through Google and find Cox's postings at the top of the list, adding that he has no way to remove them.

"If anyone can self-proclaim themselves to be media, the concept of media is rendered worthless," Padrick said. "When everyone is media, the concept of media is gone."

The judge ruled that Padrick and his company did not have to seek a retraction, as required by Oregon law, before claiming damages, because a blogger is not on the list of recognized media, which include newspapers, magazines, television and radio news, and motion pictures.

Padrick said he did not expect to collect much of the $2.5 million jury award, or to see his business fully rebound. He said his only consolation was that all eight jurors who heard the case believed he had been significantly harmed.

Ellyn Angelotti, who teaches about digital trends and social media at The Poynter Institute, said the ruling was significant because so little case law has built up on online media. But she believed it would have little impact on bloggers in general until the U.S. Supreme Court takes up a case, or more federal courts rule.

Kyu Ho Youm, a First Amendment expert and journalism professor at the University of Oregon, called the judge's strict definition of a journalist "outdated" since so-called citizen journalists currently outnumber traditional journalists.

"When we talk about the shield law, we should pay more attention to the function people are doing than whether people are connected to traditional and established news media," he said.

The actual LAWS broken by E. Holder & the DOJ-ATF

The reason many people are just fed up with the way everyone from Bankers to Congress, the Senate and higher is that there is NEVER any consequences for their actions. Anyone of us in the private sector would be in jail for breaking the laws these very same politicians write, yet seem to be immune from themselves. They are LITERALLY above the very laws they use to keep US in order. From insider trading to Tax evasion and everything in between.

I am going to show you a letter from a retired congressman [James R Lightfoot Member of Congress, ret. (1984 – 1996)] to Presidential Candidate Hon. Thaddeus McCotter that explains some of what has and is going wrong and the LAWS that have been broken. You can then come to your OWN conclusions on whether some of them should go to jail over this so called "Fast & Furious" gun running debacle that has directly cost the lives of at least 2 dedicated Americans doing their job in protecting this country!

My Blog is titled the things your Government DOESN'T want you to know and this is the epitome of what I am talking about as you will NOT see this in ANY media, including FOX News. I am writing to you as a private citizen and a resident of Texas. My background includes being a police office, broadcaster, business owner and Member of Congress.

Three times I have raised my right hand and taken an oath to protect and uphold our Constitution and country; once in the Army, once at the Tulsa Police Academy and once on the floor of the US House of Representatives. Today, I am standing up once again, however, I need your help.

You have called for the resignation of Attorney General Eric Holder. I applaud you for your stand, however, I would like to see you take it one step further.
Please find attached (below) some of the laws that have been broken by Fast and Furious.

Please encourage Congressman Issa and Senator Grassley to not give up when they find a few of the culpable, rather they must push forward with the power of the committee and the US Congress to uncover all that is amiss in this entire operation.
I had the privilege to serve as ranking member and then Chairman of the old Treasury, Postal and General Government (TPS) sub-committee on Appropriations. Rebuilding ATF after Waco came under my watch. I have continued to be associated with law enforcement and ATF since leaving Congress and I can assure you that agency is badly broken.

The level of retaliation and harassment that is fostered upon good agents in the field is a disgrace and in many cases unlawful. However, a good-old-boy system that includes the lawyers at ATF continue the mistreatment, the law suits and general harassment of agents that want to do their jobs by the book, be honest and put bad guys in jail.
Many good agents have already left ATF and others are ready to go.

Recently, I had the honor to attend a memorial for murdered Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. It was a humbling experience, but offered an opportunity to talk at length with Border Patrol Agents, ATF Agents and local law enforcement. They are living in a war zone and I came away with the determination to try and do something to make things better for them. They certainly are not getting the support and help they need from our DOJ. They cannot speak up for fear of retaliation.
I can.

Congressman, you are in a position to right the wrongs that the whistleblowers and other goods agents have had to suffer. I urge you to please work for a Special Counsel or whatever it takes to get the evidence dug out of ATF, DOJ, DEA, FBI and any other bad player involved with the disgrace and travesty we are now witnessing.

Tuesday Roll Call is scheduled to print an op-ed I wrote asking for the indictment of Eric Holder, William Newell, William McMahon and anyone else that has played a role in the execution of Fast and Furious.
As a former soldier, police officer, Member of Congress and now a private citizen I urge you to continue your interest in bringing justice to those adversely effected by Fast and Furious and would support your efforts to seek indictment in any way I can.

Potential unlawful acts by ATF Agents related to Operation Fast and Furious

Keep in mind, NONE of this relates to potential STATE violations, such as negligent homicide, or some other reckless conduct statutes. Even if the Feds stepped in and snatched the state prosecutions into federal court as the law allows, they would still have to prosecute or answer why not.
Items in blue are referenced to the observation in red at the end of each paragraph.

18 U.S.C. § 922 : US Code - Section 922: Unlawful acts

(a) It shall be unlawful -
(1) for any person -
(A) except a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, or
licensed dealer, to engage in the business of importing,
manufacturing, or dealing in firearms, or in the course of such
business to ship, transport, or receive any firearm in
interstate or foreign commerce; or

ATF and DOJ Attorneys clearly were engaged or conspiring to engage in the business
(B) except a licensed importer or licensed manufacturer, to
engage in the business of importing or manufacturing
ammunition, or in the course of such business, to ship,
transport, or receive any ammunition in interstate or foreign
commerce;

ATF and DOJ Attorneys ordered and directed this as well
(6) for any person in connection with the acquisition or
attempted acquisition of any firearm or ammunition from a
licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, licensed dealer, or
licensed collector, knowingly to make any false or fictitious
oral or written statement or to furnish or exhibit any false,
fictitious, or misrepresented identification, intended or likely
to deceive such importer, manufacturer, dealer, or collector with
respect to any fact material to the lawfulness of the sale or
other disposition of such firearm or ammunition under the
provisions of this chapter;

ATF Bosses, Agents and DOJ Attorneys did exactly this on multiple occasions. In order for some cop exemption to apply, They had to reasonably intend to disrupt and stop criminal activity. IE give some sample drugs to a kingpin to set him up for a large reverse. You cannot constantly provide an unending supply of drugs and just say “hey, we are working toward an arrest someday.”
(2) any firearm to any person in any State where the purchase
or possession by such person of such firearm would be in
violation of any State law or any published ordinance applicable
at the place of sale, delivery or other disposition, unless the
licensee knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the
purchase or possession would not be in violation of such State
law or such published ordinance;

Mexico is a state and this WAS in violation of published Mexican law or ordinance. ATF and DOJ Attorneys directed and conspired this to happen.
(h) It shall be unlawful for any individual, who to that individual’s knowledge and while being employed for any person described in any paragraph of subsection (g) of this section, in the course of such employment -
(1) to receive, possess, or transport any firearm or ammunition
in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce; or
(2) to receive any firearm or ammunition which has been shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce.

Illegal aliens, illegal users of narcotics and felons were employing these straw purchasers and ATF and DOJ attorneys DID conspire to violate this “the bodyguard” statute to be violated.
(m) It shall be unlawful for any licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, licensed dealer, or licensed collector knowingly to make any false entry in, to fail to make appropriate entry in, orto fail to properly maintain, any record which he is required to keep pursuant to section 923 of this chapter or regulations promulgated thereunder.

Occurred with each and every straw purchase, directed, facilitated or allowed by ATF and DOJ Attorneys. There are emails telling the FFL it is ok to break the law.
18 U.S.C. 371, CONSPIRACY
outlaws conspiracy to commit any other federal crime. The others outlaw conspiracy to commit some specific form of misconduct, ranging from civil rights violations to drug trafficking.7 Conspiracy is a separate offense under most of these statutes,8 regardless of whether conspiracy accomplishes its objective.9 every conspiracy has at least two elements: (1) an agreement (2) between two or more persons. Members of the conspiracy are also liable for the foreseeable crimes of their fellows committed in furtherance of the common plot.
There are no one-man conspiracies.31
Conviction under 18 U.S.C. 371 for conspiracy to commit a substantive offense requires proof
that one of the conspirators committed an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.

You can commit a conspiracy with an unindicted co-conspirator. It appears this is the one that will kill them in relation to very act the cartel/straw purchasers committed, including murder. In order to avoid this, they have to admit they are acting under color of law for ANY Law Enforcement protections. SEE ABOVE, the problem with that is that acting under color of law requires you are within the scope of your duties and advancing legitimate law enforcement actions.
The elements of conspiracy to defraud the United States under 18 U.S.C. 371 are (1) an agreement of two or more persons; (2) to defraud the United States; and (3) an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy committed by one of the conspirators.65 The “fraud covered by the statute reaches any conspiracy for the purpose of impairing, obstructing or defeating the lawful functions of any department of the Government” by ” deceit, craft or trickery, or at least by means that are dishonest.“67 The plot must be directed against the United States or some federal entity; a scheme to defraud the recipient of federal funds is not sufficient. The scheme may be designed to deprive the United States of money or property, but it need not be so; a plot calculated to frustrate the functions of an entity of the United States will suffice.

Based on overt direction by ATF and DOJ Attorneys the above should be a slam dunk. You’ll notice this is a willful NOT a knowing act. In other words, they meant to do it. They didn’t need to know all the ins and outs.

Mail and wire fraud is a federal crime in the United States. Together, 18 U.S.C. §§1341, 1343, and 1346 reach any fraudulent scheme or artifice to intentionally deprive another of property or honest services with a nexus to mail or wire communication.
18 U.S.C.§ 1341provides:

Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, or to sell, dispose of, loan, exchange, alter, give away, distribute, supply, or furnish or procure for unlawful use any counterfeit or spurious coin, obligation, security, or other article, or anything represented to be or intimated or held out to be such counterfeit or spurious article, for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice or attempting so to do, places in any post office or authorized depository for mail matter, any matter or thing whatever to be sent or delivered by the Postal Service, or deposits or causes to be deposited any matter or thing whatever to be sent or delivered by any private or commercial interstate carrier, or takes or receives therefrom, any such matter or thing, or knowingly causes to be delivered by mail or such carrier according to the direction thereon, or at the place at which it is directed to be delivered by the person to whom it is addressed, any such matter or thing, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.

If the violation occurs in relation to, or involving any benefit authorized, transported, transmitted, transferred, disbursed, or paid in connection with, a presidentially declared major disaster or emergency (as those terms are defined in section 102 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5122)), or affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.^[2]

All Federal funding used in any case has been reported, transferred, accounted for through the U S Mail at some point. Clearly whatever was stated by the agents, bosses or U S Attorney justifying the expenditures was fraudulent.

