Why Invest in Barbados Property?
The Caribbean is well known for its beautiful year-round weather and there are regular flights from the U.K., from the U.S.A. and from Canada providing easy access to the Caribbean. Barbados has a world-class international airport and is the hub for connecting with many of the other Caribbean islands. As a popular holiday destination, Barbadian investment-properties afford year-round rental-opportunities.

Over the years, stable Barbados Governments have supported a thriving tourism-industry and active promotional programmes continue to bring a steady stream of visitors to the island from an increasing number of countries. This creates opportunities to rent your investment-property if you so desire.

The capital-appreciation on investment-property has been between 5% and 10% per year for the last twenty years; this makes Barbados the ideal place to invest in real estate.

More Benefits For Owners of Investment Property in Barbados.
If you are buying investment-property in Barbados, there are many benefits that would appeal to non-residents (individuals).

• Capital Appreciation: Property prices in Barbados are stable and generally show a steady increase in value of over 5% per year. Ideally, you can invest in a luxury apartment or condominium today if you're looking for rental income plus attractive capital appreciation.

• Rental Income from Your Barbados Investment Property: If you buy a luxury condominium or apartment, you can rent it out at very attractive rates. Most investment property developments will offer a property rental option.

• Investment Funds and Profits Can Be Repatriated: Money transferred to Barbados, to finance the purchase of property, must be registered with the Barbados Central Bank. This is to ensure that this money together with profits accruing from the property investment can later be taken out of the country should you decide to sell your investment property.

• Investment Property and Residency in Barbados: If you are not a Barbadian citizen or resident, you can live in Barbados as long as you own a property and can supply information indicating that your income will come from abroad. The Immigration Department will give a special entry permit allowing residence for 5 years and this is renewable. If you are over 60 years of age, you can apply for immigrant status in retirement. All applications to reside in Barbados should be made to:

Chief Immigration Officer,
Immigration Department,
Careenage House, The Wharf,
Bridgetown, Barbados.

E-mail: Imm-dept@caribsurf.com

Buying Investment Property In Barbados Is Easy.

When you decide to go ahead with your property investment, a 10% deposit will be required to secure the luxury condominium, house or luxury apartment at the negotiated price. This should be done through an Attorney of your choice. The contract for purchase will then be prepared by your Lawyer who will guide you through the various steps for closing the agreement.

Caribbean Investment Property - Barbados Luxury Condominiums Provide Outstanding Value

2010-12-29T21:33:00.003-05:00

Caribbean Investment Property, which is located on the west coast of Barbados, has proven to be some of the most secure real estate investments in the region. The return on investment for Barbados luxury real estate has been an average 8-10% per year for more than twenty years. Because of the increasing scarcity of beach front property on the west coast of Barbados, there has been a growing trend to Barbados luxury condominium developments on the few remaining sites.

Caribbean Investment Property - Barbados Luxury Condominiums Leading The Market

Barbados luxury condominiums have been leading the demand for Caribbean investment property because of the high quality of these developments and the exceptional quality of life that has been achieved in this Caribbean island.

International interest in Caribbean investment property has been steadily growing even in times of economic slow-down as we are currently experiencing. Wealthy individuals and families from northern climes have continued to seek warm weather destination where it is safe and the quality of life is enjoyable. While luxury real estate developments are being offered in almost every island in the Caribbean, Barbados continues to stand out because of the amazing quality of life that it has achieved over the last forty-four years since it gained independence in 1966. It should be noted that Barbados is the first country in the Caribbean and Latin America to be classified as "Developed" in the recent 2010 UN Human Development Index (HDI). Barbados therefore joined the ranks of the world's "developed" nations in terms of providing people with an excellent quality of life.

The Human Development Index (HDI) measures performances in health, education, income, and other quality of life indices. Based on the HDI, Barbados, which has been called the "Singapore of the Caribbean," joins such countries as Israel, Hong Kong, Singapore, Slovenia, Cyprus, Malta, Lichtenstein, Bahrain, Qatar, Andorra, San Marino, Brunei Darussalam, Monaco, United Arab Emirates, and Estonia on the list of "developed" countries.

