I went to the Sunday mass this morning and I have learned that the church have a new choir and they sang wonderfully. The music instruments were also great including the tambourines which my wish to try before. I remember in our music class before, I tried playing guitar but the guitar don't like me lol! and so I tried the tambourines but then it didn't like me too. From then on, I had no interest in music and just contented being a listener.

My attention was caught by this reportage on how healthy is our home. According to experts, Sleeping makes one smart, beautiful and healthy. Therefore the sleeping room is where you start your healthy living. All rooms in the house specially the bedroom could be well ventilated every mornings and evenings approximately 10 minutes. Don't place electronics in your bedroom such as computers or television. Don't let your bed mattress last for ten years, it is already unhealthy better change it for a new one. I think cleaning our house regularly is a great task too to be healthy.

The year 2012 is here and I am getting old in years and I even catch myself getting absent-minded over the simplest things. I just utter my prayers to help me grow old graciously and willingly lending my mind, spirit and my heart to those in most need. Anyway, just wanted to share you how do I feel on getting older. This would be somewhat a new phase in my life. And there are also a lot of changes to cope up soon.

Family gathering

We had our family reunion last Sunday and we all enjoyed it. I have the chance to talk to my cousins who were in town for the holidays. It's a long time that I haven’t talk to them personally. We often chat before but then we were all busy with work and so we just update each other through the social networks.

One of them informed me about the new offerings of Surgeon Jobs in their place and if I know someone who needs the job I can recommend them. Anyway, we enjoyed talking each other as we recall our childhood days when we all had our vacation at our grandparents’ house. Those old memories are just treasured in our hearts.

Weekend was the final checking and wrapping of all the gifts for our godchildren. Aside from toys we have also bought gifts that are related to their hobbies. Like hub’s niece is into horse back riding and we bought her a gift certificates. I hope the gifts will be liked by them. We are already ready for Christmas eve which we will be celebrating in my brother's place. Tomorrow will be a big family affair because of the family reunion. All my siblings will come at my brother's house including mom and dad. My brother is the host this year and I am excited who will cater the reunion next year.

I found a great gift for my sister this Christmas which is a yoga block and I am sure she will like it. As a yoga fan, she finds time to attend her yoga class once a month and she has convinced me to do the same. I plan to go with her next year since I will have some time for it. In the meantime I am happy with my gym session once in a while. I just want that my back pains will be gone totally since I can’t live sometimes with it. I also wanted to burn out some calories and I think it is the perfect time to make some changes.

My sister asked me to browsed medical computer carts at Howard-Medical.com and look for some information about it. I was not at home that when she sends me the sms message so I was not able to do it. She said that was alright since she doesn’t need it immediately and maybe she can do it when she comes home. And so I was able to concentrate on my weekend shopping by finding the cheaper prices to save more. I spend the whole afternoon at the shopping center to buy Christmas gifts too and other goodies for our Christmas dinner. I went home so tired and good thing I brought already take home foods for our dinner.

I am almost done with the Christmas shopping and the only one missing are ps3 games for my nieces. I will find time to buy this week and do the gift wrappings too. Next week will be the menu preparation and I need my sister to accompany me to shop at the retail grocery store nearby town. Aside from shopping there we will also visit the Christmas market with lots of bazaar to enjoy. I hope the holiday season will be enjoyable for all of us and a blessed event too.

We are fun of watching videos on youtube and now there are already software for youtube downloads which is fantastic. You can now view the videos every time even you are not online. I like watching those inspirational and chill out videos in there. It helps me to inspire everyday in this complicated world. Watching those favorite videos really helps me a lot to be more positive in every way. I hope there will be more videos like that that helps a lot of people.

I need a scanning software so I can have a little edit and then print my old pictures. I want to keep them all and I hope I can still save them. My mother use to be fun of bringing me in photo studios when I was still small. Every month I have a photo and when I went to school already I have more. From every school activities, occasions and programs I have a memorable photo. I laugh at them when I see how I look before but I cherish the most those capture moments when life is just simple and fun.

We went to the factory outlet last weekend. Shopping in there is quiet cheaper compare to the stores. We enjoyed shopping because of the low prices. Even a branded item you can get it at 50% discount. We entered in a watch shop and we were really surprise with the prices of those branded watch. I bought t-shirts, pants, bag, a pair of shoe and perfumes. The shopping was tiresome but worth it. We ended up the day for refreshment in the restaurant in the same area but this time the price has no percentage discount.

Weekend was alotted for our household cleaning. We also sorted some old clothes and things that we dont use anymore. Hubby was not also excempted he also made in order his computer wires which look like spaghetti. We have finished the general cleaning late already in the afternoon. And so we decided to eat our dinner outside and after that we visited the christmas market in town. We enjoyed viewing the christmas lights as we were savoring the roasted maroons.

Having financial difficulties are trying times for all of us. It’s hard enough to wake up every day to go to work and when payday comes, to settle all bills on time. Everything seems to be caving in so many obligations to meet and how to come up with all of these. As they say there is always solution to every problem. We applied before for part time jobs and luckily we were hired. Hubby got a job in an industrial company which produces somewhat like Nihon Superior and I as an all around helper in a grocery store. I hope these will help us a lot throughout.

I love using the self service cashier lane during weekend since it is fast and easy. You just scan your groceries, paid with your card, wait for the receipt printer and viola grocery shopping is done. So I allotted more my time in looking for the cheap and bargain prices. With that I can say I can save from my week's budget. Nowadays, I don’t mind busing no brand name products since they are all the same what important is I can save more. Budgeting is really difficult especially these trying hard days.

House renovation

Last weekend, we went in all hardware shops looking for Tubing Bender which we only found at the last five shops. It was tiring but worth it the walk on those big hardware shops. I enjoy viewing there displays on kitchen and bathrooms. I wish I have those gorgeous kitchen and bathroom designs but I can get them as a new design soon. I hope we can pursue with some of the house renovation next year including the garden.

I wish its Friday already and I can have my rest for two days. I am always looking forward for a weekend since that’s the only time I can have time for myself to unwind rest and relax. It is just a little span of time but it's important to me every minute of it.

I do not waste any time during these two days and whenever you look for me you better try to visit or call me some other days unless it is an emergency. I normally don’t answer phone calls but if it is important my family and close friends knows where to contact me. I find this a good therapy for myself too.
