2012-04-15T02:28:00.001+08:00

Too bad i dont have the size for the ones i love. So i end up buying this new luxury rug for my room out of frustration. Well its nice at least i could send the grass-like carpet for cleaning. And this brown one is so fury soft i could sleep on it. :-)

While every local is busy celebrating Chinese New Year, i made myself engaged in organizing my room. and since i choose to keep my study table and now a wardrobe is not an option for my tiny room, i decided that this rack not to mention my new wooden hangers both from IKEA is the best solution for my clothes...right where i could see them.

Every splash of this avene makes me calm and happy. it's so soothing. learned it from G. thanks to her we now both love this precious.

slowly packing for my trip.

My current work shoes is so hungry on its side, sometimes my socks is showing and its embarrassing so i guess i deserve a replacement for that. and who knows i might bring this somewhere special.

Cardigan to wear

2012-01-14T01:09:00.000+08:00

After curling up in bed for 3 days due to my stubborn sore throat and fever, i'm glad i was invited to have dinner at BROTZEIT German Bier Bar & Restaurant- at 313@ Somerset (ahem i never not even one sip of beer) with G, JC, NINS and AJ. and i was contemplating which cardigan to wear that suddenly choosing an outfit is an errand to me. but i ended up wearing the purplish blue vs the blue and red striped cardigan both from H&M cause it matches my vintage light blue shorts. Gawd i miss going out.

went for a little shopping after dinner and look what i found, an inexpensive knits from ZARA and a coat with jersey jacket attached inside.

Phuket, Thailand Aug'11

2012-01-04T23:55:00.001+08:00

Phuket ( /puːˈkɛt/; Thai: ภูเก็ต [pʰūː.kèt]), formerly known as Thalang (Tha-Laang) and, in Western sources, Junk Ceylon (a corruption of the Malay Tanjung Salang, i.e. "Cape Salang"),^[2] is one of the southern provinces (changwat) of Thailand. Neighbouring provinces are (from north clockwise) Phang Nga and Krabi, but as Phuket is an island it has no land boundaries.

Phuket, which is approximately the size of Singapore, is Thailand’s largest island. The island is connected to mainland Thailand by two bridges. It is situated off the west coast of Thailand in the Andaman Sea. Phuket formerly derived its wealth from tin and rubber, and enjoyed a rich and colorful history. The island was on one of the major trading routes between India and China, and was frequently mentioned in foreign ship logs of Portuguese, French, Dutch and English traders. The region now derives much of its income from tourism.

Bohol, Philippines Jul'11

2012-01-02T04:43:00.000+08:00

Bohol is an island province of the Philippines located in the Central Visayas region, consisting of Bohol Island and 75 minor surrounding islands.^[1] Its capital is Tagbilaran City. With a land area of 4,117.26 square kilometres (1,589.68 sq mi) and a coastline 261 kilometres (162 mi) long, Bohol is the tenth largest island of the Philippines.^[2] To the west of Bohol is Cebu, to the northeast is the island of Leyte and to the south, across the Bohol Sea is Mindanao.

The province is a popular tourist destination with its beaches and resorts.^[3] The Chocolate Hills, numerous mounds of limestoneformation, is the most popular attraction. Panglao Island, located just southwest of Tagbilaran City, is famous for its diving locations and routinely listed as one of the top ten diving locations in the world. Numerous tourist resorts dot the southern beaches and cater to divers from around the world. The Philippine Tarsier, considered the second-smallest primate in the world, is indigenous to the island.

Boholanos refer to their island homeland as the "Republic of Bohol" with both conviction and pride.^[4] A narrow strait separates the island of Cebu and Bohol and both share a common language, but the Boholanos retain a conscious distinction from the Cebuanos. Bohol's climate is generally dry, with maximum rainfall between the months of June and October. The interior is cooler than the coast.

It is the home province of Carlos P. Garcia, the eighth president of the Republic of the Philippines (1957–1961) who was born inTalibon, Bohol.