Barbados Luxury Condominiums - West Coast Still Most Popular

Barbados Luxury Apartments - Portico Barbados

In the last few years there have been several Barbados luxury condominium developments on the west coast. Starting in the north near Speighstown, these investment properties have been sprouting up on beaches going all the way south to the area between Sandy Lane Hotel and the new Four Seasons Hotel project. The architecture, the amenities and the landscaping of these luxury developments is incredible. One of these Barbados luxurious condominium developments has been awarded the prestigious 2009 Best International Apartment by International Property Awards in association with CNBC Arabia, as well as two five-star awards for Best Apartment in the Caribbean and Best Development in the Caribbean.

These incredible luxury condominium developments, which are being offered on the Barbados west coast, are some of the best to be found in the Caribbean. Most of these Caribbean investment properties are the kind of luxury developments that appeal to wealthy individuals, who are seeking a unique second home in a safe and enjoyable warm weather Caribbean island. Barbados has positioned itself as the number one place to buy Caribbean investment property.

Barbados Luxury Condominiums - South Coast Beach Environment At Risk?

Because of the growing scarcity of beach front land on the west coast of Barbados, there is a growing interest in luxury developments on the south coast. One recently completed Barbados Luxury Condominium project that is of note is the Palm Beach Luxury Condominiums. The south coast beach, on which this project was developed, is particularly interesting because it is a protected beach access for the sea turtles, which come to nest in the soft white sand. It is an unbelievable sight to see the large turtles (up to four feet wide) digging a place in the sand, laying hundreds of eggs and covering them before returning to the ocean. You may also be fortunate to see young turtles struggling out of the sand (after they have hatched) and making the short trek to the ocean on a clear moon light night. A few of these little creatures will grow and survive to return to the same beach and lay their eggs to produce another generation of these fascinating sea creatures.

While the development of Caribbean Investment Property is welcomed by small island states like Barbados, there is a growing awareness that each development project must be evaluated to ensure that the environment and wild life will be protected. Governments in the Caribbean will need to be vigilant in maintaining this fine balance between the need for economic development and the need to ensure protection of the environment, which makes our islands such precious gems.

We invite you to visit Portico Barbados, one of the best Caribbean Investment Properties in the region. Review and see why this Barbados luxury condominium development has been awarded "2009 Best International Apartment" and "Best Development in the Caribbean".

Resveratrol Supplements – Anti Aging Nutrition - Genesis

2010-10-25T16:53:00.000-05:00

Do You Want To Live Longer, Feel Better and Look Younger? Resveratrol Can Be The Answer.

It was just a little while ago that we watched a program on 60 Minutes, which profiled two scientists who had made a major breakthrough in their research on Resveratrol Supplements. They had finally isolated the two active components in red wine that was responsible for its many benefits. Since then the sale of red wines has escalated and many people have been researching and buying every available Resveratrol product. Do you know which resveratrol supplement to buy?

Resveratrol Supplements – Why They Are In Demand?

There is no doubt that Resveratrol supplements have now become one of the hottest supplements on the market today. Since the 60 Minute story, many more programs have been run on TV, all discussing the evidence of mice seeming to look younger and live longer when they were given Resveratrol supplements over a period of time. Mice that were not given these supplements seem to age quicker and die sooner than those receiving the Resveratrol supplements.

Most of us want to feel better and live longer so we can have more time to enjoy what we work so hard to acquire before we retire. So if Resveratrol is the key to a longer life we would all want to get our hands on our own supply. Many tests were done on these lab mice to show that they not only lived longer but they performed better on all physical and mental challenges. That’s great because we not only want to live longer, we also want to be able to enjoy life and keep active as long as possible.

