&lt;li&gt;Add all ingredients to it except oil.Mix well into a paste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a plastic paper,apply oil on that.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;With moist hands make &amp;nbsp;a flat dosa shape parathas.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat a tawa / non-stick pan on stove.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Put 1-2tbsp oil on pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Roast the parathas on heated pan/tawa and keep on medium flame.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry the parathas till they are light brown in colour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Put them on tissue paper to absorb extra oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now the parathas are ready.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Serve hot with peanut chutney.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Let it sit for 30 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Divide the dough into equal portions.Make balls.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a plastic paper.apply oil to that.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Place the dough and flatten it to required thickness by applying oil to your hand or dipping your hand in water.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat Chapathi tawa on stove.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Place the roti gently,roast it on both sides by adding little oil.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Shallow fry bhendi and keep it aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat oil in another pan.Add mustard seeds,jeera.Allow it to splutter.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add curry leaves,turmeric powder.Fry it for a minute.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chopped onions,ginger n garlic paste.Fry it until onions turns to golden brown.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add fried bhendi.To this add salt,red chilli powder,dhania powder,coconut powder,til powder one after the other and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook it for 5minutes.Finally garnish with coriander leaves.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now the dish is ready to serve hot with rice.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Wash taro root thoroughly and put them in a pressure cooker.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add water and cook it for 10-15 minutes on medium flame.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Once the pressure has come down,open the lid and allow it to cool.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then peel the skin and dice them.keep them aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds,jeera.Allow them to crackle.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add turmeric powder,curry leaves and green mirchi.Saute for a minute.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chopped onions,Salt. Cook it &amp;nbsp;for 5minutes or until onions turns golden brown.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add chopped tomatoes. Cook for another4-5 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add taro root,red chilli powder,dhania powder and mix it well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add sugar and tamarind pulp.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add water and allow it to boil for 10 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Finally add methi powder.Cook it for a minute.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Finally add coriander leaves.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Add mustard seeds,jeera.Allow it to splutter.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add turmeric powder,curry leaves,chopped green mirchi and ginger ,garlic paste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry it for 3minutes and take care not to burn them.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add beetroot pulp and water.Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add tamarind juice and salt.Allow it to boil for 15 minutes. Add dhania powder and mix it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Finally garnish with coriander leaves.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Add chopped beans/chikkudukaya,salt , sugar,til powder , dhania powder and red chilli powder.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add little amount of water and close the lid.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook it for 1 whistle on medium flame.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After the pressure has come down,open the lid and mix it well.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Transfer the batter to a big vessel and allow it to ferment &amp;nbsp;overnight.Next day you can prepare dosas.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat a non-stick tava.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Grease it lightly with oil.When it is hot,pour a spoon/laddle full of batter and spread it thoroughly to make a &amp;nbsp;paper thin dosa.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Before cooking, make sure that the sago should be softened.Check the sago by pressing between thumb and forefinger.If the center is still hard sprinkle little amount of water and keep it aside for sometime.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds.Let it splutter. Then add jeera,curry leaves.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chopped green chilli .Saute for a minute.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chopped onions.Cook it for 5minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chopped vegetables,close the lid and cook for 10minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Once they are cooked, add sago.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After adding sago don't close the lid.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add peanut powder,salt.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Combine it and saute it fot 8-10minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Garnish with coriander leaves.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Serve hot.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Now add ginger&amp;amp;garlic paste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Add chopped onions,carrot,chopped bottle gourd,radish.Close the lid and cook it for 10minutes &amp;nbsp;or &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;until all vegetables become tender. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Add chopped tomatoes. Cook it for 5 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Now add tamarind juice.Then add salt,red chilli powder, sambar powder and sugar. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Stir it and cook it for 3minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Finally add boiled toor dal ,2 cups of water and cook it for 15minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Garnish with coriander leaves.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Now sambar is ready to serve. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds , jeera.Once mustard seeds &amp;nbsp;starts spluttering,add &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;channa dal,urad dal,garlic flakes,red mirchi n curry leaves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;2.Add chopped onions &amp;nbsp;and fry it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;3.Add turmeric powder and Bottle gourd pieces.Then close the lid.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;4 Add little amount of water if needed.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;5.Add chopped green mirchi, red chilli powder,salt.Mix it well.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;6.Once Bottle gourd is cooked,add little amount of soda, milk.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
