Abia si-l mai amintea Radu Emache, care ii fusese student! Trece timpul! Era 24 ianuarie, zi de unire nationala a unui popor unit de saracie si deznadejde doar in huiduiala si deznadejde!&lt;br /&gt;Deja mirosea aiarna si inca nu s-au facut publice rezultatele anchetei esuarii dramatice a navei Costa Concordia! Cine ar fi fost mai potrivit daca nu profesorul Ovidiu Ionas? Gandeste nave, ofera consultatie,face expertize si probe navelor si instalatiilor construite de altii si proiectate de el sau de altii,este proiectant de proiectanti navali, iubeste ce face si stie meserie pe care o face cu pasiune si dragoste si cu tragere, multa tragere de inima!&lt;br /&gt;Poate reusesc sa il aduc si la RTV, este un specialist, un inginer si un profesor, personalitate complexa si antreprenor, are o afacere, nu e singur, a riscat si indraznit si din munca lui cinstita, gradual, acum conduce un Mercedes limuzina 4x4,propulsata de un motor cu inima de racheta.&lt;br /&gt;Se poate sa ajungi la volanul unui Mercedes nou, echipat dupa placul inimii, din munca ta facuta corect si cinstit, fara ciordeala, fara mizerii, proiectand nave si predand si scoala celor care vor sa invete? Iata ca profesorul Ovidiu Ionas arata ca se poate! Fara emigrare, fara deznadejde, cu rabdare cu incredere si cu sacrificii! Nu e singura lui masina, nu e prima si cred ca nu va fi nici ultima. A facut karturi in copilarie si tot atunci a condus o Dacia 1100 pe care Casa Pionierului o primise cadou! Astazi nici Casa Pionierului si nici vreo asemenea donatie nu mai exista!&lt;br /&gt;Baiatul, Razvan Ionas este specialist naval, expert european si el, ca si mine, ca si multi dintre noi, l-am avut profesor pe Ovidiu Ionas, o scoala de neuitat, spornica si bine facuta la timpul ei.&lt;br /&gt;La sfarsitul emisiunii, domnul profesor m-a felicitat 'live' la radio pentru examenul de surveyor pe care l-am promovat 'with distinction' dupa cum mi-au mentionat ca am promovat cei de la Lloyd's Maritime Academy. Multe se datoreaza si scolii navale pe care am absolvit-o, studentia mea la Facultatea de Nave a fost cea mai grozava perioada a veitii, cea mai plina, cea mai bogata si de neuitat.&lt;br /&gt;A fost un privilegiu unic! Destinul!&lt;br /&gt;Lectia profesorului Ovidiu Ionas a fost de neuitat si atunci si acum la Ciumburlia.&lt;br /&gt;Scoala de nave e mondiala, putini stiu, putini o absolva!&lt;br /&gt;De ce s-a scufundat Costa Concordia? De neglijenta! Dupa cum s-a scufundat si nava  Transilvania! De ati sti ca multe sedinte operative la nivel de staff naval european se fac in limba romana, in multe companii sau registre navale! Impostura, incompetenta, inbecilitate, dispret si vesnic prezenta coruptie! Astea sunt notele care implinesc ridicolul de imagine de care se bucura piticul clovn cu lopata in mana, vesnic ratacit in fotoliul guvernarii, vesnic glorificandu-si merite si roluri ridicole si inutile.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Este limpede ca puterea care tine la carma tarii asemenea specimene umane si profesionale are interesul sau colonial si prin sustinerea unor asemenea vanduti are costuri reduse pe timp scurt pentru satisfacerea intereselor, neavand aici alt interes. 
