&lt;p&gt;En nuestro rol como educadores virtuales, se hace necesario el uso de herramientas que mejoren la relaci&amp;oacute;n entre alumno - docente.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;En particular, el uso de hootcourse al comienzo estuvo bien, me calificaron mi reflexi&amp;oacute;n rapido, pero ahora se me complico, no me han calificado esperando que esta reflexi&amp;oacute;n si se califique.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Y vuelvo a decir lo mismo que en las discusiones, siempre habr&amp;aacute; problemas t&amp;eacute;cnicos, pero estamos en camino de ir mejorando de ir resolviendolos.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;En lo particular usaria herramientas, como hangout, streaming, skype, redes sociales, entre otras.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Definitiamente hoy en d&amp;iacute;a las TIC&#39;s nos agilizan las tareas, nos permiten mejorar en el procesos de ense&amp;ntilde;anza - aprendizaje y es muy necesario el uso de estas.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Hoy en d&amp;iacute;a uso herramientas colaborativas como balckboard collaborate y me ha resultado estupendo.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Espero que los siguientes m&amp;oacute;dulos puedan resolver dudas que se presenten en el camino y puedan ayudarnos a estar siempre mejorando.&lt;/p&gt; al pasar de un entorno presencial a uno en l&amp;iacute;nea?&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;El primer desaf&amp;iacute;o es llegar de la mejor manera al alumno:&lt;/strong&gt; Me refiero a que el alumno logre entender lo transmitido por nosotros como docentes. Para esto se deber&amp;iacute;a tener todo el material disponible con anticipaci&amp;oacute;n, y me refiero no solo a las clases sino tambi&amp;eacute;n a todo ese material que permita al alumno tener ese soporte en caso de que aparezca alg&amp;uacute;n problema t&amp;eacute;cnico o alguna duda sobre la plataforma usada.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo desaf&amp;iacute;o estar siempre en contacto con el alumno:&lt;/strong&gt; Brindarle todos los medios necesarios y seguimiento necesario para lograr en el alumno el logro del aprendizaje. La pregunta ser&amp;iacute;a cuantos grupos o alumnos virtuales debo de tener para dar un buen seguimiento a todos, me parece que la respuesta la tiene uno mismo de acuerdo al tiempo que maneje, al tipo de alumno o al tipo de curso que brinde, pero cualquiera sea el caso nosotros mismos podemos direccionar cuanto y cuando podemos guiar y lograr el aprendizaje de nuestros alumnos.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Puede existir m&amp;aacute;s desaf&amp;iacute;os pero pienso que son los principales, yo insitar&amp;iacute;a a realizar una clase cero &quot;0&quot; , en donde se realice una prueba de la primera clase, en donde se explique la metodolog&amp;iacute;a a usar y en donde se resuelvan problemas t&amp;eacute;cnicos , que habitualmente suelen pasar, sobre todo en las primeras clases.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;El saber administrar su tiempo.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;El que la primera clase, que casi siempre pasa, se presente problemas sobre todo t&amp;eacute;cnicos (recepci&amp;oacute;n del video, audio, isntalaci&amp;oacute;n de programas complementarios).&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Existen diversos tipos de alumnos, muchos optan por esta modalidad por el tema de tiempo y creo que el principal desaf&amp;iacute;o que tienen es que hay un tiempo limitado tal vez para la aseosr&amp;iacute;a virtual y los temas que se tocan en cada clase virtual tendr&amp;iacute;an que venir leyendo algo con respecto al tema que se habr&amp;iacute;a que tocar.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;p&gt;He impartido cursos online usando la plataforma Blackboard Collaborate, he tenido grandes experiencias y concuerdo con muchos de colegas en sus comentarios, estoy siempre tratando de aprender de personas, de los recursos que en la red podemos usar y de mis alumnos. Creo que es una gran oportunidad el poder convertirme en Instructor en L&amp;iacute;nea.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Espero poder obtener de este programa, las metodolog&amp;iacute;as necesarias, las experiencias de muchos colegas, los recursos como HootCourse que me permitan brindar formas de poder transmitir y estar en contacto con mis alumnos.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Creo que existen muchos retos, pero uno de los m&amp;aacute;s importantes es estructurar las clases online, en funci&amp;oacute;n a las necesidades quiz&amp;aacute;s particulares de cada alumno.