Wire

18 U.S.C. §1343 provides:
Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, transmits or causes to be transmitted by means of wire, radio, or television communication in interstate or foreign commerce, any writings, signs, signals, pictures, or sounds for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If the violation affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.^[3]

Huge wire fraud implications resulting from EVERY email, fax, Teletype that occurred with the intent to mislead the true actions of Fast and Furious.
42 U.S.C.§ 1983 now reads:^[3]
Every person who under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, Suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer’s judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable. For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia.

To be clear, Brian Terry, Jaime Zapata and every other cop and civilian harmed by a Fast and Furious gun has been deprived of their constitutional civil rights at the hands of ATF and DOJ Attorneys under the color of law. Example: An agent walks high-grade heroin with no safe guards, and no specific greater law enforcement future good that he/she can articulate, and someone’s kid overdoses because of it, BINGO, same deal as Fast and Furious.

The Supreme Court has interpreted the United States Constitution to construct laws regulating the actions of the law enforcement community. Under “color of law”, it is a crime for one or more persons using power given to him or her by a governmental agency (local, state or federal), to willfully deprive or conspire to deprive another person of any right protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. Enforcement of “color of law” does not require that any racial, religious, or other discriminatory motive existed. Criminal acts under color of law include acts within and beyond the bounds or limits of lawful authority.

A new report out by the Equality and Human Rights Commission has thrown a light on the abuses that invariably come when you socialise healthcare. This one focused on home care for the elderly run by local councils. The chronic disregard of pensioners was found to be so appalling many have been left ‘wanting to die’. Of the 500k people that are under government care, 250k experienced horrendous neglect. Here are some examples of what ‘carers’ get up to:

Refusal to heat food in a microwave and serve due to “health and safety” concerns
Soiled sheets unchanged for weeks
The frail put to bed at 2:45pm
Lack of time to carry out vital tasks like washing and dressing
Physical abuse such as rough handling and shouting
Systematic theft of money
Leaving food out for a blind and deaf man and not telling him where it is

And it is no better in hospitals, where a study earlier this year exposed similar abuses, like leaving food out of reach, so that patients starved and were so thirsty they couldn’t cry out for help. Hot off the press yesterday, we learn that botched operations are now in the tens of thousands each year, post-operative infections are at an all time high and the death rate due to NHS care is ‘alarmingly high’.

Some elderly with means are even hiring private nurses and having them pose as friends and relatives to ensure they are bathed and fed while in hospital. It is so surreally absurd and obscene, it almost sounds like a comedy sketch, but sadly it is all too real and the tragic result of a human ‘rights’ culture. And it will be the fate of America if Obamacare is not repealed.

When left to the devises of man, a ‘right’ becomes a politicised tool to manipulate for purposes of greed, power or some other nefarious intent. When passed into law, personal responsibility is abrogated and it is left to the courts to fight out whether a right has been denied based on evidence gathered.

Take the simple concept of clean drinking water which the UN Human Rights Council says should be a ‘right’ recognised under international law. Now since we can’t live without it for more than a few days and we all support that everyone should have it, wouldn’t this be a reasonable law? No it would not.

Just because we call something a ‘right’ does not make it so. The thinking gets muddled when we fail to distinguish the difference between a ‘right’ and a necessity. Water is necessary to human life, so our governments should ensure their citizens have access to it. Unfortunately some governments fail to do so as in developing nations where water access is unsafe or scarce. In 2003 Kerala, India suffered extreme water shortages when corrupt officials granted water rights to a foreign soft drinks manufacturer, allowing them to extract a million gallons a day. To combat this kind of poor government judgment, the UN resolution seeks to let the responsibility fall to the international community, which usually means taxing richer nations to supply that water in various programs. But much of that money will inevitably end up funding a new Mercedes or palatial residence for the local despot. The status quo remains as the tyranny of taxation hampers the ability of private sector initiatives to take action.

It’s the same with health care. In Europe, no politician will renounce social health care for fear of losing his votes. In fact, the best way to gain votes is to denounce its privatization. Money continues to be thrown at services no longer fit for purpose and when that’s gone, the inevitable ‘efficiency ‘ cuts come.

Billions have been spent here in the UK on commissions and reports by outside agencies producing endless reports on how to fix the NHS. Many point to competition being a key to improvement. Yet the country remains frozen into non-action over this sacred cow because of our deeply imbedded ‘rights’ culture. Even Socialist Sweden was able to lift itself from health care hell into market led reforms that have transformed their health service. In former communist Slovakia nearly half of health care is privately serviced.

The British clearly haven’t suffered enough yet, as they cling to the proposition that universal health care is a right and proper way to equalize resources and makes society ‘fair’ for everyone. In the process, free market principles are obliterated forcing people who want other non-government alternatives to fund them themselves while still paying tax to for a universal system. And the basic human interaction of one person helping another in need through the choice that a well developed conscience dictates, is replaced by the state and bureaucratic decisions based on statistics and budgets. Taxation and the appeal to our innate sense of fairness is the oxygen that feeds this system, and it inhibits the freedom for civil society to take action because money is squeezed from that sector. And when a ‘right’ is designated to another party to administer, the culture gets lazy about doing the decent thing. Need can only be truly addressed on an individual basis by people whose objectives are driven by personal charity and not personal greed or power.

‘Rights’ culture turns into tyranny when we fillet out moral virtue and conscience. When you leave the judgement of decent behaviour to another – a politician, a court or a human rights commission, you set up a value system that encourages self-centred thinking devoid of personal responsibility.

Western civilization was built on Christian values and its attendant rule of law based on Mosaic Law or the Ten Commandants - the ultimate guideline for personal responsibility. Follow these and you have moral order which in turn leads to societal order. ”Honour your father and your mother”, takes care of our elders. If you can’t, then someone in your family will and if they can’t, then it falls to our neighbours, which is way the Christian moral ethic operates. If we swept out government intervention tomorrow, civil society would pick up the baton. Faith groups and others would set up homes for the elderly where volunteers, religious and others would band together supported by private fundraising to do what a culture powered by love does.

We see this ethic in operation time after time, especially in America after natural disasters. People pitch in and help their neighbour.

America’s founding made this culture of love endemic and is the reason why so many want to flee to its shores, many of whom don’t even understand why this principle works, but they do get that the freedom it spawns does work. The founding fathers also knew the role of government must be to protect this freedom out of which personal responsibility flourishes. This was all placed under God in the Declaration of Independence which recognized the fundamental rights of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.

The culture of ‘rights’ claims to protect, but it can never succeed. Firstly, take God out of the equation and we will never agree on what a ‘right’ is. It becomes a euphemism for decency. Bloated on luxurious budgets at the expense of ordinary people, the EU unceasingly dreams up new goodies to throw into the ‘rights’ bag, as we saw this summer with one member putting forward a bill for the ‘right’ to a summer holiday.

Secondly, where one ‘right’ is enforced, another will be violated. Take airport scanners. In the UK we will soon be required to do a full body scan without a pat down option if a passenger is selected for screening. If we refuse, we lose our right to fly. Flying is not a right, but in a free society a bought service. We choose this service based on how safe they make it, the food, seat comfort, etc.

The individual airlines in turn should be able to provide the necessary security as they see fit.

Decency dictates that appearing nude to a stranger while being bombarded with ionizing radiation would warrant another method more valid. But despite the unusual move by the EU to direct its member states not to use this type of scanner, the UK is going ahead because of the significant terror threats we face and our ‘rights’ be damned.

In a free society, airlines should be able to choose their methods of security and market them accordingly. Israeli airline EL AL would be the first port of call for consultation as they have cornered the market in determining who poses a threat by psychological profiling, suspect terrorist intelligence and good old fashioned common sense backed by gun wielding marshals on board. Now, that’s a service I would gladly pay for and relax on the flight.

And the rest who still feel violated? Since the majority of terrorists taking to the skies these days are Islamofacists, we could create flights based on Imam-defined rules of safety where Muslims might feel happier about not being profiled. The market would operate freely, we all have our dignity and ‘rights’ intact and we would see who did the better business. Similarly, a free market health care system weeds out the good hospitals from the bad and the impetus to decency of the individual would see to the needs of the truly destitute.

UN-Agenda 21-How it affects everyone

First of all, I will make it known that I think the UN is a huge leftwing, anti American, waste of money that is about as useful as a pant-load to a toddler! With that off my chest, lets get down to the nuts and bolts and how they want world domination and will accomplish that by stripping YOU of your rights, one by one! Check this out:

“Agenda 21 proposes an array of actions which are intended to be implemented by every person on Earth…it calls for specific changes in the activities of all people… Effective execution of Agenda 21 will require a profound reorientation of all humans, unlike anything the world has ever experienced… ” - Agenda 21: The Earth Summit Strategy to Save Our Planet (Earthpress, 1993).

Presidential candidate Newt Gingrich stated during a recent campaign event that the United Nations was seeking to create an “extraconstitutional control” over the US with programs like Agenda 21. Gingrich’s remarks are featured in a YouTube video. But what is Agenda 21 and why has it taken nearly 20 years before this subject got national recognition?

Agenda 21 seeks to control populations through zoning and seizure of private property, strip national sovereignty, reduce the world population, even control our consumption of meat and air conditioning ... all in the name of the environment. And who can be against the environment, right?

Many Americans cringe at the mention of “global government” or “conspiracy.” And often, conspiracy theories have little basis in fact. But we must recognize that it is a basic element of human nature to seek wealth and power, and that people throughout human history have conspired together to do so. Not all conspiracies are real, but they do exist. And Agenda 21 is a perfect example on a global scale.

From the report produced by the United Nations Conference on Human Settlements, which was the predecessor to Agenda 21: “Land…cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice…. Public control of land use is therefore indispensable….”

Our Constitution explicitly protects our private property rights. No wonder President Clinton signed it into law without consent from Congress. In fact, those who drafted the plan considered it to be so toxic that they warned proponents not to use the term Agenda 21.

“Participating in a UN advocated planning process would very likely bring out many of the conspiracy- fixated groups and individuals in our society,” said J. Gary Lawrence, adviser to President Clinton’s Council on Sustainable Development. “This segment of our society who fear ‘one-world government’ and a UN invasion of the United States through which our individual freedom would be stripped away would actively work to defeat any elected official who joined ‘the conspiracy’ by undertaking [Agenda 21].

So we call our process something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management or smart growth.”

Rather than defend against the disinformation campaign used to prop up Agenda 21, we must read the document and instead demand why the UN thinks it has any business subjugating the world under its authority when their record is full of epic corruption and humiliating failures.

Electronic strip-searches at the airport...

IRS reporting rules that require merchants to disclose transactions of $10,000 or more or which require you to report foreign financial accounts...