There is growing excitement about this scientific breakthrough and a major pharmaceutical company is reputed to have bought-out the research company, where the original discovery was made. There have been thousands of research papers published and hundreds of new reports on national TV and radio stations discussing Resveratrol and how it can help us. Now several major pharmaceutical companies are in competition to develop and put the best Resveratrol products on the market.

Resveratrol Supplements – Why You Should Buy Consistant Quality

If you want to experience the best results when using Resveratrol, you need to ensure that you are using a product that has consistent quality and is easily digestible. This is a subject for another post because there are so many variables involved. But you want to start taking a Resveratrol Supplement as soon as possible because it can help:

Genesis and Ultra Vitality

• Boost your immune system

• Help in cell repair and rejuvenation

• Helps to reduce and control your cholesterol

• Help to protect against cancer

• Boots your energy

• Keep you looking younger and feeling better

I have been using a Resveratrol supplement for the last four years, along with some other nutritional supplements that supply daily essential vitamins and minerals. My friends keep saying to me “you never seem to look any older”. I feel great every day and never experience a lack of energy so I can attest to the value of making good supplements a part of your daily diet. Many thousands are discovering the value of Resveratrol and so can you. Anti-Aging Nutrition - Immune System Boost With Immunocal

2009-10-13T14:50:00.006-05:00

Anti-Aging Nutrition and a Strong Immune System for Optimum Health

Anti-aging nutrition and a strong immune system in the key to good health. I have been using a number of great nutritional supplements supplied by symmetrydirect, which have made a significant difference to my overall health.

I have been using a number of nutritional supplements (Ultra Vitality, Genesis, Advanced Omega and MegaJuice), which are all high in anti oxidants and I have had incredible results. My immune system is in top shape and I have not even had a cold in more than ten years. Recently I was introduced to a new immune system building product called “Immunocal”, which was developed specifically to optimize the immune system. This nutritional product supplies your body with the building blocks needed to maximize the production of Glutathione. When I saw how it could further enhance my immune system I immediately added it to my list of supplements.

Taken daily, Immunocal will raise your body’s concentration of glutathione (abbreviated as GSH), a molecule referred to as “Your Body’s Most Important Protector”. Most individuals have never heard of glutathione; however given the huge amount of research publications on the subject and the large impact it will have in future health care, the term glutathione will shortly become part of our everyday language, the same way as we use the words “antioxidant” or “cholesterol”. To date, there have been over 80,000 published articles on glutathione in the medical literature. This information can be easily researched on the Internet.

Immunocal is a patented natural nutritional supplement that is over 90% pure protein and has a biological value higher than any other protein supplement or food available. The term “biological value” (BV) is a ranking of important edible proteins in your body. Immunocal is the only nutritional supplement (non-drug product) listed in the Physicians’ Desk Reference (PDR) and Compendium of Pharmaceuticals and Specialties (CPS), and the only whey protein isolate which is licensed for sale by Health Canada and authorized to claim that it is effective in “maintaining a strong immune system”.

If you need more information you can visit www.immunotec.com/earlyn4health

The best way to beat cancer and most of the degenerative deseases that cause untimely death, is to maintain a strong immune system by using anti-aging nutritional supplements on a daily basis. Please share this info with all those you care about.

Why I Like Working from Home

2008-11-26T09:55:00.005-05:00

The nice thing about working from home is that you can manage your own time. If you want to take a trip to visit family or take a cruise and relax for a couple of weeks, then you just make the plans and take off. No approval of the boss to worry about......just do it.

In June we decided to visit our son (and our Grandson - 4 yrs) in Toronto and my Father-in-law in Richmond, Quebec. We had a great time with lots of wonderful restaurant dinners and no dishes to wash. I played some golf and we had many lovely family outings where our Grandson could enjoy himself. He loves animals so we spent a few days visiting the Toronto zoo and the wild life safari in Montreal.

Then back to Barbados to catch up on a few projects and do a little work on my online business. Its great to have an online business where you can earn income while on vacation. That's the part I like because at this stage of my life I can really appreciate my time freedom.