&lt;br /&gt;Cat va tine totul? Dumnezeu stie!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Mersul lumii insa e diferit de socoteala omului care in infumurarea lui, atunci cand se simte in culmea puterii este rapus si prabusit in neputinta si rusine, spre invatarea si distantarea de vesnicele desertaciuni care ne apar in cursul vietii.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Ce reprezinta pentru noi stapanirea asta de azi? Un prilej de studiu, de intelepciune si de introspectie, intelegand ca in viata e important si vital sa stii sa spui 'NU', sa stii sa spui nu banilor nenecesari, maririlor si degatoriilor tentante, femeilor ispititoare, avutului in exces.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Preaavutii neamului asta, impropietariti pe durata mandatelor cat stau la putere, se simt stapanii poporului asta prigonit din prostia lui si ticalosia altora. Ei, noii stapani, imbatati de avere si insetati de arginti, acum vand pe nimic trupul tarii cu tot si cu mormintele tatilor si stramosilor lor. Vanzatorul modern, contemporan, isi vinde si radacinile, si credinta, si traditia si mormantul mamei! In sminteala lui, ramane cu confortul rece si nepasator argintilor, pana cand il vor prada alti talhari si vanzarea atunci va fi corecta, banii revenind la cei de la care au plecat!

Specificam ca blocajul a fost cauzat de&lt;br /&gt;unii participanti la trafic care au fortat intrarea pe contrasens si au blocat&lt;br /&gt;inclusiv utilajele de deszapezire si ale politiei rutire.&lt;br /&gt;DN 2 KM 448+0 DR.In zona localitatii Darmanesti a avut loc un accident&lt;br /&gt;rutier intre doua autovehicule dintre care unul a derapat si a intrat pe&lt;br /&gt;contrasens .Circulatia se desfasoara pe 1/2 din cale .Estimam deblocarea&lt;br /&gt;sectorului in jurul orei 18:00&lt;br /&gt;DN 5 KM 25+800 AMB.Un TIR a derapat ingreunand traficul in zona, circulatia&lt;br /&gt;desfasurandu-se pe benzile mediane. Se acctioneaza de catre lucratorii de la&lt;br /&gt;drumuri nationale, cu utilaje, pentru degajare carosabilului.&lt;br /&gt;DN 72 KM 68+50 AMB.Urmarea deraparii unui autotren TIR s-a blocat circulatia&lt;br /&gt;intre km 68-69. Se actioneaza pt deblocarea carosabilului.&lt;br /&gt;DN CB KM 16+500 AMB.O autoutilitara care transporta deseuri menajere s-a&lt;br /&gt;rasturnat blocand traficul rutier in zona. Eu m-am trezit discutand cu un prieten pasionat, om cu masina si motor, doritor de sosea si drumuri si observator atent al pietei. Dealerii tac, ei fac ceva valuri prin capitala, mai scriu baietii exaltati prin siteuri, parca fara ecou, parca nu stiu, nepenetrant. Oare de ce? Miopie de marketing? Ignoranta? Neprofesionalism? Cred ca baietii sefi din stafful importatorului cred ca se pricep la toate si la comunicare si la reclama si la marketing si poate fac si jurnalism! E doar Romania! De ce nu?&lt;br /&gt;Mi-amintesc ca in perioadele de criza, coreenii de la Daewoo taiau tocmai banii de reclama si rezultatele se vedeau. Ba chiar cand americanii au bombardat podurile sarbilor, coreenii au decis sa reduca perioada de creditare, ca nu creasca vanzarile.&lt;br /&gt;Dealerii, actori ai oportunitatii si atat, reduc publicitatea, ca e costisitoare, asa le pare lor. Si piata e facuta de baietii care se misca, nu au taxe de platit si nici corvoadele tipice dealerilor. Ei vor aduce lejer de afara masini, vor invarti banutul la negru, la prieteni, la cunostinte, la politisti si procurori si oameni din finante si politicieni, pentru ca ei stiu si de fapt, sunt adeveratii dealeri care fac piata.&lt;br /&gt;Nu ma mira ca Opelul si nu numai marca asta, va ucide publicitatea pentru ca ''e vremuri grele''. Nu intelege nimeni ca publicitatea nu aduce imediat cat poate oferi spre a fi cules in timp, calculat si gospodareste.