Warrantless electronic surveillance of U.S. citizens...

Secret searches and electronic eavesdropping on Americans by the National Security Agency (with the President’s blessing)...

It’s all an eerie manifestation of Orwell’s dystopian 1984.

But The Tragedy Doesn’t Stop There...

America ended 2000 with a budget surplus of $236 billion, yet today she’s technically bankrupt, addled by annual deficits exceeding $1 trillion and with no honest options for repair - and, worse, a political process that is broken, dysfunctional and self-serving.

We’ve depleted our national treasure on wars of personal revenge and vendetta, spending more than $1.2 trillion - and counting - on conflicts inAfghanistan and Iraq that have accomplished little of national significance. Our accumulated debts now exceed $14 trillion, nearly 100% of GDP.

At The Sovereign Society, we know exactly how we would solve the debt crisis - but it would have nothing to do with Fed chairman Ben Bernanke’s redux of Operation Twist, which aims to stimulate the economy by pushing medium and long-term interest rates lower.
Our solution is simple - though it is one the Keynesian-minded, wealth-destroying automatons in Washington refuse to consider.

Firstly, kill ObamaCare.

It’s unconstitutional - no government should force its citizens to buy any product under threat of financial penalty. Business executives are so uncertain about the financial impact ObamaCare will impose they have no desire to hire new workers. The added costs only serve to make American businesses less competitive in the global marketplace.

Second, throw away the entire 71,600-page U.S. tax code and start from scratch.

Ensure that everyone pays a little something for the right to live in the freest nation on Earth. There is no reason 51% of American taxpayers effectively pay no income tax - and even less reason why 30% of taxpayers made money off the tax system through credits.

Reduce corporate income taxes while you’re at it.

Kill the various exemptions that individual industries have lobbied for.
And incentivize companies to repatriate the hundreds of billions of dollars sitting in corporate bank accounts overseas.

Unfortunately, none of those suggestions are likely to happen.

Instead, we have increased inefficient regulation at every turn. Obamacare will doubtless make matters even worse and will continue to work to dampen the animal spirit of American capitalism.

The outcome of the forthcoming election will have long-term ramifications for America.

There is Only One Thing Left To Do

We urge you to think about your financial parachute. Now is the time to have money in banks and brokerage firms overseas ... and in gold and land. You might even consider the possibility of a second passport or residency in another country. Because if fundamental changes in our political priorities and monetary policies don’t happen soon, America is going to become a very tough place to call home for anyone who has even a modicum of wealth.

A possible escape hatch is Asia, where growth is springing forth. Just look at the exploding economies in places like Phnom Penh, Singapore,Bangkok, Hong Kong.

Putting idle cash into EverBank’s Asian Currency Portfolio, for example, means you will inoculate yourself against the never-ending debasement of the U.S. dollar (a trend that has been ongoing for generations) by investing in currencies such as the Singapore dollar, Australian dollar, Indian rupee, Chinese yuan and Japanese yen - all of which consistently outperform the ailing greenback as Asia’s rising middle class fuels the growth of emerging-market economies.

The last bastion of unionism has no choice but to endorse our communist in chief as they have pissed off just about EVERY non-union American out there under obama and his out of control left wingnut NLRB crew! As I read the memorandum in front of me, I am amazed how blind Americans are, how naïve, ignorant, credulous, and unable to discern fact from fiction, reality from fantasy. How much more proof do they need before they realize our country is on the path of purposeful destruction?

Service Employees International Union (SEIU), with its 2.1 million dues paying members had announced on November 16, 2011, “with great pride and a sense of purpose,” that they were endorsing President Barack Obama for re-election.

“President Obama is the only candidate for president who shares our vision of America as a land of opportunity for everyone. We need a leader willing to fight for the needs of the 99 percent, and stand with hard working families to say that the world’s wealthiest corporations must pay their fair share.”

Is this the vision of socialist America where almost 50 percent of citizens already pay no federal income tax and receive welfare from the producers? Is this the vision where pot-smoking youth occupy our parks demanding handouts while preaching Marxism?

Is this the vision of America where working Americans support millions of illegal aliens who take advantage of our lax law enforcement when foreigners cross the border illegally, drop anchor babies, use our emergency rooms for medical care, our schools and universities for educating their children, and take jobs from American citizens?

Our leader does not fight for the needs of all Americans. His needs, golfing, vacationing, entertaining lavishly at taxpayer expense, or his favorite hobby, non-stop campaigning, come first. He punishes companies that are not supporting his plan for America and rewards companies who have contributed heavily to his campaign coffers.

Congressman Frank Wolf remarked on the floor of the House on November 16, 2011, “General Electric, the nation’s largest corporation, had a very good year in 2010 but GE paid zero taxes in 2010. At the same time, the Congressional Research Service found that the October 2008 issue of China Taxation magazine published top corporate taxpayers in the commercial services sector. The Beijing subsidiary of GE was number 32.”

The 99 percent have been overlooked by the head of President Obama’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness, GE chairman, Jeffrey Immelt, who announced recently that the headquarters of its 115-year old X-ray business would be moved from Wisconsin to Beijing.

Fifty percent of GE’s workforce is overseas. A joint venture between GE and the Chinese firm AVIC was announced to develop avionics systems for jets. If the president cared so much for the 99 percent, would he not make sure jobs would be created here and repatriated from China?

Is it a good idea to provide the PLA with advanced avionics technology at a time when the Chinese are developing aeronautics and space exploration programs? Is this not a national security issue?

The SEIU memo continues, “Our economy and democracy have been taken over by the wealthiest one percent.” The truth is, wealthy individuals are being threatened and blackmailed by the left on a daily basis. Our country has been taken over by Marxists and anti-American individuals who wish nothing but the failure and de-development of America from a super-power to a third world nation.

The SEIU memo to its members says, “These bankers and CEOs have used their wealth and excessive political influence to treat our state and federal governments like their personal cash drawer – spending lavishly on elections and then pressuring legislators to give them even more instead of creating jobs. It shows the results.”

Was it not unions that spent hundreds of millions of dollars to elect Democrats to Congress and President Obama in order to influence the outcome of legislation favoring and benefiting unions?

Was it not ACORN protesting outside the homes of bankers and CEOs with the intent of shaming them into giving mortgage loans to people with shady credit scores? Were certain Congresspersons not urging bankers to make these loans? Did this move not exacerbate the housing bubble crisis?

Corporations are not creating jobs because they are overregulated, EPA is denying permits, business confidence under this administration is at its lowest, and corporations are afraid to hire because of the uncertainty of taxation and the foreseen high cost of Obamacare per employee.

SEIU’s president says, “We know there needs to be a pathway to citizenship for every immigrant worker.” The left now calls illegal aliens “immigrant workers,” last year it was “undocumented workers.” No matter how they spin it, the left wants amnesty for illegal aliens because they want new cardholders paying dues to unions and new automatic Democrat voters. It does not matter to liberals that the majority of Americans do not want amnesty.

Our President has had three years, a few billion dollars job stimuli, and many opportunities to create jobs. It never was his intent to create jobs – he likes people being dependent on the government dole. People who cannot find jobs, especially young people with college degrees, have nobody to blame but themselves for choosing perennial poverty by voting for Obama in 2008 and by choosing unmarketable degrees.

Mr. Obama has presided over the largest spending spree in the history of the U.S., out of control debt that threatens our national security. Aided by both Republicans and Democrats in Congress who are unwilling to set a debt ceiling, he will not stop spending until we have reached an insurmountable debt that many future generations will not be able to repay. It is like giving a child total control of the candy jar.

“We know that health care, elder care and other vital services must be available for all our families,” says the SEIU President in her letter, which solicits $10 in re-election campaign donations.

We already have the best and most generous health care system in the world available for all families, including illegal alien ones. Nobody is refused medical care in our emergency rooms. Foreign nationals come to America legally for medical treatment because we have the best-trained and brightest physicians in the world and the fastest service.

Insurance issues across state lines should have been addressed first and the fraud within the healthcare system. Instead, Obamacare increased the cost of healthcare and health insurance. In order to offer everything to everybody as falsely promised, rationing and death panels had been introduced in the massive bill that we had to “pass first in order to know what’s in it.”

This one bill will add trillions of dollars to our future national debt.

“President Obama is looking to turn things around, but he needs help from all of us to be heard over his wealthy opponents, people who seem to believe that the only thing wrong with the economy is that they have to share it,” says SEIU President Mary Kay Henry.

People have heard President Obama loud and clear. No matter how many times he repeats his canned rhetoric, none of his plans, schemes, bailouts, stimuli have worked, none of them. He cannot turn things around because he does not know how. Furthermore, he has no intention of doing so.

Mr. Obama is a wealthy man himself, much wealthier than he was when he took office. He knows that wealthy people cannot and do not keep all wealth for themselves, they spend it and reinvest it in order to create more wealth. In the process, they create jobs and elevate the economic status of many Americans.

Although we cannot blame all the economic problems on President Obama’s leadership and his failed policies, he is the captain of the ship of state.

Pandering to economic dolts and people who are asleep is a very stealthy tool to manipulate the masses into automatic donor compliance and SEIU has a large membership.

SEIU President continues in her letter, “Just last month, congressional supporters of the one percent blocked President Obama’s latest job proposals. They claimed that we could not afford to invest in creating jobs in the United States and then suggested another round of tax cuts for wealthy corporations and the one percent. I have a word for that: “ridiculous.”

Jobs were indeed created by this administration in the past three years with American taxpayer dollars – in China, Finland, Mexico, and Brazil.

Past economic history has proven that every time taxes were cut, government revenue increased, and small corporations, most of which have a capital of $100,000, created jobs. We only have 500 or so large corporations. If we confiscated everything corporations own and their profits, it could only offset our huge national debt for a short period of time while the greedy spending in Washington would continue.

It is incomprehensible that people are unable to see through the disingenuous statements made in this SEIU call to action memo to re-elect Obama President. The seemingly small $10 donation will be their economic demise. Fighting and knocking door-to-door to re-elect a losing president assures a bleak future for the so-called 99 percenters. If he is re-elected, the economy will take an irreversible slide into bankruptcy. We will become the banana republic he planned to “fundamentally transform” us into all along.

György Schwartz, better known to the world as George Soros, was born August 12, 1930, inHungary . Soros' father, Tivadar, was a fervent practitioner of the Esperanto language invented in 1887, and designed to be the first global language, free of any national identity. The Schwartz's, who were non-practicing Jews, changed the family name to Soros, in order to facilitate assimilation into the Gentile population, as the Nazis spread into Hungary during the 1930s.