OK. So I am approaching my 65 birthday and decided it was a good time to do something special. The idea was to do something we knew we would enjoy so we booked a two-week cruise through the Caribbean. Got on the "Maasdam" in Barbados and cruised up to Fort Lauderdale with stops at St. Lucia (where I played a round of golf) then on to St. Marten and Tortola.

After some shopping in Fort Lauderdale, we spent our second week cruising back to Barbados with stops at San Juan, St. Thomas, St. Kitts (where I played another round of golf) and Dominica. We had a great time with some of the best hospitality and service we have ever experienced on a vacation. The food was fantastic ..... and more than we could ever eat. Also used the Gym several days to help control the pounds.

Now I am thinking about my next cruise already (maybe to the Panama canal next year) but in the mean time I have another great idea for making money online. One you can set on autopilot to grow an income while you sleep. Hope to tell you more in my next post.

Happy holidays and massive success in the new year. Be sure to take care of your health.

Optimum Nutrition – Build Residual Income Streams While Maintaining Optimum Health

2007-03-01T18:43:00.002-05:00

Without Health There is no Real Wealth

I have been thinking of sharing some of my experience in discovering at an early age how to live a health lifestyle. What I have learnt has been a tremendous help over the years and when I hear so many people speaking about being tired I wish I could show them that they can change their condition. If you are tired of being tired, then you will find this post very useful.

We all need Optimum Nutrition to provide our bodies with the fuel required to be energized and maintain good health. More and more successful people are coming to the realization that, without health there is no real wealth. So, while building multiple streams of residual income will allow us to create wealth, it has to be stressed that balance is also an essential ingredient in our quest for success and wealth. We must allocate time to take care of ourselves (our health) and the one's we love and care about.

Today I would share a little about the approach that has helped me to maintain great health and live an active lifestyle for more than thirty years. I have proven that a healthy body serves as a perfect vehicle to do well, so we need to exercise and provide our bodies with optimum nutrition to operate at peak performance.

Have you ever noticed how alive you feel; after taking a brisk walk, an early morning jog or after completing a fast pace workout in the gym? This type of exercise gets the blood flowing and demands deep breathing, which helps to remove toxins from the blood and push more blood through your brain. You feel energized and ready to take on the world. But to sustain that energy we need optimum nutrition.

In order to keep our body functioning at peak performance, we have to provide it with optimum nutrition. However, we have found that it's best to have a good understanding of how to prepare our body to take full advantage of the nutrition that we consume. There are three critical steps we need to understand about providing our bodies with optimum nutrition to support optimum performance:

I. Cleansing - Step One
Cleansing is the foundation that must be laid before starting to use optimum nutrition. You first need to cleanse the digestive system (you have heard of colon cleansing) and there are some fantastic cleansing systems available today. I recommend you start with the Symmetry's Paracleanse. This is a natural product that is formulated to destroy any parasites that are in your digestive system. After you have cleaned out the parasites you can start a comprehensive but gentle cleansing of the digestive tract. Symmetry's Botanacleanse is a great product for cleansing the digestive track. You can take BotanaCleanse as a natural, gentle step towards optimum health as it is able to do the following:

BotanaCleanse provides a gentle, mild cleansing with botanicals and natural fibers.
BotanaCleanse nourishes and protects the colon with probiotics to support the "friendly flora" in the colon.
All of these natural ingredients work synergistically to cleanse and support the entire body, removing toxins and protecting the colon.

II. Nourish - Step Two
Now that your digestive system is primed to receive nutrition efficiently, the next step is to nourish the body with optimum nutrition. Symmetry's Ultra Vitality multivitamin/mineral supplement offers a novel, innovative approach for daily nutritional support in a great-tasting, easy-to-take drink! This drink is loaded with minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, energy blend and much more. Visit Symmetry Direct for details on the more than one hundred nutrients that are found in Ultra Vitality.