&lt;br /&gt;Nu as angaja vreodata pe unul dintre cei cu cravate la gat, cu priviri grave si cu carti de vizita lucioase, indiferent de cate diplome ar avea, pana nu ar vinde o masina in piata, acolo unde adevaratii profesioniti fac cartile. Dar ce sunt eu? Un parlit de blogger, fost dealer si salesman! Un fleac! Ea apare  usor amagitor pe sosele si nu distrage atentiile nici macar ale televiziunilor care diminueaza framantarile de acum. Va porni Dacia o campanie sustinuta pentru lodgy? Am indoieli! Am indoieli pentru ca dupa cum scrie presa si dupa cum e perceputa marca, se pare ca nici cei din fabrica nu cred in masina si e pacat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Deja folosesc un Logan de 5ani si are 120mii km, masina chiar nu mi-a facut probleme si nu ascund ca ma bucura totdeauana cand o conduc, aparnd chiar o legatura sentimentala cu masinuta. Singurul ei pacat e vazut pe pielea ei, prin cateva puncte de rugina, in rest, nu am ce sa ii reprosez!&lt;br /&gt;De ce nu mi-as lua Lodgy? Pentru ca pe piata  sunt oferte de masini rulate de Logan si MCV, la preturi interesante, masini ingrijite, bine intretinute si al caror pret se invarte in jurul a 3500Euro.&lt;br /&gt;3500-4000 Euro, o masina de 3ani, rulata, cam 80mii km, diesel, decent echipata, vanduta de vreun bunic care nu o mai conduce din cauza varstei sau vreun matur dornic sa isi cumpere altceva, sunt masini care se gasesc la vanzare. Nezgariate, nechinuite pe drumuri, cu revizii la zi, masini care nu mai sunt taxate aberant de Boc, zau ca ma determina sa aman sa imi cumpar vreun Lodgy.&lt;br /&gt;Chiar daca Lodgy pare grozava, parca mai repede m-ar interesa vreun Logan MCV rulat, masina care poate fi cumpara de la o firma, nu neaparat de constructii sau de preluat vreun contract de leasing.&lt;br /&gt;Loganul MCV nu e ieftin, breakurile nu au scazut la pret, niciun model si nicioo marca, doar Renault ridica in vara sprancenele pietei cu oferta pe care o facea cu Touringul de la Megan,in rest, producatorii si-au pastrat preturile la breakuri.&lt;br /&gt;De ce s-a pastrat preturile breakurilor? Pentru ca breakurile in sine sunt afaceri, sunt cumparate de firmele care transporta ceva, computere, birotica, papetarie, echipamente, ceva instrumente si fireste persoane. Familiile care isi cumpara un Logan MCV cu 7 locuri sunt mai putine insa decat firmele, agentiile de turism, transporturi, crewing vad Dacia Logan MCV si Lodgy foarte tentante. Piata rusa a primit super Loganul MCV care la rusi are alta denumire.&lt;br /&gt;De ce nu mi-as cumpara Dacia Lodgy? Pentru ca piata masinilor rulate ofera Dacia Logan si MCV uri la preturi competitive, ispititoare. Nu sunt vremuri simple, sa faci leasing cu usurinta, sa accepti dobanzi, asiguratori la intamplare si sa ai batai de cap suplimentare, cu toate ca in criza, cel mai bine este sa investesti tocmai in vremuri de criza. Daca insa as avea un mic business si daca as avea cum sa imi scot ratele lunare, plus banii de benzina si asigurare, cu un avans mic si ispititor, Dacia Lodgy va atrage multe priviri si va face valuri pe care cred ca nu le banuie nici macar Dacia Renault.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6511058878704345711-8804571729244563893?l=ciumburlia.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

In urma accidentului  autotrenul s-a rasturnat, iar incarcatura s-a imprastiat pe carosabil; o persoana a fost ranita grav. La fata locului se afla Politia, SMURD, lucratori drumuri nationale. Traficul rutier este blocat, circulatia se desfasoara pe urmatoarele rute alternative:&lt;br /&gt;- vehiculele cu masa maxima autorizata &gt;7,5 tone vor circula pe: DJ107 Mihai Viteazu - Buru - Aiud;&lt;br /&gt;- vehiculele cu masa maxima autorizata &lt;7,5 tone vor circula pe: DJ107E Unirea - Ocna Mures - Aiud;&lt;br /&gt;In jurul orei 23,00 s-a eliberat o banda de circulatie, traficul se desfasoara alternativ.&lt;br /&gt;De la ora 1,25 (23.01.2012) s-a eliberat in totalitate carosabilul si traficul se desfasoara in conditii normale.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6511058878704345711-3521706259675772187?l=ciumburlia.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;Europa geme sec! Europa e teapana, ba ceva constipata ca Angela Merkel, ba jenant de teatrala ca Sarkozy, ba rebela si abila ca Grecia, ba pradata si saracita ca Europa de Est. America insa merge mai departe!