When Hitler's henchman Adolf Eichmann arrived in Hungary to oversee the murder of that country's Jews, George Soros ended up with a man whose job was confiscating property from the Jewish population. Soros went with him on his rounds.

Soros has repeatedly called 1944 "the best year of his life." 70% of Mr. Soros' fellow Jews in Hungary , nearly a half-million human beings, were annihilated in that year, yet he gives no sign that this put any damper on his elation, either at the time or indeed in retrospect." During an interview with "Sixty Minute's" Steve Kroft, Soros was asked about his "best year."

KROFT: My understanding is that you went out with this protector of yours who swore that you were his adopted godson. SOROS: Yes. Yes.

KROFT: Went out, in fact, and helped in the confiscation of property from your fellow Jews, friends and neighbors. SOROS: Yes. That's right. Yes.

KROFT: I mean, that sounds like an experience that would send lots of people to the psychiatric couch for many, many, years. Was it difficult?

SOROS: No, not at all. Not at all, I rather enjoyed it.

KROFT: No feelings of guilt?

SOROS: No, only feelings of absolute power.

In his article, Muravchik describes how Soros has admitted to having carried some rather "potent messianic fantasies with me from childhood, which I felt I had to control, otherwise they might get me in trouble." Be that as it may. After WWII, Soros attended the London School of Economics, where he fell under the thrall of fellow atheist and Hungarian, Karl Popper, one of his professors. Popper was a mentor to Soros until Popper's death in 1994. Two of Popper's most influential teachings concerned "the open society," and Fallibilism.

Fallibilism is the philosophical doctrine that all claims of knowledge could, in principle, be mistaken. (Then again, I could be wrong about that.) The "open society" basically refers to a "test and evaluate" approach to social engineering. Regarding "open society" Roy Childs writes, "Since the Second World War, most of the Western democracies have followed Popper's advice about piecemeal social engineering and democratic social reform, and it has gotten them into a grand mess."

In 1956 Soros moved to New York City where he worked on Wall Street, and started amassing his fortune. He specialized in hedge funds and currency speculation. Soros is absolutely ruthless, amoral, and clever in his business dealings, and quickly made his fortune. By the 1980s he was well on his way to becoming the global powerhouse that he is today.

In an article Kyle-Anne Shiver wrote for "The American Thinker" she says, "Soros made his first billion in 1992 by shorting the British pound with leveraged billions in financial bets, and became known as the man who broke the Bank of England. He broke it on the backs of hard-working British citizens who immediately saw their homes severely devalued and their life savings cut drastically, almost overnight."

In 1994 Soros crowed in "The New Republic," that "the former Soviet Empire is now called the Soros Empire." The Russia-gate scandal in 1999, which almost collapsed the Russian economy, was labeled by Rep. Jim Leach, then head of the House Banking Committee, to be "one of the greatest social robberies in human history. "The "Soros Empire" indeed. In 1997 Soros almost destroyed the economies of Thailand and Malaysia . At the time, Malaysia 's Prime Minister, Mahathir Mohammad, called Soros "a = villain, and a moron." Thai activist Weng Tojirakarn said, "We regard George Soros as a kind of Dracula. He sucks the blood from the people."

The website Greek National Pride reports, "Soros was part of the full court press that dismantledYugoslavia and caused trouble in Georgia , Ukraine and Myanmar [ Burma ]. Calling himself a philanthropist, Soros' role is to tighten the ideological stranglehold of globalization and the New World Order while promoting his own financial gain. He is without conscience; a capitalist who functions with absolute amorality."

France has upheld an earlier conviction against Soros, for felony insider trading. Soros was fined 2.9 million dollars. Recently, his native Hungary fined Soros 2.2 million dollars for "illegal market manipulation." Elizabeth Crum writes that the Hungarian economy has been in a state of transition as the country seeks to become more financially stable and westernized. Soros is deliberately driving down the share price of its largest bank put Hungary 's economy into a wicked tailspin, one from which it is still trying to recover.

My point here is that Soros is a planetary parasite. His grasp, greed, and gluttony have a global reach. But what about America ? Soros told Australia 's national newspaper "The Australian." " America , as the centre of the globalized financial markets, was sucking up the savings of the world. This is now over. The game is out," he said, adding that the time has come for "a very serious adjustment" in American's consumption habits. He implied that he was the one with the power to bring this about."

Obama has recently promised 10 billion of our tax dollars to Brazil , in order to give them a leg-up in expanding their offshore oil fields. Obama's largesse towards Brazil came shortly after his political financial backer, George Soros, invested heavily in Brazilian oil (Petrobras).

Tait Trussel writes, "The Petrobras loan may be a windfall for Soros and Brazil , but it is a bad deal for the U.S. The American Petroleum Institute estimates that oil exploration in the U.S. could create 160,000 new, well-paying jobs, as well as $1.7 trillion in revenues to federal, state, and local governments, all while fostering greater energy security and independence."

Back to America . Soros has been actively working to destroy America from the inside out for some years now. People have been warning us. Two years ago, news sources reported that "Soros [is] an extremist who wants open borders, a one-world foreign policy, legalized drugs, euthanasia, and on and on. This is off-the-chart dangerous." In 1997 Rachel Ehrenfeld wrote, "Soros uses his philanthropy to change or more accurately deconstruct the moral values and attitudes of the Western world, and particularly of the American people. His "open society" is not about freedom; it is about license. His vision rejects the notion of ordered liberty, in favor of a PROGRESSIVE ideology of rights and entitlements."

Perhaps the most important of these "whistle blowers" are David Horowitz and Richard Poe. Their book "The Shadow Party" outlines in detail how Soros hijacked the Democratic Party, and now owns it lock, stock, and barrel. Soros has been packing the Democratic Party with radicals, and ousting moderate Democrats for years. The Shadow Party became the Shadow Government, which recently became the Obama Administration.

When Soros targets a country for "regime change," he begins by creating a shadow government, a fully formed government-in-exile, ready to assume power when the opportunity arises. The Shadow Party he has built in America greatly resembles those he has created in other countries prior to instigating a coup."

November 2008 edition of the German magazine "Der Spiegel," in which Soros gives his opinion on what the next POTUS (President of the U.S. ) should do after taking office. "I think we need a large stimulus package." Soros thought that around 600 billion would be about right. Soros also said that "I think Obama presents us a great opportunity to finally deal with global warming and energy dependence. The U.S. needs a cap and trade system with auctioning of licenses for emissions rights."

Although Soros doesn't (yet) own the Republican Party, like he does the Democrats, make no mistake, his tentacles are spread throughout the Republican Party as well.

Soros is a partner in the Carlyle Group where he has invested more than 100 million dollars. According to an article by "The Baltimore Chronicle's" Alice Cherbonnier, the Carlye Group is run by "a veritable who's who of former Republican leaders," from CIA man Frank Carlucci, to CIA head and ex-President George Bush, Sr.

In late 2006, Soros bought about 2 million shares of Halliburton, Dick Cheney's old stomping grounds. When the Democrats and Republicans held their conventions in 2000, Soros held Shadow Party conventions in the same cities, at the same time. In 2008, Soros donated $5,000,000,000 (that's Five Billion) to the Democratic National Committee, DNC, to insure Obama's win and wins for many other Alinsky trained Radical Rules Anti-American Socialists. George has been contributing a $ billion plus to the DNC since Clinton came on the scene.

Soros has dirtied both sides of the aisle, trust me. And if that weren't bad enough, he has long held connections with the CIA. And I mustn't forget to mention Soros' involvement with the MSM (Main Stream Media), the entertainment industry (e. g. he owns 2.6 million shares of Time Warner), and the various political advertising organizations he funnels millions to. In short, George Soros controls or influences most of the MSM. Little wonder they ignore the TEA PARTY, Soro's NEMESIS.

The battle of conservatives to transform America has drawn increasingly savage fire from organized labor. Like so many relics of leftist power, labor unions spin wild tales of an awful past in order to justify their continued special status in our nation.

In much the same way, so-called Civil Rights leaders view our past as pure, vile racism which it will take five hundred years to eradicate. Feminists see misogyny in everything conservatives propose, except when we defend the reputation of Michele Bachmann or Sarah Palin. Environmentalists, whose roots were in the honorable Conservation movement of a century ago, now deify dirt, water, feral animals and force us to also genuflect at the altars of this false pantheon.

Leftism, without labor, is a menagerie of distasteful exhibits in a carnival freak show. Labor unions, however, profess to champion ordinary working families. Most conservative unhappiness of late has been with public employees unions, which have been toxic for state budgets and taxpayers. The image remains of industrial labor unions which have helped those folks who make America run. In particular, the right of unions to compel with a 51% vote of the workers at a shop or organize has been seen as vital to improvement of the lot of workers in America.

That is not true. Unions are granted by law the right to “bargain” on behalf of workers who do not want to be part of the union in states which are not right-to-work states. These unions assess dues, which are overwhelmingly used for political purposes. These workers serve a much meaner and rougher boss than their nominal employer: union overlords.

Workers in right-to-work states are free to form unions, to negotiate with employers and to strike.

These unions, however, cannot compel workers who do not agree with the union to be bound by union contracts, to strike when unions want to strike, or to pay union dues. These sorts of unions – purely voluntary and without the legal power to coerce their members – are as legitimate as any other private association.

Liberty has sweet fruits. Unemployment in the 22 right-to-work states is lower than in the 28 states that do not grant individual employees the right to work without joining a union. Business in those free states can choose rationally how to use workers not bound by union contracts. In a fast-changing, information and technology driven economy, that ability to respond quickly to an evolving business climate is vital.

In the 28 states without right to work, employers are not free to lay off workers when the rational need for workers is low, so the fact that unemployment is actually higher in those states masks the fact that the employment rate of economically needed workers in right to work states is even higher than in the 28 states which allow union contracts which demand that unproductive workers remain on the payroll. Beyond that, union bosses are just another layer of bureaucracy which must be fed from the labors of genuinely productive people. These bureaucrats, like all bureaucrats, must invent work to do and that, in turn, creates more work in businesses and in labor relations lawyers to represent business.

Worse, these union bureaucrats must constantly stoke the myths of employer oppression. They must be closet socialists and latent Marxists. If the market rewards employers who use employees efficiently, fairly and honorably and if it punishes employers who treat employees like medieval serfs, then the whole rationale for having unions tumbles like a deck of cards. Of course, the argument for exploited workers is pure hokum in America. People are free to quit jobs when they want and take better jobs when they want. People are free to move to regions with greener pastures. People are also free to create their own businesses or to work as contract labor for firms.

