ZapZap.com in de lobby van ons hotel gezeten. Marc is zelfstandig ondernemer en woont al vier jaar in Tokyo. Interessante discussie gehad over podcasting, radio en de enorme potentie van de Japanse markt. De radiozenders in Tokyo zijn totaal niet sexy (wordt heel veel geluld) maar hebben wel een potentieel bereik van 30 miljoen mensen. Morgenochtend om 11.00uur hebben we een afspraak in de lobby van ons hotel met een Nederlandse ondernemer die al 4 jaar in Tokyo zit. Daarna gaan we naar Ginza, de 5th Avenue van Tokyo. Onze laatste avond eten en drinken we met Ami van NTT DoCoMo. Naast onderstaande karaoke filmpje is er nog meer video onderweg. De mobiel gaat de portemonnee vervangen, nooit meer geld op zak dus. Om het te demonstreren, moesten we een telefoon langs een sensor halen van een knuffelbeesten-grijpautomaat. Een glazen bak vol met pluche beesten met daarboven een grijper die je met 2 knoppen (opzij en naar achteren)) moet bedienen. We zijn getrainde grijp-automaat-bedieners dus slaagden wij erin om allebei een Docomo Dake (mascotte van NTT DoCoMo) te grijpen. In de NTT DoCoMo showroom kregen we een exclusieve rondleiding langs de nieuwste snufjes van het grootste telefoonbedrijf van Japan (50 miljoen abonnees, waarvan 20 miljoen 3G gebruikers). Op de 27e etage van de Sanno Park Tower is de indrukwekkende receptie. Terwijl we de balie naderden stonden drie Japanse dames op om te buigen. Vanaf dat moment werden we 2 uur lang als koninklijke gasten behandeld. Na afloop sushi gegeten in de kelder van de Sanna Park Tower en inmiddels in het hotel om even uit te rusten. Meisje van het hotel vertelde dat als er geen bewolking is je vanaf hier &lt;a href="http://images.google.nl/images?hl=nl&amp;q=fuji%20mountain&amp;btnG=Google+zoeken&amp;sa=N&amp;tab=wi" target="_blank"&gt;Fuji Mountain kan zien&lt;/a&gt;. Joshua zit aan de andere kant van de toren, dat uitzicht volgt nog. Nu eerst in bad en snel de straat op, sushi eten.
