"No fueron solo los jabones"

Esta semana pasaron demasiadas cosas, en cada aspecto de mi vida. Pero hubo un momento que desató todo (y lo demás fue solo una caída libre, sin paracaídas. El domingo hice compras, las necesarias para sobrevivir (fruta, carne, embutidos, una golosina...). Entre lo comprado, hubo jabones, en promoción para ahorrar. Los pasé del carrito a la caja, los puse en una funda. Cargué con todo lo que llevaba a la mano. Llegué a la casa, y en lo temático que soy (bastante, la verdad), guardé todo en su lugar: la leche en la refri, las carnes en el mesón para prepararlas y congelarlas, los snacks en la repisa nada escondida, la fruta en la frutera, etc.

Entre mi despiste neurodivergente, hacía tres cosas al mismo tiempo, doblar las fundas (dije que soy temático), alistar las carnes, prepararme el café de merienda, no avancé con ninguna, porque los videos en YouTube de compañía, generalmente análisis de películas o de música o de política, captaban mi atención. En fin, guardado todo, adobada la carne y lista en el congelador y el almuerzo en camino: ¡falta algo! La primera tarea es ir a ver en el lugar adecuado si el faltante lo habría guardado en mi evidente falta de atención generalizada. No.

En el trajín entre la caja del supermercado a la entrada de mi caso algo se perdió. Los jabones, tres por el precio de uno, no llegaron. Y ahí, em mi faceta más vulnerable, me rompí, me deshice, todo explotó dentro de mí. Y claro, era algo que no salió bien, pero no fueron solo los jabones, fue la gota final (o casi final, como el resto de la jornada dominguera me lo demostraría... eso será pretexto para otro testamento posterior).

Por un lado carga laboral realmente pesada ante la cual, decidí solo decir, "ok, lo que venga". Me gusta mi trabajo, me ha permitido desarrollarme en mi profesión y he conocido gente que no me hubiese imaginado. En lo familiar, temas de salud de padre y madre han sido preocupantes y tiene su afectación emocional también. Lo económico es una preocupación como programa funcionando de fondo todo el tiempo, gastando la mitad del RAM, va sumando. Un desgaste sistemático, profundo, por capas, una por una hasta el núcleo.

Lo siguiente fue la típica tarea de interrogación personal que nunca hace bien: una cascada de preguntas que empezaron todas con "y si...": ¿y si me hubiera fijado bien antes de salir del supermercado? ¿y si hubiese puesto la pequeña funda dentro de otra funda? ¿y si hubiese contado las cosas una por una antes de bajarme del taxi? ¿y si mejor no hubiera comprado jabones para no perderlos? ¿y si es un evento canónico como la muerte del tío Ben y estoy por convertirme en un superhéroe?

Inutilidad semántica de las potencialidades y amargo castigo que genera adicción, pero sí, suele ser parte de la rutina posterior a cada error. Duele, sí, pero prefiero ese tipo de dolor...

En fin, todo eso, detalle a detalle me dejaron en el piso, no solo figuradamente. Y nada, a seguir, a esperar a fin de mes para comprar nuevos jabones. Bañarme con mayor énfasis en eficiencia para que no se acabe antes de hora el jabón. Cuidar el trabajo que, sin él, no hay para más jabones. Agradecer y cuidar a la familia que fueron los que me enseñaron a tener cuidado en mi higiene... Sí, todo un tornado de cosas desatadas por una acción.

Ya el ambiente interior estaba en las últimas, pero no estaba preparado para lo que vendría después en esa noche de domingo. Era algo fuera de mi control, pero con afectación directa y consecuencia de las acciones, decisiones, omisiones e inacciones previas. Todo, por culpa de los jabones, o algo más.