No one in America ever made a man work in a coal mine or in a steel mill. The worker chose that because, on balance, that seemed the best work for him. Savvy employers like Henry Ford paid his workers very high wages with the conscious intention that this would enable them to buy his Model T (and they did.) Businesses like Bell Telephone, Pillsbury, and Sears introduced profit sharing in the early part of the last century and today almost one quarter of all workers participate in these sorts of plans. The path up the corporate ladder has allowed people from very humble backgrounds to reach the pinnacle of the business world. The relationship between employers and employees in American business history has been symbiotic, not exploitive.

Unraveling the sappy and dull thinking of Marx and his embittered disciples really undoes leftism itself. Useless unions would have no rationale for existence except the lust for power of its bosses. Take unions out of politics and all that remains is the gaggle of dirt worshipers, unbalanced feminists and civil rights straw bosses.

That is why Republicans, not just in the presidential race but particularly in states like Michigan and Pennsylvania, should make right-to-work a top priority. Conventional political wisdom once urged Republicans to simply ignore unions. The vicious battles against modest reforms in Wisconsin prove that ignoring union power is both wrongheaded and unnecessary. Unions lose political fights, when the fights are head-on and not glancing. Ending forced union membership as a condition of employment would provide a transfusion of enterprise to business in America, it would demonstrate the dangerous folly of socialism, and it would remove the corrupting power of union armies in American elections.

America turned upside down politically, economically, racially, morally, fiscally, and internationally

The last three years have turned our country upside down politically, economically, racially, morally, fiscally, and internationally. I no longer recognize the U.S. that many citizens around the globe admired, aspired to emulate, dreamed to visit, owed their freedom to, and considered big brother in times of need, disaster, and danger.

We have lost the NASA space program and our leading edge in space. We are now left with renting a chair on the Chinese or Russian flights, we are the poor cousin who does not own a car and must pay for a ride.

The emotional and hollow “hope and change” for utopia has turned into a nightmare that some of us recognized from past painful experience. We have lost our triple rating as a financial power, we are a nation with shady credit and insurmountable debt. It threatens our national security.

We have a housing crisis caused and manipulated by Democrat Congressmen like Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, and Maxine Waters, who kept assuring President Bush that we did not need to clean up Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. We did not need to reign in the forced lending of expensive homes to poor people who did not intend to pay them back. Democrats told us that it was unfair to deny mortgages to people with shady credit.

he Administration nationalized Chrysler and GM, violating private contracts, shafting shareholders and bondholders to the benefit of unions and a foreign corporation.

Obama took over college lending with the intention of telling students where to go to school, what to study, where to work when they graduated, and how much money they could make.
Banks who were forced to make bad mortgage loans failed and were bailed out with taxpayer money. Even foreign owned insurance companies received our hard-earned dollars. We made investments in the oil industries of Brazil while preventing American companies from drilling.

This administration stopped giving FEMA funds for disaster relief to states that did not vote for Obama or Democrats. Some states were completely ignored in their hours of need, while others were turned down twice such as the Commonwealth of Virginia.

EPA issued stringent regulations responsible for the shutdown of coal-burning plants that generate electricity. The expressed purpose was to make electricity more expensive and discourage its use. Seventy thousand jobs were threatened in West Virginia due to excessive mining regulations.
Billions of dollars in grants were given to solar panel makers like Solyndra that eventually went bankrupt because they could not make the panels cheap enough to make the industry efficient in generating solar power. Presently solar energy is not going to be able to replace energy needs for the largest economy on earth.

The states of Arizona and Alabama were sued by the Justice Department for passing acts to enforce immigration laws. The federal government failed to protect our borders adequately.

The medical and health insurance system were nationalized by strong-arming Congress, bribing it, forcing the passage of a 3,000-page bill that nobody understood, read, or debated thoroughly as it should have been. In spite of the large citizen opposition, it passed in the dead of night.

Taxes were increased and imposed on the average American while stoking the masses with the lies of “tax the rich,” “tax the corporate fat cats,” “make them pay their fair share,” “make Wall Street pay.” Acorn played a pivotal role in intimidating CEOs into giving in to their demands by protests at their homes. Acorn helped register millions of non-existent citizens, dead voters, animals, and cartoon characters.

College students, who have no understanding of how the economy works or even care to understand how it works, were paid to protest and occupy Wall Street and other cities around the nation with money from SEIU, Daily Kos, Moveon.org, Soros, Van Jones, and other like-minded Marxist outlets. Defecating publicly in parks, stoned, drinking beer, and yelling nonsense, they appear to be the armies that Obama had promised in his pre-election speeches that will “fundamentally transform America” through a communist revolution.

America was not in need of change, it did not need fundamental transformation. The ardent supporters did not pay attention to the message. They were mesmerized by the charisma, the style, the youth, the skin color, and the empty suit promises from a man who never held a real job in his life, just like some of his voters who lived in their parents’ basements.

Protesting capitalism, while listening to music on iPods, using iphones, and other electronic devices invented by entrepreneurial Americans, paid malcontents asked for sleeping bags, food, doctors, medicine, and other goods produced by the free market capitalism.

We now have crony capitalism – only Obama’s friends and donors need apply for special favors, grants, and stimuli. We had so many bailouts, grants, incentives and jobs programs. We have lost count of the billions wasted that lined the pockets of his supporters and Democrat campaign chests instead of fixing our infrastructure, our schools, roads, and bridges.

Unemployment is around twenty percent, not the deceptive nine percent reported in the media. There are almost 25 million unemployed, underemployed, and discouraged workers. This number represents 20 percent of our labor force of approximately 125 million Americans.
College graduates are beginning to wake up that they are not going to find the dream job they thought they were going to waltz into, making a six-figure salary just because they received a college degree in some esoteric field with no job openings or prospects. Nobody wants to start at the bottom and gain experience.

Government does not create jobs, it creates bureaucracies with despotic bureaucrats who take away and control more and more of our freedoms. Small businesses and corporations create jobs, the very corporations that are vilified constantly by Obama and his Democrats.
Obamacare has every employer on the edge about hiring. They are not sure what tax and health insurance liabilities they will incur with each new employee. Business and consumer confidence are very low.

The Democrat controlled Congress passed bills to regulate Wall Street and banks. They are now bearing fruit in the form of higher costs passed on to consumers. Are banks greedy? The greed comes from Congress and Obama’s administration who want power, votes, and re-election contributions. Many bills Congress passed allowed businesses to move overseas, to reduce or eliminate their tax burden, and to make it easier hire foreign workers. Companies made generous campaign contributions to Congress.
The job czar, the head of GE, has moved some GE factories to other countries, citing higher demand and a better business environment. It is a blatant conflict of interest to have the head of GE tasked with the creation of American jobs.

Health insurance premiums have increased by 9 percent and many citizens will not be able to keep their insurance or their doctors as promised. We are losing the best medical care in the world because a few million people needed insurance – we are throwing the baby out with the bathwater instead of addressing the real problems such as tort reform and buying insurance across state lines.

We no longer have culture debates on various issues as we used to have under past presidents: abortion, animal rights, bilingual education, drugs, gun politics, multiculturalism, sexual education, stem cell research, law and order, media bias, moral apathy, feminism, secularism, and the death penalty. These debates are gone as if everything has been resolved and decided by the current regime and the liberal media.

The conservative majority protests by millions under the Tea Party banner were generally ignored by the media. The Taxed Enough Already (TEA) message was distorted, maligned, and astro-turfed. The liberal minority protested violently and the media displayed them ad nauseam as if they are the only citizens in this country. Hate speech replaced political correctness with the same end game, to silence the free speech of conservatives.
Sharia Law was introduced in parts of the country although it is incompatible with our Constitution and our legal system. We seem to be unable to stop its advancement and promotion by a small, well organized, and funded minority.

United Nations Agenda 21 has been stealthily introduced since 1992 at the state and local levels and it is now in the full phase of implementation. The Obama federal government has mandated a Sustainability plan for every department that includes green energy, land use, water use, green building, smart city growth, and green transportation. The end game is to confiscate private property by making it useless to the owner and forcing them into mixed use, high-rise tenements, five minutes from work and school by bike or walking.

Public transportation will replace our use of cars. In certain D.C. suburbs, roads are being narrowed to make driving and parking difficult or impossible. Maryland high school students cannot read or write well but they must pass an environmental literacy exam in order to graduate.
We are ruled by EPA and Department of Energy fiat rules and regulations that empower government bureaucrats to take our private wealth and re-distribute it to the poor in this country and around the globe in the name of social justice.

We have spent trillions of dollars on the War on Poverty and we have not made a dent into this perceived poverty. We have lost this war but the rhetoric of poverty gets louder and louder from the left.
Advisors to the White House want a population control plan because they think the planet is strained and there are just too many inhabitants. The herd must be culled through attrition or birth control because we are hurting the environment. We must become slaves and good stewards to the environment, giving land back to the wild according to the Wildlands Project.

Law and order is no longer enforced, as it should be, officers are looking away as vagrants/protesters occupy public and private areas for weeks but are allowed to stay because owners have ties to either the mayor’s office or the elites in power in Washington. Voters were threatened and intimidated by baton yielding individuals who were not prosecuted.

The compliant media are open promoters of Marxism, no longer afraid to show their true socialist colors they have been hiding for years. Hollywood is promoting and advocating re-education camps for the rich who refuse to give up their wealth in excess of $100 million. If that fails, they are calling for the guillotine. Is this America we know and want?

Nobody respects us in the world anymore. People are shocked that we elected such overt Marxist incompetence in Washington. Where is the unconditional love Obama’s presidency was going to bring us? He is disrespected more than many former presidents because his lavish spending has brought the rest of the world closer to the brink of financial meltdown and ruin.

Luckily, we do have a few items left in our arsenal of freedoms: our dignity, our guns, our voting rights, and freedom of speech and assembly. If they shut down the Internet, we can still meet and honor our duty to save and protect the Constitution and our country from destruction.

The FACTS on YOUR Medical-Urgent

Just about EVERYTHING about obamacare is and has been a LIE! Knowing this administration the way you should by now, this should come as no surprise, but it is only going to get worse! In fact it is getting worse everyday.

I personally know doctors that already refuse to see medicare/medicaid patients and 1 that has retired early. I now have to wait almost TWICE as long to see my Doc as I did a 2 years ago! Well this is what is going on behind closed doors right now. I urge you to read this short piece and sign the quick petition at the end immediately;

The worst fears about Obamacare are now being realized in a decision on Monday by the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MPAC) established by the law to supervise $500 billion in Medicare cuts. MPAC, whose decisions have the force of law, has voted to impose drastic pay cuts on all doctors under Medicare and, by extension, under Medicaid (which tends to follow suit). The cuts will effectively reduce the real pay for specialists by 50% over the next ten years --- including a 25% reduction over the next three years -- and cut general practitioners' pay by one-third over ten years (and that assumes that inflation stays down at 3% a year).

