Just after the raining season in India, there will be raining Cars in India in the month of September this year. How's that? Sounds good! India will see a number of new and upgraded car launches in this faboulus month. The new cars that are set to fire the car market include Nissan Evalia, Tata Safari Storme, Chevrolet Sail, Renault Scala, Mahindra Mini Xylo, Ssangyong Rexton, Ssangyong Kornado, Mahindra Verito CS, Mercedes Benz B Class, New Force One SUV and new Maruti Ritz.

Nissan Evalia is an MPV that will compete with Toyota Innova and Mahindra Xylo in the segment while Tata Safari Storme will have to lock horns with Renault Duster, Mahindra XUV 500 and Maruti Ertiga. On the other hand, Chevrolet Sail to take on Maruti Swift, Chevrolet Beat and Hyundai i20.

Renault Scala needs to be aware of its own family car that is Nissan Sunny besides Hyundai Verna, Honda City, Maruti Swift Dzire and Ford Fiesta. Mahindra Verito CS will have Dzire on the target along with Tata Indigo CS and upcoming Manza CS.

New cars in India: BMW 3 series, Hyundai Elantra, Benz B Class

This month and the next month, there will be back to back new car launches will take place in India. The first car launched is Mercedes Benz B class. This will be followed by Hyundai Elantra and BMW 3 series.

The next launch will also be done by a luxury car maker present in the country i.e. BMW 3 series. The new car is reported to be unveiled on 27th July this month. The new generation 3 series will be powered by a 2.0 litre engine and 8 speed AT transmission.

Unveiled at Buddha International Circuit, Mercedes Benz B Class will be available for sale in Sep-Oct 2012. After this new entrant in India, Hyundai India to come with its once failure Elantra with new avatar. However the Elantra has already fall into legal water crisis. In California the car is facing a leagal trouble on its high claimed fuel efficiency. Here in India, it will be launched on 13th August.

Recently it offered massive discounts on its cars and now it has gone a step forward and launches a new Hyundai i10 video that features Bollywood king Shahrukh Khan. The Video of the car has been released and is aired on TV Channels. The tagline of the new released video reads, “The World is on your side when you drive an i10,” . It is hoped that the new commercial will create the same charm as it did a few years back for the same car.

It is to be noted here that Shahrukh Khan's charm did big favours for the Hyundai cars in recent times. Khan is the brand ambassador for Hyundai Santro Xing and Hyundai i10. The flagship car model Hyundai i10 was introduced in Oct., 2007 in India while the latest upgrade was made public in September 2010 as Next Gen i10.

However if we have a close look at the sales of the Hyundai i10, it has seen a downfall in its monthly sales in the country. The Indian buyers are eagerly waiting for the Hyundai i10 Fluidic that is expected to be brought here in near future.

What’s wrong with Google? Penguin update disaster!

From a couple of days, Google search results are changed drastically. I wonder how the super power in Search engines becomes so illogical. Lots of sites are badly effected and a few are blessed with undue advantage.

When I searched a car model let’s say Toyota Etios; the first Google search page was ok but the forth page seems to be sold out to a particular websites as 10 out of 6 links were from that site. The same is the case with the keyword “Chevrolet Beat”; the third page of Google search fetched 5 links of the same site. At that time I thought it to be a browser related problem. But when I typed another keyword that was LG Optimus, it showed me the same irritating results. This page, to my surprise, has all the links to a particular website.

It was totally a new experience for me. Then I recalled that Google has launched a new update called Penguin 1.1 and this might be the result of this funny update. I am calling this update as funny because it is not able to understand the user’s query. When I want to search a particular keyword, it should show me the best results that must comprise of good quality, information and something out of the box.

The Penguin update, as I suppose, is meant to bring up quality pages. But as of now, don’t be fool yourself by Google results. The pages which belong to a particular website were below quality, less information and there was no recent update. Then what should I make of it.

Few questions in my mind strikes after seeing these silly search results:

Is Google celebrating April fool after one month?
Is anything wrong in the data management?
Google wants to earn more money by giving preference to some websites? And asking others to go for AdWords.
Is it giving chance to other search engines like Yahoo! And Bing to prove themselves and overtake Google?
Google is going on the same road on which Facebook is there now (read FB IPO)?
Will Google search pages to be reduced to 5 or last 10 in which it will show only few pages of one or two websites only?
Does Google want to kill SEO jobs all over the world?
Has Google become dictator of Internet world?
Does Google want to force lots of websites to shut down their shutter?
Is it want to bring up Google Blogs and Google Plus?

There are lot more questions to be asked but don’t know how many question I have. So guys I ask you people what might be going on in Google’s mind. Do you know more about this mess-up. I invite you to share your views and benefit each-others.

To beat the heat, the auto firms in India are gearing up for new car launches. Recently Audi has launched two new cars in India including Audi S4 and Audi Q3. Now the month will see two more launches in the form of Renault Duster and Tata Safari Storme.

Both the cars have been showcased in January 2012, at Auto Expo Delhi. Renault Duster will be a compact SUV while the Safari Storme is said to be the upgraded version of Safari Car. The Renault Duster price is speculated to be around Rs 6 lakh unlike the previous reports of Rs 7-9 lakh. Now coming to the price of Tata Safari Storme, it would be somewhere around Rs 10-12 lakh.

We have confirmed launch date of upcoming Honda Brio, the small wonder car will be unleashed on 28th September 2011. This Honda small car was showcased in the Delhi Auto Expo 2010 and got positive reviews from the car experts. This upcoming small cars in India would be launched on 3rd of October, 2011, as per reports. The compact car is heard to be available with three variants. The variants will be suffixed with Hyundai EON standard, Hyundai EON GL and Hyundai EON GLS. The Hyundai EON price in India will be Rs 2.50 lakh.

This new city car will be positioned against Maruti Alto and Tata Nano; although the on-road price of the car will bring it at the level of Maruti Alto only. The Hyundai EON will be powered by a 814cc, three cylinder petrol engine which is sure to deliver 55 bhp of peak power at 5500 rpm and 75 NM of top torque at 4000 rpm. All the other features would be just same as other low-cost cars in India like five speed manual gears, five seater and greater mileage.

The Ford Fiesta price in India tagged at Rs 8.23 lakhs for the basic and the higher-end diesel model comes at Rs. 10.42 lakhs.

The same model of the diesel version comes at Rs 10.42 lakhs that means RS 1 lakh has to be paid extra for a fuel efficient and affordable Fiesta.

The diesel version of Fiesta price starts from RS 9.72 lakhs, whereas the petrol base model is priced at Rs. 8.23 lakhs.

Ford says that the New Ford Fiesta mileage is 17.0 kmpl for the petrol version and 23.5 kmpl for the diesel version.