L-a curatat pe Osama, a scos trupele din Irak, a detonat despotica lume araba, vrea saingusteze frontierele Israelului si promite Iranului un scut antiracheta ce incepe la Deveselu.

Pakistanul traversat cu dronele si Afganistanul furnizor oficial de prafuri? Nu stiu cum vede presedintele American lumea in viitorul imediat!

Am avut invitat la Ciumburlia pe Cristinel Deceanu, omul care se ocupa de politica de programe la Antena 1 Galati Braila, Il stiu de pe cand inca era liceean, el si partenerii lui care faceau un grup umoristic, denumit de ei drept Statia Orbitala Mir: adica Deceanu,Dan Mizileanu si Lucian Cardas. Ei trei venisera la Radio Alfa, erau copii!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Dan Mizileanu e regizor de emisie la Antena3, de Lucian stiu ca rupea inimi la fete, bucati. Au trecut ani de atunci. Mizileanu umbla cu o Honda, deh, om de media platit sper bine. Deceanu se chinuie cu un Seat, masina cuminte cu care are sanse sa iasa la pensie pentru ca omul e pasionat de zbor, se incurca in Aerialul lui Albert Malaxa, se da pe cerurle Vadeanului unde isi au pasionatii aerodromul, viseaza sub luciul orizontului si cred ca le e bine. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Nu am inregistrarea de la radio, nu mai e de mult Radio Galati acolo, ci o poveste oarecum descurajanta, cam trista, luminata orbecait, pe o frecventa cu un nume din care la sfarsit ii zice ceva cu ProFm. Cand am pornit, nebuni,nevinovati si copii, era Radio Galati, ne luaseram portia de libertate, transmisesem ilegal din camine muzica si puteam sfarsi in puscarie. Chiar am avut noroc, nici nu ne dadeam seama cat de riscant a fost! Cine sa judece? Eram poeti! Daca nu cadea regimul cred ca ne trezeam la cap cu goniometria, iar mama saraca, ma salvase in armata de Batalionul Disciplinar nu cred ca mai avea cum sa ma scape. Ma cauta in epoca aia pe acasa ca sa facem numarul omagial al revistei studentesti Orientari. Ar fi trebuit impanat cu pupaturi! Ma fofilam si ma dadeam plecat, nu eram singurul, eram plecati cu totii din redactie. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;La studioul studentesc de radio de atunci eram prezenti dar deja incepeam mai devrem de cat multi viitorul! Acum, cand ma uit in urma, sincer, ma cam ia durerea si strangerea de inima! Si cand ii aud pe 'revolutionari', pensii, terenuri, nul impozite!'Revolutionari'!&lt;br /&gt;Deceanu are terapia lui! Zboara pe ceruri si uita de lumea de aici!