The human body requires good nutrition to heal itself, but it's becoming increasingly more difficult to receive proper nutrition on a daily basis. Given today's universal challenges like stress, soil contamination and pollution, our bodies have a much greater need for optimum nutritional supplementation. Three square meals a day just don't cut it anymore. We need nutritional supplementation to bridge the gap, and there's no better way to build that bridge than with Ultra Vitality and NutraPack, some of the optimum nutrition supplements that are available today!

III. Protect - Step Three
The third step in positioning your body for optimum health is to use nutritional supplementation to protect your body from the effects of stress, pollution and old-age etc. I have been using Symmetry's Genesis for the last two years and it's made a fantastic difference in the way I feel. It supplies nutrition that supports the rejuvenation of the body cells and you feel the difference within a few days. I feel more energetic and also sleep better.

Symmetry's Genesis is a delicious combination of highly standardized fruit juices and whole fruit extracts, infused with a proprietary blend of herbs and other powerful foods. The renowned antioxidant properties of whole fruit pomegranate and whole fruit red grape combine with the healing and restorative nature of whole fruit apple, olive leaf and Aloe Vera for a heavenly-tasting 100% juice product. It also taste great!

Symmetry has chosen to use the slow but powerful infusion process with Genesis to create the greatest concentration of protective anthropalexins (literally, "protector of humankind"), age-fighting antioxidants and powerful phytonutrients imaginable.

There is a growing volume of literature being published every day covering new discoveries about the powerful Anti-Aging and Wellness Benefits of antioxidants. Some of the main ingredients of Genesis include the following antioxidants:

The polyphenolic anthropalexins (the most potent plant antioxidants) equivalent to the juice of one medium pomegranate.
The resveratrol (another potent antioxidant) equivalent of one 5-ounce glass of red wine, but without the alcohol.
Elagitannins, the stable food form of ellagic acid.

I believe that if we are committed to building multiple streams of residual income and creating wealth with online businesses, then we want to protect our health so we can enjoy our wealth longer.

If you want to learn more about how to Feel Better, Look Younger and Live Longer, then visit Symmetry Direct and start using these powerful nutritional supplements to provide your body with optimum nutrition.

Maybe in a future post I will share information on some high-energy foods that have worked well for me. If we eat foods and food-combinations that require less energy to digest, then we will have more energy to power up our bodies. Combine this with optimum nutritional supplements and we can really improve our health.

In future post I will tell you more about Barbados and the Caribbean. Also about making money online, if you are interested.

Is Barbados Your Sunny Escape of Choice?

Last night was a cool breezy 24 C, the sky lit with a glowing moon and bright stars everywhere and again I was glad that I had the good fortune of living in Sunny Barbados.

Tomorrow I will be playing golf on one of several great golf courses on the island and I know there will be a gentle breeze to keep things cool while we enjoy our round. I normally play at the Barbados Golf Club but will plan a round at the Royal Westmoreland or the Country Club at Sandy Lane a few times a year. If I just want a quick practice round then I would play nine holes at Rockley Golf Club.

I will talk a little more about golf another time but today I want to tell you why Barbados has become the preferred vacation destination for people who can afford to go anywhere in the world. Would'nt you want to be in a position to do the same? Well, most of these people have moved from working for their money to having their money work for them and that is what I am focussing on and want to share with others who are interested in reaching this position.

This time of year Barbados is the preferred vacation destination for many of the rich and famous because of the incredible weather and quality of life that can be experienced here. Many of these people travel all over the world but return to Barbados year after year. They have the means to choose any destination in the world but they prefer Barbados as their winter escape, where they know they can enjoy a safe, quiet and relaxing experience.

In fact, Barbados has one of the highest return visitor rates (over 45%) of any destination in the world. The percentage of visitors returning to Barbados is highest between December and March when the weather is unbelievable ..... sunny, windy days with temperatures between 26 and 28 C, while the nights are a cool breezy 21 to 24 C. One of the lowest recorded temperatures in the last hundred years was 17 C and the locals thought it was going to snow.

