&amp;nbsp;ciao .la ricetta che vi propongo è semplice ma gustosa..... allora ci serve petto di pollo a fette .prosciutto cotto ,scamorza ,olio sale pepe vino aglio spago da cucina.prendete tutte le fette di pollo mettetele in fila ,stendetele bene aggiungete prosciutto cotto e scamorza a fette arrotolate e chiudete bene con il filo.chiudete bene le estremità 'altrimenti fuoriesce il ripieno.fate soffriggere in un tegame da forno un po di olio e aglio.dopodiché toglietelo,aggiungete il pollo fatelo rosolare salate aggiungete pepe e spruzzate con il vino.togliete dal fuoco e mettete in forno finché non è ben rosolato .lasciate riposare un pochino tagliatelo e servitelo caldo .a presto......amici!!!!!&lt;/div&gt;

ciao ......se avete letto il post precedente avrete letto cosa ho cucinato per fare la torta;) .ora per creare queste palline molto molto golose ......che mangiano più i grandi che i piccini&amp;nbsp; hihii ;)&amp;nbsp; bisogna fare lo stesso impasto in uno stampo da 30&amp;nbsp; .infornate a 170 per 30 40 min poi vedete magari se necessita di più cottura .....fate la prova con lo stecchino......:)&amp;nbsp; dopodiché fate raffreddare la torta tagliatela a pezzettini piccoli piccoli metteteli in una ciotola aggiungete una buona quantità' di nutella e amalgamate il tutto con le mani deve diventare un composto omogeneo!!!! formate delle palline, se avete tempo e pazienza fatele tutte uguali;) sicuramente l'occhio vuole la sua parte!!!fatto questo sciogliete 300 gr di cioccolato fondente ,anche nel microonde.mettete le palline su di una griglia e cospargetele di cioccolato .quello in eccesso cola giù' ......dopo aggiungete sopra le codette di cioccolato è fatta!!!!!. anche qui con la fantasia potrete decorarle a piacere .......cioccolato bianco....nocciole.....codette colorate ........cacao amaro.........e ancora e ancora a voi la scelta ciaoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ;) scusatemi non avevo i pirottini quelli piccoli piccoli altrimenti li avrei presentati in un modo migliore ..........tanto la carta non si mangia hahahah ciao a presto!!!!!&lt;/div&gt;

buon sabato a tutti ..... ieri ho preparato questa golosa merenda prima che mia figlia uscisse da scuola......era felicissima e sopratutto li ha mangiati&amp;nbsp; !!!!!ho preparato un semplice impasto con 6 uova 180 zucchero 180 farina setacciata OLIO DI SEMI&amp;nbsp; un piz di&amp;nbsp; sale una bustina di lievito ,aroma vanillina ,limone se piace, poi volendo prima di aggiungere la farina prendete meta' composto e aggiungete il cacao ....cosi li fate bianchi e al cacao ;) .....&amp;lt;3&amp;nbsp; prendete le uova e lo zucchero ,ilò piz di sale e lavorate tutto con il frullino .....per 20 25 min ...il composto risulterà' sodo ....quando alzate le fruste la goccia che cade lascia il segno.....quindi SCRIVE!!!!!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; DOPO AGGIUNGETE LA FARINA SETACCIATA CON LA BUSTINA DI LIEVITO PDA IL BICCHIERINO DA CAFFÈ DI OLIO ,LA VANILLINA ,AROMA DI LIMONE,GIRATE IL TUTTO DALL'ALTO VERSO IL BASSO .ORA IO HO COMPRATO DA IKEA DEI PIROTTINI CARINI TUTTI COLORATI .....IN .UNA CONFEZIONE NE ESCONO 65 QUINDI A VOGLIA A FARNE&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; :))&amp;nbsp; RIEMPITELI LASCIANDO 2 -3 CM SOPRA PER FAR CRESCERE BENE L'IMPASTO ....TENETELI IN FORNO PER 30 40 MIN DIPENDE DAL FORNO ....... salve mondo!!! prepariamo insieme questa delizia.... volendo se avete delle tortine piccine potete fare piccole crostate !!!! ok ci occorrono per la frolla :300 gr di farina ,150 di zucchero.un piz di sale 150 di burro,aroma di limone e vanillina , 2 rossi d'uova,per la crema pasticcera occorrono : 6 tuorli di uova ,200 gr di zucchero ,500mldi latte ,aroma di limone o bucce ,100 gr di farina setacciata .poi per decorare io ho usato more e fragoline di bosco ma se voi volete potete aggiungere mirtilli ribes e lamponi io non li amo particolarmente....&amp;nbsp; fate per prima cosa la pasta frolla e fatela riposare .preparate poi la crema ,battete le uova con lo zucchero e l'aroma di limone ,fate diventare il composto spumoso ,poi aggiungere il latte man mano ein fine la farina setacciata girate mettete sul fuoco e girate quando si rapprende e' fatta .ok fatela raffreddare con una pellicola sopra evitera' il formarsi della crosticina .poi mettete in frigo .stendete la frolla in uno stampo per crostate ,cuocete in forno statico a 180 C°per 20 min ...quando controllate la cottura non fatevi ingannare che sia troppo morbida perche' se cuoce troppo diventa DURa!!!( bastano quei 20 min ..) fate raffreddare .dopodichè aggiungete la crema dentro e sopra decorate con i frutti di bosco cospargete con abbondante zucchero a velo ..qui non ho messo gelatina !!e mettete in frigo .noi abbiamo apprezzato spero altrettanto voi a presto......e buon appetito!!!!&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;tr align="justify"&gt;&lt;td class="tr-caption"&gt;siiiiiiiiiiii&amp;nbsp; finalmente riesco a pubblicare.......mamma mia mi ha fatto dannare!!!!! vabe' l'importante che ora posso scrivere.....volevo presentarvi questa ricetta ,è semplicissima ,ma gustosa.....servono:olio evo aglio,sale,pepe,mozzarella,un po di&amp;nbsp; prezzemolo se piace,una busta di carciofi surgelati ,io uso coop un buonissimo prodotto e cominciamo....far soffriggere leggermente l'aglio,toglierlo e aggiungere i carciofi tagliati a meta',aggiungere sale e pepe coprire e far cuocere a fiamma bassa,non ci vorra tanto....a questo punto tagliate dei pezzi di mozzarella e mettetene uno su ogni carciofo,coprite e lasciate fondere....una spolverata di prezzemolo e buon appetito!!!!!!&lt;/td&gt;&lt;/tr&gt;