MPAC has ruled that specialists must accept a 6% cut in their fees per year for each of the next three years followed by a seven year freeze in their fees without any adjustment for inflation. If inflation stays very low -- at 3% per year -- this cut amounts to an 18% cut in nominal pay and a 50% cut in real pay for specialists. General practitioners will face a ten year freeze on their pay, reducing their real compensation by one-third assuming ongoing low inflation. Higher inflation, of course, would make the cuts in real pay even more drastic.

The consequences of the MPAC decision will be immediate and drastic:

* Many physicians, and many more specialists, will refuse to treat Medicare patients. It will become very, very difficult to see a cardiologist or an oncologist or a gastroenterologist or OB-GYN specialist if you are on Medicare unless you are willing to pay out of pocket or have the kind of health insurance coverage from a private source that would reimburse for their care.

* More and more medical care will be turned over to nurses or physician assistants, and fewer people will ever get to see a doctor on Medicare.

* Private health insurers will follow in the footsteps of the Medicare program and likely slash their fees as well.

* Fewer students will enter medicine, and a major shortage of doctors will reduce the quality of medical care in America drastically.

The MPAC cuts will bring American doctors' incomes more into line with European doctors who typically earn half or less of what their American counterparts earn -- and deliver worse medical care as a result.

We have got to stop these MPAC cuts from taking effect. The very future of Medicare and of our entire health care system is at stake. If they are allowed to stand, Medicare will become akin to Medicaid or public housing -- a program for poor people who cannot afford to pay for medical care from specialists outside the system.

The Clock Is Ticking...Occupy Pennsylvania Avenue

In considering the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) protestors who’ve been camped out in New York City’s Zuccotti Park for more than a month now, we should consider the words of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Hugo L. Black in New York Times Co. vs. Sullivan, (1964): “An unconditional right to say what one pleases about public affairs is what I consider to be the minimum guarantee of the First Amendment."

The OWS “movement,” if it can be called that, seems to have been initiated by young Americans justifiably disenchanted with the economic and political state of America, using a generic straw villain labeled “Wall Street” that has some catchy validity.

As a friend of my youth and a founder of Young Americans for Freedom, David Franke, wrote recently:

“Ordinary Americans sense that we have been screwed by Wall Street every bit as much as by Washington, D.C., but instead of fighting together we have fallen into the perennial Right vs. Left trap of letting the ruling establishment divide us. The conservatives say Washington caused our meltdown, the progressives say Wall Street caused our meltdown. Only the Ron Paul Revolution understands that they are one and the same, with the Federal Reserve representing and empowering both Washington and Wall Street against the people.”

Wrong Street, Wrong City

I think OWS protestors should broaden their targets to include all the true culprits - the White House and Capitol Hill politicians of both parties who, in league with those big, bailed out banks, major corporations and unions, form a ruling oligarchy whose only guiding principles are plundering our nation’s economy for their own personal gain and the preservation of their own political power.

These are the oligarchs who run that system of which “Wall Street” is only a part.

Then too, there is the despicable bi-partisan revolving door by which Wall Street moguls slip in and out of major federal government posts from Secretary of the Treasury (Geithner, Paulson, Snow, O’Neill, Summers, Rubin, Baker and Schulz among others) on down, using their Washington tenure to shape policy to benefit Wall Street at the expense of most Americans who are excluded from this exclusive inner circle of inbred wealth and power.

Americans Know

Only a small percentage of the 312,455,336 souls alive in America don’t know or believe that this once great country is in grave trouble today. We all know that because each of us is a witness to the rampant political and economic rot and inequality.

Most Americans feel trapped, they foresee their children’s fate as even worse off than they are, and they are justifiably angry. A Timemagazine poll this week found that by 54% to 23%, the public approves of protests on Wall Street and beyond.

Four million American homes are in foreclosure, the real unemployment rate is about 16%, George Bush, Barack Obama and a complicit U.S. Congress wasted 10 trillion of our tax dollars on business and bank bailouts, while Wall Street rewarded itself with an astounding $160 billion in bonuses the year after the global financial crisis they helped to create.

The OWS protesters’ actions inevitably will end but they have achieved an important goal: they have put the issue of income inequality on the national agenda. Huge gaps between the top 5% versus the other 95% have been growing as a political issue for a long time and now it is coming to a head.

Meanwhile, the political cynicism OWS is protesting continues unabated, led by the hypocrite in chief, Barack Obama. The Democratic Party openly admits it is looking for ways to capitalize on OWS to help them in the 2012 elections as the Tea Party has helped the Republicans.

Convenient Class Warfare

Suddenly Obama newly discovers his sympathy for the OWS anti-Wall Street campaign - he who has been deep in the pockets of Wall Street slavishly doing their bidding. For a shocking, eye opening compendium of facts about Obama and his multiple and lucrative Wall Street ties, I seriously urge you to read Glen Greenwald’s account of this sordid tale of political incest financed by American taxpayers.

‎Two years ago I urged readers of my blog to review two articles from Rolling Stone that laid out the facts about just one Wall Street powerhouse, Goldman Sachs. It’s worth going back and reading them now: The Great American Bubble Machine by Matt Taibbi, andObama's Big Sellout.

Fascinating reading, folks, and it will go a long way toward providing a better understanding of who owns Barack Obama and the U.S. government and what OWS opposes, whether it realizes it or not.

Obama made certain the big bankers knew he was and is their friend, even paling around with foreign bankers from the indicted Swiss UBS. His buddy system raked in millions in campaign funds from Wall Street and bankers, and in spite of some harsh words, the president has rewarded them handsomely - with billions in bailouts at the taxpayers' expense.

The Clock Is Ticking for America to
Solve Its Problems

What’s the solution? I wish I knew...

Since both political parties are deeply involved with and beholden to the system, it would seem the answer is a third party independent candidate who not only comprehends the enormous dimension of our problems, but has the courage to act to solve them, without regard to the financial powers that be. Another possibility is free market constitutional reforms to stop the current crony capitalism.

Among the current crop of preening political pygmies it seems to me only my old friend Ron Paul understands what needs to be done, but his age and some quirky ideas make him a punching bag for the liberal media and the Republican establishment.

Based on my close observation of the man and his beliefs, my candidate would be U.S. Senator Marco Rubio of Florida. But this dynamic young conservative is only 40 years old and by all calculations will not achieve national leader status for another 10 or 15 years.

Unfortunately, as Occupy Wall Street reminds us, America does not have that much time left to solve its problems. The need is immediate and acute.

Why we MUST kill Political Correctness

I came across this very well put together article on Political Correctness [PC], its roots and how it will lead to the demise of our society as we know it. It will take a good reader 5 minutes, yet you will come away with a better knowledge of its sinister undermining of what we all hold sacred, our liberties and freedoms as well as our Constitution!

Kelly O'Connell has given this a lot of thought and study putting this together and kudos to him as he has done a brilliant job! Notice the differences in definitions depending on the sources!

The West will either reject the logic of Political Correctness or suffer a catastrophic failure of vision, will, power and influence, destroying civil society as we know it. This may sound drastic, and of course it is. But why is it being claimed here? Because the ideas in the doctrines of Political Correctness and related notions like Multiculturalism are so destructive that—much like magma—these cannot long be held safely before spilling over and causing tremendous damage, chaos and destruction of our society.

The reason it must be eliminated is because Political Correctness is a Trojan horse for Marxism, which always destroys everything it touches. PC is a curse which must be denounced before it mangles its host society, especially since it is the very opposite of Free Speech. More importantly, individual responsibility is eliminated by PC standards which make irrelevant personal morality. This is the subject of this essay.

I. Definition of Political Correctness

Political Correctness (PC) is shorthand for an ideology which implies ethical or moral superiority for various positions which challenge traditional morality. The Freedictionary.com defines PC as

1. Of, relating to, or supporting broad social, political, and educational change, especially to redress historical injustices in matters such as race, class, gender, and sexual orientation.

PC has become, in practice, a set of standards by which communication is purified from unacceptable content. But PC has also deeply affected public policy and law, and ultimately ideas about morality, itself. For example, against the longstanding notion of the right of free expression, even thinking many forbidden thoughts would break PC norms. And for this reason, PC has evolved from being rules for “sensitivity” training into a set of un-breachable social mores.

One author sums up this idea:

Political correctness has 3 features. First, political correctness is a set of attitudes & beliefs divorced from mainstream values. Second, the politically correct person has a prescriptive view on how people should think & what they are permitted to discuss. Third, & most importantly, political correctness is embedded in public institutions, which have a legislative base, & which have coercive powers. It is this third aspect that gives political correctness its authority. Without this capture of power the views of the politically correct would simply be another view in the marketplace of ideas. A person, an institution or a government is politically correct when they cease to represent the interests of the majority, & become focused on the cares & concerns of minority groups.

Yet, when peeling back the layers of the onion of PC, one cannot help but notice a strongly socialist or Marxist bent to these rules. And this is no coincidence. As Bill Lind says,

Political Correctness is cultural Marxism. It is Marxism translated from economic into cultural terms. It is an effort that goes back not to the 1960s and the hippies and the peace movement, but back to World War I. If we compare the basic tenets of Political Correctness with classical Marxism the parallels are very obvious.

So PC is a method for transporting Marxist ideas into traditional cultures.

II. History of Political Correctness

Political Correctness seems like the type of thing that would arise of its own merits. How misleading! Instead, the Frankfurt school of Marxism, from Frankfurt Germany, created PC as a way to disseminate their ideas in the Institute for Social Research. Bill Lind gives a brief history of this,

In 1923 in Germany, a think-tank was established to translate Marxism from economic into cultural terms. This created Political Correctness as we know it today. This institute, associated with Frankfurt University was originally supposed to be known as the Institute for Marxism. But the people behind it decided at the beginning that it was not to their advantage to be openly identified as Marxist. So instead they decided to name it the Institute for Social Research.

Then, when these Marxist professors fled Hitler, they applied to emigrate to America and were accepted. The Germans brought PC with them. As Lind says,

Members of the Frankfurt School were both Marxist and Jewish. In 1933 the Nazis came to power in Germany. Not surprisingly they shut down the Institute for Social Research. Its members fled to New York City, were the Institute was reestablished in 1933 by Columbia University. These shifted their focus from Critical Theory about German society, to Critical Theory directed toward American society.