The other great thing about this island is that we have a tremendous educational system, where everyone have access to free education up to university level if they are serious about their studies and meet the qualifications required. This has played a major role in the development of the island and the quality of life has been increasing steadily for the last fourty years. The island has been independent since 1966 and successive governments have maintained programs to develop the infrastructure on the island and keep it on a steady growth path. Some high points include:

A comprehensive free educational system to university level
A great social security system
A well developed network of roads across the island
A reliable, clean water supply
A reliable telecommunications system
A reliable supply of electricity
Modern airport and seaports
Free medical care for the elderly and needy
Environmental protection programs, etc.

While there is extensive development in the luxury housing area, we have a well developed middle income society with good quality homes in housing projects across the island. The government has also provided many programs to ensure that the less proviledged have access to lower income housing. This approach to the development of the island has provided a balance that contributes to harmony in the society.

Barbados is a beautiful island with many attributes and you can explore the many tourism attractions and accommodation options on websites such as http://www.barbados.org/ where you will see that Barbados provides for a wide range of travel budgets. You can find the very affordable (less than $50/night) to the most luxurious (over $2000/night) and everything in between. Another day I will highlight some of the best values in choosing a vacation in Barbados.

We are also noted for the wide range of international quality restaurants on the island and I will have to cover that subject another time and share some of my favourites.

But how can the average person afford to experience this lifestyle? We have to learn to do what the wealthy have learned to do so well. Create multiple streams of residual income and have your money working for you 24/7 instead of you just working for your money.

There are many ways to create multiple streams of residual income but the very best and easiest way today is to start an online business opportunity. With a very small start-up cost anyone can have an online business up and running in a less than 24 hours. If you want to learn more about how to start your own home based online business, visit my website and see how easy it is to connect to your success.

Until next time when I will share more about how to share the Sunshine Lifestyle in Barbados.

A "Sunny" Barbados beach scene

What a lovely quiet spot to look out on the beauty of nature and ponder on what is our vision of the future. Now is a time for reflection and evaluation of the past year. Are you really satisfied that you achieved all you wanted for yourself and your family in 2006?

What did you plan to accomplish?
What did you accomplish?
What are you going to do differently so you can accomplish more of what you really want from life?

The new year will bring new challenges and new opportunities for everyone who wants to bring positive change to their lives. While most people will be just talking about new year resolutions, the wiser few will be implementing new year Action Plans that will keep them on track and take them where they want to go with their lives.

Last year I started this blog to share adeas with people who want to focus on the sunny side of life and get more out of life each day. I made a few post but did not think I was ready to do what it would take to maintain my blog to the level that would be needed to meet my own expectations so I did not publish what was completed. Today I made the decision to launch this blog as part of my Action Plan for 2007. As a result you can start from the beginning to see how things unfolded for me. I was challenged but I took advantage of my opportunities .... did You?

My focus was on building my new website and much progress was made over the last five months. I would be interested in getting some feedback from anyone who would like to learn more about creating multiple streams of residual income with online business opportunities. Or, from anyone who wants to share info with me on how to accelerate my learning curve and create new streams of residual income.

In case you did not understand my interest in this subject and why you may want to join me in my quest, its about bringing more sunshine days into my life. Multiple streams of residual income would allow me to work less and earn more so I can spend more time with my grandson in Toronto (in the summer) and playing more golf in Barbados (any week I am here). I have a lot of friends in Canada who would love to play a round of golf in January or February or March. See what I mean?

So until my next update, I invite you to take a look at my top recommendation this year and link to Your Success. This is a fantastic site where you have access to one of the best Success Training resources on the Internet and you can take advantage of the great online business opportunity to build your first stream of residual income. You can get started with their incredible Special Offer, just login and check it out at Special Bonus Offer.

Bring more Sunshine Days into your life in 2007 by living out your dreams. Take action and make things happen the way you want it. Have Massive Success this year.

