Just finished up putting the final touches on a Podcast I'm producing called Weekend Confirmed with host Garnett Lee, Brian Leahy and @jeffcannata. The podcast is these guys talking about what games they're playing, reviewing, excited about and an assortment of other things.

The guys have a great chemistry together and the first show was entertaining and flowed real nice.

I produced the intro song for the show and put the final touches on the podcast.

Doing a Body Cleanse

So I've decided it's time to get into summer shape and get ready to rock some shows again this summer. I've done the Master Cleanse in the past and that one is just a little too intense for me, so this year I am trying out the Trader Joe Cleanse which is a two week cleanse. I just took my first round of night pills so I'll be updating this daily to let you know how it goes.
Day 1: Man why am I doing this to myself??? It'll pay off in the long run. Headaches and stomach pains.
Day 2: Mild headaches but the stomach is feeling better.
Day 3: I had a half a chicken breast, homemade, with half a fresh avacado for lunch.

Seeing Patrick Deneen in the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver inspired me to write a song about growing up in a small town and trying to do great things. I grew up in Cle Elum Washington, which is the same town Patrick grew up in, so I wanted to give him some props on making it to the olympics and also to our hometown in general.