III. Multiculturalism

Related to PC is Multiculturalism—but what is that? Dictionary.com defines Multiculturalism as “The preservation of different cultures or cultural identities within a unified society, as a state or nation.” The Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy says:

Multiculturalism is a philosophical theory regarding the proper way to respond to cultural and religious diversity. Mere toleration of group falls short of making minority groups equal citizens; recognition and positive accommodation of group differences are required through “group-differentiated rights.” While multiculturalism is an umbrella term to characterize the moral and political claims of a wide range of disadvantaged groups, including African Americans, women, gays and lesbians, and the disabled, most theorists of multiculturalism tend to focus their arguments on immigrants who are ethnic and religious minorities, minority nations, and indigenous peoples.

The West is beginning to understand the problems with multiculturalism, as described in the article The Netherlands to Abandon Multiculturalism. States the author:

A new integration bill (covering letter & 15-page action plan), which Dutch Interior Minister Piet Hein Donner presented to parliament on June 16, reads: “The government shares the social dissatisfaction over the multicultural society model and plans to shift priority to the values of the Dutch people. In the new integration system, the values of the Dutch society play a central role. With this change, the government steps away from the model of a multicultural society.”

IV. Effects of Political Correctness

So it is clear that PC is a Marxist ideology which is meant to help ripen the West for socialist takeover. But what are its impacts? Here are some pernicious effects of the PC movement which prove we must drop this false standard.

A: PC Opposes Freedom of Belief

Clearly, if PC blocks the expression of “bad” statements—this is because these ideas are inherently unacceptable. In other words, one should be ashamed at having these thoughts. As individuals lose their freedom to express their beliefs, they lose their ability to think freely, as well.

B: PC Allows an Ideology Without Standards of Right & Wrong to Establish Morality

There is no locus of morality in Marxist or socialist thought—merely a demand to equally distribute all world goods. Therefore, PC beliefs, rules and judgments can only be subjective.

C: PC Assumes Moral Excellence is Achievable Without Debate

The chief presumption of PC is that all serious moral debate about the human condition has already taken place and arguing about it is redundant. This is related to the philosopher Hegel’s (Marx’s role model) insane idea that history was over now that Hegel had come on the scene.

D: PC Presumes Moral Bravery is Unobjectionable

An absurd result of the PC fiction is that all moral struggles have now been solved, and the outcome is not only clear, but unremarkable. Yet, if this were assumed in the past, many irreplaceable debates would have never happened, including over democracy, sufferagism, slavery, women and children’s rights, etc. But this is a nonsensical conclusion.

E: PC Sanctions Mere Words

PC seeks to make illegal every insensitive use of language. Yet only for socialist or Marxist causes.

F: PC Predetermines Truths & Stops Honest Moral Analysis

Perhaps the most audacious presumption of PC is that all truths are already known and have been processed by PC thinkers and writers. So it eliminates the idea that truth be debated since it has already been decided beforehand. In doing this, it makes all moral debates redundant.

G: PC Keeps People From Talking Honestly so Cripples Free Debate

PC means one cannot freely discuss any controversial topic since such a debate presumes honesty. But if moral positions are predetermined, then it is simply unacceptable to announce or advent for any positions not already blessed by PC. This stops people and societies from dealing with the most pressing problems.

H: PC Forces Individuals to Accept Ideas Against Their Conscience

Even a few years ago, a person of a religious mindset could espouse opposition to things of which they disapproved. Now to do so would mean public sanctions and possibly criminal penalties. All for merely disagreeing with certain thoughts or activities.

I: PC Makes Certain Groups Above Criticism

A dangerous aspect of PC is the tendency to defend the actions of individuals not by virtue of their inherent morality, but instead by association of their tribal source.

J: PC Makes Logic, History & Ethics Subservient to Lesser Concerns

PC forces socialist mores and standards upon individuals even though history reveals such ideas always fail, and common sense indicates these beliefs lack all ethical soundness.

K: PC Creates Distrust Between Races & Cultures

Since the PC movement has created special categories and rewards for those of exemplary status, other groups feel suspicious of these persons. This refusal to accept meritocracy can only breed unsoundness and destruction in such sacrosanct groups.

L: PC is Anti-Efficiency, Rewarding Status Over Achievement

If groups are rewarded not by their good works, but merely by being a passive member of a protected class, this action will certainly increase indolence and incompetence.

M: PC is Backwards Looking

The PC movement seeks to repay groups on the basis of things denied their predecessors which is not just irrational, but also unfair to those amongst the living.

N: PC Breaks Down Potential for Democracy

Since PC opposes free speech, it harms democracy since democracy is based upon free political choice.

O: PC Claims Coercion More Important Than Persuasion

Clearly, since PC spends so much time and effort to silence “insensitive” speakers—it cares more about shutting people up as opposed to persuade them. Therefore, PC can lead to conflict by bottling up anger, ignorance and misunderstandings.

P: PC Invalidates All Religions Which Claim Timeless Morality

If the PC movement is correct, all traditional—meaning biblical religions—must be false, since they regularly argue against PC standards. Therefore, PC is not just anti-religion but also against traditional morality. Therefore it is very destructive of society.

V. If Not for PC, Barack Would No Longer be in Office

It is obvious that Obama has received many kudos for being the first true minority elected president. Yet, it is also doubtless that he gathers enormous sympathy and pity for this status, as well. Yet, if we are honest, we must admit that another president would not have received the same support and forgiveness for his many mistakes. So, since Barack is destroying America through ignorance, laziness or even ill-will, the PC movement is likewise dissolving the US.

Therefore, we must destroy PC before it destroys us. And the only way to eviscerate this intellectual parasite and moral blight is to demand Free Speech be regarded as more important than PC and its countless restrictions. Further, that PC is the mortal enemy of Free Speech and only one of them can survive. These leftist codes must be permanently dismissed in favor of our ancestral liberties and rights, or bondage will be established as surely as night follows day.

Herman Cains 9-9-9-The Facts

Well folks, all I hear about Herman Cains 9-9-9 plan, is how to dismantle and defeat it. I have the breakdown on how it will affect YOU! I hear the left say it will hurt the poor! Maybe not. However, it is the lazy welfare class and the Usurper in Chief that keeps screaming "EVERYONE has to pay their FAIR share"! Well this does just that. I think that welfare checks SHOULD be taxed! Social Security checks are and its on money that the recipients HAVE ALREADY PAID TAX ON!

So it's fine and dandy to cry out and DEMAND that we spread the wealth, but how are you on lets spread the DEBT? Until you see that side of the equation, you have NO RIGHT to anything, so shut up! Now Mr. Cain has a plan, something the democrats couldn't come up with for THREE YEARS, its called a BUDGET! Ignoring their Constitutional oaths and Law, all they do is slam ANYONE that comes up with ANY plan by refusing to even READ it [sound familiar] in the Senate or my Veto by our Loser in Chief!

Here is a great plan that affects ALL of us in a win-win situation. Here are the Pro's and Con's:

In 1980, facing a terrible economy, Ronald Reagan called for a new tax program: 10-10-10. Based on the Kemp-Roth bill, he called for 10 percent cuts in income taxes for three years. He got it, and it kindled 20 years of prosperity.

Now, Herman Cain understands that we need fundamental reform to get our economy moving. He calls for replacing the current system with just three levies of 9 percent each on personal income, corporate income and consumption. There would be no capital gains tax, inheritance tax, Social Security tax or Medicare tax. Just 9-9-9.

His proposal is breathtaking. Currently, the lowest top tax rate is Poland's 18 percent. And Poland is the only European nation that had no recession. If Cain passes 9-9-9, we will thrive and become the destination of choice for every business and businessman. Look at what Reagan's tax cuts achieved, and at the best-performing state economies, where there is no income tax.

The proposal, naturally, attracts critics and skeptics.

Some worry that it will add to the deficit. But that's not likely.

· Americans now earn $12.5 trillion of personal income. Tax it at 9 percent with no deductions and you generate about $1.125 billion. 

· We spend $10.3 trillion. A 9 percent tax would yield about $927 billion. 

· Net corporate income (after dividends) is $1.1 trillion. A 9 percent levy would generate $100 billion.

· That comes to $2.152 billion, about the same as our actual revenues of $2.162 billion for fiscal 2010.  

And then, when you factor in the economic growth this plan will engender, the scenario becomes even better.

Liberals worry that the tax would shift the burden from the rich to the middle class. No, sir. Americans making $50,000 to $60,000 a year now pay an average of 6 percent of their income in income taxes. But they also pay 6.5 percent in FICA levies and 2.9 percent in Medicare payroll taxes (a total of 15.4 percent). The Cain proposal would replace these with a flat 9 percent, saving them 6.4 percent. 

Of course, the middle class would also have to pay a 9 percent sales tax, but it would be largely offset by the savings in their payroll taxes. 

Cain says that competitive pressures would hold down prices and force businesses to eat much of the 9 percent sales tax. Employers would not have to pay their 6.5 percent share of payroll in Social Security taxes, and their corporate taxes would be cut. For commodities with high price elasticity -- like cars -- competition will hold down prices. But for inelastic purchases -- like food and drugs -- some of the tax would probably be passed on. For the middle class? It's a wash.

More compelling is the possible impact on the poor. A family making $20,000 to $30,000 a year pays only 3 percent of its income in taxes (much of it more than offset by tax credits). But it still pays 6.5 percent in FICA and 2.9 percent in Medicare taxes. So the requirement that such a family pay 9 percent in personal income taxes would probably be fully offset by the cut in payroll taxes. But the poor might face higher prices. Cain plans to spell out how he can mitigate the impact on the poor through special empowerment zones. We need to see the details. Certainly, the poor would benefit from the increased employment, wages and growth the Cain tax cuts would generate.

Conservatives worry that 9-9-9 will open the door to a European Value-Added Tax that starts at 9 percent but goes up each year. Cain proposes that a two-thirds vote be required to raise rates. But a simple act of Congress could change that. 

The real answer is political. If the Republican Party surges back to power in 2012, captures the Senate, keeps the House and takes the presidency, it can make sure the rates don't go up. Republicans usually can count on 40 votes in the Senate; we just have to use them.

The 9-9-9 is a good, good plan that can save our economy.

Well folks, these are the FACTS, so read this before arguing! I am also looking for any other credible studies that refute this! Read it and weep. If you want MORE of this dismal failure, you can vote him in for another 4 years....but I doubt that will happen.

Like I have said for months, people want radical change and Herman Cain is the man. It is such a shame to see that our first Black President will go down in the annuls as 1 of the WORST ever, save Woodrow Wilson. I believe Herman Cain can come in and become 1 of our greatest presidents, pulling us out of this major world recession with his simple 9-9-9 plan. In the meantime here is obama's report card:

Don’t look for champagne, party horns, and confetti to mark President Barack Obama’s 1,000th day in the White House today.

Indeed, some might be forgiven for feeling that these thousand days of “hope and change” seem more like a thousand years.