I am Back With Some Exciting News

2006-10-13T10:17:00.001-05:00

Welcome to "Life in the sunshine". I am really excited about what's been happening and want to share some things with you.

I had to take a break from posting on my blog because of travel and some pressing projects that had to be completed in the last few months month.

It is amazing how time flies when you are engrossed in something interesting. But that's how I like it ... and I get more satisfaction from life when I am doing the things I love doing.

In the last few months I completed a consultancy project in the island of Dominica, traveled to Canada and spent some time getting to know my grandson (two years old) and then returned to Barbados and built a new website (www.sixfigureyearlybusiness.com), which I launched last month. I will tell you more about that later.

Today, I want to share a little more about "Life in the sunshine". I have learned from experience that we must create our own sunshine so that we produce the light and energy that brightens our daily experience. We need to know what we want out of life ... and when we have a clear picture of the life we are creating for ourselves, we can be energize and focus that energy on getting things done every day. Completing our daily Action Plan will then move us closer to being who we want to become.

Some years ago I decided that I needed to make a change in my life so I could have more time with my family, more time to play golf, go to the gym and only work on things that I wanted to do. Generally, I wanted to have more Time and Financial Freedom. To be able to live this lifestyle, I needed to create new means of earning an income that would meet my needs. I had been exposed to a Network Marketing Opportunity in 1995 and realized that even though I had not done very much some months, I had received a cheque every month without fail. What if I could increase that income and find other opportunities to create similar monthly incomes .... WOW! that was my answer and I started working on it with determination.

Today I have several programs that pay monthly residual incomes and put a smile on my face when I realize that next month I can expect the same or better ... even if I decide to play more golf. If you want to have a "Life in the sunshine" you need to learn how to build multiple streams of residual income. You can do this with programs on the internet that allow you to do business any where in the world, while sitting for a few hours a day at your computer.

Most people are spending hours every day on their computer but they are not earning ONE CENT for their time and efforts. Unfortunately, we can remain poor and keep spending to make other people rich or we can make wiser choices and change our lives so we create a plan for improving our lives. If we can help enough people to make this change in their lives, so they can be successful in changing their lives then our lives will continue to improve.

If you want to learn more about how I am helping other people to improve their lives .... visit my new website at www.sixfigureyearlybusiness.com

When you go to my website, I would recommend that you take a look at a few programs I use to make money while working at home.

Let me leave you with this thought today, "You may not be able to change your life today but you can change the direction of your life with the choices you make today"

Make a choice for the better life you deserve and Take Massive Action Today. You deserve to live in the Sunshine.

Have a Sunny Day in Barbados

ANOTHER SUNNY DAY IN BARBADOS

Today I just wanted to say how great it was to be alive and well. Waking to the songs of birds singing and bright sunlight pouring through the windows at 5:30 in the morning and feeling a sense of joy that there was one more day to be up and doing the things I love to do.

Each morning I take some time to meditate and reflect on how blessed I am to have good health and know that I can choose how I spend today. God gave each of us the "power to choose" and to know that the choices we make today will determine what we experience tomorrow. I choose to enjoy today and like the psalmist said "this is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it".

Ok. Everyone may not be looking the same place for wise council but you need to find your own source of knowledge that can help you to make wise choices. I will try to post something interesting and useful on this blog on a regular basis and will share any new sources of knowledge that come my way. Remember, its not what we know but what we do with what we know that will change our lives.

I look forward to building a great network of friends who want to share ideas on wise living.

Have a great day,

sunshine

PS: One of the games that's popular in sunny Barbados is cricket and we are very excited that we will have the World Cup Cricket series played in Barbados and the Caribbean next year. If you want to read an outstanding book on the subject of World Cup Cricket, then you must visit Barbados Books and check out the new publication, which is now available. "Wisden History of the Cricket World Cup"

I also have fun making money with home based business opportunities. If you want to see what I am currently doing to create streams of residual income .... visit my website.
