The major project of that class was to write a paper about a natural place in California, discussing features such as climate and vegetation.

A classmate and I visited Skyline Wilderness Park for our project. It was the first time that either of us had visited that park. However, she had been to Napa before and was enthusiastic about it. I had an image in my mind that Napa was a sunny, beautiful place with vineyards.

Well, Napa does have vineyards, and it is beautiful. However, it wasn't sunny that day at all. Instead, there were overcast skies. Also, earlier that week, there had been a fire in the area, and I don't think all of the smoke had cleared away. My classmate was a little disappointed, but I still enjoyed taking pictures.

Quick Monterey Trip

Graduating from high school is a time of transition. I experienced that milestone a few years ago. Before a certain group of friends and I went our separate ways, though, we went on a trip to Monterey, California.

This was my second trip ever to Monterey. It's a beautiful place, and I recommend visiting it. Hope you enjoy my pictures!

An Introduction

I'm currently studying journalism at a university. In fact, I created this vlog for one of my journalism classes.

However, how did I become interested in this field? Well, I'll tell you how it happened in this video. In a way, this video is not only about my introduction to journalism, but it also introduces me to you.

By the way, I'm still a newbie when it comes to making videos, and this video is the first one I made by myself. Don't expect anything fancy.
