(Politically Correct) about everything?

My Answer:
YES!!! I am so tired.. of dancing around the issues.. for the mere fact that a person would be offended. Didn't we used to live in a world where a Spade was a Spade..and nothing else? Or a Rose by any other name... I really believe that our Country (America) is really on rocky ground.. as we are concerned about being PC even in times of terror..and catastrophe. You would think after 911 that we would not tolerate...any type of terror.. and yet.. here we are.. the government making excuses.. It's disheartening. America..Stop being so sensitive!!!!! Be accountable! The list of being Politically Correct is getting so long..it's almost to the point..we can't talk at all!!!

Not One Of America's Greatest Days...

Ugh.. I have to be honest and tell you that I spent most of the day glued to C-Span & Fox watching the House debate the Health Care Bill. At certain points of the day, the debate became lively, with shouts, and emotion.

I sat nervously watching the House vote.. Prayed..and continued to watch. In the end, the vote was 220 to 215. The Health Care Bill was SHOVED through the House. I had to remind myself .. it still has to worm its way through the Senate. then eventually to the President's desk.

However, this was a disheartening day.. to say the least. Is the battle over? Of course not.. this only makes us stronger. And we can defeat this HC Bill.

I just really urge you all to read the Heath Care Bill... to research everything. Ask questions. Never stop demanding answers. Being against the Health Care Bill does not mean that we don't want people insured. There is so much "junk" stuffed inside this HC Bill it's not even funny.

They actually discussed today on the House Floor about the idea of jail for 5 years if Americans to not comply or abide by the Health Care Bill if passed by the Senate. Can you believe that?

Ugh.. I am tired.. But it's important to never give up and to stand together as Americans. We must keep this country free, or our children will have nothing left. And most importantly PRAY!

I think I phrased that right lol. My 5 year old son..loves maps. He can name most all of the states and many countries. He studies maps for hours. His favorite website.. is Google maps lol This love for maps comes from my father and his father.. kind of funny.

If you are looking for a PDF Search Engine then I have the perfect website. I didn't even realize there was such a thing. But my goodness, it certainly makes things a bit easier to have one place you can search on all pdf files.

To test the pdf search engine, I typed in health care, and immediately 100 pdf file matches popped up! This is pretty cool, and makes life a little easier. If you are searching for books, manuals, or even guides make sure to use the PDF Search Engine next time you are looking for a pdf file! It will save you tons of time!

Dress Up the Holidays

I love Christmas. I love the meaning of Christmas. I love all the decorations! I love the Christmas programs at church. Growing up in a big family we had such fun creating new traditions and enjoying the holidays. Now with my own children, we are making new traditions and new memories!

My son always makes a request to visit "Santa" at the mall! And then when we get there.. he is too shy to have a picture taken with him. (kids!) I think it would be so fun if I could talk my husband into buying a Santa costume and surprise my kids. Although, I will tell you I do not push the whole "Santa brings the gifts he is real" thing, but I think it is fun for my kids to have pictures on Santa's lap.

Costumes are great. They really change a normal event into something much more lively. You can find all kinds of costumes. Whether you are looking for a Pioneer outfit for Thanksgiving day, or valentines day costumes, or even an costume for a Christmas program, you can be sure to find the perfect costume for your holiday celebration. Be creative, get your family involved.

Thanksgiving.. then Christmas.. Can you believe it???? Have you started shopping yet?? I have sort of lol I use Swagbucks .. Have you heard of Swagbucks? It took me forever to finally check it out a year ago..and when I did.. I haven't stopped using it as my main search engine. What is my motivation? Well, not only is it a great search engine.. but your searches reward you with Swagbucks. You can then trade those swagbucks in for Prizes or Gift Cards. I tend to lean towards the Gift Cards! I have saved up enough to trade in for a Gift Card in which I will use for Christmas shopping! Wooo hoooo! The cool thing is..when your friends win..you win!

I am so late getting this update out!! Last week I was sick Bleh! Pretty much all week.. Today I think I feel better lol

Because I didn't feel soo good I didn't eat much last week.. definitely not part of my diet plan lol

So today on my 'to do' list.. is exercise and clean the house. I better lose 11.5 pounds today! lol :) I hope everyone else is doing GREAT!
