Sometimes I easily get into trance / relaxation, but sometimes it&amp;#8217;s not working at all and I feel my mind wandering off several times. The second and third audio clips are even harder &lt;i&gt;(I guess because I&amp;#8217;m not experienced in the first one yet).&lt;/i&gt; I also haven&amp;#8217;t noticed any dramatic changes&lt;i&gt;. (Although I don&amp;#8217;t know what dramatic changes I&amp;#8217;m expecting.&lt;/i&gt;)Stop smoking certainly would be a great improvement and I&amp;#8217;ve been targeting that now and then, but I guess that&amp;#8217;s a hard thing to chance since I don&amp;#8217;t enjoy smoking at all and still I keep doing it.&amp;nbsp; I don&amp;#8217;t know what effect smoking pod and self-hypnosis gives, but it seems better to me to quit doing that altogether as well&amp;#8230;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div class=&quot;blogger-post-footer&quot;&gt;&lt;a href=”http://stores.lulu.com/store.php?fAcctID=1219683

You get three samples that last a good 35 minutes altogether. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;span lang=EN-US&gt;Basically, Wendi (I guess it&amp;#8217;s her) tells you to relax and she does this much the same way as other hypnosis techniques (I assume). Compared to the instruction from hypnosis methods as the Silva method, they use the same principles.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;span lang=EN-US&gt;The first one doesn&amp;#8217;t do anything else then bringing you peace and getting you in trance, which is wonderful. I&amp;#8217;m still having some difficulties with the second and the third audio sample though. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;span lang=EN-US&gt;What happens in this one is that she puts you in a trance quickly and then takes you deeper (the go-down-the-stairs method). I don&amp;#8217;t seem to be able to go in trance quick enough (or there is too much tension still, I don&amp;#8217;t know).&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;span lang=EN-US&gt;Anyway, certainly worth trying.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;span lang=EN-US&gt;The Silva method seems to be good as well, the only thing I experience with it is that the pauses between the spoken items are sometimes so long that I tend to drift away. I walk in and see the structure of the house. I notice a picture on the wall from a little plane with me on the wheel &lt;i&gt;(my dream)&lt;/i&gt;. Next to it is a certificate with my name on it saying that I completed the being-a-pilot course. Then I walk out on the terrace and sit down. In front of me is a nice lake with trees and stuff. Then I am in my relaxed place. But last times I didn’t get any further that the picture of my plane. that you don&#39;t have to listen actively
to make it work. &lt;br&gt;
In this article they also suggest reading out
loud the statements while listening to the clip.

&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Since I’m using 19 different statements in this technique,
I’m targeting also different areas that I want to change.&lt;br&gt;
Some are close and easy some are still very far and difficult.
I expect the difficult areas to show more impact than the other ones.
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
For example:&lt;br&gt;
One of the statements&lt;br&gt;
&lt;b&gt;You appear confident, warmth and friendly
which makes you popular amongst people&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;
This statement’s target is obvious.&lt;br&gt;
It instills the believe that I am all these things
which will me make them exercise them more
and improve them faster.
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
This is rather easy because I already think of myself
as confident, friendly and warm
&lt;i&gt;(although I certainly want to achieve a
great improvement one this one)&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Another one says:&lt;br&gt;
&lt;b&gt;You can read body language effortless
and understand the situation therefore clearly.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Again is the target obvious,&lt;br&gt;
to gain more communication skills
thus improve my communication
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Although this is from a different order.
I do know about body language
because I’ve read things in the past,
but with recognizing behavior in people
I feel still very uncertain.
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
A third one is to surprise myself.&lt;br&gt;
The statement is:&lt;br&gt;
&lt;b&gt;You believe in the natural strength
of your body and you feel everyday stronger
and your hair is growing in abundance on your head&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Target is again obvious, I would say.&lt;br&gt;
Use the natural powers of my body to heal myself.
Since this is a little undefined
I chose to do the experiment a little more precise&lt;br&gt;

which I actually got out of an e-book to get all the
girls you want without any effort.&lt;br&gt;
(I already have what I want, but I felt that
I would find valuable information)
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
As I am aware of the universal rule&lt;br&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&quot;if you want to change your environment,
you have to change first&quot;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;
some of you might know it better as&lt;br&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&quot;If you want your business to grow,
you have to grow&quot;&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
So basically what you have to do
to attract woman in your life,
you have to change your behavior
towards woman.&lt;br&gt;
And your behavior, certainly on an subconscious level
is based on what you believe of yourself
and your place in this world.&lt;br&gt;
Since this is just an illusion made up by our subconscious
all we have to do is change what we think of ourselves
too change our reality.
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
A way to achieve that is repetition.
Keep on repeating something and you will believe it&lt;br&gt;
I wrote down 19 positively formulated phrases
about what I want to be,
but in a way that assumes I already have it.
For example:
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;b&gt;your mind is focused on what you desire,
there is no limit to what can be yours&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
I recorded all these phrases on my computer,
looped them about 10 times and burned everything on a cd
The whole thing lasts a good 25 minutes.

So all that time I thought I knew what I want,

Well, if you&#39;d have asked me yesterday
(or any day in the past) you would have heard
anywhere between 30 sec and 30 minutes explanation,

And because of thinking it

For my surroundings noting has changed,
but for me a miracle just happened.
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
After way too much doubting finally I made the step
and tried self-hypnosis.  Most important reason not doing it
being that I thought of it as a waste of time
and maybe also the fear that it proved itself impossible.
Fear of getting proof that the impossible really is impossible
(while there are so many cases that prove
that the impossible in fact, is very possible.
But I am moving away from my topic...
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
This morning I used one of many techniques
to implant a suggestion in your subconscious.
It is a very simple truc and has nothing magical at all.
In fact, what you do is pray to you subconscious mind
much in a way you would ask you&#39;re older sister for advice.
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;div style=&quot;text-align: left;&quot;&gt;What I asked today is this:
&quot;&lt;b&gt;Reveal my vision in all clarity to me &lt;/b&gt;
&lt;b&gt;and help me to believe in it &lt;/b&gt;
&lt;b&gt;so I take appropriate action immediately&lt;/b&gt;&quot;
&lt;/div&gt;I don&#39;t know why I did it actually in English
while I&#39;m native Flemish, I guess I associate English more with business.
Already I feel different, only 11 hours after the actual session.
Different like a train that changed from sitting in the station to actually moving.
I haven&#39;t gained any speed yet, but at least I&#39;m moving.