(se si prepara con le bucce di limone allora questa vanno preparate nel latte in un pentolino sul fuoco)prendere i tuorli piu lo zucchero e con il frullino montarli poi aggiungere la farina setacciata e dopo il latte a freddo .mettere tutto in un pentolino anti aderente sul fuoco e girare finche' il tutto non si amalgama&amp;nbsp; tolto dal fuoco aggiungere l'aroma di limone e la vaniglia .mettere in una pirofila di vetro coprire con pellicola e lasciar raffreddare ....&amp;nbsp; prendere uno stampo per crostate ,(io non vi dico quanta frolla mettere perche' non ho idea dello stampo che userete se grande o piccino comunque a vostro piacimento se vi piace sottile o un po altina a voi la scelta!!&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;bucherella te con una forchetta mettete in forno a 170 per 20min poi controllate con il vostro forno .cotta fatela raffreddare e dopo aggiungete la crema sopra fredda aggiungete poi sopra tutte palline colorate e pinoli&amp;nbsp; che per carnevale ci stanno anche bene!!&amp;nbsp; mettete un po in frigo ....ecco!! e vi diro'è proprio buona &lt;/span&gt;a presto amici!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;http://wwwebellomagna.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/2249794929924003476-123164319369395846?l=wwwebellomagna.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Unirlo a circa  100 gr. di farina in una ciotola, fino a formare un impasto molto  morbido ed umido. Lasciarlo lievitare per circa 1 ora ( in estate basta  una ventina di minuti) coperto da un canovaccio. In un altro contenitore  abbastanza grande porre gli altri 500 gr. di farina, il pepe ed il  sale, miscelandoli bene. Quindi aggiungere lo strutto ed impastare.  Facendo questo procedimento si noterà che la farina nelle mani sembrerà  non unita, ma sabbiosa, non vi preoccupate è un procedimento giusto.  Unire circa 50 - 70 gr. delle mandorle tritate grossolanamente ed il  lievitino. Impastare ed aggiungere un altro goccio di acqua tiepida,  fino a formare un impasto morbido, stando attenti a non lavorarlo  troppo, giusto il tempo di amalgamare bene gli ingredienti. A questo  punto lasciarlo lievitare per un'altra oretta (in estate molto meno).  Ora bisogna formare con l'impasto tanti cilindretti di pasta lunghi  circa 15 - 20 cm. e intrecciarli a due a due. Porre i taralli sul  vassoio del forno coperto da carta forno. Su ogni tarallo porre 2 o 3  mandorle di quelle rimaste, intingendole prima in un po' d'acqua,  altrimenti a fine cottura si staccherebbero. Lasciarli lievitare per  un'altra oretta. Quindi porli in forno preriscaldato a 180° per 1 ora  fino alla loro doratura. Ne risulteranno dei taralli fragranti e  croccanti al punto giusto.