Partisan discord — fueled by a president who seems unable to find any common ground with the opposition party — is rife and rancorous.

The economy is seeing its worst times since the Great Depression. Internationally, the country is bogged down in two major wars, while competitors such as China and Brazil take advantage of the mayhem to seize crucial economic terrain and key industries.

The president whose approval rating stood at a stellar 69 percent on Inauguration Day has seen his popularity dip deep into the cellar on several occasions, dropping below 40 percent. Independents have left him in droves, contributing to a midterm drubbing for Democrats that was among the worst in political history.

As the nation struggles with a Carter-esque malaise, Democratic pollster and Fox News commentator Doug Schoen tells Newsmax: “There is no ‘hope and change,’ no high-minded politics. It is just politics as usual: gridlock, dysfunctionality, and impotence. Sadly, you see it on both sides of the aisle.”

Consider the facts:

• Jobs: The president has presided over the loss of 2.2 million jobs.
• Debt: Obama has increased taxpayer debt by $4.2 trillion. Every day, the nation runs a deficit of $4.2 billion.
• Foreclosure and Bankruptcy: 2.4 million homes have been foreclosed on. Homeowners and businesses have declared 4 million bankruptcies.
• The Stimulus: Obama promised that his $787 billion stimulus would save or create 3.5 million jobs by the end of 2010. He came up 7.3 million jobs short of his goal, according to the Heritage Foundation.
• Healthcare: Obamacare did not reduce healthcare costs as promised and is in fact responsible for increasing costs in 2011. Health insurance premiums are up 13 percent.
• Poverty: Nearly 3 million more Americans live in poverty than did before Obama took office.

On Friday, Fox News host Bill O'Reilly summed up the situation perfectly for Republicans in his "Talking Points Memo."

"On the economic side, things remain dismal," O'Reilly said. "The president will try to convince the folks that things could be a heck of a lot worse had he not spent all that money, that his economic policies saved the banks and some car companies.

"Democrats will also say they saved the country from another great depression because the Bush administration was so bad. Some Americans will buy that, even though none of it can be proven."

Pittsburgh Tribune-Review writer Salena Zito reports that, after a recent jobs speech by Labor Secretary Hilda Solis in the Steel City, an audience member shouted “Let’s go Obama!”

What followed, Zito reports, was an awkward, prolonged silence — among a crowd of Democrats, no less.

“It was a reaction you'd expect at a Republican rally,” Zito writes, “not from Pittsburgh unionists, elected Democrats, and other party faithful gathered to support Barack Obama's jobs bill.”

Of course, it has long been a maxim of American politics that presidents campaign in poetry and govern in prose. On the hustings, Obama’s political verse seemed more euphonious than most. But in governance his prose at times has seemed encrypted, as far as the American people are concerned.

The president’s hard-core supporters remain confident he will prevail over GOP primary contenders. As Team Obama awaits the survivor of the struggle between the buttoned-down political competence of former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and whichever grass-roots standard-bearer finally prevails, they know they will have to rewrite political history to win re-election: No president since FDR has won re-election with unemployment above 8 percent.

Critics of the administration complain that President Obama seems to speak a different tongue when it comes to connecting with everyday Americans. To be fair, Obama’s shining achievement was giving Seal Team Six the green light to take out Osama bin Laden. But the one-term presidency of George H.W. Bush demonstrates how brief the half-life of foreign-policy success is for a president presiding over a poor economy.

However, the 7.4 percent unemployment rate that Bush-the-elder presided over in November 1992 would look like veritable boom times, compared to the economic circumstances of today.

One thousands days into his presidency, Obama’s own economists project that unemployment will still be about 9 percent on Election Day 2012. The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) is slightly more sanguine, projecting 8.5 percent joblessness. The fractious tea parties have established formidable get-out-the-vote machines in some congressional districts, as Obama’s “summer of recovery” gave way to a long economic winter of discontent.

Obama’s difficulties transcend economics, however. His “signature legislative achievement,” the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, is so unpopular that Democrats rarely mention it on the campaign trail.

On Friday, the reforms known as “Obamacare” sustained yet another blow, as the administration pulled the plug on the disability-insurance entitlement known as CLASS, admitting it has no path to economic viability.

Republicans had warned all along that the voluntary program, whose premiums would skyrocket to $3,000 a month by some estimates in return for a $50-a-day payout if you become disabled, was a budgetary gimmick that defied common sense.

Canceling the program after its approval in the Democratically controlled 110th Congress put Obamacare another $80 billion in the red, because the administration had counted on advanced premiums payments to help finance providing insurance to another 35 millions souls.

The administration continues to say the Affordable Care Act will save Americans $120 billion over 10 years, but the CBO is expected to rescore the entire Act now that CLASS is defunct.

Perhaps even more worrisome for the administration: The expected June 2012 timeframe for the Supreme Court to rule whether the individual mandate, the sine qua non of the program’s viability, is constitutional. If Obama loses, he will have only 120 days to explain to American voters why his No. 1 legislative proposal would violate the founding covenant that Obama in 2001 told a Chicago radio station was “a charter of negative liberties” limiting federal power.

“Americans are less free than they were 1,000 days ago,” Obamacare foe and former New York Lt. Gov. Betsy McCaughey tells Newsmax. “Many of the Obama administration’s acts, and initiatives without legislation, have reduced American freedom and the rule of law.”

She cited the granting of thousands Obamacare waivers granted by the administration to unions and companies as an example of actions she says have pushed the United States closer to “rule by cronyism.”

Allegations of insider favors to supporters are fueling the congressional probe into the loss of 1,100 jobs when the politically connected solar-panel firm Solyndra shuttered its doors after it received a $535 million loan guarantee President Obama hailed as a model green-jobs “investment.”

The administration and Attorney General Eric Holder also find themselves dogged by a flurry of congressional subpoenas stemming from the Operation Fast and Furious program that allowed automatic weapons to “walk” across the border and into the hands of Mexican drug cartels, which used them in scores of crimes including the December 2010 murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry near Rio Rico, Ariz.

None of the setbacks appear to have discouraged Obama, who at times appears happiest on the campaign trail trying to score tactical points against Republicans. A recent Washington Post editorial by Scott Wilson portrayed Obama as “The loner president.”

Wilson noted that former President Bill Clinton had an army of loyal surrogates — James Carville, Lanny Davis, Dee Dee Myers — to carry his water to the national media. Wilson calls Obama “a political loner who prefers policy over the people who make politics in this country work.”

Although polls show Obama remains well-liked on a personal level, he recently conceded himself that Americans are not better off than they were four years ago, then proceeded to imply that Congress and President George W. Bush bear the blame.

Robert E. Moffit, senior fellow at the Center for Policy Innovation at The Heritage Foundation, tells Newsmax that Team Obama has displayed a penchant for repeating its talking points even when facts no longer support them.

“I think one of the reasons why the president’s approval ratings are so low is not just the economy, but the backdrop of saying things over and over and over again that nobody seriously believes,” Moffit says.

He cites the administration’s ongoing insistence that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act will reduce the federal deficit as just one example.

“It gets tiresome and I think at some people start to just simply shut it out. I’m not talking about Republicans,” he says. “I’m talking about Independents — there is very strong evidence that it this is true. Even Democrats are starting to say, ‘I hope he doesn’t say that again. Please don’t say that.’ — and he says it.”

Playing the China Blame Game

If you think that blaming China for our dismally failed political policies here will make our jobless rate decline, you have another think coming! Over regulation, high taxes and a socialist agenda is what is killing us. We tried this approach many years ago and we know how that worked out.

If you think prices are high now, a trade war with China will triple the cost of many goods in a very short time frame!

While the entire world is focused on the debt crisis in Europe, there’s another crisis quietly erupting here in the U.S. that could be just as dangerous.

It has the potential to tip the whole global economy back into recession.We’ve seen it happen before, about 80 years ago…

After unemployment soared to 9% back in 1930, politicians were under a lot of pressure to create jobs. So the U.S. government implemented the Tariff act of 1930. This new act raised tariffs on imported goods to protect Americans’ jobs from foreign competitors.

The result? Seventeen countries responded with their own tariff plans. Suddenly, we had a trade war on our hands.

This trade war caused a collapse in global trade, and ended up deepening the global depression and increasing unemployment.

Now the U.S. Senate could make the same mistake their predecessors made during the Great Depression.

While this would be disastrous to the global economy, it would also provide some of the best currency trades in emerging market currencies next year. It all depends on what Congress does next…

The Bill that Would Guarantee a
Global Recession

This past Monday, the U.S. Senate voted to open debate on a bill that would impose tariffs on imports from countries with undervalued currencies, such as China.

In response, the Chinese government quickly warned this would lead to a trading war. As the Chinese Foreign Ministry said, this bill “will severely upset China-U.S. economic and trade relations.”

In other words, China is telling us that if we approve the bill, it will retaliate with protectionist measures.

This is a fight where everyone loses.

The European debt crisis is getting out of control, and the U.S. is heading into another recession. A trading war between the world’s two largest economies is the last thing the global economy needs right now.

But I wouldn’t be surprised if politicians approve the bill. After all, you can always count on them to do the wrong thing.

It’s all China’s Fault

The tensions between China and the U.S. can easily escalate in the months ahead, especially if the global economy continues to slow down.

With the U.S. struggling to grow, there’s increasing pressure for politicians here to “do something.”

Instead of implementing the right policies here at home to promote job creation, Washington prefers to blame China for our problems. It’s easier to say China is stealing “American jobs” by keeping its exports cheap.

Even Bernanke is now attacking China. This week, our Fed chief told Congress: “The Chinese currency policy is blocking what might be a more normal recovery process in the global economy. It is to some extent hurting the recovery.”

After failing to help the U.S. economy with its monetary policies, the Fed is now also blaming China for our problems. Typical.

Why Slow Growth Will Intensify this Conflict

Slow global growth will also give China a reason to put a break on the recent pace of yuan appreciation.

As you can see in the chart below, China has been letting the yuan strengthen against the dollar. It has risen more than 7% against the dollar since June of 2010.

But during the 2008 crisis, China stopped that process by pegging the yuan to the dollar. China did this to promote growth through cheaper exports.

If demand for Chinese exports decreases because of a global slowdown, China will most likely moderate (or even stop) the pace of their currency appreciation, just like they did in 2009. That would give U.S. politicians another reason to go ahead with the bill.

Trading War Would Be Bad for Economy,but Great for Traders

It’s too early to tell if politicians will be dumb enough to implement that bill, and ignite a trading war with China. But this event is definitely worth monitoring.

If the U.S. starts to impose tariffs on Chinese imported goods, China will retaliate. Things will escalate into a trading war, hurting the global economy, much like what happened in 1930.
